East Grand Forks police chief breaks seven year silence on missing child case

East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund has publically spoken the name of a missing child from Florida for the first time since his embattled Department became involved in the kidnapping case seven years ago.

“The disappearance of any child is tragic and this case is no less so,” Hedlund said.

He continued.

“This case did not occur in East Grand Forks and thus it is not within our jurisdiction to actively investigate any possible crimes that may have been committed in this case.  At this time there is nothing to indicate that Miss Cummings has ever been in East Grand Forks nor do we have any information believing that anyone connected to this case is, or has been in East Grand Forks, and thus we do not have any investigations regarding this matter,” Hedlund said.

But there’s a problem.

Hedlund broke his silence only after he learned that in October, 2016, a private investigator from Indiana that filed a police report to the EGFPD in 2011 regarding the whereabouts of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, now claims she didn’t make the report and says she was impersonated by a Florida woman.

The bizarre statement and allegations of a false police report regarding the missing person is, in and of itself, a crime pertaining to HaLeigh Cummings.

On July 26, 2011, Tina Church, private investigator, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., telephoned the police in East Grand Forks to report that a local journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth, told her he had HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

During a telephone call to Holmseth on October 4, 2016, Church claimed she did not make the police report and insists she was impersonated. She also implied that she engaged in telephone conversations with EGFPD officers about Holmseth that were not recorded or documented.

Church telephoned Holmseth on October 4, 2016, angry about an article he published in February, 2016 entitled “HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI”.

The article reveals that in 2009, Tina Church may have been using the alias of “Christine Church” and was filmed by Wayanne Kruger in the company of the missing child’s mother and grandmother. Kruger told Holmseth that HaLeigh Cummings’ maternal grandmother, Marie Griffis, was highly anticipating the arrival of a group that was coming from out of state. Kruger said she was then introduced to “Christine Church”.

The following is an excerpt from the conversation.

CHURCH: As an investigative journalist as you claim to be shouldn’t you check out your facts, like, call me and say ‘Tina, have you ever been to Florida?’ HOLMSETH: You mean the Tina Church that called the police department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. I’m supposed to call you on the phone? You are the most un-credulous person I have probably ever talked to. CHURCH: That you had HaLeigh Cummings in your… [giggle] who in the hell ever told you that? HOLMSETH: The police report that I’m looking at right now that you filed with the East Grand Forks Police Department. CHURCH: Were they talking to me? HOLMSETH: You called them. CHURCH: I did or someone purporting to be me?

Holmseth contacted Hedlund on November 20, 2016 to arrange for a time to meet and turn over evidence of Tina Church’s multiple statements regarding the false police report.

Hedlund did not immediately respond.

Hedlund finally issued his statement two days later after Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth was briefed on the development and advised of Holmseth’s request to meet with police to turn over recordings of Tina Church.

The bizarre claim by the Indiana investigator is believed by many to be a huge development in the unsolved kidnapping.

However, the new revelations have placed a sharp focus on the EGFPD and Hedlund’s handling of the case since it began in 2009.

The EGFPD first became involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case in June, 2009 when Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek began logging out-of-state complaints being made against Holmseth.

Holmseth, a former award winning news reporter was conducting interviews about the Florida kidnapping.

Lt. Hajicek proactively telephoned Holmseth in June, 2009 and advised him to stop writing about certain people connected to the case.

At the same time Hajicek was pressuring Holmseth to drop his story; the FBI was acting on critical information they received from Holmseth regarding photographs of the missing child that were in the possession of the very same people Hajicek was trying to help.

The photographs the FBI was seeking were on a disc that contained rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The photographs, according to Donald Knop, an eyewitness employed by a South Florida law firm, featured close-up shots of the five year-old’s raped private parts.

Knop told Holmseth he was directed by a lawyer to make copies of the photos and turn them over to a Florida DCF social worker, after hours, in a gas station parking lot.

Holmseth captured the DCF social worker, Bonnie Warner, on recording, talking to a private investigator named William (Cobra) Staubs about the disc, during a telephone call on her home telephone at night. Warner admits to receiving the disc but said she could not show it to her supervisor.

Public records requests would later reveal Lt. Hajicek was using his private Google email account to communicate with the FBI’s sex trafficking suspects.

Hajicek’s emails and communications were purged from the EGFPD files, but later surfaced in a public records request to the Polk County Attorney’s Office. The private emails show Hajicek was conspiring with Nancy Grace’s tabloid reporter, Art Harris, against Holmseth. Hajicek’s side of the conversation was cut out of the email thread.

Duplicate copies of official police reports regarding the kidnapping case reveal Hajicek’s name, and select narratives regarding his communications with the FBI’s suspects, had been removed from reports – along with audio recordings of telephone calls recorded by EGFPD duty officers.

Hajicek’s secret communications with child pornographers and sex traffickers may explain why Hedlund turned a blind eye to the missing child case for seven years.

But the latest development regarding Tina Church’s claims of impersonation has created a tsunami of questions that many believe Hedlund will need to answer, because Tina Church is directly connected to Hajicek’s secret CNN contact, Art Harris.

And…

In addition to claims she was impersonated, Tina Church now also claims she had absolutely no connection to the HaLeigh Cummings case whatsoever.

Her claim is beyond absurd.

Harris interviewed Tina Church for an article and You Tube report he filed on May 24, 2011 entitled “HaLeigh Cummings Update”.

The article was intended to explain away Tina Church’s communications with HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case witnesses Hank and Chelsea Croslin and her (Tina Church’s) foreknowledge of a federal child porn raid in Kentucky before it ever happened.

On April 11, 2011 WDRB reported “Mystery surrounds FBI raid of Okolona home”.

Hank and Chelsea Croslin, the father and sister-in-law of Misty Croslin, the girl Florida law enforcement calls the “key” to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, both contacted Holmseth before the Kentucky pornography raid at the home of Danny Druck ever even made the news.

The Croslin’s said they were not supposed to tell anybody about it until it made the news. They said they learned about it from their “private investigator” 
that was helping them look for HaLeigh named “Tina Church”.

Hank and Chelsea Croslin both told Holmseth that “Tina Church” told them HaLeigh had been found alive in Kentucky.

Harris’ article was intended to water down Tina Church’s inexplicable foreknowledge of a raid on a child porn ring.

A private investigator Chelsea claimed was working for her, but who denied any professional ties told us she had reached out to out of state police on her behalf, and relayed that Cheshea was willing to participate in an undercover Misty prison sting for Haleigh information, if Florida investigators requested it, and outstanding arrest warrants for her in Virginiai were dropped. According to Tina Church, a private investigator who told us she’d volunteered briefly to help Chelsea get to the bottom of her legal troubles. said Chelsea never followed up. Fresh to the case, she told us she also offered to check rumors Haleigh had been spotted alive in Kentucky along with the credibility of purported photos of Haleigh strangers sent Misty in prison–that our FBI sources debunked and we exposed as a hoax. There was a good reason the FBI wanted to interview Holmseth.

Holmseth learned that a pastor named John Regan told searhers he was an FBI and CIA agent working as an “undercover pedophile”. Holmseth was told by Kruger that Regan told her the FBI already had HaLeigh in their possession but wanted to keep it quiet.

Holmseth turned over an entire recorded statement from Kruger describing an international baby sales operation that involved John Regan and multiple other figures in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case.

On November 19, 2016 Holmseth reported on Write Into Action bombshell information he learned from Kruger the day before.

1. Ronald Cummings, the father of missing child HaLeigh Cummings, took his daughter HaLeigh to a sex club where the doors were closed and nobody was allowed in our out until late morning.

2. Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, possessed photos of the little girl being held down (by someone’s hands), undressed, and screaming.

3. Nearly every member of the legal team working for HaLeigh’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, was involved and snorting cocaine.

4. John Regan, the fake pastor that identified himself as FBI and CIA to multiple witnesses took Wayanne Kruger to a sex only club where there were children and drugs.

Why did Hedlund’s Department attempt to stop the truth from coming out?

Hedlund’s statement of compassion for all missing children now finds the police chief facing an unflattering analogy between his department’s handling of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation; when compared to other cases such as Jacob Wetterling.

Here’s the question.

How would any other police chief – from any other police department – have handled the exact same set of circumstances if the name of the missing child in the false police report had been ‘Jacob Wetterling’ or some other child?

This is what it would have looked like.

Bombshell claims from an Indiana private investigation firm regarding a police report made about the whereabouts of a Florida child kidnapped from her bed in 2009 reveal employees of CNN, HLN, and Nancy Grace have been connected to the child sex trade and child porn rings for years.

The PI’s astonishing claims also create serious questions about a police department in Minnesota and their relationship with the CNN child sex ring.

Tina Church, 62, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Mishawka, Indiana, telephoned Timothy Charles Holmseth (Write Into Action) in October, 2016 regarding an article he published entitled ‘HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. reported to FBI’.

The article revealed Wayanne Kruger, the author and victim’s advocate that traveled to Florida to live with the missing child’s mother in 2009, believed she may have met Tina Church who was traveling with a group and going by the name “Christine Church” shortly after the kidnapping.

Tina Church’s name first publically surfaced in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation when case witnesses Hank Croslin and Chelsea Croslin telephoned Holmseth and said Tina Church told them HaLeigh had been located in Louisville, Kentucky as result of a child porn raid. What was most amazing about the Croslin’s account was they knew about the child porn raid (which they learned of from Tina Church) before it happened. Federal prosecutors said the evidence they seized from Danny Druck’s home contained more than 20,000 images of minors having sexual contact, including images of infants and toddlers.

For some reason, Tina Church believed HaLeigh Cummings was connected to Druck’s home and was able to talk about a child porn raid at that residence before it happened. .

The conversation between Holmseth and Tina Church on October 4, 2016 became contentious when Holmseth confronted her about a false police report she filed to the East Grand Forks Police Department in 2011 that records Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his Minnesota home.

Tina Church told Holmseth the name of the person she claimed impersonated her.

The trail to CNN through Tina Church begins with that false police report made in 2011.

On July 26, 2011 the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) received a report from “Tina Church” that the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, missing since February of 2009, might be at the home of a local journalist named Timothy Charles Holmseth.

EGF police dispatched officers to Holmseth’s home to investigate Tina Church’s claim but found him with only his two children.

Five years after making that police report – Tina Church now claims somebody impersonated her and vehemently insists she had no connection whatsoever to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation. However, audio message left on the answering machine of Chelsea Croslin reveal Tina Church called her very angry and threatened her – telling her she is ‘messing with the big dogs now’.

On October 20, 2016 Tina Church attempted to intimidate Holmseth.

CHURCH: Lood dude. You don’t know who my son is and I’m not going to tell you.

HOLMSETH: You’re always talking about your son.

CHURCH: Oh okay, alright.

HOLMSETH: The Department of Justice all this and that.

CHURCH: Oh no, no, not, no, no it’s a little better than that.

HOLMSETH: Am I supposed to be scared?

CHURCH: Uhhhh {laughing] let’s just say the FBI tried to recruit him and he turned them down.

HOLMSETH: Yeah that’s believable.

CHURCH: Huh

HOLMSETH: Sure

CHURCH: He would have taken a drastic cut in pay.

Tina Church omce telephoned Holmseth with a former death row inmate named Ernest Willis on the line in effort of scaring Holmseth.

On November 20, 2016 Holmseth contacted EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund to request a meeting regarding Church’s claim about the police report.

“I would like to arrange for a time to file a formal police report and Complaint with the EGFPD regarding Tina Church’s statement about who made police reports to the EGFPD regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. I will submit as evidence a photo of the telephone receiver and audio of Tina Church giving two different stories about the police report – NEITHER matching the actual police report,” Holmseth said.

Evidence proves Church is lying about the police report, and is closely associated with CNN employees that are deeply embedded into a kidnapping operation. Police records show other CNN operatives made similar false police reports against Holmseth to the same police department.

Holmseth, an investigative journalist, has been the target of false police reports and death threats since 2009 because of information he acquired during recorded interviews he conducted with law enforcement’s suspects in the kidnapping. In 2009, Holmseth began assisting the FBI and was interviewed by agents in 2010. He provided agents information that could lead to photographs of the missing child including child rape pornography and close-ups of the little girls damaged private parts.

The photographs Holmseth learned about from eyewitnesses were the same type of photos found in Danny Druck child porn raid, which Tina Church knew about in advance.

Tina Church’s new claim of being impersonated in a phone call to police creates more evidence against her than she could possibly explain away.

Audio recordings of the 2011 telephone call Tina Church made to Holmseth, only minutes before she filed the false police report about the missing child, not only prove she was lying in her claim about Holmseth; but proves the false police report was planned in advance. Audio of the telephone call reveals Church and a CNN/HLN panelist named Levi Page, who was on a conference line, strategically planned to stage an event over the telephone to create a paper trail record against Holmseth.

Page is an extremely disturbed person.

In 2015, the EGFPD investigated a report filed by Holmseth that Page authored and published sexually explicit stories about Holmseth’s children – including a minor. The stories were accompanied by You Tube threat videos that warned Holmseth to remove all his websites from the internet or more stories would be published about his children.

The police investigation led to proof that in 2010, Page published a bio on the Web claiming to be a 34 year-old criminal investigator working missing children cases, when in fact, according to his college records at Austin Peay State University in Tennessee, he was only 20 years old when he created the bio and had no professional background whatsoever.

The 20 year-old nobody was eyeballs deep in child sex cases and working with CNN/HLN Nancy Grace, Jane Valez Mitchell, and Art Harris.

Levi, 34, says his eponymous show wouldn’t be what it is today without criminal profiler Pat Brown —also a BlogTalkRadio host—who helps get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show. Former CNN reporter Art Harris, now freelance journalist, also assists in providing updates and details on cases.

It can be reasonably speculated that Page believes he can “get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show” because he is in fact one of them.

Page telephoned Holmseth several times to threaten him and sounded like an escaped mental patient (listen to audios below). During the first audio Tina Church can be heard laughing at the end of the call saying “Levi just ripped his ass”.

Many question what a 62 year-old woman is doing being involved with obscene phone calls made by a 20 year-old law enforcement impersonator that is obsessed with sexually abused missing children.

Church’s new claim that she was impersonated has placed a white hot spotlight on the files of the EGFPD and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. Records show there was an explosion of communications between law enforcement officers and agents of CNN immediately after Holmseth interviewed the kidnapping suspects in the spring of 2009.

Records show that in June, 2009, Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, began documenting out of state complaints made against Holmseth. Hajicek noted the complaints were civil in nature and no criminal charges were in order.

But that’s not what Hajicek was doing in private email.

Email communications between Hajicek and Harris were purged by Hajicek from the EGFPD police files. However, the emails later surfaced during a public records request by Holmseth from Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. Interestingly, Hajicek cut out his side of the conversation before sending the emails to Attorney Widseth. 

The email thread shows Harris and Hajicek had been writing each other and discussing how they might possibly have Holmseth arrested. Harris wrote Hajicek and was fuming that FBI agents had just visited the office of Donna Wagoner, Xentel, Inc., in Florida regarding photographs of the missing child.

Harris is directly connected to Tina Church.

On May 4, 2011 Harris published an article regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping that includes an interview with Tina Church.

Harris then attempts to discredit Holmseth.

“Both Cobra and the team had been snorting coke with someone who took them to the “rage.” John Regan took me to a sex only club and drugs. They locked the doors by 9 pm with children. Crystal was previously seen at these parties. They could not leave until late morning. Sober. I did not know my way there and back because John (Regan) had driven me in circles.  Misty (Croslin) was there once with Ronald and HaLeigh but demanded to leave after she saw the young kids,” Kruger said.

Kruger said she wants answers.

“[HaLeigh may be] used as a “cast away slave”. Like POWS. Chained up. Given low doses of drugs to be dependent and by now telling the new kids not to make waves or they will never see their family again. I still think she is alive. They probably won’t kill her until she is no longer valuable,” Kruger said.

Timothy Holmseth also obtained a copy of a written confession from the killer of JonBenet Ramsey that was briefly published on Barnes Noble. Holmseth turned the confession entitled “Two is Too Young To Die” over to the Denver FBI, Boulder Police Department, and Donald J. Trump.

JOHN REGAN – THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE and BABY SALES – WASHINGTON D.C.

HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was reported missing on February 10, 2009 from her father’s trailer home in Satsuma, Florida.

An Amber Alert was issued and HaLeigh was never located.

The kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings occurred 75 miles north of Orlando, Florida and was carried out by a group of child traffickers that were involved in the murder of two year-old Caylee Anthony.

The search for HaLeigh Cummings involved a strange man dressed as a pastor named John Regan that identified himself as an FBI agent and CIA agent to multiple witnesses.

John Regan told Wayanne Kruger, an author and advocate from California that was staying with Crystal Sheffield (HaLeigh’s mother), he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI. He also told Kruger the FBI already had HaLeigh in their possession but wanted to keep it quiet. Kruger said John Regan told her he reports to “Washington”.

Background records obtained by Write Into Action show John Regan was convicted of a felony sex offense.

John Regan told Donald Knop, a staffer on Sheffield’s legal team, he was with the “CIA”. According to Richard Grund, case witness in the Casey Anthony murder trial (and admitted Satan worshipper), John Regan boasted to him that he used a fake badge to fool security in the Jacksonville airport.

Kruger told Holmseth she attempted to report the information John Regan told her about HaLeigh to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office but was prevented by John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan. Kruger said after she attempted to contact law enforcement the Regans and a private investigator named William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra) threatened her with a gun and tried to kill her with poison in a Palatka, Florida motel room.

Holmseth later learned from Kruger she knew first-hand that John Regan is a pedophile that rapes little boys and is involved in a child sales operation being staged out of Florida. The procurement of babies involves Florida Department of Children and Families and the name of an attorney involved.

Kruger said she can place John Regan and Staubs traveling together from state to state because the two were pulled over by a state trooper of which there is a record. Kruger said they were on their way to one of the houses used to hold the children (possibly in Virginia).

Kruger said John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, were seen going into the home of HaLeigh Cummings with a camera shortly before the little girl vanished.

Holmseth provided the FBI the entire child trafficking blueprint (actual recording of Wayanne Kruger explaining the operation and naming the participants) provided by Kruger of how the babies and small children were kidnapped and moved through the U.S. Embassy with fake documents.

During the interview Kruger mentioned children in Belgium and Russia.

During recorded telephonic interviews, Timothy Holmseth obtained evidence from multiple operatives in the kidnapping and child porn operation. Holmseth ultimately captured the operatives, including a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner, on recording, discussing child rape pornography photos of HaLeigh Cummings that were being passed around by the missing child’s mother’s legal team including John Regan’s son, Jeremiah Regan.

In June of 2009, multiple members of HaLeigh Cummings’ mother’s legal team telephoned the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Police records show the callers spoke with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD. Despite Hajicek’s written incident report that states Holmseth was committing no crimes, Hajicek telephoned Holmseth and suggested he stop writing about Donna Wagoner, Xentel, Inc., Florida.

Holmseth had come across Wagoner and the company Xentel through photos of the missing child that been emailed to him by a web developer working for Crystal Sheffield’s legal team that showed the thread began with Wagoner.

Police records would later show the operatives that contacted Lt. Hajicek were associates of CNN and included Nancy Grace’s reporter Art Harris, who stayed in contact with Hajicek as they discussed how Holmseth could be stopped.

Records show Hajicek approached Polk County (Minnesota) Attorney Greg Widseth and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad about possibly finding something to stop Holmseth.

In 2012 Hajicek and his rogue officers fabricated probable cause to seize Holmseth’s computer and then attempted to destroy Holmseth’s evidence by ruining the hard-drive before returning it (Holmseth had back-ups).

There was a specific reason Holmseth was being targeted.

In the summer of 2009 Holmseth turned over actionable evidence about photos of HaLeigh Cummings to the FBI, which resulted in FBI agents in Florida visiting Donna Wagoner at Xentel, Inc, Florida.

Following the FBI visit to Wagoner, Art Harris, CNN/HLN/Nancy Grace, contacted Hajiek about Holmseth and was irate Holmseth was assisting the FBI.

JACKSONVILLE FBI

The Jacksonville FBI requested the Minneapolis FBI personally interview Timothy Holmseth.

In February, 2010, FBI agent A.J. Eilerman interviewed Timothy Holmseth at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Eilermann requested Holmseth turn over recordings he made of various players in the case.

Holmseth and Eilerman discussed a private search for HaLeigh Cummings that was conducted on March 22, 2009.

On March 22, 2009, John Regan (the undercover pedophile) was involved in a search for HaLeigh Cummings with Private Investigator William (Cobra the Bounty Hunter) Staubs at a remote location near San Mateo, Florida. The search was staged with fake evidence being planted in advance that included HaLeigh’s toys, bloody glove, suit case, map, nebulizer fluid, male sock, and car keys.

Judy Lucia, a local resident that had been asked to bring her dog to the search said John Regan told her he was an FBI agent. Lucia said that as the items of ‘evidence’ were located, John Regan would ‘clear’ them for removal.

Eilerman told Holmseth that the search for HaLeigh Cummings on March 22, 2009 was staged to make the public believe HaLeigh Cummings was dead so people would “stop looking for her”.

Oddly, during the interview, Eilerman asked Holmseth if he was recording him.

THE UNDERCOVER PERVERT – THE PHOTOGRAPHER

The photos are very disturbing and show John Regan was taking pictures of little kids without their knowledge. Web blogger admits knowledge of porn pictures of HaLeigh Cummings – Scott a blackmailed, national security liability?

Florida Governor Rick Scott’s knowledge of child rape pornography created of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings has taken a disturbing new turn.

An anonymous Web blogger that goes by the name “Radio” has openly professed direct and intimate knowledge of the pictures.

In the bizarre twist, the reputed pedophile Web blogger has attempted to push a narrative that although the photos exist, the child’s sexually assaulted vagina was only “Photoshopped” to appear that way.

On March 8, 2016, www.radionewz.net published a detailed analysis regarding his/her direct knowledge of the photographs.

“The pictures of subject – were taken by Haleigh’s maternal family before they took her to an ER to get a Dr. to say she had been sexually abused. The ER Dr. found no evidence of that and would not document such. These are the pictures Holmseth is trying to push as valid. They are not. The whole thing was a plan to get custody away from Ronald Cummings, which would have been a good thing, but photoshopped pictures were not the way to go and didn’t work. Holmseth is beating a dead horse and tarnishing the memory of Haleigh Cummings,” the Web blogger said.

The admission by the anonymous blogger clearly requires an investigation by the FBI.

According to Wayanne Kruger, the author and victim’s advocate that traveled from Arizona to Florida in 2009 to stay in the home of Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, following the child’s kidnapping, said the little girl had been raped.

Kruger told Timothy Charles Holmseth during an interview that she feared HaLeigh could have died from “haemorrhaging” from the rape.

Kruger said she was working with a ‘pastor’ named John Regan who claimed he was a CIA agent. Kruger said Regan told her he was an “undercover pervert” and the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being.

Kruger said she telephoned Capt. Dominic Piscitello, the chief detective at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and tried to report John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan. She said Piscitello became belligerent and aggressive and suggested perhaps he arrest Kruger.

Kruger’s statements regarding the child porn pictures match the scenario Holmseth reported to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Holmseth detailed to Bondi that HaLeigh had been “strategically” raped; her vagina then photographed; in an attempt by Crystal Sheffield’s legal team to secure a change of child custody ruling through a recommendation from the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) without filing a Motion in the Florida court.

Kruger also told Holmseth that law enforcement’s primary person of focus in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, Misty Croslin, was present during a child porn shoot and was ‘the older girl used to keep the little girl calm’.

In yet another bizarre twist, the website www.radionewz.net published a promotional article requesting the public donate money to pay the fees of Croslin’s new attorney, Tonya D. Cromartie.

Cromartie abruptly appeared on the scene to represent Croslin, only after Croslin, personally filed a Post Conviction Motion from prison. Croslin argued in her Motion that her first attorney, Robert Fields, should have argued entrapment. Croslin received a bizarre and nearly unprecedented 25 year sentence for selling pills. It was the first time the 18 year-old Croslin had ever been in trouble with the law.

Why Cromartie is associating with an anonymous Web blogger that has knowledge of naked photos of a missing child being sought by the FBI is a question.

The pedophile Web blogger “Radio” published multiple videos and sex articles about Holmseth and his children and committed criminal extortion by demanding Holmseth remove all of his websites, or suffer more false sex stories that would be written.

In one video, which targeted Holmseth’s daughter, the anonymous publisher threatened to take her baby away from her as soon as it was born.

All of the videos were submitted to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Holmseth receives regular threatening phone calls from various telephone numbers including several from the Office of the Florida Governor by a person talking into a voice changer.

The situation became so dire to Holmseth’s family and children that a Minnesota District Judge in the Family Division set forth a course of action for dealing with the threats being visited upon the children.

The situation appears to be a crisis for Scott, who appears to be blackmailed in a child sex ring pornography scandal and would never be able to serve as Vice President of the United States due to national security issues.

Holmseth has been contacted by the Trump Organization.

Why Steven Avery deserves a new trial

My name is Timothy Charles Holmseth.

I am only one of thousands across the United States that was almost “Steven Avery”.

I survived a plot by a ‘Shadow Government’ that attempted to frame me for rape and murder of a missing child named HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

I would later learn the operatives that attempted to frame me were associated with a man from Colorado named Rev. Bob Enyart.

Enyart is described as a “shot caller” of organized criminal activities by Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.

Enyart authored a written Manifesto describing the “Shadow Government” he erected, which he plans to use to subvert the laws of the United States.

Enyart’s is alleged by former church members to be a satanic cult leader that is responsible for murders and elaborate frame-ups all over the world.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, defectors of Enyart’s cult claim he murdered JonBenet Ramsey in 1996.

Enyart’s fake church is presently under investigation by the FBI for his possible involvement in the Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs in November of 2015.

In December, 2015, my publication was contacted and told Enyart was involved in framing a man named Steven Avery, Wisconsin.

After watching the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’ I realized I was observing what appeared to be a textbook ‘Shadow Government’ operation.

Therefore – I am writing this in support of a new trial for Steven Avery.

FRAMING AN INNOCENT MAN

MY BACKGROUND

At 47, I am an award-winning (former) newspaper reporter and media specialist. I have been awarded first place awards for my reporting and writing by the North Dakota Newspaper Association.

I have been interviewed by the FBI and deemed a credible witness. I have passed a federal background check and received clearance from the Department of Commerce to enter secure areas of a locked federal facility.

I was awarded sole-physical custody of my daughter when she was five years-old and raised her, alone, to adulthood. She now studies at the University of Minnesota and has made me a very proud grandfather. I also share legal custody of my minor son.

THE MISSING CHILD HALEIGH CUMMINGS

HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home on February 10, 2009.

In the spring of 2009, I began conducting recorded interviews with key figures in HaLeigh’s mysterious disappearance.

I have interviewed, or obtained information, including documents, recordings, and media from approximately 100 different individuals including law enforcement officers, lawyers, family members, witnesses, and others regarding the Cummings case.

In the spring of 2009, I interviewed William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra), a Florida bail-bondsman with a private investigator’s license for the first time.

I subsequently interviewed his entire team of associates.

Staubs claimed to be working (at any given time) for at least five different entities on the Cummings case.

I also know that Staubs has worked for the federal government and been paid as an informant.

During the course of the national profile search for HaLeigh Cummings, Staubs was arrested for felony false imprisonment of a man. I later learned Staubs was trying to frame the man for HaLeigh’s disappearance.

I possess faxed items from a South Florida law office sent to Staubs regarding the targted man, which shows who all was behind the attempted frame-up.

At that time in 2009, Staubs told Jessica Clark, a news reporter for First Coast News that he had been sent into the HaLeigh Cummings case by Rev. Richard Grund (Casey Anthony murder trial witness) and said he was being paid by a “drug dealer from Miami”.

Staubs told me HaLeigh’s kidnapping was a “family thing” and she was alive.

Staubs directly named a licensed member of the Florida legal community, who he said solicited his assistance to frame two people for the murder of HaLeigh Cummings; a black man named Gregory Lewis Page, and (a white girl) Misty Jeanette Croslin.

Croslin is the teenage girl that law enforcement says was with HaLeigh the night she was kidnapped. Staubs said he was asked to frame Croslin and Page for the murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

But, HaLeigh Cummings wasn’t dead, and I would soon learn that she was not in good hands.

During my initial interviews, I captured Staubs on audio talking to a Florida DCF child protection social worker, Bonnie Warner, who he called at her home after business hours. Staubs talked to Warner about a CD she received that contained photographs of HaLeigh that had been Photoshopped.

During the conversation between Warner and Staubs, Warner admits to receiving the CD and says it is the CD she couldn’t show to her supervisor.

Why is a Florida DCF social worker receiving a CD she can’t show to her supervisor, I wondered?  

In time I would learn why.

The (recorded) conversation between Staubs and Warner was extremely concerning because it involved another participant in what I would soon realize was a child sex-trafficking ring. The other participant discussed was Chris Middleton, an investigator for the State’s Attorney’s office.

Staubs would also go on to tell me that Capt. Dominic Piscitello, PCSO, was his inside man at the Sheriff’s Office. He also told me about law enforcement officers and agencies in South Florida he was assisting with what he called “black ops”.

Staubs further boasted a deep relationship with Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy and said Hardy was going to write a letter on his behalf to get the felony charges against him dropped.

Pay very close attention to the facts Staubs is connected to federal and state law enforcement (and don’t doubt it because I have it on tape).

What I did not know at the time; but learned as I continued to conduct recorded interviews with Donald Knop, an employee of a South Florida law office, was that he (Knop) was the one that handed the CD to Warner per instructions from his employer.

I also learned this…

The CD contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh that featured the five year-old child’s sexually assaulted private parts.

Yes – she’d been raped.

HaLeigh had been raped, but Warner (a child protection social worker) couldn’t show the photos to her DCF supervisor.

I also learned Knop gave Warner the CD in a gas station parking lot after DCF hours. It was secret and was never entered into evidence with DCF or law enforcement.

As the picture emerged – I realized HaLeigh Cummings had mysteriously vanished; Staubs and others (some were police and FDLE) were discussing how to frame innocent people; and, they possessed naked photos of the little girl after she had been raped.

But there’s more.

I learned from Crystal Sheffield’s (HaLeigh’s mother) high profile victim’s advocate and author, Wayanne Kruger, a man named John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, told her the “FBI” already had HaLeigh in their possession, but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being.

John and Jeremiah Regan were in regular contact with Staubs, Grund, and Crystal Sheffield’s entire legal team.

They all knew HaLeigh was alive and child porn of her was being circulated.

Kruger told me she wanted to tell the police about HaLeigh being alive, but, she said, the Regan’s wouldn’t let her out of the car. She said she was subsequently intimidated by Staubs with a gun, and then poisoned by Staubs and Jeremiah Regan in a motel room, which almost killed her.

The poisoning and gun incident was reported to the police when it happened. They showed up and talked to Kruger. She was drugged and had suffered a mild heart-attack.

No arrests were made.

Kruger also said that John Regan told her law enforcement officers, public officials, and community leaders throughout Palatka, and Putnam County, Florida, were running a child sex trafficking operation. She told me John Regan drove her to one of the houses used to keep the children as they were trafficked through the hub.

Kruger told me John Regan was a pastor, and that he said he was an “undercover pedophile” that goes undercover for the FBI to catch other pedophiles.

I was also told by a local resident that John Regan impersonated an FBI agent during a fake family search for HaLeigh, where multiple items were found; the items created the appearance HaLeigh had been murdered.

I asked Special Agent A. J. Eilermann, Minneapolis FBI, during my FBI interview, why they would have planted that fake evidence. Eilermann said, “So people will stop looking for her”.

I was told by multiple witnesses that John Regan claimed to be a “FBI agent” “CIA agent” and “Chaplain” for the police department with his own “badge” that he was brandishing.

According to Rev. Richard Grund, John Regan impersonated law enforcement and brandished a badge to Airport Security in an international airport (federal offense).

During a recorded conversation with Major Gary Bowling, Director of Law Enforcement, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Bowling told me the Sheriff’s Office knew the items of (fake) evidence found by Staubs, Regan, and the others were planted.

I contacted the Florida Attorney General, FBI, FDLE, Polk County Sheriff’s Office (Minnesota) East Grand Forks Police Department (Minnesota), Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and several other agencies.

Here’s what happened.

I came under full attack by what I have since learned is best described by Bob Enyart – ‘Shadow Government’.

The attacks continue to this day.

The attacks involve death threats, extortion, harassment, institutional harassment (i.e. – false police reports, false CPS complaints, gang-stalking, etc.)

Despite the attacks, I continued to record interviews and obtain evidence regarding HaLeigh’s disappearance.

In 2011, the ‘Shadow Government’ developed a plan to frame me for the rape and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Spoiler Alert – they erroneously believed I possessed the secret naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings. They believed I possessed the photos because I was able to describe the pictures in expositive articles as I continued to expose the kidnappers and traffickers.

Believing I possessed those photos – here’s how they tried to frame me.

I was telephoned by a deranged psychopath law enforcement impersonator named Levi Page, and an equally-as-demented woman, Tina Church, who proceeded to ask me bizarre sexual questions about a person I had never met.

However, I, enjoying a legal contract with the person being referenced by Page and Church, had journalistically interviewed the person. During those interviews I captured incriminating statements on audio; the person would later be alleged to have handled the secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings.

So, why was Page and Church asking me the sexually charged questions?

Because, there was a plan underway to fraudulently obtain a domestic violence protection order against me in a Florida divorce court using Florida dating (relationship) law, which would order I retroactively remove information I had obtained and published about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, from my website.

Forcing a reporter and publisher to retroactively remove content is clearly a violation of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

The court filing was ultimately made by a person I had never personally met in my entire life.

Page and Church attempted to solicit statements from me (hoping I would respond to sex based questions) that could be weaved into a protection order petition (I refused to answer their sick questions so they obtained nothing).

Immediately after we got off the telephone, Church telephoned the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) and falsely stated that I had just told her on the telephone I had HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. EGFPD officers were dispatched to my home to clear the call and make sure the missing child was not with me.

The false police report by Church (strategically) generated a police incident report, which was part of the overall plan to frame me for rape and murder.

Here’s how they tried to do it.

Following the visit by the EGFPD, a corrupt EGFPD officer, Aeisso Schrage, began a steady campaign against me that involved randomly knocking on my door and asking me if I was smoking pot (I do not use drugs or alcohol – sober 20 years today – January 10, 2016).

Schrage is the Commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force. He was knocking on my door to ask me about ‘drugs’ so he could generate police incident reports that made it look like I was a ‘drug dealer’.

Schrage was setting up future corrupt acts.

As you will see, the police incident reports would later be used to obtain a Search Warrant so the EGFPD could seize my hard-drive.

The before-mentioned domestic violence protection order was granted against me (a Minnesota resident that had never been to Florida) by a Florida judge. I did not travel to Florida for the court hearing because I had been telephoned (recorded) and emailed in advance, and warned I would be murdered by the Mob if came to Florida for the hearing.

I reported the death threats (recorded) to Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, who took no action whatsoever and generated no report to memorialize it.

That’s strange, eh? No report kept by Lt. Hajicek.

Well, no, not so much – keep reading.

On December 14, 2013, the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force raided my home-office with guns wearing bullet proof vests. The Task Force had a Search Warrant signed by a Minnesota judge that had been requested by Schrage and ordered the seizure of my computer, hard-drive, storage devices, and other items.

The police took my computer and property to an undisclosed location (the EGFPD kept absolutely no evidence log of the whereabouts of my property for three months) and searched the hell out of it.

Why?

Because, they were hoping they would find the naked pictures of HaLeigh Cummings on my hard-drive, which would be possession of child pornography.

Why did they think I had those pictures?

Because, THE PEOPLE THAT TOOK THE NAKED PICTURES AND RAPED HALEIGH CUMMINGS CALLED THE EGFPD AND TOLD THEM TO LOOK ON MY COMPUTER.

Yes, the EGFPD was assisting child sex traffickers and baby-rapers; against a Christian journalist-single-father that was trying to help the FBI locate a five year-old that was being raped.

Those are facts and the EGFPD cannot dispute them.

I subsequently filed a Motion to the Minnesota Court because Schrage and the EGFPD deliberately destroyed my hard-drive before giving it back.

During the court hearing before Judge Tamara Yon, Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, testified on the stand he had searched my hard-drive but found ‘no sign of criminal activity’.

Now – think about it, folks.

If the police would have found copies of the naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings on my computer; in addition to the police incident report that recorded I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment; it would have appeared I raped and murdered the child and disposed of her body.

William ‘Cobra’ Staubs told Timothy Charles Holmseth during interviews that the extended family of HaLeigh Cummings has been “sneaking babies back and forth” for years.

HaLeigh Cummings and Lonzie Barton are cousins.

Staubs said he couldn’t give HaLeigh back to her mother, Crystal Sheffield, because she was a drug addict.

Staubs is the same person that was captured on tape talking to Florida DCF social worker Bonnie Warner about a disc she received in a parking lot that contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh that featured close-ups of her vagina. Warner admits to receiving the disc, which she says she could not show to her supervisor.

Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida infiltrated by organized crime

Thousands of leads may have been compromised – kidnapping ring leads back to name ‘Lauramore’

Every tip turned in to Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida may have been accessible to organized crime. The shocking revelation could affect hundreds, if not thousands, of leads over the years.

“The Observer” – a newsletter of Crime Stoppers, which is funded in part by the Office of the Florida Attorney General, presents in a very favorable light, several individuals that have been revealed to be involved in the drug community, human trafficking, and/or distribution of child pornography.

Bonnie Warner, the Florida DCF social worker at the center of the HaLeigh Cummings child porn scandal was on the Board of Directors of Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida in 2013.

Warner was captured on tape in 2009 discussing the HaLeigh Cummings case file on the telephone out of her home with William Staubs – a.k.a. Cobra the Bounty Hunter.

Note: Warner is heard discussing the photos at 17:32 on the video.

At the time, Staubs was facing felony false imprisonment charges brought against him by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).

Staubs told First Coast News a drug dealer from Miami was paying his expenses during his investigations into HaLeigh’s disappearance.

During the taped call, Warner admits to Staubs she received a CD in a gas-station parking lot several months after HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing. The CD, according to Donald Knop, an employee of a South Florida law firm, contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh.

The photos featured HaLeigh’s private parts, which Knop had told Holmseth during the course of several inteviews, appeared to be sexually assaulted.

The secret photos of HaLeigh were handed to Knop by REDACTED in a motel room, which was occupied by several others including Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother.

Warner told Staubs she couldn’t show the pictures to her supervisor. Staubs also told Warner there were other photos on the CD that had been faked using using Photoshop so Sheffield would like a good mother that cared about her daughter HaLeigh and posed with her lovingly.

During the telephone conversation, Staubs told Warner that he called the States Attorney’s office and the “state’s attorney guy” was “madder than cooder fucking brown”.

The man Staubs talked to at the States Attorney office was Chris Middleton, an investigator. Middleton was furious at Staubs because Staubs began suggesting to Middleton that perhaps Middelton’s brother, Robbie Middleton, was actually HaLeigh Cummings’ biological father.

Timothy Holmseth (this writer) conducted many recorded interviews with Staubs and members of HaLeigh’s family, including Johnny Sheffield, HaLeigh’s grandpa, and Ruby Kanger, HaLeigh’s step-grandmother, where the Middleton brothers were discussed.

Johnny Sheffield is closely related to Johnny Jack Lauramore, which creates questions about the missing child Lonzie Barton, whose mother is Lonna Lauramore.

Staubs was suggesting that Chris Middleton was involved, on some level, in HaLeigh’s disappearance, and called the States Attorneys office to lean on Chris Middleton to have the felony charge against him dropped or he would start outing the other conspirators.

Staubs told Timothy Holmseth that he called the States Attorneys office and told Chris Middleton he wanted to talk to State Attorney Joseph Boatwright, which he said, caused Chris Middleton to go crazy.

CONSPIRATORS CONNECTED TO CRIME STOPPERS

Staubs, a licensed bail bondsman, had been charged with felony false imprisonment of Daniel Everett Snodgrass, after going to Snodgrass’ home in March of 2009 and arresting him, while the extremely violent event was filmed by Art Harris and subsequently published on You Tube.

The arrest of Snodgrass was a contrived media event that was planned ahead of time by Staubs, Harris, REDACTED, and others during a meeting at the Chili’s restaurant in Palatka, Florida. It was intended to create the false appearance that Snodgrass, an accused child molester free on bond awaiting trial, had raped and murdered HaLeigh Cummings.

Andrew J. Eilermann, the FBI agent that interviewed Timothy Holmseth, said the reason efforts were made to make HaLeigh Cummings appear dead were so people would stop looking for her.

Staubs told Timothy Holmseth he had “authorization” from law enforcement to revoke Snodgrass’ bond. Staubs possessed a photograph of himself standing in front of a store talking to several law enforcement officers shortly before he went to Snodgrass’ residence to arrest him.

Staubs said all the officers told him he was good to go and he had ‘permission’ from:

• Jeff Hardy, Putnam County Sheriff
• Chris Middleton, Investigator, States Attorneys Office
• John Merchant, Investigator, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office
• Travis Smith, special agent, Florida Department of Law Enforcement

When Timothy Holmseth asked Staubs why he got arrested and charged by the PCSO, if he in fact was supposed to be protected, Staubs said the Arresting Officer on the Snodgrass case, Detective Ken Taylor “went around” Staubs’ guys on the inside – going straight to States Attorney Joseph Boatwright, and got him charged with a felony.

Staubs said his guys on the inside were Sheriff Jeff Hardy and Captain Dominic Piscitello.

CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA INFILTRATED BY ORGANIZED CRIME

The public was/is directed to send their tips regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and other cases to Crime Stoppers.

HaLeigh Cummings’s disappearance involved knowledge of individuals that were on the Crime Stoppers Board of Directors and were/are recognized with awards by the organization.

On January 27, 2009, the annual Crime Stoppers meeting was held. On February 10, 2009, HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home.

In May of 2009, three months after HaLeigh vanished, ‘The Crime Stoppers Observer” newsletter featured HaLeigh’s story and photo along with news from their annual meeting.

According to Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida, which is funded by the office of the Florida Attorney General; nominees for ‘Law Enforcement Officer of the Year’ for 2009.

Named on the list was Chris Middleton with the States Attorney office, and John Merchant with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Chris Middleton was awarded “St. John’s County Officer of the Year – 2009”.

CHRIS MIDDLETON

Middleton was a commonly known person between William Staubs and Bonnie Warner during their conversation that involved discussions of photographs of a missing child that included naked pictures exchanged in a gas-station parking lot after hours – off the record – never turned into law enforcement.

The relationships are particularly interesting considering Staubs was from Broward County, Florida and not even from the area.

William Staubs suggested Chris Middleton was involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping per a rescue-mission scenario based upon the pretext that Robbie Middleton, Chris Middelton’s brother, was actually HaLeigh’s father.

Chris Middleton was featured in a photograph in The Observer being made “St. John’s County Officer of the Year – 2009”.

Write Into Action has received other leads involving the Trenton Duckett kidnapping regarding the Middleton’s. 

JOHN MERCHANT

Staubs, REDACTED, and multiple other sources, told Timothy Holmseth that John Merchant, detective, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, had been formally disciplined after being caught with cocaine in the trunk of his car.

Other sources said Merchant was involved in drug trafficking and kept valuable seized property that was never turned in to evidence.

Staubs told Holmseth that Merchant was being blackmailed in the HaLeigh Cummings case because he was cheating on his wife.

Staubs told Holmseth that when he turned himself into the PCSO jail for booking on the felony charge, he deliberately placed a computer hard-drive in his vehicle that contained law enforcement Internal Affairs (IA) files so the police would find it.

It seems impossible that John Merchant could be nominated for an ‘Officer of the Year’ award. Yet, Merchant’s name appears in The Observer as if he is potentially an award-winning officer.

BONNIE WARNER

Warner received secret naked photographs of a missing child that was subject to an Amber Alert and did not turn the photographs over to law enforcement. She was an active participant in an underground operation through DCF that made children dissapear.

Warner was on the Crime Stopper Board of Directors in 2013.

HaLeigh Cummings DCF child pornography scandal reaches Florida’s 1st Circuit

Lonzie Barton’s relative a victim or serial cover-ups within judicial system

As the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office reveals missing child Lonzie Barton was injured at the time he vanished, serious questions have arisen regarding Florida DCF and what has been going on behind the scenes in the Florida legal system.

Lonzie is related to another missing child, HaLeigh Cumming, and an emerging child pornography DCF scandal regarding HaLeigh is now leading to the State’s Attorney Office in Florida’s 1st Circuit.

As investigators continue to search for both Lonzie and HaLeigh, evidence continues to pour in that shows the same names seem to appear, year after year, associated with missing children.

The same names seem to regularly appear in the Florida judicial system, as well. And in each case, the welfare of innocent children is always affected for the worst.

On February 4, 2015, Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, was arrested and booked on three felony counts including theft of a firearm. Assistant States Attorney Jason English was assigned to the case.

The State’s Attorney’s Office soon negotiated the three felony charges down to Deferred Prosecution, and when it did, it became tangled up in federal child pornography crimes involving the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

On March 26, 2015, Thomas Norman Olsen, issued a press release on a website.

“Had a meeting with my lawyer this morning to get an update on what was going on. The prosecutor HAS accepted the deal put forth by my lawyer and the assistant prosecutor. This is the first time I will be able to go into full detail on what my deal entails. The prosecutor also stated that this WILL be settled before my next court date, which means no more court for me. Keep in mind, (REDACTED BY WRITE INTO ACTION) was HUGE in securing me this deal. Call it a personal favor for her from the State Attorney for my circuit.

The deal is this. Deferred Prosecution. This is kind of like probation but not really. It’s extremely rare in my county that this sort of deal is offered or even considered. Basically if I keep my nose clean (no arrests, piss tests once a month, complete community service, etc…) then at the end of the time frame of the deferred prosecution (in this case it’s 1 year) ALL charges against me will be dismissed and my record will remain clean.

“Pity, some thought that I was finally going to be put in jail or have something done to me by the legal system. Well, think again haters. I’m free and will remain free. And I’ll remain on the internet and remain out of jail to make sure I’m here to continue putting fuckers in check,” Olsen said.

So, according to Olsen in his press release, a special personal favor was given to him via REDACTED – a person that was not his attorney but had very unique access to Jason English and others through channels in the Florida legal system.

English’s actions might well have been ill advised.

In June, 2015, Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, turned over audio evidence to the FBI, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and United States District Court that revealed REDACTED was directly involved with secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The photographs depicted HaLeigh’s vagina in a sexually assaulted state.

By all accounts it sounded very serious.

Wayanne Kruger, Crystal Sheffield’s victims advocate in 2009, told Holmseth she feared HaLeigh had bled to death because she was “hemorrhaging” from a rape.

Donald Knop, a former employee of a South Florida law firm said he was handed the photos by REDACTED and asked to make copies of them. He said the photos appeared out of nowhere several months after HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing.

According to Knop, the un-identified photographer did not set the time/date stamp on the camera and the pictures were never given to law enforcement. The photos were given to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner, off the record in a gas station parking lot. They were never registered as evidence or turned over to law enforcement.

Knop said the photos were intended to encourage a DCF change of custody ruling regarding HaLeigh Cummings, sought by Crystal Sheffield, but never actually filed for in Court.

An evaluation of the facts and circumstances of the photos show that somebody believed they could illegally change custody of HaLeigh if they kidnapped her; sexually assaulted her; took pictures of her vagina; showed the pictures to a DCF social worker off the record; and then claimed it happened under her father’s care; all without actually filing any motion with the Court.

After Timothy Holmseth provided the evidence to law enforcement, articles and videos began to appear on the Web directly threatening Holmseth, his children, and his unborn grandchild.

In one video, the video’s narrator warned Holmseth’s pregnant daughter that if she did not make her dad comply with their demands, her unborn baby would be taken from her as soon as it was born.

The anonymous videos demand Holmseth remove all of his websites from the internet, including the audio proof regarding the child pornography of HaLeigh, warning very bad things are going to happen to him and his children.

On August 17, 2015, Holmseth submitted evidence to Attorney English that shows the producer of the threatening videos is Thomas Norman Olsen. The videos are re-published on www.radionewz.net.

Serious questions exist regarding the State’s Attorney office in Florida that deferred prosecution for a man that is so sick criminally inclined that after receiving deferred prosecution on conditions of good behavior, he would immediately take to an x-rated cyber-stalker website and boast the following:

“Pity, some thought that I was finally going to be put in jail or have something done to me by the legal system. Well, think again haters. I’m free and will remain free. And I’ll remain on the internet and remain out of jail to make sure I’m here to continue putting fuckers in check,” Olsen said.
