Federal Judge Leo I. Brisbois has been provided audio evidence of criminal activity by conspirators named in federal lawsuit
Audio capturing a Florida attorney in the commission of a felony has been submitted to the United States District Court for review by Honorable Leo I. Brisbois.
The audio is not being released to the public at this time.
The audio was submitted by Timothy Charles Holmseth, the plaintiff in Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al.
Holmseth, an award-winning newspaper reporter, and the only person to write a book about the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, obtained the audio during his journalistic investigation of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.
The audio clearly supports Holmseth’s claim that the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) and EGF City Attorney violated his First Amendment rights when they conspired with members of organized crime in Florida to force-remove legally published content.
According to the Complaint, Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad, colluded with law enforcement’s suspects in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping to violate Holmseth’s constitutional rights.
The audio involves some of the same actors that held meetings to discuss the tentative assassination of Holmseth.
