Second Minnesota police department enters kidnapping scandal linked to Clinton Global

Journalist’s publishing court records regarding an organized kidnapping and child pornography operation are being targeted at their homes by Minnesota police.

On April 11, 2018 a police officer from Inver Grove Heights Police Department visited the home of Sarah Westall, a business professor at the University of Minnesota that operates a journalism business.

Professor Westall said she was visited by an ‘Officer Sloan’ who asked her to remove source/reference audios she published regarding a video report she produced and posted on You Tube.

Officer Sloan was visiting Professor Westall at the behest of a court officer from Broward County, Florida that called the police to complain about the audios being published.

Professor Westall’s story pertained to Timothy Charles Holmseth, a journalist from East Grand Forks, Minnesota that was interviewed by the FBI in 2009 regarding evidence he obtained from key figures in a national profile kidnapping in Florida – a situation that found Holmseth targeted with death threats and voice changer calls.

One of the threatening calls came from Clinton Global on Holmseth’s Caller ID.

Professor Westall told the police officer that everything she published was public data from court records and she was not obligated to remove it.

Professor Westall said Sloan admitted she had not broken any law.

The Florida court officer that called the Inver Grove Heights Police on Professor Westall did the exact same thing in 2009 to Holmseth.

In 2009, Lt. Rodney Hajicek with the East Grand Forks Police Department telephoned Holmseth and suggested he stop publishing information about a Broward County, Florida court officer whom Holmseth interviewed regarding a national profile child kidnapping.

Hajicek made the ominous call to Holmseth as a favor to the court officer – admitting Holmseth had broken no law.

Holmseth’s communications with the court officer included Holmseth being copied on internal law office emails along with Rothstein, Rosenfeldt & Adler. The Florida law firm was headed by now infamous federal prisoner and Ponzi schemer Scott W. Rothstein who ran the largest Ponzi scheme in the history of Florida that involved victims of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein is infamous for his flight logs that show he flew elites such as Bill and Hillary Clinton to his private island known as ‘Pedophile Island’.

POLICE CONSPIRACY

In 2012, secret emails from the private Gmail account of Lt. Hajicek revealed that in 2009, Hajicek began conspiring against Holmseth with a CNN journalist named Art Harris after FBI agents in Florida began using information they received from Holmseth about a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.

In one email between Hajicek and Harris, Harris speaks of Holmseth to Hajicek and says, “He’s got to be stopped”.

BAR complaint records reveal Harris worked for the Florida court officer.

In 2009 during recorded interviews, a court officer from Broward County, Florida boasted to Holmseth she telephoned the Palatka Daily News and told the editor she wanted one of their news reporters “fucking fired”.

In 2017, Wikstrom Telephone Company, Karlstad, Minnesota contacted Holmseth and told him they could no longer host his website due to intimidating communications they were receiving.

HOLMSETH ARRESTED

On February 19, 2018 the EGFPD arrested Holmseth for allegedly publishing court records without redacting a certain name in violation of a court order from Broward County, Florida.

The court records Holmseth allegedly published included audio of eyewitnesses to child pornography, organized international child sex trafficking, and judicial kidnapping.

TRUMP (the President’s resorts and Trump Organization), CLINTON GLOBAL, STATE OF FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL PAM BONDI, FLORIDA GOVERNOR RICK SCOTT, CNN, REPUBLICAN PARTY, NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR CHRIS CHRISTIE, TEXAS EQUUSEARCH, warning him to remove his websites or very bad things will happen to HOLMSETH and his family including a threat to kidnap HOLMSETH’S grand child.

HOLMSETH learned that child rape pornography had been created of HaLeigh Cummings and was in the possession of REDACTED REDACTED LAW OFFICE P.A.

HOLMSETH learned REDACTED REDACTED LAW OFFICE P.A. gave a CD containing the child pornography to a Florida DCF social worker named BONNIE WARNER during an exchange in a parking lot after hours. HOLMSETH captured WARNER on audio admitting receipt of the CD and stating she never gave it to her supervisor.

HOLMSETH was told by WAYANNE KRUGER, who was the official advocate of CRYSTAL SHEFFIELD (the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, 5) that HaLeigh witnessed her father, RONALD CUMMINGS, murder a man in their trailer home shortly before she (HaLeigh) vanished. KRUGER said HaLeigh watched her father drag the man’s body into the woods.

HOLMSETH was told by WAYANNE KRUGER that during the time of the aforementioned murder, there was an argument that involved several adults. During the argument JOHN MARCUS SHEFFIELD who is HaLeigh’s maternal grandfather, yelled ‘he’s letting people fuck my grand daughter!”

REDACTED is conspiring against HOLMSETH because in 2011, REDACTED’S private investigator, WILLIAM E. STAUBS, through his attorney Doug Roberts, advised REDACTED that he purged his (STAUB’S) computer and file system off all files that REDACTED was seeking from STAUBS via a subpoena; and that he sent them to HOLMSETH.

The audio files HOLMSETH received from STAUBS contain audio recordings that contain voices that include REDACTED REDACTED, WILLIAM STAUBS, JEREMIAH REGAN, MATTHEW STAUBS, REDACTED REDACTED, and PAULA ANDREWS.

REDACTED REDACTED was engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with JEREMIAH REGAN, an unknown drifter that appeared from nowhere to become the co-administrator of a facility called the HaLeigh Bug Center which was set up by REDACTED REDACTED and her convicted felon (federal fraud) husband REDACTED REDACTED to obtain investigative tips and accept donations.

JEREMIAH REGAN and WILLIAM STAUBS laugh and giggle as WILLIAM STAUBS asks JEREMIAH REGAN ‘did you nut’ (ejaculate) (when he had sex with REDACTED REDACTED) and they break out in laughter when JEREMIAH REGAN indicates he ejaculated three times.

Honorable Frank,

I have discovered evidence of treason against the United States of America and I am writing to you because you are an officer of the United States Court.

I have submitted the evidence to Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI and she acknowledged receipt (see attached).

I am contacting a federal judge (you, Honorable Frank) because I have been targeted due to the fact I have discovered a “shadow government” that has targeted me, and I have no financial resources to obtain an attorney to address the violations of my Constitutional rights. There is no possible way I have the ability or legal know-how to file such a lawsuit and navigate the process properly.

The aforementioned “shadow government” has actually targeted ‘America’ and is actively terrorizing every single citizen through organized kidnappings, rape, torture, ritual killings, mass shootings, etc.

Attached you will find a 2,488 word Manifesto authored by Rev. Bob Enyart, Denver Bible Church, Colorado.

Robert Enyart came under investigation by the FBI after they (FBI) were contacted by Planned Parenthood in the fall of 2015 regarding concerns about Enyart’s church. The Denver FBI then contacted Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, and asked to interview her regarding things she witnessed at Denver Bible Church (she and her husband Curtis are former members).

I began interviewing and journalistically covering the horrendous plight of Curtis and Danielle Kekoa in the summer of 2015. I subsequently began chronicling the events surrounding the Kekoa’s at my publication http://www.writeintoaction.com (see attached).

The FBI interviewed Danielle Kekoa on November 24, 2015. During the interview (I have a copy of the entire interview) Agent Milka told Danielle Kekoa the FBI was seeking to avert possible violence and didn’t want another “Dr. Tiller” (murder of an abortion doctor) on their hands. Danielle Kekoa warned Agent Milka to “expect it” because Enyart had been exposed.

Only three days later, on November 27, 2015, Robert Lewis Dear went to the Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs and shot and killed several people including a police officer.

The FBI knew in advance a shooting was going to occur – that it was going to occur at Planned Parenthood – that it would be in Colorado – and they knew who was going to be behind it – that person was Rev. Bob Enyart.

I possess facts and evidence to support the assertion that members of Bob Enyart’s “shadow government” has targeted me and my family since approximately 2009.

Below are paragraphs I extracted from Enyart’s Manifesto and operating guide that demonstrates he is in violation of Unites State Code and has already committed treason against Our Country.

I would direct Your Honor’s specific attention to the fact he is already operating a parallel government that involves “your ability to weigh the evidence against the accused and to decide the right charge, verdict, and sentence”.

I believe that I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, have already been tried and found guilty and sentenced by the illegal “Shadow Government” Online Court because I obtained evidence that the “Shadow Government” members located in the State of Florida (and other States involving various crimes) were trafficking child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Likewise, the same illegal trial and sentencing was held for the Kekoa family after they realized Enyart was a satanic cult leader that was murdering and/or ordering the kidnapping and murders of people (including children) at an unimaginable scale.

The reason I am making this request is because I do not know how to file an Original Complaint, properly. Enyart claims in his Manifesto that his shadow government will be set up in 100 cities across the United States. I am not a lawyer and do not know how to address this many jurisdictions.

Further, this is an issue of national security that has been going on since at least the 1990’s. It is in the best interest of all 50 States for the U.S. Court to adapt this matter promptly.

Winston C. Mathis, Mathis Law Firm, Arkadelphia, Arkansas, has confirmed he contacted Timothy Charles Holmseth shortly after Holmseth published a story regarding Clinton Global and ongoing efforts by operatives to implicate Donald J. Trump.

“Yes, that was me, I was writing from my personal email address. I just wanted to see the attachments to your complaint because they were not on your website. I had thought I would try the Pacer document system next. I had asked for the exhibits to your complaint so I could get a better picture of what you were using to support your allegations. Mainly for my education as I have been layed up from a recent surgery,” Mathis said.

On October 11, 2016 Mathis emailed Holmseth and stated an interest in a RICO complaint filed by Holmseth and requested documents.

On October 14, Holmseth responded to Mathis and said, “Do you represent; or plan to represent; a client related to this matter?”

Mathis has not responded.

Minnesota Publisher contacted by Arkansas lawyer after publishing Clinton Global story

Timothy Charles Holmseth, publisher, Write Into Action, was contacted Tuesday by an attorney named Winston C. Mathis after publishing a story regarding Clinton Global and ongoing efforts by operatives to implicate Donald J. Trump.

Holmseth has no prior relationship with Mathis.

The story, ‘Clinton Global implicated by child sex operatives targeting Donald J. Trump’ reveals there is an intelligence operation targeting both Holmseth and Trump.

Mathis requested legal documents from Holmseth.

“I have practiced law for 20 years and have had the misfortune of filing a civil RICO complaint. At the time, my research showed that a great number of impediments had been placed in their way,” Mathis said.

Holmseth has reached out to Attorney Winston Clint Mathis, Arkadelphia, Arkansas regarding the matter.

Holmseth is seeking to determine if the communication was made by Attorney Mathis.

Clinton Global implicated by child sex operatives targeting Donald J. Trump

Clinton Global has been implicated by black operatives that are targeting a Minnesota journalist while using the name and contact information of Donald J. Trump.

Evidence shows Director James Comey’s FBI has been running cover for the operation.

Sex predators claiming association with Clinton Global and Turner Communications (CNN) are using voice changing software to relentlessly telephone investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, Minnesota (see photos below).

The black operation against Holmseth, which is well documented at local police departments in Minnesota and North Dakota, began in 2009 after Holmseth conducted interviews with individuals involved in a child kidnapping in Florida. In 2010 the Minneapolis FBI contacted Holmseth and asked for segments of recorded interviews he conducted with members of a child sex ring suspected of kidnapping and photographing HaLeigh Cummings. 5.

 

Holmseth turned over audio recordings to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi that captured a Florida DCF child protection social worker talking to a mercenary child-trafficker and admitting she handled a CD that contained close-up photos of the five year-old missing child’s private area – the CD was never turned over to law enforcement.

The sex operation involved a fake pastor and pedophile named John Regan who interjected himself into the missing child case and told multiple witnesses he was an agent with both the FBI and CIA. Wayanne Kruger, an associate of Regan, told Holmseth during a recorded interview that members of the Florida government and legal community were selling babies to purchasers in Europe and provided details of how infants were being moved through the United States Embassy.

Holmseth also possessed information pertaining to slain toddler Caylee Anthony, which was directly related to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Holmseth and his children have been relentlessly stalked and threatened since 2009; warned to remove his publication from the Web.

In 2016 the operatives began to use Donald Trump’s telephone numbers.

In September, 2016, Holmseth acquired a written confession authored by a child serial killer that boasted of murdering JonBenet Ramsey in 1996. The confession was published briefly on the Barnes & Noble website before being removed. Holmseth submitted a copy of the confession to Boulder Police Department and Denver FBI.

On September 26, 2016, Holmseth sent a copy of the confession entitled ‘Two Is Too Young To Die’ to Donald Trump’s attorney, Michael D. Cohen.

The operatives telephoned Holmseth and warned him to remove information he published about JonBenet Ramsey.

On October 1, 2016, an operative contacted Holmseth with links the sender claimed would lead to photographs of children being murdered.

Holmseth continues to receive threatening calls from telephone numbers intended to implicate Donald J. Trump.
