I, Timothy Charles Holmseth am formally announcing that a NOTICE OF REMOVAL is being filed to the U.S. District Court in response to the latest fraudulent petition filed against my publication by scum in the State of Florida.
My filing cites multiple areas of Federal Question that include murder, child rape, kidnapping, child pornography, convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein, and a fraudulent multi-million dollar biofuel scam involving a former Florida governor.
As a self-respecting journalist and award-winning news reporter, I chose to never elaborate on the audios that were sent to me that contained key figures in a kidnapping investigation as they talked about who got raped by their own father; who smelled stinky in bed; who had sex in the same room where others were trying to sleep; or how many times somebody ejaculated in one night.
Those things are now relevant as I file a NOTICE OF REMOVAL to the U.S. Court.

The U.S. District Court has Federal Question Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1331 because HOLMSETH has evidence REDACTED’S attorney REDACTED is conspiring with REDACTED, and others associated with SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS INC, against HOLMSETH, in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights.
The rights violations against HOLMSETH have been occurring since 2009 when HOLMSETH learned information about the kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings and secret details about on-goings within the group that/who caused HaLeigh to disappear.
The rights violations under 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights include violations against HOLMSETH by the CITY OF EAST GRAND FORK, MINNESOTA and the EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT who conspired with REDACTED and SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS INC.
HOLMSETH is receiving very serious threats from someone calling from telephone numbers including numbers from PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP (the President’s resorts and Trump Organization), CLINTON GLOBAL, STATE OF FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL PAM BONDI, FLORIDA GOVERNOR RICK SCOTT, CNN, REPUBLICAN PARTY, NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR CHRIS CHRISTIE, TEXAS EQUUSEARCH, warning him to remove his websites or very bad things will happen to HOLMSETH and his family including a threat to kidnap HOLMSETH’S grand child.
HOLMSETH learned that child rape pornography had been created of HaLeigh Cummings and was in the possession of REDACTED REDACTED LAW OFFICE P.A.
HOLMSETH learned REDACTED REDACTED LAW OFFICE P.A. gave a CD containing the child pornography to a Florida DCF social worker named BONNIE WARNER during an exchange in a parking lot after hours. HOLMSETH captured WARNER on audio admitting receipt of the CD and stating she never gave it to her supervisor.
HOLMSETH was told by WAYANNE KRUGER, who was the official advocate of CRYSTAL SHEFFIELD (the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, 5) that HaLeigh witnessed her father, RONALD CUMMINGS, murder a man in their trailer home shortly before she (HaLeigh) vanished. KRUGER said HaLeigh watched her father drag the man’s body into the woods.
HOLMSETH was told by WAYANNE KRUGER that during the time of the aforementioned murder, there was an argument that involved several adults. During the argument JOHN MARCUS SHEFFIELD who is HaLeigh’s maternal grandfather, yelled ‘he’s letting people fuck my grand daughter!”
REDACTED is conspiring against HOLMSETH because in 2011, REDACTED’S private investigator, WILLIAM E. STAUBS, through his attorney Doug Roberts, advised REDACTED that he purged his (STAUB’S) computer and file system off all files that REDACTED was seeking from STAUBS via a subpoena; and that he sent them to HOLMSETH.
The audio files HOLMSETH received from STAUBS contain audio recordings that contain voices that include REDACTED REDACTED, WILLIAM STAUBS, JEREMIAH REGAN, MATTHEW STAUBS, REDACTED REDACTED, and PAULA ANDREWS.
REDACTED REDACTED was engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with JEREMIAH REGAN, an unknown drifter that appeared from nowhere to become the co-administrator of a facility called the HaLeigh Bug Center which was set up by REDACTED REDACTED and her convicted felon (federal fraud) husband REDACTED REDACTED to obtain investigative tips and accept donations.
JEREMIAH REGAN and WILLIAM STAUBS laugh and giggle as WILLIAM STAUBS asks JEREMIAH REGAN ‘did you nut’ (ejaculate) (when he had sex with REDACTED REDACTED) and they break out in laughter when JEREMIAH REGAN indicates he ejaculated three times.

Dear Federal Court,
I am requesting permission from the U.S. Court to re-open HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – in a limited scope.
If I am not able to obtain immediate relief from the U.S. Court I am at risk of suffering irreparable damage to my entire life.
I am presently the target of an active and imminent assault upon my First Amendment rights by multiple members of a interstate group that are retaliating against me for filing a Motion to Vacate in the 9th Minnesota District Court Family Court which is set for hearing on September 13, 2017 in Polk County, Minnesota (Court File Number 60-FA-13-468).
I am under siege by several members of a group who were named in the Affidavit of the Minnesota action.
I filed the Motion to Vacate because I obtained new evidence that was not available at the time of trial. The evidence proves members of a group operated by Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, and REDACTED REDACTED Law Office P.A., Fort Lauderdale, Florida, conspired with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department to violate my rights.
I acquired emails from the personal/private Gmail account of Lt. Rodney Hajicek that show in 2009 he began secretly conspiring against my rights with REDACTED REDACTED and her agents, after the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI began acting upon information they received from me regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
Lt. Hajicek hid a 22-page FBI report that was emailed to him by REDACTED REDACTED’s agents. The FBI report was authored by me. The FBI report contained the names and activities of a group that had contacted my publication. The group members told me about their illegal activities in the search for HaLeigh Cummings. The FBI report included the names of REDACTED REDACTED, her media consultant Art Harris, and others. One private email from Harris to Hajicek dated July, 2011 said the FBI in Florida was using information from Timothy Holmseth and said, “He’s got to be stopped”
I also obtained new information that proves a police report made to the East Grand Forks Police in July, 2011 by Tina Church, who told police I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment, was a planned operation by the group that involved planning in advance with somebody at the East Grand Forks Police Department.
The whole thing was a set-up.
I’ll explain how I know that using new evidence.
In October, 2016, Tina Church abruptly telephoned me after many years of no contact and told me (call recorded) she did not make the police report in 2011. She claimed she was impersonated by a woman from Interlachen, Florida named REDACTED along with a man from Dover, Tennessee named Levi Page (call recorded).
Tina Church also told me in 2016 that although she did not make the July, 2011 police report, the East Grand Forks Police had telephoned her on occasion and they discussed me, and what she called my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings. There are no records of those conversations between Tina Church and the EGFPD. Tina Church said REDACTED talked to the EGFPD and there are no records of that either.
In May, 2017 I went to the EGFPD and filed a police report. I gave the officer a CD with the phone calls from Tina Church wherein she claims she was impersonated on the false police report.
This week I obtained the records regarding my May, 2017 report to the EGFPD and it shows the EGFPD did not take one step beyond receiving the report from me. The officer did not note in his narrative anything about the calls or even that I gave him a CD. That is greatly alarming if for no other reason – it involves information about a kidnapped missing child.
In August, 2017, after I filed my Motion to Vacate, Tina Church telephoned me and asked me for the name of the judge on the Minnesota case. I told her it was Tamara Yon. She called me back a few hours later and told me she “called” and talked to Judge Tamara Yon. Tina Church said the judge “wasn’t too impressed” with my court filing. Tina Church kept telling me she was trying to give me the opportunity to withdraw my court filings.
In August, 2017, Tina Church told me she had been recently calling the EGFPD, Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galsatd. She said she put the “City of East Grand Forks” on “notice” that if the City did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institute she was going to have her attorney from “Chicago” sue the City of EGF.
Tina Church told me she has advised everybody that I named in my Minnesota case to file restraining orders against me.
Tina Church is blackmailing the City of East Grand Forks because she has officers on tape and she can prove they conspired with her, REDACTED REDACTED, and others against me in private.
After I filed my Motion to Vacate in Minnesota, a publishing agent and law client of REDACTED REDACTED named William Murtaugh published an article that announced Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida, who too is a law client of REDACTED REDACTED, had petitioned a Florida court for a “stalking” order against me and showed screenshots.
REDACTED REDACTED is using her friends, and law clients, to file bogus court actions and publish articles that say Timothy Holmseth needs to be investigated for the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton Florida, and REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED, Fort Lauderdale, Florida are conspiring against my rights in a ‘restraining order’ scheme, which utilizes Florida state courts, to subvert my First and Second Amendment rights.
Thomas Olsen is a convicted felon from Milton, Florida. Thomas Olsen is a personal friend of REDACTED REDACTED (she bailed him out of jail when he stole money, a car, and a gun) in Santa Rosa County, Florida. REDACTED REDACTED is also Thomas Olsen’s lawyer. REDACTED REDACTED is a licensed divorce attorney in Florida (no criminal law license).
REDACTED REDACTED and Thomas Olsen are BOTH named in my Affidavit supporting my Motion to Vacate (Court File Number 60-FA-13-468) that I filed on September 24, 2017 in the 9th Minnesota District Family Court, which is set for hearing on September 13, 2017.
The Motion I filed in the Minnesota court details facts that show how REDACTED REDACTED, a civil divorce attorney, (fraudulently) obtained a domestic violence protection order against me in a Broward County Divorce Court (DVCE) in 2011, despite my never having met her in person (much less being married to her).
The Order for Protection against Domestic Violence ordered by the Florida Divorce Judge in 2011 required me to retroactively remove everything from the Web that I ever wrote about REDACTED REDACTED – and ordered that I never write about her again.
My recent Motion is filed in the Minnesota ‘Family’ Division because in 2009, after I interviewed REDACTED REDACTED and her staff about her involvement in a kidnapping investigation that involved REDACTED REDACTED possessing child rape pornography of the missing child, she and her agents began contacting my three year-old son’s mother, REDACTED, and encouraging her to file motions against me in Minnesota Family Court. It was an improper/illegal way to gain Venue against me and my publication in a court – through a ‘Best Interest of the Child’ scheme.
I was not able to attend the Florida protection order hearing in 2011 because I was warned by REDACTED REDACTED’s private investigator, William Staubs, that I would be murdered my “mob boys” if I showed up. I reported the death threat to East Grand Forks Police Department Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek who took no action whatsoever.
The EGFPD has willfully and deliberately withheld evidence from me that I would have used at the time of trial(s).
I would not be in this position if it were not for the misconduct and illegal actions committed in an individual capacity against me by Rodney Hajicek at the EGFPD.
Each new out-of-state protection/harassment order against me is being used to piggy-back new ones by new petitioners and are going to be continuously filed until I appear to be a criminal.
The EGFPD refuses to investigate any crimes against me which include threatening telephone calls from people using telephone numbers of Former President Bill (and Hillary) Clinton (Clinton Global), President Donald Trump (Trump Organization, Mar-A-Lago Resort, Doral Resort), and many others, as well as voice changer messages that threaten my grandchild is going to be taken.
There is Federal Question concerning multiple areas of this illegal scheme against me that involves persons in several states.
I humbly request the U.S. Court allow me to obtain relief.
President Donald Trump’s telephone numbers have been repeatedly used by a person identifying themselves as “The Deep State” to threaten Timothy Charles Holmseth, a Minnesota journalist that uncovered information about a child sex and porn trafficking operation.

An officer of the United States military has been repeatedly implicated in that domestic child trafficking operation. The un-named officer was a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force in 2011.
While the Lt. Colonel’s name is not available; he is identifiable.

Church’s constant mention of her son is extremely disturbing because the U.S. military plays no role in domestic investigations, which is Church’s present situation.
According to Church, her corporation has been under investigation by State of Indiana and State of Florida for her activities involving the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
The story is disturbing.
Chelsea Croslin, a witness in the Florida missing child case, said Church proactively contacted her in 2010-2011 through an associate of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. and offered to help her find her missing niece, HaLeigh Cummings.
She told me she worked on the JonBenet Ramsey case, Croslin said.
Croslin asked her to be her PI.
Church then became deeply involved with Croslin’s family, which involved Church telling them that the FBI believed they found HaLeigh Cummings in Kentucky as result of a child porn raid at the home of Danny Druck.
Oddly – the Croslin’s told Holmseth about Church, HaLeigh, and the FBI child porn raid BEFORE the porn raid happened. How Church knew in advance is not known.
HaLeigh wasn’t there.
Croslin said she had a serious falling out with Church after learning Church was simply harvesting information from her, and then giving it to others in her organization’s network.
Croslin received several messages from Church of her answering machine warning her that she was “messing with the big dogs” now.
In 2011, Church telephoned William Staubs, a Florida bail bondsman and private investigator, and arrogantly warned him that if he crossed her, he would have to deal with her son who is a “Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force.”
The mysterious air force colonel that everybody needed to worry about came up often.
And – Church’s suspicious involvement in the unsolved child kidnapping case only increased.
On July 26, 2011, Church telephoned the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and “Timothy Holmseth” claimed he had the kidnapped child HaLeigh Cummings in his home.
Police were dispatched to Holmseth’s home to clear the call regarding the missing child.
Five years passed.
In February, 2016, Holmseth published an article about the missing child case based upon an interview with Wayanne Kruger.
Kruger was the national profile victim’s advocate that represented Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother. Kruger provided information to Holmseth that appeared to place the missing child with Church’s group in 2009.
It apparently struck a nerve.
In October, 2016, Church telephoned Holmseth and abruptly claimed she did not make the July, 2011 police report to the Minnesota police department. She said she had been impersonated by a Florida woman connected to her company.
However, Church is lying because she repeatedly boasted about making the police report during online radio programs she orchestrated with her corporation’s operative, Levi Page.
Holmseth asked Church if she had been filmed with HaLeigh Cummings shortly after the child vanished in 2009; and suggested the FBI had the video. Church suggested she has full access to government files and information. She said her son could just “walk across the street to the DOJ” and see if they had such a video.
During telephone calls with Holmseth in 2016, Church became furious with Holmseth and said “you don’t know who my son is and I’m not going to tell you”. Holmseth replied, “Am I supposed to be scared”. Church ominously giggled and said her son had been offered a job by the FBI but he turned it down because he would take a dramatic cut in pay.
Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges recently acted out against President Donald Trump when she held her State of the City address in a mosque.

Hodges’ weird behavior is better described through principles of criminology than those of politics, because her outrageous actions are fear based – fear caused by a new President, U.S. Attorney General, and FBI director.
“Cities like Minneapolis and the people who live in them are squarely in Donald Trump’s sights,” Hodges said during her address. “His agendas of oppression, regression, and suppression have no place in Minneapolis, and we are standing firm in our resistance to it.”
Hodges’ clownish behavior does not represent everybody in the State of Minnesota. One Minnesota resident stands against Hodges – his name is Timothy Charles Holmseth.
My position against Hodges has nothing to do with her fake concern regarding a fake attack on the Muslim community.
My issue is real.
Minnesota is ravaged by pedophile-based corruption and drug trafficking operations that have been allowed to go relatively un-checked under past Administrations.

Polk County, Minnesota is an example of Minnesota’s diseased underbelly.
The County of Polk in Northern Minnesota, which borders the drug and child porn infested Grand Forks, North Dakota, is secretly paralyzed by law enforcement and judicial officers that have been caught red-handed in an interstate child trafficking and kiddy-porn scheme.
Records show that in 2009, the East Grand Forks Police Department and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth secretly conspired with former CNN journalist Art Harris, and an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. to conceal the whereabouts of a missing kidnapped child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings who was being sought by the FBI.
At the request of the Jacksonville FBI, the Minneapolis FBI interviewed me, a journalist from East Grand Forks, after I learned details of who took the little girl and what they did with her.

“Delete your website by Monday midnight or your daughter will be exposed as a child abuser pedophile. If you don’t comply … you’ll be forced into an institution to live a life of hell,” said a robotic sounding voice.
The malicious fiction violates Minnesota state and federal extortion laws and is intended to terrorize Holmseth and his daughter whose record is so completely spotless she has not as much as a parking ticket.
Records at the EGFPD show Holmseth has been threatened and harassed for seven years and the police know who is doing it.
The renewed attacks against Holmseth’s family come in the direct wake of an Internal Affairs complaint Holmseth filed against Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMPLAINT AGAINST LT. DETECTIVE RODNEY HAJICEK
Holmseth submitted arecordingof the latest threatening call, and a photograph of the phone receiver, to East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.
It was submitted as an Addendum to an existing Internal Affairs complaint against Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek.
Holmseth filed the formal complaint against Hajicek on April 18, 2017 after an Indiana private investigator,Tina Church, blew the whistleabout her relationship with the East Grand Forks Police.
In October, 2016Church telephoned Holmsethand revealed details of a bizarre plot against him that involved her own group, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.
The plot involved having operative of Specialized Investigative Consultants STAGE a POLICE REPORT to the East Grand Forks police and allege Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.
That plan to file the false police report was carried out on July 26, 2011.
However…
EGFPD records show the conspiracy involving Hajicek and Specialized Investigative Consultants actually began in 2009.
HALEIGH CUMMINGS AND CAYLEE ANTHONY – – – POLK COUNTY ATTORNEY AND EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE ENTER INTO A CONSPIRACY WITH SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS, INC
2009
In the spring of 2009, Holmseth, an investigative journalist, conducted over a hundred hours of recorded interviews with key figures in the national profile cases of Casey Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings.
Holmseth contacted the Minneapolis FBI after learning very disturbing details about strange people at staged searches in Florida claiming to be agents of the FBI and CIA. One man, John Regan, Hastings, Florida dressed as a pastor and claimed to be an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.
John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, located HaLeigh’s toys, nebulizer, and a bloody glove, which the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office refused to accept into evidence because they believed it was planted.
Holmseth began assisting the FBI with information in 2009. He was formally interviewed for several hours in 2010 by a federal agent at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In January of 2011, Holmseth released his first book on the HaLeigh Cummings case.
However…
EGFPD records show that as Holmseth began helping the FBI in 2009, Lt. Hajicek became deeply involved in a conspiracy to assist the very people the FBI was investigating.
Hajicek’s conspired with multiple members of Specialized Investigative Consultants and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. The plan was to shut down Holmseth’s publication and have him put in prison.
In July, 2009, Hajicek, the ranking officer at the police department, began using his private Gmail account to conspire against Holmseth with members of a group associated with Specialized Investigative Consultants.
Holmseth did not know about Hajicek’s secret emails until July 10, 2012 when he received 56 pages of documents through a public records request from Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.
Holmseth had submitted multiple public records requests to EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund from 2009-2012 but Hajicek’s emails never came up in the searches.
SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS –ART HARRIS
The emails from 2009 reveal Hajicek was conspiring with former CNN journalist Art Harris who was Nancy Grace’s on-air correspondent on the HaLeigh Cummings case.
Harris was an operative of Specialized Investigative Consultants.
Although Harris and Nancy Grace portrayed Harris as a journalist on television, Florida BAR complaint records contain an Affidavit from a lawyer that reveals Harris was actually the paid ‘media consultant’ for the missing child’s mother’s (Crystal Sheffield) legal team.
An EGFPD police report authored by Lt. Hajicek shows Harris’ clients and associates began making unfounded complaints against Holmseth beginning on June 2, 2009. However, Harris’ name is never listed in a formal police incident report as a Complaintant – ever.
But, Harris’ contact with the EGFPD was heavy; ongoing; and he was seeking Holmseth’s arrest.
Private email dated July 10, 2009 between Lt. Hajicek and Harris reveals the two men were trying to find a way to have Holmseth arrested.
“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,”Harris said.
While Harris characterized the FBI’s activity as being based upon Holmseth’s “absurd accusations” – the truth is Holmseth sent the FBI actual emails that contained photographs of HaLeigh and showed the route of the email thread.
“He’s got to be stopped”Harris said.
In an email dated July 18, 2009, Harris asked Hajicek if they could arrest Holmseth.“What did your DA say?”Harris asked.
Harris’ reference to a DA was in regards to Polk County Attorney Widseth, which means Harris somehow knew Hajicek was communicating with Widseth about Holmseth.
The fact that Holmseth obtained the emails from Widseth proves Widseth knew everything and participated – if not simply through his years of silence.
The Hajicek/Harris emails do not contain Hajicek’s side of the conversation which means they were either cut out by Hajicek and/or Widseth; or some of the conversation was taking place privately over the telephone.
Suffice…
The emails between Hajicek and Harris show that as early as 2009, Minnesota law enforcement and a county attorney in Polk County, Minnesota were plotting with a group to arrest an investigative journalist that was assisting the FBI.
And it didn’t stop.
2010-2011
The conspiracy between the East Grand Forks Police and Specialized Investigative Consultants was alive and well in 2011 after Holmseth’s first book on the case was published and featured on television.
EGFPD records show that on April 6, 2011 Holmseth went to the police department and reported he was receiving harassing phone calls.
Tina Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants, knew about the child porn raid before it ever made the news.
And…
Holmseth knew that Church knew; reported it; and was contacted for interviews by Florida news stations.
Hank Croslin and Chelsea Croslin, Florida, both told Holmseth they learned about the FBI child porn raid from their “private investigator” “Tina Church.” Hank and Chelsea Croslin said Church told them the FBI found HaLeigh but were waiting for DNA tests to confirm it was her.
On May 24, 2011 Holmseth made another report to the EGFPD about harassing and threatening telephone calls.
On May 25, 2011, Harris published“Haleigh Cummings Case Update”and reported he talked to “Tina Church” who had been contacting out of state police and investigating rumors HaLeigh Cummings had been spotted alive in Kentucky.
Harris then wrote:
“[Tina Church] did however manage to entice one disreputable blogger (who requests donations) into spinning another bogus tale, a Haleigh case groupie dismissed by law enforcement officials as a prevaricator and a nuisance and who profiler Pat Brown describes as an online “terrorist,” paranoid and obsessed like a growing number on the internet fringe drawn to missing child cases. In an on going dispute with the mother of his six year old son, local police in Minnesota report numerous complaints for harassment and defamation, despite an affidavit he filed with a local judge in a custody dispute claiming none.”
The HaLeigh Cummings update by Harris cited Church, Minnesota police, and mentioned Holmseth’s six year-old son.
At this time it was decided by the conspirators that Holmseth had to be framed.
On July 26, 2011 Church and Levi Page, Tennessee, telephoned Holmseth at his home in East Grand Forks, Minnesota to lay the groundwork for a false police report that would place HaLeigh Cummings in his home.
SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS –LEVI PAGE and ART HARRIS
In 2010, Levi Page, who was 20 years-old, introduced his new Blog Talk Radio program in abiothat said, “Featured Host: Criminal Investigator Levi Page”.
“The Nashville, Tenn., native is also a regular on the CNN Headline News show Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, where he discusses cases like those of Haleigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony and Kyron Horman,” the announcement said.
The Blog Talk Radiobiothen gives Page’s age as 34 and announces his relationship with Art Harris.
“Levi, 34, says his eponymous show wouldn’t be what it is today without criminal profiler Pat Brown —also a BlogTalkRadio host—who helps get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show. Former CNN reporter Art Harris, now freelance journalist, also assists in providing updates and details on cases,” the announcement said.
Page lied about his age and professional background.
In reality he was nobody.
Page’s true age was determined by the East Grand Forks Police in July, 2015 after Holmseth filed apolice reportthat Page was publishing sex stories on the Web about his children.
“I contacted Austin Peay University and was able to obtain contact information for a Levi H Page DOB 07/19/1990,” reported Officer Corey Amundson, EGFPD.

Page also screams “I hope you lose total custody of your children because they do not need to be around a stupid ass bitch like you”.
THE FALSE POLICE REPORT THAT TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH HAD HALEIGH CUMMINGS IN HIS HOME
On July 26, 2011 Church and Page telephoned Holmseth at his home in East Grand Forks, Minnesota to lay the groundwork for the false police report. During the telephone call, Church abruptly blurted, “You keep saying that little girl is alive so you need to produce her to law enforcement.”
Church diabolically asserted that because Holmseth believes HaLeigh Cummings is alive – he therefore has her in his home.
She continued.
“I think you know where that little girl’s at – I think you better start producing her – Levi I think you better call the authorities and you and I both heard tonight that he knows where that little girl’s at – did you hear that Levi?” she said.
“Heard it loud and clear,” Page replied.
Holmseth NEVER made any such statement about the missing child being in his home during the RECORDED call.
It was a planned set-up.
A few minutes later two officers with the EGFPD were at Holmseth’s door stating they needed to enter because they received a report that he (Holmseth) claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.
The police report named “Tina Church” as the caller.
But now – the cat is out of the bag.
CONSPIRACY – EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT with SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS, INC
2012-2017
In 2016, Church blew the lid off everything when she came forward to say she did not make the call to police on July 26, 2011; she said a woman from Florida, along with Page made the call and pretended to be her.
Church’s contention she did not make the July 26, 2011 call to the EGFPD is consistent with her verbal directive to Page to make the call.
Church acknowledges she DID talk to the EGF police during a “follow up” call which she said was made to her by the EGFPD.
According to the EGFPD records clerk there is no record at the EGFPD of any “follow up” conversations between EGF police and Church.
That’s because it was secret and probably took place on private cell phones – much like the private/secret emails between Hajicek and Harris.
Evidence shows the EGFPD is subject to blackmail because Church said she has recordings of the aforementioned calls.
Specialized Investigative Consultants conspired with the East Grand Forks police.
The BOMBSHELL is the TRUE IDENTITY of theFloridawomanthat actually made the false police report, because she was part of an extended plan (that succeeded) to fraudulently obtain domestic violence protection orders against Holmseth using a Florida dating law called ‘Repeat Violence’.
Two Petitioners (whom I cannot name under threat of arrest by East Grand Forks Police) involved in the conspiracy filed cases in Florida Divorce and Family courts against Holmseth – despite never even having physically met Holmseth.
Holmseth was told he would be murdered if he showed up for the hearings that took place in 2011. Holmseth went to the East Grand Forks Police before the court hearings and reported the death threats to Lt. Hajicek but Hajicek would not take a formal report.
The Orders were used to force-remove content Holmseth already legally published, and further prevent Holmseth from publishing his recorded interviews with the Petitioner’s regarding the Cummings and Anthony cases.
To this day Holmseth cannot publish the names of the two Petitioners on the Web.
On August 18, 2011, FLORIDA PETITIONER 1 obtained her INJUCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE against Holmseth from a Florida judge.
Here’s the BOMBSHELL.
FLORIDAPETITIONER 1 is the person that telephoned the EGFPD on July 26, 2011 and made the false police report that Holmseth has HaLeigh Cummings in his home.
But there is more.
On September 19, 2011, FLORIDA PETITIONER 2 obtained her INJUCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE against Holmseth from a Florida judge.
Here’s the BOMBSHELL.
FLORIDAPETITIONER 2 is the person that possessed the CD that contained child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings.
On November 22, 2011, Hajicek and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad issued a Warrant for Holmseth’s arrest alleging Holmseth violated the Florida Injunction regarding FLORIDA PETITIONER 2 by publishing something.
On December 14, 2012 EGFPD and a Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force agent, armed and wearing bullet proof vests, almost ran over Timothy Holmseth as they violently entered his home with a search warrant for his computer and everything on it.
During the maniacal event, Holmseth’s teenage daughter fought to keep 270 pound 6’ 6” EGF police officer Tony Hart out of the bathroom where she was undressed.
Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force Commander Aeisso Schrage seized Holmseth’s computer and all of his storage devices. Schrage placed Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) evidence stickers on the property.
EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad told Judge Tamara Yon the BCA advised the City they could not search Holmseth’s hard-drive without an additional Warrant.
Holmseth contacted the BCA and learned that agency was not aware of anything the EGFPD or Pine to Prairie Task Force was doing. “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case,” said Jill Oliveira, public information officer, Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, reported he searched Holmseth’s hard drive and found “no sign of illegal activity”.
The hard-drive was permanently disabled by the EGFPD before they gave it back per Order of the Court.
CATCH-22 – FEDERAL INVESTIGATION REQUIRED
EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund is caught in a Catch-22 because any Internal Affairs investigation into the false police report and Court Order scheme by Church, Page, and the FLORIDA PETITIONER’s will lead back to Hajicek and officers in his own Department.
For seven years the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota has violated the Constitutional rights of Timothy Charles Holmseth while covering up for an organized international pedophile operation.

In February, 2017, UND police officer Paul Bradley Meagher was sentenced after pleading guilty to charges of child pornography following an investigation by the North Dakota BCI and the Department of Homeland Security.
In July, 2016, Robert William Beattie, a former UND chairman of the Family and Community Medicine Department, was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for having 3,233 images and 100 videos of child porn.
Eric Hewitt Basile, 37, was charged with eight Class C felony counts of possession of certain materials prohibited in Grand Forks District Court on September 8, 2016 after a UND administration request for a computer search revealed multiple images of children between 1 and 3 years old being sexually assaulted.
George Robert Lyons, who is being investigated in both states involving multiple victims, was charged in Polk County, Minnesota with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault of a minor. Lyons was caught because school employees and social workers did their job – thus forcing Creepy Rod (probably stumbling drunk) out of the shadows to charge Lyons.
However – no records can be obtained on the George Lyons case and he has been running around telling everyone he’s engaged to be married to Grand Forks States Assistant Attorney Jodi Bass. The love birds even published the announcement of their big day on the Bed, Bath, and Beyond marriage registry.
Lyons was once employed at UND…naturally.
And, of course – Lyons’ alleged (adult) girlfriend Jodi Bass also graduated from UND.
Oh – and Bass’s boss, Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones – yep, UND as well.
Grand Forks States Attorney Jason McCarthy was overseeing a supposed child molestation investigation into George Lyons for the States Attorney Office. McCarthy knew the drill because he prosecuted George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons. Matthew Lyons is serving a life sentence because he dressed up a little six year-old girl in a nightie – tied her to a bed and raped her with objects – and continued to do that type of things for some six years.
Jason McCarthy never got around to prosecuting George Lyons because North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple appointed him to the Bench.

“I found the needle in the haystack,” Soetoro said.
Soetoro was able to identify David Wheeler, the purported parent of Benjamin Wheeler, a child (allegedly) killed at Sandy Hook Elementary, was dressed as a sniper that was flanked by FBI agents in news coverage broadcast by every network.
Wheeler is seen in several photos and videos captured by news crews, walking with a sniper rifle, which he is amateurishly holding by the ammunition clip as the barrel sways about and points at people around him.
Wheeler’s uniform looks to be army surplus and bears no official identification showing his agency, which could cause him to be shot in a real active shooter situation because he looks like a crazy guy – not a real agent with ID. News footage of Wheeler shows him preoccupied with hiding his face from the camera crews. “He’s an actor that needs to play a separate role in a couple of days,” Soetoro said.
David Wheelers’ wife, Francine Wheeler, is also an actress and starred in the animated porn “Mutant Aliens”.
But Francine Wheeler’s acting career is the least of what incriminates the federal government of the past Administration.
“Who was Francine Wheeler’s boss – well, she assisted Maureen White, the DNC national finance chair, who was also the finance chair for the Hillary for President Campaign”.
Soetoro’s video show David Wheeler’s personal interactions and associates go all the way to the White House. Former President Barack Obama transported the Wheeler couple and other ‘Newtown families’ on Air Force One to locations where they would lobby about gun-control.
“The news is pretending these lobbyists are real,” Soetoro said.
“NBC published footage of a known actor – a known actor impersonating a phony FBI SWAT team member,” Soetoro said.
“The media is broadcasting fake events using known actors,” Wheeler said.
“Bill O’Reilly is, during the O’Reilly factor, showing you known actors dressed up in costumes – in shabby costumes – pretending to be SWAT officers,” Soetoro said.
Soetoro’s discovery supports the evidence that shows the event was actually a drill conducted by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that involved the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
One of the most interesting aspects of the shooting pointed out by Soetoro is the fact that the FBI officially reports there were no murders in Newtown in 2012.

Ronald Cummings, the father of missing child HaLeigh Cummings, took his daughter HaLeigh to a sex club where the doors were closed and nobody was allowed in our out until late morning.
Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, possessed photos of the little girl being held down (by someone’s hands), undressed, and screaming.
Nearly every member of the legal team working for HaLeigh’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, was involved and snorting cocaine.
John Regan, the fake pastor that identified himself as FBI and CIA to multiple witnesses took Wayanne Kruger to a sex only club where there were children and drugs.
Rev. Richard Grund, the admitted Satanist that was interviewed by Orange County Sheriff’s Office regarding the murder of Caylee Anthony was involved.
“Both Cobra and the team had been snorting coke with someone who took them to the “rage.” John Regan took me to a sex only club and drugs. They locked the doors by 9 pm with children. Crystal was previously seen at these parties. They could not leave until late morning. Sober. I did not know my way there and back because John (Regan) had driven me in circles. Newly released records from the FBI investigation into the Hillary Clinton email investigation shows there is actually a group called “The Shadow Government” governing the nation behind the scenes.

I have discovered evidence of treason against the United States of America and I am writing to you because you are an officer of the United States Court.
I have submitted the evidence to Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI and she acknowledged receipt (see attached).
I am contacting a federal judge (you, Honorable Frank) because I have been targeted due to the fact I have discovered a “shadow government” that has targeted me, and I have no financial resources to obtain an attorney to address the violations of my Constitutional rights. There is no possible way I have the ability or legal know-how to file such a lawsuit and navigate the process properly.
The aforementioned “shadow government” has actually targeted ‘America’ and is actively terrorizing every single citizen through organized kidnappings, rape, torture, ritual killings, mass shootings, etc.

Robert Enyart came under investigation by the FBI after they (FBI) were contacted by Planned Parenthood in the fall of 2015 regarding concerns about Enyart’s church. The Denver FBI then contacted Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, and asked to interview her regarding things she witnessed at Denver Bible Church (she and her husband Curtis are former members).
I began interviewing and journalistically covering the horrendous plight of Curtis and Danielle Kekoa in the summer of 2015. I subsequently began chronicling the events surrounding the Kekoa’s at my publication http://www.writeintoaction.com (see attached).
The FBI interviewed Danielle Kekoa on November 24, 2015. During the interview (I have a copy of the entire interview) Agent Milka told Danielle Kekoa the FBI was seeking to avert possible violence and didn’t want another “Dr. Tiller” (murder of an abortion doctor) on their hands. Danielle Kekoa warned Agent Milka to “expect it” because Enyart had been exposed.
Only three days later, on November 27, 2015, Robert Lewis Dear went to the Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs and shot and killed several people including a police officer.
The FBI knew in advance a shooting was going to occur – that it was going to occur at Planned Parenthood – that it would be in Colorado – and they knew who was going to be behind it – that person was Rev. Bob Enyart.
I possess facts and evidence to support the assertion that members of Bob Enyart’s “shadow government” has targeted me and my family since approximately 2009.
Below are paragraphs I extracted from Enyart’s Manifesto and operating guide that demonstrates he is in violation of Unites State Code and has already committed treason against Our Country.
I would direct Your Honor’s specific attention to the fact he is already operating a parallel government that involves “your ability to weigh the evidence against the accused and to decide the right charge, verdict, and sentence”.
I believe that I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, have already been tried and found guilty and sentenced by the illegal “Shadow Government” Online Court because I obtained evidence that the “Shadow Government” members located in the State of Florida (and other States involving various crimes) were trafficking child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.
Likewise, the same illegal trial and sentencing was held for the Kekoa family after they realized Enyart was a satanic cult leader that was murdering and/or ordering the kidnapping and murders of people (including children) at an unimaginable scale.

The reason I am making this request is because I do not know how to file an Original Complaint, properly. Enyart claims in his Manifesto that his shadow government will be set up in 100 cities across the United States. I am not a lawyer and do not know how to address this many jurisdictions.
Further, this is an issue of national security that has been going on since at least the 1990’s. It is in the best interest of all 50 States for the U.S. Court to adapt this matter promptly.
