Yesterday I reported that somebody slashed the tire on my car and finally asked for financial help because its becoming overwhelming for my family.
William Murtaugh, an acting media agent for an attorney in Florida, subsequently dedicated most all of his time to publishing false information on the Web – claiming that I am lying about the incident.

Murtaugh, in 2008, drew the attention of law enforcement and TV news in Florida because he publically claimed he knew the abductor of a missing child named Trenton Duckett. He would later become involved with the search for slain toddler Caylee Anthony and missing child HaLeigh Cummings.
Murtaugh, a former car dealer, purchased an old news van so he could follow police investigators around and watch what they were doing during the searches for the children (remember how convicted murderer Scott Peterson sat in his truck and watched law enforcement drag the bay for Laci Peterson’s body).
When I became journalistically involved in the Anthony and Cummings cases, creepy Murtaugh emailed me and asked sexual questions about my minor children based upon an ‘investigation’ he said he was doing with a man named Levi Page and an attorney from Florida.
I filed a Motion in July, 2017 in the Minnesota District Court (hearing schedules for December 13, 2017) and named individuals I believe are associated with the criminal child trafficking operation. Since that time Murtaugh has published 50-60 articles about me (I lost count).
Murtaugh claims:
That my journalistic interviews with witnesses in the Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases are fake/fabricated. He says I manufactured the interviews with high tech software to create people voices talking to me so I could implicate innocent people (what’s real strange is I never even spoke to Murtaugh).
Murtaugh claims I telephone myself with a voice changer and make threats against myself.
Murtaugh claims I did not make a police report regarding the recent vandalism of my car and has published a full article entitled “Tiregate” saying I fabricated the whole event to trick people into giving me money.
I have not yet obtained a copy of the police report I filed.

Daily Mail is reporting that George and Cindy Anthony recently told Crime Watch Daily that their daughter Casey is mentally ill as reality series with O.J. Simpson may be in the works.

The beginning of the road to the truth about what really happened to Caylee Anthony is found in a security report dated February 8, 2009 by D&A Investigation Inc.
D&A Investigation was the agency operated by private investigator Dominic Casey who was retained by Casey Anthony’s lawyer, Jose Baez.
In a security report that was prepared in advance of the February 10, 2009 memorial for Caylee at the First Baptist Church in Orlando, the security detail were instructed to watch for certain individuals and deny them access to the memorial.
William Murtaugh publically claimed he knew the identity of missing child Trenton Duckett’s kidnapper when wrote a letter to the person – a very disturbing event widely reported. Murtaugh subsequently purcahsed a creep van (old news truck) and became obsessed with Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings.
Murtaugh contacted me in 2013 and asked me to answer sexual questions about my children per an investigation he said was doing based upon information he said he obtained from a Florida lawyer.

The Florida lawyer named by Wayanne Kruger as selling children and infants on the international black market through the U.S. Embassy is on record using her ‘attorney’ status to effectively steal a baby from a HaLeigh Cummings case witness.
The proof will be submitted the Minnesota court.
The mother targeted was Kristina ‘Nay Nay’ Prevatt who was a key figure in law enforcement’s investigation into the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings.
I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, possess original audio created by the Florida lawyer who improperly interjected herself into Prevatt’s life and affairs for the purpose of stealing Prevatt’s baby; should Prevatt not do and say what the attorney wanted from Prevatt regarding the kidnapping investigation.
The attorney was assisted by a bail bondsman named William (Cobra) Staubs who ultimately arrested on charged of felony false imprisonment for his meddling in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation. The You Tube below shows Staubs terrorizing Prevatt by revoking her bond and putting her in jail based upon claims she was suicidal. Staubs later told me the suicide story was fake and Prevatt was simply being pressured by himself and the attorney.
The attorney’s actions follow the same pattern described by Wayanne Kruger who told Holmseth the attorney and her husband work with a fake pastor with the CIA/FBI to abduct children for the sex trade.
The details of this illegal activity regarding the custody of a child will be submitted to the Minnesota District Court as part of a Motion filed in July, 2017 by Holmseth.
The aforementioned lawyer interjected herself into Holmseth’s life and family and spearheaded efforts to remove Holmseth’s parenting rights after he captured evidence the attorney possessed child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings.
Holmseth will be submitting audio and other information including statements from multiple witness including the attorney’s staff and employees.

As many of you know, I recently published a series of recorded interviews I conducted with renowned victims advocate/author Wayanne Kruger.
Wayanne Kruger is the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred and officially represented Crystal Sheffield, the mother of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, shortly after the child vanished in 2009.
During my interviews with Wayanne she named multiple persons involved in an international baby sales operation being run by an attorney, the attorney’s felon husband, and others including a fake pastor named John Regan who said he worked for the CIA and FBI.
The attorney, who I also interviewed, told me she was a member of the HaLeigh Task Force. She said she was an investigator and coordinating leads with Captain Dominic Piscitello and Detective Peggy Cone at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
Does that make your hair stand up? An attorney that is selling stolen babies is on the inside of a kidnapping investigation with the police.
Wayanne told me John Regan said he was a CIA agent that once went undercover for the FBI as a “pedophile” to catch other pedophiles. She said John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, prevented her from going to the police regarding something she wanted to tell law enforcement about HaLeigh. She said John Regan told her the FBI already had HaLeigh wanted to keep it quiet.
I reported information about the aforementioned attorney and Fake Pastor/CIA/FBI agent to Florida law enforcement and the FBI almost immediately after learning it in 2009.
And the FBI knew my information was good.
Secret emails that never showed up in public records request, from the private Gmail account of a corrupt East Grand Forks police officer named Lt. Rodney Hajicek, have revealed the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota FACTUALLY KNEW that in July of 2009 the FBI in Florida was actively using information from me in their search for the missing child.
But the East Grand Forks Police Department hid the emails and information!
The reason EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund at the EGFPD hid the Hajicek emails and a 56-page FBI report I authored was to buy time while they tried to fabricate and trump up cases against me using criminal, civil, and family courts in several states within a network that is often referred to as the ‘Shadow Government’.
Some of the cases involved developing completely fabricated stories about my children.
In 2011, a Broward County Judge in Florida named Michael G. Kaplan granted a domestic violence protection order against me. It was petitioned by the aforementioned attorney that I reported to the FBI, and who Wayanne Kruger said was kidnapping and selling babies on the international black market.
EGFPD police records show that specific attorney had been calling and talking to Hajicek.
I had never met that attorney in my life but simply interviewed her and her law staff. During those interviews I found out she possessed child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings that had never been turned over to law enforcement.
Here it what Shadow Government Judge Michael G. Kaplan ordered in 2011: THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.
If I had possessed the hidden Hajicek email(s) it would have PREVENTED the police and shadow government operatives in the judicial system from developing their multiple bogus domestic violence protection order schemes against me, because the fact the FBI was using my information sent my credibility through the roof.
I published the Wayanne Kruger interviews now, in 2017, because it took me that long to find the individual clips where Wayanne told me about the trafficking operations and children that had been raped and filmed.
I once provided a copy to my defense attorney Michael LaCoursiere. When I requested he give me back the disc I once gave him he would not give it back – it disappeared.
The reason it took so long to find the Wayanne Kruger interviews was because in 2012 the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force stormed my home-office wearing bullet-proof vests with a Warrant and seized my computer – destroying the hard-drive before giving it back – having found nothing illegal whatsoever on it.
I had cataloged my HaLeigh Cummings/Caylee Anthony case files on the hard-drive using a system of key words I developed. However, the back-ups I had secured on a separate hard-drive were not cataloged, and I was not even able to view the back-up hard-drive because the police snapped clips and broke things inside my computer tower, as well. I was finally able to open the hard-drive years later when my parents gave me their old computer tower (which opened the hard-drive).
I have also published clips from other interviews I conducted including interviews with Major Gary Bowling, (former Director of Law Enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office), Richard J. Grund (Casey Anthony case witness), William E. Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra), Donald Knop (legal assistant/law office), Judy Lucia (dog handler on search team), Jeremiah Regan (son of John Regan) and many others.
I have also received a trove of files that expose countless felonies by many and reveal the truth about the Casey Anthony/Caylee Anthony case (believe me folks, the world was duped).
Combined with my hard-copy book that I published in 2011, I have named and directly quoted countless players and figures in HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony child cases.

If I read articles here correctly the attorney in Florida is the main focus with defending friends sucked in. If any or all of the information is true one can see why. This information has come from a woman named Wayanne Kruger. If she told Mr. Holmseth a whopper of a story why isn’t she the focus of all this hyper legal activity? Not a person who tells her story. This I do not understand. Other people have contributed yet I have seen no denials commented here by anyone. If all contributing people are liars why not require public retractions? One assumes if public retractions were made this would stop. There would be nothing to say. It raises the question as to why those retractions are not asked to be made public There is a reason.
With Mr. Holmseth silenced the material remains in existence. This will not end well. Someone with a curiosity can easily pick this information up and publish it. No doubt conspiracists have already copied changing to their own format.

On February 10, 2009 a five year-old named HaLeigh Cummings vanished from her Florida home. In January of 2011 Timothy Charles Holmseth, an investigative author from Minnesota authored the first book about the national profile kidnapping.

The book’s title promises to reveal the “Shocking Truth” about the case.
The author, Timothy Holmseth, has been looking into the case and was interviewed by the FBI so investigators could find out what he learned. The book covers the details he told to the FBI about what happened to the missing 5-year-old girl, who investigators have presumed dead.
The book is comprised primarily of direct quotes from recorded interviews conducted by Holmseth and has never been challenged in court.
Until…
Kaplan, a domestic violence judge, got involved.
His decision and actions are bizarre and defy all reason and logic.
On September 8, 2011 Kaplan, a judge with the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, issued a Domestic Violence Protection Order against Holmseth.
The Petitioner against Holmseth was a divorce attorney from Broward County who represented Crystal Sheffield, the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, until she became the subject of a BAR complaint by Sheffield who fired her in 2009. Sheffield’s new attorney directed her former attorney to Cease and Desist talking about Sheffield’s daughter, HaLeigh.
Holmseth and the Petitioner never personally met but had a well documented media relationship involving the exchange of information about the missing child case. The Petitioner told Holmseth she was a member of the HaLeigh Task Force and was coordinating leads with detectives.
Holmseth, an award winning news reporter, had never been charged with, or even accused of, any type of crime against the Petitioner in either Minnesota or Florida and simply reported what he learned during interviews.
Kaplan’s Order against Holmseth stated:
‘Petition for injunction for protection against repeat (after notice)-the respondent shall not make any direct or indirect reference about the petitioner on the internet or by use of electronic communication. The respondent shall remove all books, writings, videos, photos, recording and/or materials currently published on the internet about the petitioner forthwith’
The Order was focused squarely on INFORMATION obtained by Holmseth during his recorded interviews. .
THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS
Records show that shortly after interviewing the Petitioner, as well as multiple members of her legal team, Holmseth IMMEDIATLEY contacted the FBI, Florida Attorney General, and Putnam County Sheriff’s Office after learning the Petitioner was working with a fake pastor (convicted sex offender) named John Regan who claimed he was a CIA and FBI agent.
Holmseth learned the Petitioner possessed rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings and according to her own private investigator, William (Cobra) Staubs, was attempting to frame an innocent black man named Gregory Page for murder.
Emails exchanged in July, 2009 between the Petitioner’s official media consultant Art Harris (CNN/Nancy Grace) and Lt. Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota, revealed Harris and Hajicek were secretly communicating using their private email accounts. In one of the emails Harris told Hajicek the FBI in Florida was working with Holmseth and Holmseth needed to be “stopped”.
Hajicek possessed a secret copy of a 56 page report Holmseth authored for the FBI that detailed the illegal activities of the Petitioner and her associates.

Holmseth learned from Sheffield’s advocate, Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, that the Petitioner had been working for decades with CIA operative John Regan to traffic stolen children and infants through the U.S. Embassy.
In July, 2017 Holmseth filed a Motion to Vacate in the Minnesota 9th Judicial District after acquiring evidence that proved the judicial community in Minnesota conspired with members of the Florida judicial community to target Holmseth.
On August 24, 2017 the Broward Court issued a Bench Warrant for Holmseth.
The Minnesota case is scheduled for December 13, 2017 at the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota.
The Minnesota investigative journalist and author that learned extensive details of a CIA/FBI child sex trafficking operation during interviews with Gloria Allred’s protégé Wayanne Kruger is now WANTED in Florida.
According to the Broward County Clerk of Court a judge issued a Writ of Bodily Attachment for Timothy Holmseth on August 24, 2017. Details behind the issuance are not known because the document is sealed.
A Writ of Bodily Attachment, much like an arrest warrant, is an order by the court commanding a sheriff or other official to physically bring before the court a person who is guilty of contempt of court.
The Writ apparently pertains to a (fraudulently obtained) Domestic Violence Protection Order, which was filed against Timothy Holmseth in the Divorce division (DVCE) of the Broward County, Florida courts in 2011 by an attorney he interviewed regarding the national profile kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
Holmseth never personally met the Petitioner, nor had he ever been charged or arrested for any crime against the Petitioner. The Order contained directives that Holmseth ‘retroactively’ remove legally published content from his website.
THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.
The Writ was issued approximately one month after Timothy Holmseth filed a MOTION TO VACATE in the 9th Minnesota Judicial District which details the names, players, and methods of an organized criminal enterprise operating in the United States with support from law enforcement and the U.S. Military.
The hearing is scheduled for December 13, 2017 at the courthouse in Crookston, Minnesota.
Holmseth has proof that Minnesota law enforcement and the judicial community conspired against Holmseth while plans were made to obtain bogus court orders against him.
Emails and documents show that in 2009, law enforcement and judicial officers in Polk County, Minnesota conspired with the Petitioner in the Broward case to hide critical records that showed Holmseth was actively assisting the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI with information regarding the kidnapped child HaLeigh Cummings.
Holmseth has provided the Minnesota court secret emails exchanged between Nancy Grace’s journalist Art Harris, and EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek, on Hajicek’s private Gmail account, from July of 2009, revealing the two were plotting against Holmseth because the FBI was acting on Holmseth’s leads.
The East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force used an alleged violation of the Broward Order to raid Holmseth’s home/office with guns and bullet proof vests. Agents seized Holmseth’s computer and destroyed his hard-drive before returning it.
In 2017, using backups, Holmseth successfully located files the police had willfully destroyed. The files were recordings of Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, detailing a CIA/FBI child pornography, sex trafficking and baby sales operation.
Operative have telephoned Holmseth using the telephone numbers of President Donald Trump and Clinton Global using voice changers to threaten Holmseth and his children; including a threat to kidnap his grand daughter.

The drifter who once interjected himself into a national profile kidnapping case to accept cash donations from the American public is back in business.
Jeremiah Regan, Villano Beach, Florida has published a video on Facebook asking for cash donations for his humanitarian-aid efforts in Puerto Rico. Regan said he is on a mission to save lives (while giving updates via Facebook of his heroic deeds).

In his latest video, Regan, a Herbal Life salesman when he’s not running around saving lives, quickly turned the topic to President Donald Trump and declared “he let Puerto Rico fall by the wayside. He’s not helping them. FEMA is not helping them,” he said.
Regan said FEMA tried to steal 36 pallets of water from him. He said was assisted by a high ranking U.S. Air Force officer in stopping the theft.
Here’s the problem.

I acquired irrefutable evidence during a journalistic investigation of a child kidnapping case in Florida that shows Jeremiah Regan is not even close to being the person he wants the world to believe he is.
In 2009, Jeremiah Regan and his father, (fake) Pastor John Regan, appeared from nowhere to involve themselves in the search for a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings.
Jeremiah Regan was interviewed by Florida news teams after he set up a facility called the HaLeigh Bug Center to gather ‘leads’ on the kidnapping, and fund search efforts with donations and trinket sales. He also erected a website called haleighbug.com that featured an amateurishly Photoshopped picture created to make it appear Crystal Sheffield held her daughter lovingly (Sheffield actually had NO loving pictures with HaLeigh – so they created one).
Regan did conduct a search – sort of.
Major Gary Bowling, (former) Director of Law Enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office spoke with me in 2009 during a recorded interview. Bowling recognized Jeremiah Regan was involved in a fake search for HaLeigh where planted items were found – including a “bloody glove” found by Jeremiah Regan.
Special Agent A. J. Eilermann, Minneapolis FBI, told me during an interview that the fake search by John Regan, Jeremiah Regan, bounty hunter William ‘Cobra’ Staubs, and some of HaLeigh’s family members was orchestrated to make people think HaLeigh was dead.

Wow – requests for information about how donations are being spent are considered by Jeremiah Regan as an act of “harassment”.
Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Gloria Allred, who represented Crystal Sheffield, the missing child’s mother, spent a great deal of time with Jeremiah Regan and revealed explosive facts that are disturbing beyond belief.
It’s not pretty.
Kruger said Jeremiah Regan’s dad, a convicted sex offender and fake pastor, John Regan, told her he was a CIA and FBI agent working undercover for the feds as a “pervert” to catch pedophiles. William Staubs said John Regan was a “street minister” that had connections at the Jacksonville FBI.
Kruger said she sat with John and Jeremiah Regan while they told her the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet. Kruger said Jeremiah Regan assured her that everything his dad said was “true”.
Kruger provided me extensive details of an international baby sales operation being run by a Florida attorney and John Regan. Kruger described horrific damage done to a small child that, who according to Kruger, was raped by John Regan.
Donald Knop, an employee of a Florida law firm, told me about rape pornography of HaLeigh that passed through the hands of Jeremiah Regan and an attorney – but was never given to law enforcement.
I obtained audio of Jeremiah Regan impersonating a member of law enforcement while attempting to secure a false statement from a young girl who had been questioned in the HaLeigh Cummings matter.
I also obtained audio of Jeremiah Regan making a demented vulgar statement about sticking a pack of cigarettes in a case witnesses “twat”.
I possess audio created by Jeremiah Regan which he captured during a conversation with a Florida attorney. He continuously brings up the fact they had sex. The attorney tells him he is simply angry because he had been promised an executive position at her husband’s biofuel company. Jeremiah Regan acknowledged that fact saying the attorney had initially told him the company was hers.
The attorney also told Jeremiah Regan she had received over one-half million dollars and was going to be receiving $231 Million more.
The biofuel company, Alternative Biofuel Technologies (ABT) was seized by federal authorities during the RICO investigation into notorious Florida Ponzi Schemer Attorney Scott W. Rothstein.
“I left crying today from the mountains,” Regan said.
William Murtaugh, publisher, murtwitnessonelive.com recently published a story about the great Jeremiah Regan – BUT – he removed the story after I exposed him (Murtaugh) for his involvement.
They are now trying to hide Murtaugh’s connection to Jeremiah Regan.
