BCI records show official version clashes with eyewitness account

Law enforcement and government officials in drug and crime infested North Dakota face yet another police shooting scandal – this time in Pembina County.

On June 5, 2016 Pembina County Deputy Brad Bowman shot Clifford Edward Monteith III on a rural highway near Neche, North Dakota.

Media reports at the time described a scene that involved Monteith, the passenger of a vehicle, abruptly exiting the vehicle and physically attacking the deputy and chasing him with a knife before stealing his keys so the deputy could not pursue him.

BCI interviews show those characterizations of the event were largely false.

No media reports ever mentioned Monteith and his girlfriend had traveled from Grand Forks to Neche to look for “the Neche house” and the Grand Forks County Narcotics Task Force immediately became involved after the shooting.

Court records showed the case against Monteith was closed on October 17, 2016 after a plea deal was reached.

The settlement was widely reported.

Man accused of brutally attacking deputy pleads guilty October 18, 2016 PEMBINA, N.D. (AP) – A Grand Forks man accused of attacking a deputy sheriff in Pembina County before being shot has pleaded guilty under a deal with prosecutors. Authorities say 27-year-old Clifford Monteith III pinned Deputy Brad Bowman to the ground during a June 6 traffic stop in Neche, beat and choked him, and tried to grab the officer’s gun. Monteith then allegedly chased Bowman with a knife when Bowman broke free, and the officer shot him. Monteith initially faced nine charges including attempted murder. Prosecutors dropped that charge, and Monteith on Monday pleaded guilty to five charges including assault. The plea deal calls for him to serve 15 years in prison.

However – court records show that on October 18, 2016 an Arrest Warrant was served upon Monteith (who was already in custody) for felony Aggravated Assault and Terrorizing.

The prosecution for the State of North Dakota is Haley Wamstad, Grand Forks County State’s Attorney‘s Office.

Is there a reason law enforcement in Grand Forks wants to keep Monteith jacked up on more felony charges?

Let’s take a look at what was going on behind the facade put up by law enforcement’s media arm, Forum Communications. .

On October 16, 2016 Write Into Action submitted a records request to the North Dakota Attorney General for the BCI investigative records of the Bowman/Monteith shooting.

The North Dakota Attorney General’s office replied on October 17.

“I am responding to your request for records involving Clifford Edward Monteith III and Deputy Brad Bowman. No records will be provided because the requested records are exempt pursuant to N.D.C.C. Section 44-04-18.7,” said Liz Brocker, public information officer, ND AG.

On October 19 Write Into Action re-submitted the records request for the BCI files on the Bowman/Monteith shooting.

Brocker responded on October 20. “We will be happy to provide a cost and time estimate, shortly,” she said.

So why did the Grand Forks County States Attorney’s Office take an interest in charging Monteith with more felonies after he had reached a plea deal that sent him to prison for 15 years?

The bizarre circumstances surrounding the Bowman/Monteith shooting may actually rival the shooting of David James Elliott, an unarmed man shot in a hospital parking lot by a University of North Dakota police officer in neighboring Grand Forks County in 2015.

Both the Bowman/Monteith and Braaten/Elliott shootings appear to be violent interactions between police and drug traffickers that are part of the same criminal enterprise; after something has gone wrong.

THE OFFICIAL STORY OF THE CLIFFORD MONTEITH SHOOTING IS CONTRADICTED BY AN EYEWITNESS

According to Deputy Bradley Bowman, on Sunday, June 5, 2016, shortly after midnight, he observed an SUV on Highway 18 driving slowly.

Bowman said he pulled up to the SUV, which had stopped alongside the road. The SUV was driven by Rebecca Rausch, Grand Forks. Clifford Edward Monteith III, Rauch’s boyfriend, was a passenger in the vehicle.

The following is a summary of Deputy Bowman’s account of events:

1. Bowman radioed dispatch at 12:18 A.M. but received no response.

2. Bowman approached the vehicle and asked Rausch if she was lost. He asked her to exit the vehicle. He talked to her. He asked Rausch how she got a black eye. Rauch told him somebody other than Monteith did it.  She said she and Monteith were looking for the “Neche House”.

3. Bowman told Rausch to get back in the vehicle.

4. Bowman then asked Monteith to exit the vehicle, which he did. Monteith did not want to tell Bowman his name. Monteith attacked Bowman. Monteith pulled a knife. Bowman deployed a tazer. The tazer failed. The two men fought. The two men ended up in Bowman’s squad car (Monteith on the driver’s side).

5. Bowman shot Monteith three times in self defense. Bowman radioed “shots fired” at 12:23 A.M.

6. Monteith exited Bowman’s squad car; got into the SUV driven by Rausch; and they fled.

7. Bowman radioed dispatch that the maroon SUV was southbound on Highway 18 at 12:24 A.M.

But – not so fast.

An eyewitness account by Sara Letexier, a passing motorist that spoke directly with Bowman during the event, blows gaping holes in the official story because of what she saw and heard when she pulled up to the scene.

Letexier spoke with the media (WDAZ-TV) and was interviewed by the BCI (the BCI interview with Letexier is astonishingly short for an eyewitness to an attempted murder of a police officer).

The first discrepancy is the timeline.

Sara Letexier stated she came upon the scene at approximately 12:35 a.m. Sara Letexier stated she saw a person on the roadway and a deputy. The deputy told Sara Letexier she should find a different way home because he was attacked. – BCI / Special Agent Kraft / Sara Letexier Interview

So – according to Letexier, there is a person lying on the road and the attack is over. As you will see; this does not fit the official version at all.

Bowman radioed “shots fired” at 12:23 A.M. (12 minutes earlier than Letexier recalls arriving). He radioed that the SUV was southbound on Highway 18 at 12:24 A.M.

That means that Bowman shot Monteith; and within a minute or so Monteith fled the scene in a vehicle.

No time to lay around the road while Letexier is talking to Bowman.

Letexier saw a “sedan” at the scene.

Letexier heard gun shots.

Sara Letexier stated she later heard a gunshot. S/A Kraft was told by Sheriff Terry Meidinger a report of fireworks was reported in the downtown area of Neche, North Dakota. – BCI / Special Agent Kraft / Sara Letexier Interview

“I heard the gunshots as well and that was kind of scary,” Letexier said.

Here’s what you have:

1. Letexier pulled up to the scene
2. Letexier saw a man lying on the road
3. Letexier saw a vehicle (other than the squad car)
4. Letexier talked to Deputy Bowman
5. Bowman told Letexier he had been attacked
6. Letexier heard gunshots (It’s not clear by the records if Letexier heard the gun shots while she was at the scene, or after she exited. The BCI report indicates it was after she left the scene).

THE MAN LYING IN THE ROAD

“I just kind of rolled up in the middle of it. I could see the man in the road, he was crumpled,” Letexier told WDAZ.

Letexier told WDAZ she talked to Bowman. “He seemed like he was out of breath, he said I’ve been attacked,” Letextier said.

Letexier says there was a person lying on the road and the attack is over.

That is entirely inconsistent with dispatch logs that show Bowman called in “shots fired” and then radioed the shooting victim had fled the scene within about a minute.

STRANGE AND MUTUAL OMMISSION

In their interviews with BCI, neither Bowman nor Rausch describe a time when Monteith is laying in the road while Bowman talks to a passing motorist.

In fact – no BCI summary makes any mention of Bowman or Rausch ever mentioning that a motorist pulled up and talked to Bowman.

Here are their accounts, and as you will see, neither Bowman nor Rausch’s account has Monteith lying in the road.

CLIFFORD MONTEITH III told Deputy BRAD BOWMAN he could not feel his arm after the shots were fired. Deputy BRAD BOWMAN stated Rebecca Rausch was also yelling, “You shot him!” CLIFFORD MONTEITH III exited Deputy BRAD BOWMAN’s patrol vehicle and entered Rebecca Rausch’s vehicle and they drove away. – BCI / Special Agent Kraft / Deputy Brad Bowman Interview

Rebecca Rausch stated that CLIFFORD MONTEITH III exited PCSO squad car #4504 and entered her vehicle, sitting in the front passenger seat. CLIFFORD MONTEITH III said, “Let’s go,” and at first (1st) told her to go to the hospital, but then instructed her to take him to their residence located at 2129 17th Street Northeast in Grand Forks, North Dakota. – BCI / Special Agent Ness / Rebecca Rausch Interview

Write Into Action has reason to believe the Bowman/Monteith shooting and Braaten/ Elliott shooting are related to a drug trafficking operation that involves members of law enforcement and military personnel.

The criminal enterprise involves members of the Grand Forks County Narcotics Task Force, Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force, Grand Forks Sheriff’s Office, Grand Forks Police Department, University of North Dakota Police Department, Polk County Sheriff’s Office (Minnesota), and East Grand Forks Police Department.

Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI possess the very names of international child sex traffickers that sell infants to purchasers in Europe. The FBI was provided minute details of how the babies are acquired and moved abroad through the United States Embassy.

In 2010, Special Agent A. J. Eilermann, Minneapolis FBI, interviewed investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth regarding recorded interviews Holmseth conducted regarding a child kidnapping in Florida.

Eilermann acknowledged to Holmseth the FBI knew who was hiding a missing five year-old girl named HaLeigh Cummings.

Newly released records from the FBI investigation into the Hillary Clinton email investigation shows there is actually a group called “The Shadow Government” governing the nation behind the scenes.

In December, 2015, investigative journalist and federal plaintiff Timothy Charles Holmseth reported Treason against the United States and turned over a manifesto to the FBI, as well as a Minnesota Federal Judge (letter published below).

Honorable Frank,

I have discovered evidence of treason against the United States of America and I am writing to you because you are an officer of the United States Court.

I have submitted the evidence to Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI and she acknowledged receipt (see attached).

I am contacting a federal judge (you, Honorable Frank) because I have been targeted due to the fact I have discovered a “shadow government” that has targeted me, and I have no financial resources to obtain an attorney to address the violations of my Constitutional rights. There is no possible way I have the ability or legal know-how to file such a lawsuit and navigate the process properly.

The aforementioned “shadow government” has actually targeted ‘America’ and is actively terrorizing every single citizen through organized kidnappings, rape, torture, ritual killings, mass shootings, etc.

Attached you will find a 2,488 word Manifesto authored by Rev. Bob Enyart, Denver Bible Church, Colorado.

Robert Enyart came under investigation by the FBI after they (FBI) were contacted by Planned Parenthood in the fall of 2015 regarding concerns about Enyart’s church. The Denver FBI then contacted Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, and asked to interview her regarding things she witnessed at Denver Bible Church (she and her husband Curtis are former members).

I began interviewing and journalistically covering the horrendous plight of Curtis and Danielle Kekoa in the summer of 2015. I subsequently began chronicling the events surrounding the Kekoa’s at my publication http://www.writeintoaction.com (see attached).

The FBI interviewed Danielle Kekoa on November 24, 2015. During the interview (I have a copy of the entire interview) Agent Milka told Danielle Kekoa the FBI was seeking to avert possible violence and didn’t want another “Dr. Tiller” (murder of an abortion doctor) on their hands. Danielle Kekoa warned Agent Milka to “expect it” because Enyart had been exposed.

Only three days later, on November 27, 2015, Robert Lewis Dear went to the Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs and shot and killed several people including a police officer.

The FBI knew in advance a shooting was going to occur – that it was going to occur at Planned Parenthood – that it would be in Colorado – and they knew who was going to be behind it – that person was Rev. Bob Enyart.

I possess facts and evidence to support the assertion that members of Bob Enyart’s “shadow government” has targeted me and my family since approximately 2009.

Below are paragraphs I extracted from Enyart’s Manifesto and operating guide that demonstrates he is in violation of Unites State Code and has already committed treason against Our Country.

I would direct Your Honor’s specific attention to the fact he is already operating a parallel government that involves “your ability to weigh the evidence against the accused and to decide the right charge, verdict, and sentence”.

I believe that I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, have already been tried and found guilty and sentenced by the illegal “Shadow Government” Online Court because I obtained evidence that the “Shadow Government” members located in the State of Florida (and other States involving various crimes) were trafficking child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Likewise, the same illegal trial and sentencing was held for the Kekoa family after they realized Enyart was a satanic cult leader that was murdering and/or ordering the kidnapping and murders of people (including children) at an unimaginable scale.

Robert Enyart is guilty of treason and other federal crimes.

I am requesting the legitimate Unites States District Court – District of Minnesota, refer me to the Federal Pro Se project for an attorney.

The reason I am making this request is because I do not know how to file an Original Complaint, properly. Enyart claims in his Manifesto that his shadow government will be set up in 100 cities across the United States. I am not a lawyer and do not know how to address this many jurisdictions.

Further, this is an issue of national security that has been going on since at least the 1990’s. It is in the best interest of all 50 States for the U.S. Court to adapt this matter promptly.

I humbly request the Court consider my request for a reference.

Winston C. Mathis, Mathis Law Firm, Arkadelphia, Arkansas, has confirmed he contacted Timothy Charles Holmseth shortly after Holmseth published a story regarding Clinton Global and ongoing efforts by operatives to implicate Donald J. Trump.

“Yes, that was me, I was writing from my personal email address. I just wanted to see the attachments to your complaint because they were not on your website. I had thought I would try the Pacer document system next. I had asked for the exhibits to your complaint so I could get a better picture of what you were using to support your allegations. Mainly for my education as I have been layed up from a recent surgery,” Mathis said.

On October 11, 2016 Mathis emailed Holmseth and stated an interest in a RICO complaint filed by Holmseth and requested documents.

On October 14, Holmseth responded to Mathis and said, “Do you represent; or plan to represent; a client related to this matter?”

Mathis has not responded.

Anonymous has released a video.

“The entire U.S. presidential election is nearing an explosive crisis over a secretly made intelligence video recording showing former president Bill Clinton raping a 13 year-old girl that Hillary Clinton has kept hidden from public knowledge with help from the American propaganda mainstream media,” the video said.

The video declares Hillary Clinton’s decision to embroil Donald Trump in her husband’s sex crimes, and his affiliations with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, may result in the video being released.

Donald Trump is not the first person to be targeted for weaponized false sex abuse allegations by CIA operatives connected to CNN, Clinton Global, and Jeffery Epstein.

In 2010, Timothy Charles Holmseth, an investigative journalist from Minnesota, was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI after interviewing key figures in the national profile kidnapping of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings. The child was reported kidnapped on February 10, 2009.

Holmseth captured rogue CIA and FBI operatives on audio discussing child rape pornography they had created of the little girl and passed around on a disc. Holmseth provided the FBI an audio recording of an operative discussing the details of a trans-national baby sales operation being run through the U.S. Embassy by rogue CIA/FBI operatives in Florida.

The pedophile operatives that kidnapped HaLeigh Cummings were directly associated with convicted Ponzi schemer Scott W. Rothstein; the operatives were being legally represented by his law firm, Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, & Adler. Holmseth was contacted by an attorney with the firm, Pedro Dijols, on behalf of kidnapping suspects.

Holmseth immediately became the target of weaponized false sex allegations and threats against his family; including a threat to kidnap his grandchild; that continue to this day. Holmseth is contacted regularly and threatened to remove his publications from the Web.

There is a reason.

Holmseth captured CIA child procurers on tape – and they were connected Epstein (and the Clintons).

The following excerpt from the Sun-Sentinel shows the connection between Rothstein and Epstein.

The operatives have threatened Holmseth for seven years.

In 2016, the operatives began to telephone Holmseth using telephone numbers that include Clinton Global, Trump Organization, CNN, and the Republican National Committee.

Evidence shows the criminal syndicate is connected to missing and murdered children including JonBenet Ramsey, Caylee Anthony, Dylan Redwine, Jessica Ridgeway.

Holmseth has no prior relationship with Mathis.

The story, ‘Clinton Global implicated by child sex operatives targeting Donald J. Trump’ reveals there is an intelligence operation targeting both Holmseth and Trump.

Mathis requested legal documents from Holmseth.

“I have practiced law for 20 years and have had the misfortune of filing a civil RICO complaint. At the time, my research showed that a great number of impediments had been placed in their way,” Mathis said.

Holmseth has reached out to Attorney Winston Clint Mathis, Arkadelphia, Arkansas regarding the matter.

Holmseth is seeking to determine if the communication was made by Attorney Mathis.

Evidence shows Director James Comey’s FBI has been running cover for the operation.

Sex predators claiming association with Clinton Global and Turner Communications (CNN) are using voice changing software to relentlessly telephone investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, Minnesota (see photos below).

The black operation against Holmseth, which is well documented at local police departments in Minnesota and North Dakota, began in 2009 after Holmseth conducted interviews with individuals involved in a child kidnapping in Florida. In 2010 the Minneapolis FBI contacted Holmseth and asked for segments of recorded interviews he conducted with members of a child sex ring suspected of kidnapping and photographing HaLeigh Cummings. 5.

 

Holmseth turned over audio recordings to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi that captured a Florida DCF child protection social worker talking to a mercenary child-trafficker and admitting she handled a CD that contained close-up photos of the five year-old missing child’s private area – the CD was never turned over to law enforcement.

The sex operation involved a fake pastor and pedophile named John Regan who interjected himself into the missing child case and told multiple witnesses he was an agent with both the FBI and CIA. Wayanne Kruger, an associate of Regan, told Holmseth during a recorded interview that members of the Florida government and legal community were selling babies to purchasers in Europe and provided details of how infants were being moved through the United States Embassy.

Holmseth also possessed information pertaining to slain toddler Caylee Anthony, which was directly related to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Holmseth and his children have been relentlessly stalked and threatened since 2009; warned to remove his publication from the Web.

In 2016 the operatives began to use Donald Trump’s telephone numbers.

In September, 2016, Holmseth acquired a written confession authored by a child serial killer that boasted of murdering JonBenet Ramsey in 1996. The confession was published briefly on the Barnes & Noble website before being removed. Holmseth submitted a copy of the confession to Boulder Police Department and Denver FBI.

On September 26, 2016, Holmseth sent a copy of the confession entitled ‘Two Is Too Young To Die’ to Donald Trump’s attorney, Michael D. Cohen.

The operatives telephoned Holmseth and warned him to remove information he published about JonBenet Ramsey.

On October 1, 2016, an operative contacted Holmseth with links the sender claimed would lead to photographs of children being murdered.

Holmseth continues to receive threatening calls from telephone numbers intended to implicate Donald J. Trump.

Donald Trump’s telephone number used to threaten journalist

Donald Trump has been targeted by organized crime that has repeatedly used his telephone number to threaten a journalist and FBI witness.

Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, began receiving threatening calls from telephone numbers listed to The Trump Organization and Mar-A-Lago Resort in March, 2016 – the most recent threat was yesterday.

Holmseth contacted Trump’s attorney, Michael D. Cohen, on September 26, 2016 to alert him that somebody using Trump’s telephone number was committing felonies and federal crimes.

Holmseth recently published a never-before-seen written confession by a person claiming to have murdered JonBenet Ramsey. The sick confession entitled ‘Two Is Too Young To Die’ appeared briefly on the Barnes & Nobles website before it was removed. The confession has been reported to Boulder Police and the FBI.

The call made to Holmseth last night by a person using voice changing software was listed to Trump’s Florida resort.

“You are hereby forbidden to mention the following names on your website. If you do you will face consequences. Never mention Donna Wagoner, Pam Bondi, Levi Page, Marco Rubio, Jeremiah Regan, Tina Church . . . John Regan, William Murtaugh, Alexandria Goddard, Chelsea Hoffman, Dominic Piscitello, John Merchant, Peggy  Cone”.

Piscitello, Merchant, and Cone were all detectives at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Florida and worked the still unsolved case of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Wagoner was interviewed by the FBI based upon a tip from Holmseth.

John Regan told multiple people during the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation that he was an agent with both the FBI and CIA.

Holmseth provided evidence to the FBI and Florida Governor Rick Scott’s Department of Children and Families that John Regan and a group of public officials secretly photographed HaLeigh Cummings naked.

“You are to delete all reference to them on your website and you are hereby forbidden to mention them again,” the caller said.

Colorado police department withholding police audio interview regarding JonBenet Ramsey murder

The police department in Northglenn, Colorado has been caught deliberately trying to hide audio of a formal police interview that contains information regarding several murdered children in Colorado.

On October 3, 2016 the city of Northglenn, Colorado (partially) filled a records request submitted by Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth). The public records received by Write Into Action is missing known records; including a formal recorded police interview conducted by NGPD Sgt. Mike DiGiovanni with Curtis Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado.

The interview contains stunning amounts of information about murdered children in Colorado. The information was so viable and valuable the Denver FBI would seek the Kekoa’s out for the information three years later.

Curtis Kekoa’s wife, Danielle Kekoa, was interviewed by Denver FBI in 2015 regarding information the Kekoa’s had about a domestic terror group based out of Denver Bible Church. The church group is led by Rev. Bob Enyart, who Danielle Kekoa described to the FBI as a satanic cult leader and serial killer.

The FBI contacted Danielle Kekoa at the behest of Planned Parenthood in November, 2015, as the feds unsuccessfully attempted to stop an upcoming attack. The attack occurred in Colorado Springs three days after the interview when Robert Lewis Dear shot and killed three people at a Planned Parenthood facility – including a police officer.

The Record’s Clerk at NGPD did not include the document Timothy Holmseth provided as an attachment to his request, which contained the list of names he was asking to be queried. Rather, the Records Clerk only included the cover sheet.

Holmseth addressed the public records issue with Northglenn’s city manager James Hayes, today.

Manager Hayes, Today I received an envelope containing public records I requested from Northglenn Police Department. The records included the NGPD cover sheet I filled out for requesting the records. On the cover sheet where it says ‘Name To Be Attached’ I wrote the words “See Attached”.   However, nowhere within the records you provided was the item I attached to show you what names to query for my request. That attachment is attached as a PDF file to this email for your review. It is a matter of law that you include any attachment that you based your query upon, in the file. You must have received the attachment because you provided me records containing some of the requested/queried names contained in it. This is concerning because the nature of the records that you did send me indicate you queried Curtis and Danielle Kekoa (something you could not have known without the attachment). I only received printed out police reports and calls for service logs. I received absolutely no notes, logs, ledgers, emails, faxes, body cams, voicemails, PSAP records and/or “any other document”. The attachment you worked from contained a request for all those items. According to Colorado Open records Act: (7) “Writings” means and includes all books, papers, maps, photographs, cards, tapes, recordings, or other documentary materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics. “Writings” includes digitally stored data, including without limitation electronic mail messages, but does not include computer software. The information NGPD is attempting to hide is utterly staggering and involves information the FBI would later request from Danielle Kekoa.

Write Into Action’s independent investigation has discovered several Colorado police departments appear to be taking very deliberate and strategic internal actions to cover-up for the group that is murdering these children.

KIMBERLY KAY BOWMAN

In July of 2013The Denver Post reported a Colorado woman disturbed the family of slain child Dylan Redwine.

A Denver-area woman, Kimberly Kay Bowman, disturbed the Redwine family and friends with a Dylan Redwine page she was administering. Bowman had been associated with unsanctioned fundraising in another Colorado child disappearance, and Dylan’s family didn’t want that to happen in his case. Prior to her Facebook involvement with the Redwine case, Bowman had been ordered by attorneys to stop collecting online funds for Jessica Ridgeway, a 10-year-old Westminster girl who was abducted and killed on her way to school last summer. – Denver Post / July 8, 2013

The Curtis Kekoa police interview that is missing from Timothy Holmseth’s public records request shows Curtis Kekoa provided information about Bowman to multiple Colorado police departments.

For instance – contained in the vanished public record is Curtis Kekoa informing Sgt. DiGiovanni about “Kim and Scott Bowman” who the Kekoa’s personally knew from Enyart’s cult.

 “Missing Jessica Ridgeway from Westminster Colorado – that Facebook page was started sixty seconds after the police released information the first time about Jessica Ridgeway,” Curtis Kekoa told Sgt. DiGiovanni.

Curtis Kekoa told Sgt. DiGiovanni web pages are set up for missing children and used to harvest information about witnesses so they can be threatened, defamed, and discredited; as well as a tool to control the public narrative.

Curtis Kekoa told Sgt. DiGiovanni that Danielle Kekoa went onto Kimberly Bowman’s webpage regarding Jessica Ridgeway and made a post that implicated Bob Enyart in the little girl’s disappearance. Danielle Kekoa’s post was immediately removed and she was blocked from the page.

“What they do is kidnap children and then they exploit them,” Curtis Kekoa reported.

Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI, asked Danielle Kekoa questions about Kimberly Bowman. Danielle Kekoa explained to Milka how Bowman, who the Kekoa’s believed to be a friend, came to their home as an agent of Enyart and looked for things that could be distorted and reported to Child Protective Services in advance of a full-scale campaign launched against the Kekoa’s by the cult.

Evidence shows extremely disturbing conduct by City of Northglenn and the NGPD against the Kekoa family that can only be described as creepy creepy creepy cult-like activities that involves police officers.

North Dakota Attorney General redacts witness interview in police shooting – cites existing investigation – “Criminal intelligence information and criminal investigative information”

UNDPD officer lied during investigation of police shooting

The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) has finally turned over a partial audio recording of their interview with a police intern who was present and witnessed a police shooting in Grand Forks.

The audio was provided to Write Into Action.

North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem’s office made redactions attributed to NDCC 44-04-18.7 – a statute that invokes confidentiality based upon “criminal intelligence” associated with “active criminal investigative information”. Criminal intelligence information and criminal investigative information – Nondisclosure – Record of information maintained. 1. Active criminal intelligence information and active criminal investigative information are not subject to section 44-04-18 and section 6 of article XI of the Constitution of North Dakota.

Write Into Action’s independent investigation has now discovered UNDPD officer Heather Hopkins lied to BCI investigators about the most critical fact surrounding the shooting of David James Elliott.

Immediately after the shooting in the early morning hours of February 28, 2015, Hopkins and Braaten were captured on audio from a body cam that is still recording, which Write Into Action obtained.

This exchange takes place:

Heather Hopkins: “Are all the officers gone?”

Jerad Braaten: “Yep, did you see him when he was trying to run him over?”

Heather Hopkins: “Yep”

Jerad Braaten: “I’m going to need you to file a witness”

Heather Hopkins: “Okay”

But – that’s not what Hopkins told the BCI a short time later.

Interviewing Officer: “So when the vehicle accelerates could you see the officer get spun out of the vehicle? Did he almost get run over?”

Heather Hopkins: “I couldn’t tell”

The BCI possessed Braaten’s body-cam, which was found hidden under Braaten’s squad car, so the BCI and States Attorney David Jones knew exactly what was said.

The Special Agent asked Hopkins if she talked to Braaten after the shooting.

BCI Agent: “At any point does Officer Braaten come back into the UNDPD vehicle? To talk you or anything?”

Heather Hopkins: “Yes, after the ambulance came and they took the driver on a gurney inside he came back into the car – and sat down inside the car.”

BCI Agent: “Did he say anything?”

Heather Hopkins: “He did say something to me. I honestly can’t remember what he said. I want to say he just asked me if I was okay. But, I don’t remember what he asked me. I know I asked if he was okay he said ‘yep’.”

Perhaps the BCI or States Attorney Jones should have reminded Hopkins that she claimed to have seen Elliott almost run over a police officer and that she ambitiously agreed to sign a sworn statement swearing to it.

The David Jones Elliott shooting was an attempted murder by a hit man working for the University of North Dakota Police Department in conjunction with officers from other agencies including the Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Office and Grand Forks Police Department.
