Search for missing child linked to Minnesota child rape-porn cover-up turns up nothing

On Monday, March 6, 2017, the Nashville Police Department received a tip regarding the location of the body of missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The tip was passed to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, which executed a search but found nothing.

In 2009, Timothy Charles Holmseth, an investigative journalist from East Grand Forks, Minnesota interviewed law enforcement’s suspects in the kidnapping.

Holmseth obtained information regarding child rape pornography that had been created of the missing child. Shortly after receiving the information, Holmseth contacted Florida Governor Bill McCollum and turned over evidence that was acted upon by the Jacksonville FBI.

Holmseth was interviewed at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 at the behest of Jacksonville FBI – the FBI asked for select audios from his journalism interviews.

While it appeared the FBI was trying to locate HaLeigh – law enforcement in Polk County, Minnesota was deliberately obstructing that process.

Almost immediately after interviewing the suspects over the telephone in the spring of 2009, multiple players began contacting the police department in East Grand Forks. Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, telephoned Holmseth and told him he should not publish anything about the case.

Holmseth ignored Hajicek’s improper conduct and continued to report.

An email thread obtained through a public records request later revealed Hajicek had been secretly conspiring against Holmseth with CNN fakes news reporter Art Harris, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, via his private email account – trying to have Holmseth arrested.

Hajicek’s side of the conversation appears to have been cut out with a scissors.

Widseth, the Polk County Attorney, knew Hajicek was communicating with fake news CNN journalist Art Harris via his private email account.  Harris was working for the missing child’s mother’s legal team (i.e. child procurers for the elite) and appearing regularly on Nancy Grace.

EGFPD police reports and evidence show the EGFPD were also secretly communicating and conspiring with Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Indiana, to create the false appearance Holmseth was involved in the kidnapping. In 2011, Church telephoned the EGFPD and reported that Holmseth told her he had HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

In 2017, Church telephoned Holmseth and told him she was impersonated on the 2011 police report by a woman from Florida and, yet another CNN/HLN/Nancy Grace associate, Levi Page (Levi Page lives near Nashville, TN).

Church also said she was contacted by EGFPD off the record.

Holmseth has evidence the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping is linked to child procurers that obtain little kids for Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted pedophile that flies elite and politicians such as Bill and Hillary Clinton to ‘Pedophile Island’ to be raped.

In 2016, Holmseth began receiving threatening phone calls from persons talking into voice changers. The callers telephoned from numbers such as The Trump Organization, Clinton Global, CNN, and other numbers.

Holmseth has been threatened for years and told his grandchild would be taken if he did not remove all of his websites.

The HaLeigh Cummings case falls under federal jurisdiction because child pornography was created of the child.  Donald Knop, Florida, was an employee of a Florida law office in 2009 and told Holmseth during recorded interviews that he was handed the rape photos by a lawyer and suspect in the kidnapping.

Hajicek communicated regularly with several of the FBI suspects.

The FBI needs to investigate the EGFPD, Hajicek, and Widseth.

Ironically, shortly before the latest tip in the Cummings kidnapping Holmseth sent a video message to Widseth.

William ‘Cobra’ Staubs told Timothy Charles Holmseth during interviews that the extended family of HaLeigh Cummings has been “sneaking babies back and forth” for years.

HaLeigh Cummings and Lonzie Barton are cousins.

Staubs said he couldn’t give HaLeigh back to her mother, Crystal Sheffield, because she was a drug addict.

Staubs is the same person that was captured on tape talking to Florida DCF social worker Bonnie Warner about a disc she received in a parking lot that contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh that featured close-ups of her vagina. Warner admits to receiving the disc, which she says she could not show to her supervisor.

HaLeigh Cummings ‘pornography’ interviews submitted as supporting exhibits in Minnesota court hearing on August 18

Proof that somebody photographed the missing child HaLeigh Cummings naked is now part of the Minnesota District Court file.

Journalism interviews with individuals working with licensed individuals retained by Crystal Sheffield, the mother of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, have been submitted on a CD disc as evidence to the Minnesota District Court.

The individuals, including a Florida DCF social worker, Bonnie Warner, are heard discussing a DCF case that involved secret naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings that could not be shown to Warner’s supervisor at DCF or law enforcement.

No names are redacted in the court exhibit.

The HaLeigh Cummings case in Florida became intertwined with a Minnesota child custody file in 2009, after the same legal team that was attempting to change the custody status of HaLeigh Cummings through an underground DCF connection, began using the same illegal tactics against a Minnesota investigative journalist that had discovered HaLeigh was alive, being hidden, sexually assaulted, and photographed naked.

The following is an excerpt from a court 57 page filing made by Petitioner Timothy Charles Holmseth to the Minnesota District Court yesterday:

RESPONDENT (Rhonda W. Callahan) and her attorneys at Charlson & Jorgenson Law Office have been conspiring to violate state and federal law since 2009 wherein they have knowingly filed false child abuse and neglect allegations against PETITIONER, in advance of protecting a criminal enterprise.

The aforementioned criminal enterprise kidnapped a child, HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings, sexually assaulted her, photographed her naked, and distributed the pornography.

PETITIONER is a witness to the aforementioned federal child pornography and kidnapping crimes committed against HaLeigh Cummings, via journalistic interviews PETITIONER conducted with the criminals involved.

PETITIONER assisted the FBI with evidence in HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping beginning in 2009, and was interviewed by Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, Minneapolis FBI, in 2010. 

PETITIONER continued to obtain multiple forms of evidence after being interviewed by the FBI and continues to acquire new evidence.

RESPONDENT and her attorneys have stayed in step with PETITIONER’S journalism on the HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases, and have continued to assist the criminal enterprise through use of court motions against PETITIONER in the Minnesota Family Court.

Particularly, RESPONDENT falsely alleges safety issues were/are being created for the minor child, REDACTED, by claiming PETITIONER suffers from mental health problems.

The false claims and non-existent safety issues have been, and continue to be, published online, to support the illusion that PETITIONER is a mentally unstable pedophile derelict required to see his child under supervision.

The conspiratorial actions and wide gamut of crimes have been accomplished at various levels through RESPONDENT’S communications with REDACTED, Levi Page, Art Harris, Williams Staubs, and others.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS REGARDING CONSPIRACY

In 2009, PETITIONER began to conduct interviews regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping in Florida.

In 2009, after PETITIONER began conducting the aforementioned interviews, RESPONDENT, Charlson & Jorgenson, REDACTED, and others entered into a criminal conspiracy to use REDACTED as a Cause of Action to file un-warranted motions against PETIONER in the Minnesota Family Court.

Between 2009 and 2015 RESPONDENT and her attorneys have filed nearly non-stop court motions, CPS reports, and letters of concern, etc., regarding REDACTED, which are invariably directed at the mental health of PETITIONER.

Between 2009 and 2015 PETITIONER passed three psychological evaluation and parental capacity tests.

RESPONDENT’S Motions invariably mention PETITIONER’S journalism and specifically mention the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. RESPONDENT has repeatedly made references in formal court Motions and supporting Affidavits, to PETITIONER’S ‘delusional theories’ on the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

In June, 2015, PETITIONER was able to locate audio interviews from his HaLeigh Cummings / Caylee Anthony case files that revealed REDACTED possessed and distributed child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, which featured close-up images of the five year-olds recently sexually assaulted vagina.

PETITIONER turned the evidence into the Minneapolis FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

The interviews conducted by PETITIONER that incriminate REDACTED and members of the child sex trafficking underground she works with, began in 2009, at the EXACT SAME TIME that RESPONDENT and Charlson & Jorgenson Law Office began coordinating with REDACTED, William Staubs, Art Harris, and others to protect the kidnapping ring.

Satanic cult releases video about HaLeigh Cummings

The satanic cult of child sex traffickers that allegedly raped the missing child HaLeigh Cummings; filmed the sexual assault; and distributed the pornography, released a video yesterday warning witnesses to shut up.

The sick video targets an Affiant in HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORK ET AL named Susan Putnam Earman, Colonial Beach, Virginia.

The narrator said:

While the narrator of the video claims to represent the internationally renowned hacktavist group ‘Anonymous’ – it is believed to be a production of a satanic cult that has hijacked the name ‘Anonymous’ to engage in high-tech witness intimidation.

Additional documents published by the cult members featured specific evidence that was recently submitted to Richard T. Thornton, special agent in charge, Minneapolis FBI. The publishers extracted specific quotes regarding the sexual assault and pornography of missing child HaLeigh Cummings, which was recently transcribed from interviews conducted by journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth with witnesses.

The evidence submitted to the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement provides the very names of the traffickers.

The satanic cult engages in organized kidnappings, ritualistic pedophilia, and international child sex trade.

The video is in violation Minnesota State Statute 609.765 (Criminal Defamation) and 18 U.S. Code § 1512 (Tampering with a Witness, Victim, or Informant).

The crime has been reported to both state and federal law enforcement.

Parent’s of Misty Croslin call for investigation of child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings

Hank and Lisa Croslin, the parents of Misty Croslin, are requesting state and federal authorities launch an immediate investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding the child rape pornography taken of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

The Croslin’s are reaching out to the media because their daughter, Misty Croslin, has a court date scheduled for June 30 in Palatka, and the new evidence appears to exonerate their daughter, who was convicted of murdering HaLeigh in the public eye.

“They did all this crap to her because they thought she had something to do with HaLeigh,” Hank Croslin said.

Misty Croslin was only 18 years-old, and had no criminal record, when she was sentenced to 25 years in prison after she became tangled up in a drug sting that targeted her.

“That girl is not in prison because of drugs – she’s in prison because of HaLeigh,” said Harriet Sweat, a Croslin family friend that operates a Christian ministry in the Palatka area.

“If they got pictures of HaLeigh, come on now, how much more proof do you need,” Hank Croslin said.

Sweat said the Croslin family needs their daughter Misty at home where she can help her mother, Lisa Croslin, who is in line for a liver transplant.

Hank Croslin said his daughter has run into continuous road blocks as she has attempted to file appeals.

“She’s trying to take it back to court and get a reduced sentence. I really think the State’s Attorney had something to do with it – blocking them – and it’s made her miss her deadlines,” Hank Croslin said.

Staubs then discusses a secret underground apparatus within the legal community that is used to abduct children and cover it up.

(STAUBS) Well, what they doing is they know they was fucking setting this shit up, and now by God the State Attorney got throwed under the bus because apparently he had a meeting with REDACTED and they was talking about me, and my attorney finding out all kinds of shit – and then all of a sudden they got you ready to be thrown under the bus because they said oh no we met – we had –I forgot who they told me met you – gave you the thing (CD containing naked photos)– Bonnie Warner fully aware – did you get the thing I sent you last night? CHILD RAPE PORNOGRAPHY EVIDENCE

Evidence now in the hands of law enforcement contains statements by Donald Knop, a former employee of a South Florida law firm that said he was instructed to give a disc containing naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings to a Florida DCF worker named Bonnie Warner, during an exchange that took place in a gas station parking lot.

The exchange of the disc took place long after February 10, 2009 – the date HaLeigh was reported missing from her Satsuma home.

(HOLMSETH) Does it have anything to do with the photos of HaLeigh’s vagina that you have?

(KNOP) I don’t know. I don’t know that REDACTED knows I have that. But I’ve just, through working in corporate America, I’ve learned, I keep copies of everything that I’m asked to copy…

(HOLMSETH) I wonder if it has something to do with those photographs. What was the chain of possession on them? Who did you get them from? Of HaLeigh?

(KNOP) It was either REDACTED or Marie (Griffis). I think it was literally we were all in the room together – Jerri Greene, me, maybe Jeremiah (Regan) and, it was either Marie, or Crystal, they had to get them from somewhere. They got the pictures – they handed them to REDACTED – REDACTED looked at them – REDACTED handed them to me and REDACTED said get these on a disc for Peggy (Cone), eh, shit, Bonnie Warner.

(HOLMSETH) Did a copy get to Bonnie Warner?

(KNOP) I delivered it to Bonnie in a parking lot of a gas station.

(HOLMSETH) I remember you saying that. And the photos actually show HaLeigh’s vagina?

(KNOP) Yeah. It showed her in her various, eh, various poses of, of eh, undress.

(HOLMSETH) What were they intended to reveal? I mean was it intended to reveal sexual abuse?

(KNOP) I think that, well, if I remember correctly, when they asked, they thought it did, and they wanted to have documentable proof.

According to Warner, in a statement captured on tape during a telephone conference call between Staubs, Warner, and Holmseth, the photographs were not supposed to be shown to Warner’s supervisor at DCF.

(WARNER) It’s on a CD but those were the pictures they couldn’t send to my supervisor…

The photos were kept secret and never turned over to law enforcement or DCF officials.

Staubs also advised Warner that the disc contained pictures that had been Photoshopped to create the false appearance HaLeigh had posed lovingly with her mother, Crystal Sheffield.

(STAUBS) They photoshopped some of that shit with Crystal holding HaLeigh. Yeah, so it would make her look like she was mother of the fucking year. They trying to use the system – you know when people try to do that kind of stuff – I hope you got a supervisor that will sue the shit or get a warrant after their ass or whatever – they tried any bullshit – I swear to God Bonnie.

(WARNER) Yeah – it was late in the game and they had a bunch – I said well whatever you have just get it to me.

The photographs surfaced well over a month after HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing, indicating HaLeigh was alive after February 10, 2009.

The true facts and circumstances surrounding the porn shoot and apparent sexual assault of HaLeigh are extremely disturbing.

On March 11, 2009, Art Harris, a tabloid blogger that frequently appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, had been being paid $4,700 by Staubs to publish press releases for Crystal Sheffield’s legal team and then push the narrative on Nancy Grace.

Sworn affidavits filed with the Florida Bar Association show Art Harris was in fact working as a “media consultant” for Sheffield’s media team.

On March 11, 2009, Harris wrote: “In what could set a legal precedent for missing children, The Bald Truth has learned exclusively that the mother of five year old Haleigh Cummings aims to fight for legal custody of a daughter abducted a month ago from her father’s home while he was at work and his 17 year old girlfriend slept nearby.”

There was a plan to “set a legal precedent for missing children”.

Evidence now in the hands of law enforcement suggests HaLeigh Cummings may have been strategically raped, and then photos of her abused vagina were taken, and to be used in support of a change of custody action against the child’s father, Ronald Cummings, because the claim was the sexual assault took place while HaLeigh was under his care; or the result of his parental negligence.

In fact, the controlled setting scenario is not only a theory, but was told to Holmseth by Wayanne Kruger, Sheffield’s victim’s advocate.

In Holmseth’s e-book “In Re: HaLeigh Cummings (the unspeakable spoken)” it says:

Kruger told me William Staubs and Johnny Sheffield (HaLeigh’s maternal grandfather) were present at the trailer of Ronald Cummings. She said an argument was taking place between Johnny Sheffield and Ronald Cummings. She said HaLeigh was present. She said Johnny Sheffield wanted to take HaLeigh and keep custody of her.

Kruger said Johnny Sheffield loudly proclaimed to Staubs, ‘He’s letting people fuck my granddaughter!

Kruger told me that a photo session was conducted at the trailer of Ronald Cummings and pictures of HaLeigh Cummings were taken while she had no clothes on. Kruger said the event was arranged through HaLeigh’s paternal grandmother, Teresa Neves. I got the impression that Neves was being paid money for the naked pictures (child porn).

Kruger said Misty Croslin was present at the child porn shoot to help keep HaLeigh calm.

Kruger said the photo shoot was also attended by John and Jeremiah Regan. It was secretly recorded to obtain blackmail evidence against Teresa Neves and Ronald Cummings for their sexual exploitation of HaLeigh. Kruger said John Regan dresses up like a pastor and claims to be an undercover agent of the FBI – an “undercover pervert” that goes undercover as a pedophile to catch other pedophiles.

Staubs told Warner that solving this case could solve multiple other missing child cases.

Federal Judge Donavan Frank has been provided evidence of child rape pornography that police attempted to destroy on journalist’s hard-drive

Judge Donovan Frank has been provided evidence that child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings exists and is still in distribution.

The evidence, submitted to Judge Frank by Timothy Charles Holmseth, includes recent correspondences with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Richard T. Thornton, Minneapolis FBI.

The evidence shows that in 2009, members of the Florida legal community were secretly circulating child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, through a network that included a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner.

The evidence exposes an elaborate network of law enforcement officials that use their positions to abduct children in Florida.

The evidence indicates HaLeigh Cummings was sexually assaulted on a date after she was reported missing, and pictures were then taken of the child’s assaulted private parts to support a change of custody case against her father, Ronald Cummings.

The evidence shows members of the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force were in contact with several players from Florida, and conspired against Holmseth, because Holmseth, a journalist, had captured all the players on tape discussing the operation and pornography.

The operation involved a man named John Regan that dressed up like a pastor and told people he was undercover with the FBI and CIA. He told several witnesses he was an “undercover pervert” and “undercover pedophile” that goes undercover as a pedophile to catch other pedophiles.

Holmseth’s original Complaint details how Minnesota law enforcement and select attorneys conspired to seize and destroy his computer hard-drive, and according to Attorney Michael LaCoursiere, had a plan to put Holmseth in prison so he could not tell what happened to HaLeigh.

“Defendants Schrage, Hajicek, Galstad, and possibly others, have all been in communications with members of a child sex trafficking underground,” Holmseth stated in his filing to the federal court today.

Holmseth, plaintiff, HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL submitted the evidence as part of a request that Judge Frank allow him to amend his original complaint to include the pornography evidence.

Alethea M. Huyser, Minnesota Attorney General’s office, the attorney for Attorney Michael LaCoursiere, has filed an opposition to Holmseth’s request to add the child rape pornography evidence to the lawsuit.

“Plaintiff has never identified any additional facts or allegations involving State Defendant,” Huyser argued.

Holmseth’s submission to the Court today addresses Huyser’s objection, and provides irrefutable evidence that naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings were taken, and surfaced over a month after she was reported missing.

The evidence proves who commissioned and handled the photographs; and that evidence links those persons to the EGFPD, Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, and EGF City Attorney.

Wayanne Kruger, the author and advocate that represented Crystal Sheffield in 2009, told Holmseth she feared HaLeigh Cummings may have bled to death because she had been raped and was “hemorrhaging”.

Holmseth attempted to report the truth about the missing child to the EGFPD, Polk County Sheriff Barb Erdman, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, but was repeatedly ignored and subsequently arrested.

In July of 2014 Holmseth filed a Deprivation of Rights lawsuit in United States District Court to expose the organized criminal operation, which included a non-stop assault on his constitutional rights.

The East Grand Forks City Council has continued to use taxpayer money to fund the defense of the police officers and officials involved in the pedophilia operation.

Elected officials, law enforcements officers, and government department heads in Polk County Minnesota have been covering up a federal crime involving child rape pornography for five years.

The child pornography involves graphic imagery of the rape of a child under the age of six and is directly connected to the case of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, and murder of Caylee Anthony.

Officials in East Grand Forks, Minnesota have been funding a cover-up for the activities of their local police and department heads in HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is being represented by private counsel funded by taxpayers.  The Minnesota Attorney General’s Office has been defending a former public defender involved. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has been representing a federal defendant.

Plaintiff, Timothy Charles Holmseth, has acquired evidence that was not available to him at the time he filed the Deprivation of Rights lawsuit in July, 2014.

Timothy Holmseth has requested Richard T. Thornton, special agent in charge of the Minneapolis FBI, to investigate. Holmseth has also requested Honorable Donovan W. Frank allow evidence regarding the child rape pornography be submitted as evidence in the federal lawsuit.

The child rape pornography effectively solves the HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases.
