Minnesota BCA chief’s email is Exhibit A in formal complaint surrounding child pornography cover-up by Minnesota prosecutor

An email from Drew Evans, the superintendent of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) appears to show a prosecuting attorney in Polk County, Minnesota deliberately committed perjury to hide evidence of child pornography of a missing child.

The case surrounds a court ordered search and seizure warrant obtained for the computer hard-drive of former award winning news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth, which was carried out on December 14, 2012 by the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force and East Grand Forks Police Department.

Holmseth, 50, East Grand Forks, was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 and featured on television after he stumbled upon evidence that an organized group had kidnapped a five year-old girl from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings and created child pornography of the child.

Evidence shows Holmseth’s discoveries upset people at vey high levels of the government and on December 14, 2014 he was raided by armed officers wearing bullet proof vests.

The search warrant was fabricated to make Holmseth look like a drug dealer so the police could get a hold of his computer.

Court transcripts show that on January 4, 2013 Ronald Galstad, the city attorney for East Grand Forks, Minnesota told Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon the prosecution was working with the Minnesota BCA to conduct a forensic search of Holmseth’s hard-drive.

“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that,” Attorney Galstad told the court according to transcripts.

Galstad was lying.

According to Superintendent Drew Evans at the BCA the Minnesota crime lab had no knowledge whatsoever that a raid was being conducted on Holmseth and the BCA had never been asked to perform a forensic search.

There is no escaping the fact the police were impersonating a BCA investigation because much of Holmseth’s property was covered with BCA evidence stickers.

Holmseth communicated by email with Superintendent Drew Evans and Jill Oliveira, the public information officer.  “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case,” Oliveira said. “We were not requested to conduct a forensic examination of your computer,” Evans said.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office records show Sgt. Michael Norland was asked to search Holmseth’s computer in April, 2013.  “I looked through the computer and did not find anything that would show illegal activity on the computer,” Norland said.

Holmseth eventually learned the police had been told by operatives of an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc to look for the child porn of HaLeigh Cummings on Holmseth’s computer – erroneously believing he been sent copies.

EGFPD records show Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, called in a false police report about Holmseth on July 26, 2011. Church told police Holmseth had just told her he had “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home.

Records and the fact pattern show Specialized Investigative Consultants, EGFPD, the Pine to Prairie task force, and Galstad were developing a frame up of Holmseth that would rival the case of Steven Avery in the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’.

Holmseth was coerced into withdrawing his BAR complaint against Galstad before his property was returned by court order on April 26, 2013. When returned the hard-drive had been rendered inoperable by the police, which marooned Holmseth’s investigative files for years.

In 2017, Holmseth recovered his audio interviews that revealed the details of an international child sex trafficking operation by individuals that said they were with the FBI and CIA. Holmseth submitted the files to the Polk County Court and on December 13, 2017 Judge Tamara Yon granted Holmseth’s Motion to Vacate and described the audio as “significant evidence”.

Holmseth was arrested by the EGFPD in February of 2018 for alleging publishing the court files which, according to Galstad, violates a restraining order issued against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida by a person he never met.

Attorney Steven S. Biss, a trial attorney that represents Holmseth in a multi-million dollar federal defamation lawsuit filed in Virginia said the Broward Court had no personal jurisdiction over Holmseth, a Minnesota resident, and the order violates the First Amendment.

Holmseth’s 33 page complaint with exhibits was filed today to Attorney Kip Fontaine and Minnesota Chief Public Defender Kristine Kolar.

Holmseth asserts his public defender, Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group, is violating Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct by not reporting Galstad to the proper authorities.

Transnational crime syndicate linked to police and public officials in Polk County Minnesota – BCA crime lab documents key evidence

An organized transnational crime syndicate that traffics children across national land borders and overseas on international flights has been linked to Polk County, Minnesota.

Key evidence comes from Drew Evans, superintendant, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) – the agency that operates the State’s forensic crime lab.

The crime syndicate involves Ronald Galstad, the attorney for the City of East Grand Forks and Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, an officer for the East Grand Forks Police who is also the commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force.

EARLY DAYS

The fact something was amiss initially became visible in 2013 when the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) flatly rejected a claim by East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad that the BCA was assisting the police with an operation to search the computer of a  journalist and FBI witness from East Grand Forks named Timothy Holmseth.

Galstad is an attorney with Galstad Jensen and McCann and contracts with the City of EGF to prosecute crimes alleged by the local police.

Galstad falsely claimed an association with the BCA during a court hearing on January 4, 2013 at the courthouse in Polk County. Galstad told Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon he and the police were working with the BCA regarding  Holmseth’s computer which had been seized by the Pine to Prairie Task Force on December 14, 2012.

Holmseth was/is a local journalist that had conducted hours of interviews with key figures in a national profile kidnapping case involving  a missing five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings who vanished in 2009. Holmseth was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI on several occasions and deemed a credible witness.

However – emails from 2009 show Lt. Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD, was secretly communicating with a CNN journalist named Art Harris regarding Holmseth. Emails from Hajicek’s private Gmail account show the two men were discussing how Holmseth could be “stopped” after they learned the FBI in Florida was using information Holmseth obtained and turned over to the feds.

Holmseth had been told, during telephonic interview, the minute details of an international child sex trafficking and baby sales operation that was staging out of Broward County, Florida. He was also told that a lawyer from Florida possessed child rape porn of HaLeigh Cummings.

Records show Galstad and the EGFPD obtained a search and seizure warrant from Minnesota District Judge Jeff Remick for Holmseth’s computer – but the warrant made no mention of the child porn. Rather, it was drafted to make Holmseth appear to be a drug dealer.

On January 4, 2013, Galstad told Judge Yon the police were coordinating with the BCA to have a forensic search done of the computer which already been in police custody for several weeks.

“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that,” court transcripts reveal.

Galstad was lying to the Judge.

And the proof he was lying comes from the superintendent of the BCA.

Drew Evans, superintendent, BCA, said the BCA played no role in the operation and knew nothing about it. “Mr. Holmseth – we were not asked to conduct a forensic examination of your computer,” Evans said in a 2013 email.

However, the Pine to Prairie Task Force commander, Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, had attached MDPS/BCA stickers to evidence seized from Holmseth.

Jill Oliveira, the public information officer for the MNDPS/BCA said, “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case”.

 

 

Galstad never carried through on requesting a second warrant for the BCA as he claimed he was going to do.

But – there was significant activity surrounding the computer.

Records from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office show Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland was asked to search Holmseth’s computer. “I looked through the computer and did not find anything that would show illegal activity on the computer,” Norland said.

EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund would eventually be asked for chain of custody records regarding Holmseth’s property. Hedlund admitted in a letter to Holmseth that no chain of custody documentation was kept.

Holmseth’s computer was ordered returned in April of 2013 but the police had rendered it inoperable – thus marooning all of Holmseth’s investigative files.

CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING – THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS

Evidence shows the police seized Holmseth’s computer because they were looking for the pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, which they believed had been sent to Holmseth. It was a gamble they lost that exposed their motive to cover-up an entire child sex trafficking operation.

The warrant signed by Judge Remick made no mention of child pornography, rather, created the appearance Holmseth was a drug dealer.

Information about the child porn was not included in the application for the warrant because Sgt. Schrage and Galstad did not want to reveal the identity of their source – because the source was the trafficker(s) that kidnapped, raped, and trafficked the little girl.

The conspirators were all connected to an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. Evidence shows members of the operation were in regular and secret back channel communications with Galstad and the EGFPD from 2009 through 2018.

MAKING A MURDERER

The plan was cynical and was intended to frame Holmseth for kidnapping, rape, production of child porn, and murder.

In 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, telephoned the EGFPD  and falsely reported that Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his home. Police, including Sgt. Schrage, went to Holmseth’s home to search for the child and then filed a report.

Sgt. Schrage and other EGFPD officers subsequently filed police reports based upon alleged anonymous calls to the police reporting a strong smell of marijuana coming from Holmseth’s apartment door, which generated police reports that made Holmseth appear to be involved with drugs.

During this same time window Holmseth was accused of allowing child sex abuse in his home. Records from Grand Forks County Social Services ultimately revealed that not only was there no abuse – Holmseth and his children received a 100% perfect score for no signs of abuse. The case was closed with the signatures of a nine person child protection team that includes CPS, psychologist, doctor, police, sheriff.

Building on the false police and CPS reports… in 2011, a person that had been identified by a legal assistant in Florida as possessing child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, petitioned a Broward County domestic violence  court for an Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence against Holmseth. ‘Repeat Violence’ is a Florida dating law that did not apply to Holmseth because he had no relationship with Petitioner and had not been to Florida.

However – Judge Michael Kaplan in Broward County, Florida granted the Order in Holmseth’s absence which made it illegal for Holmseth to publish information and select names regarding what he learned about the missing child and an international trafficking operation.

Wayanne Kruger, a child victims advocate that traveled from Arizona to assist the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, told Holmseth during recorded interviews she was working with the Florida law office that allegedly possessed the child porn.

Kruger, who was the client and protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, provided Holmseth names, dates, methods, and tactics of a vast child trafficking and baby sales operation that moved children through the U.S. Embassy in New York and across the border into Mexican and Central America.

The operation involved operatives that dressed as clergy and identified themselves and CIA and FBI.

Kruger has been featured in People magazine, Washington Times, and other publications for her relationship with Allred and Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Kruger told Holmseth HaLeigh Cummings had been raped and was “hemorrhaging”.

HOLMSETH ARRESTED IN 2018

In 2017, Holmseth located back-up files of his interviews with all the members of trafficking operation including an attorney from Florida, Kruger, and Church.

In July, 2017 Holmseth submitted the damning audio evidence of child sex trafficking he recovered, in support of a Motion To Vacate he filed with the Minnesota court in Polk County. Judge Yon classified the audio as “significant evidence” from Holmseth’s “investigations” and ruled in his favor.

 

On February 19, 2018 the police in East Grand Forks arrested Holmseth for violating the Florida court order after Holmseth allegedly published the court records on the Web using You Tube.

Galstad is the prosecutor.

The person named as possessing child porn of HaLeigh Cummings is the ‘victim’.

Holmseth is presently represented by public defender Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group.

Holmseth is also presently the plaintiff in a federal lawsuit he filed through his trial attorney Steven S. Biss in Virginia.

Attached is the federal complaint filed by my (other) attorney Steven S. Biss in Virginia, along with Attachment A, which is the 22 page FBI report I authored for the FBI in July, 2009 regarding key figures involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation.

I delivered a hard copy of the aforementioned to Attorney Ronald Galstad, as well as the East Grand Forks Police Department this morning.

This communication is in regards to my criminal case as well as HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL.

The attached FBI report is the document that mobilized the Florida FBI to search for photos (child porn) of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in 2009. It’s the FBI report that I told you about and explained how the East Grand Forks Police Department possessed a copy of it in 2009 – but never gave it to me when I made public records requests.

Why did they hide it from me? They were conspiring against me. I’ll show you…

Emails show Lt. Rod Hajicek was secretly talking to CNN Art Harris in private and discussing how I could be “stopped”. After hiding that FBI report and the fact I was helping the FBI, the EGFPD and Galstad then plotted with * * * * * * * * * * to fraudulently obtain a domestic violence protection order against me in Florida which they would then enforce in Minnesota. The protection order required I remove everything about * * * * * * * * * * from the Web and never discuss her again via “electronic communications”. I would have used that report in my defense of the bogus ‘Repeat Violence’ claims in Florida if it had been given to me. That is the order the EGFPD used to arrest me.

Attorney Biss told me the Florida court order was a gross violation of the First Amendment and should have never been enforced – he said he believes a Minnesota judge will eventually rule accordingly.

President Trump issued an Executive Order regarding human trafficking that is being diligently carried out by Attorney General Sessions. I wonder what the DOJ is going to think about this overt attempt by public officials to cover up child pornography and the sex trafficking operation that I uncovered?

I need your legal advice ASAP regarding the court order from Broward County, Florida that is being enforced against me by the East Grand Forks Police Department and their contract lawyer Ronald Galstad, Galstad, Jensen, & McCann.

As you know I was arrested on February 19, 2018 by the EGFPD. One of the conditions of my release from jail was to comply with any domestic abuse or harassment order that may exist.

Below is the language of the Broward County court order from 2011 that is presently in place against me and my publication that was used to arrest me in the middle of the night after I published a You Tube video about the Parkland School shooting and corruption in Broward County, Florida.

Please note the section I highlighted with bold and underline.

THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION.THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.

Can you please guide me:

1. Can I use the name of the aforementioned Petitioner from Broward County when I talk to you on the telephone, considering the telephone is electronic communications?
2. Can I text the name of the aforementioned Petitioner from Broward County if I text you, considering texting is electronic communications?

On May 4, 2018 I sent a letter to Honorable Paul T. Benshoof, the Chief Judge of the Ninth Minnesota District regarding judicial officers that may not be reporting evidence of child porn and fake adoptions by a fellow attorney as required by Rules of Judicial Conduct. Lt. Rodney Hajicek at the EGFPD telephoned me once and told me I could be arrested if I used the aforementioned Petitioner’s name in an email. Is that true? I have him on tape saying it.

Please advise me regarding the Constitutionality of the aforementioned and how we should govern our communications.

If you believe I can legally communicate with you via ‘electronic communications’ regarding the aforementioned Petitioner from Broward County please provide me a brief (if not extended) explanation supporting your legal opinion.

Letter to Chief District Judge may bring answers

On December 13, 2017, Honorable Tamara Yon, a judge in Polk County, Minnesota classified a series of audio recordings submitted to the court on CD’s as “evidence” in an Order.

The audio evidence is now public record.

The audio recordings capture a lawyer exploiting her status as an attorney while touting personal connections to police and CPS as she threatened and coerced a witness in a national profile kidnapping case into a situation that involved the young mother signing away the custody rights of her baby under threat of imprisonment.

The young mother targeted by the lawyer was not the lawyer’s client and was not asking the lawyer for advice or help.

The existence of the evidence, which also includes information about child pornography and fake adoptions, has created a very serious question. Have ANY of the judges, lawyers, or police that are documented as handling and/or using the evidence reported the content to the proper authorities?

It’s a critical question because Minnesota rules of judicial conduct have very defined codes regarding misconduct – and reporting the conduct of another attorney.

The following codes apply:

(B) A judge having knowledge that a lawyer has committed a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question regarding the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects shall inform the appropriate authority.

(a) A lawyer who knows that another lawyer has committed a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question as to that lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects, shall inform the appropriate professional authority. (b) A lawyer who knows that a judge has committed a violation of the applicable Code of Judicial Conduct that raises a substantial question as to the judge’s fitness for office shall inform the appropriate authority.

We may soon know.

Today, Timothy Charles Holmseth submitted a letter to Honorable Paul T. Benshoof, Chief Judge of Minnesota’s Ninth District that reads in part:

I am contacting Your Honor because:

1. I want to alert you to a situation that may involve widespread and systemic misconduct within the Ninth Minnesota Judicial District.

2. I need to know, for my own legal affairs, moving forward, if the misconduct has been reported.

The situation involves an ongoing cover-up by a group of judicial officers in the Ninth Minnesota District that are acutely aware that a lawyer has allegedly possessed child pornography of a missing child, facilitated fake adoptions, conducted international baby sales, and coerced/threatened a young mother who was a kidnapping witness into surrendering the custody rights of her baby in a bid to obtain a false statement.

I have no evidence at this time that any judge or lawyer has reported the misconduct to the appropriate authority as required by applicable rules.

I am referring primarily to:

PROFESSIONAL RULES – CODE OF JUDICIAL CONDCUT – Rule 2.15 – Responding to Judicial and Lawyer Misconduct

Whether a discriminatory act reflects adversely on a lawyer’s fitness as a lawyer shall be determined after consideration of all the circumstances, including: (1) the seriousness of the act, (2) whether the lawyer knew that the act was prohibited by statute or ordinance, (3) whether the act was part of a pattern of prohibited conduct, and (4) whether the act was committed in connection with the lawyer’s professional activities; or (i) refuse to honor a final and binding fee arbitration award after agreeing to arbitrate a fee dispute.

Man charged with child rape in Minnesota faces four new charges in North Dakota

Warrant issued for George Robert Lyons – the man that says he’s engaged to be married to Grand Forks prosecutor

George Robert Lyons, the man facing sexual assault charges for abusing a minor in Polk County, Minnesota, is now facing four new charges in North Dakota for felony Gross Sexual Imposition.

According to the Clerk of Court’s website, the charges were filed today and there is a warrant for Lyons’ arrest.

Lyons was arrested by the East Grand Forks Police Department on January 6, 2016, and charged with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault involving a child victim.

The George Lyons case has been extremely disturbing since the beginning.

According to the formal Complaint in the Polk County, Minnesota case, extremely disturbing allegations began to be made by children against George Robert Lyons as early as 2012.

Records show the Honorable Dennis Murphy issued an Order For Protection against George Lyons and found he had in fact sexually abused a child.

Yet – it took the East Grand Forks Police Department until January of 2016 to charge Lyons.

Upon his arrest in Minnesota, Lyons announced he was engaged to be married to Assistant Grand Forks State Attorney Jodi Bass – something the Grand Forks States Attorney Office has never commented on.

Today’s charges against Lyons come as astonishing details about the East Grand Forks Police Department’s involvement with a national profile kidnapping case and child porn trafficking ring becomes known.

Chief Hedlund,

In May, 2017 I filed a police report to the East Grand Forks Police Department with Officer R. Douglas. My report was in regards to a prior police report made to your Department by a person from out of state who alleged I once claimed to have a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

You are familiar with the aforementioned report because you walked into the police station and looked into my eyes when I was making the police report.

HaLeigh Cummings was five years-old when she was reported missing from her bed in Satsuma, Florida on February 10, 2009 and her whereabouts are still sought by the FBI.

There is a police report on record at the EGFPD that says on July 26, 2011, Tina Church, Mishawaka, Indiana, made a police report against me. Tina Church is the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

I have new evidence regarding the aforementioned crime I reported regarding the false police report made about the whereabouts of a missing child.

When I spoke with Officer Douglas, I reported that Tina Church, a licensed private investigator from Mishawaka, Indiana, telephoned me and told me she was impersonated on a July 26, 2011 police report to the EGFPD, wherein the caller stated I claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

I advised Officer Douglas that Tina Church told me she was impersonated by REDACTED REDACTED, Interlachen, Florida. Church further advised that Levi Page, Dover, Tennessee was on the call to the police as well. Church referred to the police report as “false” and said she has a recording of the false police report. I provided the officer a CD with three audio clips that proved what I was saying was true.

I have now located yet more recordings.

I have located a recording of a Web radio program held by Levi Page in May, 2011 wherein he brought on Tina Church and REDACTED REDACTED as guests. Tina Church states on the broadcast that she spoke with the East Grand Forks Police about me. That precedes the July 26, 2011 police report. 

I spoke with Wendy in records at your Department and she said there is no record of any other communications between Tina Church and the EGFPD other than the July 26, 2011 call. That means either Tina Church is lying, or officers from your Department were secretly discussing me with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

Regardless, other evidence I will discuss further on in this letter, shows that Lt. Rodney Hajicek was in fact secretly discussing me with operatives of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. and placed me under secret investigation for my journalism on the HaLeigh Cummings case.

I recently found a recorded telephone call placed to me by Tina Church and Levi Page. In this call, which appears to be dated August, 2011, Tina Church brings up the July 26, 2011 police report and ADMITS she MADE the police report. Additionally – Levi Page CONFIRMS, during the call, that Tina Church made the police report.

That means – recording I possess, show, in chronological order, that Tina Church has given multiple versions of a story about the false police report made to you police department regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

TINA CHURCH SAYS SHE MADE THE REPORT

May 15, 2011 – Tina Church stated on a radio broadcast that she called and talked to the East Grand Forks Police about Timothy Holmseth

August, 2011 – Tina Church telephoned Timothy Holmseth and admitted making the July 26, 2011 police report to the EGFPD and described what she said to the police officer etc.

August, 2011 – Levi Page provided confirming witness that Tina Church made the July 26, 2011 police report to the EGFPD

TINA CHURCH CHANGES HER STORY

October, 2016 – Tina Church telephoned Timothy Holmseth and denied making (or even knowing about) the July 26, 2011 police report – (she then asked Timothy Holmseth to remove a story he wrote and published about her corporation being reported to the FBI for transporting HaLeigh Cummings across state lines)

November, 2016 – Tina Church telephoned Timothy Holmseth and denied making the July 26, 2011 police report, but then also stated that she RECEIVED a call from the police and talked about Timothy Holmseth’s “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings

November, 2016 – In a final call, Tina Church denied making the July, 26 2011 police report and said she was impersonated by REDACTED REDACTED with Levi Page on another phone line – she states she has a recording of the  call – she then once again stated she never talked to the police at all

You are certainly familiar with Levi Page because on July 15, 2016 I filed a report to the EGFPD that Levi Page was publishing fictional sexual stories about my children, as well as ominous videos warning me to remove all my websites or face horrible consequences including the kidnapping of my unborn grandchild.

When Officer Douglas spoke with me in May, 2017, he asked me how I ever came into contact with Tina Church in the first place. I told Officer Douglas I was contacted by a woman from Florida named Chelsea Croslin.

Chelsea Croslin is the sister-in-law of Misty Croslin. Misty Croslin has been called “They Key” to the HaLeigh Cumming case by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. Misty is the alleged ‘babysitter’ that was supposedly with HaLeigh the night she was kidnapped. Misty is presently in prison in Florida for drug crimes.

Here is what I learned from Chelsea Croslin.

• Chelsea Croslin told me she was living in Massachusetts, when she was proactively contacted by REDACTED REDACTED, Florida. She said REDACTED REDACTED contacted her and offered to help her find her missing niece, HaLeigh Cummings. Chelsea Croslin accepted the offer for help.

• Chelsea Croslin told me REDACTED REDACTED advised her she would be receiving a call from Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana.

• Chelsea Croslin told me Tina Church called her and claimed to work many big cases including the “JonBenet Ramsey” case.

• Chelsea Croslin told me Tina Church conducted an interview with her to form a family profile etc.

• Chelsea Croslin said she believed Tina Church was her private investigator.

• Chelsea Croslin, her father-in-law, Hank Croslin, Florida, and Charles Lee, Florida, all told me Tina Church told them the FBI had found HaLeigh Cummings during a child porn raid in Louisville, Kentucky. I received calls from Florida news stations regarding that matter. Tina Church then told the Croslin family that HaLeigh’s DNA was found in the home of Danny Druck during a child porn bust.

• • Facts show Tina Church somehow knew in advance that the home of Danny Druck was going to be raided by the  FBI for child porn

• Chelsea Croslin told me she had a heated dispute with Tina Church after she found out Tina Church had been lying about being her private investigator, and said Tina Church was a “poser” that was harvesting information from her and giving it all to Levi Page.

• • Recordings left on Chelsea Croslin’s answering machine by Tina Church reveal Tina Church reminded Chelsea Croslin that if she wanted Tina Church’s help she was supposed to “shut the fuck up”

• Tina Church told me in the August, 2011 call that she once facilitated a three-way call with Chelsea Croslin and “law enforcement” officials in another State in advance of Chelsea Croslin wearing a “wire” into a Florida state prison to secretly record Misty Croslin.

• Tina Church said she (Tina Church) was once investigated by law enforcement in Texas, as well as the Mishawaka Police Department in Indiana, regarding her involvement in a scheme to smuggle cell phones into a Texas prison that involved an inmate that threatened to murder a Congressman.

On October 8, 2016 I received an ominous call from the telephone number of President Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago resort in Florida. The caller spoke using voice-changing software and threatened me. The caller listed names of people I was “forbidden” to talk about which included Tina Church and Levi Page. CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

You, and your police department, began criminally conspiring with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.  to violate my rights and cover up the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, beginning in approximately, June, 2009.

Despite the many public records requests I made to your Department, you never turned over the 56 pages of secret email communications exchanged between Lt. Rodney Hajicek (using his personal Gmail account) and Art Harris, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

The secret 56 pages included 22 pages of documents I prepared and delivered to the FBI regarding a staged crime scene and planted evidence by a self-proclaimed FBI/CIA agent named John Regan, Hastings, Florida.

John Regan dressed as a pastor and told witnesses he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI. He said the FBI “already had HaLeigh”. I obtained a background check on John Regan that revealed he is a convicted sex offender.

Minneapolis FBI Special Agent A.J. Eilerman and Major Gary Bowling, director of law enforcement, Putnam Count Sheriff’s Office, both told me I was correct about the staged crime scene. Agent Eilerman told me the people that did it wanted people to “stop looking” for HaLeigh.

Wayanne Kruger told me John Regan poses as a pastor, and works with a group, who using medical dossiers, traffics infants and small children through the United States Embassy, on flights, to be delivered to purchasers in Belgium.

In June of 2009, I had already identified the FBI/CIA operatives (or impersonators) that kidnapped HaLeigh Cummings and created child rape pornography of her.

At that very time, your police department began to secretly and ambitiously assist those very kidnappers, while collectively plotting to shut down my publication, terrorize my family, stop the sale of my book, destroy my reputation, and have me arrested.

The terrorizing and threats continues to this day.

It is my opinion that at this point, Mr. Hedlund, you are personally involved and invested in covering up crimes against children and rights violations, and you are not protected by immunity.

Is there a hidden hand guiding the movements of a man charged with rape in Northern Minnesota?

The oddities surrounding the George Lyons rape case gets stranger everyday.

George Lyons, the man charged with 1st degree sexual assault of a minor in Polk County, Minnesota, once worked at the University of North Dakota.

It’s only the latest revelation is the bizarre rape case.

Mystery surrounds the Lyons case because he publically claims to be engaged to Grand Forks State prosecutor Carmell Mattison who does not deny the claim.

Furthering the mystery is the fact there is no longer any record in the Polk County Court’s ‘Register of Actions’ regarding the criminal charges against Lyons.

However, the East Grand Forks Police Department confirmed to Write Into Action there is an “active investigation” regarding Lyons.

Write Into Action learned Lyons was charged in January, 2016 for sexually assaulting a girl. He was reported to UND and was terminated sometime thereafter.

Lyons recently obtained a job where I am employed. .

On Lyon’s first (and only) day of work he told several people he was engaged to the prosecutor that was prosecuting the Delvin Shaw murder trial (Carmell Mattison) in Grand Forks.

Lyons’ connection to UND and the local judicial community raises questions.

UND is plagued with internal crime that includes drug trafficking and child porn.

In February, 2017, UND police officer Paul Bradley Meagher was sentenced after pleading guilty to charges of child pornography following an investigation by the North Dakota BCI and the Department of Homeland Security. 

In July, 2016, Robert William Beattie, a former UND chairman of the Family and Community Medicine Department, was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for having 3,233 images and 100 videos of child porn.

Eric Hewitt Basile, 37, was charged with eight Class C felony counts of possession of certain materials prohibited in Grand Forks District Court on September 8, 2016 after a UND administration request for a computer search revealed multiple images of children between 1 and 3 years old being sexually assaulted.

Lyons’ association with UND along with his claims to be engaged to a Grand Forks State prosecutor appears extremely problematic.

UND / DANGEROUS PLACE

Higganbotham said he has been pulled over several times in the past few weeks. During one event, he said he was pulled over by UND police who proceeded to have his car searched by a GFPD K-9 unit. The K-9 located nothing but Higganbotham was arrested for an unpaid fine and put in jail. He said he told the police the fine was already paid.

After bailing out of jail, Higganbotham was told by court administration there was an error and he had actually paid the fine.

“I was kidnapped,” Higganbotham said.

Higganbotham said a Grand Forks Police Officer terrorized his mother who had arrived to pick up his automobile. Despite finding no evidence of any crime, the officer told his mother to sell the car and have nothing to do with it (or her son).

Higganbotham said while he was in the Grand Forks County Correction facility, staff member Hunter Nelson, the son of Grand Forks Police Chief Mark Nelson, asked Higganbotham if he works with “Timothy Holmseth”.

On the only day Lyons worked alongside Holmseth, he asked “can we drink anything at work”.

Both Higganbotham and Holmseth locked their car doors while Lyons was present.

Minutes taken during the Alcohol and Other Drug Committee meeting held in January, 2013, lists Lyons as a member and notes UND Police Chief Eric Plummer in attendance.

Court records in North Dakota show Lyons has criminal convictions of delivering methamphetamine and providing alcohol to minors.

The day before I received the video from the North Dakota Attorney General’s office, a vehicle attempted to ram me while I was working and ran me off the road. On another occasion a GFPD police vehicle sat outside my place of employment and waited for me to see it before driving away (captured on my dash-cam).
