I have submitted recovered audio evidence that was originally destroyed by the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force that names international child sex traffickers.

The NAMES are heard on the audio.

The audio evidence is contained on two CD’s and was submitted today to the 9th Minnesota District Court in advance of a hearing scheduled for December 13, 2017 at 9 A.M. at the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota .

The audio implicates rogue elements of CIA, FBI, legal community, state law enforcement, and other state agencies.

The conspiracy to suppress the evidence was orchestrated by EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad, EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund, PTP Task Force Commander Aeisso Schrage, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, who conspired with child sex and pornography traffickers and operatives in other states including Florida and Indiana.

I am requesting a Meet and Confer conference pertaining to the State of Minnesota and/or City of East Grand Forks as it relates to legal action being taken against me by the State of Florida.

I am contacting you pursuant to 9th Minnesota District Family Court – Case Number 60-FA-13-468 and Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al – 0:14-cv-02970

I am contacting you pursuant to Rule 65: Injunctions and Restraining Orders – Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

I plan to request the United States District Court grant me Injunctive Relief and/or other remedies regarding what I assert is operatives within the State of Minnesota that are in criminal collusion with operatives in the State of Florida to violate my rights and have me illegally arrested.

I would like to discuss with you whether or not the State of Minnesota plans to enforce any legal action brought against me out of the State of Florida.

I am requesting the State of Minnesota provide me, in writing, a formal declaration that the State of Minnesota will NOT recognize or enforce any more criminal allegations made against me in Florida regarding my speech, journalism, publishing, authoring, websites, or electronic communications.

I am requesting the aforementioned because I have evidence of a criminal conspiracy against me.

SUMMARY OF CONSPIRACY

Since 2009 the following has been visited upon me by bad actors demanding I remove my websites (in their entirety) from the Web.

1. Threats to kidnap my grandchild
2. Threats to my daughter
3. Threats to kill me
4. Threats to rape me
5. Attempts to have me fired from my job
6. Threats to have me evicted
7. Attempts (by Tina Church) to blackmail/extort City of East Grand Forks Attorney Ronald Galstad and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth to involuntarily commit me into a mental institute
8. Attempts to make me lose custody rights of my child
9. Defame me as being a ‘pedophile’
10. Break into my car (to plant narcotics)
11. Slash my car tire
12. Run my car off the road
13. Accuse me of wire fraud
14. Defame my professional background and history of awards

On November 22, 2017 WordPress provided me a copy of a Subpoena they received from the Broward County, Florida Clerk of Court signed by Assistant States Attorney Michael J. Satz, regarding a criminal investigation being conducted by Detective Andrew Gianino, Lighthouse Point, Florida police department. The subpoena demanded account information from one of my websites.

In May of 2009 ***** *****, a civil divorce attorney from Florida that was representing the mother of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings telephoned me at my residence in Polk County. She wanted to talk to me, in my capacity as a journalist and publisher, about the missing child HaLeigh Cummings (and try to find out what her associates and law office employees, who had also been calling me; were telling me).

In June of 2009 I contacted the Florida Attorney General and FBI regarding information I obtained about the missing child. The information implicated ***** ***** and many of her colleagues in serious crimes. I eventually obtained information regarding child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings and an illegal international adoption/ baby sales operation being run by ***** and ***** ***** with a man named John Regan who told multiple witnesses he was “FBI” and “CIA”.

On June 2, 2009, ***** ***** telephoned the East Grand Forks Police and complained about me but was told by Lt. Rodney Hajicek her concerns were civil in nature.

***** ***** and/or her PI, William Staubs, and/or her media consultant, Art Harris, and/or PI Tina Church, subsequently contacted my child’s mother Rhonda W. Callahan and began initiating conversations regarding the custody status of my son ***** Holmseth, and interfering with our stabile lives by suggesting to her I was a dangerous pedophile that was abusing my son.

Unbeknownst to me (until years later), on July 10, 2009, Art Harris and Lt. Hajicek were privately/secretly communicating via email regarding me. Hajicek was using Rod.hajicek@gmail.co  and discussing the fact I was assisting the FBI and the FBI was receiving email evidence regarding photos of HaLeigh Cummings from me that I obtained from sources. Harris told Hajicek “He’s got to be stopped”.

The emails and an accompanying 22-page FBI report I authored, which implicated ***** *****, Art Harris, William Staubs, John Regan, Jeremiah Regan, and others was never turned over to me during many different records request I made to the EGFPD. I assert the reason for that is because the emails were created on Rodney Hajicek’s private email and not subject to data records requests.

Rodney Hajicek stated in the June 2, 2009 police report that he printed out the emails and gave them to the Polk County Attorney. The emails were clearly private (Rod.hajicek@gmail.com) so Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth would have known Rodney Hajicek was acting in an individual capacity against me (Timothy Charles Holmseth).

Neither Rodney Hajicek nor Greg Widseth are known to have contacted the FBI regarding this matter.

In 2011, ***** ***** obtained an Order for Protection Against Repeat Violence (Florida domestic violence law) from the Broward County Court. It was served on me by the Polk County Sheriff.

I will argue to the federal court that if I had possessed the emails and 22-page FBI report that was hidden from me by the EGFPD, the Broward County court order would/could/should not have been granted.

I am providing you work product of a supporting affidavit I am submitting to t he Minnesota District Court in advance of the hearing scheduled for December 13, 2017 at 9 A.M. at the Polk County Justice Center.

WORK PRODUCT

Perhaps no First Amendment right is more secure than the news media’s right to publish information free from government censorship. While public officials frequently wish they could prevent newspapers, magazines and broadcast stations from publishing sensitive or embarrassing information, their ability to censor the media is extremely limited. These limits on prior restraint (as such censorship is also known) have been firmly in place for more than 70 years.

In 1931, the U.S. Supreme Court heard an appeal brought by the publisher of a small Minneapolis newspaper that had published several articles alleging that law enforcement officials were turning a blind eye toward local organized crime. The county attorney sought to prohibit further publication of the newspaper, citing a state statute that outlawed “malicious, scandalous and defamatory” periodicals. In Near v. State of Minnesota, the Court held that the statute constituted an unlawful prior restraint. Under the First Amendment, the Court said, publication of information, no matter how scandalous, can be prevented only in “exceptional cases,” such as to protect the recruiting or transporting of troops in a time of war or to prevent the distribution of obscenity.

INTRODUCTION
CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT PRIOR RESTRAINT

1. This Affidavit is filed in conjunction and support of my original MOTION TO VACATE and supporting AFFIDAVIT, which I filed pursuant to Minnesota Rule 60: Relief from Judgment or Order, 60.02 Mistakes; Inadvertence; Excusable Neglect; Newly Discovered Evidence, Fraud; etc.

2. Between 2011 and 2013 the State of Minnesota / District Court(s) heard arguments and issued orders focusing on subject matter I was covering as a reporter, journalist, author, and publisher regarding a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

3. I have asserted evidence shows agencies under the Seal of the State of Minnesota conspired with third parties to illegally achieve Prior Restraint against my publication, by leveraging my profession as a reporter, journalist, author, and publisher against my parenting rights.

4. The State of Minnesota took an ongoing interest in my reporting, journalism, and publishing regarding the federal investigation into the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

5. Through the combined efforts of The State of Minnesota Guardian ad Litem program, Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, East Grand Forks Police Department, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Polk County Attorney, and City of East Grand Forks, my publication became the target of a censorship and Prior Restraint campaign pertaining to my journalism, speech, and publishing that was enforced by both the Minnesota 9th District Family Court and Criminal Court.

6. Between 2009 and 2013, a non-Party named ***** *****, who is an attorney from Florida, and who was the attorney for ***** of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, and who I interviewed extensively regarding the kidnapping case, was directly involved and in contact with my accusers including with:

7. The extensive court files shows I steadfastly argued to the Court that improper collusion between ***** ***** and her agents, with my accusers, was underway to violate my Constitutional rights and silence my reporting and publishing.

8. The Court openly acknowledged my assertions regarding the improper involvement of ***** ***** and third parties, during a child support hearing wherein I requested a protective seal around my financial documents, which RESPONDENT was asking I give her. The Court stated from the bench that ‘people that should not have been involved with your family became involved with your family’. The Court granted my request for a Protective Seal because information was being leaked to ***** ***** and/or her operatives.

9. I am hereby submitting audio recordings obtained by my publication during the course of my journalistic investigation into the Florida child victim cases of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings and Caylee Marie Anthony.

10. The audio I am submitting demonstrates ***** ***** has a very long and documented history of using her law license to meddle in the affairs of persons that are not her client for the purpose of changing custody and/or parenting time rights of their children using co-conspirators in law enforcement, social services, CIA, FBI, etc.

11. The following is an excerpt from Polk Audio 1.

Wayanne Kruger: They were funding fake adoptions. Timothy Holmseth: ***** ***** was? Wayanne Kruger: Yeah. I mean she’s actually – she’s not a divorce lawyer – she’s a, she’s a baby seller – she’s a broker – she’s selling babies and kids to couples and she doesn’t care who they are – just give me your money.

12. The audio recordings were acquired by me, and in my possession, during the time the State of Minnesota targeted my publication for Prior Restraint through the District Family Court using my son, ***** Holmseth.

NEWLY DISCOVERED EVIDENCE / EGFPD / PINE TO PRAIRIE TASK FORCE / SEIZURE OF MY AUDIO

13. The aforementioned audio is Newly Discovered Evidence that was recovered by me long after the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force seized my computer and storage discs per a Search Warrant signed by Judge Remick on December 13, 2012.

14. The Warrant states in part, “Books, ledgers, journals, notes and/or other records which pertain to the violation of the Amended Order for injunction for protection against repeat violence dated September 19, 2011 and the Sentencing Order of the Judge Yon dated October 29, 2012 in court file number 60-CR-12-2640 including those contained on a computer hard-drive, a storage disc, or other electronic media”.

15. The aforementioned referenced injunction for protection against repeat violencepertains to an Order issued in the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and For Broward County, Florida – Case Number DVCE – 115919 – ***** L. *****/Petitioner v. Timothy C. Holmseth/Respondent.

16. The Broward County Court issued the following Order: THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.

17. The audio is ‘newly discovered’ because the EGFPD returned my computer, where the files were stored on the hard-drive, inoperable. I possessed back-ups that could not be accessed without a similar computer tower. I eventually obtained an old computer tower given to me by my parents. I then was required to listen to hours and hours and hours of audio because the back-ups did not have the cataloging system I had created for my primaries.

MINNESOTA COURT ORDERED TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH TO NOT SPEAK SPECIFIC NAMES INCLUDING HALEIGH CUMMINGS, ***** *****, or WILLIAM MURTAUGH

18. In my original MOTION TO VACATE, I requested the Court vacate specific Orders from:

• • March 24, 2011 which reads as follows: The Petitioner shall not discuss or comment on the Halleigh Cummings case in the presence of the minor child. He shall be allowed to let the minor child help him pack books for shipping. He shall make every effort to shield the minor child from any work on the Cummings matter or other work subjects in which he might be exposed to adult subject materials.

• • November 06, 2013 which reads as follows: During this supervised parenting time, the Petitioner is prohibited from discussing with ***** any mention of the Haleigh Cummings case, ***** *****, William Murtaugh, or any other adult matters he is handling. The Court makes this decision for the following reasons: [emphasis added by the Court]

19. The Introductory statement of my MOTION TO VACATE reads as follows: PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child ***** Holmseth; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.

TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH POSSESSED JOURNALISTICALLY AQUIRED INFORMATION REGARDING INTERNATIONAL BLACK MARKET BABY SALES AND CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

20. PETIONER possesses, and has herein submitted to the Court, journalistic work product that the Broward Court ordered not be published by PETITIONER, which contains information that Attorney ***** L. ***** is a professional criminal, kidnapper, child sex trafficker, cyber criminal, and extortionist whose expertise is using her law license, and/or connections acquired thereby, to illegally change the custody and/or take unlawful possession of a child through illegal means for purposes of financial enrichment, child pornography, witness intimidation, and/or sex trafficking.

Kruger provided me telephone and email records between herself and ***** *****.

This revelation BLOWS the COVER of the conspirators that tried to hide the connection between the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings and the murder of Caylee Anthony.

• This recording exposes the colossal cover-up regarding the international profile murder case of Casey Anthony. The continuation of the Casey Anthony cover-up requires the public to believe Wayanne Kruger was in Arizona on February 10, 2009.

11. ***** ***** spoke to me about her involvement with Kristina Renee Prevatt. ***** ***** said she was working with the police. She describes pressuring Prevatt to go into rehab. She explains how she asked Prevatt to go to a treatment center with her and do a walk-through. She describes warning Prevatt she will keep getting arrested if she doesn’t tell the police something. ***** ***** was NOT Prevatt’s lawyer.

ATTORNEY ***** L. ***** – DOCUMENTED PROOF OF CUSTODY INTERFERENCE

Audio and other evidence I possess as journalistic work-product comprised of audio interviews, documents, and data pertain to allegations that:

• Attorney ***** L. ***** is a professional criminal, kidnapper, and extortionist whose expertise is illegally changing custody and/or taking possession of a child through illegal means for purposes of financial enrichment, child pornography, witness intimidation, and/or sex trafficking.

• ***** L. ***** and her husband Michael J. ***** (convicted felon) have trafficked infants and children on the international black market for at least a decade.

• In 2009, ***** *****, not being the attorney of Kristina Renee Prevatt, 27, San Mateo, Florida, sought out Kristina Prevatt.

• Recordings in my possession of a formal meeting took place in April, 2009 between Attorney ***** *****, Amber Brooks, 28, East Palatka, Florida (with William E. Staubs, Case Closed Inc., and Donna Jaquith, A-1 Bail Bonds, Palatka, Florida in attendance) reveal ***** ***** gathered custody related information about the children of Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks.

• Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks were witnesses that had been questioned extensively by law enforcement regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

• When the formal meeting was called to order, and all present agreed the meeting could be taped, ***** ***** advised Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks she was the attorney for Crystal Sheffield, the mother of missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

• ***** ***** greeted Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks and stated it was the first the time they had ever spoken. At no time did Kristina Prevatt or Amber Brooks ask ***** ***** to be their lawyer.

• The aforementioned recordings reveal Attorney ***** ***** began providing unsolicited legal advice to Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks about the custody of their children.

• ***** ***** advised Kristina Prevatt that she needed to come to an agreement with her child’s father, drug dealer Donevan L. Spell, Palatka. ***** ***** warned Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks that she had been talking to Florida DCF Child Protection social worker Bonnie Warner and they could lose their children to DCF if they did not have future meetings with ***** *****, sign documents, and follow all of her advice.

• ***** ***** told Kristina Prevatt that arrangements needed to be made because Kristina Prevatt’s lifestyle wasn’t conducive to parenting.

• Kristina Prevatt told ***** ***** she was scared of Donny Spell because he put a ‘knife to her throat’. ***** ***** immediately dismissed Prevatt’s expressed fear and told Prevatt that Donny is an “angel”; told Prevatt and she really lucky to have him as her baby’s father; and told Prevatt she really, really likes Donny.

• In a separate interview conducted by me (Timothy Holmseth) with ***** *****, she nervously admitted she legally helped Donny Spell with legal papers etc. She said she ‘does it all the time’.

• Essentially, ***** ***** was diabolically assisting and advising two parents (Donny Spell and Kristina Prevatt) who had a child in common, although she was not the attorney for either parent. She was pressuring one parent (Prevatt) with threats of CPS taking her baby and or future arrests by police to give her baby to the other parent.

• ***** ***** and/or her agents, later drugged Kristina Prevatt with a combination of cocaine and heroin and caused her to sign a document she did not understand that caused her to lose custody of her child.

• ***** ***** used her status and credentials as a licensed attorney in the state of Florida to influence/cause/trick/coerce Kristina Prevatt into signing a document wherein Prevatt unwittingly surrendered the custody of her child to a drug dealer.

This Meet and Confer request is being submitted via email addresses I have on file. This document will also be placed in the U.S. Mail.

I, Timothy Charles Holmseth have been notified I am under criminal investigation by the Lighthouse Point Police Department in Broward County Florida with the assistance of Assistant States Attorney Michael J. Satz.

Today, I received a notification from WordPress notifying me that on November 3, 2017 Attorney Satz subpoenaed account and payment information, as well as the identity of the owner of haleighcummingsdot.me.wordpress which is a website I operate.

WordPress was directed to send the information to Detective Andrew Gianio, Lighthouse Point Police Department.

Apparently Attorney Satz and Detective Gianio were Plan M following:

A. Threats to kidnap my grandchild

B. Threats to my daughter

C. Threats to kill me

D. Threats to rape me

E. Attempts to have me fired from my job

F. Threats to have me evicted

G. Attempts to blackmail City of East Grand Forks Attorney Ronald Galstad and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth to involuntarily commit me into a mental institute

H. Attempts to make me lose custody rights of my child

I. Defame me as being a ‘pedophile’

J. Break into my car (to plant narcotics)

K. Slash my car tire

L. Run my car off the road

I, Timothy Holmseth, am the Petitioner in a court hearing scheduled for December 13, 2017 at 9 A.M. at the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota.

I will be submitting audio recordings to the Minnesota District Court regarding the Casey Anthony case, HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, and evidence of an international adoption scam I uncovered during interviews with Florida legal community members, as well as Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred.

Unconstitutional ‘Prior Restraint’ used in Minnesota family court to cover-up international adoption scam discovered by journalist

The Minnesota 9th District Court will be provided evidence that international child sex traffickers received cover by the State of Minnesota through false allegations that a local journalist’s (Timothy Charles Holmseth) reporting on a Florida kidnapping case affected the best interest of his child.

No such evidence ever existed but the concept was pushed by Matthew Petrovich, a guardian ad litem that had ‘volunteered’ to be involved in the case free of charge (who later be found to have been in private contact with child traffickers).

Records show that only days after Timothy Holmseth (me) interviewed a shady group of players involved in the Florida kidnapping case of HaLeigh Cummings, Polk County Social Services and the East Grand Forks Police Department became inundated with bogus CPS complaints alleging Timothy Holmseth was ‘obsessed’ with HaLeigh Cummings.

Records show Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department began to conspire against Holmseth using his private Gmail account after an attorney’s media agent Art Harris, connected to CNN and Nancy Grace, contacted Hajicek and told him the FBI in Florida was acting on Holmseth’s leads regarding photos of the missing child. Harris told Hajicek, “He’s got to be stopped”.

The conspiracy to shut down Holmseth’ publication and have him arrested was to cover up information Holmseth discovered regarding an international adoption scam and pornography ring involving lawyers, law enforcement, social services, CIA, and FBI.

Contained with the photos shown here is a segment of an affidavit being prepared that will be accompanied by original un-edited audio of interviews Holmseth conducted.

Wayanne Kruger is the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred who was involved behind the scenes with the Casey Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases. Allred recently became the attorney for the family of Savanna Greywind who was found murdered by womb raiders her stole her baby.

The investigation was initiated after multiple persons contacted me with information about pedophilia and human trafficking in Minnesota and Otter Tail County.

I have obtained evidence that law enforcement and other agencies acting under authority of the Minnesota State Seal have engaged in rights violations against citizens to protect organized pedophilia and other organized crime networks in Minnesota and Otter Tail County.

Witnesses to crimes in Otter Tail County have been:

• Killed
• Shot at
• Stalked/followed
• Intimidated
• Involuntarily committed
• Involuntarily drugged
• Threatened by licensed government agents
• Surveilled by drones

INVESTIGATIVE CASE: JANE DONNELLY

Jane Donnelly (not her real name), Otter Tail County, Minnesota was a victim of extreme sexual violence and torture that occurred in Otter Tail County during her childhood decades ago.

Donnelly’s child memories include (but are not limited to):

• Being sodomized while her head was held under water in a bath tub
• Being locked in closed crates and coffins
• Witnessing men in robes and strange headpieces at an outside fire who were sacrificing a screaming baby
• Being rolled up in carpet and transported in the trunk of a vehicle to the location of child sacrifices
• Traveling with her siblings to the Twin Cities on a bus with no adult
• As a child, standing in front of her mirror and singing non-stop for hours so she could feel herself “vibrate”, which, she said, is how she knew (could feel herself) she truly existed as a person and was alive
• Being told by her abuser he did these things to her because it was his “Masonic Rite”

COMPLAINT FILED TO OTTER TAIL COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES / SHAWN MICHAEL HANSON

Donnelly recently made contact with the Pelican Rapids Police Department to report new evidence she obtained regarding the ongoing sexual abuse of minors she witnessed by a registered sex offender named Shawn Michael Hanson.

Donnelly previously made reports to law enforcement and other agencies in Otter Tail County regarding incidents she eye-witnessed. She said she observed Hanson sexually abusing very small (under one year old) children. Donnely described seeing a very small child sitting on Hanson’s crotch with her onesie unsnapped and her diaper on the floor. She said the baby girl’s eyes looked like she was in indescribable pain.

Donnely also reported seeing Hanson physically lying inside a baby crib with a baby; with the child in a strange position.

Donnely said she was paid to clean the house and said the mattresses were so stained with semen, urine, and fecal matter that they needed to be changed out on a regular basis.

No known action was ever taken regarding Donnelly’s claims and reports. Rather, Donnely was subsequently committed to the psychiatric hospital in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Donnelley was diagnosed with mental illness and put on powerful medications that create delusions during withdrawl.

Donnelly has never been treated for the violence and torture (which has been described as mental illness by the State) she endured as a child.

NEW EVIDENCE / BREAK

One of the minor child victims of Hanson recently came forward and self-reported his sexual abuse to a therapist in Oklahoma. The report verified and substantiated the accuracy and truthfulness of Donnelly, which had been known to lawn enforcement for years.

Last week, Donnelly received a visit from an Otter Tail County social worker. The social worker told Donnelly she (the social worker) had been contacted by the Chief of Police in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota and advised that Donnelley made a report to the police about Shawn Hanson (Donnelly is concerned because the minor child victim travels to Minnesota from Oklahoma to visit Hanson).

According to Donnelly and an eyewitness, the social worker ominously advised Donnelly she is not “doing well” because she made another police report regarding Hanson. She told Donnelly she controls Donnelly’s life. The social worker told Donnelly she is “not credible” and ominously suggested she may be committed into the psyche ward because of her reports to police.

“She didn’t act like a social worker. She acted like a pimp,” Donnelly said.

Donnelly has an attorney and has filed a complaint to Margaret Williams, Behavioral Health Social Services Supervisor at Otter Tail County Human Services.

I reached out to Otter Tail County Human Services but no response was received as of this publishing.

Christian prayer teams have assembled across the country and are speaking the name of Jesus Christ against Otter Tail County, Minnesota.

I will be revealing what my investigation has found and provide updates on Donnelly’s case.

Judge Roy Moore accuser Attorney Gloria Allred involved in Casey Anthony – black market baby sale cover up – audios going to court

Gloria Allred, the national profile women’s rights attorney representing an accuser of Alabama Senate Candidate Roy Moore, was involved behinds the scenes in one of the biggest cover-ups in history.

Audio interviews conducted by Investigative Author Timothy Charles Holmseth with victim’s advocate Wayanne Kruger, reveal that in 2009, Allred was assisting Kruger behind the scenes during the Casey Anthony murder trial, and HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Kruger represented the mother of a kidnapped girl named HaLeigh Cummings, and detailed to Holmseth an extensive black market baby sales operation involving a lawyer from Florida that was involved in those cases.

The operation was so extensive it involved a fake pastor named John Regan who said he was with the “CIA” and “FBI”. Kruger said he was involved in the sales of kids through the U.S. Embassy using forged documents.

In 2017, Allred became involved in the Savanna Greywind womb-raider case in North Dakota when she announced she was representing the family of the slain mother.

Holmseth is presently preparing a court exhibit with original audios that will reveal details about the black market baby sales. There is a hearing scheduled for December 13, 2017 at 9 A.M. at the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota.

I am receiving many questions about the evidence I will be presenting in court regarding Attorney Gloria Allred’s protégé, Wayanne Kruger, physically being in Florida on February 10, 2009 with her future client, Crystal Sheffield when her daughter HaLeigh Cummings was supposedly kidnapped.

Here is the summary of the audio file regarding that – I am submitting it to the 9^th Minnesota Judicial District – The Honorable Tamara Yon presiding.

[REDACTED] spoke to me about her client Crystal Sheffield (the mother of HaLeigh Cummings). [REDACTED] told me that “the initial day [Crystal Sheffield’s] daughter went missing [Victim’s Advocate Wayanne Kruger] SENTENCE REDACTED. This revelation BLOWS the COVER of the conspirators that tried to hide the connection between the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings and the murder of Caylee Anthony.

Wayanne Kruger is the key to the whole case, because she is a victim’s advocate that openly admits she operates ‘rescue missions/parental abductions’ of abused children.

Wayanne Kruger is viable in both child cases (HaLeigh and Caylee) because they were both allegedly sexually abused.

SPOILER/IN MY OPINION BASED UPON EVIDENCE I POSSESS: Evidence shows Caylee Anthony was possibly being ‘adopted out’ by her mother Casey Anthony – possibly to Rev. Richard Grund (the real zanny the nanny). Casey Anthony hated her mother Cindy Anthony and did not want her mother to get custody of Caylee, which was reportedly in the works. There was reportedly incest in the Anthony family. Caylee died during an exorcism because Rev. Grund, an admitted former worshiper of Satan, who operates the ‘Supernatural Response Team’ thought Caylee had ‘nephilim’ blood – Rev. Grund told me Casey Anthony was no longer ‘Casey’ – but rather, her body was indwelt by an ancient Babylonian god named Molach who demands the sacrifice of babies. Wayanne Kruger told me she feared Rev. Grund killed HaLeigh Cummings in another one of his “frickin exorcisms”.

Wayanne Kruger, Rev. Richard Grund, and William (creep van) Murtaugh’s names were on a ‘do not allow entry’ list prepared by the family of Casey Anthony for their security personnel during the televised memorial service held for Caylee Anthony on February 10, 2009.

As you know – HaLeigh Cummings mysteriously vanished that same day (February 10, 2009).

Wayanne Kruger supposedly entered the HaLeigh Cummings case one month later when she appeared on the news in Florida – she supposedly traveled to Florida from her home in Arizona in March, 2009.

But – she was really in Florida on February 10, 2009 and eyeballs deep in both cases, as you will see.

Here’s how they did it.

Wayanne Kruger entered the HaLeigh Cummings case first – she then served as the coordinator that brought in the following:

1. • Rev. Richard Grund (Casey Anthony murder case witness)
   • Attorney REDACTED
   • William E. Staubs (Cobra)
   • Art Harris (scum bag tabloid journalist)
   • John Regan – CIA/FBI – pedophile – convicted sex offender
   • Jeremiah Regan

Wayanne Kruger’s role was to make it look like the aforementioned persons became involved in the HaLeigh Cummings case during the natural course of Kruger’s advocate duties.

Total bullshit.

It was a controlled and coordinated operation that was well enough established within the (pre Donald Trump) criminally compromised pedophile U.S. government and fake news media to cover up what really happened. 

They all knew each other and piggy-backed each other in under the guise Wayanne Kruger did it at random.

They were involved with Caylee Anthony and staged HaLeigh’s kidnapping in effort to draw attention away from the Casey Anthony murder trial (which is what Kruger told me).

Moreover…

Wayanne Kruger provided me intricate details of an international child sex trafficking and black market baby sales operation being operated by Attorney REDACTED and her felon husband with CIA agents.

The details of the child trafficking and adoption scam are astounding and implicate Florida DCF, police, attorneys, social workers, CIA, and FBI.

The Ties That Bind Caylee Anthony, Haleigh Cummings, and Cobra

This week’s New Times cover story chronicles the adventures of a Fort Lauderdale bail bondsman, William Staubs, AKA “Cobra,”  who fell into a world of trouble when he started searching for a missing 5-year-old from Putnam County, Haleigh Cummings. But before he began looking for Haleigh, Cobra briefly searched for perhaps the most famous missing child in Florida: Caylee Anthony.

Caylee was a bright-eyed 2-year-old first reported missing from her Orange County home in July 2008. Her mother, Casey Anthony, admitted that she hadn’t seen her daughter for a month. Three months later, Anthony was charged with first-degree murder. Caylee’s remains were discovered in December, in woods near her house. Her mysterious death grabbed headlines nationwide.

Cobra worked on the case only briefly, when he followed up on a tip that Caylee had been seen in Glades County — a tip that didn’t pan out. Then, this past February, Cobra happened to be near Orlando chasing a drug dealer. He heard about a memorial service for Caylee involving fellow bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and decided to attend, curious to see how the dramatic case had turned out. At the memorial service, Cobra met Richard Grund, whose son, Jessie, was once engaged to marry Casey Anthony. Grund soon hired Cobra to do some investigative work to expose the people who had tried to implicate Jessie in Caylee’s murder.

Meanwhile, several hours before the service, Haleigh was said to have disappeared from the bedroom of her family’s trailer home in Satsuma, a rural, spitball town north of the Ocala National Forest. Camera crews immediately descended on the town and were already drawing comparisons between the two missing-child cases. A WOMAN WHO ADVOCATES (###### WAYANNE KRUGER######) for missing children asked Richard Grund to recommend a private investigator to search for Haleigh, and Grund says he referred her to Cobra.

According to a Florida attorney…

Victim’s advocate and author Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, was in Florida on February 10, 2009 – and was physically with Crystal Sheffield, the day Sheffield’s daughter HaLeigh Cummings was kidnapped (February 10, 2009).

Kruger was ALSO in Orlando, Florida on February 10, 2009 at a small Memorial for Caylee Anthony held by Rev. Richard Grund at Jay Blanchard Park after both Wayanne Kruger and Rev. Richard Grund and William (Murt) Murtaugh were banned from the televised Caylee Memorial being held at the First Baptist Church.

The official story presented to the public was that Wayanne Kruger became Crystal Sheffield’s advocate one month after HaLeigh’s kidnapping.

This audio proves what everyone always suspected – Wayanne Kruger involved in both the Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases.

Wayanne Kruger told me the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping was planned to take the media attention off the Casey Anthony trial.

Wayanne Kruger told me she was worried that Rev. Grund might have killed ‘HaLeigh Cummings’ in another one of his “frickin exorcisms” – indicating she held such bizarre knowledge.

Rev. Richard Grund told me there was a conspiracy by Casey Anthony to plant semen and pubic hair on Caylee’s body to implicate his son, Jesse Grund.

Audio of the Florida attorney’s statements to me is being submitted to the Minnesota District Court in a case that involves the same attorney and a group of operatives targeting my children after I obtained evidence of what happened to these little girls in Florida.
