I am requesting a Meet and Confer conference pertaining to the State of Minnesota and/or City of East Grand Forks as it relates to legal action being taken against me by the State of Florida.

I am contacting you pursuant to 9th Minnesota District Family Court – Case Number 60-FA-13-468 and Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al – 0:14-cv-02970

I am contacting you pursuant to Rule 65: Injunctions and Restraining Orders – Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

I plan to request the United States District Court grant me Injunctive Relief and/or other remedies regarding what I assert is operatives within the State of Minnesota that are in criminal collusion with operatives in the State of Florida to violate my rights and have me illegally arrested.

I would like to discuss with you whether or not the State of Minnesota plans to enforce any legal action brought against me out of the State of Florida.

I am requesting the State of Minnesota provide me, in writing, a formal declaration that the State of Minnesota will NOT recognize or enforce any more criminal allegations made against me in Florida regarding my speech, journalism, publishing, authoring, websites, or electronic communications.

I am requesting the aforementioned because I have evidence of a criminal conspiracy against me.

SUMMARY OF CONSPIRACY

Since 2009 the following has been visited upon me by bad actors demanding I remove my websites (in their entirety) from the Web.

1. Threats to kidnap my grandchild
2. Threats to my daughter
3. Threats to kill me
4. Threats to rape me
5. Attempts to have me fired from my job
6. Threats to have me evicted
7. Attempts (by Tina Church) to blackmail/extort City of East Grand Forks Attorney Ronald Galstad and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth to involuntarily commit me into a mental institute
8. Attempts to make me lose custody rights of my child
9. Defame me as being a ‘pedophile’
10. Break into my car (to plant narcotics)
11. Slash my car tire
12. Run my car off the road
13. Accuse me of wire fraud
14. Defame my professional background and history of awards

On November 22, 2017 WordPress provided me a copy of a Subpoena they received from the Broward County, Florida Clerk of Court signed by Assistant States Attorney Michael J. Satz, regarding a criminal investigation being conducted by Detective Andrew Gianino, Lighthouse Point, Florida police department. The subpoena demanded account information from one of my websites.

In May of 2009 ***** *****, a civil divorce attorney from Florida that was representing the mother of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings telephoned me at my residence in Polk County. She wanted to talk to me, in my capacity as a journalist and publisher, about the missing child HaLeigh Cummings (and try to find out what her associates and law office employees, who had also been calling me; were telling me).

In June of 2009 I contacted the Florida Attorney General and FBI regarding information I obtained about the missing child. The information implicated ***** ***** and many of her colleagues in serious crimes. I eventually obtained information regarding child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings and an illegal international adoption/ baby sales operation being run by ***** and ***** ***** with a man named John Regan who told multiple witnesses he was “FBI” and “CIA”.

On June 2, 2009, ***** ***** telephoned the East Grand Forks Police and complained about me but was told by Lt. Rodney Hajicek her concerns were civil in nature.

***** ***** and/or her PI, William Staubs, and/or her media consultant, Art Harris, and/or PI Tina Church, subsequently contacted my child’s mother Rhonda W. Callahan and began initiating conversations regarding the custody status of my son ***** Holmseth, and interfering with our stabile lives by suggesting to her I was a dangerous pedophile that was abusing my son.

Unbeknownst to me (until years later), on July 10, 2009, Art Harris and Lt. Hajicek were privately/secretly communicating via email regarding me. Hajicek was using Rod.hajicek@gmail.co  and discussing the fact I was assisting the FBI and the FBI was receiving email evidence regarding photos of HaLeigh Cummings from me that I obtained from sources. Harris told Hajicek “He’s got to be stopped”.

The emails and an accompanying 22-page FBI report I authored, which implicated ***** *****, Art Harris, William Staubs, John Regan, Jeremiah Regan, and others was never turned over to me during many different records request I made to the EGFPD. I assert the reason for that is because the emails were created on Rodney Hajicek’s private email and not subject to data records requests.

Rodney Hajicek stated in the June 2, 2009 police report that he printed out the emails and gave them to the Polk County Attorney. The emails were clearly private (Rod.hajicek@gmail.com) so Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth would have known Rodney Hajicek was acting in an individual capacity against me (Timothy Charles Holmseth).

Neither Rodney Hajicek nor Greg Widseth are known to have contacted the FBI regarding this matter.

In 2011, ***** ***** obtained an Order for Protection Against Repeat Violence (Florida domestic violence law) from the Broward County Court. It was served on me by the Polk County Sheriff.

I will argue to the federal court that if I had possessed the emails and 22-page FBI report that was hidden from me by the EGFPD, the Broward County court order would/could/should not have been granted.

I am providing you work product of a supporting affidavit I am submitting to t he Minnesota District Court in advance of the hearing scheduled for December 13, 2017 at 9 A.M. at the Polk County Justice Center.

WORK PRODUCT

Perhaps no First Amendment right is more secure than the news media’s right to publish information free from government censorship. While public officials frequently wish they could prevent newspapers, magazines and broadcast stations from publishing sensitive or embarrassing information, their ability to censor the media is extremely limited. These limits on prior restraint (as such censorship is also known) have been firmly in place for more than 70 years.

In 1931, the U.S. Supreme Court heard an appeal brought by the publisher of a small Minneapolis newspaper that had published several articles alleging that law enforcement officials were turning a blind eye toward local organized crime. The county attorney sought to prohibit further publication of the newspaper, citing a state statute that outlawed “malicious, scandalous and defamatory” periodicals. In Near v. State of Minnesota, the Court held that the statute constituted an unlawful prior restraint. Under the First Amendment, the Court said, publication of information, no matter how scandalous, can be prevented only in “exceptional cases,” such as to protect the recruiting or transporting of troops in a time of war or to prevent the distribution of obscenity.

INTRODUCTION
CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT PRIOR RESTRAINT

1. This Affidavit is filed in conjunction and support of my original MOTION TO VACATE and supporting AFFIDAVIT, which I filed pursuant to Minnesota Rule 60: Relief from Judgment or Order, 60.02 Mistakes; Inadvertence; Excusable Neglect; Newly Discovered Evidence, Fraud; etc.

2. Between 2011 and 2013 the State of Minnesota / District Court(s) heard arguments and issued orders focusing on subject matter I was covering as a reporter, journalist, author, and publisher regarding a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

3. I have asserted evidence shows agencies under the Seal of the State of Minnesota conspired with third parties to illegally achieve Prior Restraint against my publication, by leveraging my profession as a reporter, journalist, author, and publisher against my parenting rights.

4. The State of Minnesota took an ongoing interest in my reporting, journalism, and publishing regarding the federal investigation into the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

5. Through the combined efforts of The State of Minnesota Guardian ad Litem program, Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, East Grand Forks Police Department, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Polk County Attorney, and City of East Grand Forks, my publication became the target of a censorship and Prior Restraint campaign pertaining to my journalism, speech, and publishing that was enforced by both the Minnesota 9th District Family Court and Criminal Court.

6. Between 2009 and 2013, a non-Party named ***** *****, who is an attorney from Florida, and who was the attorney for ***** of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, and who I interviewed extensively regarding the kidnapping case, was directly involved and in contact with my accusers including with:

7. The extensive court files shows I steadfastly argued to the Court that improper collusion between ***** ***** and her agents, with my accusers, was underway to violate my Constitutional rights and silence my reporting and publishing.

8. The Court openly acknowledged my assertions regarding the improper involvement of ***** ***** and third parties, during a child support hearing wherein I requested a protective seal around my financial documents, which RESPONDENT was asking I give her. The Court stated from the bench that ‘people that should not have been involved with your family became involved with your family’. The Court granted my request for a Protective Seal because information was being leaked to ***** ***** and/or her operatives.

9. I am hereby submitting audio recordings obtained by my publication during the course of my journalistic investigation into the Florida child victim cases of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings and Caylee Marie Anthony.

10. The audio I am submitting demonstrates ***** ***** has a very long and documented history of using her law license to meddle in the affairs of persons that are not her client for the purpose of changing custody and/or parenting time rights of their children using co-conspirators in law enforcement, social services, CIA, FBI, etc.

11. The following is an excerpt from Polk Audio 1.

Wayanne Kruger: They were funding fake adoptions. Timothy Holmseth: ***** ***** was? Wayanne Kruger: Yeah. I mean she’s actually – she’s not a divorce lawyer – she’s a, she’s a baby seller – she’s a broker – she’s selling babies and kids to couples and she doesn’t care who they are – just give me your money.

12. The audio recordings were acquired by me, and in my possession, during the time the State of Minnesota targeted my publication for Prior Restraint through the District Family Court using my son, ***** Holmseth.

NEWLY DISCOVERED EVIDENCE / EGFPD / PINE TO PRAIRIE TASK FORCE / SEIZURE OF MY AUDIO

13. The aforementioned audio is Newly Discovered Evidence that was recovered by me long after the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force seized my computer and storage discs per a Search Warrant signed by Judge Remick on December 13, 2012.

14. The Warrant states in part, “Books, ledgers, journals, notes and/or other records which pertain to the violation of the Amended Order for injunction for protection against repeat violence dated September 19, 2011 and the Sentencing Order of the Judge Yon dated October 29, 2012 in court file number 60-CR-12-2640 including those contained on a computer hard-drive, a storage disc, or other electronic media”.

15. The aforementioned referenced injunction for protection against repeat violencepertains to an Order issued in the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and For Broward County, Florida – Case Number DVCE – 115919 – ***** L. *****/Petitioner v. Timothy C. Holmseth/Respondent.

16. The Broward County Court issued the following Order: THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.

17. The audio is ‘newly discovered’ because the EGFPD returned my computer, where the files were stored on the hard-drive, inoperable. I possessed back-ups that could not be accessed without a similar computer tower. I eventually obtained an old computer tower given to me by my parents. I then was required to listen to hours and hours and hours of audio because the back-ups did not have the cataloging system I had created for my primaries.

MINNESOTA COURT ORDERED TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH TO NOT SPEAK SPECIFIC NAMES INCLUDING HALEIGH CUMMINGS, ***** *****, or WILLIAM MURTAUGH

18. In my original MOTION TO VACATE, I requested the Court vacate specific Orders from:

• • March 24, 2011 which reads as follows: The Petitioner shall not discuss or comment on the Halleigh Cummings case in the presence of the minor child. He shall be allowed to let the minor child help him pack books for shipping. He shall make every effort to shield the minor child from any work on the Cummings matter or other work subjects in which he might be exposed to adult subject materials.

• • November 06, 2013 which reads as follows: During this supervised parenting time, the Petitioner is prohibited from discussing with ***** any mention of the Haleigh Cummings case, ***** *****, William Murtaugh, or any other adult matters he is handling. The Court makes this decision for the following reasons: [emphasis added by the Court]

19. The Introductory statement of my MOTION TO VACATE reads as follows: PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child ***** Holmseth; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.

TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH POSSESSED JOURNALISTICALLY AQUIRED INFORMATION REGARDING INTERNATIONAL BLACK MARKET BABY SALES AND CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

20. PETIONER possesses, and has herein submitted to the Court, journalistic work product that the Broward Court ordered not be published by PETITIONER, which contains information that Attorney ***** L. ***** is a professional criminal, kidnapper, child sex trafficker, cyber criminal, and extortionist whose expertise is using her law license, and/or connections acquired thereby, to illegally change the custody and/or take unlawful possession of a child through illegal means for purposes of financial enrichment, child pornography, witness intimidation, and/or sex trafficking.

This revelation BLOWS the COVER of the conspirators that tried to hide the connection between the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings and the murder of Caylee Anthony.

11. ***** ***** spoke to me about her involvement with Kristina Renee Prevatt. ***** ***** said she was working with the police. She describes pressuring Prevatt to go into rehab. She explains how she asked Prevatt to go to a treatment center with her and do a walk-through. She describes warning Prevatt she will keep getting arrested if she doesn’t tell the police something. ***** ***** was NOT Prevatt’s lawyer.

ATTORNEY ***** L. ***** – DOCUMENTED PROOF OF CUSTODY INTERFERENCE

Audio and other evidence I possess as journalistic work-product comprised of audio interviews, documents, and data pertain to allegations that:

• Attorney ***** L. ***** is a professional criminal, kidnapper, and extortionist whose expertise is illegally changing custody and/or taking possession of a child through illegal means for purposes of financial enrichment, child pornography, witness intimidation, and/or sex trafficking.

• ***** L. ***** and her husband Michael J. ***** (convicted felon) have trafficked infants and children on the international black market for at least a decade.

• In 2009, ***** *****, not being the attorney of Kristina Renee Prevatt, 27, San Mateo, Florida, sought out Kristina Prevatt.

• Recordings in my possession of a formal meeting took place in April, 2009 between Attorney ***** *****, Amber Brooks, 28, East Palatka, Florida (with William E. Staubs, Case Closed Inc., and Donna Jaquith, A-1 Bail Bonds, Palatka, Florida in attendance) reveal ***** ***** gathered custody related information about the children of Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks.

• Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks were witnesses that had been questioned extensively by law enforcement regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

• When the formal meeting was called to order, and all present agreed the meeting could be taped, ***** ***** advised Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks she was the attorney for Crystal Sheffield, the mother of missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

• ***** ***** greeted Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks and stated it was the first the time they had ever spoken. At no time did Kristina Prevatt or Amber Brooks ask ***** ***** to be their lawyer.

• The aforementioned recordings reveal Attorney ***** ***** began providing unsolicited legal advice to Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks about the custody of their children.

• ***** ***** advised Kristina Prevatt that she needed to come to an agreement with her child’s father, drug dealer Donevan L. Spell, Palatka. ***** ***** warned Kristina Prevatt and Amber Brooks that she had been talking to Florida DCF Child Protection social worker Bonnie Warner and they could lose their children to DCF if they did not have future meetings with ***** *****, sign documents, and follow all of her advice.

• ***** ***** told Kristina Prevatt that arrangements needed to be made because Kristina Prevatt’s lifestyle wasn’t conducive to parenting.

• Kristina Prevatt told ***** ***** she was scared of Donny Spell because he put a ‘knife to her throat’. ***** ***** immediately dismissed Prevatt’s expressed fear and told Prevatt that Donny is an “angel”; told Prevatt and she really lucky to have him as her baby’s father; and told Prevatt she really, really likes Donny.

• In a separate interview conducted by me (Timothy Holmseth) with ***** *****, she nervously admitted she legally helped Donny Spell with legal papers etc. She said she ‘does it all the time’.

• Essentially, ***** ***** was diabolically assisting and advising two parents (Donny Spell and Kristina Prevatt) who had a child in common, although she was not the attorney for either parent. She was pressuring one parent (Prevatt) with threats of CPS taking her baby and or future arrests by police to give her baby to the other parent.

• ***** ***** and/or her agents, later drugged Kristina Prevatt with a combination of cocaine and heroin and caused her to sign a document she did not understand that caused her to lose custody of her child.

• ***** ***** used her status and credentials as a licensed attorney in the state of Florida to influence/cause/trick/coerce Kristina Prevatt into signing a document wherein Prevatt unwittingly surrendered the custody of her child to a drug dealer.

Caylee Anthony’s body was planted – troves of audio evidence regarding illegal baby sales and child pornography to be filed in Minnesota District Court

I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, will be submitting audio evidence to the 9th Minnesota District Court in advance of a hearing scheduled December 13, 2017 at 9:00 A.M. at the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota.

I filed the MOTION TO VACATE in July, 2017 after obtaining evidence that was not available at the time of trial, which reveals that in 2009, a conspiracy was set forth against me and my children because of evidence I obtained about the murder of Caylee Anthony, and the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

The conspiracy included an interstate group that involved an attorney from Florida; a private investigator from Indiana named Tina Church, Nancy Grace’s journalist Art Harris, East Grand Forks Police Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, Minnesota Guardian ad Litem Matthew Petrovich, PI/Bail Bondsman William Staubs, and others.

Much of the evidence that is now available for the Court was originally marooned on a hard-drive that was seized with a Warrant by the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force who stormed my home-office wearing bullet proof vests to seize all my electronic storage.

The raid was an unconstitutional attempt to hide #pedogate

EGFPD and Task Force agents destroyed the hard-drive before returning it.

Polk County Sheriff’s Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland later testified in court that he examined the hard-drive and found “no sign of illegal activity”.

The aforementioned conspired against me because during journalistic interviews I acquired evidence that reveals:

• Caylee Anthony’s body was not originally found by meter reader Roy Kronk as the official court record now reflects; but was planted long after the child’s death (probably by her murderers)

• Bail Bondsman William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra) and an attorney from Florida said they found Caylee’s body

• The kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings was staged to create a media diversion regarding the Casey Anthony murder trial

• A Florida attorney and her husband were involved in international black market baby sales and possessed child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings

• A Florida attorney is involved in international black market baby sales with several individuals that claim to be CIA and FBI

• A Florida attorney conspired to steal the baby of a HaLeigh Cummings case witness. The case witness was drugged with a combination of cocaine and heroin and coerced into signing documents by an attorney that was not representing her

I will be turning over to the Minnesota court, the entire audio of a 46 minute official meeting held by the Florida attorney with two HaLeigh Cummings case witnesses wherein the attorney threatens the witnesses that Florida DCF will take their babies if they don’t meet with her again and do what she says and sign documents.

It’s the SAME attorney that Gloria Allred’s protégé Wayanne Kruger told me steals babies and children and sells them on the international black-market. The 46 minute audio actually CAPTURES exactly how they get the babies and children from their custodians.

I will be turning over to the Minnesota Court, audio that reveals a Florida attorney promised Jeremiah Regan (whose father John Regan claimed he was a CIA and FBI agent) a job as an oil executive in a business called Alternative Biofuel Technologies (ABT) which was later seized by the FBI during the RICO investigation of Ponzi schemer attorney Scott W. Rothstein.  Scott Rothstein’s Ponzi infamous $1.4 Billion scheme involved convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein who flew elites such as former President Bill Clinton to “Pedophile Island” to rape kids. Former CNN journalist inadvertently exposes colleague’s lie about involvement

An article from Art Harris, Nancy Grace’s former correspondent for the Casey Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases, published in May, 2011, proves an Indiana PI has been blatantly lying about her involvement in a child kidnapping investigation.

Her name is Tina Church – and the bizarre activities of her and her associates have Pedogate written all over it.

Church is the president of a PI firm called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, which she operates alongside an advocacy group called The Other Victims Advocacy (TOVA).

It’s a scheme.

And its purpose may be deadly.

During the search for HaLeigh Cummings who disappeared in February of 2009, Church was accused by Chelsea Croslin, a law enforcement witness in the Cummings kidnapping investigation, of calling Croslin on the phone and touting her Indiana PI license to make Croslin believe she would be her private investigator in the search for her missing niece, HaLeigh.

But Church had other plans.

Croslin said Church telephoned her at her home in Massachusetts; claimed she finds missing children; said she once worked the JonBenet Ramsey case; and asked batteries of personal and private questions of Croslin for ‘intake’. (Church’s call can be heard at 13:17 on this You Tube)

Church then later used the information to intimidate and threaten Croslin, while telling her she was never her PI because they did not have a written contract – Church said she was just doing Croslin a favor as an “advocate” for TOVA.

‘Quite frankly, I don’t think you people could afford me,’ Church told Croslin on an answering machine message (13:17 marker).  She reminded Croslin on the message that if she wanted help “I told you to keep your fucking mouth shut”.

Church’s activities clearly demonstrate she had an interest and involvement in the Florida kidnapping case at some level.

But…

Church flatly DENIES any involvement in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping matter.

Church’s denial matters, because statements from Wayanne Kruger, the author and victims advocate who traveled to Florida in 2009 to assist Crystal Sheffield (HaLeigh’s mother) potentially implicate Church as a member of a group that may have transported the child across state lines. On February 6, 2016 I published HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI – by Timothy Charles Holmseth on February 6, 2016 at 11:14 P.M.

And now…today…

I discovered brand new evidence that Church has been blatantly lying about the long-standing allegations from multiple witnesses that she is involved in the case.

Only days before Casey Anthony’s murder trial began, disgraced/fired former CNN journalist Art Harris (equally despicable Nancy Grace’s reporter) filed an article entitled ‘Caylee Anthony’s Day In Court HaLeigh Awaits’.

“Private investigator Tiny Church tells us Chelsea actually made contact with local detectives in Virginia and offered to go undercover for Putnam County to get information from Misty in prison in the Haleigh case, if they’d cut her a break with her warrant. “They were open to making a deal,” says Church, “but Chelsea apparently never followed through with local law enforcement,” Art Harris said.

For some reason Church has been denying her involvement.

Church’s denials of involvement have been wild and ferocious. Church telephoned and threatened me with arrest, lawsuit, and even claimed she called and advised East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad that her attorney from “Chicago” is going to sue the City of EGF if the City does not involuntarily commit me into a mental institution.

Church says I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) am a “cyber stalker” and “delusional” and not a real journalist and should be locked up and given ‘shock treatments’ until I understand what reality is.

It is actually time to responsibly ask the obvious and pertinent question: Is Tina Church a psychopath?

Church has claimed (on tape) she makes private telephone calls to judicial officials including a Minnesota state judge, police detectives in multiple states, and prosecutors around the country. She claims she called Polk County Greg Widseth and Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon.

Church threatens people with statements like ‘you’re messing with the big dogs now’ and warns that her son is a ‘Lt Colonel in the United States Air Force’.

Church sounds like a dangerous psychopath when she calls me.

During one bizarre call, she went from telling me I make her so sick she’s going to puke, to softly telling me she was going to be ‘lifting me up in prayer’. On several occasions Church has growled and sounded like someone that is demonically possessed.

Despite claiming she was not involved in the kidnapping case or investigation, Church’s name and involvement has always kept coming up everywhere.

In 2011, Church called the East Grand Forks police and told them that I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my home which resulted in police being dispatched and scaring my kids – in 2017 she called and said she telephoned Minnesota State Judge Tamara Yon and talked to her about a pending Motion I have in the 9th Minnesota court that involves Church’s trafficking group.

Harris’ article proves my reporting that Church was involved with Chelsea Croslin regarding the HaLeigh Cummings case was one-hundred percent true and accurate and Church has been lying to police and detectives about her involvement.

Church recently stated she has advised everyone named in my Minnesota court motion to all start filing for ‘stalking’ injunctions and ‘restraining orders’ against this website.

CNN journalist for Nancy Grace filmed naked photos of raped missing child

Art Harris, former CNN journalist and correspondent to Nancy Grace, filmed naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings, a missing child that was raped.

William Staubs, Case Closed Inc., said he and others saw Harris put the photos up an easel in his motel room and film them.

And…

Secret emails from the Gmail account of the ranking detective at the East Grand Forks Police Department in Polk County, Minnesota, reveal the Minnesota police did not want the kidnappers and pornographers to get caught.

Records show the East Grand Forks Police secretly conspired with Harris to suppress the publication of a local investigative journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth (me), because the FBI in Florida was acting on information from Holmseth that was leading to the porn.

On July 10, 2009 Lt. Rodney Hajicek exchanged emails with CNN Harris via Hajicek’s private Gmail account, as the two men discussed how they could possibly have the Polk County Attorney’s office arrest Holmseth.

“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

But it wasn’t absurd.

CHILD RAPE PORNOGRAPHY – EXISTENCE

Donald Knop, who was a legal assistant for a Florida law office during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation in 2009, told Holmseth about the photographs, which he said were handed to him by the attorney that employed him.

Holmseth was also told about soft porn photo shoots of the little girl by other witnesses, as well. The following is a limited excerpt from discussions Holmseth had about the photos.

(HOLMSETH) Does it have anything to do with the photos of HaLeigh’s vagina that you have?

(KNOP) I don’t know. I don’t know that REDACTED knows I have that. But I’ve just, through working in corporate America, I’ve learned, I keep copies of everything that I’m asked to copy, that way when its alleged that I did something or didn’t do it, and more times than not, when it comes later, hey we didn’t get those copies can you sent it again, I have a copy to just fire off right off hand and I don’t have to go through the whole food chain to get them again you know.

THE CHILD PORN WAS PLACED ON A CD

Knop said he was told by his employer to place the photos on a CD. He said he was told to give the CD to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner.

But…

Knop gave the CD to DCF Warner after business hours in a gas station parking lot, and the pictures were never turned over to Warner’s supervisor or law enforcement.

The following is an excerpt from a three-way conversation between William Staubs, Case Closed Inc. Knop, and Holmseth.

(HOLMSETH) – Don – Don – where were you at when you handed that disc to Bonnie Warner?

(KNOP) – I was in a gas station parking lot. I wanted to say it was the BP. Yeah, it was that BP you know Bill, that’s across from where the red house was.

(KNOP) – Because she was ending her day and I was getting into town late so we just met

(WILLIAM STAUBS) – Okay

(HOLMSETH) – You just met by accident or was it arranged?

(KNOP) – No we arranged to meet because she was expecting it and that’s when I was told there was some deadline they were having some meeting they had some final decision – I arranged to meet with her and it turned out it wasn’t that day it was the next day in the morning and then it turns out who knows if that damn thing even happened.

There was no meeting.

THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE FOR THE FBI AND CIA

Evidence shows the child pornography of HaLeigh was produced by a career child molester named John Regan, an alleged human sex trafficker for the FBI and CIA, and was being passed around in an underground.

William Staubs was the private investigator hired by the Florida law office that worked for the missing child’s mother’s legal team.

Staubs talked to Donald Knop about where the photos originated. The following is an excerpt from the telephone call recorded by Holmseth.

WILLIAM STAUBS: “Here’s the excuse – here’s what she told me happened with the photographs. She got all the photographs from Wayanne (Kruger) and, from, she put Wayanne’s name in there and you (Donald Knop), you got them from Wayanne, who got them Marie (Griffis), and all this tangled Web of shit. Then she told me she got them from Marie.”

However…

Knop told Holmseth he saw a man named Jeremiah Regan arrive at a motel room with the photos. Jeremiah Regan is the son of John Regan, Hastings, Florida. John Regan dressed as a pastor and told searchers during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation that he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.

During a fake search for HaLeigh Cummings in rural San Mateo, Florida on March 22, 2009, John Regan told Judy Lucia, Interlachen, Florida, that he was an FBI agent.

Knop and Wayanne Kruger told Holmseth that John Regan claimed he was a CIA agent.

Rev. Richard Grund, a case witness in the Casey Anthony murder case, told Holmseth that John Regan boasted that he impersonated a police officer at the Jacksonville airport by flashing his “chaplains’ badge”.

Holmseth was interviewed by the FBI in 2010. Holmseth asked FBI special agent A.J. Eilerman why they would have planted evidence at San Mateo. Eilerman replied, “So people will stop looking for her.”

Records obtained by Holmseth reveal John Regan is a convicted pedophile.

DCF SOCIAL WORKR ADMITS SHE RECEIVED THE PHTOSO AND NEVER GAVE THEM TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OR HER SUPERVISOR

(STAUBS) Well good God almighty then that’s why they trying to rope you off in this and here’s why – they allegedly Photoshopped these dammed pictures and sent them to you so that you would give them to your boss man and have an unfavorable ruling against Ronald.

(WARNER) No – the pictures…

(STAUBS) Well this is on a CD honey…

(WARNER) It’s on a CD but those were the pictures they couldn’t send to my supervisor and they ended up sending them to another PI Kevin Coleman and – and he brought the stuff in and it was late in the game and they didn’t even – I don’t think they even saw them.

(STAUBS) Well that’s cool but somebody met you on the side of the road at a gas station

SCUMBAG CNN JOURNALIST PHOTOGRAPHED THE RAPE PORN

“Now, Art took them, pinned them, I don’t know if these were little five by eight glossies, or if these were on a sheet that were already printed out on paper, photocopy paper, or how these photographs looked, but he had an easel I guess set up in his room and he set that easel up down in one of them rooms down at the hotel. She was very emphatic with her details so anytime somebody get empathic about something stupid like this I’m thinking okay there setting it up. So he puts all these pictures on his easel and he takes his cameras which is the exact same camera that I have and he films each one of them. He films all of them okay? Then he’s got them locked into his camera and he sends them to get done or whatever and then he also took some still copies with him – some copies of those copies – but he already had them locked in his camera that were pinned on the easel – then they got all their pictures back.”

PRESS RELEASE: New evidence could lead to missing Florida girl HaLeigh Cummings

On May 17, 2017, very powerful evidence was reported to the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota regarding an unsolved child kidnapping in Florida.

And it keeps coming.

Multiple law enforcement agencies are involved in investigations including the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, Florida Department of Licensing, Mishawaka Police Department (Indiana), East Grand Forks Police Department (Minnesota).

Evidence strongly suggests an Indiana corporation is nefariously involved in the kidnapping and interstate transportation of HaLeigh Cummings. The Florida kindergartener was five years-old when she reported missing from her bed on February 10, 2009.

The key to finding HaLeigh Cummings appears to be a shadowy group of charlatans running a trafficking operation in a scheme that involves a licensed private investigation firm called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, along with The Other Victim’s Advocacy, which is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3).

Members of the group can be linked to many kidnappings and murders across the United States including the cases of HaLeigh Cummings, Trenton Duckett, Dylan Redwine, Kyron Horman, and Caylee Anthony.

In 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., telephoned the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, claiming a local author, Timothy Charles Holmseth, had just claimed to have the missing child in his home. Police were dispatched to clear the call.

Timothy Holmseth is an award-winning news reporter and wrote a book about interviews he conducted regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping after being interviewed by the FBI in 2010. Holmseth and his family have been targeted with death threats and non-stop harrassment and intimidation since 2009.

Following the police report in 2011, Tina Church’s name came up again in February, 2016.

In February, 2016, Timothy Holmseth learned bombshell information about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping from the missing child’s mother’s former advocate Wayanne Kruger, and reported it in an article entitled – – – ‘HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI’

Bingo.

In October, 2016, Tina Church telephoned Timothy Holmseth, nervous, and told him she did not make the false police report. She said she was impersonated by a Florida woman, who claimed to be a psychic, and who claimed to hold ownership in Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

Church then asked Holmseth to remove the HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI article.

But – Church had already admitted to making the police report on several occasion including on a Web radio program broadcast by her own group members.

Recordings of Tina Church, which are now in the custody of law enforcement, reveal a very disturbed person that appears to be an extremely dangerous sociopath who lies continually, and viciously threatens nearly everybody she comes into contact with. Tina Church warned Timothy Holmseth that he ‘doesn’t know who he was messing with’ and advised Holmseth that her son is higher than the FBI.

The story is becoming increasingly bizarre because documents and evidence exists to show that many members of Tina Church’s group have been in private communications with multiple law enforcement agencies across the United States, including the East Grand Forks Police Department (Minnesota) and Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (Florida).

There also exists proof that members of the group actually identified themselves as agents of state and federal law enforcement officers while ‘interrogating’ and intimidating people.

Tina Church reportedly contacted Chelsea Croslin, a witness in the HaLeigh Cumming kidnapping case, and claimed she had been involved in some capacity with the JonBenet Ramsey case.

In May, 2017 I filed a police report to the East Grand Forks Police Department with Officer R. Douglas. My report was in regards to a prior police report made to your Department by a person from out of state who alleged I once claimed to have a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

You are familiar with the aforementioned report because you walked into the police station and looked into my eyes when I was making the police report.

HaLeigh Cummings was five years-old when she was reported missing from her bed in Satsuma, Florida on February 10, 2009 and her whereabouts are still sought by the FBI.

There is a police report on record at the EGFPD that says on July 26, 2011, Tina Church, Mishawaka, Indiana, made a police report against me. Tina Church is the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

I have new evidence regarding the aforementioned crime I reported regarding the false police report made about the whereabouts of a missing child.

When I spoke with Officer Douglas, I reported that Tina Church, a licensed private investigator from Mishawaka, Indiana, telephoned me and told me she was impersonated on a July 26, 2011 police report to the EGFPD, wherein the caller stated I claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

I advised Officer Douglas that Tina Church told me she was impersonated by REDACTED REDACTED, Interlachen, Florida. Church further advised that Levi Page, Dover, Tennessee was on the call to the police as well. Church referred to the police report as “false” and said she has a recording of the false police report. I provided the officer a CD with three audio clips that proved what I was saying was true.

I have now located yet more recordings.

I have located a recording of a Web radio program held by Levi Page in May, 2011 wherein he brought on Tina Church and REDACTED REDACTED as guests. Tina Church states on the broadcast that she spoke with the East Grand Forks Police about me. That precedes the July 26, 2011 police report. 

I spoke with Wendy in records at your Department and she said there is no record of any other communications between Tina Church and the EGFPD other than the July 26, 2011 call. That means either Tina Church is lying, or officers from your Department were secretly discussing me with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

Regardless, other evidence I will discuss further on in this letter, shows that Lt. Rodney Hajicek was in fact secretly discussing me with operatives of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. and placed me under secret investigation for my journalism on the HaLeigh Cummings case.

I recently found a recorded telephone call placed to me by Tina Church and Levi Page. In this call, which appears to be dated August, 2011, Tina Church brings up the July 26, 2011 police report and ADMITS she MADE the police report. Additionally – Levi Page CONFIRMS, during the call, that Tina Church made the police report.

That means – recording I possess, show, in chronological order, that Tina Church has given multiple versions of a story about the false police report made to you police department regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

You are certainly familiar with Levi Page because on July 15, 2016 I filed a report to the EGFPD that Levi Page was publishing fictional sexual stories about my children, as well as ominous videos warning me to remove all my websites or face horrible consequences including the kidnapping of my unborn grandchild.

When Officer Douglas spoke with me in May, 2017, he asked me how I ever came into contact with Tina Church in the first place. I told Officer Douglas I was contacted by a woman from Florida named Chelsea Croslin.

Chelsea Croslin is the sister-in-law of Misty Croslin. Misty Croslin has been called “They Key” to the HaLeigh Cumming case by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. Misty is the alleged ‘babysitter’ that was supposedly with HaLeigh the night she was kidnapped. Misty is presently in prison in Florida for drug crimes.

Here is what I learned from Chelsea Croslin.

• Chelsea Croslin told me she was living in Massachusetts, when she was proactively contacted by REDACTED REDACTED, Florida. She said REDACTED REDACTED contacted her and offered to help her find her missing niece, HaLeigh Cummings. Chelsea Croslin accepted the offer for help.

• Chelsea Croslin told me REDACTED REDACTED advised her she would be receiving a call from Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana.

• Chelsea Croslin told me Tina Church called her and claimed to work many big cases including the “JonBenet Ramsey” case.

• Chelsea Croslin told me Tina Church conducted an interview with her to form a family profile etc.

• Chelsea Croslin said she believed Tina Church was her private investigator.

• Chelsea Croslin, her father-in-law, Hank Croslin, Florida, and Charles Lee, Florida, all told me Tina Church told them the FBI had found HaLeigh Cummings during a child porn raid in Louisville, Kentucky. I received calls from Florida news stations regarding that matter. Tina Church then told the Croslin family that HaLeigh’s DNA was found in the home of Danny Druck during a child porn bust.

• Chelsea Croslin told me she had a heated dispute with Tina Church after she found out Tina Church had been lying about being her private investigator, and said Tina Church was a “poser” that was harvesting information from her and giving it all to Levi Page.

• Tina Church told me in the August, 2011 call that she once facilitated a three-way call with Chelsea Croslin and “law enforcement” officials in another State in advance of Chelsea Croslin wearing a “wire” into a Florida state prison to secretly record Misty Croslin.

• Tina Church said she (Tina Church) was once investigated by law enforcement in Texas, as well as the Mishawaka Police Department in Indiana, regarding her involvement in a scheme to smuggle cell phones into a Texas prison that involved an inmate that threatened to murder a Congressman.

On October 8, 2016 I received an ominous call from the telephone number of President Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago resort in Florida. The caller spoke using voice-changing software and threatened me. The caller listed names of people I was “forbidden” to talk about which included Tina Church and Levi Page. CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

You, and your police department, began criminally conspiring with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.  to violate my rights and cover up the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, beginning in approximately, June, 2009.

Despite the many public records requests I made to your Department, you never turned over the 56 pages of secret email communications exchanged between Lt. Rodney Hajicek (using his personal Gmail account) and Art Harris, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

The secret 56 pages included 22 pages of documents I prepared and delivered to the FBI regarding a staged crime scene and planted evidence by a self-proclaimed FBI/CIA agent named John Regan, Hastings, Florida.

John Regan dressed as a pastor and told witnesses he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI. He said the FBI “already had HaLeigh”. I obtained a background check on John Regan that revealed he is a convicted sex offender.

Minneapolis FBI Special Agent A.J. Eilerman and Major Gary Bowling, director of law enforcement, Putnam Count Sheriff’s Office, both told me I was correct about the staged crime scene. Agent Eilerman told me the people that did it wanted people to “stop looking” for HaLeigh.

Wayanne Kruger told me John Regan poses as a pastor, and works with a group, who using medical dossiers, traffics infants and small children through the United States Embassy, on flights, to be delivered to purchasers in Belgium.

In June of 2009, I had already identified the FBI/CIA operatives (or impersonators) that kidnapped HaLeigh Cummings and created child rape pornography of her.

At that very time, your police department began to secretly and ambitiously assist those very kidnappers, while collectively plotting to shut down my publication, terrorize my family, stop the sale of my book, destroy my reputation, and have me arrested.

The terrorizing and threats continues to this day.

It is my opinion that at this point, Mr. Hedlund, you are personally involved and invested in covering up crimes against children and rights violations, and you are not protected by immunity.

NEW EVIDENCE: Minnesota police department and officials conspired with private Indiana corporation to hide whereabouts of missing child HaLeigh Cummings

Select officers at the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota secretly conspired with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, to protect child kidnappers from prosecution by the FBI.

I previously reported Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultant, claims a colleague impersonated her during a July 26, 2011 call to the EGFPD reporting that I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) said I had the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my home.

Evidence continues to emerge.

I have acquired new evidence that shows the East Grand Forks Police Department was in secret undocumented communications with Church long before that fraudulent call was made.

The evidence will be revealed at a later date.

This is catastrophic for the City of East Grand Forks.

Evidence shows Tina Church and her group traveled to another state in 2009 and took physical custody of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings and transported her across state lines.

The latest information I obtained regarding Church and the EGFPD is only the tip of the ice-berg.

Yesterday, I published private emails and FBI records that had been secretly daisy-chained between former CNN journalist Art Harris, Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, trying to find a way to illegally arrest me.

The documents given to Widseth by Hajicek, which contained emails exchanged by Hajicek on his personal email account, did not show up in a records request to the EGFPD.

Records and Affidavits from a complaint filed to the Florida BAR by Sheffield in 2009 reveal Harris was the paid ‘media consultant’ for the legal team, private advocate, and private investigators surrounding her after her daughter was reported missing.

The depth of this cover-up in Minnesota reaches the East Grand Forks City Attorney, Polk County Attorney, and EGF Police Chief.

Dark secrets plague Minnesota County Attorney and police department in child rape trial

Why was Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth in possession of private emails from a former CNN reporter that was asking the East Grand Forks Police to arrest a journalist for providing information to the FBI about a kidnapped five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings?

Widseth was asked that question today in a formal letter but no reply has been received as of this publishing.

In the meantime…

Concerns about Widseth regarding his activities with the East Grand Forks Police in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, are exasperating the already utterly bizarre facts surrounding the upcoming rape trial of George Robert Lyons in Polk County.

In both cases Polk County has acted very cynical.

George Lyons is the man famous for publicly announcing his marital engagement to a Grand Forks County state prosecutor, after he was charged with 1st degree sexual assault of a child in Minnesota. The Grand Forks States Attorney, Jodi Bass, has never denied Lyons’ claim to be planning marriage with her.

Lyons’ arrest appears to be something Polk County authorities could no longer avoid because school officials and social workers and the courts had become so heavily involved.

But it appears Polk County tried very hard to avoid charging Lyons.

The East Grand Forks Police failed to criminally charge Lyons after a young victim came forward to a school official in 2012. In 2014 another report was made against Lyons regarding a sexual assault. In March, 2014 Minnesota District Judge Dennis J. Murphy found Lyons sexually assaulted the child and changed custody status based on the evidence. Yet, an arrest warrant for Lyons was not issued until December 24, 2015.

Statements by Lyons’ victims include Lyons photographing the children without clothes.

The activities of Polk County law enforcement in both the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, and the George Lyons sex assault case, show a pattern of corruption and obstructionism by a judicial community that appears to protects pedophiles whenever possible.

And there appears to be organization.

In 2009, former CNN reporter Art Harris was secretly communicating with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the East Grand Forks Police Department. The two men were communicating about Timothy Charles Holmseth’s journalism regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Holmseth obtained recorded testimony from a legal assistant at a Florida law office that handled child rape pornography of the five year-old, which was given to him by his employer. The child pornography was never turned over to law enforcement.

Hajicek, who was communicating with Harris, is the charging officer that took years to file charges in the Lyons case.

Hajicek’s years of ‘Jerry Sanduskyish’ conduct appears to shows he supports and protects pedophiles.

Hajicek communicated with Harris about Holmseth and the Cummings case exclusively on his private email account Rod.hajicek@gmail.com Harris wanted Hajicek to file charges against Holmseth – but never made an allegation of an actual crime. He simply said, “He’s got to be stopped”.

The cynical nature of the secret communications is profound because the private emails, along with other documents, including a 22-page investigative report Holmseth authored for the FBI with information he obtained about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, were daisy-chained to Widseth by Harris via Hajicek.

But…

The 56-pages did NOT turn up in a public records request to Police Chief Michael Hedlund at the East Grand Forks Police Department.

And the truth is potentially terrifying.

According to a sworn affidavit by a Florida attorney to the Florida BAR Association, “Art Harris”, an independent blogger, had been retained as the official ‘media consultant’ for an attorney connected to the HaLeigh Cummings case.

East Grand Forks Police records show the attorney contacted Hajicek a short time before Harris, but Hajicek found the complaint was “unfounded” and civil in nature.

So – Harris the ‘media consultant’ was sent in.

On July 9, 2009 Harris emailed Hajicek and asked him to consider “pressing charges” against Holmseth. There was no stated reason or basis for ‘charges’ because Holmseth was not breaking any laws whatsoever.

On July 10, 2009 Art Harris emailed Hajicek, again. “I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

On July 18, 2009 Art Harris sent a follow-up email to Hajicek and asked, “What did your did DA say?”

On July 20, 2009, Hajicek made an entry onto an old police incident report “I have printed all the emails from my computer and will have the County Attorney’s office review them to see if any other action can be taken”.

Holmseth contacted Widseth today seeking answers, stating in part:

I need to know how Rodney Hajicek came to possess those two FBI documents that were, supposedly, briefly, in the custody of the East Grand Forks Police.

Rodney Hajicek, acting in his PERSONAL capacity, asked you, Gregory Widseth, to assess those private emails and FBI records and “review them to see if any other action can be taken”.

As you are a licensed attorney I recognize you could make that assessment.  

Therefore, I need to know if you, Licensed Attorney Widseth, gave Rodney Hajicek legal advice regarding the personal favor he was doing for Art Harris on an already established civil matter regarding my journalism, as well as my formal assistance to the FBI regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Indiana Corporation connected to HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation reported to Indiana police

Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana has been reported to the Mishawka police for making a false police report against a Minnesota author regarding the whereabouts of a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

Timothy Charles Holmseth (Write Into Action) turned over evidence to the Mishawaka Police Department, today. Police Chief Kenneth Witkowski, Jr., said the information has been assigned to his detective bureau.

The report contains recordings of Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, stating she was impersonated by a Florida woman on a police report made to the East Grand Forks, Minnesota police on July 26, 2011.

Holmseth told police in part:

On July 26, 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawka, Indiana called the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota and told the police I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. Police responded to clear the call and a police report was generated. SEE ATTACHED REPORT

On October 4, 2016, Tina Church telephoned me and said she did NOT make the July 26, 2011 call to the police (I recorded Church’s call(s)) and can give them to your investigator). 

Church told me the false police report was made by a woman named [REDACTED] (Florida) and Levi Page (Tennessee).  Church told me she has a recording of the false police report being made by [REDACTED[ (and Page).

Holmseth has a plethora of evidence that shows Specialized Investigative Consultants is child trafficking operation and can prove the identity of many of the members.

“I have discovered enough evidence to soundly conclude Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc is a ‘front’ for a child sex trafficking and child porn operation. The group works through Church’s corporation to transport missing children across state lines, interfere with investigations, file false police reports, and engage in blackmail and extortion,” Holmseth told Mishawka police.

Internal Affairs complaint implicates Minnesota police department in child sex trafficking case – lawsuit planned

President Donald Trump’s telephone number was used to threaten a Minnesota journalist on Friday, April 21, 2017 by a caller that said they were “the Deep State”.

The victim, Timothy Charles Holmseth, says his local police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota is conspiring with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. to threaten his family with such calls – all to cover up an international child sex trafficking operation. Tina Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants claims her organization worked the Jonbenet Ramsey murder case.

Holmseth received the latest threat after he publically alleged the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) criminally conspired against him.

Holmseth, a former award winning news reporter, was warned by the caller to remove his websites or his law-abiding daughter would be falsely labeled a pedophile on the Web and he (Holmseth) would be institutionalized against his will for the rest of his life.

“Delete your website by Monday midnight or your daughter will be exposed as a child abuser pedophile. If you don’t comply … you’ll be forced into an institution to live a life of hell,” said a robotic sounding voice.

Holmseth has been repeatedly threatened over the phone from telephone numbers including those of Trump Organization, Clinton Global, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, Florida Governor Rick Scott, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, CNN, and others.

The malicious fiction violates Minnesota state and federal extortion laws and is intended to terrorize Holmseth and his daughter whose record is so completely spotless she has not as much as a parking ticket.

Records at the EGFPD show Holmseth has been threatened and harassed for seven years and the police know who is doing it.

The renewed attacks against Holmseth’s family come in the direct wake of an Internal Affairs complaint Holmseth filed against Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMPLAINT AGAINST LT. DETECTIVE RODNEY HAJICEK

Holmseth submitted a recording of the latest threatening call, and a photograph of the phone receiver, to East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

It was submitted as an Addendum to an existing Internal Affairs complaint against Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek.

Holmseth filed the formal complaint against Hajicek on April 18, 2017 after an Indiana private investigator, Tina Church, blew the whistle about her relationship with the East Grand Forks Police.

In October, 2016 Church telephoned Holmseth and revealed details of a bizarre plot against him that involved her own group, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

The plot involved having operative of Specialized Investigative Consultants STAGE a POLICE REPORT to the East Grand Forks police and allege Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

That plan to file the false police report was carried out on July 26, 2011.

However…

EGFPD records show the conspiracy involving Hajicek and Specialized Investigative Consultants actually began in 2009.

HALEIGH CUMMINGS AND CAYLEE ANTHONY – – – POLK COUNTY ATTORNEY AND EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE ENTER INTO A CONSPIRACY WITH SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS, INC

2009

In the spring of 2009, Holmseth, an investigative journalist, conducted over a hundred hours of recorded interviews with key figures in the national profile cases of Casey Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth contacted the Minneapolis FBI after learning very disturbing details about strange people at staged searches in Florida claiming to be agents of the FBI and CIA. One man, John Regan, Hastings, Florida dressed as a pastor and claimed to be an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.

John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, located HaLeigh’s toys, nebulizer, and a bloody glove, which the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office refused to accept into evidence because they believed it was planted.

Holmseth learned about photographs taken of HaLeigh and a CD that contained rape pornography of the five year-old.

Holmseth began assisting the FBI with information in 2009. He was formally interviewed for several hours in 2010 by a federal agent at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In January of 2011, Holmseth released his first book on the HaLeigh Cummings case.

However…

EGFPD records show that as Holmseth began helping the FBI in 2009, Lt. Hajicek became deeply involved in a conspiracy to assist the very people the FBI was investigating.

Hajicek’s conspired with multiple members of Specialized Investigative Consultants and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. The plan was to shut down Holmseth’s publication and have him put in prison.

In July, 2009, Hajicek, the ranking officer at the police department, began using his private Gmail account to conspire against Holmseth with members of a group associated with Specialized Investigative Consultants.

Holmseth did not know about Hajicek’s secret emails until July 10, 2012 when he received 56 pages of documents through a public records request from Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Holmseth had submitted multiple public records requests to EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund from 2009-2012 but Hajicek’s emails never came up in the searches.

SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS – ART HARRIS

The emails from 2009 reveal Hajicek was conspiring with former CNN journalist Art Harris who was Nancy Grace’s on-air correspondent on the HaLeigh Cummings case.

Harris was an operative of Specialized Investigative Consultants.

Although Harris and Nancy Grace portrayed Harris as a journalist on television, Florida BAR complaint records contain an Affidavit from a lawyer that reveals Harris was actually the paid ‘media consultant’ for the missing child’s mother’s (Crystal Sheffield) legal team.

An EGFPD police report authored by Lt. Hajicek shows Harris’ clients and associates began making unfounded complaints against Holmseth beginning on June 2, 2009. However, Harris’ name is never listed in a formal police incident report as a Complaintant – ever.

But, Harris’ contact with the EGFPD was heavy; ongoing; and he was seeking Holmseth’s arrest.

Private email dated July 10, 2009 between Lt. Hajicek and Harris reveals the two men were trying to find a way to have Holmseth arrested.

“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

While Harris characterized the FBI’s activity as being based upon Holmseth’s “absurd accusations” – the truth is Holmseth sent the FBI actual emails that contained photographs of HaLeigh and showed the route of the email thread.

“He’s got to be stopped” Harris said.

In an email dated July 18, 2009, Harris asked Hajicek if they could arrest Holmseth. “What did your DA say?” Harris asked.

Harris’ reference to a DA was in regards to Polk County Attorney Widseth, which means Harris somehow knew Hajicek was communicating with Widseth about Holmseth.

The fact that Holmseth obtained the emails from Widseth proves Widseth knew everything and participated – if not simply through his years of silence.

The Hajicek/Harris emails do not contain Hajicek’s side of the conversation which means they were either cut out by Hajicek and/or Widseth; or some of the conversation was taking place privately over the telephone.

Suffice…

The emails between Hajicek and Harris show that as early as 2009, Minnesota law enforcement and a county attorney in Polk County, Minnesota were plotting with a group to arrest an investigative journalist that was assisting the FBI.

And it didn’t stop.

2010-2011

The conspiracy between the East Grand Forks Police and Specialized Investigative Consultants was alive and well in 2011 after Holmseth’s first book on the case was published and featured on television.

EGFPD records show that on April 6, 2011 Holmseth went to the police department and reported he was receiving harassing phone calls.

There was a reason.

On April 11, 2011 WDRB-41 in Louisville, Kentucky reported Mystery surrounds FBI raid of Okolona home.

Tina Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants, knew about the child porn raid before it ever made the news.

And…

Holmseth knew that Church knew; reported it; and was contacted for interviews by Florida news stations.

Hank Croslin and Chelsea Croslin, Florida, both told Holmseth they learned about the FBI child porn raid from their “private investigator” “Tina Church.” Hank and Chelsea Croslin said Church told them the FBI found HaLeigh but were waiting for DNA tests to confirm it was her.

On May 24, 2011 Holmseth made another report to the EGFPD about harassing and threatening telephone calls.

On May 25, 2011, Harris published “Haleigh Cummings Case Update” and reported he talked to “Tina Church” who had been contacting out of state police and investigating rumors HaLeigh Cummings had been spotted alive in Kentucky.

Harris then wrote:

“[Tina Church] did however manage to entice one disreputable blogger (who requests donations) into spinning another bogus tale, a Haleigh case groupie dismissed by law enforcement officials as a prevaricator and a nuisance and who profiler Pat Brown describes as an online “terrorist,” paranoid and obsessed like a growing number on the internet fringe drawn to missing child cases. In an on going dispute with the mother of his six year old son, local police in Minnesota report numerous complaints for harassment and defamation, despite an affidavit he filed with a local judge in a custody dispute claiming none.”

The HaLeigh Cummings update by Harris cited Church, Minnesota police, and mentioned Holmseth’s six year-old son.

At this time it was decided by the conspirators that Holmseth had to be framed.

On July 26, 2011 Church and Levi Page, Tennessee, telephoned Holmseth at his home in East Grand Forks, Minnesota to lay the groundwork for a false police report that would place HaLeigh Cummings in his home.

In 2010, Levi Page, who was 20 years-old, introduced his new Blog Talk Radio program in a bio that said, “Featured Host: Criminal Investigator Levi Page”.

“The Nashville, Tenn., native is also a regular on the CNN Headline News show Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, where he discusses cases like those of Haleigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony and Kyron Horman,” the announcement said.

The Blog Talk Radio bio then gives Page’s age as 34 and announces his relationship with Art Harris.

“Levi, 34, says his eponymous show wouldn’t be what it is today without criminal profiler Pat Brown —also a BlogTalkRadio host—who helps get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show. Former CNN reporter Art Harris, now freelance journalist, also assists in providing updates and details on cases,” the announcement said.

Page lied about his age and professional background.

In reality he was nobody.

Page’s true age was determined by the East Grand Forks Police in July, 2015 after Holmseth filed a police report that Page was publishing sex stories on the Web about his children.

“I contacted Austin Peay University and was able to obtain contact information for a Levi H Page DOB 07/19/1990,” reported Officer Corey Amundson, EGFPD.

Levi Page was working with Tina Church and Specialized Investigative Consultants in 2011 when he telephoned Holmseth and went on a vulgar rant. Church can be heard laughing on a conference telephone line. LISTEN

In another call made by Page to Holmseth, Page sounds mentally unstable as he screams that Holmseth better “shut the fuck up” and insists HaLeigh Cumming is dead. “She was dead in 09’ and she’s still dead now stupid fucker!” Page yelled. LISTEN

Page also screams “I hope you lose total custody of your children because they do not need to be around a stupid ass bitch like you”.

THE FALSE POLICE REPORT THAT TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH HAD HALEIGH CUMMINGS IN HIS HOME

On July 26, 2011 Church and Page telephoned Holmseth at his home in East Grand Forks, Minnesota to lay the groundwork for the false police report. During the telephone call, Church abruptly blurted, “You keep saying that little girl is alive so you need to produce her to law enforcement.”

Church diabolically asserted that because Holmseth believes HaLeigh Cummings is alive – he therefore has her in his home.

She continued.

“I think you know where that little girl’s at – I think you better start producing her – Levi I think you better call the authorities and you and I both heard tonight that he knows where that little girl’s at – did you hear that Levi?” she said.

“Heard it loud and clear,” Page replied.

Holmseth NEVER made any such statement about the missing child being in his home during the RECORDED call.

It was a planned set-up.

A few minutes later two officers with the EGFPD were at Holmseth’s door stating they needed to enter because they received a report that he (Holmseth) claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

The police report named “Tina Church” as the caller.

But now – the cat is out of the bag.

CONSPIRACY – EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT with SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS, INC

2012-2017

In 2016, Church blew the lid off everything when she came forward to say she did not make the call to police on July 26, 2011; she said a woman from Florida, along with Page made the call and pretended to be her.

Church’s contention she did not make the July 26, 2011 call to the EGFPD is consistent with her verbal directive to Page to make the call.

Church acknowledges she DID talk to the EGF police during a “follow up” call which she said was made to her by the EGFPD.

According to the EGFPD records clerk there is no record at the EGFPD of any “follow up” conversations between EGF police and Church.

That’s because it was secret and probably took place on private cell phones – much like the private/secret emails between Hajicek and Harris.

Evidence shows the EGFPD is subject to blackmail because Church said she has recordings of the aforementioned calls.

Specialized Investigative Consultants conspired with the East Grand Forks police.

But there is a BOMBSHELL, yet to come.

CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS – 18 U.S.C. 241

The BOMBSHELL is the TRUE IDENTITY of the Florida woman that actually made the false police report, because she was part of an extended plan (that succeeded) to fraudulently obtain domestic violence protection orders against Holmseth using a Florida dating law called ‘Repeat Violence’.

Two Petitioners (whom I cannot name under threat of arrest by East Grand Forks Police) involved in the conspiracy filed cases in Florida Divorce and Family courts against Holmseth – despite never even having physically met Holmseth.

Holmseth was told he would be murdered if he showed up for the hearings that took place in 2011. Holmseth went to the East Grand Forks Police before the court hearings and reported the death threats to Lt. Hajicek but Hajicek would not take a formal report.

The Orders were used to force-remove content Holmseth already legally published, and further prevent Holmseth from publishing his recorded interviews with the Petitioner’s regarding the Cummings and Anthony cases.

To this day Holmseth cannot publish the names of the two Petitioners on the Web.

On August 18, 2011, FLORIDA PETITIONER 1 obtained her INJUCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE against Holmseth from a Florida judge.

Here’s the BOMBSHELL.

FLORIDA PETITIONER 1 is the person that telephoned the EGFPD on July 26, 2011 and made the false police report that Holmseth has HaLeigh Cummings in his home.

But there is more.

On September 19, 2011, FLORIDA PETITIONER 2 obtained her INJUCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE against Holmseth from a Florida judge.

Here’s the BOMBSHELL.

FLORIDA PETITIONER 2 is the person that possessed the CD that contained child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings.

On November 22, 2011, Hajicek and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad issued a Warrant for Holmseth’s arrest alleging Holmseth violated the Florida Injunction regarding FLORIDA PETITIONER 2 by publishing something.

On December 14, 2012 EGFPD and a Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force agent, armed and wearing bullet proof vests, almost ran over Timothy Holmseth as they violently entered his home with a search warrant for his computer and everything on it.

During the maniacal event, Holmseth’s teenage daughter fought to keep 270 pound 6’ 6” EGF police officer Tony Hart out of the bathroom where she was undressed.

Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force Commander Aeisso Schrage seized Holmseth’s computer and all of his storage devices. Schrage placed Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) evidence stickers on the property.

EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad told Judge Tamara Yon the BCA advised the City they could not search Holmseth’s hard-drive without an additional Warrant.

Holmseth contacted the BCA and learned that agency was not aware of anything the EGFPD or Pine to Prairie Task Force was doing. “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case,” said Jill Oliveira, public information officer, Minnesota Department of Public Safety.

Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, reported he searched Holmseth’s hard drive and found “no sign of illegal activity”.

The hard-drive was permanently disabled by the EGFPD before they gave it back per Order of the Court.

CATCH-22 – FEDERAL INVESTIGATION REQUIRED

EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund is caught in a Catch-22 because any Internal Affairs investigation into the false police report and Court Order scheme by Church, Page, and the FLORIDA PETITIONER’s will lead back to Hajicek and officers in his own Department.

For seven years the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota has violated the Constitutional rights of Timothy Charles Holmseth while covering up for an organized international pedophile operation.

The United States DOJ needs to investigate Polk County, Minnesota law enforcement and Specialized Investigative Consultants.
