Newly released records from the FBI investigation into the Hillary Clinton email investigation shows there is actually a group called “The Shadow Government” governing the nation behind the scenes.

In December, 2015, investigative journalist and federal plaintiff Timothy Charles Holmseth reported Treason against the United States and turned over a manifesto to the FBI, as well as a Minnesota Federal Judge (letter published below).

Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI, acknowledged receipt of the manifesto.

Judge Frank refused to file the document with the Court.

On May 21, 1998, President Bill Clinton nominated Frank to the seat on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota vacated by David S. Doty. He was confirmed on October 21, 1998 and later received his commission on October 22, 1998.

In Re: Reporting TREASON against the United States of America

Honorable Frank,

I have discovered evidence of treason against the United States of America and I am writing to you because you are an officer of the United States Court.

I have submitted the evidence to Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI and she acknowledged receipt (see attached).

I am contacting a federal judge (you, Honorable Frank) because I have been targeted due to the fact I have discovered a “shadow government” that has targeted me, and I have no financial resources to obtain an attorney to address the violations of my Constitutional rights. There is no possible way I have the ability or legal know-how to file such a lawsuit and navigate the process properly.

The aforementioned “shadow government” has actually targeted ‘America’ and is actively terrorizing every single citizen through organized kidnappings, rape, torture, ritual killings, mass shootings, etc.

Attached you will find a 2,488 word Manifesto authored by Rev. Bob Enyart, Denver Bible Church, Colorado.

Robert Enyart came under investigation by the FBI after they (FBI) were contacted by Planned Parenthood in the fall of 2015 regarding concerns about Enyart’s church. The Denver FBI then contacted Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, and asked to interview her regarding things she witnessed at Denver Bible Church (she and her husband Curtis are former members).

I began interviewing and journalistically covering the horrendous plight of Curtis and Danielle Kekoa in the summer of 2015. I subsequently began chronicling the events surrounding the Kekoa’s at my publication http://www.writeintoaction.com (see attached).

The FBI interviewed Danielle Kekoa on November 24, 2015. During the interview (I have a copy of the entire interview) Agent Milka told Danielle Kekoa the FBI was seeking to avert possible violence and didn’t want another “Dr. Tiller” (murder of an abortion doctor) on their hands. Danielle Kekoa warned Agent Milka to “expect it” because Enyart had been exposed.

Only three days later, on November 27, 2015, Robert Lewis Dear went to the Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs and shot and killed several people including a police officer.

The FBI knew in advance a shooting was going to occur – that it was going to occur at Planned Parenthood – that it would be in Colorado – and they knew who was going to be behind it – that person was Rev. Bob Enyart.

I possess facts and evidence to support the assertion that members of Bob Enyart’s “shadow government” has targeted me and my family since approximately 2009.

Below are paragraphs I extracted from Enyart’s Manifesto and operating guide that demonstrates he is in violation of Unites State Code and has already committed treason against Our Country.

I would direct Your Honor’s specific attention to the fact he is already operating a parallel government that involves “your ability to weigh the evidence against the accused and to decide the right charge, verdict, and sentence”.

I believe that I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, have already been tried and found guilty and sentenced by the illegal “Shadow Government” Online Court because I obtained evidence that the “Shadow Government” members located in the State of Florida (and other States involving various crimes) were trafficking child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Likewise, the same illegal trial and sentencing was held for the Kekoa family after they realized Enyart was a satanic cult leader that was murdering and/or ordering the kidnapping and murders of people (including children) at an unimaginable scale.

Robert Enyart is guilty of treason and other federal crimes.

I am requesting the legitimate Unites States District Court – District of Minnesota, refer me to the Federal Pro Se project for an attorney.

The reason I am making this request is because I do not know how to file an Original Complaint, properly. Enyart claims in his Manifesto that his shadow government will be set up in 100 cities across the United States. I am not a lawyer and do not know how to address this many jurisdictions.

Further, this is an issue of national security that has been going on since at least the 1990’s. It is in the best interest of all 50 States for the U.S. Court to adapt this matter promptly.

I humbly request the Court consider my request for a reference.

Minnesota journalist warned of listening devices and cameras hidden in his home after contacting federal judge

The Minnesota journalist that exposed Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s cover-up of a child rape pornography ring that distributed naked photos of a sexually assaulted missing child has now received new threats after contacting U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank.

Timothy Charles Holmseth was warned “they have planted listening devices in your home as well as cameras.”

The warning was posted on ‘America’s Little Girl’ – one of Holmseth’s publications.

Holmseth, an investigative journalist and author has received death threats since capturing members of a government sponsored child abduction and sex trafficking ring on audio, discussing secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth submitted a written request to Federal Judge Donovan Frank yesterday, asking for permission to Petition the U.S. Court regarding criminal extortion and constitutional violations.

Holmseth’s communication to the U.S. Court appears to have prompted the latest threat.

Holmseth has received telephone calls from telephones traced to Fla. Governor Rick Scott and Attorney General Pam Bondi from a the caller that spoke into a voice changer and warned Holmseth very bad things would happen to him and his children if he didn’t completely remove all of his websites from the internet.

Holmseth has also received a telephone call from The Trump Organization.

Attorney General Pam Bondi knows Lonzie Barton’s relative, HaLeigh Cummings, was trafficked for child porn through Florida DCF

Pam Bondi receives ‘HaLeigh Cummings child porn’ evidence and Notice of Intent from Minnesota journalist: United States District Court being sought for relief against State of Florida

Pam Bondi knows what happened to Lonzie Barton’s relative HaLeigh Cummings; and she knows who did it.

On September 2, 2015, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi received audio evidence via certified mail that leaves no ambiguity about what has been occurring behind the scenes at Florida Department of Children and Families.

AG Bondi received audio of DCF social worker Bonnie Warner discussing secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings, which Warner received on a CD during an after hours meeting in a gas station parking lot.

On the audio, Warner is heard admitting she received the CD that contained photographs that she could not show to her supervisor. The secret photographs, which were given to Warner by an employee of a South Florida law firm, featured HaLeigh Cummings’ private parts in a sexually assaulted state, yet were never turned over to law enforcement.

“The State of Florida in multiple jurisdictions including, but not limited to, Putnam County, Broward County, the First Judicial Circuit, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and Florida Department of Children and Families, are deliberately ignoring my police and/or administrative reports/complaints regarding child pornography of a missing child, and providing safe harbor for organized crime and members of a satanic cult to stage operations against me in violation of my constitutional rights,” Holmseth said in his letter to Bondi.

Timothy Holmseth submitted a letter to Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank, today.

The 21-page document reads in part:

The State of Florida is violating state and federal laws; both criminal and civil. In some instances I am the victim; in other instances the crime victims are others and I have become a witness through my journalism.

I possess evidence laws are being violated in Florida under:

1. Sexual Exploitation of Children – 18 U.S.C. 2251
2. Selling and Buying of Children – 18 U.S.C. 2251A
3. Certain Activities Relating to Material Involving the Sexual Exploitation of Minors 18 U.S.C. 2252
4. Human trafficking – Florida 787.06
5. Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence – Florida 918.13
6. Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations – RICO – 18 U.S.C 1961

The State of Florida; attempting to protect a criminal enterprise engaging in the aforementioned criminal activities, has violated my 1st, 6th, 7th, and 14th Amendment rights.

In the letter to Honorable Frank, Timothy Holmseth also addresses the Constitutional rights of HaLeigh Cummings.

HALEIGH ANN-MARIE CUMMINGS

The Constitutional rights of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings are being systematically violated.

If possible, I am requesting the United States District Court act on behalf of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

The State of Florida is concealing the true facts and circumstances surrounding the disappearance of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings to avoid exposure and prosecution for violations of state and federal laws that include sexual assault, child pornography, and human trafficking.

I possess evidence that the State of Florida knows the positive welfare status (i.e. alive) of HaLeigh Cummings, as well as her actual physical location. 

HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings has a right to legal representation.

Santa Rosa County blackmail scheme linked to HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping

The criminal extortionists that targeted Santa Rosa County have been directly linked to the case of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

The information has been submitted to FDLE attorney James Martin.

On September 1, 2015, the extortionists sent a message to Timothy Charles Holmseth via Twitter containing a link to a webpage located at www.radionewz.net – the link notified Holmseth he was being sued by a man named Jeremiah Regan.

Jeremiah Regan is the out-of-town drifter that appeared out of nowhere to become the Administrator of a facility in Satsuma, Florida called the HaLeigh Bug Center where cash donations were accepted shortly after HaLeigh Cummings vanished – he also erected a website called www.haleighbug.com where cash donations were encouraged.

Regan later supplied a sworn affidavit to the Florida Bar Association regarding an official complaint filed by Crystal Sheffield, the mother of HaLeigh Cummings.

Today, Attorney Martin was provided audio evidence of Regan telling a young female witness in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation that he was working with law enforcement. In the audio, Regan tells the female he has been authorized by law enforcement to promise immunity to anybody that will sign a piece of paper saying Misty Croslin was not home the night HaLeigh disappeared.

Regan is not a law enforcement officer.

Criminal background records show Jeremiah Regan’s father, John Regan, is a convicted sex offender.

Judy Lucia, Interlachen, Florida, told Holmseth during interviews that John Regan told her during a ground search for HaLeigh that he was an undercover FBI agent. Donald Knop, Florida, told Holmseth that John Regan told him he was a CIA agent.

Wayanne Kruger, the advocate that traveled to Florida to represent HaLeigh’s mother, told Holmseth that John Regan dressed as a pastor. He told her he was a CIA agent and claimed the FBI already found HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being. She said John and Jeremiah Regan prevented her from going to the police with information she had about HaLeigh.

Attorney Martin has also received evidence that shows Jeremiah Regan was involved in the acquisition of photographs of HaLeigh Cummings that were placed on a CD. Some of the photos were secret naked pictures of HaLeigh that featured her private parts.

On August 31, 2015, Write Into Action featured a detailed analysis of a criminal extortion operation used to blackmail, threaten, and intimidate witnesses.

The group has threatened to take Timothy Holmseth’s unborn grandchild after he/she is born, and recently contacted his employer with false and defamatory statements.

The anonymous group publishing the messages demand Timothy Holmseth removes all of his websites from the Web or they will irreparably harm him and his children.

The FDLE and FBI know the identity of the attorney representing www.radionewz.net.

In Timothy Holmseth’s letter to Attorney Martin he stated in part:

JEREMIAH REGAN, REDACTED, AND THE MISSING CHILD HALEIGH CUMMINGS

Jeremiah Regan worked for REDACTED during the national profile Amber Alert and search for HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings in 2009.

1. I possess audio evidence from that time period that proves Jeremiah Regan either (1) impersonated an agent of law enforcement in Florida and/or (2) was used as an agent of law enforcement in Florida. Note: I am also attaching an MP3 of the audio
   2. I possess evidence that Jeremiah Regan was involved with secret naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings. The following transcription is from audio interviews I already turned over to law enforcement.

   (DONALD KNOP / REDACTED) – Yea, well I know Jeremiah (Regan) had gotten some pictures too.

   (STAUBS / PI – (REDACTED) – Yeah

   (KNOP) – Like, you know, that was before he became the official driver for REDACTED. So, riding around with what’s her name? And, ehh, shit, I’m sorry my minds all over the place –  riding around with Crystal – and they had to go get pictures from somewhere, or he was going to email, I don’t remember, I kind of turned my mind on to focusing on to…

   (HOLMSETH) I wonder if it has something to do with those photographs. What was the chain of possession on them? Who did you get them from? Of HaLeigh?

   (KNOP) It was either REDACTED or Marie (Griffis). I think it was literally we were all in the room together – Jerri Greene, me, maybe Jeremiah and, it was either Marie, or Crystal, they had to get them from somewhere. They got the pictures – they handed them to REDACTED – REDACTED looked at them – she handed them to me and she said get these on a disc for Peggy (Cone), eh, shit, Bonnie Warner.

   JOURNALIST NOTE: THE NAKED PHOTOS OF HALEIGH CUMMINGS THAT FEATURED HER SEXUALLY ASSAULTED VAGINA WERE KEPT IN A SECRET LOCATION UNTIL THE DISC THAT WAS BEING PREPARED FOR BONNIE WARNER WAS COMPLETELY READY. AT THE TIME, SOMEONE WENT AND RETRIEVED THE PHOTOS.

   Timothy Holmseth will be turning all the aformentioned information to Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank when he seeks federal relief for Constitutional right violations visited upon him and his family by the state of Florida.

Federal Judge Donavan Frank has been provided evidence of child rape pornography that police attempted to destroy on journalist’s hard-drive

Rape porn is of missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings

Judge Donovan Frank has been provided evidence that child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings exists and is still in distribution.

The evidence, submitted to Judge Frank by Timothy Charles Holmseth, includes recent correspondences with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Richard T. Thornton, Minneapolis FBI.

The evidence shows that in 2009, members of the Florida legal community were secretly circulating child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, through a network that included a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner.

The evidence exposes an elaborate network of law enforcement officials that use their positions to abduct children in Florida.

The evidence indicates HaLeigh Cummings was sexually assaulted on a date after she was reported missing, and pictures were then taken of the child’s assaulted private parts to support a change of custody case against her father, Ronald Cummings.

The evidence shows members of the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force were in contact with several players from Florida, and conspired against Holmseth, because Holmseth, a journalist, had captured all the players on tape discussing the operation and pornography.

The operation involved a man named John Regan that dressed up like a pastor and told people he was undercover with the FBI and CIA. He told several witnesses he was an “undercover pervert” and “undercover pedophile” that goes undercover as a pedophile to catch other pedophiles.

Holmseth’s original Complaint details how Minnesota law enforcement and select attorneys conspired to seize and destroy his computer hard-drive, and according to Attorney Michael LaCoursiere, had a plan to put Holmseth in prison so he could not tell what happened to HaLeigh.

“Defendants Schrage, Hajicek, Galstad, and possibly others, have all been in communications with members of a child sex trafficking underground,” Holmseth stated in his filing to the federal court today.

Holmseth, plaintiff, HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL submitted the evidence as part of a request that Judge Frank allow him to amend his original complaint to include the pornography evidence.

Alethea M. Huyser, Minnesota Attorney General’s office, the attorney for Attorney Michael LaCoursiere, has filed an opposition to Holmseth’s request to add the child rape pornography evidence to the lawsuit.

“Plaintiff has never identified any additional facts or allegations involving State Defendant,” Huyser argued.

Holmseth’s submission to the Court today addresses Huyser’s objection, and provides irrefutable evidence that naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings were taken, and surfaced over a month after she was reported missing.

The evidence proves who commissioned and handled the photographs; and that evidence links those persons to the EGFPD, Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, and EGF City Attorney.

Wayanne Kruger, the author and advocate that represented Crystal Sheffield in 2009, told Holmseth she feared HaLeigh Cummings may have bled to death because she had been raped and was “hemorrhaging”.

Holmseth attempted to report the truth about the missing child to the EGFPD, Polk County Sheriff Barb Erdman, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, but was repeatedly ignored and subsequently arrested.

In July of 2014 Holmseth filed a Deprivation of Rights lawsuit in United States District Court to expose the organized criminal operation, which included a non-stop assault on his constitutional rights.

The East Grand Forks City Council has continued to use taxpayer money to fund the defense of the police officers and officials involved in the pedophilia operation.

Federal judge asked to consider child rape porn evidence in lawsuit – evidence connected to HaLeigh Cummings and Casey Anthony cases

The Honorable Donovan W. Frank has been asked to allow child rape porn evidence into evidence in HOLMSETH V CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL. The request was filed to the Court yesterday.

The federal lawsuit is a deprivation of rights lawsuit filed against Minnesota law enforcement and public officials that allegedly coordinated and conspired with a group staging out of Florida.

The evidence was not available to Plaintiff, Timothy Charles Holmseth, at the time the Complaint was filed in July of 2014.

Holmseth has reported the child rape pornography to SAC Richard T. Thornton, Minnepolis FBI.

The child rape porn is directly connected to the HaLeigh Cummings and Casey Anthony cases.
