Minnesota author’s work product submitted to federal judge for ruling on Motion

Evidence submitted to the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, on Friday shows the team working for Crystal Sheffield, the mother of missing child HaLeigh Cummings, was being shadowed by a cameraman that was documenting everything the group was doing; from dramatic events to trivial conversations.

The Team’s leader, William (Cobra) Staubs, was arrested on felony false imprisonment charges in May of 2009 after he revoked the bond of an accused child molester while being filmed by the Team’s tabloid journalist – Nancy Grace’s reporter, Art Harris.

Evidence shows the entire affair surrounding the HaLeigh Cummings case was being planned to cover up for the faked abduction of the Satsuma five year-old, which had been carefully orchestrated to create reasonable doubt for those responsible for the death of Caylee Anthony, after the Orlando’s toddler’s remains were found.

The contents of a recently discovered email reveals that key figures in the Casey Anthony murder trial, and HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case, were secretly coordinating to fund the illegal activities of William (Cobra) Staubs, a Florida private investigator and bail bondsman that planned and directed the fake kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

In the e-mail, Staubs refers to the HaLeigh Cummings case as a “gig” that he got from Rev. Richard Grund, a witness in the Casey Anthony murder case.

‘Cobra’ Staubs was arrested by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in May of 2009 for felony false imprisonment after he arrested a ‘patsy’ while the group’s camera-man filmed it for You Tube – in a ploy to convince the American public they had gotten the pedophile that kidnapped and murdered the two little girls.
