I am filing this complaint against Aeisso Schrage.

Attached you will find text messages I received today by someone I do not know. The narrative set forth in the texts is consistent with a plan to make false allegations against me that will involve “photographs” “kissing” and a “slide show”. This COMPLAINT shall protect me from this latest scheme.

This latest communication to me by unknown persons is only the latest in a series. As I reported to you via email on November 26, 2017, somebody called me claiming they thought I was the EGFPD; said Aeisso Schrage robbed them and wondered if I could a story about it real quick. On November 28, 2017 Aeisso Schrage used EGFPD letterhead to contact Go Daddy and told them I engaged in a pattern of “defamation”. Your name is on the letterhead so you are legally bound to that allegation.

As your records will reflect, I once filed a formal complaint against Mr. Schrage when he wholly fabricated a completely fictitious statement, while executing a Search Warrant, which he then placed into an official EGFPD police report in all caps with quotation marks, and attributed to me to implicate me in a crime I did not commit. I proved he was LYING because I had a tape recording of the whole event – 100% false – he completely made it up.

You admitted in writing that I never said the words he claimed I said, but then you deemed he did nothing whatsoever wrong.

I have further evidence of RICO.

Minnesota author WANTED in Florida

Timothy Charles Holmseth published names of CIA/FBI operatives that are kidnapping and selling children through the U.S. Embassy

The Minnesota investigative journalist and author that learned extensive details of a CIA/FBI child sex trafficking operation during interviews with Gloria Allred’s protégé Wayanne Kruger is now WANTED in Florida.

According to the Broward County Clerk of Court a judge issued a Writ of Bodily Attachment for Timothy Holmseth on August 24, 2017. Details behind the issuance are not known because the document is sealed.

A Writ of Bodily Attachment, much like an arrest warrant, is an order by the court commanding a sheriff or other official to physically bring before the court a person who is guilty of contempt of court.

The Writ apparently pertains to a (fraudulently obtained) Domestic Violence Protection Order, which was filed against Timothy Holmseth in the Divorce division (DVCE) of the Broward County, Florida courts in 2011 by an attorney he interviewed regarding the national profile kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth never personally met the Petitioner, nor had he ever been charged or arrested for any crime against the Petitioner. The Order contained directives that Holmseth ‘retroactively’ remove legally published content from his website.

THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.

The Writ was issued approximately one month after Timothy Holmseth filed a MOTION TO VACATE in the 9th Minnesota Judicial District which details the names, players, and methods of an organized criminal enterprise operating in the United States with support from law enforcement and the U.S. Military.

The hearing is scheduled for December 13, 2017 at the courthouse in Crookston, Minnesota.

Holmseth has proof that Minnesota law enforcement and the judicial community conspired against Holmseth while plans were made to obtain bogus court orders against him.

Emails and documents show that in 2009, law enforcement and judicial officers in Polk County, Minnesota conspired with the Petitioner in the Broward case to hide critical records that showed Holmseth was actively assisting the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI with information regarding the kidnapped child HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth has provided the Minnesota court secret emails exchanged between Nancy Grace’s journalist Art Harris, and EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek, on Hajicek’s private Gmail account, from July of 2009, revealing the two were plotting against Holmseth because the FBI was acting on Holmseth’s leads.

The East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force used an alleged violation of the Broward Order to raid Holmseth’s home/office with guns and bullet proof vests. Agents seized Holmseth’s computer and destroyed his hard-drive before returning it.

In 2017, using backups, Holmseth successfully located files the police had willfully destroyed. The files were recordings of Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, detailing a CIA/FBI child pornography, sex trafficking and baby sales operation.

Operative have telephoned Holmseth using the telephone numbers of President Donald Trump and Clinton Global using voice changers to threaten Holmseth and his children; including a threat to kidnap his grand daughter.

Holmseth has never-before heard recordings regarding including audio he received in the mail from a federal agent, including:

CNN journalist for Nancy Grace filmed naked photos of raped missing child

Art Harris, former CNN journalist and correspondent to Nancy Grace, filmed naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings, a missing child that was raped.

William Staubs, Case Closed Inc., said he and others saw Harris put the photos up an easel in his motel room and film them.

And…

Secret emails from the Gmail account of the ranking detective at the East Grand Forks Police Department in Polk County, Minnesota, reveal the Minnesota police did not want the kidnappers and pornographers to get caught.

Records show the East Grand Forks Police secretly conspired with Harris to suppress the publication of a local investigative journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth (me), because the FBI in Florida was acting on information from Holmseth that was leading to the porn.

On July 10, 2009 Lt. Rodney Hajicek exchanged emails with CNN Harris via Hajicek’s private Gmail account, as the two men discussed how they could possibly have the Polk County Attorney’s office arrest Holmseth.

“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

But it wasn’t absurd.

CHILD RAPE PORNOGRAPHY – EXISTENCE

Donald Knop, who was a legal assistant for a Florida law office during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation in 2009, told Holmseth about the photographs, which he said were handed to him by the attorney that employed him.

Holmseth was also told about soft porn photo shoots of the little girl by other witnesses, as well. The following is a limited excerpt from discussions Holmseth had about the photos.

(HOLMSETH) Does it have anything to do with the photos of HaLeigh’s vagina that you have?

(KNOP) I don’t know. I don’t know that REDACTED knows I have that. But I’ve just, through working in corporate America, I’ve learned, I keep copies of everything that I’m asked to copy, that way when its alleged that I did something or didn’t do it, and more times than not, when it comes later, hey we didn’t get those copies can you sent it again, I have a copy to just fire off right off hand and I don’t have to go through the whole food chain to get them again you know.

THE CHILD PORN WAS PLACED ON A CD

Knop said he was told by his employer to place the photos on a CD. He said he was told to give the CD to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner.

But…

Knop gave the CD to DCF Warner after business hours in a gas station parking lot, and the pictures were never turned over to Warner’s supervisor or law enforcement.

The following is an excerpt from a three-way conversation between William Staubs, Case Closed Inc. Knop, and Holmseth.

(HOLMSETH) – Don – Don – where were you at when you handed that disc to Bonnie Warner?

(KNOP) – I was in a gas station parking lot. I wanted to say it was the BP. Yeah, it was that BP you know Bill, that’s across from where the red house was.

(WILLIAM STAUBS) – Yeah, yeah

(KNOP) – Because she was ending her day and I was getting into town late so we just met

(WILLIAM STAUBS) – Okay

(HOLMSETH) – You just met by accident or was it arranged?

(KNOP) – No we arranged to meet because she was expecting it and that’s when I was told there was some deadline they were having some meeting they had some final decision – I arranged to meet with her and it turned out it wasn’t that day it was the next day in the morning and then it turns out who knows if that damn thing even happened.

There was no meeting.

THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE FOR THE FBI AND CIA

Evidence shows the child pornography of HaLeigh was produced by a career child molester named John Regan, an alleged human sex trafficker for the FBI and CIA, and was being passed around in an underground.

William Staubs was the private investigator hired by the Florida law office that worked for the missing child’s mother’s legal team.

Staubs talked to Donald Knop about where the photos originated. The following is an excerpt from the telephone call recorded by Holmseth.

WILLIAM STAUBS: “Here’s the excuse – here’s what she told me happened with the photographs. She got all the photographs from Wayanne (Kruger) and, from, she put Wayanne’s name in there and you (Donald Knop), you got them from Wayanne, who got them Marie (Griffis), and all this tangled Web of shit. Then she told me she got them from Marie.”

However…

Knop told Holmseth he saw a man named Jeremiah Regan arrive at a motel room with the photos. Jeremiah Regan is the son of John Regan, Hastings, Florida. John Regan dressed as a pastor and told searchers during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation that he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.

During a fake search for HaLeigh Cummings in rural San Mateo, Florida on March 22, 2009, John Regan told Judy Lucia, Interlachen, Florida, that he was an FBI agent.

Knop and Wayanne Kruger told Holmseth that John Regan claimed he was a CIA agent.

Rev. Richard Grund, a case witness in the Casey Anthony murder case, told Holmseth that John Regan boasted that he impersonated a police officer at the Jacksonville airport by flashing his “chaplains’ badge”.

Holmseth was interviewed by the FBI in 2010. Holmseth asked FBI special agent A.J. Eilerman why they would have planted evidence at San Mateo. Eilerman replied, “So people will stop looking for her.”

Records obtained by Holmseth reveal John Regan is a convicted pedophile.

DCF SOCIAL WORKR ADMITS SHE RECEIVED THE PHTOSO AND NEVER GAVE THEM TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OR HER SUPERVISOR

Staubs telephoned DCF Warner at her home, after hours, and she readily discussed the HaLeigh Cummings case. The following is an excerpt from that conversation, which was recorded by Holmseth.

(STAUBS) Well good God almighty then that’s why they trying to rope you off in this and here’s why – they allegedly Photoshopped these dammed pictures and sent them to you so that you would give them to your boss man and have an unfavorable ruling against Ronald.

(WARNER) It’s on a CD but those were the pictures they couldn’t send to my supervisor and they ended up sending them to another PI Kevin Coleman and – and he brought the stuff in and it was late in the game and they didn’t even – I don’t think they even saw them.

She was very emphatic with her details so anytime somebody get empathic about something stupid like this I’m thinking okay there setting it up. So he puts all these pictures on his easel and he takes his cameras which is the exact same camera that I have and he films each one of them. He films all of them okay? Then he’s got them locked into his camera and he sends them to get done or whatever and then he also took some still copies with him – some copies of those copies – but he already had them locked in his camera that were pinned on the easel – then they got all their pictures back.”

WDAZ, the East Grand Forks Police Department, and the Polk County Attorney’s Office have partnered to distract the public from a deep dark secret involving a kidnapped child from Florida and a local cover-up.

Today, WDAZ published Drug arrests spike in East Grand Forks.

The lame story was a response to Does Trump Executive Order spell trouble for Polk County, Minnesota – – – Minnesota county tangled up with CNN Pizzagaters

The WDAZ story featured an interview with creepy Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD.

Hajicek is a very sick man that secretly colluded with kidnappers in an international child sex trafficking operation.

Write Into Action obtained secret emails involving the kidnapping, which Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth was hiding (they disappeared from the EGFPD files) until I made a public records request for them. The secret emails had been exchanged between Hajicek and CNN pedophile pizzagater Art Harris. Hajicek used his personal email account so they wouldn’t be subject to public data records request.

That also means he’s a pedophile supporter in his free time.

The emails show Hajicek was trying to help kidnappers come up with a way to arrest me while I was actively assisting the Minneapolis FBI with information I obtained about a kidnapped five year-old named HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings during interviews I conducted.

I captured the kidnappers on audio talking about rape porn that had been created of HaLeigh. The images were actually described to me. They FBI were moving in on the suspects, which is what Harris and Hajicek didn’t want.

Hajicek actually used a scissors (or some office tool) to cut out his side of the email conversation with Harris so nobody would know what he was saying.

That means he is subject to blackmail now by the pedophile group.

Not only is Rod Hajicek creepy – he’s stupid.

In 2011, Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana called the EGFPD and made a police report regarding HaLeigh Cummings. She told the police I claimed to have HaLeigh in my apartment. They sent police officers to my home and scared my children.

In 2016, after I obtained information from an eyewitness that appeared to place Church with HaLeigh shortly after the kidnapping, she called me and said she was impersonated on the police report that was made about me. She said it placed by a woman from Florida and, yet another CNN operative, Levi Page.

Church also told me the police had been calling her (off the record).

They tried to set me up, folks.

They plowed over me with guns and bullet proof vests and tried to get into the bathroom where my teenager daughter was prepared for a bath. She fought with that baby elephant police officer Tony Hart to keep the door shut so she could get dressed. Sgt. Chris Olson asked my daughter where she worked. EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad and Sgt. Chris Olson then started switching off going to Perkins in Grand Forks to sit in her section and scare her.

These guys are sicko perverts, folks.

Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force Commander Aeisso Schrage illegally seized my young daughters cell phone that day and then read all of her private texts in private somewhere. He then boasted to me what he read and he looked like he was becoming genuinely sexually aroused.

I firmly believe Aeisso Schrage is a sexual predator.

Local law enforcement sleaze-balls and scum-bag pedophiles were collectively working together against children.

An East Grand Forks man who has been revealing the activities of local organized crime says he is being gang-stalked by a shadowy group, which he believes is headed by the local chief detective, has now captured video of drones above him.

Jarod Rasmussen, son of former EGF police officer Vern Rasmussen, said the drones “fly right above my house every day and every night”.

“I got them both on camera. I got the star disco ball drone and I got the star drone both up here – right above my house,” Jarod Rasmussen said.

“The disco ball one you’ll notice flipping up in the sky with different colors. You can’t mistake it,” he said.

“You can only really see it when you look with a camera. You can look up in the sky and you’ll see what looks to be a bright star – but its not. It looks like it’s got some wings that are fluttering off to the side,” Jarod Rasmussen said.

Earlier today, Write Into Action exclusively reported Jarod Rasmussen revealed a former EGF police officer that was recently terminated had been using law enforcement resources to stalk female motorists and lure them into his home.

EXCLUSIVE: Terminated EGF police officer used law enforcement resources to victimize women

The East Grand Forks police officer terminated several months ago may pose a hidden threat to the public.

Write Into Action has learned startling new information regarding former EGFPD officer Scott Jordheim that may shed light on why he was really terminated in April, 2016.

Jarod Rasmussen, the son of former EGF police officer Vern Rasmussen, said Scott Jordheim is a predator.

“He’s a pervert bad. I know that personally. He told me how he did it. He saw a good looking chick – run their license plate – call them at home later, pull them over whatever. He would use his police radio,” Jarod Rasmussen said.

But the entire story and details are much worse.

According to Jarod Rasmussen, and other sources that have been in contact with Write Into Action regarding systemic corruption at the EGFPD, Jordheim had a Modus Operandi that involved having girls come over to clean his house.

“They didn’t want to go over and clean because it was more than cleaning,” Jarod Rasmussen said.

Jarod Rasmussen, as well as other sources, told Write Into Action that females went to Jordheim’s residence and suddenly passed out after drinking something. The females believed something may have happened to them while they were unconscious.

The City of EGF and local hoax media at Forum News Service spun the story with a sympathetic theme that caused the public to believe Jordheim was a military veteran leaving the department after twenty years due to “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder”.

“[EGF City Administrator David] Murphy did say that the council’s performance review did not stem from anything specific to Jordheim’s job as a police officer. The city could not release many details about the decision, but Jordheim did confirm he has depleted his paid time off to cope with post traumatic stress disorder,” reported the Grand Forks Herald.

Son of former EGFPD officer says federal authorities are in the area

Jared Rasmussen, the son of retired East Grand Forks police officer Vern Rasmussen, says federal authorities are in the area.

Jared Rasmussen said is being gang-stalked by local fireman, police officers, social services, and members of a local group called the Blue Line Club that is headed by EGFPD chief detective Lt. Rodney Hajicek.

The bizarre activity is only the latest account of citizens being terrorized in the Red River Valley region.

Jared Rasmussen contacted Write Into Action today and said he has been terrorized for a steady month.

“[It’s] the same vehicles – the same people – all the time. This has been going on a month of pure hell,” he said.

“I don’t know if I fucking seen something I wasn’t supposed to but I am going to fucking find out,” he said.

“I know who some of them are – I know where some them work – some of them are firemen on the east side – some of them are cops – some of them are social services,” he said.

Jared Rasmussen said he does not know exactly why he has been targeted but did say his ex-girlfriend told police he is a drug dealer.

Taken at face value, Jared Rasmussen’s allegations are very serious because under no circumstances do ‘fireman’ and ‘hockey parents’ assist law enforcement in investigations and surveillance.

“I got shit on them. I mean my dad was a cop for 33 years. I know what kind of pieces of shit these guys are. I know about a lot of stuff. I know about (Pine to Prairie Task Force Commander Aeisso) Schrage – (former Task Force Commander Scott) Jordheim – I know all these guys,” he said.

His story has credibility.

Jared Rasmussen said he has repeatedly gone to the police department and other agencies and attempted to report what is going on – to no avail.

“I talked to the head of social services in Crookston on the phone. He called me one day. And I told him – I said I was going to go a TV station – and he tried to file a complaint against me to the east side for threatening. I said it was no threat. I’m going call the TV stations for real,” he said.

Jared Rasmussen said he was told he is the subject of an “ongoing investigation”.

“I said ‘when did social services become an investigative service,’” he said, noting he was being followed by social services vehicles late at night.

One event involving EGF Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek appears to be a text-book move used by government officials to discredit witnesses to serious crimes.

Jared Rasmussen said he went to the EGFPD to talk to Lt. Hajicek who refused to investigate his allegations. Hajicek then attempted to have him committed to a psyche ward.

“He had the hospital – the ambulance – come and pick me up from the police station and told them you’re just so tired – stuff in your head – you’re not really seeing this stuff,” Jared Rasmussen said.

“He put me on a 72 hour hold,” he said.

However, according to Jared Rasmussen, he passed all the evaluation with flying colors. “I went up there. I did their evaluation. Blood test. I walked right out of there,” he said.

Jared Rasmussen said he called up the police after he got out and said “I’m out”.

“I know [Rodney Hajicek] is a liar. I’ve known him for a long time. I’ve known him for many years. And I know what he’ll do to cover shit up,” Jared Rasmussen said.

Jared Rasmussen said he (Jared) can do anything he wants and local law enforcement will never intervene or initiate contact with him.

“I did shitty’s in the parking lot by the Post Office until there was so much smoke you couldn’t see the building and nothing happened – no one came.  I have people with me when I do this stuff,” he said, noting he has filmed much of the gang-stalking.

“I can see them – they have radios in their cars. They have cell phones but they have two-way radios – some of them. I’ve seen them hold it up too high on accident and I seen it in their hand,” he said.

“I went a hundred miles an hour on the highway just to see who would follow me – sure enough they were there,” he said.

Jared Rasmussen described an incident when a white pick-up truck, which he believes is associated with Rodney Hajicek, was tailgating him extremely close. He said he slammed on his breaks and the truck almost him.

He said the incident was witnessed by EGFPD Sgt. Chris Olson. “I tried to stop him after that white pick-up almost rear-ended me. I jumped out of the car and waved at him and he turned the other fucking way,” Jared Rasmussen said.

He said on one occasion after a roadway incident he was approached by a deputy and told to stop to following people. He said he told the deputy to “fuck off” – noting they won’t do anything to him.

According to Jared Rasmussen, he is even being stalked by aircraft that circles him at nearly tree-top level. The allegation involving aircraft is compelling because in August, 2016, a Polk County Deputy was injured after a man shot the Border Patrol helicopter that was buzzing his property as part of a supposed Drug Task Force mission.

Jared Rasmussen said there are weird things going on with his telephone. “I tried to get a hold of the Minnesota police corruption line – you know where I got transferred to – the New York City Sanitation Department,” he said.

“They are all corrupt – every one of these pieces of shit in town,” he said.

“This should not happen to anybody,” he said.

Jared Rasmussen said the police blew it. “You should have had me on your side – but now, fuck off”.

Write Into Action has been receiving reports by people in the Valley Region that allege Hajicek is part of a criminal drug trafficking operation with a cabal of others.

Write Into Action is also receiving reports naming police officers at the Grand Forks Police Department and other agencies.

The people calling are describing creepy surveillance, death threats, rape cover-ups, and murder cover-ups.
