Questions now exist whether the referenced BCI investigation actually pre-dated the Elliott shooting and may have been the catalyst for the attempted murder of Elliott by rogue police.

ND Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem is being asked to explain why his office has not made any statements regarding the pursuit and shooting of David James Elliott in 2015.

In February, 2015, law enforcement in North Dakota refused to inform the public through the media about the basic facts surrounding an officer involved shooting in a hospital parking lot in Grand Forks.

The shooting involved the University of North Dakota Police Department (UNDPD), Grand Forks Police Department (GFPD), Grand Forks Sheriff’s Office (GFSO), and North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP).

Law enforcement continuously deferred reporters to the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) saying the BCI was the “lead agency”.

On March 3, 2015, the Grand Forks Herald said in an Opinion:

Reached by phone Saturday morning, police Lt. Dwight Love told the Herald there was no danger to the public. He refused to elaborate, and passed off further questions to the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Despite numerous requests from the Herald, the BCI did not comment. Adding to the confusion, the attorney general’s office — which oversees the BCI — said it was a local responsibility, i.e. our local police force.

Want to breed public distrust of the police and law-enforcement in general? Here’s a checklist on how to do it:

• Withhold basic information and let rumors run rampant in coffee shops and on social media sites.
• Appear unorganized and ignorant of basic protocols, such as which agency is actually in charge of public information.
• Adopt a “nothing to see here” approach when the whole darn town knows (and sees) otherwise.
• Disregard state law, which states that agencies are required to provide information in these types of incidents, including a chronology of events as well as initial offense report information showing the offense, date, time, general location, officer and a brief summary of what happened.

Over a year later there has been no known press release from the BCI regarding the ‘investigation’ that was continuously referenced by law enforcement spokesmen in the wake of the Elliott shooting.

Questions now exist whether the referenced BCI investigation actually pre-dated the Elliott shooting and may have been the catalyst for the attempted murder of Elliott by rogue police.

If so – that would mean all police efforts to withhold information from the public, from day one, was an attempt to hide the truth about an attempted murder that involved the GFPD, GFSO, UNDPD, and NDHP.

Stenehjem is running for the position of Governor.

I am contacting you in regards to the BCI investigation referenced by North Dakota law enforcement spokesmen following the pursuit and shooting of David James Elliott in February, 2015, in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

As you know, immediately following the pursuit and shooting, law enforcement refused to provide the media with any information regarding the event that began in the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot and ended hours later at Altru Hospital in front of the Emergency Room.

When UND Police Chief Eric Plummer, GFPD Chief Mark Nelson, and Grand Forks Sheriff Bob Rost, finally addressed the public in a press conference days later, they said they were not at liberty to provide the public with information or discuss it because it was a BCI investigation.

I am contacting you in regards to the SUBJECT of that BCI investigation; and the present STATUS of said investigation, which was repeatedly referenced by law enforcement.

According to UND Police Chief Eric Plummer during a press conference, the pursuit of David James Elliott involved “multiple counties” and the voting public needs to know what those counties were.

Jim Grabanski was key media figure in 1986 unsolved murder

Retired EGF police officer Jim Grabanski was found dead in his home on February 24, 2016.

The cause and manner of Grabanski’s death was not stated in the very short obituary.

Grabanski was a key media figure regarding the unsolved 1986 murder of Daryl Sindermann. Sindermann, a youth from East Grand Forks, Minnesota was murdered at a beer party and the case was never solved.

In November, 2014, Grabanski was interviewed by KVLY during a two part story by reporter Neil Carlson regarding new information about the Sindermann murder. Grabanski told KVLY he was told who murdered Sindermann.

“Retired Officer, Jim Grabanski doesn’t plan to let this case remain unsolved,” Carlson reported.

In November, 2015, Write Into Action acquired records through a document request that named Sindermann’s alleged killers and showed law enforcement had covered the information up to protect certain people.

Grabanski was also a key figure in Write Into Action’s investigative series ‘Special Investigation: East Grand Forks – History of Darkness – Culture of Death’.

Grabanski was a witness to the savage police station beating of Jon Osowski at the East Grand Forks Police Department.

Write Into Action’s investigation into the Osowski beating has revealed Osowski saw a bright light and tunnel during the maniacal assault by (retired) Sgt. Curt Ellingson and other officers.

Osowski told Write Into Action “Jim Grabanski” visited him in his jail cell and told him he could file a complaint about what the police did to him. Grabanski asked Osowski to not tell anybody that he advised him.

Donald Trump is very unlikely to choose Florida Governor Rick Scott as his VP running mate.

Scott is the focus of a pending federal lawsuit against the State of Florida that involves the Scott Administration covering up organized kidnappings and a child pornography sex trafficking ring.

The federal lawsuit, which was originally filed as HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA, is being expanded, based upon new evidence that links the Scott Administration, Florida Department of Children and Families, FDLE, and other agencies to extortion, blackmail, and child sex trafficking.

Donald Trump, the front runner for the GOP, would never survive the horrendous details of the scandal.

The Scott Administration and AG possesses audio recordings of a Florida DCF child protection worker discussing a child sex trafficking operation. The DCF agent is heard admitting she received a CD that contained secret naked photos of a raped missing child, HaLeigh Cummings.

HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing in 2009 and is classified as a Missing Person by the FBI.

According to one of the sex traffickers, William Staubs, he was an agent of Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and personally met with her.

Evidence against the Scott Administration also includes medical files and client lists from a Tallahassee pill mill where Scott’s own Chief Inspector General, along with countless other government officials and law enforcement officers, frequented to illegally obtain drugs from persons using a Georgia doctor’s medical license without his knowledge.

Prisoner beaten in Minnesota jail saw bright light and tunnel

Names and players in 1991 abuse case surface in police shooting of unarmed man in front of emergency room in 2015

Jon Osowski, Grafton, North Dakota, was beaten so savagely in the East Grand Forks Police Department that his soul left his body.

Osowski has permanent physical scars on his neck and back from the torture that involved multiple officers and included his head being smashed into the wall and floor, chest suppression and suffocation, eye gauging, kicking, punching, and being drug around by his hair – all while handcuffed.

The case is now being examined for violations of Jon Osowski’s constitutional rights.

The disturbing events surrounding the Osowski case sparked a journalistic investigation in the 90’s by Neil Carlson, Channel 11, which featured interviews with a host of other abuse victims in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

“It was about two days later the back window was shot out of my car when we were on Columbia Road and I thought maybe these guys were going come after me again, so I was scared,” Osowski told Write Into Action.

Documents obtained by Write Into Action reveal a police officer that witnessed the event and sought to obtain medical help for Oswoski, captured Rodney Hajicek, now the ranking officer at the EGFPD, stating he witnessed the event, but noting he would lie to state and federal investigators if asked about what he witnessed.

The blatant indifference to honesty, integrity, the law, and human life by Hajicek appears symbolic of everyone involved.

Documents reveal one officer asked if an ambulance had been called for Osowski and was told, “Don’t fucking worry about it.”

Jon Osowski recalled the experience.

“I blacked out and just remember feeling myself – total silence – I thought I was dead for sure. And I did see a bright light and a – it was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen,” Jon Osowski said.

Jon Osowski’s fiance’ and girlfriend of 15 years, Jody, said Jon is troubled by the event. “Jon said himself that he felt his body – or if you want to put it ‘his soul’ leaving his body and he seen a bright light and the tunnel – and just – all he said was he didn’t want to die so his soul went back into his body,” she said.

Disturbing events on the other side of the Red River in Grand Forks, North Dakota, appear to show a connection between officers involved in the East Grand Forks abuse cases, and an officer involved shooting in 2015.

In February, 2015, David James Elliott was targeted and hunted for hours before being shot three times in the head in the Altru Hospital parking lot.

Jon Osowski said he believes East Grand Forks, Minnesota is a very dangerous place to live or visit.

Law enforcement in North Dakota is attempting to cover-up the true facts and circumstances that led to the shooting of an unarmed man in a hospital parking lot.

The public is yet to learn why David James Elliott, a man with no criminal record, abruptly fled from police in February, 2015, before being shot three times in the head.

Despite availability, no request has been made for the critical 911 records of Elliott’s call to PSAP, which would shed light on the events, facts, and circumstances that ended when Elliott was shot outside the Emergency Room parking lot of Altru hospital in Grand Forks.

On February, 8, 2016, WDAZ, Forum Communications, Inc. broadcast select video featuring short clips from the chase and shooting.

Responding to a request for information by Write Into Action regarding records, Lt. Derik Zimmel, Grand Forks Police Department (GFPD) said “In-car video for primary pursuing vehicles for both pursuits in their entirety” was requested by the media.

Zimmel’s reference to “both pursuits” is based upon an assertion that two separate pursuits took place on the night in question.

The deceptive story being given to the public is that the initial David Elliott pursuit was cancelled, and then, re-initiated, over an hour later, when Elliott returned to Grand Forks city limits.

That’s false.

“MULTIPLE COUNTIES”

“The UND police officer was assisting in a pursuit that had covered multiple counties as well as the City of Grand Forks,” said UND Police Chief Eric Plummer during a press conference. [quote can be heard at the 20 second marker of the following video].

Plummer refers to ONE pursuit.

Either GFPD Chief Mark Nelson’s public information officer Lt. Derik Zimmel is lying; or UND Police Chief Eric Plummer is lying.

The facts show Plummer is telling the truth.

The pursuit was on-going after law enforcement claims they stopped chasing Elliott on I-29 South near Thompson, North Dakota.

But law enforcement does not want the public to know that.

Public record already in existence establish that Grand Forks County Sheriff’s and North Dakota Highway Patrol were pursuing Elliott on I-29 South from the Oslo, Minnesota interchange to Grand Forks, which is in the opposite direction of Thompson.

The details of the mysterious events occurring during that time window are contained in the 911 records.

The reason for calling it ‘two separate pursuits’ is to avoid discussing the activities of the Grand Forks Sheriff’s deputies and North Dakota Highway Patrol that were likely attempting kill Elliott.

The following excerpt is from an Opinion Letter authored by Grand Forks County States Attorney David T. Jones:

According to States Attorney Jones, Elliott telephoned 911 after the pursuit began. The 911 records of Elliott’s 911 call will reveal where he was located and what was occurring around him.

“No transcription requests, or requests for additional video footage to be processed, have been made for video or 911 records,” said Lt. Derik Zimmel, GFPD.

Write Into Action has determined a collective effort is being made to conceal from the public, just exactly what occurred after police claim they stopped chasing Elliott near Thompson, North Dakota; and over an hour later when they admit coming back into contact with Elliott near the Oslo, Minnesota I-29 interchange, which is in the opposite direction.

FBI investigating link between Columbine School and Planned Parenthood shootings

The FBI is investigating a link between the Columbine School shooting in 1999, and the Planned Parenthood shooting in 2015.

The Denver FBI is investigating pro-life radical Rev. Bob Enyart for his possible involvement in the November 27, 2015 mass shooting at the Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado Springs.

Enyart is no stranger to the FBI.

FBI records reveal Enyart, a self-proclaimed pastor, abortion activist, and radio talk-show host, has been on the FBI’s radar since at least 1999 when a mass shooting occurred at Columbine.

Official FBI reports on the Columbine School shooting reveals persons with prior knowledge of the impending massacre were discussing it in a chat room on “Bob Enyart Live”. Four entire paragraphs were dedicated to Enyart’s chat room in the FBI report.

“While in BOB ENYART LIVE [redacted by FBI] had an electronic conversation with two screen names,” the Report said.

“During the course of the investigation [redacted by the FBI] made statements to the effect that something bad was going to happen in Colorado or North Carolina on April 20, 1999.

“[Redacted] made further references to the holocaust, Adolph Hitler’s birthday, and a fire. Toward the end of the conversation [redacted] stated to keep your eyes open,” the Report said.

“[Redacted] frequently visits the chat room BOB ENYART LIVE and [redacted] believes that [redacted] is a seventeen year-old boy, possibly from Colorado,” the Report said.

Enyart’s has other connections to the Columbine School shooting.

Enyart became deeply involved with Brian Rohrbough whose son, Daniel Rohrbough, was killed at Columbine. Brian Rohrbough was a member of Enyart’s ‘Denver Bible Church’ which has since been described as a ‘satanic cult’ by former members Curtis and Danielle Kekoa.

Brian Rohrbough was the president of Colorado Right to Life and used the pro-life platform to run as the VP running mate of Alan Keyes on the presidential ticket. Brian Rohrbough and Enyart once co-signed a scathing letter to Dr. James Dobson regarding abortion issues.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, former members of Enyart’s church, say the entire church is a ‘front’ using pro-life for a façade. The Kekoa’s told the FBI that Enyart is responsible for the murders of JonBenet Ramsey, Jessica Ridgeway, and Dylan Redwine.

Danielle Kekoa was interviewed by the FBI by three days before the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooting carried out by Robert Lewis Dear. Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI, contacted Danielle Kekoa seeking information about Enyart’s Denver Bible Church.

“[Bob Enyart] is perhaps the most dishonest and deceptive man I have ever met in my life. He is a blatant liar and his whole thing is to try to get people into following and worshipping him,” Brian Rohrbough said.

Lisa Rohrbough, Brian Rohrbough’s wife, compared Enyart to the infamous mass murderer, Rev. Jim Jones. “Follow [Rev. Bob Enyart} – do you what you want – but when it comes the time – don’t drink the red kool-aid – he reminds me of that terrible person,” she said.

Enyart once suggested during a radio program that he possessed video of JonBent Ramsey being tortured and murdered.

John Walsh, United States Attorney, District of Colorado, issued a press release in November, 2015. “The United States Attorney’s Office and federal law enforcement have been working throughout in close support of Colorado Springs, El Paso County, and State of Colorado law enforcement, as well as Fourth Judicial District Attorney Dan May.   We also have been in close contact with both the National Security Division and Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice.   The federal investigation is ongoing and focused,” Walsh said.

In 2015, the LCSA began working with the former FBI profiler on the Dylan Redwine murder case.

Klismet told news reporters “I’ve been doing this for 30 years, and I have yet to get one wrong.” He told news stations in July, 2015, that he identified a person of interest.

One month later in August, 2015, the LCSA announced Dylan’s manner of death was “homicide” and named his father, Mark Redwine, as a person of interest. It was also reported new evidence had been found near where Dylan’s remains were located. And – Klismet had been there.

However – the full body of evidence in the case is not pointing at Mark Redwine – it’s pointing at the LCSA, Klismet, and Redwine’s mother, Elaina Hall.

Evidence obtained by Write Into Action shows Klismet, who claims to be a expert criminal profiler, is in no way what he appears to be and the truth about him is extremely disturbing.

“I look at behavioral things,” Klismet told Channel 7, Denver, in July, 2015.

However, two reasonable people could not disagree that Klismet poses a serious credibility problem to the LCSA.

On July 9, 2015, a Web radio host named Levi Page announced Klismet would be appearing on his program. The announcement appeared on a cyber-harassment website called www.radionewz.net. The site is situated on an off-shore Web server and not subject to U.S. jurisdiction.

The website has been repeatedly reported to the FBI.

On July 15, 2015, Timothy Charles Holmseth provided Klismet a link to www.radionewz.net. The link to the site showed Klismet how the purveyors of the website were intimidating a Florida man using pornography video.

Holmseth also provided Klismet with audio recordings of Levi Page during telephone calls initiated by Page. The recordings featured Page warning Holmseth he better “shut the fuck up” and stop saying another missing child, HaLeigh Cummings, is alive.

Klismet wasn’t fazed.

In the most bizarre of statements, Klismet replied to Holmseth, “Not interested in anything to do with that and it doesn’t influence me in any way about any thing.”

Evidence is beginning to show the Dylan Redwine murder investigation is an ongoing media stunt put on to mislead the public.

The Steven Avery Syndrome continues to emerge in the wake of ‘Making a Murderer’.

Retired FBI agent Pete Klismet, Criminal Profiling Associates LLC., has become the focus of suspicion regarding his presence in multiple criminal investigations.

There are now questions regarding any evidence found in existing criminal investigations that Klismet was brought into after the case became cold.

Klismet recently insulted the Denver FBI regarding their investigations into the Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs, as well as activist radical pastor Bob Enyart and his (Enyart’s) associate Kimberly Kay Bowman.

Klismet’s grandiose claims and strange behavior, while continuously interjecting himself into active criminal cases, is beginning to cast a probative light upon the former FBI agent.

Klismet’s odd behavior reached a fevered pitch following the Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs.

In November, 2015, an FBI task force investigating plots against Planned Parenthood facilities contacted Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado. Kekoa was asked for inside information she had about on goings at Denver Bible Church where she and her husband, Curtis Kekoa, had been members until fleeing what they now call a “satanic cult”.

Three days after Danielle Kekoa was interviewed and told the FBI to “expect” something because Enyart had been outed and exposed; a gunman, Robert Lewis Dear, went to the Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs and killed three people including a police officer.

While most applaud the FBI for their investigative insight that led them to the Kekoa’s, which shows the Task Force is onto those behind murders and mass-shootings, Klismet emerged from nowhere to declare the Kekoa’s unstable and dangerous.

In December, 2015, Klismet slammed the Kekoa’s during an online Twitter exchange with a Web troll that was posting under the name ‘Justice for DYLAN Redwine’.

During the exchange, the Kekoa’s were labeled as “insane”.

The pattern of ad hominem attacks against the FBI’s witnesses may be a sign that Klismet is associated with Enyart.

Klismet’s use of his time to discredit FBI witnesses using online conversations with Web trolls is alarming because of the appearance and possibility he is communicating with something called a ‘sock puppet’; a device used by disinformation specialists to create the appearance they are talking to somebody else when in fact they are simply talking to themselves using multiple Twitter accounts and/or user names on message boards

“I’ve had my share of emails and contacts through my website from these morons. Truth is … I would be more concerned about these people doing a mass shooting than anyone else. Certified and committed whackleberries. (That’s a word us profilers use a lot),” Klismet said.

Klismet’s suggestion that he is worried the Kekoa’s could do a mass-shooting has many believing Klismet is at the least – a charlatan and fraud.

“The Kekoa’s have certainly demonstrated that thy are not dealing with a full deck. I sure hope they do not own any weapons. With this kind of crazy who knows what’s next. Whackleberries is the perfect named for the Kekoa’s,” replied ‘Justice for DYLAN Redwine’.

Klismet’s proactive psychological diagnosis of the Kekoa’s appears out of place and does not match the written letters of references regarding the Kekoa’s that were authored by members of the Denver Bible Church, including a reference from Enyart, before the parents of six exited the cult and went to authorities.

“Anyone following Dylan’s case has probably been spammed or stalked by the Kekoa’s. These sick twisted weirdoes believe the pastor is responsible for the death of Jon Benet, Jessica Ridgeway, and even Dylan, and now they are accusing him of all these crazy shootings happening all around our County,” said Justice for DYLAN Redwine’.

Klismet has received local media attention in Colorado regarding his relationship with the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office and the ongoing investigation into the murder of Dylan Redwine.

But there are issues.

Klismet’s back-story as a ‘criminal profiler’ along with his continued activity is causing suspicion regarding the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office’s association with him.

In July, 2015, Klismet appeared on Channel 7 Denver, to discuss his involvement in the ongoing criminal investigation of murdered child Dylan Redwine. The news piece was one of many heralding breaking new leads in the case.

“After five months of reviewing what he called “voluminous material, evidence and reports,” former FBI criminal profiler Pete Klismet said he determined there was someone the team needed to be focused on,” Channel & reported.

“I’ve been doing this 30 years – I’ve yet to get one wrong,” Klismet said.

Klismet has been called a “John Douglass wannabe” and there is virtually no footprint of the outstanding career and successes he claims.

In July, 2015, Klismet appeared on a Web radio program hosted by a man named Levi Page to discuss the Dylan Redwine case.

The association with Page also went bad for Klismet.

In July, 2015 the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota conducted an investigation into Page after his website appeared as the authoring site of sex-based threats against the children of an investigative journalist.

The EGFPD discovered Page had lied about his age in an online bio erected in 2010 where he was featured as a 34 year-old “criminal investigator” and shown posing with HLN’s Nancy Grace.

The EGFPD investigation revealed Page was only 25 years-old in 2015. “I contacted Austin Peay University and was able to obtain contact information for a Levi H Page DOB 07/19/1990,” reported Officer Corey Amundson, East Grand Forks Police Department.

In reality – in 2010 Page was not 34 years-old and had no college education, experience, or background.

“The Nashville, Tenn., native is also a regular on the CNN Headline News show Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, where he discusses cases like those of Haleigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony and Kyron Horman,” the bio says.

The evidence regarding Page was included in documents filed to the Minnesota court. In 2015 a Minnesota judge described Page as one of the “online trolls” harassing and threatening investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth’s family.

Page originally began threatening Holmseth after the February, 2009 disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings in Florida.

Page, along with Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultant Inc, Indiana, called Timothy Holmseth and told him HaLeigh Cummings was dead and he better “shut the fuck up” and stop saying HaLeigh is alive.

In 2011, Page and Church telephoned Holmseth again to harass him. Following the telephone call, Church called the EGFPD in her capacity as “investigator” and told police Holmseth had just claimed to have the HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

Recordings of the call prove Church was lying and made a false police report.

New information regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping; now in the hands of the FBI; casts an umbrella of suspicion over Page, Church, and now Klismet.

In a spectacular piece of new evidence, the FBI has a lead that HaLeigh Cummings was transported out of the State of Florida by Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

In July 2015, Klismet emailed Holmseth and said, “I have been working with the sheriff’s dep’t for quite some time, and have quite a bit of credibility with them.  Feel free to contact anyone in the county you wish, but as I said before, you might be messing with the wrong person.  I’d recommend you knock off this foolishness since you have no stake in or involvement in or credibility with anyone involved with this investigation.”
