Timothy Charles Holmseth approved for lawyer through Minnesota Legal Aid

I am very pleased to announce I have been approved for funding through Minnesota Legal Aid and will be getting a lawyer. The funding was granted per ‘stalking’ of my family and threats including threats to kidnap my grandchild.

The attacks on my family began in 2009 because of information I acquired about the HaLeigh Cummings and Casey Anthony cases.

I will be making an appointment to meet with a lawyer.

    I will believe it when I see it. Tim has made claims before and has not been able to back them up with proof.
