George Robert Lyons, the man facing sexual assault charges for abusing a minor in Polk County, Minnesota, is now facing four new charges in North Dakota for felony Gross Sexual Imposition.
According to the Clerk of Court’s website, the charges were filed today and there is a warrant for Lyons’ arrest.

Lyons was arrested by the East Grand Forks Police Department on January 6, 2016, and charged with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault involving a child victim.
The George Lyons case has been extremely disturbing since the beginning.
According to the formal Complaint in the Polk County, Minnesota case, extremely disturbing allegations began to be made by children against George Robert Lyons as early as 2012.
Records show the Honorable Dennis Murphy issued an Order For Protection against George Lyons and found he had in fact sexually abused a child.
Yet – it took the East Grand Forks Police Department until January of 2016 to charge Lyons.
Upon his arrest in Minnesota, Lyons announced he was engaged to be married to Assistant Grand Forks State Attorney Jodi Bass – something the Grand Forks States Attorney Office has never commented on.
Today’s charges against Lyons come as astonishing details about the East Grand Forks Police Department’s involvement with a national profile kidnapping case and child porn trafficking ring becomes known.
EGFPD Police Chief Michel Hedund as been officially advised by Timothy Charles Holmseth, that a Motion is being prepared for filing in the Minnesota District Court and will be filed by Holmseth.
The Motion is supported by an extensive statement and timeline that details a criminal conspiracy between Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force, Polk County Attorney, CNN journalist Art Harris, and a child trafficking operation called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., and others, to violate the rights of Holmseth and prevent the safe recovery of a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings.

Records show the East Grand Forks Police secretly conspired with Harris to suppress the publication of a local investigative journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth (me), because the FBI in Florida was acting on information from Holmseth that was leading to the porn.
On July 10, 2009 Lt. Rodney Hajicek exchanged emails with CNN Harris via Hajicek’s private Gmail account, as the two men discussed how they could possibly have the Polk County Attorney’s office arrest Holmseth.
“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

CHILD RAPE PORNOGRAPHY – EXISTENCE
Donald Knop, who was a legal assistant for a Florida law office during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation in 2009, told Holmseth about the photographs, which he said were handed to him by the attorney that employed him.
Holmseth was also told about soft porn photo shoots of the little girl by other witnesses, as well. The following is a limited excerpt from discussions Holmseth had about the photos.
(HOLMSETH) Does it have anything to do with the photos of HaLeigh’s vagina that you have?
(KNOP) I don’t know. I don’t know that REDACTED knows I have that. But I’ve just, through working in corporate America, I’ve learned, I keep copies of everything that I’m asked to copy, that way when its alleged that I did something or didn’t do it, and more times than not, when it comes later, hey we didn’t get those copies can you sent it again, I have a copy to just fire off right off hand and I don’t have to go through the whole food chain to get them again you know.
THE CHILD PORN WAS PLACED ON A CD
Knop said he was told by his employer to place the photos on a CD. He said he was told to give the CD to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner.
But…
Knop gave the CD to DCF Warner after business hours in a gas station parking lot, and the pictures were never turned over to Warner’s supervisor or law enforcement.

Then she told me she got them from Marie.”

Knop told Holmseth he saw a man named Jeremiah Regan arrive at a motel room with the photos. Jeremiah Regan is the son of John Regan, Hastings, Florida. John Regan dressed as a pastor and told searchers during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation that he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.
During a fake search for HaLeigh Cummings in rural San Mateo, Florida on March 22, 2009, John Regan told Judy Lucia, Interlachen, Florida, that he was an FBI agent.
Knop and Wayanne Kruger told Holmseth that John Regan claimed he was a CIA agent.
Rev. Richard Grund, a case witness in the Casey Anthony murder case, told Holmseth that John Regan boasted that he impersonated a police officer at the Jacksonville airport by flashing his “chaplains’ badge”.
Holmseth was interviewed by the FBI in 2010. Holmseth asked FBI special agent A.J. Eilerman why they would have planted evidence at San Mateo. Eilerman replied, “So people will stop looking for her.”

The Office of the Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Defense has been provided information in the form of a Complaint regarding an Air Force officer connected to a group called Specialized investigative Consultants, Inc. that traffics in persons.
The formal complaint was filed Sunday, June 25, 2017 by Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
The shadowy group calls itself ‘The Deep State’ and has repeatedly threatened Timothy Charles Holmseth using telephone numbers of President Donald J. Trump.
The Air Force officer at the center of the complaint is the son of Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana.
Extensive evidence shows Tina Church’s group was connected to CNN, and in secret communications with the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force to advance operations of the criminal enterprise.

Church’s constant mention of her son is extremely disturbing because the U.S. military plays no role in domestic investigations, which is Church’s present situation.
According to Church, her corporation has been under investigation by State of Indiana and State of Florida for her activities involving the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
The story is disturbing.
Chelsea Croslin, a witness in the Florida missing child case, said Church proactively contacted her in 2010-2011 through an associate of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. and offered to help her find her missing niece, HaLeigh Cummings.
She told me she worked on the JonBenet Ramsey case, Croslin said.
Croslin asked her to be her PI.
Church then became deeply involved with Croslin’s family, which involved Church telling them that the FBI believed they found HaLeigh Cummings in Kentucky as result of a child porn raid at the home of Danny Druck.
Oddly – the Croslin’s told Holmseth about Church, HaLeigh, and the FBI child porn raid BEFORE the porn raid happened. How Church knew in advance is not known.
HaLeigh wasn’t there.
Croslin said she had a serious falling out with Church after learning Church was simply harvesting information from her, and then giving it to others in her organization’s network.
Croslin received several messages from Church of her answering machine warning her that she was “messing with the big dogs” now.
In 2011, Church telephoned William Staubs, a Florida bail bondsman and private investigator, and arrogantly warned him that if he crossed her, he would have to deal with her son who is a “Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force.”
The mysterious air force colonel that everybody needed to worry about came up often.
And – Church’s suspicious involvement in the unsolved child kidnapping case only increased.
On July 26, 2011, Church telephoned the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and “Timothy Holmseth” claimed he had the kidnapped child HaLeigh Cummings in his home.
Police were dispatched to Holmseth’s home to clear the call regarding the missing child.
Five years passed.
In February, 2016, Holmseth published an article about the missing child case based upon an interview with Wayanne Kruger.
Kruger was the national profile victim’s advocate that represented Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother. Kruger provided information to Holmseth that appeared to place the missing child with Church’s group in 2009.
It apparently struck a nerve.
In October, 2016, Church telephoned Holmseth and abruptly claimed she did not make the July, 2011 police report to the Minnesota police department. She said she had been impersonated by a Florida woman connected to her company.
However, Church is lying because she repeatedly boasted about making the police report during online radio programs she orchestrated with her corporation’s operative, Levi Page.
Holmseth asked Church if she had been filmed with HaLeigh Cummings shortly after the child vanished in 2009; and suggested the FBI had the video. Church suggested she has full access to government files and information. She said her son could just “walk across the street to the DOJ” and see if they had such a video.
During telephone calls with Holmseth in 2016, Church became furious with Holmseth and said “you don’t know who my son is and I’m not going to tell you”. Holmseth replied, “Am I supposed to be scared”. Church ominously giggled and said her son had been offered a job by the FBI but he turned it down because he would take a dramatic cut in pay.

On September 1, 2016 Danny James Heinrich led authorities to Jacob Wetterling’s burial site.
“I went on the John B. Wells show and talked about [Jacob Wetterling] and less than two weeks later everything was solved with Jacob Wetterling. They had a perp – a body – a confession – everything. Of course, they didn’t charge the dude with Jacob Wetterling’s murder. So it was very convenient,” Shurter said in a statement today.
As part of a plea deal, Heinrich, was in fact, only charged with possession of child pornography – not the murder.
:[My father] was involved in a lot of nefarious things. I believe Jacob Wetterling was one of them. I believe Johnny Gosh was one of them,” Shurter said.
Shurter says his father confessed to horrible crimes against children to a hospice nurse and he (Shurter) is on a mission to have those hospice notes investigated.

And the woman on the phone basically got really quiet then asked me how I would know that detail because it was never released to the public. But of course it was my dad – I knew it was my dad”.
My sister and my brother lived in the area at the time, Shurter said.
His story cannot be ignored.
Shurter says he was born into the CIA mind control program MKUltra and openly admits that he has murdered children and had sex with dead bodies. “It was all before the age of ten,” he said, explaining the horrors of satanic ritual abuse.

The following criteria would establish the legal classification.
In aVERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIMEfollowing anIDENTIFIABLE SIGNIFICANT EVENTorBIAZZRE OCCURRENCEin the life of the Targeted Individual (TI), the TI abruptly experiences a flurry of changes to his/her normal life that are entirely inconsistent and incompatible with his/her documented past history.
Any court that is provided evidence that at leastthreeof the following criteria have been met would be required to apply the status to the Petitioner.
In aVERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIMEfollowing anIDENTIFIABLE SIGNIFICANT EVENTorBIAZZRE OCCURRENCE:
The TI abruptly became of interest to law enforcement; courts; and/or social services; regarding concerns about his/her MENTAL HEALTH
The TI abruptly became of interest to law enforcement; courts; and/or social services; regarding concerns about his/her SEXUAL BEHAVIOR
The TI abruptly became the target of online harassment by persons known or unknown, that possessed and published information, albeit true or false, that negatively altered the public perception of the TI
The TI abruptly became the target of online harassment by UNKONWN person(s) that only identify themselves as ANONYNOUS
The TI’s CHILDREN became the focus of complete strangers, known or unknown, that profess a desire to protect the TI’s children
The TI received repeated communications that were ominous and unsettling
Family, friends, associates, past and/or present employer(s) of the TI received communications regarding the TI that are ominous and unsettling
