Original recordings revealing names to be submitted as evidence to Minnesota Court

The identity of a Florida attorney specifically named as an international baby seller and sex trafficker by Gloria Allred’s protégé Wayanne Kruger has been confirmed.

Timothy Charles Holmseth will be submitting un-redacted recordings to the Minnesota 9th District Court where a hearing has been scheduled for December 13, 2017. The MOTION is regarding an organized crime scheme targeting the child of Timothy Charles Holmseth – a scheme that involved the Florida attorney.

The recordings swill reveal minute details of how the Florida attorney and her husband (convicted felon – federal fraud) worked with a man who identified himself as a pastor working for the CIA and FBI to move children in and out of the country through the U.S. Embassy.

Timothy Holmseth’s existing MOTION contains documents and evidence that reveals the Florida attorney conspired with Minnesota police to thwart an FBI kidnapping and child pornography investigation, which included law enforcement seizing Holmseth’s computer and destroying his files.

The conspiracy involved the attorney fraudulently obtaining a domestic violence protection order against Holmseth in a Florida divorce (DVCE Division) court that required Holmseth remove all mention of the attorney from the Web and never speak her name again.

Record’s from the East Grand Forks Police Department, Polk County Attorney’s Office, and the private Gmail account of EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek reveal law enforcement in Minnesota illegally conspired to thwart an FBI investigation regarding one of the trafficked children – a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.

Gloria Allred recently became the attorney for the family of Savanna Greywind who was murdered for her baby.

Beeps in the recording indicate redactions required by an illegal shadow government court order against Timothy Holmseth forbidding him to publish the name. The fraudulently obtained court order was obtained in a Divorce (DVCE) court against Holmseth by a person he never met in a State on the other side of the country.

Holmseth’s original recordings were seized and destroyed by the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force during a raid by officers wearing bullet proof vests.
