Extortion plot details turned over to FDLE attorney James Martin

An organized criminal judicial extortion operation that blackmails government officials and subverts the legal process has been identified and exposed in Florida.

The implications may be international.

Evidence detailing the elaborate scheme, and how it was apparently used to blackmail the States Attorneys Office in Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, has been turned over to Attorney James Martin at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

Evidence indicates the extortion scheme was used to blackmail States Attorney Jason English and/or other attorneys in the States Attorneys Office into accepting a ‘Deferred Prosecution’ deal for felony defendant Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, Milton, Florida.

Olsen was booked on February 4, 2015, and charged with three felonies including theft of a firearm. However, his serious situation soon changed into something that he joked about as he mocked the judicial system and vowed to continue his menacing behavior.

On March 26, 2015, Olsen boasted in a press release published on www.radionewz.net that an attorney, that was not legally representing him, had obtained a “special favor” from the prosecutor on his behalf called ‘Deferred Prosecution’.

However, a prior press release made by Olsen on February 22, 2015, tells a much different story about what was going on behind the scenes. It reveals he was deeply involved in an extortion scheme against officials in Santa Rosa County using threats of a lawsuit involving abuse of prisoners by correctional officers.

But – there is unique twist to the published threats of a lawsuit.

The reason the published threats of a lawsuit rises to the level of criminal extortion is because Olsen was threatening a lawsuit against Santa Rosa County on behalf of unknown and/or un-disclosed third parties – not himself.

Olsen himself had no Cause of Action – but was publishing that Santa Rosa County was going to be sued for abuse after his arraignment.

There was no lawsuit.

It was a blackmail scheme that involves a Web underground that specializes in extortion through online threats, intimidation, harrassment, stalking, and worse.

The ability to run the blackmail scheme involves a model for extortion that uses multiple Twitter accounts in conjunction with an anonymous website on an off-shore Web server.

The Twitter and website are the public information delivery system critical to the extortion scheme.

HOW THE BLACKMAIL SCHEME WORKS

The FIRST step is for the extortionists to publish threats online that would cause great fear to the intended target. The published threats may include true events or completely fabricated lies (in this instance the target was Santa Rosa County). The threats may warn of impending disaster or promised doom.

The SECOND step is to contact the target (this is sometimes done by an attorney) and casually mention what is appearing online; note the unsightliness of it all; and suggest perhaps something could be worked out to make it all go away.

Other times the target is contacted by anonymous emails or direct messages via Twitter. The target is provided links to videos or photos or other media that convey the threat.

The THIRD step is – if the extortionists succeed – is for the extortionists to get what they want. This might be having criminal charges dropped against a dangerous criminal, or an active criminal investigation halted. It might be the illegal removal of records from a public records database, or a website being taken down. It may result in murders going unsolved; evidence vanishing; missing children remaining missing; child pornography crimes not being investigated.

BLACKMAIL OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA

On February 22, 2015, Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, Milton, Florida publically announced on Twitter that a lawsuit was going to be filed against Santa Rosa County for prisoner abuse. He also implied that police in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties would be brought into the fray.

Olsen announced in a series of tweets:

“Yes, this is a scandal. Yes, I plan on taking all this public. And yes, I have hard evidence WITH dozens of witnesses to the brutality”. “Again, more information on all this will be released in my statement after my arraignment on Thursday”. “And the Correctional Officers at Santa Rosa County jail apparently have a huge history of misconduct and brutality, beating inmates”. “Let me tell you, when it comes to Police in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, they’re far from ethical. Known by anyone who lives here”. “I will explain the details of said lawsuit against SRC in the statement I plan on releasing after my arraignment on Thursday”.

The tweets were then re-published on a website located at www.radionewz.net.

Olsen’s announcement made it clear that Santa Rosa County was going to be sued with hard evidence and dozens of witnesses to support the claims.

However – Olsen never actually stated that HE was/is the victim.

That is because Olsen was/is NOT a victim.

That means Olsen had no legal Cause of Action upon which to file a lawsuit against Santa Rosa County.

Therefore, at the very most, Olsen was professing to KNOW about a lawsuit that was going to be filed against Santa Rosa County.

The aforementioned fact-pattern becomes a key element to proving it was a blackmail scheme, because Olsen claimed he KNEW bout a pending lawsuit.

However – there is NO known record of any such complaints or lawsuit ever being filed.

Therefore – just exactly where Olsen was getting his information is something he would now have to explain to law enforcement.

Olsen was represented by a criminal defense attorney on his felony charges, and that attorney is not known to have filed any lawsuit, or filed any formal complaint on behalf of Olsen regarding abuse or police misconduct of any kind.

Olsen made it clear that somebody had information about prisoner abuse and police misconduct that was scandalous and a lawsuit was forthcoming.

Therein lies clues to the criminal extortion and who is behind it.

Olsen began making announcements using the information delivery system to announce the involvement of another attorney – a civil attorney – known only to legally represent the website www.radionewz.net.

Olsen stated in a press release on March 26, 2015:

“This is an update on my case. One that I’m sure everyone will be happy with (except Murt of course).

Had a meeting with my lawyer this morning to get an update on what was going on. The prosecutor HAS accepted the deal put forth by my lawyer and the assistant prosecutor. This is the first time I will be able to go into full detail on what my deal entails. The prosecutor also stated that this WILL be settled before my next court date, which means no more court for me. Keep in mind, REDACTED was HUGE in securing me this deal. Call it a personal favor for her from the State Attorney for my circuit.

The deal is this. Deferred Prosecution. This is kind of like probation but not really. It’s extremely rare in my county that this sort of deal is offered or even considered. Basically if I keep my nose clean (no arrests, piss tests once a month, complete community service, etc…) then at the end of the time frame of the deferred prosecution (in this case it’s 1 year) ALL charges against me will be dismissed and my record will remain clean.

Pity, some thought that I was finally going to be put in jail or have something done to me by the legal system. Well, think again haters. I’m free and will remain free. And I’ll remain on the internet and remain out of jail to make sure I’m here to continue putting fuckers in check”.

The involvement of the third attorney in the plea bargain process – the civil attorney – is something that would need to be explained to the FDLE by the Office of States Attorney William Eddins.

And other questions arise.

Has there been abuse of prisoners by correctional officers or police in Florida’s First Circuit that has subjected the States Attorney office to blackmail and extortion?

Has the States Attorneys Office or any other law enforcement in Florida’s First Circuit engaged in misconduct or behavior that has exposed the county to blackmail and extortion at any given time?

How many cases have been affected by this blackmail operation?

Has this blackmail operation been used to suppress law enforcement in active missing child cases across the United States and abroad?

HaLeigh Cummings author poised to seek federal injunctive relief against State of Florida

Threats by satanic Web cult to kidnap author’s unborn grandchild creating emergency for blackmailed Florida states attorney

Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, has submitted a Notice of Intent to file for federal injunctive relief against the State of Florida.

The notice was submitted to William Eddins, the chief prosecuting attorney of Florida’s 1st Circuit.

Holmseth decided to begin the legal process after a satanic cult involved in serial kidnappings across the country published videos and threats to kidnap his unborn grandchild.

The satanic cult, which calls itself ‘ANONYMOUS’ in videos it uploads to You Tube, has issued demands that Holmseth remove all of his websites from the internet.

Holmseth captured key figures in the kidnapping ring on tape discussing a CD that contained naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The kidnapping ring included government officials that were agents of Florida DCF, law enforcement, states attorney offices, licensed law offices, and other government entities.

Evidence indicates the cult is kidnapping and murdering children across the United States. One recent case the cult is involved in is the murder of Dylan Redwine, Colorado.

Holmseth further believes his Constitutional rights are under attack by the State of Florida because be uncovered a criminal enterprise comprised of government officials exposed in a series of article he published regarding a government-targeted boy named Alec Thomas Hash.

In November of 2014, Holmseth published an article entitled “Source: FDLE agents falsely arrested Georgia doctor to protect criminal enterprise – Florida law enforcement and mercenary types running ‘black ops’ against witnesses and children”

In the article, Holmseth revealed he possessed evidence from a Tallahassee pill mill that showed employees from the following agencies illegally obtained pills at the facility:

The Office of the States Attorney, 1st Florida Judicial Circuit (hereby referred to as State of Florida), has an abundance of evidence that shows investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth legally obtained evidence that child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was created,  and subsequently distributed, by REDACTED, REDACTED, Florida.

The State of Florida possesses that evidence.

The State of Florida has an abundance of evidence and information that show government officials, law enforcement, government agents, and legal licensees, are entirely aware of the aforementioned state and federal crimes. 

The State of Florida has a legal and ethical obligation under all applicable rules, laws, and ethical standards, to investigate and prosecute the aforementioned crimes to the fullest extent of the law.

I am formally requesting the State of Florida take legal action against REDACTED, as well as any other co-conspirators that have committed violations of the law against me as described herein.

Satanic Web cult requests production of evidence against member

Details of blackmail scheme against government officials in Florida’s 1st Circuit to be revealed

The satanic cult that shadows kidnapping cases and tampers with witnesses in child abductions across the country has issued a written statement to investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer).

William K. Murtaugh, spokesman for the cult, submitted the statement yesterday, requesting Holmseth reveal the evidence he recently submitted to States Attorneys  Jason English and William Eddins, that implicates cult member Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, Milton, Florida, in an organized plot against Holmseth’s children.

“I firmly suggest that you either reveal whatever evidence you claim to have against Mr Olsen or retract the accusations against him,” Murtaugh said.

Murtaugh does not state why he is acting as an agent of Olsen.

Olsen is presently facing three felony charges in Florida’s 1st Circuit, including theft of a firearm. However, neither Olsen nor his attorney has contacted Holmseth.

Holmseth is in possession of evidence that shows Olsen was involved in a scheme to blackmail government officials after Olsen’s arrest. The evidence will be made public after it is assimilated and submitted to authorities.

Law enforcement is familiar with both Olsen and Murtaugh.

THOMAS NORMAN OLSEN – CONSPIRACY – WITNESS TAMPERING – HALEIGH CUMMINGS CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

Evidence that has been turned over to the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) links both Olsen and Murtaugh to one single common person.

According to evidence and witnesses, that common person physically held and distributed secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

The aforementioned photos showed HaLeigh’s vagina in a sexually assaulted state and appeared to have been taken sometime after she was reported missing on February 10, 2009.
The photos were passed on a CD to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner in a gas station parking lot in 2009. Warner was captured on tape by Holmseth admitting she received the CD, while noting the pictures were something she could not show to her supervisor.

The identity of the person involved in the porn network is becoming a huge legal liability to the Office of the State Attorney – Florida’s 1st Circuit.

Here’s why.

In a March 26, 2015, press release on www.radionewz.net, Olsen publically named the person that allegedly held and passed along the naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings through an underground network – claiming the person had connections in the State’s Attorney’s Office.

Then – after receiving a special plea bargain in the Spring of 2015, Olsen unabashedly boasted how that person was able to secure him a special favor from the State’s Attorney’s Office and got him off the hook.

However, the ‘favor’ Olsen bragged about was quite likely the result of the aforementioned blackmail scheme and will be reported to authorities.

Olsen’s ability to publish a press release on www.radionewz.net further connects him to the online threats against Holmseth and his children, because the x-rated cyber-stalker website was used to re-publish the ‘ANONYMOUS’ You Tube videos Olsen allegedly produced.

The video threats included warnings to Holmseth that he had until a certain date to remove all of his websites, or sex stories would be fabricated and written about his children – including his minor son.

One of the videos warned Holmseth’s daughter that if she did not convince her dad to remove his websites, her unborn baby would be taken away from her as soon as he/she was born.

The interstate threat was a federal offense.

The videos have been reported to States Attorney Jason English.

Both States Attorneys Jason English and William Eddins have been provided detailed specific information that shows REDACTED’S legal professional relationship with www.radionewz.net and everyone logging onto it.

As law enforcement continues to search for the missing child Lonzie Barton in Jacksonville, the child’s relationship to HaLeigh Cummings and REDACTED’s group is becoming more and more pronounced.

Holmseth has evidence that missing children from Florida to Colorado to Maine cannot be located because judges, DCF agents, police officers, state’s attorneys, and other officials are being blackmailed by a satanic cult whose leader and members are already known to the FBI.

Sources close to the investigation say the kidnappings are not random but controlled acts of domestic terrorism.

Lonzie Barton’s relative a victim or serial cover-ups within judicial system

As the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reveals missing child Lonzie Barton was injured at the time he vanished, serious questions have arisen regarding Florida DCF and what has been going on behind the scenes in the Florida legal system.

Lonzie is related to another missing child, HaLeigh Cumming, and an emerging child pornography DCF scandal regarding HaLeigh is now leading to the State’s Attorney Office in Florida’s 1st Circuit.

As investigators continue to search for both Lonzie and HaLeigh, evidence continues to pour in that shows the same names seem to appear, year after year, associated with missing children.

The same names seem to regularly appear in the Florida judicial system, as well. And in each case, the welfare of innocent children is always affected for the worst.

On February 4, 2015, Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, was arrested and booked on three felony counts including theft of a firearm. Assistant States Attorney Jason English was assigned to the case.

The State’s Attorney’s Office soon negotiated the three felony charges down to Deferred Prosecution, and when it did, it became tangled up in federal child pornography crimes involving the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

So, according to Olsen in his press release, a special personal favor was given to him via REDACTED – a person that was not his attorney but had very unique access to Jason English and others through channels in the Florida legal system.

English’s actions might well have been ill advised.

In June, 2015, Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, turned over audio evidence to the FBI, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and United States District Court that revealed REDACTED was directly involved with secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The photographs depicted HaLeigh’s vagina in a sexually assaulted state.

By all accounts it sounded very serious.

Wayanne Kruger, Crystal Sheffield’s victims advocate in 2009, told Holmseth she feared HaLeigh had bled to death because she was “hemorrhaging” from a rape.

Donald Knop, a former employee of a South Florida law firm said he was handed the photos by REDACTED and asked to make copies of them. He said the photos appeared out of nowhere several months after HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing.

According to Knop, the un-identified photographer did not set the time/date stamp on the camera and the pictures were never given to law enforcement. The photos were given to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner, off the record in a gas station parking lot. They were never registered as evidence or turned over to law enforcement.

Knop said the photos were intended to encourage a DCF change of custody ruling regarding HaLeigh Cummings, sought by Crystal Sheffield, but never actually filed for in Court.

An evaluation of the facts and circumstances of the photos show that somebody believed they could illegally change custody of HaLeigh if they kidnapped her; sexually assaulted her; took pictures of her vagina; showed the pictures to a DCF social worker off the record; and then claimed it happened under her father’s care; all without actually filing any motion with the Court.

After Timothy Holmseth provided the evidence to law enforcement, articles and videos began to appear on the Web directly threatening Holmseth, his children, and his unborn grandchild.

In one video, the video’s narrator warned Holmseth’s pregnant daughter that if she did not make her dad comply with their demands, her unborn baby would be taken from her as soon as it was born.

The anonymous videos demand Holmseth remove all of his websites from the internet, including the audio proof regarding the child pornography of HaLeigh, warning very bad things are going to happen to him and his children.

On August 17, 2015, Holmseth submitted evidence to Attorney English that shows the producer of the threatening videos is Thomas Norman Olsen. The videos are re-published on www.radionewz.net.

Serious questions exist regarding the State’s Attorney office in Florida that deferred prosecution for a man that is so sick criminally inclined that after receiving deferred prosecution on conditions of good behavior, he would immediately take to an x-rated cyber-stalker website and boast the following:

‘ANONYMOUS’ video producer identified as felony defendant THOMAS NORMAN OLSEN – reported to States Attorney in Florida

Extortionists claim to represent families of HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony

Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida, has been identified as a participant in a satanic cult that produced and published a series of videos threatening the children of investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth.

Olsen is presently facing felony charges for theft of a firearm, and has been reported to States Attorney Jason English at the Office of the State Attorney for his role in the criminal extortion plot.

Published documents show Olsen is a member of the satanic underground trafficking ring that created and distributed child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

SA English has been provided audio evidence that implicates multiple licensed legal professionals in the state of Florida for their role in an underground operation involving naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings and close-ups of her assaulted vagina. The audio evidence has also been turned over to the FBI and FDLE.

The audio is comprised of interviews Timothy Holmseth conducted with members of Crystal Sheffield’s legal team shortly after HaLeigh’s disappearance in 2009. The interviews capture Florida DCF social worker Bonnie Warner discussing a secret disc that she received but couldn’t show to her supervisor. Warner admits the disc was given to her in a parking lot by Donald Knop, an employee of a South Florida law firm. Knop said the disc contained naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings that had been kept in a secret location.

In the You Tube videos, Holmseth is warned that he has until a certain date to remove all of his websites from the internet. The videos specifically target Holmseth’s children, including his small son.

ANONYMOUS VIDEO PRODUCERS CLAIM TO REPRESENT FAMILIES OF HALEIGH CUMMINGS AND CAYLEE ANTHONY

The producer(s) of the Anonymous videos claim to represent the families of HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony.

“Mr. Holmseth is also obsessed with the murders of little girls HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony, writing about the two children in sexually graphic ways. The family of the two children are disgusted by what he puts on his website. Mr. Holmseth even involved these two in his child rape and child porn fantasies. Anonymous will not stand for this perverted filth to stay on the Web,” the video said.

In one video the person warns that Holmseth’s daughter’s unborn child will be “taken from her as soon as it’s born”.

“All of these websites will vanish and no website will be created if you delete your websites. Everything is in your hands. I hope you spare your daughter a lot of grief and misery. I’d hate to see the child taken from her as soon as it is born,” the video said.
