Attached is the federal complaint filed by my (other) attorney Steven S. Biss in Virginia, along with Attachment A, which is the 22 page FBI report I authored for the FBI in July, 2009 regarding key figures involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation.

I delivered a hard copy of the aforementioned to Attorney Ronald Galstad, as well as the East Grand Forks Police Department this morning.

This communication is in regards to my criminal case as well as HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL.

The attached FBI report is the document that mobilized the Florida FBI to search for photos (child porn) of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in 2009. It’s the FBI report that I told you about and explained how the East Grand Forks Police Department possessed a copy of it in 2009 – but never gave it to me when I made public records requests.

Why did they hide it from me? They were conspiring against me. I’ll show you…

Emails show Lt. Rod Hajicek was secretly talking to CNN Art Harris in private and discussing how I could be “stopped”. After hiding that FBI report and the fact I was helping the FBI, the EGFPD and Galstad then plotted with * * * * * * * * * * to fraudulently obtain a domestic violence protection order against me in Florida which they would then enforce in Minnesota. The protection order required I remove everything about * * * * * * * * * * from the Web and never discuss her again via “electronic communications”. I would have used that report in my defense of the bogus ‘Repeat Violence’ claims in Florida if it had been given to me. That is the order the EGFPD used to arrest me.

Attorney Biss told me the Florida court order was a gross violation of the First Amendment and should have never been enforced – he said he believes a Minnesota judge will eventually rule accordingly.

President Trump issued an Executive Order regarding human trafficking that is being diligently carried out by Attorney General Sessions. I wonder what the DOJ is going to think about this overt attempt by public officials to cover up child pornography and the sex trafficking operation that I uncovered?

Evidence that rape porn was created of a missing child is one step closer to being delivered to the FBI

Evidence showing child pornography was created of a missing and endangered child is floating around the judicial community in Polk County, Minnesota.

But nobody, from judges, to cops, to lawyers, wants to turn the evidence over to the appropriate authorities.

The evidence involves a fellow attorney.

And they don’t want the American public to know about it either.

On February 19, 2018 Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer) was arrested for (allegedly) publishing public court records and audio files that reveal child pornography was created of a missing and endangered five year-old child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

You are my attorney.

Ronald Galstad, Galstad Jensen & McCann, is the attorney that contracts for the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota to prosecute charges brought by the East Grand Forks Police Department.

Attorney Galstad is prosecuting me based on the allegation that I uploaded court files to the Web. Attorney Galstad alleges I violated an Injunction issued by a Broward County domestic violence court in 2011 that forbid publication regarding the Petitioner, an * * * from Florida named * * * * * *.

Discovery from the EGFPD shows the police officer refers to a folder uploaded to a GOOGLE DRIVE that contained sub folders and files. The mother folder is entitled MAGA MINNESOTA COURT CIA FBI CHILD SEX.

Inside the mother folder is a sub-folder called ‘Polk County Audio D. Knop Naked Photos of HaLeigh mp3’ where you will hear me speak to Donald Knop, an employed legal assistant of * * * * * * Law Office.

As you know, * * * * * * is the * * * * * in the Broward County Order and the person that called the police and demanded I be arrested.

In the aforementioned audio file (which I have attached), you will hear Donald Knop tell me he received naked photos of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings that featured her vagina. He told me the pictures of HaLeigh were being kept in some unknown location by a man named Jeremiah Regan. Knop told me his employer, * * *  * * * * * * held the naked photos of HaLeigh; handed them back; and then instructed him to put the photos of a CD.

I knew from previous conversations with Donald Knop that HaLeigh’s vagina was photographed in a damaged condition consistent with sexual assault. Knop said the photos were placed on a CD and passed to somebody in a gas station parking lot.

I know the photos were never given to law enforcement.

I am attaching a missing person poster published by the FBI wherein the FBI says, “If you have any information concerning this person please contact your local FBI office or the nearest American embassy or consulate”.

As you know, I am forbidden from calling the FBI because the Broward Court Order says “the respondent shall not make any direct or indirect reference about the petitioner on the internet or by use of electronic communication”.

According to an Ivy League attorney (whose name will soon be known) the Broward Court Order is “unconstitutional”.  “Tim, it’s so broad it would prohibit you from talking to me,” the attorney said.

The files in possession of the EGFPD contain extensive information regarding an international child sex trafficking network involving rogue FBI and CIA agents that allegedly move children and infants through the U.S. Embassy using fake medical records and church dossiers.

Robert David Steele, a retired CIA intelligence officer who now serves as chief counsel for the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse, spoke this week with University of Minnesota professor Sarah Westall.

So what the Pedogaters did – was – they used an operative to file for an ‘Order For Protection Against Domestic Violence’ in a Divorce (DVCE) court by a person I never personally met in my life in a State where I had not been.

It was issued by a Shadow Government judge at a hearing I did not attend because of death threats.

The Shadow Government judge issued an Order against me (my person) that declared I had to remove all material I had published on the Web (violation of the U.S. Constitution) – and I am not allowed to advertise the book on my website www.writeintoaction.com or I will be arrested and put in jail.

Yes – my book was declared an act of ‘domestic violence’ in a divorce court regarding someone I ad never met.

PI that claimed Ex Parte phone call with Minnesota judge takes her story back

PI calls demanding “evidence” – babbles nervously about FBI

Did a pathological and criminal liar with a PI license who arrogantly claimed during a recorded call that she telephoned a Minnesota judge to discuss a case – get spanked by the judicial system?

It appears so.

Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana previously called me and said she telephoned Minnesota Judge Tamara Yon and talked to her about a Motion I (Timothy Holmseth) filed.

On Friday, August 18, 2017 – Church called me and took it back and admitted she never talked to Honorable Yon.

Of notable interest – I was not able to locate Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. on the State of Indiana online license search today.

During Church’s call Friday she demanded I provide her with “proof” that her corporation is involved in child trafficking and interstate crimes. She said she wanted the proof so she could take it and turn herself in to the FBI for investigation.

In July, 2011, Church called the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota and told officers that I claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. In 2016, Church called me and said she did not make that false police report. She said was impersonated by a Florida woman and a man from Tennessee named Levi Page.

Church claims her son is a “Lt. Colonel in the United State Air Force” and can walk across the street to the Department of Justice and view sensitive evidence.

Threats reported to Minnesota and Florida courts

There has been a dramatic upsurge in threats against me since I announced my court filing on July 24, 2017.

On August 10, 2017, I published a press release ‘Kidnapping and child rape porn cover-up center stage in Minnesota District Court – Affidavit is a blueprint to a child sex trafficking ring operating in U.S. and abroad’.

Today I was threatened in writing by Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida.

Thomas Olsen is a convicted felon on probation for larceny which included stealing a motor vehicle, money, and a gun.

Thomas Olsen was mentioned in my court filing to the Minnesota Court.

Today, I submitted an Affidavit to the Minnesota Court regarding Thomas Olsen which included the name of an attorney, and business colleague, that bailed him out of jail when got arrested.

The Affidavit contains exhibits and information that illuminate an extortion scheme Thomas Olsen ran on Santa Rosa County after he was arrested, which included a threat he published and disseminated regarding law enforcement corruption in Santa Rosa County, Florida that he was going to expose through a lawsuit.

Extortion and blackmail is a common tactic used within the cult of career criminals where everybody has something on everybody else – including compromising information about rogue police, correctional officers, and judicial officers.

The extortion and blackmail of government officials by Thomas Olsen closely resembles threats recently made by Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, to Ronald Galstad, Galstad Jensen and McCann (the private attorney that contracts for the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota).

Galstad and the City of EGF are compromised.

Church said she recently telephoned Galstad and put the City of East Grand Forks on “notice” that either the City involuntarily commits me (Timothy Holmseth) into a mental institution or her attorney from “Chicago” is going to sue the City of EGF.

That would be called ‘kidnapping’ but in the cult of career criminals it is regular talking point.

Church also claims to be talking in private with police officers at the East Grand Forks Police Department and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Church claims she gave the East Grand Forks Police investigative information about me pertaining to a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings. However, the EGFPD categorically states they have no “record” of the conversations that Church says took place.

That’s because the conversation were not official and were done in the course of a criminal conspiracy by government employees in a personal capacity to cover up a kidnapping and production of rape porn of a five year old girl.

I submitted a copy of the Affidavit to Thomas Olsen’s probation officer.

CNN journalist for Nancy Grace filmed naked photos of raped missing child

Art Harris, former CNN journalist and correspondent to Nancy Grace, filmed naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings, a missing child that was raped.

William Staubs, Case Closed Inc., said he and others saw Harris put the photos up an easel in his motel room and film them.

And…

Secret emails from the Gmail account of the ranking detective at the East Grand Forks Police Department in Polk County, Minnesota, reveal the Minnesota police did not want the kidnappers and pornographers to get caught.

Records show the East Grand Forks Police secretly conspired with Harris to suppress the publication of a local investigative journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth (me), because the FBI in Florida was acting on information from Holmseth that was leading to the porn.

On July 10, 2009 Lt. Rodney Hajicek exchanged emails with CNN Harris via Hajicek’s private Gmail account, as the two men discussed how they could possibly have the Polk County Attorney’s office arrest Holmseth.

“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

But it wasn’t absurd.

CHILD RAPE PORNOGRAPHY – EXISTENCE

Donald Knop, who was a legal assistant for a Florida law office during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation in 2009, told Holmseth about the photographs, which he said were handed to him by the attorney that employed him.

Holmseth was also told about soft porn photo shoots of the little girl by other witnesses, as well. The following is a limited excerpt from discussions Holmseth had about the photos.

(HOLMSETH) Does it have anything to do with the photos of HaLeigh’s vagina that you have?

(KNOP) I don’t know. I don’t know that REDACTED knows I have that. But I’ve just, through working in corporate America, I’ve learned, I keep copies of everything that I’m asked to copy, that way when its alleged that I did something or didn’t do it, and more times than not, when it comes later, hey we didn’t get those copies can you sent it again, I have a copy to just fire off right off hand and I don’t have to go through the whole food chain to get them again you know.

THE CHILD PORN WAS PLACED ON A CD

Knop said he was told by his employer to place the photos on a CD. He said he was told to give the CD to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner.

But…

Knop gave the CD to DCF Warner after business hours in a gas station parking lot, and the pictures were never turned over to Warner’s supervisor or law enforcement.

The following is an excerpt from a three-way conversation between William Staubs, Case Closed Inc. Knop, and Holmseth.

(HOLMSETH) – Don – Don – where were you at when you handed that disc to Bonnie Warner?

(KNOP) – I was in a gas station parking lot. I wanted to say it was the BP. Yeah, it was that BP you know Bill, that’s across from where the red house was.

(WILLIAM STAUBS) – Yeah, yeah

(KNOP) – Because she was ending her day and I was getting into town late so we just met

(WILLIAM STAUBS) – Okay

(HOLMSETH) – You just met by accident or was it arranged?

(KNOP) – No we arranged to meet because she was expecting it and that’s when I was told there was some deadline they were having some meeting they had some final decision – I arranged to meet with her and it turned out it wasn’t that day it was the next day in the morning and then it turns out who knows if that damn thing even happened.

There was no meeting.

And…

THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE FOR THE FBI AND CIA

Evidence shows the child pornography of HaLeigh was produced by a career child molester named John Regan, an alleged human sex trafficker for the FBI and CIA, and was being passed around in an underground.

John Regan – The “Undercover Pedophile for the FBI”

William Staubs was the private investigator hired by the Florida law office that worked for the missing child’s mother’s legal team.

Staubs talked to Donald Knop about where the photos originated. The following is an excerpt from the telephone call recorded by Holmseth.

WILLIAM STAUBS: “Here’s the excuse – here’s what she told me happened with the photographs. She got all the photographs from Wayanne (Kruger) and, from, she put Wayanne’s name in there and you (Donald Knop), you got them from Wayanne, who got them Marie (Griffis), and all this tangled Web of shit. Then she told me she got them from Marie.”

However…

Knop told Holmseth he saw a man named Jeremiah Regan arrive at a motel room with the photos. Jeremiah Regan is the son of John Regan, Hastings, Florida. John Regan dressed as a pastor and told searchers during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation that he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.

During a fake search for HaLeigh Cummings in rural San Mateo, Florida on March 22, 2009, John Regan told Judy Lucia, Interlachen, Florida, that he was an FBI agent.

Knop and Wayanne Kruger told Holmseth that John Regan claimed he was a CIA agent.

Rev. Richard Grund, a case witness in the Casey Anthony murder case, told Holmseth that John Regan boasted that he impersonated a police officer at the Jacksonville airport by flashing his “chaplains’ badge”.

Holmseth was interviewed by the FBI in 2010. Holmseth asked FBI special agent A.J. Eilerman why they would have planted evidence at San Mateo. Eilerman replied, “So people will stop looking for her.”

Records obtained by Holmseth reveal John Regan is a convicted pedophile.

DCF SOCIAL WORKR ADMITS SHE RECEIVED THE PHTOSO AND NEVER GAVE THEM TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OR HER SUPERVISOR

Staubs telephoned DCF Warner at her home, after hours, and she readily discussed the HaLeigh Cummings case. The following is an excerpt from that conversation, which was recorded by Holmseth.

(WARNER) Oh my gosh I do have those I haven’t even seen them.

(STAUBS) Well good God almighty then that’s why they trying to rope you off in this and here’s why – they allegedly Photoshopped these dammed pictures and sent them to you so that you would give them to your boss man and have an unfavorable ruling against Ronald.

(WARNER) No – the pictures…

(STAUBS) Well this is on a CD honey…

(WARNER) It’s on a CD but those were the pictures they couldn’t send to my supervisor and they ended up sending them to another PI Kevin Coleman and – and he brought the stuff in and it was late in the game and they didn’t even – I don’t think they even saw them.

(STAUBS) Well that’s cool but somebody met you on the side of the road at a gas station

SCUMBAG CNN JOURNALIST PHOTOGRAPHED THE RAPE PORN

The following is an excerpt of a conversation between Staubs and CNN Art Harris.

“Now, Art took them, pinned them, I don’t know if these were little five by eight glossies, or if these were on a sheet that were already printed out on paper, photocopy paper, or how these photographs looked, but he had an easel I guess set up in his room and he set that easel up down in one of them rooms down at the hotel. She was very emphatic with her details so anytime somebody get empathic about something stupid like this I’m thinking okay there setting it up. So he puts all these pictures on his easel and he takes his cameras which is the exact same camera that I have and he films each one of them. He films all of them okay? Then he’s got them locked into his camera and he sends them to get done or whatever and then he also took some still copies with him – some copies of those copies – but he already had them locked in his camera that were pinned on the easel – then they got all their pictures back.”
