Yesterday, Write Into Action exclusively reported that all court records have vanished from the Register of Actions regarding a 2016 child rape case filed in Polk County, Minnesota against George Robert Lyons.

Today, further investigation reveals Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones appears to be involved in some very strange and suspicious behavior (as usual).

Evidence shows something grossly illegal appears to be taking place within the Polk County, Minnesota and Grand Forks County, North Dakota judicial systems – at the court administration level.

I’ll show you.

The bizarre and suspicious nature surrounding the George Lyons sexual assault case was first noticed and reported upon by Valley News Live on January 16, 2016.

The Valley News report filed by Neil Carlson called out the fact that sexual misconduct runs in the Lyons family and George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons, is serving a life sentence.

Carlson also reported that George Lyons, after bonding out of jail, announced on Facebook that he would be marrying an assistant state prosecutor in the spring of 2016.

Thirty-five year old George Lyons of Grand Forks has been charged with having sex with a 13-year old girl in East Grand Forks. And it’s an alleged crime, that apparently runs in the family.
George Lyons is a free man today after posting 15-thousand-dollars cash bail. He was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile relative in East Grand Forks.
Meanwhile, East Grand Forks Police say Lyons was also under investigation in Grand Forks County for a similar incident. Assistant States Attorney, Jason McCarthy says he can’t comment on ongoing investigations. But, George Lyons brother, Matthew Lyons was sentenced to life in prison here in 2014, for the continuous sexual abuse of a child.
The relationship between all these factors gets even stranger. George Lyons had listed on facebook that he was engaged to marry an Assistant Prosecutor here in Grand Forks this Spring. She has not returned inquires to confirm or deny that relationship, as George Lyons gets ready for his criminal trial, and his brother Matthew continues to serve his life sentence in prison.
If he’s convicted, George Lyons could be sentenced to as much as 30 years in prison for the charges in Polk County.

Well…

George Lyons still claims he’s engaged to a Grand Forks States Attorney AND his rape case files all vanished.

So, here’s the fact-pattern.

George Robert Lyons, Grand Forks, was charged in January, 2016 with first degree sexual misconduct against a young minor, which was widely reported.

On Thursday, January 7, 2016 the Grand Forks Herald referred to “court documents” and a “criminal complaint” pertaining to criminal sexual conduct charges filed against George Lyons in Polk County, Minnesota District Court.

But now…

There is no record of the “criminal complaint” and “court documents” referred to by the Herald.

Note: Write Into Action reached out to Kathy Narlock, Polk County Court Administrator, for an explanation as to why the entire case vanished from the website, but received no response as of the time of this publishing.

So George Lyons was charged in January, 2016.

Move ahead to February, 2017.

This week, George Lyons told an employer and several others in Grand Forks (including me) that he is engaged to Carmelle Mattison, the prosecuting attorney on the Delvin Shaw murder trial.

The Shaw murder trial is presently underway in Grand Forks.

Delvin Shaw was convicted in June, 2014 for the murder of Jose Lopez. However, the North Dakota Supreme Court subsequently ruled the Grand Forks District Court “misapplied the law and abused its discretion in admitting evidence against 32-year-old Delvin Lamont Shaw, who was found guilty by a jury last year for the June 24, 2014, murder of Jose Luis “Joe” Lopez.

Okay…

So…

There is no longer any court record that George Lyons was charged with repeatedly raping a child; and he’s running around declaring a romantic relationship with States Attorney Mattison.

Interestingly, North Dakota court records show George Lyons has a criminal history that includes Felony Theft and Facilitation of the Delivery of Methamphetamine.

Pay close to attention to the details reported by the Herald.

A Grand Forks man is facing criminal sexual conduct charges after East Grand Forks police arrested him Wednesday for engaging in sexual acts with a minor.

George Robert Lyons, 35, was charged in Polk County District Court in Crookston with first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, both felonies.

The charges stem from claims he had oral sex and inappropriately touched a person under 16 years of age with whom Lyons had a “significant relationship,” according to court documents. The incident occurred Jan. 20, 2014, at an East Grand Forks residence, according to a criminal complaint.

It’s very clear that everything that occurred in the Court occurred in Polk County, Minnesota.

There is NO RECORD whatsoever of that Polk County, Minnesota court case in the Register of Actions for the State of Minnesota courts.

According to the Grand Forks County, North Dakota Register of Actions, on January 4, 2016, Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones filed for extradition of George Robert Lyons from Polk County, Minnesota.

Here’s the problem with that.

That’s two days before George Lyons was reported to be arrested.

The North Dakota Register of Actions show Jones filed for “Extradition” and the hearing was held by ITV.

“Extradition” is the ONLY entry in the North Dakota system regarding George Lyons in that annual time window.

And the North Dakota ‘Extradition’ case is now CLOSED.

And there you have it.

George Lyons, Grand Forks, told Timothy Charles Holmseth, and multiple other people today that he is engaged Carmell Mattison, the Grand Forks County States Attorney prosecuting the Delvin Shaw murder trial, which is underway in Grand Forks.

The following is from Valley News Live on January 7, 2016:

East Grand Forks, Minn. (Valley News Live) A Grand Forks man has been charged with sexually assaulting his relative. Thirty-five year old George Lyons faces charges of First and Second Degree, Criminal Sexual Conduct.

According to court records, it happened at an undisclosed East Grand Forks home on January 20, 2014. George Lyons is accused of forcing a 13-year old female relative to perform oral sex on him.

Police say this may have been just one, in a long string of incidents.

Lt. Rod Hajicek, East Grand Forks Police: “There’s sexual innuendos over a period of time, which ends up finally with a sexual encounter that occurs.”

Write Into Action reviewed Minnesota’s official website and found no record of Lyons’ sex charges, which were widely reported by the Grand Forks Herald, Valley News, and other news agencies.

Write Into Action has contacted Polk County Court Administrator Kathy Narlock about the bizarre situation regarding the missing records.

Write Into Action has contacted Attorney Mattison with copies to Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones and Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem.

Today I spoke with a man named George Lyons at my place of employment in Grand Forks. It was his first day on the job.

Mr. Lyons told me he is engaged to you. He told several other people the same thing. He told me his girlfriend is the “prosecutor” on the Delvin Shaw murder case. He told me your opinions on the Supreme Court ruling regarding the Delvin Shaw case. He told me details about the murder case. He told me it was a case of mistaken identity. He said you work late due to the Shaw murder trial.

I researched court records on the Delvin Shaw murder trial and learned you are the attorney assigned to the case.

I researched George Lyons and found that in January, 2016 he was charged with first and second degree sexual misconduct in Polk County, Minnesota. He was also charged with delivering methamphetamine and theft in Grand Forks County, North Dakota.

I observed that Mr. Lyons’ court records for the sexual misconduct charges in Polk County, Minnesota are not on the official website.

By appearance – they never existed.

I have contacted Polk County Court Administrator Kathy Narlock in regards to the strange omission of public record.

It is my opinion the aforementioned fact pattern is very concerning because:

1. You are a prosecutor on an existing murder case that involves drugs in Grand Forks County
2. Simultaneously, you are engaged to a man that was charged with first degree sexual misconduct against a minor in Polk County, Minnesota, as well as delivering methamphetamine and theft in Grand Forks County
3. Your alleged finance’s court records disappeared from the State’s website

It is my belief and opinion that Delvin Shaw and/or any legal counsel he may retain should be aware of the aforementioned.

WDAZ-TV ignores local nightmare

WDAZ, the East Grand Forks Police Department, and the Polk County Attorney’s Office have partnered to distract the public from a deep dark secret involving a kidnapped child from Florida and a local cover-up.

Today, WDAZ published Drug arrests spike in East Grand Forks.

The lame story was a response to Does Trump Executive Order spell trouble for Polk County, Minnesota – – – Minnesota county tangled up with CNN Pizzagaters

The WDAZ story featured an interview with creepy Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD.

Hajicek is a very sick man that secretly colluded with kidnappers in an international child sex trafficking operation.

Write Into Action obtained secret emails involving the kidnapping, which Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth was hiding (they disappeared from the EGFPD files) until I made a public records request for them. The secret emails had been exchanged between Hajicek and CNN pedophile pizzagater Art Harris. Hajicek used his personal email account so they wouldn’t be subject to public data records request.

That also means he’s a pedophile supporter in his free time.

The emails show Hajicek was trying to help kidnappers come up with a way to arrest me while I was actively assisting the Minneapolis FBI with information I obtained about a kidnapped five year-old named HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings during interviews I conducted.

I captured the kidnappers on audio talking about rape porn that had been created of HaLeigh. The images were actually described to me. They FBI were moving in on the suspects, which is what Harris and Hajicek didn’t want.

Hajicek actually used a scissors (or some office tool) to cut out his side of the email conversation with Harris so nobody would know what he was saying.

That means he is subject to blackmail now by the pedophile group.

Not only is Rod Hajicek creepy – he’s stupid.

In 2011, Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana called the EGFPD and made a police report regarding HaLeigh Cummings. She told the police I claimed to have HaLeigh in my apartment. They sent police officers to my home and scared my children.

In 2016, after I obtained information from an eyewitness that appeared to place Church with HaLeigh shortly after the kidnapping, she called me and said she was impersonated on the police report that was made about me. She said it placed by a woman from Florida and, yet another CNN operative, Levi Page.

Church also told me the police had been calling her (off the record).

They tried to set me up, folks.

They plowed over me with guns and bullet proof vests and tried to get into the bathroom where my teenager daughter was prepared for a bath. She fought with that baby elephant police officer Tony Hart to keep the door shut so she could get dressed. Sgt. Chris Olson asked my daughter where she worked. EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad and Sgt. Chris Olson then started switching off going to Perkins in Grand Forks to sit in her section and scare her.

These guys are sicko perverts, folks.

Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force Commander Aeisso Schrage illegally seized my young daughters cell phone that day and then read all of her private texts in private somewhere. He then boasted to me what he read and he looked like he was becoming genuinely sexually aroused.

I firmly believe Aeisso Schrage is a sexual predator.

Local law enforcement sleaze-balls and scum-bag pedophiles were collectively working together against children.

Does an Executive Order issued by President Trump regarding transnational criminal organizations and trafficking spell future trouble for Polk County, Minnesota?

It could if local police and government officials are part of an international crime syndicate that puts out local fires that pop-up in Polk County.

So is it an issue?

Let’s take a look.

Greg Widseth, the county attorney in Polk County, Minnesota might be a little unnerved by the recent Trump Order that reads in part:

“Transnational criminal organizations and subsidiary organizations, including transnational drug cartels, have spread throughout the Nation, threatening the safety of the United States and its citizens.  These organizations derive revenue through widespread illegal conduct, including acts of violence and abuse that exhibit a wanton disregard for human life.  They, for example, have been known to commit brutal murders, rapes, and other barbaric acts”

It continues.

“Work to support and improve the coordination of Federal agencies’ efforts to identify, interdict, investigate, prosecute, and dismantle transnational criminal organizations and subsidiary organizations within and beyond the United States”

Yeah – might be a problem.

President Trump isn’t real big on international kidnapping and pedophile rings that are funded by drug trafficking and other illegal activities.

Alternatively stated….

President Trump doesn’t like slime-bag Luciferian creeps that kidnap, sell, dungeon torture, drink blood, eat hearts, and rape to death babies and children.

So why should this matter to Widseth?

In 2009, Widesth, along with the East Grand Forks Police Department and Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force, secretly coordinated through phone calls and private emails to assist child sex traffickers directly associated with CNN, Nancy Grace, and Art Harris, to cover-up actionable information that could lead to a missing child from Florida.

Let’s take look at Attorney Widseth’s resume:

• Widseth has knowledge that child rape pornography was created of a kidnapped five year-old named HaLeigh Cummings. The child rape pornography was in the very possession of the creeps that were communicating with East Grand Forks Police and public officials.

• Widseth has knowledge that pedophile traffickers connected to Scott Rothstein and Jeffrey Epstein secretly communicated with EGFPD Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek to suppress stories and orchestrate raids on a local investigative journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth.

• Widseth has knowledge that Timothy Charles Holmseth was actively assisting the Federal Bureau of Investigation with information about the child pornography, which he had acquired through recorded interviews he conducted with kidnapping suspects, and, Widseth knows the EGFPD conspired with those traffickers to find a way to arrest Holmseth at that very time Holmseth was helping the FBI.

• Widseth has knowledge that in 2011, Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana, called the EGFPD and reported Timothy Charles Holmseth claimed he had the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment. Widseth subsequently learned that in 2016, Tina Church told Holmseth she was impersonated on the telephone call to police by a woman from Florida and a CNN pundit named Levi Page.

There’s more but you get the point.

For seven years, Widseth and the EGFPD have possessed knowledge and information that connects a missing child to operatives of convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein, Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein, and rogue CIA operatives connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton.

The Polk County connections include business associates and employees of convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein, convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein, and a group of FBI/CIA operatives working with CNN.

Threatening telephone calls to Holmseth from “Clinton Global” indicate the Pizzagaters are connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton, and are particularly worried about information Holmseth acquired and published regarding the slain Colorado child JonBenet Ramsey.

During the 2016 presidential race it became virtually impossible for Widseth to pretend he did not understand the magnitude of the situation.

When Holmseth asked Attorney Mathis who his client was – Mathis ceased communication.

In November, 2016, Holmseth contacted Widseth regarding new information he obtained and asked for a meeting.

Widseth didn’t reply.

So what happens to these little kids that get kidnapped?

Understanding the death of JonBenet Ramsey

Getting your head wrapped around the murder of JonBenet Ramsey begins with viewing this horrific video that shows a child being tortured during a trauma based mind control session.

This video surfaced recently following the exposure of an international Luciferian pedophile network commonly known as #pizzagate – the network was exposed by Julian Assanage’s Wiki-Leaks – and revelations continue to emerge under the presidency and new Justice Department of Donald J. Trump.

The video you are going to see shows a child in what appears to be a bath/shower with strobe lights flashing on him/her. There is an adult male yelling abusively at the child that is shrieking and screaming due to something horrible and terrifying that is occurring in the tub.

Occurring simultaneous is a bizarre recording of what sounds like a children’s song or learning poem.

What you are seeing in the video is a child being tortured to bring about disassociation of the conscious mind so the subconscious can be programmed. Once the child’s conscious mind takes flight to escape the horror – the subconscious mind is left wide open to be programmed.

This inhumane system of programming a human is a product of an illegal program of the Central Intelligence Agency called MK Ultra.

The end result of this type of traumatic abuse is a mind-control slave. The child’s brain has been fragmented – much like a computer contains files – the child’s mind is programmed into sections and the person will now be anybody the handler wants – and to do anything they are told to do.

Cathy O’Brien, a survivor of the CIA operation called Project Monarch believes JonBenet Ramsey died during such an event. O’Brien said a CIA training video entitled “How to create a mind control slave using a stun-gun” was seized from the Ramsey home under the grounds of National Security. O’Brien said she is the girl seen in the CIA video.

As you watch this video – recall how JonBenet Ramsey’s body appeared when she was found. Her hands were tied and duct tape was over her mouth. The killer was choking her with a torture device called a garrote – she was sexually assaulted and had stun gun burns – her head was ultimately smashed in.

JonBenet Ramsey died while she was being programmed.

VIDEO: North Dakota Highway Patrolman prompted shooting of unarmed man

There may be far more to the case of the baby trapped in the stolen vehicle than the public knows.

Recently acquired dash-cam video from a North Dakota State Trooper captured during a police pursuit that ended in the shooting of an unarmed man in a Grand Forks hospital parking lot is creating serious questions about drug cartel activity and assassinations being carried out by police in North Dakota.

Dash-cam video obtained by Write Into Action reveals that on February 28, 2015, North Dakota State Trooper Matthew Peschong deliberately broadcast false information over a police radio during a pursuit to create the false appearance the suspect, David James Elliott, was homicidal – contributing to his shooting.

In the video, Peschong broadcast that Elliott tried to run over a police officer; an assertion which the video reveals is beyond absurd and patently false. The video also reveals Peschong was talking to someone on his telephone during the pursuit and making the same claims.

After the shooting, Grand Forks State Attorney David Jones joined the false narrative in an official, yet un-dated, opinion letter he sent to University of North Dakota Police Chief Eric Plummer declaring the shooting of Elliot by UND police officer Jerad Braaten was “objectionably reasonable”.

THE TROOPER PESCHONG DASH-CAM VIDEO

In the dash-cam video from Trooper Peschong’s car, Elliott is seen boxed in by law enforcement vehicles after exiting I-29 where police have been following him without emergency lights.

During the bizarre pursuit, Elliott was on 911 with Grand Forks Police Officer Matthew Bullinger. Elliott repeatedly told Bullinger he was in dire fear for his safety because former Walsh County Sheriff Lauren Wild was involved in the pursuit and following him (Wild was no longer the Sheriff at the time of the pursuit but alleged by Elliott to be very dangerous and corrupt).

After being boxed in, Elliott is seen driving over a median to escape, and then continues on his flight toward Altru Hospital.

Peschong is heard blatantly lying over his police radio to create the appearance Elliott is homicidal. “Grand Forks 332 – he just tried to charge a deputy – or excuse me a PD with his vehicle – he took off Southbound on Gateway. Excuse me Eastbound on Gateway,” Peschong said.

Only a couple minutes later Peschong is heard talking on his telephone. “Hello [answering his telephone]. He just tried to ram a police officer. A PD officer – he almost drove right over him,” Peschong said.

Peschong’s assertion that Elliott almost ran down a police officer is so utterly ridiculous it cannot possibly be viewed as anything but criminal misconduct intended to incite harm brought upon Elliott.

In his (strangely undated) letter to University of North Dakota Police Chief Eric Plummer, Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones regurgitated the lie told by Peschong about Elliott, and used it to support his conclusion that the shooting was “objectionably reasonable”.

Jones stated “Officer Braaten had been monitoring radio traffic concerning this matter and was aware of the circumstances presented and the public safety issue raised.” 

A further attempt was made to bring him to a halt on the Gateway Drive exit off of Interstate Highway 29. On that occasion, North Dakota Highway Patrol Officer Peschong, Sgt. Schneider, an additional Highway Patrol, and Grand Forks Police Department officer made an attempt to get Mr. Elliott to stop an exit his vehicle. At least one Grand Forks Police Officer had drawn his service weapon at that time. Mr. Elliott declined to halt, accelerated his vehicle towards Grand Forks Police and Sheriff’s Officer vehicles and leaving that scene at a high rate of speed. Mr. Elliott subsequently proceeded eastbound on Gateway Drive then Southbound on North Columbia Road. At that time officers made a second attempt to bring his vehicle to a halt. Officer Jerad Braaten of the University of North Dakota Police Department then joined the pursuit. Officer Braaten had been monitoring radio traffic concerning this matter and was aware of the circumstances presented and the public safety issue raised.

Braaten went on to shoot Elliott.

THE DANIEL TWO HEARTS PURSUIT – BABY TRAPPED IN CAR CASE

The never before seen dash-cam video from the Elliott pursuit, and the bogus conclusion of Jones, sheds a whole new light on the recent pursuit of Daniel Two Hearts.

On February 2, 2017, Two Hearts fled a North Dakota State Trooper that attempted to pull him over for a loud muffler. The pursuit quickly escalated into events that eventually led to Two Hearts fleeing on foot and stealing a vehicle that had a baby inside.

Two Hearts became the subject of a massive manhunt; reportedly shot himself; and was placed under guard in the hospital.

Very little information regarding the Two Hearts pursuit is available because the case is presently under investigation.

However – many similarities can already be observed.

• Both men were approached by police for a minor traffic violation
• Both men fled
• Both men were suicidal
• Both men appeared to be in great fear for their life
• Both men were pursued on I-29 in North Dakota
• Both men were found to possess pills and/or narcotics in their vehicle
• Both men suffered a gunshot wound
• Both men lived

FBI witness relentlessly stalked by police in Colorado after fingering weirdo pastor in child’s murder

These photos were captured by a full spectrum surveillance system set up around the family home of FBI witness Danielle (and Curtis) Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado.

Denver FBI interviewed Danielle Kekoa in November of 2015 three days before the mass shooting at Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs.

Danielle Kekoa told FBI Agent Kimberly Milka during several interviews that the Kekoa family is being stalked by local police and a satanic cult being run by Rev. Bob Enyart at a facility called Denver Bible Church.

The FBI is investigating Enyart’s fake church for suspected involvement in attacks on Planned Parenthood.

Danielle Kekoa told the FBI that she and her husband believe Enyart murdered JonBenet Ramsey.

Last week in North Dakota a baby became trapped in a stolen vehicle because a man was desperately trying to get away from the police.

It needs to STOP!

Governor Doug Burgum needs to observe this is an emergency; intervene, and request the United States Department of Justice direct uncompromised FBI agents to investigate.

The now regular occurrence of police shootings and unsolved murders in North Dakota is the result of international drug trafficking operations that involve every level of law enforcement including sheriff’s departments, United States Border Patrol, and the Grand Forks Air Force Base.

Law enforcement officers such as deputies, state troopers, local police, and campus police, are being used to kill off and/or arrest and/or murder by overdose, lower level drug traffickers because the cat is out of the bag.

The North Dakota BCI is part of the criminal operation and is used to conduct fake post shooting investigations; shootings that are always deemed justified by the respective county’s states attorney’s office.

Every low/mid level drug trafficker and/or blackmailed/extorted person that looks in his mirror and sees red police lights is going to flee because he knows he is going to be killed or sent to prison for a long time.

GRAND FORKS DEPUTIES AND THE GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE

North Dakota law enforcement and States Attorney’s Offices have told so many lies and engaged in so much deception and obstruction its getting hard for me to keep up. I can longer explain the full gamut of activities of this syndicate in single articles.

So I’ll do this…

Write Into Action has created an exhibit regarding the activities of Grand Forks Sheriff’s deputies as they pertain to the BCI investigation into the shooting of David James Elliott by a University of North Dakota police officer in 2015.

Two Grand Forks Sheriff’s deputies were questioned by the BCI regarding their involvement in the pursuit and shooting of David James Elliott. Those two deputies are Sgt. Andy Schneider and Nathan Moen. Schneider and Moen lied to the BCI about their movement and locations on the night in question.

Moen told the BCI he ate lunch with Schneider at the Grand Forks Air Force Base at 11:55 p.m. on February 27, 2015.

Schneider told the BCI they ate at the GFAB at 11:00 p.m.

Okay -so they are not even close on that one.

And..

Schneider is totally lying because he is seen on Grand Forks Police Department Officer Dan Harvala’s dash-cam at 11:09 p.m. standing on the side of I-29 near Thompson, ND as the first pursuit of David Elliott was terminated.

HELLO!!! McFLY!!!

David James Elliott was shot at 12:47 a.m. in the City of Grand Forks in front of the Emergency Room at Altru Hospital – so Moen’s claim is impossible on its face – because both Moen and Schneider were involved in the pursuit and present at the shooting.

But it gets even worse.

The time-stamp on the dash-cam of Deputy Andy Schneider shows him (Schneider) leaving the GFAB at 12:07 a.m.!!!

Look again at what Moen told the BCI.

The BCI investigative report from the NATE MOEN interview says “GRAND FORKS SHERIFF’S DEPUTY NATE MOEN AND GRAND FORKS SHERIFF SERGEANT ANDY SCHNEIDER  LEFT THE GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE AT APPROXIMATELY 12:55 A.M.

Look again at the dash-cam time stamp.

The police lie; the BCI says nothing; the State’s Attorney deems the shooting justified and everybody lives…

Well, no, wait…

The next baby trapped in a stolen vehicle by someone trying to get away from these monsters might not live happily ever after.

NEW PHOTOS: Informant that published FBI interviews for documentary about JonBenet Ramsey murder continues to be stalked by local Colorado police department

Family warned their dead bodies will be raped and cut into tiny pieces

There is very little doubt a Colorado couple has turned valuable information over to the FBI pertaining to the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

And somebody within the City of Northglenn, Colorado’s local government is very worried about it.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, were contacted by the Denver FBI in 2015 regarding information about a fake church suspected of domestic terrorism plots; they now continue to be stalked by local police.

Danielle Kekoa was interviewed in 2015 by the FBI regarding information she and her husband, Curtis Kekoa, possessed about Rev. Bob Enyart and organized crime plots being staged out of Denver Bible Church. The Kekoa’s are defectors from what they call a “satanic cult” and have turned information over to the FBI regarding Planned Parenthood and murdered children including JonBenet Ramsey, Jessica Ridgeway, and Dylan Redwine.

The Kekoa’s have acquired hours of video surveillance that show officers with the Northglenn Police Department stalking and harassing their family – stalking that has gone on for years.

On February 3, 2017, Curtis Kekoa provided Write Into Action a photo of the NGPD’s latest activities in front of their home.

“NGPD showed up again today, about 2:30 p.m. local.  Two of them.  That’s three times this week,” Curtis Kekoa said.

Curtis Kekoa said recent video captures officers standing in front of their home and making gestures at their house while laughing.

The creepy community police in Northglenn behave like they are auditioning for a Stephen King movie as they harass this family of eight that includes small children and a special needs adult. The Kekoa’s have received emails that warn they will be murdered and cut into pieces.

No investigation has ever been launched by the NGPD into the source of emails that warn FBI witnesses that they will ‘fuck their dead bodies’.

Light Sabres and PS4 Ultimate Fighting – drug trafficking and murder is fun until somebody loses a baby

Will the ‘baby caught in the stolen car’ case be the event that wakes up North Dakotans and Minnesotans to the public safety issue being created by drug trafficking within the ranks of their own law enforcement agencies?

Let’s break it down.

The Associated Press is reporting the manhunt for Daniel Michael Two Hearts has ended. Two Hearts was reportedly airlifted to the hospital after he shot himself during a hostage situation in Devil’s Lake, North Dakota – resulting in a non-fatal wound.

Two Hearts, 23, reportedly became involved in an extended pursuit that began around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday when a North Dakota State Trooper attempted to stop him on Interstate 29 near Grand Forks for a ‘loud muffler’.

Two Hearts reportedly fled and eventually fired shots at police with a 9mm in what became a multi-county pursuit that involved Two Hearts stealing several different vehicles – one with a baby in it.

Two other individuals that were with Two Hearts were arrested and methamphetamine was reportedly found in the vehicle.

North Dakota court records show Two Hearts is charged with ‘Attempted Murder’.

Two Hearts has an extensive criminal record that involves offenses such as theft, burglary, minor drug charges, and traffic violations.

WAS TWO HEARTS WORKING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT?

But there is one particular case that stands out.

In March, 2015, Two Hearts was charged in Burleigh County with three counts including a Class C felony drug charge.

However…

On April 17, 2015, less than a month later, the charges were completely dismissed.

What is relevant about that?

I’ll tell you.

Two Hearts certainly reached some kind of a deal with the government to have his criminal charges dropped. That makes it very likely Two Hearts was working for/with law enforcement.

So…

Why was Two Hearts so terrified and determined to get away Thursday when a State Trooper attempted to pull him over?

Let’s get some perspective using another very recent case in Grand Forks.

On Tuesday, January 31, 2017, Dean Allen Vondal-Rinde, 34, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a Class AA felony. Court records show the Affidavit for his arrest that was filed Tuesday was the first activity ever on the case.

Vondal-Rinde’s charges are based upon a ‘controlled buy’ arranged by the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force agents that took place near the Ralph Engelstad arena on September 20, 2016.

Here’s the question, folks.

Why did law enforcement wait until February, 2017, to charge Vondal-Rinde with a crime he committed in September, 2016?

Persons charged with a Class AA felony in North Dakota may be sentenced to life in prison if convicted.

Law enforcement claims to have electronic data/evidence that proves Vondal-Rinde committed the crime.

So…

Here’s what that really means.

Drug task-force cops had evidence on a man that could put him away for the rest of his life and there was NO RECORD OF IT for five months.

So…

Here’s the question that creates…

What was Vondal-Rinde doing between September and February while shadowy people secretly held his life in their hands?

Probably anything they told him to do – wouldn’t you?

Vondal-Rinde was ripe for blackmail and extortion by faceless and nameless shadow people that call themselves ‘Task Force Agents’.

The facts and circumstnaces surrounding Two Hearts also indicate he may have been involved on some level with law enforcement.

DRUGS, FLEEING THE POLICE, AND PEOPLE GETTING SHOT IN NORTH DAKOTA

The Daniel Two Hearts situation, which involves Two-Hearts fleeing a traffic stop, closely mimics the pursuit and shooting of David James Elliott in February, 2015.

Much like Two Hearts, Elliott inexplicably fled when a police officer attempted to pull him over for a minor traffic offense. Elliott told police he had taken enough pills to kill himself, which he claimed was his intention. However, he did not die from the drugs he ingested, which may mean he over-stated his consumption.

Two Hearts, too, also unsuccessfully attempted suicide.

Something clearly had both men scared to death.

Elliott, who was unarmed, was shot in the head by a UND police officer in the Emergency Room parking lot of Altru hospital in Grand Forks where he had arranged to meet a GFPD officer that he had been talking to during a two hour 911 call.

Thousands of pills were found in Elliott’s pick-up truck.

Methamphetamine was reportedly found in Two Heart’s vehcile.

But watch this.

911 call records reveal Elliott told police during the two hour pursuit, which went up and down Interstate 29, that he believed Lauren Wild, the former Sheriff of Walsh County was following him (Wild is the disgraced former Sheriff that was sued by a deputy in federal court and was not even the Sheriff at the time) and would surely harm him if he pulled over.

But there is even a bigger problem here that may require the FBI to sort out.

Walsh County Sheriff Ron Jurgens told Write Into Action that Walsh County played no role whatsoever in the Elliott pursuit. “Walsh County had no involvement with the chase or anything involving that case,” Jurgens said.

However, according to BCI investigative files a Walsh County “deputy” was involved.

So which is it?

The public was never even supposed to know about Wild’s involvement and only learned about it after Write Into Action exclusively obtained BCI interviews with David Elliott’s wife, Jennifer Elliott, and the 911 call recording from the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office (Grand Forks County PSAP deleted their copy).

BCI interviews reveal Jennifer Elliott and her mother-in-law, Margaret Dolan, said their family was friends with Wild. Jennifer Elliott and Dolan further told BCI agents that Wild claimed, after the shooting, that Jerad Braaten, the UND police officer that shot David Elliott, had been kicked out of the Grafton Police Department.

But Grafton Police Chief Anthony Dumas told Write Into Action that Braaten was never employed there.

Indeed – a former North Dakota disgraced county sheriff had involved himself on some level in a midnight pursuit and shooting that involved drugs.

Write Into Action recently obtained never before seen video of the David Elliott shooting and there is no doubt whatsoever the shooting was an attempted murder that was covered up by Grand Forks County States Attorney David Jones and other law enforcement Department heads.

Write Into Action will be showing the public the video in the near future.

The integrity of the BCI investigation into the David Elliott shooting is such a complete and absurd joke that a BCI agent, Michael Ness, is his heard telling Braaten that his body-cam was found underneath his squad car – noting to Braaten it must have fallen under the car. Write Into Action obtained the body-cam file, which seemed tampered-with, unresponsive, and partially disabled. While the camera captured no meaningful video – the camera lens briefly captures the ‘sky’ amidst a swirling motion as the camera unit is clearly being thrown under the UND squad car well after the shooting.

Isolated events?

No.

Not a chance, folks.

In June, 2016, Clifford Edward Monteith IIII, was shot by Brad Bowman, a Pembina County deputy. The shooting occurred on a deserted highway late at night where Bowman and Monteith allegedly fought until Monteith was tazed and shot and then escaped in a vehicle.

The meeting/interaction between Monteith and Bowman was not even the result of a traffic stop. Bowman told the BCI he followed Monteith’s vehicle and then got out to talk to Monteith during a “walk and talk”.

During his interview with BCI agents, Bowman describes a fight that took place; how he escaped Monteith’s grasp; and a knife that he thinks he might have seen.

THE LIGHT SABRE AND VIDEO GAME FIGHTING

“I thought that I saw a large object omitting from his right hand,” Bowman said. When asked by a BCI agent to explain what he meant by something omitting from Monteith’s hand, Bowman giggled and said, “Just, like a light sabre coming out [laughing] you know what I mean. You know coming from his hand.”

Bowman’s careful words indicated he did not want to flat out lie about seeing a knife.

Bowman said Monteith had a hold of his carrier vest during their physical fight and explained how he escaped. “I play this UFC game on PS4 you know. And one of the moves to get out of the bottom – you put your foot on the guy’s leg – I obviously wasn’t thinking of this but it must’ve been like from memory. But I put my left foot on his right leg and I started pushing myself like up away…” Bowman said, explaining how he escaped by slipping from his carrier vest – leaving the carrier vest on the road.

Now watch this.

Sara Ramos Letexier, who lived right near where the shooting occurred, was the only objectively independent and credible witness to the Bowman/Monteith shooting scene.

Letexier told Write Into Action she pulled up on the scene on her way home from work and that the version of events presented to the public by law enforcement was absolutely NOT what she saw.

Letexier told WDAZ and Write Into Action that she observed Monteith laying “crumpled’ on the highway when she pulled up in her car (although the official version was that Monteith had already fled in a vehicle by that time).

Letexier said she went home – and then she then heard a gunshot after she got home.

Letexier said Pembina County State’s Attorney Ryan Bialis did not even talk to her.

Bialis told Write Into Action the BCI questioned Letexier on his behalf. He suggested the BCI told him that Letexier was mistaken in her observations. Bialis said Letexier mistook Bowman’s ‘carrier vest’ as Monteith’s body.

However…

Write Into Action has reviewed the BCI interview with Letexier, as well as the file on the case, and no such opinion is stated by the BCI.

But – we sure got a nice full explanation from Bowman about how he used a video game move to escape from his carrier vest, which was then left lying on the highway, after he was attacked by a guy with a light sabre.

Cute, eh?

Is there more?

Yeah – this is North Dakota.

In January, 2017, Colt Allery, a Rolette County deputy, and Melvin DeLong, a car thief suspect (sound familiar?), were both shot and killed in a wild gun fight that involved three other deputies out in the middle of nowhere (sound familiar?).

DeLong, of course, too, had an extensive criminal history.

Even before authorities could officially confirm there had been a fatal shooting in Rolette County on Wednesday, January 18, KFRY-TV reported authorities said “the public is not in danger”.

Wow.

But guess what.

Two days later the Rolette County Courthouse was locked down for “security reasons”.

Then…

On Sunday, January 23, an ‘intruder’ was shot and killed in a home in Rolette County.

Write Into Action has contacted Rolette County Sheriff Gerald Medrud several times to learn why the courthouse was shut down but he does not reply.

In North Dakota and Minnesota, drug trafficking and murder is always fun until somebody loses a baby.
