‘Narcotics Task Force’ shown as lawless criminal death cult in several national cases

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on May 24, 2016, 12:55 P.M. CST

Write Into Action’s investigation into the use of extortion by law enforcement officers to coerce naïve youth into acting as drug informants has uncovered very disturbing evidence in the 2008 murder of Florida State University graduate Rachel Hoffman.

The emerging evidence is the result of a four year investigation involving several high profile cases in Florida, North Dakota, and Minnesota.

RACHEL HOFFMAN

Rachel Hoffman

Rachel Hoffman

New evidence obtained by Write Into Action implicates the Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) and a Leon County, Florida judge in a criminal conspiracy to silence Rachel Hoffman’s doctor who spoke out publically after her murder.

The Hoffman murder was featured on ABC’s 20/20 and Dateline NBC and resulted in Rachel’s Law that went into affect in 2009.

Write Into Action’s most recent discovery reveals the phenomenally brazen and criminal actionable measures secretly initiated by TPD and its affiliates to terrorize and threaten Hoffman’s doctor and family non-stop.

POLICE SHOOTING in GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA

The new Hoffman case evidence was discovered during a separate investigation into the mysterious shooting of David Elliott, an unarmed man that was inexplicably shot six times by a University of North Dakota (UND) police officer in the emergency room parking lot of a Grand Forks, North Dakota hospital.

The North Dakota investigation revealed the UND rookie cop that shot Elliott was associated with members of a shadowy group of mercenaries claiming to be a ‘narcotics task force’.

The ‘narcotics task force’ concept is being exposed as a quasi-hoax; comprised of law enforcement officers and government officials operating a private criminal enterprise of transnational drug trafficking through North Dakota and Minnesota.

Write Into Action’s efforts to obtain 911 records and video from law enforcement in North Dakota has been continuously hindered by stall tactics and serious evidence integrity issues, which include a color police dash-cam video inexplicably changing to low quality black and white during the critical footage of the Elliott shooting.

ANDREW SADEK

Andrew Sadek

Andrew Sadek

The Rachel Hoffman murder was effectively mirrored in 2014 when the body of Andrew Sadek was found in the Red River near Breckenridge, Minnesota.

The Sadek case was a national headline story and widely covered by the media including 60 Minutes.

Sadek, 20, had been effectively extorted by law enforcement into acting as a drug informant for a multi-jurisdictional law enforcement task force. The young man was later found in the Red River with a bullet in his head and his back-pack weighted down with rocks.

The feckless investigation into the murder of Sadek has been a horrendous perpetual insult against the Sadek family who have endured published suggestions that the murder of their son could have possibly been a suicide.

Sadek’s violent murder has never been solved. In 2016, John and Tammy Sadek hired Tallahassee Attorney Lance Block to sue Richland County, North Dakota.

The Sadek family has requested the FBI take over the investigation.

UNIVERSITY OF NORTH DAKOTA

Ever increasing evidence shows Universities in North Dakota are unsafe due to drug trafficking that involves rogue law enforcement officers cloaking their criminal activity and black operations with the deceptive phrase ‘narcotics task force’.

Write Into Action has contacted UND President Ed Schafer regarding public records requests that are not being responded to by the UNDPD.

UND President Ed Schafer

UND President Ed Schafer

Write Into Action has requested the Grand Forks police Department provide the name of a person that died of an alleged drug overdose on the same day the police shot Elliott – the GFPD has not released the name.

Write Into Action has requested and made a down payment on the frantic 911 call made by David Elliott shortly after police began chasing him. The call lasted 107 minutes and the public does not know what was said. Write Into Action requested the first seven minutes of the 911 call over three weeks ago and the request has not been filled.

Write Into Action will be releasing the new information on the Hoffman and other cases in the near future.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott and Senator Marco Rubio may both see their political aspirations evaporate as the American public continues to learn the horrific details of a pedophile cult and drug trafficking operation that is being covered up at the highest levels in their state.

Even an endorsement from either man could be damaging.

Sen. Marco Rubio

Sen. Marco Rubio

U.S. District Court records in Minnesota (Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al) shows the Scott Administration possesses indisputable documentation obtained during a journalistic investigation, that an elite pedophile cult inside Florida DCF took rape photos of a kidnapped kindergartener – including close-ups of her vagina.

Some of the audio evidence regarding the HaLeigh Cummings porn was obtained during telephone calls recorded by investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth with William E. Staubs, an informant that has personally met with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Staubs tricked members of the government trafficking network into talking about their sex operation while Holmseth was on a third line.

HaLeigh Cummings disappeared in 2009, is classified as ‘Missing and Endangered’ and her whereabouts is being sought by the FBI.

Scott’s Inspector General for the Florida DCF acknowledged receipt of the evidence, which was submitted to Scott and Florida AG Pam Bondi.

Documents received by Timothy Holmseth from the Officer of the Governor purport that an investigation was launched. However, it now appears they are attempting to hide the child porn and sex trafficking scandal.

And – Sen. Rubio is tangled up in the matter.

Dr. Mark T. Hash, a Georgia doctor and veteran of the armed forces, practicing in Florida, narrowly escaped a long prison term after an FDLE agent, Matt Sears, attempted to cover-up a government drug trafficking network being run through First Impressions weight loss clinic in Tallahassee.

In 2009, Sears fabricated a case against Dr. Hash after the doctor learned what was going on and planned to go to authorities.

After obtaining a lawyer and proving Sears manufactured the case, forcing prosecutors to drop the bogus felony charges, Dr. Hash filed a wrongful prosecution lawsuit against the FDLE. Dr. Hash’s son, Alec Hash, later filed a civil rights lawsuit against the Tallahassee Police Department.

Dr. Hash and his family then became the target of a government sponsored ‘black op’ aimed at kidnapping his youngest child, Alec Hash, using a well established criminal apparatus in the Leon County, Florida courts.

Dr. Hash said he turned to Sen. Rubio for help.

“He was worthless,” said Dr. Hash. “His office claimed they sent the information to the Department of Justice but I never heard another thing from him”.

Dr. Hash’s skepticism about Sen. Rubio’s true ambition appears to be accurate.

During a recent press event, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie endorsed GOP frontrunner Donald Trump while scolding Rubio. “One message to Senator Rubio…unlike the United States Senate, the President of the United States is not a no-show job, so you’re not qualified,” Christie said.

In a recent article published on the Wayne Madsen Report, photos reveal Sen. Rubio is a sexually compromised politician with a prior arrest in a park. Published photos show him male dancing on a stage and he was reportedly close with a man operating an online porn business.

“In 1987, Rubio’s brother-in-law, Orlando Cicilia, was busted by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for his role as a key figure in a cocaine smuggling ring in south Florida,” the Wayne Madsen Report said.

However – the small mystery surrounding Sen. Rubio and Gov. Scott’s indifference to the Hash and HaLeigh Cummings cases would not last.

Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) obtained medical charts from the clinic in Tallahassee where Dr. Hash’s medical credentials had been used without his knowledge or permission.

The facility had been infiltrated by William Staubs and his then girlfriend, Paula Andrews.

The extensive records show the Tallahassee clinic was the ‘go-to’ spot for a very long list of government officials including senators, judges, police, and Gov. Scott’s very own Inspector General.

Write Into Action also obtained photos of Assistant States Attorney John Hutchins leaving the clinic with illegally obtained pharmaceuticals; at the exact same time he was prosecuting that very clinic.

Court records show a Leon County judge, Karen Givers, sits atop a family court kidnapping and extortion scheme that involves a network of pedophiles and satanic cult operatives working primarily in the legal system.

In a December 31, 2014 motion to the court, Attorney Steven Andrews, Gov. Scott’s long time nemesis who represents Alec Hash, said Givers was running a secret “star chamber”.

In 2013, Alec Hash cleverly escaped Gievers’ jurisdiction by traveling to Missouri and marrying his girlfriend – thus becoming emancipated. Desperate – Gievers immediately sprang into action by issuing a juvenile pick-up order for the newly wed and ordering Dr. Hash jailed until his son returned to Florida.

The Appeals Court quickly ordered Dr. Hash to be released from the illegal incarceration.

Only a short time later, Alec Hash’s photo was spread across the nation on a Missing Person poster erected by the FDLE and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

While the NCMEC later instructed the FDLE to remove the Missing Person poster because it was fraudulently guided, the events that led to Alec Hash’s name being placed in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database are very disturbing.

An operative of the underground and reputed friend of Judge Gievers, guardian ad litem Elizabeth Willis, telephoned the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and filed a false police report – telling Detective Joel Weaver that Alec Hash was a “runaway”.

It was a blatant lie.

In reality – Alec Hash was in Georgia, sitting in Attorney Fred Jones’ office, which Willis admitted she already knew.

Willis’ bizarre preoccupation with sex, kidnapping, torture, S&M, and pedophilia suddenly surfaced in a very disturbing email she authored as she and a Florida attorney, Michael Dolce, became desperate to gain physical custody of the married teen (and Plaintiff against the State).

“WHERE IS ALEC??? What is happening to him? is this lawyer a child abuser…is he a rapist? Does he like to diddle with little boys? Or big boys? Has he locked the child in a closet? Is Alec in chains? He told Michel that he is “safe”. What does THAT mean?” Willis said.

The Hash family case file contained absolutely no issues involving sex.

Witnesses in the Florida cases have received death threats and extortion demands to shut up.

Write Into Action (Timothy Holmseth) has been threatened with arrest by Florida law enforcement and repeatedly contacted through anonymous videos to remove all of his websites or suffer the consequences.

One video, produced in Florida, included a kidnapping threat against Timothy Holmseth’s grandchild.

Alec Hash remains in hiding.

Police records show Florida operatives and child pornographers have been in communication with law enforcement in multiple states.

Legal proceedings are proceeding on multiple fronts against the State of Florida by multiple parties in both state and federal court.

Federal case involving Scott’s cover up of child pornography ring will doom Scott VP bid

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on February 26, 2016 at 11:54 P.M.

Donald Trump is very unlikely to choose Florida Governor Rick Scott as his VP running mate.

Scott is the focus of a pending federal lawsuit against the State of Florida that involves the Scott Administration covering up organized kidnappings and a child pornography sex trafficking ring.

The federal lawsuit, which was originally filed as HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA, is being expanded, based upon new evidence that links the Scott Administration, Florida Department of Children and Families, FDLE, and other agencies to extortion, blackmail, and child sex trafficking.

Donald Trump, the front runner for the GOP, would never survive the horrendous details of the scandal.

Donald Trump

Donald Trump

The Scott Administration and AG possesses audio recordings of a Florida DCF child protection worker discussing a child sex trafficking operation. The DCF agent is heard admitting she received a CD that contained secret naked photos of a raped missing child, HaLeigh Cummings.

HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing in 2009 and is classified as a Missing Person by the FBI.

According to one of the sex traffickers, William Staubs, he was an agent of Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and personally met with her.

Evidence against the Scott Administration also includes medical files and client lists from a Tallahassee pill mill where Scott’s own Chief Inspector General, along with countless other government officials and law enforcement officers, frequented to illegally obtain drugs from persons using a Georgia doctor’s medical license without his knowledge.

The evidence to be used in federal court includes the names of agents from:

  • Chief Inspector General / Office of the Governor
  • Second Judicial Circuit of Florida
  • United States Attorney’s Office
  • Office of the State’s Attorney
  • Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office
  • Florida Highway Patrol
  • Tallahassee Police Department
  • Dept of Corrections
  • Dept of Agriculture
  • Florida Department of Law Enforcement
  • Florida Department of Health
  • Leon County Sheriff’s Office
  • Capital Police
  • Leon County Commission
  • Florida Department of Revenue
  • Republican Party of Florida
  • Florida House of Representatives
  • Dept of Energy
  • Dept Motor Vehicles

HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL involves threats made against Timothy Charles Holmseth by agents of Scott W. Rothstein – Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, and Adler.

Holmseth possesses internal law office e-mails between Rothstein’s firm and child sex traffickers involved in multiple missing and murdered child cases.

Timothy Charles Holmseth, the plaintiff in the federal case, has been the victim of death threats and extortion by Florida agents after securing the evidence.

The FDLE and Tallahassee Police Department are also reportedly facing lawsuits by Dr. Mark Hash, and Alec Hash, pertaining to civil rights violations.

High profile attorney and long time Scott Administration nemesis, Steven Andrews, is representing Alec Hash.

PART 2 – SHADOW GOVERNMENT and LAWSUIT SUPRESSION

The arrest of Steven Avery for the murder of Teresa Halbach effectively stifled the $36 Million lawsuit filed by Avery against Manitowoc County for wrongful imprisonment.

The murder case against Steven Avery was a ‘Shadow Government’ operation.

The use of Shadow Government operations as a tool to terminate lawsuits is a regular occurrence in the United States.

The same tactic was used against a respected Georgia physician practicing in the State of Florida involved in bringing two lawsuits against the State of Florida.

THE BIZARRE CASE OF ALEC THOMAS HASH

In the spring of 2013, the teenage son of Dr. Mark T. Hash, abruptly fled the state of Florida and disappeared from the radar of shadow government operatives that were attempting to kidnap him.

Alec Thomas Hash, now an adult, remains in hiding.

The bizarre story of Alec Hash’s hurried flight from the state of Florida began after shadow government operatives failed in an attempt to frame and imprison his father.

ORIGINAL ATTEMPT TO FRAME DR. MARK T. HASH

In November, 2009, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) announced Dr. Hash was being charged with writing prescriptions for controlled substances with no medical necessity, a third-degree felony.

Initial press statements by the FDLE stated Dr. Hash came under investigation for allegations that he was prescribing Phendimetrazine to patients he had not initially examined at First Impressions weight loss clinic in Tallahassee.

The FDLE claimed their investigation revealed that initial examinations of new patients were being performed by non-licensed individuals who also provided them with Phendimetrazine with little to no supervision by the physician.

The illegal distribution of pharmaceuticals at the pill-mill was in fact occurring.

However, Dr. Hash had no knowledge of the illegal activities because it was a scam being run by the clinic’s owners who were using secretaries to dispense pills.

The first oddity of the criminal charges against Dr. Hash was that the truly involved participants admitted to law enforcement they used his credentials to acquire medication without his knowledge.

Dr. Hash pled not guilty, and the charges were eventually dropped, after Dr. Hash and his attorney proved he had no knowledge of the patients that were illegally receiving drugs from non-medical personnel.

However, the actual identity of the patients illegally receiving drugs at the clinic tells the true story.

Write Into Action learned that the prosecution of Dr. Hash was a failed ‘Shadow Government’ attempt to conceal the clientele list of the weight loss clinic Dr. Hash supervised.

The client list includes:

  • Judge(s)
  • Family of Judges
  • Inspectors General / Governor Scott’s Office
  • U.S. Attorney
  • Court Clerks
  • States Attorneys
  • Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents
  • Sheriff’s Deputies
  • Florida Highway Patrol officers
  • Capital Police
  • Department of Health employees
  • Department of Corrections employees
  • Department of Agriculture employees
  • Florida Department of Revenue employees (auditors)
  • Department of Energy employees
  • Department of Motor Vehicles employees
  • Florida State Representative and politicians

Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) possesses the full names of all the employees comprising the aforementioned list, which will be revealed in a future federal lawsuit against the State of Florida by Timothy Charles Holmseth.

Shadow Government operatives, staging operations out of the State of Florida, have been given safe harbor by the Florida government to threaten the life of Timothy Charles Holmseth, threaten the kidnap of his grandchild, and violate his Constitutional rights.

SHADOW GOVERNMENT WITNESS INTIMIDATION OPERATION

Following (former) FDLE agent Matt Sears’ failed attempt to frame Dr. Hash; the physician found himself and his children under full-scale attack by shadow government operatives.

The shadow government operation involved the non-stop harassment and terrorization of the Hash family by sheriff’s deputies, police, government employees, and associates of the Tallahassee Police Department (TPD).

Dr. Hash filed a lawsuit against the FDLE.

Additionally, a federal civil rights lawsuit was filed against the TPD by his minor son, Alec Hash.

SHADOW GOVERNMENT KIDNAPPING OPERATION

The shadow government deployed a plan to seize physical custody of Dr. Hash’s minor son, Alec. The child would essentially be held hostage by the government, which would assure compliance by Dr. Hash.

The acquisition of the witness (Alec Hash) was to be accomplished by orchestrating ‘change of physical custody proceedings’ using shadow government lawyers and a shadow government judge.

The plan enjoyed guaranteed success because the fraudulent court motions were to be heard in front of shadow government judge Karen Gievers in Leon County, Florida.

Dr. Hash had long since been awarded sole physical custody of both his boys after their mother, Reschin Moore, had been institutionalized for episodes of psychosis, which involved highly documented incidents of Moore pulling out loaded guns in front of their children.

Court and hospital records show Moore posed a very serious threat to their two children and all guns in the Hash home were required to be in a locked safe where Moore could not access them.

The custody status of the Hash children was accepted; not challenged.

Court records, social security reports, police reports, as well as medical and mental health records, all show that the therapists and specialists treating Alec Hash strongly recommended he (nor his brother) not be alone with their mother.

The Hash boys had been in Dr. Hash’s safe physical custody for some ten years where they excelled and thrived – Alec Hash became an Eagle Scout.

Dr. Mark Hash and his son Alec

Dr. Mark Hash and his son Alec

Custody filings were orchestrated through shadow government operatives, including TPD victim’s advocate Melanie Tudor. Tudor contacted Moore; Moore had legal standing to make filings in the Florida Family Court regarding Alec Hash.

Completely dismissing and ignoring previous rulings and findings of a court from a different State, Gievers quickly granted an Order forbidding all contact between Dr. Hash and his son, and arranged for Alec Hash to be delivered to a shadow government operative; Guardian Ad Litem Elizabeth Willis.

Scholars and victims of shadow government operations believe if Alec Hash would have been taken into the custody of Willis, he would have met the grim fate of others such as Steven Avery murder case witness/convict Brendan Dassey; Jessica Ridgeway murder case witness/patsy Austin Reed Sigg; or even possibly slain Colorado teen Dylan Redwine.

ALEC HASH ESCAPES FLORIDA

In 2013, Alec Hash developed a plan to escape the jurisdiction of the Florida Family Court by simply traveling to Missouri and legally marrying his teenage girlfriend, which he did.

Despite Alec Hash being legally married and emancipated, Gievers would issue a juvenile pick-up order for him after he moved out of the State, which essentially rendered him a fugitive.

Documents obtained by Write Into Action show Willis filed a false police report to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), claiming Alec Hash was ‘missing’ after he moved.

Willis was lying to the police.

Willis told multiple lies to the LCSO, which included false claims that she and a shadow government operative/lawyer, Michael Dolce, had attempted to telephone Alec Hash; claiming to the LCSO that Alec would not answer his phone.

Willis’ claim about telephone calls was proven false though a complete examination of Alec Hash’s AT&T telephone records that show no such telephone call was ever made.

Willis lied to law enforcement so Alec Hash’s name would be entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.

The true facts are extremely disturbing.

Willis had actually been advised that Alec Hash was alive, well, and observed by police in Georgia sitting in the office of his attorney, Fredrick Jones.

Alec Hash had cleverly escaped the jurisdiction of the Florida Family Court as a married man.

Obsessed with acquiring the physical person of Alec Hash, Giever’s subsequently set forth an illegal order for the arrest of Dr. Mark T. Hash.

Gievers ordered Dr. Hash be held in jail until Alec Hash returned to Florida, which is completely illegal in the United States.

Gievers’ illegal orders to have Dr. Hash arrested and imprisoned were overturned twice by the Appeals Court in Florida.

Nonetheless, the innocent doctor sat in jail until the Appeals Court ordered his release.

DANGEROUS SHADOW GOVERNMENT OPERATIVES

In a bizarre email to Dr. Hash’s attorney, David Chester, Willis later admitted to knowing Alec was with his lawyer, and then inexplicably projected sex and violence into the matter.

Sex and/or child molestation had never been an issue in any matters involving Alec Hash, whatsoever. The projection of violent sex crimes and torture of a child gives rise to great concern about shadow government operatives Willis, Dolce, Gievers, and others.

The FDLE arranged to have Alec Thomas Hash’s name and image published on a Missing Person flyer by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Everything occurring to the stalked and hunted boy was happening with the knowledge of FDLE senior attorney James Martin.

The flyers were subsequently removed after the NCMEC, managed by the U.S. Department of Justice, ordered them removed because the true facts were not known at the time of the flyers publication.

Alec Hash Missing Poster

THE “STAR CHAMBER”

Court documents filed by high profile Florida attorney Steven Andrews to the Appeals Court in Florida, on behalf of his client Alec Thomas Hash, show Andrews described the actions against Alec Hash and Dr. Hash as those of occurring in a “Star Chamber”.

Star Chamber is a synonym for Shadow Government.

The Star Chamber is a 1983 movie starring Michael Douglass and Hal Holbrook that features judges, cynically acting outside the legal structure, and conducting hearings that are not governed by rule of law.

The “star chamber” operated by Gievers and the shadow government through secret communications, some believed to be occurring on the ‘Dark Net’ closely resembles (FBI Planned Parenthood shooting conspiracy suspect) Rev. Bob Enyart’s plan to subvert justice and begin his own government.

Write Into Action’s investigations have linked Colorado shadow government operatives to the state of Florida, which have been turned over to the FBI unit investigating Rev. Bob Enyart and his cult.

The threats against Timothy Charles Holmseth in the You Tube video below are believed to have been produced by Thomas Norman Olsen, Florida. Olsen is an operative that moves back and forth between Florida and Colorado.

The following is an excerpt from Enyart’s written Manifesto:

NOW WE ARE MOVING from teaching men to judge to actually appointing them as Judges! By training men to actually be judges, we are launching a startling plan. Here is how it works:

Through ShadowGov.com we are building a parallel government. This government is operating on the Internet. Initially we are training and appointing only judges. NEXT we will appoint mayors, governors and ambassadors. We are looking to God to help us create a fully functional government on the web. Our judges will decide real-life criminal and civil cases drawn from the existing court system. We will put their verdicts and sentences on the net for all to see.

The Hash lawsuits are still in play.

Alec Hash turned 19 years-old today and remains in hiding.

Threats by satanic Web cult to kidnap author’s unborn grandchild creating emergency for blackmailed Florida states attorney

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on August 24, 2015 at 5:55 P.M.

Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, has submitted a Notice of Intent to file for federal injunctive relief against the State of Florida.

The notice was submitted to William Eddins, the chief prosecuting attorney of Florida’s 1st Circuit.

Holmseth decided to begin the legal process after a satanic cult involved in serial kidnappings across the country published videos and threats to kidnap his unborn grandchild.

Federal Court w Gavel

The satanic cult, which calls itself ‘ANONYMOUS’ in videos it uploads to You Tube, has issued demands that Holmseth remove all of his websites from the internet.

Holmseth captured key figures in the kidnapping ring on tape discussing a CD that contained naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The kidnapping ring included government officials that were agents of Florida DCF, law enforcement, states attorney offices, licensed law offices, and other government entities.

Evidence indicates the cult is kidnapping and murdering children across the United States. One recent case the cult is involved in is the murder of Dylan Redwine, Colorado.

Holmseth further believes his Constitutional rights are under attack by the State of Florida because be uncovered a criminal enterprise comprised of government officials exposed in a series of article he published regarding a government-targeted boy named Alec Thomas Hash.

In November of 2014, Holmseth published an article entitled “Source: FDLE agents falsely arrested Georgia doctor to protect criminal enterprise – Florida law enforcement and mercenary types running ‘black ops’ against witnesses and children”

In the article, Holmseth revealed he possessed evidence from a Tallahassee pill mill that showed employees from the following agencies illegally obtained pills at the facility:

  • Chief Inspector General / Office of the Governor
  • Second Judicial Circuit of Florida
  • United States Attorney’s Office
  • Office of the State’s Attorney
  • Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office
  • Florida Highway Patrol
  • Tallahassee Police Department
  • Dept of Corrections
  • Dept of Agriculture
  • Florida Department of Law Enforcement
  • Florida Department of Health
  • Leon County Sheriff’s Office
  • Capital Police
  • Leon County Commission
  • Florida Department of Revenue
  • Republican Party of Florida
  • Florida House of Representatives
  • Dept of Energy
  • Dept Motor Vehicles

Holmseth will be providing all the evidence to the federal court in support of his request for injunctive relief.

Holmseth’s six page letter to States Attorney Eddins stated in part:

Based upon the aforementioned facts and circumstances:

The Office of the States Attorney, 1st Florida Judicial Circuit (hereby referred to as State of Florida), has an abundance of evidence that shows investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth legally obtained evidence that child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was created,  and subsequently distributed, by REDACTED, REDACTED, Florida.

The State of Florida possesses that evidence.

The State of Florida has an abundance of evidence and information that show government officials, law enforcement, government agents, and legal licensees, are entirely aware of the aforementioned state and federal crimes.

The State of Florida has a legal and ethical obligation under all applicable rules, laws, and ethical standards, to investigate and prosecute the aforementioned crimes to the fullest extent of the law.

I am formally requesting the State of Florida take legal action against REDACTED, as well as any other co-conspirators that have committed violations of the law against me as described herein.

FEDERAL RELIEF

Facts, circumstances, and evidence clearly show that I am a perpetual crime victim; the State of Florida knows the crimes are occurring; and the State of Florida knows the identity of the perpetrators.

Facts, circumstances, and evidence indicate this involves interstate racketeering and conspiracy crimes and I am a racketeering (RICO) victim.

It is incumbent upon the State of Florida to immediately move in accordance with enforcement of its own prescribed laws regarding crimes occurring within its jurisdiction.

Facts, circumstances, and evidence indicate the State of Florida is violating the Constitutional rights and protections of Timothy Charles Holmseth.

YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED: If the State of Florida does not IMMEDIATELY act in accordance with State law and Constitutional law, I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, will petition the United States District Court – District of Minnesota; humbly request the Court refer me to Federal Pro Se Project for an attorney; and proceed with a request for all available relief against the State of Florida.

Florida Governor Ricks Scott’s nemesis investigating published claims regarding FDLE black operations

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

Florida Governor Rick Scott’s long-time nemesis, Tallahassee attorney Steven Andrews, has been investigating critical facts and circumstances regarding highly sensitive Florida cases – including the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping and mysterious death of Caylee Anthony.

Attorney Andrews recently revealed the existence of his broad fact-finding probe in a letter from his law office to a media contact.

The decision to release the information about the fact-finding mission appears to have been sparked by what Andrews described as “extortion” against his client, Dr. Mark Hash. The extortion included a written admission by Hash’s former lawyer, David F. Chester, Tallahassee, to an ex parte meeting with a Leon County Judge.

On October 29, 2014, Attorney Chester emailed Dr. Hash and told him, “Pack your toothbrush”.

Chester then proceeded to threaten Hash. “I wanted to let you know that I am currently getting dressed to pay a visit to Judge Gievers this afternoon, and I’m bringing her a gift,” Chester said, adding he was going to show Gievers something that had been “handwritten” by Hash.

Chester’s threat was based upon Hash’s refusal to give him nearly a million dollars, which Chester claims Hash owes him in attorney’s fees; but for which there is no billing statements.

Hash has also received demands for money from William Staubs, a private investigator that once conducted a high profile search for the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. Staubs once worked contractually for Hash, and then subsequently, threatened to send private information about Hash to the Court if Hash didn’t give him a large amount of money.

Staubs has boasted to sitting down with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, and openly claims to telephoning judges at home.

Dr. Hash was a physician at First Impressions weigh loss clinic in Tallahassee, and was arrested by the FDLE on felony charges in 2009. The charges were later dropped due to lack of evidence.

Records show the weight loss clinic was a drug-hole for law enforcement and government officials, including the Florida governor’s chief inspector general, Melinda Miguel, who was allegedly obtaining prescription medication, which itself was being obtained by secretary level employees who were using Dr. Hash’s DEA license without his knowledge.

Source: Governor Rick Scott’s office connected to FDLE black operations program of extortion, kidnapping, and murder

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) has obtained documents that capture a Tallahassee attorney admitting to an illegal meeting with Leon County Judge Karen Gievers.

According to a South Florida insider, Gievers is part of a secret criminal network, working in tandem with Governor Rick Scott’s office, to conceal the existence of a black operations program being run through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and Tallahassee Police Department (TPD).

On October 29, 2014, Attorney David F. Chester, Tallahassee, emailed his very own law client, Dr. Mark Hash, Georgia, and told him, “Pack your toothbrush”.

Attorney Chester then proceeded to threaten Hash. “I wanted to let you know that I am currently getting dressed to pay a visit to Judge Gievers this afternoon, and I’m bringing her a gift,” Chester said, adding he was going to show Gievers something that had been “handwritten” by Hash.

“It is unnecessary that you thank me; I’ll be happy enough just knowing that you will finally receive the recognition you deserve,” Chester said, threatening his own client.

“P. S. I know that the sociopath in you is telling you that I won’t do it, but–once again–he’s wrong,” Chester added in a separate email.

Chester’s threat was based upon Hash’s refusal to give him nearly a million dollars, which Chester claims Hash owes him in attorney’s fees.

Chester was retained by Hash in 2011 to file a lawsuit. Dr. Hash presently has a lawsuit against the FDLE for false arrest; his son, Alec Tomas Hash, has a civil rights lawsuit filed against the Tallahassee Police Department.

According to the South Florida insider, Chester is extorting Dr. Hash, because Chester knows where Alec Hash is hiding to escape the black operatives of the FDLE that are attempting to kidnap him.

Court documents support the extortion/abduction scenario.

On November 12, 2014, Chester, represented by Stephen Marc Slepin, Maddox Horne Law Firm, filed a lawsuit against Hash for $771,300.00. However, when Dr. Hash’s counsel, Attorney Steven Andrews, asked Chester to produce billing records to demonstrate the debt he claimed Dr. Hash owed; Chester produced nothing.

Attorney Slepin subsequently dropped Chester as a client.

WILLIAM ‘COBRA’ STAUBS and ATTORNEY DAVID CHESTER

According to the South Florida insider, Attorney Chester is actively working with a black operative for the FDLE.

During the same time-window that Chester was demanding money from Dr. Hash, a private investigator out of Broward County, William (Cobra) Staubs, who performed PI services for Dr. Hash, was also contacting Dr. Hash and demanding money.

Staubs chastised Dr. Hash for not paying Chester, and then demanded some twenty-thousand dollars for himself.

Like Chester, Staubs had no billing records to support the demand for payment. Staubs too threatened to make contact with Judge Gievers, and threatened to turn over secret video that would embarrass Dr. Hash.

WILLIAM ‘COBRA’ STAUBS and FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL PAM BONDI

William Staubs told Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) during interviews that he met with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and (former) FDLE commissioner Gerald Bailey – he also claimed to telephone judges at home.

According to the South Florida insider, Governor Rick Scott and Attorney General Bondi know Staubs is involved in serious criminal activity, including the kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings, which was staged after the remains of the murdered Orlando toddler Caylee Marie Anthony were found.

According to the South Florida insider, the actions of Staubs and Gov. Scott’s office need to be immediately investigated by the Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security.

The assertion that Staubs poses a serious threat to public safety is well supported.

During recorded interviews, Staubs told Write Into Action the details of an intricate plan he had to travel to New York to “abduct” a female, and then transport her back to Florida against her will.

Staubs openly boasts about international operation he has run in foreign countries.

Staubs openly admitted to involvement with a convicted sex offender named John Regan. Multiple witnesses state that Regan impersonated an FBI agent during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation and told the child’s family’s advocate that the FBI already had HaLeigh in their custody.

One witness said Staubs and Regan orchestrated a fake search in San Mateo, Florida, that uncovered planted evidence, which Staubs then attempted to turn into the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Wayanne Kruger, an author and victim’s advocate that represented the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, told Write Into Action that John Regan poses as a clergyman, but is actually a child rapist and human trafficker directly involved with selling infants through the United States Embassy.

THE “STAR CHAMBER”

According to a December 31, 2014 motion filed to the Leon County Court by Attorney Steven Andrews, Gievers has been presiding over an illegal “star chamber” that is violating the constitutional rights of Alec Hash.

The South Florida insider the target of the star chamber is Dr. Hash, and they are attempting to kidnap his son to protect their criminal enterprise.

‘Alec Hash may have witnessed something – that’s why they need to get him,’ the source said.

FDLE ‘black ops’ may ruin presidential aspirations for Rick Scott

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

Florida Governor Rick Scott knows the truth about what happened to the murdered Orlando toddler Caylee Anthony, and the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

The Governor’s recent termination of FDLE Commissioner Gerald Bailey is an attempt to distance his office from the impending explosive scandal that now looms heavy on the horizon.

But it may be too late.

According to a South Florida insider, Scott’s office has ‘lost complete control’ of the situation and is ‘terrified’ because the hideous way little Caylee Anthony died, and the on-going cover-up of her murder, could ruin his chances for a possible VP spot on a Jeb Bush presidential ticket.

‘It’s hard to tell if Rick Scott plans on being a hero or a zero. If he plans on being a hero, he better do more than fire Bailey. He better resolve these cases. Jeb Bush is not going to want the Grim Reaper on the ballot with him,’ the source said.

Timothy Charles Holmseth has obtained information that the HaLeigh Cummings investigation was/is nothing more than a public relations campaign run by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) to cover for a massive drug and human trafficking operation that involved law enforcement agents and high ranking government officials.

The trafficking, which included small children and child pornography, involved an FDLE operative named William Staubs – also known as ‘Cobra’.

As early as March of 2009, Detective Peggy Cone, lead investigator on the HaLeigh Task Force, admitted the real reason Ronald Cummings, HaLeigh’s father, had not yet been arrested in his daughter’s disappearance, was connected to surveillance video of people coming in and out of a drug location.

The drug location referenced by Cone was First Impressions weight loss clinic in Tallahassee. The surveillance video was of the door traffic at First Impressions, and was secretly captured by Cobra Staubs. The patrons of the clinic were illegally obtaining prescription medication from a front-desk secretary without ever seeing a doctor.

Records obtained by Holmseth show Gov. Scott’s chief inspector general, Melinda Miguel, was among the government employees illegally obtaining drugs at First Impressions. Records show the clinic was the go-to spot for government employees to obtain pills and was frequented by judges, politicians, law enforcement officers, and their spouses.

Staubs told Holmseth that Ronald Cummings had “notebooks” full of names of customers purchasing drugs that could be used for blackmail. Staubs said he personally met with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi; FDLE Commissioner Gerald Bailey; and boasted telephoning judges at home.

Staubs telephoned Holmseth shortly before he was to meet with Bondi and asked how much information Holmseth had acquired on a South Florida attorney. The attorney was a business partner with now convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein. Staubs appeared to be gathering information for the Governor’s office.

There are countless examples of Staubs un-fettered access to information.

On several occasions, Staubs telephoned Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) child protection specialist Bonnie Warner at her home, and the two openly discussed the HaLeigh Cummings case file. Holmseth has recordings of the telephone calls between Staubs and Warner.

Holmseth also has recordings of an official meeting attended by Staubs, Rothstein’s attorney associate, and a young mother that was a friend of Misty Croslin. The attorney is heard threatening to have “Bonnie Warner” take the young women’s child away from her if she doesn’t cooperate. The Rothstein attorney associate was a suspect in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping and had been questioned by law enforcement.

According to the South Florida insider, Gov. Scott and Attorney General Bondi are suddenly trying to distance the Governor’s office from the ‘black-ops’ being run by the FDLE.

‘They’re scared to death about what they did to Misty Croslin. Scott and Bondi both know Misty Croslin was set-up and sentenced to 25 years in prison. That was done to make it look like Misty killed HaLeigh. But HaLeigh wasn’t dead. Rick Scott knows that. That’s not presidential,’ the source said.

However – it may be a black-op run in 2009 that becomes the un-doing of Scott’s presidential ambitions.

In 2009 the FDLE arrested Dr. Mark Hash, a physician that worked part-time at First Impressions. Dr. Hash was charged with dispensing prescription medication without medical necessity. The felony charges were subsequently dropped for complete lack of evidence, and Dr. Hash filed a lawsuit against the FDLE for false arrest.

The State of Florida then began to pursue physical custody of Dr. Hash’s teenage son, Alec Thomas Hash, via a ‘black op’.

According to a December 31, 2014 motion filed to the Leon County Court by high profile attorney Steven Andrews, Leon County Judge Karen Gievers has been presiding over an illegal “star chamber” that is violating the constitutional rights of Alec Hash.

The timeline of events show Gievers and the FDLE are working in concert; the tandem acts include an un-constitutional pick-up order issued by Gievers for Alec Hash’s arrest, which the FDLE used to justify classifying Alec Hash as a missing person.

‘Alec Hash may have witnessed something – that’s why they need to get him,’ the source said.

Public records show FDLE attorney James Martin was counsel for the FDLE after Alec Hash had been classified as ‘Missing and Endangered’ despite the fact Alec Hash was not really missing. After the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children contacted the FDLE and instructed the agency to cease publication of the ‘missing person’ poster, the FDLE, under Martin, continued to publish the poster while an operative used Facebook in a desperate effort to lure Alec Hash back into Florida.

In the summer of 2014 Alec Hash retained Andrews, but Gievers struck Attorney Andrews’ notice of appearance, which essentially means Alec Hash can only be represented by Attorney Michael Dolce, who Alec Hash had long since terminated in writing because Dolce was working against his interests.

After Andrews filed an appeal regarding Gievers’ ruling, Dolce filed a motion to Gievers’ court requesting Andrews be found in contempt of court. According to Andrews’ court motion, the “star chamber” is being used to prevent Alec Hash from having a lawyer, which violates his due process rights.

The Florida First District Court of Appeals is presently reviewing, what is essentially, ‘star chamber’ activities, and a decision could come any time.

Mysterious ‘Miami drug dealer’ once implicated in the HaLeigh Cummings disappearance likely a real person – investigation crippled by Tallahassee pill-mill that supplied drugs to government officials

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

In March of 2009, William Staubs, the Broward County bail bondsman and private investigator that interjected himself into the HaLeigh Cummings missing child investigation, told First Coast News his efforts were being funded by a “drug dealer” in “Miami”.

The assertion seemed odd because HaLeigh disappeared from Putnam County, which is located on the other end of the state in Northern Florida.

Emerging information indicates William Staubs’ (a.k.a. ‘Cobra’) strange reference to a Miami-based drug dealer was true. The implications of drug connections associated with the missing child case explain how law enforcement had/has been rendered impotent and unable to arrest those responsible for HaLeigh’s disappearance.

Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) reports show law enforcement knew as early as April, 2009, that Staubs and his colleagues were hiding HaLeigh Cummings in Georgia.

The drug trafficking dynamic to the HaLeigh Cummings case became most pronounced in January of 2010, when the child’s father, Ronald Cummings, and his former teen wife, Misty Croslin, along with several others, were busted in a drug sting and subsequently sentenced to long prison terms.

FDLE agent Travis Smith testified that Misty Croslin, an illiterate teenage rape and abuse victim with no criminal record, who was seventeen years-old when HaLeigh vanished, was the “bigger fish” and deserved her 25 year prison sentence.

“[Misty Croslin has been] been moving an enormous amount of prescription pills in our community. Misty Croslin initiated all the drug transactions,” Smith said.

Smith and the FDLE would have known their testimony against Croslin was false.

New evidence regarding a statewide drug trafficking operation shows Smith’s testimony about Croslin betrays the FDLE. Evidence shows it is more likely that Croslin simply knew too much about the Palatka/Satsuma drug community, as well as the truth about who kidnapped HaLeigh Cummings, and needed to be controlled indefinitely.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS WEIGHT LOSS CLINIC
Staubs’s claims at the time (2009) to be associated with a drug dealer from Miami ultimately tied him to a drug operation spanning the length of the entire state of Florida, because at that time, he was deeply involved with First Impressions weight loss clinic, which was operating in Tallahassee; the clinic was supplying prescription drugs to government officials, judicial officers, and law enforcement agents.

Staubs’s connection to First Impressions afforded him access to a massive amount of knowledge regarding high level government officials, reaching all the way up to the Florida Governor’s office, that were fraudulently acquiring drugs at the Tallahassee pill-mill.

An investigation by Write Into Action shows Staubs staked out First Impressions weight loss clinic and snapped surveillance photographs of government officials coming and going with purchases.

Two of the judicial community employees photographed was Assistant State Attorney John Hutchins, and his wife, Angelique Knox.

ASA Hutchins was prosecuting Jane Watts, the owner of First Impressions, during the exact same time window he was entering the pill-mill (owned by Jane Watts) to obtain the pharmaceuticals.

Documents obtained by Write Into Action reveal individuals from the following agencies frequented First Impressions:

  • Chief Inspector General / Office of the Governor
  • Second Judicial Circuit of Florida
  • United States Attorney’s Office
  • Office of the State’s Attorney
  • Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office
  • Florida Highway Patrol
  • Tallahassee Police Department
  • Dept of Corrections
  • Dept of Agriculture
  • Florida Department of Law Enforcement
  • Florida Department of Health
  • Leon County Sheriff’s Office
  • Capital Police
  • Leon County Commission
  • Florida Department of Revenue
  • Republican Party of Florida
  • Florida House of Representatives
  • Dept of Energy
  • Dept Motor Vehicles

Staubs’ possession of surveillance photographs and personal information of visitors to the weight loss clinic is the type of material that would subject the specific public officials and law enforcement officers to blackmail.

Staubs’s circumstances had placed him in exactly that predicament.

In May of 2009, Staubs was arrested by the PCSO on charges of felony false imprisonment after revoking the bond of a man named Daniel Snodgrass; throwing him violently to the ground while his private camera man filmed him for You Tube.

Before the violent incident on March 20, 2009 with Snodgrass, Staubs met with FDLE agent Travis Smith, Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy, Detective John Merchant, and State’s Attorney investigator Chris Middleton, and asserts he received their blessing.

Background information regarding the aforementioned individuals, particularly Smith, Hardy, and Merchant, now indicates Staubs had simply met with rogue members of the drug trafficking community that were law enforcement officers.

Staubs later said Detective Ken Taylor, PCSO, who was angry that Staubs was messing up his case against Snodgrass, went around the chain of command, side-stepping Captain Dominic Piscitello, and was able to secure felony charges against him (Staubs) by the State’s Attorney’s office.

In October of 2009, Staubs’ long time friend and PI client, Dr. Mark Hash, a physician at First Impressions weight loss clinic, was arrested on felony charges of dispensing pharmaceutical with no medical necessity.

The criminal charges filed against Dr. Hash were brought upon an arrest warrant signed by FDLE agent Matt Sears. The charges against Dr. Hash were subsequently dropped due to lack of evidence.

The evidence actually suggested Dr. Hash was the victim of identity theft, where low level employees at the clinic were acquiring prescription medication using his DEA license without his knowledge and then dispensing it to government officials.

Dr. Hash subsequently filed a lawsuit against the FDLE, and Agent Sears was transferred from the FDLE to the Department of Agriculture.

Evidence shows that although the charges against Dr. Hash had been dropped, the client list and surveillance photographs of government officials still posed a serious threat to everyone that obtained prescription drugs on Dr. Hash’s license by fraud, which included the Florida Governor’s chief inspector general.

Therefore – Dr. Hash posed a very serious threat to every single person and agency on the First Impressions client list.

As was the case with young Misty Croslin – the FDLE and Florida law enforcement quickly began targeting another innocent child to cover for their activities.

Court files and public records show the Tallahassee Police Department, along with members of the legal community, targeted Dr. Hash via his sixteen year-old son, Alec Thomas Hash, in a change of custody scheme, which was run through Leon County Family Court Judge Karen Gievers.

The Hash family was stalked relentlessly.

Photos captured at the front of Dr. Hash’s home show a squad car sitting ominously outside, and video captures former TPD Sgt. Mark Peavey, stalking their residence. Alec Hash says Peavey came to the door and threatened to kill the boy’s dog, adding that the boy’s dad (Dr. Mark Hash) will know what ‘we are talking about’.

Continued terror tactics by the TPD ultimately resulted in a second lawsuit, which was filed against the TPD on behalf of Alec Hash.

The change of custody scheme morphed into an all-out kidnapping plot in May of 2013, after Alec Hash slipped away to Missouri and got married; thus becoming an emancipated adult and not subject to Judge Gievers.

The emancipation gave Alec Hash the legal right to leave Florida, which he promptly did.

He was promptly pursued.

In 2013, the FDLE published a ‘Missing Person’ poster of Alec Thomas Hash, after he fled the state and refused to come back. The FDLE continued to publish the poster even after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children instructed the FDLE to remove the poster from publication because Alec Hash wasn’t missing.

On the same day the FDLE was told Alec Hash was not missing, somebody claiming to be a teenage girl named “Jackie Cannon” used Facebook to contact Alec Hash and attempted to lure him back into Florida (where a juvenile pick-up order signed by Judge Karen Gievers awaited him).

MIAMI BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT
In March of 2014, Alec Hash, still successfully eluding rogue law enforcement attempting to kidnap him, inexplicably came on the radar of the Miami Beach Police Department (MBPD).

On March 10, 2014, the MBPD ran a Driver and Vehicle Information Database (DAVID) search on Alec Hash.

Alec Hash has no connection to Miami.

David De La Espriella, captain, MBPD, was named on the DAVID search and contacted in advance of this story. No response by De La Espriella has been received.
