An email from Drew Evans, the superintendent of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) appears to show a prosecuting attorney in Polk County, Minnesota deliberately committed perjury to hide evidence of child pornography of a missing child.

Superintendent Drew Evans – Minnesota BCA

The case surrounds a court ordered search and seizure warrant obtained for the computer hard-drive of former award winning news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth, which was carried out on December 14, 2012 by the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force and East Grand Forks Police Department.

Holmseth, 50, East Grand Forks, was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 and featured on television after he stumbled upon evidence that an organized group had kidnapped a five year-old girl from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings and created child pornography of the child.

Evidence shows Holmseth’s discoveries upset people at vey high levels of the government and on December 14, 2014 he was raided by armed officers wearing bullet proof vests.

The search warrant was fabricated to make Holmseth look like a drug dealer so the police could get a hold of his computer.

Court transcripts show that on January 4, 2013 Ronald Galstad, the city attorney for East Grand Forks, Minnesota told Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon the prosecution was working with the Minnesota BCA to conduct a forensic search of Holmseth’s hard-drive.

“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that,” Attorney Galstad told the court according to transcripts.

Galstad was lying.

According to Superintendent Drew Evans at the BCA the Minnesota crime lab had no knowledge whatsoever that a raid was being conducted on Holmseth and the BCA had never been asked to perform a forensic search.

There is no escaping the fact the police were impersonating a BCA investigation because much of Holmseth’s property was covered with BCA evidence stickers.

Holmseth communicated by email with Superintendent Drew Evans and Jill Oliveira, the public information officer.  “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case,” Oliveira said. “We were not requested to conduct a forensic examination of your computer,” Evans said.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office records show Sgt. Michael Norland was asked to search Holmseth’s computer in April, 2013.  “I looked through the computer and did not find anything that would show illegal activity on the computer,” Norland said.

Holmseth eventually learned the police had been told by operatives of an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc to look for the child porn of HaLeigh Cummings on Holmseth’s computer – erroneously believing he been sent copies.

EGFPD records show Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, called in a false police report about Holmseth on July 26, 2011. Church told police Holmseth had just told her he had “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home.

Records and the fact pattern show Specialized Investigative Consultants, EGFPD, the Pine to Prairie task force, and Galstad were developing a frame up of Holmseth that would rival the case of Steven Avery in the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’.

Holmseth was coerced into withdrawing his BAR complaint against Galstad before his property was returned by court order on April 26, 2013. When returned the hard-drive had been rendered inoperable by the police, which marooned Holmseth’s investigative files for years.

In 2017, Holmseth recovered his audio interviews that revealed the details of an international child sex trafficking operation by individuals that said they were with the FBI and CIA. Holmseth submitted the files to the Polk County Court and on December 13, 2017 Judge Tamara Yon granted Holmseth’s Motion to Vacate and described the audio as “significant evidence”.

Holmseth was arrested by the EGFPD in February of 2018 for alleging publishing the court files which, according to Galstad, violates a restraining order issued against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida by a person he never met.

Attorney Steven S. Biss, a trial attorney that represents Holmseth in a multi-million dollar federal defamation lawsuit filed in Virginia said the Broward Court had no personal jurisdiction over Holmseth, a Minnesota resident, and the order violates the First Amendment.

Holmseth’s 33 page complaint with exhibits was filed today to Attorney Kip Fontaine and Minnesota Chief Public Defender Kristine Kolar.

Holmseth asserts his public defender, Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group, is violating Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct by not reporting Galstad to the proper authorities.

An organized transnational crime syndicate that traffics children across national land borders and overseas on international flights has been linked to Polk County, Minnesota.

Key evidence comes from Drew Evans, superintendant, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) – the agency that operates the State’s forensic crime lab.

Drew Evans, Superintendant of BCA

The crime syndicate involves Ronald Galstad, the attorney for the City of East Grand Forks and Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, an officer for the East Grand Forks Police who is also the commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force.

EARLY DAYS

The fact something was amiss initially became visible in 2013 when the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) flatly rejected a claim by East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad that the BCA was assisting the police with an operation to search the computer of a  journalist and FBI witness from East Grand Forks named Timothy Holmseth.

EGF City Attorney Ron Galstad

Galstad is an attorney with Galstad Jensen and McCann and contracts with the City of EGF to prosecute crimes alleged by the local police.

Galstad falsely claimed an association with the BCA during a court hearing on January 4, 2013 at the courthouse in Polk County. Galstad told Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon he and the police were working with the BCA regarding  Holmseth’s computer which had been seized by the Pine to Prairie Task Force on December 14, 2012.

Holmseth was/is a local journalist that had conducted hours of interviews with key figures in a national profile kidnapping case involving  a missing five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings who vanished in 2009. Holmseth was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI on several occasions and deemed a credible witness.

However – emails from 2009 show Lt. Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD, was secretly communicating with a CNN journalist named Art Harris regarding Holmseth. Emails from Hajicek’s private Gmail account show the two men were discussing how Holmseth could be “stopped” after they learned the FBI in Florida was using information Holmseth obtained and turned over to the feds.

Holmseth had been told, during telephonic interview, the minute details of an international child sex trafficking and baby sales operation that was staging out of Broward County, Florida. He was also told that a lawyer from Florida possessed child rape porn of HaLeigh Cummings.

Records show Galstad and the EGFPD obtained a search and seizure warrant from Minnesota District Judge Jeff Remick for Holmseth’s computer – but the warrant made no mention of the child porn. Rather, it was drafted to make Holmseth appear to be a drug dealer.

On January 4, 2013, Galstad told Judge Yon the police were coordinating with the BCA to have a forensic search done of the computer which already been in police custody for several weeks.

“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that,” court transcripts reveal.

Galstad was lying to the Judge.

And the proof he was lying comes from the superintendent of the BCA.

Drew Evans, superintendent, BCA, said the BCA played no role in the operation and knew nothing about it. “Mr. Holmseth – we were not asked to conduct a forensic examination of your computer,” Evans said in a 2013 email.

However, the Pine to Prairie Task Force commander, Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, had attached MDPS/BCA stickers to evidence seized from Holmseth.

Jill Oliveira, the public information officer for the MNDPS/BCA said, “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case”.

Galstad never carried through on requesting a second warrant for the BCA as he claimed he was going to do.

But – there was significant activity surrounding the computer.

Records from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office show Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland was asked to search Holmseth’s computer. “I looked through the computer and did not find anything that would show illegal activity on the computer,” Norland said.

EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund would eventually be asked for chain of custody records regarding Holmseth’s property. Hedlund admitted in a letter to Holmseth that no chain of custody documentation was kept.

Holmseth’s computer was ordered returned in April of 2013 but the police had rendered it inoperable – thus marooning all of Holmseth’s investigative files.

CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING – THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS

Evidence shows the police seized Holmseth’s computer because they were looking for the pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, which they believed had been sent to Holmseth. It was a gamble they lost that exposed their motive to cover-up an entire child sex trafficking operation.

The warrant signed by Judge Remick made no mention of child pornography, rather, created the appearance Holmseth was a drug dealer.

Information about the child porn was not included in the application for the warrant because Sgt. Schrage and Galstad did not want to reveal the identity of their source – because the source was the trafficker(s) that kidnapped, raped, and trafficked the little girl.

The conspirators were all connected to an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. Evidence shows members of the operation were in regular and secret back channel communications with Galstad and the EGFPD from 2009 through 2018.

MAKING A MURDERER

The plan was cynical and was intended to frame Holmseth for kidnapping, rape, production of child porn, and murder.

In 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, telephoned the EGFPD  and falsely reported that Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his home. Police, including Sgt. Schrage, went to Holmseth’s home to search for the child and then filed a report.

Sgt. Schrage and other EGFPD officers subsequently filed police reports based upon alleged anonymous calls to the police reporting a strong smell of marijuana coming from Holmseth’s apartment door, which generated police reports that made Holmseth appear to be involved with drugs.

During this same time window Holmseth was accused of allowing child sex abuse in his home. Records from Grand Forks County Social Services ultimately revealed that not only was there no abuse – Holmseth and his children received a 100% perfect score for no signs of abuse. The case was closed with the signatures of a nine person child protection team that includes CPS, psychologist, doctor, police, sheriff.

Building on the false police and CPS reports… in 2011, a person that had been identified by a legal assistant in Florida as possessing child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, petitioned a Broward County domestic violence  court for an Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence against Holmseth. ‘Repeat Violence’ is a Florida dating law that did not apply to Holmseth because he had no relationship with Petitioner and had not been to Florida.

However – Judge Michael Kaplan in Broward County, Florida granted the Order in Holmseth’s absence which made it illegal for Holmseth to publish information and select names regarding what he learned about the missing child and an international trafficking operation.

Wayanne Kruger, a child victims advocate that traveled from Arizona to assist the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, told Holmseth during recorded interviews she was working with the Florida law office that allegedly possessed the child porn.

Kruger, who was the client and protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, provided Holmseth names, dates, methods, and tactics of a vast child trafficking and baby sales operation that moved children through the U.S. Embassy in New York and across the border into Mexican and Central America.

Victims Advocate and Author Wayanne Kruger (right) with Crystal Sheffield, mother, missing child HaLeigh Cummings

The operation involved operatives that dressed as clergy and identified themselves and CIA and FBI.

Kruger has been featured in People magazine, Washington Times, and other publications for her relationship with Allred and Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Kruger told Holmseth HaLeigh Cummings had been raped and was “hemorrhaging”.

HOLMSETH ARRESTED IN 2018

In 2017, Holmseth located back-up files of his interviews with all the members of trafficking operation including an attorney from Florida, Kruger, and Church.

In July, 2017 Holmseth submitted the damning audio evidence of child sex trafficking he recovered, in support of a Motion To Vacate he filed with the Minnesota court in Polk County. Judge Yon classified the audio as “significant evidence” from Holmseth’s “investigations” and ruled in his favor.

On February 19, 2018 the police in East Grand Forks arrested Holmseth for violating the Florida court order after Holmseth allegedly published the court records on the Web using You Tube.

Galstad is the prosecutor.

The person named as possessing child porn of HaLeigh Cummings is the ‘victim’.

Holmseth is presently represented by public defender Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group.

Holmseth is also presently the plaintiff in a federal lawsuit he filed through his trial attorney Steven S. Biss in Virginia.

Minnesota law enforcement cover-up

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on July 21, 2017 at 5:41 P.M. CST

Public records strongly suggests Minnesota law enforcement does not possess the skull of Jacob Wetterling.

And…

Jacob Wetterling

If that is a fact – it effectively means members of law enforcement and the judicial community criminally conspired to stage the missing child’s recovery, and presented the public with a false confession from Danny Heinrich, so the case could be officially closed.

The ‘skull’ is imperative to the truth about Jacob because:

  • Heinrich said he shot Jacob in the head
  • Heinrich said he buried Jacob
  • Heinrich said he moved Jacob’s remains a year later including the “skull”

Evidence already part of the record shows law enforcement does not have the child’s skull, and in all reality, possess no remains of the child – only planted scraps of clothing and animal bones.

If the recovery of Jacob Wetterling is a lie – it is a huge lie that involves police, sheriffs, BCA, FBI, prosecutors, and judges.

I am going to walk you right though it.

The following is from Heinrich’s confession in court.

INITIAL BURIAL

MR. SCHLEICHER: After you dug the grave with the Bobcat, what did you do?
THE DEFENDANT: I placed Jacob in the grave, and then I covered it back up with the Bobcat.
MR. SCHLEICHER: Okay. And was Jacob wearing all of his clothing at the time.
THE DEFENDANT: Yes, he was.
MR. SCHLEICHER: And can you describe what you recall clothing he was wearing?
THE DEFENDANT: His reflective vest, his red jacket, blue sweat pants. Tennis shoes came off when I put him into the grave, so I threw them — I didn’t bury them with him in the grave.

Okay…

You have seen Heinrich’s testimony that Jacob’s body and clothes were buried on October 22, 1989.

As part of a plea deal in 2016, which included Heinrich would NOT be charged with Jacob’s murder, and would see counts of child pornography dropped, he told a Minnesota judge that he returned to Jacob’s grave about year after murdering the child and found a item of clothing uncovered.

Heinrich claims he returned to the body, and brought a “plastic bag” and “army entrenching tool”. Upon arriving at the grave, Heinrich said he “noticed” the grave was partially uncovered.

This means Heinrich is saying he took a flashlight, walked to Jacob’s grave, with a plastic bag, whereupon he “noticed” the grave was partially uncovered. That alone defies common sense logic, and the chronological decisions he is making are mixed up and out of order.

But there is one statement Heinrich made that cannot be changed. Heinrich said he placed Jacob’s “jacket” “bones” and “skull” into the bag that he brought with.

Heinrich said he never did any digging at all because it was already that uncovered.

THE REMAINS ARE MOVED (INCLUDING THE SKULL) BY HEINRICH

THE DEFENDANT: I didn’t drive. I walked back again. I walked back. It was late at night again, probably around midnight, with a flashlight. I noticed — I shined the area and noticed that the grave was partially uncovered. You could see his red jacket.
MR. SCHLEICHER: Above the ground?
THE DEFENDANT: Above the ground.

MR. SCHLEICHER: All right. Did that cause you concern, that you could see the jacket?
THE DEFENDANT: Yes, it did.
MR. SCHLEICHER: What did you do?
THE DEFENDANT: I, I, I can’t remember. I had a bag with me, a garbage bag. I placed as many – his jacket, his bones, his skull into that bag to move. I figure I’ve got to move it.
MR. SCHLEICHER: You had a shovel with you?
THE DEFENDANT: I had an army entrenching tool with me.
MR. SCHLEICHER: So you dug up as many of the remains as you could gather?
THE DEFENDANT: I never dug any. It was already that uncovered.
MR. SCHLEICHER: Okay.

You saw the evidence yourself – Heinrich said he moved the “skull” and Jacob’s (human) bones to another location.

SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED – ANIMAL BONES AND TEETH FOUND – NO SKULL

The following is from the Searh Warrant.

“On August 31, 2016 a search warrant was executed at 27725 Business 23 East Paynesville Stearns County. During that search a red nylon jacket preliminary consistent with the jacket Jacob Wetterling was wearing at the time of his abduction, bone fragments, and teeth were recovered. Later examination by experts determined neither the teeth nor bones were human. Heinrich was present at 27725 23 East during the execution of the initial search warrant. He provided additional information referencing an initial burial site near where he assaulted and killed Jacob Wetterling. At a later time, approximately a year later, Heinrich moved the remains from the original scene 27725 Business 23 East. Law enforcement now request authority to return to 27725 for more extensive examination.”

Expert determined the teeth and bones were not human.

SECOND SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED – “APPARENT BONES” FOUND – NO SKULL

The August 31, 2016 warrant makes reference to Heinrich mentioning an “initial burial site” during the search – and Heinrich claiming he “moved the remains from the original scene 27725 Business 23 East”.

For some reason, the officer then requests a second warrant, which is simply a request to return to the address of the first warrant.

On September 2, 2016, law enforcement conducted a second search.

The officer states, “I took into custody the property and things listed below.”

  • Apparent Bones
  • Boy’s t-shirt with name Wetterling on it
  • Mesh Shirt
  • Miscellaneous Fabric

Here is what the Star-Tribune reported on September 4, 2016.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday that dental records confirmed that the remains were Jacob’s. Additional DNA testing will be conducted by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

The Wetterlings have filed a lawsuit to have investigation records sealed.

Visit http://www.writeintoaction.com to learn about a detailed confession taken with two police officers present, that strongly suggests law enforcement and the Wetterlings have known for decades what happened to Jacob, who did it, and have conspired to cover it up while running a fraudulent Foundation in Jacob’s name.

Honor JUSTINE DAMOND through JACOB WETTERLING

Honor the beautiful life of Justine Damond, who was seemingly murdered, by refusing to be distracted from the truth about another beautiful life cut short – Jacob Wetterling.

Do not allow Minnesota law enforcement to diabolically use Justine’s story to steer your attention away from their attempts to cover up Jerry and Patty Wetterling’s pending lawsuit to seal files in Jacob’s case.

The Wetterlings and Minnesota law enforcement have attempted to sell you the lemon that the ANIMAL BONES they magically found were Jacob; and want you to believe Danny Heinrich murdered the boy.

The Wetterlings are involved in a criminal conspiracy with law enforcement to hide the fact they always knew what happened to Jacob and who did it.

Honor Justine Damond by honoring Jacob Wetterling by confronting Minnesota law enforcement’s endless lies and schemes.

MINNESOTA POLICE SHOOTING: DON’T BE DISTRACTED – FOCUS ON THE JACOB WETTERLING CASE

LAW ENFORCEMENT IN MINNESOTA ANNOUNCED THEY FOUND JACOB’S BODY AND THEY DIDN’T – MASSIVE COVER UP

The bizarre police shooting in Minneapolis of Justine Damond by a Somalian police officer, Mohamed Noor, is sweeping the headlines because of divisive race and culture issues that can be very convenient in steering news cycles.

Don’t be distracted.

The Minnesota BCA, which is investigating the Noor shooting, is a compromised agency that has been complacent in the 27 year cover-up surrounding the Jacob Wetterling kidnapping and murder.

The skuzzy Wetterlings have filed a lawsuit to have investigation files sealed in that case because they are trying to hide what really happened to Jacob – who did it – and their connection to the kidnappers.

I’m sure the BCA and FBI would just love to have the news focus on this weird shooting case in Minneapolis, in hopes the American public will forget about the Jacob Wetterling fiasco that is unfolding.

The retards at the FBI, BCA, and Stearns County Sheriff’s Office don’t want the public to focus on the ANIMAL BONES (NOT JACOB!) that were recovered after they gave Danny Heinrich a sweet plea deal to say he murdered Jacob (FALSE CONFESSION/NOT CHARGED/PORN CHARGES DROPPED).

Don’t be distracted.

I am regularly filing reports from sources deep within the Wetterling investigation at my website www.writeintoaction.com

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on July 7, 2016, 10:04 P.M. CST

The U.S. Department of Justice announced today it will monitor the investigation into the fatal police shooting of Philando Castile, which occurred Wednesday in the Twin Cities.

The shooting will be investigated by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).

Philando Castile

However, concerns about the BCA have been raised in connection with a rape cover-up that involved the BCA.

Write Into Action has acquired documents that show the BCA essentially conspired with officials in the judicial system to cover up the violent rape of a Minnesota teenager that became tangled up with a BCA drug informant.

The details are very disturbing.

Records show the Thief River Falls Police Department’s juvenile investigator, Ginger Alby, received a report from Assistant Pennington County Attorney Steve Moeller on April 6, 2015, that a teenage girl reported she had been repeatedly raped by Christopher Michael Seglem, 19.

Assistant Pennington County Attorney Steve Moeller

Assistant Pennington County Attorney Steve Moeller

In 2015, Seglem was a drug informant working with the BCA and Pennington County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).

Seglem’s involvement with authorities captured headlines after he duped BCA Agent Ron Woolever and PCSO deputy Kurt Nelson by staging drug buys in the Thief River Falls area and then splitting thousands of dollars worth of drug-buy money with his co-conspirators.

According to police records, the teenage victim told police “Chris Seglem would force her to have sex with him. [The victim] stated he would hit her until she gave in. [The victim] also states this happened more than one time, couple times in his vehicle and 3-4 times at his residence.  [The victim] stated he would do such things like choke her, punch her in the face, and throw things at her such as Play Station III and computer monitor.”

The report goes onto to say Seglem showed the victim a gun he possessed and told her he would go after family.

Evidence shows agents knew Seglem was a career criminal.

Audio interviews between agents and Seglem show Woolever was absolutely livid after learning he had been fooled by Seglem and continuously berated Seglem for being a liar.

Seglem admitted to agents he had maliciously targeted specific people that he didn’t like so he could get them arrested on serious drug charges.

However…

During the interview, Woolever angrily asks Seglem for any information he could give law enforcement that would keep him from going to jail for the scam he’d been running. Seglem then quickly told the agents he had information about a drug operation forming in Marshall County, Minnesota that involved illegal automatic weapons.

The agents clearly did not even believe him.

However…

Woolever and Nelson then proceed to set up more controlled buys with Seglem; a completely discredited witness; just before shutting off the audio recorder.

According to a Pennington County insider, there is a growing concern in the Northern Minnesota community over the integrity of the BCA and other agencies.

“This is an agent with over 20 years of training, swindled by a kid, and still uses the kid to proceed with more investigation, even though this kid has lied during and about investigations already,” the insider told Write Into Action.

The case was an embarrassing disaster for officials.

On July 16, 2015 the Grand Forks Herald reported “Informant allegedly dupes BCA agents in several drug buys.”

On August 19, 2015, Seglem’s public defender, John D. Schmid emailed Prosecutor Moeller and offered that Seglem would plead guilty to specific charges involving “swindle”.

“All other counts and files would be dismissed and the State would agree not to charge any other matters presently under investigation,” Schmid said.

Seglem pled guilty and was never charged with the sexual assault of the minor.

Records from a Pre-Sentence Investigation of Seglem show he had a prior conviction in another state regarding sex with an underage girl.

Write Into Action is continuing to investigate this story.
