Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. has contacted me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) for the second time since I filed my court Motion to the Minnesota District Court, as well as a complaint to the Inspector General of the Air Force, last week.
Levi Page, agent, Specialized Investigative Consultants, telephoned me yesterday.
Page is a psychologically disturbed person whose entire identity is an explosion of red flags.
In 2010, Page published an online professional bio that that said he was a 34 year-old “criminal investigator” that was going to be covering high profile cases on the Web about missing and murdered children including Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings, and Kyron Horman.
In 2015, a complaint to the police about Page threatening me and publishing sexual content about my children triggered a background check, which revealed he was only 20 years-old (with no professional background at all) in 2010 when he said he was 34.
There’s a reason Page is un-naturally obsessed with little kids.
Time ferreted out the fact that Page’s online presence was an operation of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana. The operation is connected to the U.S. Military, CNN, court officers, corrupt government officials, CPS, FBI, CIA, and other rogue police sprinkled around the United States.
The group involves itself with missing children cases that often end when the child is found dead and mutilated such as the cases of Dylan Redwine and Jessica Ridgeway in Colorado.
The operation targets families, witnesses, and anybody that poses a threat.
And…
They did exactly that in July, 2011, when operatives conspired with officers of the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force against me. The plan involved a false police report that I had a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings in my home.
The objective of the operation was to create a document that made it appear the child had been in my home at some point, because members of the EGFPD and Pine to Prairie Task Force knew I had been told by an eyewitness, who was an employee of a Florida law firm, that child rape pornography had been created of HaLeigh.
The Minnesota police factually know who kidnapped and raped HaLeigh. But the plan was to make it look as if I had kidnapped, raped, filmed, and murdered HaLeigh.
That’s how operations by this group work.
But it didn’t turn out to well.
Tina Church now says she was impersonated by a woman from Florida on the aforementioned police report and says Levi Page was involved.
However, when Page called me yesterday, he suggested that Tina Church is lying when she says that in July, 2011 he sat silent on another telephone line, while yet another agent of the corporation filed the false police report.
According to Tina Church, the woman impersonated her.
The caller, who is listed as “Tina Church”, said “Timothy Holmseth” had just told her he had a kidnapped child named “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home – causing officers to be dispatched.
The significance of the false police report event is profound because my Affidavit and Statement of Facts to the Minnesota court details the tactics of a shadow government operation that is involved in kidnappings and murders across the country.
The Motion, Affidavit, and Exhibits will be provided to Mark Redwine and his attorney.
The Redwine and Jacob Wetterlings cases are not solved and over with by a long shot.

Was the aforementioned threat authored by a high ranking officer in the United States Air Force, who is the subject of a complaint to the Pentagon IG regarding his possible assistance to a child trafficking operation?
There is interesting evidence that he might be.
I filed a complaint to the IG of the U.S. Air Force against the son of Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawka, Indiana, because she relentlessly uses her son to threaten innocent people who know what she has done.
Church telephoned me on July 25, 2017 one day after I filed a court motion, affidavit, and exhibits to the Minnesota District Court detailing her entire operation.
Church ominously asked me if I wanted t talk to her son; when I said yes, put him on the telephone, she back-tracked. “I’m not going to give you any information for you to try to troll my son because he’s already trolling you,”Church said.
Church’s statement creates the possibility her son is the author of the bizarre emails and threats.
Church operates a shadow government operation that involves itself in child kidnappings and murder cases across the country.
She has been investigated for a scheme in Texas involving cell phones smuggled to Death Row inmates – resulting in a death threat telephoned to a U.S. Congressman.
I have received several threatening messages from someone called ‘The Firm’ that has referred to the JonBenet Ramsey and Jacob Wetterlings cases.
This group is very interested in the cult killings of Jacob Wetterling, Caylee Anthony, JonBenet Ramsey, and Dylan Redwine.
President Donald Trump would serve the American people well should he direct his U.S. Attorney and Inspector General to round up these Luciferian freaks.

The Indiana PI whose agency is at the center of a court action filed this week in the Minnesota District Court regarding her corporation’s cynical and illegal activities regarding a kidnapping – has once again issued ominous warnings.
Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., telephoned Timothy Charles Holmseth Tuesday night – one day after Holmseth filed a court motion that details a Deep State plot against his family and children, which included a copy of a complaint Holmseth filed to the Inspector General of the U.S. Air Force at the Pentagon.
Church told Holmseth the police were coming to his home because she obtained a Restraining Order against him.
Interestingly, Church did not say she called the police department, but rather, said she had spoken with Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad.

No police have attempted to make contact with Holmseth.
Church has a history of illegally conspiring with law enforcement to protect a criminal trafficking enterprise and boasts she has support from her son who is a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force.

Then… in October, 2016, Church abruptly telephoned Holmseth and claimed she was impersonated on the false police report by a woman from Florida who was once part of her corporation.
While Church claims she was impersonated on the 2011 police report, she also claims she was in communication with the police, but added the police proactively called her to talk about Holmseth’s ‘obsession’ with the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.
State of Minnesota, Polk County, and City of East Grand Forks have all failed to initiate any legal action regarding the crimes that operatives have openly admitted were committed against Holmseth.
Church and her group are linked to the interstate transportation of HaLeigh Cummings and her secret communications with law enforcement meet every legal element of civil and criminal conspiracy to cover up a child sex trafficking operation.

Pete Klismet, the former FBI ‘profiler’ hired by La Plata County, Colorado to assist in the Dylan Redwine murder investigation is associated with a nefarious group that is cynically involved with child kidnappings across the United States.
The group specifically involves itself with ‘kidnappings’, ‘children’ and ‘custody’ of children by agents and individuals that claim to work for the FBI and CIA and receive support from the U.S. Military. The organization, which is essentially a blackmail and extortion operation, is the subject of a present court action in Minnesota, as well as a complaint to the Inspector General at the Pentagon for the U.S. Air Force.
On July 24, 2017, a 218 page filing including a Motion, Affidavit, and Exhibits, was filed in the 9th Minnesota District Court, and contains details of an elaborate criminal operation that conspired against the family of a Minnesota journalist and author (Timothy Charles Holmseth) who assisted the FBI in a kidnapping and child porn investigation in 2009-2010.
Klismet and several others are named.
Klismet’s connection to La Plata County may be the proverbial ‘kiss of death’ for the prosecution against Mark Redwine – and for good reason.
The very detailed Affidavit and Statement of Timothy Charles Holmseth provides perspective for the many oddities associated with the Dylan Redwine case such as the ‘compromising photographs’ that have been used to intimidate and blackmail Mark Redwine.
The statement also provides perspective for the involvement of a woman named Kimberly Kay Bowman in the Dylan Redwine case. Bowman has been widely reported in the news for her un-wanted and creepy involvement in many missing child cases in Colorado (Bowman was a strong area of interest to the Denver FBI during interviews with Danielle Kekoa regarding Rev. Bob Enyart, Planned Parenthood attacks, and the JonBenet Ramsey murder – Bowman was associated with Enyart and befriended the Kekoa’s to snoop through their house).
Klismet has been in real bad company.
He recently told Channel 7 in Denver there is “no doubt” Mark Redwine murdered his son Dylan. FOX 31 reported Klismet said, “I came to an inescapable conclusion. It had to be Mark,” Klismet said.
Klismet is not a good front man for the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office and creates some question whether mainstream news outlets have even vetted him.
In July, 2015, Klismet appeared on a Web program hosted by a man named Levi Page to discuss the Dylan Redwine case. If Klismet were truly a ‘profiler’ he would have known to stay 1,000 miles away from Page.
Holmseth contacted Klismet before his appearance and tried to steer him away.

The aforementioned evidence shows the pornography was created after the child was reported missing on February 10, 2009.
The proof of the child pornography, and the ring distributing it, was captured by me during recorded audio interviews.
You are an investigator – perhaps you might want to listen to the audios I sent you and ponder why Mr. Page was saying the things he was saying.”
Klismet became angry at Holmseth and defended Page.
Page is an agent of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana; a corporation named in the Minnesota court action.
Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. is shown to be a criminal operation that threatens witnesses, publishes propaganda in missing children cases, and strategically deploys operatives to tamper with law enforcement investigations.
Tina Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. told Chelsea Croslin, a witness in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation, that she worked the “JonBenet Ramsey” case and warned Croslin “I told you to keep your fucking mouth shut” and refers to her special group as the “big dogs”.
Church is presently attempting to avoid prosecution in Minnesota and Indiana for filing a false police report to the East Grand Forks Police in Minnesota regarding the whereabouts of the missing child, HaLeigh Cummings. Church is listed as the caller in the official police report from 2011. However, in 2016, Church abruptly claimed “Levi Page” conspired with a Florida woman to impersonate her (Church) on the call to police.
Web pages that traced back to Page featured x-rated content and threats about Holmseth’s children and warned Holmseth to remove his websites.
Church, Klismet, Page and several others have been named in the Motion filed to the Minnesota District Court this week.

Pete Klismet, the retired FBI profiler hired by La Plata County, Colorado to assist in the Dylan Redwine disappearance/murder investigation has told news reporters there is “no doubt” Mark Redwine killed his son.

Prosecutors in the Mark Redwine case may find Klismet a liability of epic proportions and a severe hindrance to the integrity of their prosecution.
Klismet is named in a court motion that was filed yesterday to the Minnesota District Court by Timothy Charles Holmseth, a journalist and author who assisted the FBI in the national profile kidnapping case of HaLeigh Cummings.
An abundance of evidence shows Klismet is not really an ‘unbiased profiler’ but is rather, an operative brought in to push a narrative and possibly, plant evidence.
Holmseth has communicated with Klismet in the past regarding Klismet’s appearance on a talk show hosted by Levi Page, who has been directly implicated by Tina Church, Mishawaka, Indiana, as a participant in a strategically placed false police report in Minnesota regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Public records strongly suggests Minnesota law enforcement does not possess the skull of Jacob Wetterling.

If that is a fact – it effectively means members of law enforcement and the judicial community criminally conspired to stage the missing child’s recovery, and presented the public with a false confession from Danny Heinrich, so the case could be officially closed.
The ‘skull’ is imperative to the truth about Jacob because:
Heinrich said he shot Jacob in the head
Heinrich said he buried Jacob
Heinrich said he moved Jacob’s remains a year later including the “skull”
Evidence already part of the record shows law enforcement does not have the child’s skull, and in all reality, possess no remains of the child – only planted scraps of clothing and animal bones.
If the recovery of Jacob Wetterling is a lie – it is a huge lie that involves police, sheriffs, BCA, FBI, prosecutors, and judges.

MR. SCHLEICHER: Okay. And was Jacob wearing all of his clothing at the time.
THE DEFENDANT: Yes, he was.
MR. SCHLEICHER: And can you describe what you recall clothing he was wearing?
THE DEFENDANT: His reflective vest, his red jacket, blue sweat pants. Tennis shoes came off when I put him into the grave, so I threw them — I didn’t bury them with him in the grave.

You have seen Heinrich’s testimony that Jacob’s body and clothes were buried on October 22, 1989.
As part of a plea deal in 2016, which included Heinrich would NOT be charged with Jacob’s murder, and would see counts of child pornography dropped, he told a Minnesota judge that he returned to Jacob’s grave about year after murdering the child and found a item of clothing uncovered.
Heinrich claims he returned to the body, and brought a “plastic bag” and “army entrenching tool”. Upon arriving at the grave, Heinrich said he “noticed” the grave was partially uncovered.
This means Heinrich is saying he took a flashlight, walked to Jacob’s grave, with a plastic bag, whereupon he “noticed” the grave was partially uncovered. That alone defies common sense logic, and the chronological decisions he is making are mixed up and out of order.
But there is one statement Heinrich made that cannot be changed. Heinrich said he placed Jacob’s “jacket” “bones” and “skull” into the bag that he brought with.
Heinrich said he never did any digging at all because it was already that uncovered.
THE REMAINS ARE MOVED (INCLUDING THE SKULL) BY HEINRICH
THE DEFENDANT: I didn’t drive. I walked back again. I walked back. It was late at night again, probably around midnight, with a flashlight. I noticed — I shined the area and noticed that the grave was partially uncovered. You could see his red jacket.
MR. SCHLEICHER: Above the ground?
THE DEFENDANT: Above the ground.
MR. SCHLEICHER: All right. Did that cause you concern, that you could see the jacket?
THE DEFENDANT: Yes, it did.
MR. SCHLEICHER: What did you do?
THE DEFENDANT: I, I, I can’t remember. I had a bag with me, a garbage bag. I placed as many – his jacket, his bones, his skull into that bag to move. I figure I’ve got to move it.
MR. SCHLEICHER: You had a shovel with you?
THE DEFENDANT: I had an army entrenching tool with me.
MR. SCHLEICHER: So you dug up as many of the remains as you could gather?
THE DEFENDANT: I never dug any. It was already that uncovered.
MR. SCHLEICHER: Okay.
You saw the evidence yourself – Heinrich said he moved the “skull” and Jacob’s (human) bones to another location.
SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED – ANIMAL BONES AND TEETH FOUND – NO SKULL
The following is from the Searh Warrant.
“On August 31, 2016 a search warrant was executed at 27725 Business 23 East Paynesville Stearns County. During that search a red nylon jacket preliminary consistent with the jacket Jacob Wetterling was wearing at the time of his abduction, bone fragments, and teeth were recovered. Later examination by experts determined neither the teeth nor bones were human. Heinrich was present at 27725 23 East during the execution of the initial search warrant. He provided additional information referencing an initial burial site near where he assaulted and killed Jacob Wetterling. At a later time, approximately a year later, Heinrich moved the remains from the original scene 27725 Business 23 East. Law enforcement now request authority to return to 27725 for more extensive examination.”
Expert determined the teeth and bones were not human.
SECOND SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED – “APPARENT BONES” FOUND – NO SKULL
The August 31, 2016 warrant makes reference to Heinrich mentioning an “initial burial site” during the search – and Heinrich claiming he “moved the remains from the original scene 27725 Business 23 East”.
For some reason, the officer then requests a second warrant, which is simply a request to return to the address of the first warrant.
On September 2, 2016, law enforcement conducted a second search.
The officer states, “I took into custody the property and things listed below.”

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday that dental records confirmed that the remains were Jacob’s. Additional DNA testing will be conducted by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
The Wetterlings have filed a lawsuit to have investigation records sealed.

The Inspector General of the United States Pentagon has requested additional information from Timothy Charles Holmseth, Minnesota, regarding a complaint Holmseth filed against an unnamed U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel connected to a child trafficking operation he uncovered as a journalist.
Holmseth began providing the FBI actionable information about a kidnapping and child pornography operation in 2009 and was formally interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010.
Evidence shows child procurers and pornographers that are ‘known and named’ regularly identified themselves as FBI and CIA agents who said they reported to “Washington”.
John Regan, Hastings, Florida, dressed as a pastor and told searchers for a missing child in Florida that he was an FBI agent that worked undercover as a pedophile to catch other pedophiles.
Holmseth has received countless and ongoing threats from unknown callers that identify themselves as “The Deep State” and “The Firm” who use telephone numbers of President Donald J. Trump, Clinton Global, CNN, the Republican Party, and others.
In 2009, Holmseth learned the kidnappers and pornographers of a fiver year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings received assistance from Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana.
Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. repeatedly warned Holmseth, and other figures in the kidnapping, that her son is a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force and anybody that crosses her will have to deal with him.

The unknown agents threatening Holmseth have warned him to stop writing about several high profile cases such as JonBenet Ramsey, Caylee Anthony, and Jacob Wetterling.

“I am receiving threatening telephone calls from telephone numbers directly associated to the Commander and Chief of the United States Military, President Donald J. Trump. The people that call me call themselves “The Deep State,” Holmseth said.
Holmseth was an FBI witness in the kidnapping case of HaLeigh Cummings and has received threats regarding JonBenet Ramsey, Caylee Anthony, Jacob Wetterling, and others.
Holmseth has been repeatedly contacted by a group that calls themselves “The Deep State” and “The Firm”.
