Internal Affairs complaint implicates Minnesota police department in child sex trafficking case – lawsuit planned

President Donald Trump’s telephone number was used to threaten a Minnesota journalist on Friday, April 21, 2017 by a caller that said they were “the Deep State”.

The victim, Timothy Charles Holmseth, says his local police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota is conspiring with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. to threaten his family with such calls – all to cover up an international child sex trafficking operation. Tina Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants claims her organization worked the Jonbenet Ramsey murder case.

Holmseth received the latest threat after he publically alleged the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) criminally conspired against him.

Holmseth, a former award winning news reporter, was warned by the caller to remove his websites or his law-abiding daughter would be falsely labeled a pedophile on the Web and he (Holmseth) would be institutionalized against his will for the rest of his life.

“Delete your website by Monday midnight or your daughter will be exposed as a child abuser pedophile. If you don’t comply … you’ll be forced into an institution to live a life of hell,” said a robotic sounding voice.

Holmseth has been repeatedly threatened over the phone from telephone numbers including those of Trump Organization, Clinton Global, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, Florida Governor Rick Scott, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, CNN, and others.

The malicious fiction violates Minnesota state and federal extortion laws and is intended to terrorize Holmseth and his daughter whose record is so completely spotless she has not as much as a parking ticket.

Records at the EGFPD show Holmseth has been threatened and harassed for seven years and the police know who is doing it.

The renewed attacks against Holmseth’s family come in the direct wake of an Internal Affairs complaint Holmseth filed against Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMPLAINT AGAINST LT. DETECTIVE RODNEY HAJICEK

Holmseth submitted a recording of the latest threatening call, and a photograph of the phone receiver, to East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

It was submitted as an Addendum to an existing Internal Affairs complaint against Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek.

Holmseth filed the formal complaint against Hajicek on April 18, 2017 after an Indiana private investigator, Tina Church, blew the whistle about her relationship with the East Grand Forks Police.

In October, 2016 Church telephoned Holmseth and revealed details of a bizarre plot against him that involved her own group, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

The plot involved having operative of Specialized Investigative Consultants STAGE a POLICE REPORT to the East Grand Forks police and allege Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

That plan to file the false police report was carried out on July 26, 2011.

However…

EGFPD records show the conspiracy involving Hajicek and Specialized Investigative Consultants actually began in 2009.

HALEIGH CUMMINGS AND CAYLEE ANTHONY – – – POLK COUNTY ATTORNEY AND EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE ENTER INTO A CONSPIRACY WITH SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS, INC

2009

In the spring of 2009, Holmseth, an investigative journalist, conducted over a hundred hours of recorded interviews with key figures in the national profile cases of Casey Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth contacted the Minneapolis FBI after learning very disturbing details about strange people at staged searches in Florida claiming to be agents of the FBI and CIA. One man, John Regan, Hastings, Florida dressed as a pastor and claimed to be an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.

John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, located HaLeigh’s toys, nebulizer, and a bloody glove, which the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office refused to accept into evidence because they believed it was planted.

Holmseth learned about photographs taken of HaLeigh and a CD that contained rape pornography of the five year-old.

Holmseth began assisting the FBI with information in 2009. He was formally interviewed for several hours in 2010 by a federal agent at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In January of 2011, Holmseth released his first book on the HaLeigh Cummings case.

However…

EGFPD records show that as Holmseth began helping the FBI in 2009, Lt. Hajicek became deeply involved in a conspiracy to assist the very people the FBI was investigating.

Hajicek’s conspired with multiple members of Specialized Investigative Consultants and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. The plan was to shut down Holmseth’s publication and have him put in prison.

In July, 2009, Hajicek, the ranking officer at the police department, began using his private Gmail account to conspire against Holmseth with members of a group associated with Specialized Investigative Consultants.

Holmseth did not know about Hajicek’s secret emails until July 10, 2012 when he received 56 pages of documents through a public records request from Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Holmseth had submitted multiple public records requests to EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund from 2009-2012 but Hajicek’s emails never came up in the searches.

SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS – ART HARRIS

The emails from 2009 reveal Hajicek was conspiring with former CNN journalist Art Harris who was Nancy Grace’s on-air correspondent on the HaLeigh Cummings case.

Harris was an operative of Specialized Investigative Consultants.

Although Harris and Nancy Grace portrayed Harris as a journalist on television, Florida BAR complaint records contain an Affidavit from a lawyer that reveals Harris was actually the paid ‘media consultant’ for the missing child’s mother’s (Crystal Sheffield) legal team.

An EGFPD police report authored by Lt. Hajicek shows Harris’ clients and associates began making unfounded complaints against Holmseth beginning on June 2, 2009. However, Harris’ name is never listed in a formal police incident report as a Complaintant – ever.

But, Harris’ contact with the EGFPD was heavy; ongoing; and he was seeking Holmseth’s arrest.

Private email dated July 10, 2009 between Lt. Hajicek and Harris reveals the two men were trying to find a way to have Holmseth arrested.

“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

While Harris characterized the FBI’s activity as being based upon Holmseth’s “absurd accusations” – the truth is Holmseth sent the FBI actual emails that contained photographs of HaLeigh and showed the route of the email thread.

“He’s got to be stopped” Harris said.

In an email dated July 18, 2009, Harris asked Hajicek if they could arrest Holmseth. “What did your DA say?” Harris asked.

Harris’ reference to a DA was in regards to Polk County Attorney Widseth, which means Harris somehow knew Hajicek was communicating with Widseth about Holmseth.

The fact that Holmseth obtained the emails from Widseth proves Widseth knew everything and participated – if not simply through his years of silence.

The Hajicek/Harris emails do not contain Hajicek’s side of the conversation which means they were either cut out by Hajicek and/or Widseth; or some of the conversation was taking place privately over the telephone.

Suffice…

The emails between Hajicek and Harris show that as early as 2009, Minnesota law enforcement and a county attorney in Polk County, Minnesota were plotting with a group to arrest an investigative journalist that was assisting the FBI.

And it didn’t stop.

2010-2011

The conspiracy between the East Grand Forks Police and Specialized Investigative Consultants was alive and well in 2011 after Holmseth’s first book on the case was published and featured on television.

EGFPD records show that on April 6, 2011 Holmseth went to the police department and reported he was receiving harassing phone calls.

There was a reason.

On April 11, 2011 WDRB-41 in Louisville, Kentucky reported Mystery surrounds FBI raid of Okolona home.

Tina Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants, knew about the child porn raid before it ever made the news.

And…

Holmseth knew that Church knew; reported it; and was contacted for interviews by Florida news stations.

Hank Croslin and Chelsea Croslin, Florida, both told Holmseth they learned about the FBI child porn raid from their “private investigator” “Tina Church.” Hank and Chelsea Croslin said Church told them the FBI found HaLeigh but were waiting for DNA tests to confirm it was her.

On May 24, 2011 Holmseth made another report to the EGFPD about harassing and threatening telephone calls.

On May 25, 2011, Harris published “Haleigh Cummings Case Update” and reported he talked to “Tina Church” who had been contacting out of state police and investigating rumors HaLeigh Cummings had been spotted alive in Kentucky.

Harris then wrote:

“[Tina Church] did however manage to entice one disreputable blogger (who requests donations) into spinning another bogus tale, a Haleigh case groupie dismissed by law enforcement officials as a prevaricator and a nuisance and who profiler Pat Brown describes as an online “terrorist,” paranoid and obsessed like a growing number on the internet fringe drawn to missing child cases. In an on going dispute with the mother of his six year old son, local police in Minnesota report numerous complaints for harassment and defamation, despite an affidavit he filed with a local judge in a custody dispute claiming none.”

The HaLeigh Cummings update by Harris cited Church, Minnesota police, and mentioned Holmseth’s six year-old son.

At this time it was decided by the conspirators that Holmseth had to be framed.

On July 26, 2011 Church and Levi Page, Tennessee, telephoned Holmseth at his home in East Grand Forks, Minnesota to lay the groundwork for a false police report that would place HaLeigh Cummings in his home.

SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS – LEVI PAGE and ART HARRIS

In 2010, Levi Page, who was 20 years-old, introduced his new Blog Talk Radio program in a bio that said, “Featured Host: Criminal Investigator Levi Page”.

“The Nashville, Tenn., native is also a regular on the CNN Headline News show Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, where he discusses cases like those of Haleigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony and Kyron Horman,” the announcement said.

The Blog Talk Radio bio then gives Page’s age as 34 and announces his relationship with Art Harris.

“Levi, 34, says his eponymous show wouldn’t be what it is today without criminal profiler Pat Brown —also a BlogTalkRadio host—who helps get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show. Former CNN reporter Art Harris, now freelance journalist, also assists in providing updates and details on cases,” the announcement said.

Page lied about his age and professional background.

In reality he was nobody.

Page’s true age was determined by the East Grand Forks Police in July, 2015 after Holmseth filed a police report that Page was publishing sex stories on the Web about his children.

“I contacted Austin Peay University and was able to obtain contact information for a Levi H Page DOB 07/19/1990,” reported Officer Corey Amundson, EGFPD.

SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS – LEVI PAGE and TINA CHURCH

Levi Page was working with Tina Church and Specialized Investigative Consultants in 2011 when he telephoned Holmseth and went on a vulgar rant. Church can be heard laughing on a conference telephone line. LISTEN

In another call made by Page to Holmseth, Page sounds mentally unstable as he screams that Holmseth better “shut the fuck up” and insists HaLeigh Cumming is dead. “She was dead in 09’ and she’s still dead now stupid fucker!” Page yelled. LISTEN

Page also screams “I hope you lose total custody of your children because they do not need to be around a stupid ass bitch like you”.

THE FALSE POLICE REPORT THAT TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH HAD HALEIGH CUMMINGS IN HIS HOME

On July 26, 2011 Church and Page telephoned Holmseth at his home in East Grand Forks, Minnesota to lay the groundwork for the false police report. During the telephone call, Church abruptly blurted, “You keep saying that little girl is alive so you need to produce her to law enforcement.”

Church diabolically asserted that because Holmseth believes HaLeigh Cummings is alive – he therefore has her in his home.

She continued.

“I think you know where that little girl’s at – I think you better start producing her – Levi I think you better call the authorities and you and I both heard tonight that he knows where that little girl’s at – did you hear that Levi?” she said.

“Heard it loud and clear,” Page replied.

Holmseth NEVER made any such statement about the missing child being in his home during the RECORDED call.

It was a planned set-up.

A few minutes later two officers with the EGFPD were at Holmseth’s door stating they needed to enter because they received a report that he (Holmseth) claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

The police report named “Tina Church” as the caller.

But now – the cat is out of the bag.

CONSPIRACY – EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT with SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS, INC

2012-2017

In 2016, Church blew the lid off everything when she came forward to say she did not make the call to police on July 26, 2011; she said a woman from Florida, along with Page made the call and pretended to be her.

Church’s contention she did not make the July 26, 2011 call to the EGFPD is consistent with her verbal directive to Page to make the call.

Church acknowledges she DID talk to the EGF police during a “follow up” call which she said was made to her by the EGFPD.

According to the EGFPD records clerk there is no record at the EGFPD of any “follow up” conversations between EGF police and Church.

That’s because it was secret and probably took place on private cell phones – much like the private/secret emails between Hajicek and Harris.

Evidence shows the EGFPD is subject to blackmail because Church said she has recordings of the aforementioned calls.

Specialized Investigative Consultants conspired with the East Grand Forks police.

But there is a BOMBSHELL, yet to come.

CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS – 18 U.S.C. 241

The BOMBSHELL is the TRUE IDENTITY of the Florida woman that actually made the false police report, because she was part of an extended plan (that succeeded) to fraudulently obtain domestic violence protection orders against Holmseth using a Florida dating law called ‘Repeat Violence’.

Two Petitioners (whom I cannot name under threat of arrest by East Grand Forks Police) involved in the conspiracy filed cases in Florida Divorce and Family courts against Holmseth – despite never even having physically met Holmseth.

Holmseth was told he would be murdered if he showed up for the hearings that took place in 2011. Holmseth went to the East Grand Forks Police before the court hearings and reported the death threats to Lt. Hajicek but Hajicek would not take a formal report.

The Orders were used to force-remove content Holmseth already legally published, and further prevent Holmseth from publishing his recorded interviews with the Petitioner’s regarding the Cummings and Anthony cases.

To this day Holmseth cannot publish the names of the two Petitioners on the Web.

On August 18, 2011, FLORIDA PETITIONER 1 obtained her INJUCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE against Holmseth from a Florida judge.

Here’s the BOMBSHELL.

FLORIDA PETITIONER 1 is the person that telephoned the EGFPD on July 26, 2011 and made the false police report that Holmseth has HaLeigh Cummings in his home.

But there is more.

On September 19, 2011, FLORIDA PETITIONER 2 obtained her INJUCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE against Holmseth from a Florida judge.

Here’s the BOMBSHELL.

FLORIDA PETITIONER 2 is the person that possessed the CD that contained child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings.

On November 22, 2011, Hajicek and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad issued a Warrant for Holmseth’s arrest alleging Holmseth violated the Florida Injunction regarding FLORIDA PETITIONER 2 by publishing something.

On December 14, 2012 EGFPD and a Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force agent, armed and wearing bullet proof vests, almost ran over Timothy Holmseth as they violently entered his home with a search warrant for his computer and everything on it.

During the maniacal event, Holmseth’s teenage daughter fought to keep 270 pound 6’ 6” EGF police officer Tony Hart out of the bathroom where she was undressed.

Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force Commander Aeisso Schrage seized Holmseth’s computer and all of his storage devices. Schrage placed Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) evidence stickers on the property.

EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad told Judge Tamara Yon the BCA advised the City they could not search Holmseth’s hard-drive without an additional Warrant.

Holmseth contacted the BCA and learned that agency was not aware of anything the EGFPD or Pine to Prairie Task Force was doing. “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case,” said Jill Oliveira, public information officer, Minnesota Department of Public Safety.

Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, reported he searched Holmseth’s hard drive and found “no sign of illegal activity”.

The hard-drive was permanently disabled by the EGFPD before they gave it back per Order of the Court.

CATCH-22 – FEDERAL INVESTIGATION REQUIRED

EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund is caught in a Catch-22 because any Internal Affairs investigation into the false police report and Court Order scheme by Church, Page, and the FLORIDA PETITIONER’s will lead back to Hajicek and officers in his own Department.

For seven years the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota has violated the Constitutional rights of Timothy Charles Holmseth while covering up for an organized international pedophile operation.

The United States DOJ needs to investigate Polk County, Minnesota law enforcement and Specialized Investigative Consultants.

Michael Hedlund addresses controversy over George Lyons and HaLeigh Cummings cases

There is a growing concern about the East Grand Forks Police Department’s handling of cases involving child victims.

The EGFPD has come under critical scrutiny after court records revealed that George Robert Lyons, an accused child rapist, was not charged with any crime whatsoever until nearly two years after a District Judge found he had sexually abused a child.

Records show abuse by Lyons was initially reported to school officials in September of 2012. On March 19, 2014 a District Judge issued an Order For Protection against Lyons and found he had sexually abused a child. However, it was not until December 23, 2015 that the EGFPD filed a formal complaint against Lyons.

I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) recently contacted EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund.

Mr. Hedlund,

I have confirmed the following four facts:

1. Complaints against George Robert Lyons regarding his sexual abuse of children began in 2012?
2. Records show George Robert Lyons was raping children and creating child pornography.
3. Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek was involved in ‘go nowhere’ ‘investigations’.
4. On March 19, 2014, Honorable Dennis J. Murphy issued an order for protection against George Robert Lyons and found that he had “sexually abused” a minor.

Q: TIIMOTHY HOLMSETH: Why did the East Grand Forks Police Department wait until December 23, 2015, to file a complaint against George Robert Lyons?

A: CHIEF MICHAEL HEDLUND: As with any criminal investigation we conduct our investigation as thoroughly as possible and when we believe it is complete and/or we have enough information to pursue criminal charges we forward our information on to the County Attorney’s office for consideration. 

But a child rapist being on the loose for over three years is not explained away by Hedlund’s reply.

However – answers may exist upon close scrutiny, which reveals George Lyons was certainly known to the police. He was certainly known to Lt. Rodney Hajicek (a.k.a. Jerry Sandusky Jr.).

On August 9, 2013 George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons, was charged in North Dakota with ‘continuous sexual abuse of a child’. On March 27, 2014 Matthew Lyons was sentenced to life in prison due to the horrendous nature of his acts.

But there’s more.

George Lyons announced on Facebook he is engaged to be married to Grand Forks Assistant State Prosecutor Jodi Bass. The announcement is also featured on the Bed, Bath, and Beyond online wedding registry, which says they were scheduled to be married on May 15, 2016. In 2017, George Lyons was still telling people he is engaged to Bass.

Q: TIMOTHY HOLMSETH: Do you have any comment on George Robert Lyons’ claim to be engaged to be married to Grand Forks Assistant States Attorney Jodi Bass? 

A: CHIEF MICHAEL HEDLUND: No comment.  This has nothing to do with the East Grand Forks Police Department. 

There is more than just a little something amiss with the time it has taken to move against George Lyons.

But the irresponsible way the EGFPD treats cases involving children did not begin with George Lyons.

It began in earnest with a missing kidnapped five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund recently spoke to Write Into Action after being asked about the George Robert Lyons and HaLeigh Cummings cases.

When asked about the possibility of misconduct within his Department, Chief Hedlund firmly stated “Absolutely not.”

So let’s take a look at the facts.

THE GEORGE ROBERT LYONS CHILD RAPE CASE

George Robert Lyons presently faces 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault charges involving a minor child. He was arrested in Grand Forks County, North Dakota on a Warrant issued by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Minnesota on December 23, 2015.

The December 23, 2015 Statement of Probable Cause for State of Minnesota v. George Robert Lyons seems to incriminate the EGFPD leadership as much as it does George Lyons. It incriminates the EGFPD because a known child rapist was allowed to be free and continue to rape even after a judge had found it was occurring.

The fact pattern shows the EGFPD was clearly trying to avoid bringing any charges against George Lyons, which is demonstrated by the following facts taken from the Statement of Probable Cause.

TIMELINE OF DOCUMENTED SEXUAL ABUSE

On September 22, 2012 a minor child made a report to Pam Gruhot who worked at the East Grand Forks High School. The child reported she was worried about her little sister because George Lyons was “creeping around” and had poked “peep holes” in her bedroom wall. She said Lyons would open the door while the child was in the shower and then stand and watch her. He also made the child wake up in the middle of the night and put on a bikini for him.

On January 24, 2013 Megan Starr, a social worker at Polk County Social Services, interviewed the victim and was told the same story. At that time a “safety plan” was created that required George Lyons leave the residence and not be alone with the child.

On that same day, Lt. Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD interviewed George Lyons. Of course – Lyons denied everything.

So a year goes by…

In December of 2013 Social Worker Starr interviewed the child again and learned that George Lyons never did move out as required by the Safety Plan. She told Starr that when she got in trouble George Lyons gave her punishment options of a “blow job” “hand job” or she could “sit on it” which she believed meant to “sit on his dick”. The child also said George Lyons made her take pills late at night but she didn’t know what they were.

On January 20, 2014 the child went to the EGFPD and reported that George Lyons sexually assaulted her. Hajicek learned from the child’s mother that her son had a friend overnight and he (the friend) saw things and heard the sexual assault take place.

It’s interesting to observe that at this point, there is now a non-family member that has witnessed the crime, which very likely complicates any attempt by the EGFPD to suppress the story and cover it up.  

The child victim reported George Lyons came into her room in the middle of the night, which was a violation of an established Safety Plan. He had with him, her cell phone, and told her he found things on it for which she could get in trouble. He told her if she gave him a “blow job” he wouldn’t tell. The child capitulated. According to the visiting child that was staying overnight, he heard the little girl crying that she did not want to take off her shirt and he could hear her gagging.

Lt. Hajicek interviewed George Lyons who initially lied about going into the child’s room but then admitted it. He denied assaulting the child, however.

No criminal charges.

Now watch this.

According to the Statement of Probable Cause, “On March 19, 2014 the Honorable Dennis J. Murphy, Judge of District Court, issued an Order For Protection, found that George Robert Lyons sexually abused [The Minor Child] and awarded custody of [The Minor Child] to her father”.

Criminal charges will certainly be brought now, right? It’s been determined by a Judge that the abuse is occurring.

Nope.

Over a year later…evidence of another victim.

On June 24, 2015 Lt. Hajicek interviewed another person that had been a child victim of George Lyons. The victim reported that when she was in ninth grade George Lyons came in to her room. He lifted up her shirt – put a pillow over her face – and took pictures of her. She also reported that he “fingered her” and attempted to have sexual intercourse with her.

George Lyons’ act of taking naked pictures of the little girl is in violation of federal child pornography laws.

On December 23, 2015 criminal charges were finally filed against George Lyons.

• September 22, 2012 – First accusations of sex abuse made to a school official against George Lyons
• August 9, 2013 – George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons is charged in Grand Forks County with ‘Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child’
• March 19, 2014 – District Judge find George Lyons sexually abused a minor child
• March 27, 2014 – Matthew Lyons sentenced to life in prison
• December 23, 2015 – Formal charge finally filed against George Lyons

The Lyons brothers were known ruthless pedophiles.

Yet, it took over three years for the EGFPD to file charges against George Lyons; it took nearly two years AFTER a Judge found the abuse was taking place.

And what is the first thing George Lyons does when he is released from jail? He announces he is engaged to be married to a Grand Forks County State Prosecutor.

He sent his message.

If I go down – you all go down.

THE HALEIGH ANN-MARIE CUMMINGS KIDNAPPING AND CHILD PORN COVER UP – A DISTURBING PATTERN AT THE EGFPD

     

The conduct of the EGFPD in the George Robert Lyons case is part of a pattern that began to be documented in 2009.

In 2009, the EGFPD inexplicably involved itself with a local journalist’s (Timothy Charles Holmseth) reporting on a national profile child kidnapping case.

Police and court records show Lt. Rodney Hajicek and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad were associating with kidnappers and child porn producers, and have used significant EGF city funds to provide aid and support to an organized interstate pedophile syndicate.

First, I will provide a synopsis of what I learned about an international child sex trafficking operation – and then I will show you how the EGFPD conspired with organized pedophiles against me to try to cover it up.

INTERNATIONAL CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING OPERATION – BABY SALES

In April of 2009 I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) began receiving emails and telephone calls from multiple members of a ‘group’ that collectively interjected itself into the Amber Alert search for a missing kidnapped child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

I recorded all of the calls.

I was initially contacted by Rev. Richard Grund who was a State’s witness in the Casey Anthony murder trial. He told me that someone planted pubic hair DNA on the body of Caylee Anthony, and hacked photo’s from his computer to implicate his family in Caylee Anthony’s murder. He told me Casey Anthony attempted to obtain semen from his son during a chance shower encounter so she could plant it on Caylee’s body.

Grund told me all of that before Caylee’s body was even found.

Grund wanted me to speak with a bounty hunter named William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra).

I spoke with ‘Cobra’ Staubs and he told me he had been sent in to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation by Rev. Grund. Staubs then began implicating a Florida attorney in a plot he claimed she hatched to frame a black man for the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

I was then contacted by an attorney who spoke nervously to me for hours.

The attorney emailed me and asked me if I would like some hot tips and leads she had regarding the kidnapping investigation. She said she was in direct contact with lead investigators Dominic Piscitello and Peggy Cone. She said she sat in on private law enforcement meetings. She began to copy me on internal law office emails to her client and staff, which included copies to Florida law firm Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, and Adler.

The attorney eventually told me she was in contact with Lt. Rodney Hajicek at the EGFPD and warned me that HaJicek was on her side.

I was contacted by Wayanne Kruger, the author and victim’s advocate that was featured on national television with the missing child’s mother. She told me about a pastor named John Regan who told her he was with the CIA.

Kruger told me Rev. Grund was doing “exorcisms” on little girls and she feared he might have killed HaLeigh Cummings.

Kruger told me John Regan and others including members of a law office were using DCF offices and blackmail to steal babies from teenage mothers (some were scared illegal immigrants) and then moving the infants through the U.S. Embassy for purchasers in Belgium.

Kruger, Staubs, and the attorney all said they were working closely with CNN reporter Art Harris. Harris was Nancy Grace’s reporter on the HaLeigh Cummings case and was strategically putting out fake news on Grace’s tabloid program.

I was told by multiple witnesses that John Regan identified himself during searches for the missing child HaLeigh Cummings as an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.

CHILD PORN OF HALEIGH CUMMINGS

I was put on the phone with Donald Knop, an employee of a Florida law office. He told me about naked photographs he had been given (within his duties at the law office) of HaLeigh Cummings. He told me he was instructed by an attorney to give the photos to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner. He said he gave Warner the photos in a gas station parking lot after hours.

I then sat silently on a third (conference call) line while Cobra Staubs talked to Warner about the photos. She stated she received them and never gave them to law enforcement.

Note: I cannot use specific names of certain persons that handled the child rape porn of the five year-old or I will be arrested by the EGFPD and/or Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

I have been illegally and unconstitutionally subjected to a “Domestic Violence Protection Order” that was placed on me (a Minnesota resident) in a Florida Divorce Court in Broward County, Florida by a person I never physically met in my life (but interviewed over the phone).

I was telephoned in advance of the Florida court hearing and told I would be murdered by members of the South Florida Mafia and thrown in a swamp if I showed up.

The unconstitutional Order required me to retroactively remove content I had already published regarding the child’s kidnapping. The Order was an attempt to stop distribution of a book I wrote on the case. The Order is diligently enforced by the EGFPD and Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Polk County authorities are conspiring with child sex traffickers.

I conducted over a hundred of hours of recorded interviews with the aforementioned and many, many others who were seemingly ringing my telephone night and day.

Each individual told me things about others in the group, which was making many members of the group paranoid and nervous. Many of the conversations were group members calling and trying to find out what other members told me.

Essentially – the group is a child abduction team that works with rogue state and federal law enforcement officers as well as Department of Children and Families (FDCF) to kidnap children for sale to the elite. The children and babies are used for sex, torture, and satanic blood rituals.

This Florida abduction team is directly associated with convicted $1.4 Billion Ponzi schemer, Attorney Scott W. Rothstein. Rothstein became the subject of a RICO investigation in Florida and eventually pled guilty.

Rothstein was nefariously involved with convicted pedophile and child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein who operates the notorious Pedophile Island (President Bill Clinton is in Epstein’s flight logs because Bill Clinton is a child rapist).

THE EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT

In 2009, Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, began receiving out-of-state telephone complaints from some of the paranoid members of the group.

Hajicek did not become suspicious of the group.

Instead…

Lt. Hajicek telephoned me (recorded by me) on the group’s behalf, and although he openly stated and recorded in his police incident report that I had committed no crime, he suggested that I not publish anything about certain members of the group.

Not only had I not committed any crime; I was quietly assisting the FBI – and HaJicek KNEW IT!

During that time-window, I had contacted Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum and the Minneapolis FBI regarding information I obtained about photographs of HaLeigh Cummings.

I would later be interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The FBI asked for select recordings of my journalism interviews with individuals that were under investigation.

I would later learn, through a public records request to the Polk County Attorney’s Office, that Lt. Hajicek had been in secret email communication with CNN correspondent Art Harris.

Art Harris was Nancy Grace’s reporter for the HaLeigh Cummings investigation (but is actually no more than a pedophile and kidnapping operative that produced fake news for CNN and claims to do contract work for the FBI and DEA).

Hajicek had been communicating with Harris on his private email account and discussing Harris’ desire to have me arrested.

In one email, Harris is fuming mad, complaining to Hajicek that the FBI in Florida, acting on information and evidence from me; that they had just visited the office of a group member regarding photographs of HaLeigh Cummings.

Harris told Hajicek “He’s got to be stopped”.

Harris asked Hajicek if he had heard anything back (about having me arrested) from the County Attorney (Greg Widseth). Hajicek’s end of the email thread appears to have been removed by a scissors.

In early 2011, I published a book about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping. The book was printed by a printer in Grand Forks, North Dakota. It was comprised primarily of quotes taken from my recorded interviews. The book was featured on Florida television and widely reported on.

Major Gary Bowling, the director of law enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Florida requested a copy.

However – Lt. Hajicek and the EGFPD clearly wanted me to shut up and I’ll be arrested if I advertise my book online in Polk County, Minnesota.

EGFPD PLOT TO FRAME ME FOR RAPE AND MURDER

In the summer of 2011, officers with the EGFPD came to my home where I was with my two children. They said they received a police report (from Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Indiana) that just minutes before, I had claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

I would later discover the EGFPD was assisting the group, to create the illusion, that I had possessed the child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, and at some point had the little missing girl in my home. I.E. – They were setting me up for kidnapping, rape, production of child pornography, and murder.

There is evidence Tina Church is involved in the interstate trafficking of HaLeigh Cummings.

I was told by Kruger that she witnessed and filmed a woman named ‘Christine Church’ at a prayer vigil for HaLeigh Cummings shortly after the child vanished. She said “Christine Church” traveled to the vigil from another state with a group of others.

In the fall of 2011, Lt. Hajicek and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad issued an arrest warrant for me, because I published a person’s photograph on my website in violation of a Domestic Violation Protection Order placed on me in a Florida Divorce Court by a person I had never met; at a hearing I could not attend under threat of death.

In 2012, the EGFPD and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, wearing bullet proof vests, raided my home office and seized my computer and storage disks.

Polk County Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland would later record in his Sheriff’s Report, as well testify in open court, that he had searched Timothy Holmseth’s hard-drive and found “no sign of illegal activity”.

The EGFPD destroyed my hard-drive before returning it by Order of the Court.

In 2016, Tina Church telephoned me and told me she had been impersonated by a Florida woman on the false police report made against me in 2011. She said Levi Page, who is yet another law enforcement impersonator and associate of Art Harris and Nancy Grace, was also on the telephone line when the false police report was made.

Tina Church told me that she had been contacted ‘off the record’ by the EGFPD during the time window of the false police report. She specifically states that the EGFPD telephoned her (not the other way around).

Evidence shows the EGFPD worked with Tina Church and others in an effort to create the false appearance that I was involved in the rape and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Neither the EGFPD nor the Polk County Attorney’s Office will investigate the new statements by Tina Church that she was impersonated, which could potentially lead to the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Duplicate police reports obtained from the EGFPD reveal select portions of reports detailing activities of Lt. Hajicek have been literally removed the Report (although I possess the originals).

Records also show Lt. Hajicek destroyed files and audio recordings that were placed in evidence by his own officers.

Polk County, Minnesota needs to be investigated by the United States Department of Justice.

Does an Executive Order issued by President Trump regarding transnational criminal organizations and trafficking spell future trouble for Polk County, Minnesota?

It could if local police and government officials are part of an international crime syndicate that puts out local fires that pop-up in Polk County.

So is it an issue?

Greg Widseth, the county attorney in Polk County, Minnesota might be a little unnerved by the recent Trump Order that reads in part:

“Transnational criminal organizations and subsidiary organizations, including transnational drug cartels, have spread throughout the Nation, threatening the safety of the United States and its citizens.  These organizations derive revenue through widespread illegal conduct, including acts of violence and abuse that exhibit a wanton disregard for human life.  They, for example, have been known to commit brutal murders, rapes, and other barbaric acts”

It continues.

“Work to support and improve the coordination of Federal agencies’ efforts to identify, interdict, investigate, prosecute, and dismantle transnational criminal organizations and subsidiary organizations within and beyond the United States”

Yeah – might be a problem.

President Trump isn’t real big on international kidnapping and pedophile rings that are funded by drug trafficking and other illegal activities.

Alternatively stated….

President Trump doesn’t like slime-bag Luciferian creeps that kidnap, sell, dungeon torture, drink blood, eat hearts, and rape to death babies and children.

So why should this matter to Widseth?

Documents prove…

In 2009, Widesth, along with the East Grand Forks Police Department and Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force, secretly coordinated through phone calls and private emails to assist child sex traffickers directly associated with CNN, Nancy Grace, and Art Harris, to cover-up actionable information that could lead to a missing child from Florida.

Let’s take look at Attorney Widseth’s resume:

• Widseth has knowledge that child rape pornography was created of a kidnapped five year-old named HaLeigh Cummings. The child rape pornography was in the very possession of the creeps that were communicating with East Grand Forks Police and public officials.

• Widseth has knowledge that pedophile traffickers connected to Scott Rothstein and Jeffrey Epstein secretly communicated with EGFPD Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek to suppress stories and orchestrate raids on a local investigative journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth.

• Widseth has knowledge that Timothy Charles Holmseth was actively assisting the Federal Bureau of Investigation with information about the child pornography, which he had acquired through recorded interviews he conducted with kidnapping suspects, and, Widseth knows the EGFPD conspired with those traffickers to find a way to arrest Holmseth at that very time Holmseth was helping the FBI.

• Widseth has knowledge that in 2011, Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana, called the EGFPD and reported Timothy Charles Holmseth claimed he had the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment. Widseth subsequently learned that in 2016, Tina Church told Holmseth she was impersonated on the telephone call to police by a woman from Florida and a CNN pundit named Levi Page.

There’s more but you get the point.

For seven years, Widseth and the EGFPD have possessed knowledge and information that connects a missing child to operatives of convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein, Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein, and rogue CIA operatives connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton.

JEFFREY EPSTEIN AND CLINTON GLOBAL

The Polk County connections include business associates and employees of convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein, convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein, and a group of FBI/CIA operatives working with CNN.

Threatening telephone calls to Holmseth from “Clinton Global” indicate the Pizzagaters are connected to Bill and Hillary Clinton, and are particularly worried about information Holmseth acquired and published regarding the slain Colorado child JonBenet Ramsey.

During the 2016 presidential race it became virtually impossible for Widseth to pretend he did not understand the magnitude of the situation.

The operatives continuously threatened Holmseth (including threats against his children and grandchild) using phone numbers connected to President Donald Trump such as the “Trump Organization” “Mar-A-Lago Resort” and “Doral Resort”.

When Holmseth asked Attorney Mathis who his client was – Mathis ceased communication.

In November, 2016, Holmseth contacted Widseth regarding new information he obtained and asked for a meeting.

Widseth didn’t reply.

So what happens to these little kids that get kidnapped?

RECENT ENCOUNTERS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

On October 14, 2016 I advised East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund via email that an EGFPD officer, upon seeing my vehicle, abruptly turned around and followed me until I turned into the Frandsen Bank drive through. My email to Mr. Hedlund said in part, “I would like to remind you that when a police officer does that to an innocent person, the officer is deliberately and knowingly terrorizing the targeted individual. Because I knew I had not violated any law, the only thing that went through my mind was “there’s a man with a gun following me”.

On October 23, 2016 I advised EGFPD Chief Hedlund that on October 22, 2016 an EGFPD officer abruptly left its stationary position in a parking lot near my home and followed me.

On January 10, 2017 I advised Grand Forks (North Dakota) Police Chief Mark Nelson via email that while I was working as a delivery driver for [REDACTED] in Grand Forks a vehicle attempted to collide with me and forced me off the road. It was my belief the vehicle that came at me from the front was coordinating with a vehicle that was behind me. I avoided collision by driving part of my vehicle up onto a roadside snow embankment.

• Note: The next day I received video in the U.S. Mail from the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office that showed never before seen footage of the David James Elliott shooting captured by a Grand Forks Sheriff’s vehicle, which proves the official version presented by Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones is patently false and the shooting was an attempted murder

On January 15, 2017 I advised EGFPD Chief Hedlund that a police officer was knocking on my door between 2-3 A.M. claiming I had called the police.

On January 25, 2017 during my daily routine of traveling to Central Middle School in East Grand Forks to pick up my son I observed an EGFPD vehicle parked in the very back of the parking lot. I noticed the police vehicle in its odd and obscure location, only after stepping out of my car to take off my [REDACTED} jacket. I stared at the police vehicle for about 30 seconds. I then got back in my car. After about a minute the police vehicle left the area.

On February 2, 2017, while working as a delivery driver for [REDACTED], I returned from a delivery to find a GFPD unit parked, ominously alone, in the back parking lot. The police officer waited for me to see him and then slowly drove out. The vehicle was also noticed by the manager at [REDACTED] before I returned from my delivery and was captured on [REDACTED] surveillance.

• Note: Before going to work at [REDACTED] on February 2, 2017 I received body-cam in the U.S. Mail from the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office from the camera of a GFPD officer that further proves the official version of the David James Elliott shooting presented by Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones is patently false and the shooting was an attempted murder

I have obtained a recorded statement from Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Mishawka, Indiana. She states she was impersonated by a woman from Florida named [REDACTED] who along with Levi Page, Dover, Tennessee, made the false police report. She further states she has a recording of the crime being committed.

I possess extensive evidence that shows multiple out-of-state actors conspired with multiple members of law enforcement and government officials to form a plan to secretly violate State and Federal statutes; multiple States: both criminal and civil.

The evidence implicates members of the East Grand Forks Police Department.  

Some of the evidence I possess has never been seen or heard by anybody.

I am requesting a meeting with you to turn over the evidence for prosecution.

The average American might wonder how this case would have been handled if the missing child’s name in the false police report would have been “Jacob Wetterling” instead of “HaLeigh Cummings”.

The following story was published by Write Into Action on November 27, 2016.

Tina Church, a private investigator with Specialized Investigative Consultants, told Write Into Action that a police report on file at the police department in East Grand Forks bearing her name and telephone number was not made by her.

Church telephoned Write Into Action today and said the police report was made by a former HLN pundit named Levi Page and a woman from Florida.

“I have a tape that confirms it was not me that made that report against you to the police. It was [REDACTED] acting as me, with Levi Page,” Church said.

Write Into Action knows the female refernced and has exstensive recorded interviews of the person claiming to know everything that happened to HaLeigh Cummings.

The police report at issue was made in July, 2011 when a caller told Officer Michael Anderson, EGFPD, that Timothy Charles Holmseth, a local journalist, claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

Levi Page was investigated by the EGFPD in July, 2015 regarding sexual stories he was fabricating and publishing about the children of Timothy Charles Holmseth, publisher, Write Into Action.

Church said her name is “Tina Church” not “Christine Church” and insists she is not the person Wayanne Kruger met and filmed meeting with HaLeigh Cummings’ mother and grandmother in 2009 shortly after the little girl disappeared.

Holmseth has been in contact with both EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth regarding this matter.

Hedlund and Hajicek have steadfastly refused to make a referral regarding the kidnapping case to the FBI.

HLN pundit Levi Page caught on tape making false police report about missing child HaLeigh Cummings

Indiana PI says she has a recording of the crime being committed

Tina Church, a private investigator with Specialized Investigative Consultants, told Write Into Action that a police report on file at the police department in East Grand Forks bearing her name and telephone number was not made by her.

Church telephoned Write Into Action today and said the police report was made by a former HLN pundit named Levi Page and a woman from Florida.

“I have a tape that confirms it was not me that made that report against you to the police. It was [REDACTED] acting as me, with Levi Page,” Church said.

The name of the female is being withheld and has been provided to law enforcement.

Write Into Action knows the female referenced and has extensive recorded interviews of the person claiming to know everything that happened to HaLeigh Cummings.

The police report at issue was made in July, 2011 when a caller told Officer Michael Anderson, EGFPD, that Timothy Charles Holmseth, a local journalist, claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

Levi Page was investigated by the EGFPD in July, 2015 regarding sexual stories he was fabricating and publishing about the children of Timothy Charles Holmseth, publisher, Write Into Action.

JOHN REGAN – THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE and BABY SALES – WASHINGTON D.C.

HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was reported missing on February 10, 2009 from her father’s trailer home in Satsuma, Florida.

An Amber Alert was issued and HaLeigh was never located.

The kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings occurred 75 miles north of Orlando, Florida and was carried out by a group of child traffickers that were involved in the murder of two year-old Caylee Anthony.

The search for HaLeigh Cummings involved a strange man dressed as a pastor named John Regan that identified himself as an FBI agent and CIA agent to multiple witnesses.

John Regan told Wayanne Kruger, an author and advocate from California that was staying with Crystal Sheffield (HaLeigh’s mother), he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI. He also told Kruger the FBI already had HaLeigh in their possession but wanted to keep it quiet. Kruger said John Regan told her he reports to “Washington”.

Background records obtained by Write Into Action show John Regan was convicted of a felony sex offense.

John Regan told Donald Knop, a staffer on Sheffield’s legal team, he was with the “CIA”. According to Richard Grund, case witness in the Casey Anthony murder trial (and admitted Satan worshipper), John Regan boasted to him that he used a fake badge to fool security in the Jacksonville airport.

Kruger told Holmseth she attempted to report the information John Regan told her about HaLeigh to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office but was prevented by John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan. Kruger said after she attempted to contact law enforcement the Regans and a private investigator named William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra) threatened her with a gun and tried to kill her with poison in a Palatka, Florida motel room.

Holmseth later learned from Kruger she knew first-hand that John Regan is a pedophile that rapes little boys and is involved in a child sales operation being staged out of Florida. The procurement of babies involves Florida Department of Children and Families and the name of an attorney involved.

Kruger said she can place John Regan and Staubs traveling together from state to state because the two were pulled over by a state trooper of which there is a record. Kruger said they were on their way to one of the houses used to hold the children (possibly in Virginia).

Kruger said John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, were seen going into the home of HaLeigh Cummings with a camera shortly before the little girl vanished.

Holmseth provided the FBI the entire child trafficking blueprint (actual recording of Wayanne Kruger explaining the operation and naming the participants) provided by Kruger of how the babies and small children were kidnapped and moved through the U.S. Embassy with fake documents.

During the interview Kruger mentioned children in Belgium and Russia.

During recorded telephonic interviews, Timothy Holmseth obtained evidence from multiple operatives in the kidnapping and child porn operation. Holmseth ultimately captured the operatives, including a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner, on recording, discussing child rape pornography photos of HaLeigh Cummings that were being passed around by the missing child’s mother’s legal team including John Regan’s son, Jeremiah Regan.

In June of 2009, multiple members of HaLeigh Cummings’ mother’s legal team telephoned the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Police records show the callers spoke with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD. Despite Hajicek’s written incident report that states Holmseth was committing no crimes, Hajicek telephoned Holmseth and suggested he stop writing about Donna Wagoner, Xentel, Inc., Florida.

Holmseth had come across Wagoner and the company Xentel through photos of the missing child that been emailed to him by a web developer working for Crystal Sheffield’s legal team that showed the thread began with Wagoner.

Police records would later show the operatives that contacted Lt. Hajicek were associates of CNN and included Nancy Grace’s reporter Art Harris, who stayed in contact with Hajicek as they discussed how Holmseth could be stopped.

Records show Hajicek approached Polk County (Minnesota) Attorney Greg Widseth and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad about possibly finding something to stop Holmseth.

In 2012 Hajicek and his rogue officers fabricated probable cause to seize Holmseth’s computer and then attempted to destroy Holmseth’s evidence by ruining the hard-drive before returning it (Holmseth had back-ups).

There was a specific reason Holmseth was being targeted.

In the summer of 2009 Holmseth turned over actionable evidence about photos of HaLeigh Cummings to the FBI, which resulted in FBI agents in Florida visiting Donna Wagoner at Xentel, Inc, Florida.

Following the FBI visit to Wagoner, Art Harris, CNN/HLN/Nancy Grace, contacted Hajiek about Holmseth and was irate Holmseth was assisting the FBI.

JACKSONVILLE FBI

The Jacksonville FBI requested the Minneapolis FBI personally interview Timothy Holmseth.

In February, 2010, FBI agent A.J. Eilerman interviewed Timothy Holmseth at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Eilermann requested Holmseth turn over recordings he made of various players in the case.

Holmseth and Eilerman discussed a private search for HaLeigh Cummings that was conducted on March 22, 2009.

On March 22, 2009, John Regan (the undercover pedophile) was involved in a search for HaLeigh Cummings with Private Investigator William (Cobra the Bounty Hunter) Staubs at a remote location near San Mateo, Florida. The search was staged with fake evidence being planted in advance that included HaLeigh’s toys, bloody glove, suit case, map, nebulizer fluid, male sock, and car keys.

Judy Lucia, a local resident that had been asked to bring her dog to the search said John Regan told her he was an FBI agent. Lucia said that as the items of ‘evidence’ were located, John Regan would ‘clear’ them for removal.

Eilerman told Holmseth that the search for HaLeigh Cummings on March 22, 2009 was staged to make the public believe HaLeigh Cummings was dead so people would “stop looking for her”.

Oddly, during the interview, Eilerman asked Holmseth if he was recording him.

THE UNDERCOVER PERVERT – THE PHOTOGRAPHER

The photos are very disturbing and show John Regan was taking pictures of little kids without their knowledge. Other photos show children sheepishly posing for him and trying to cover their private area.

Severed human fingers found at Minnesota campground are in fact connected to police shooting case

Is there a psychopath working as a police officer in Grand Forks, North Dakota?

There is news to report in the case of the two severed human fingers found on a picnic table at Red River Valley Campground in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

Police records show a Grand Forks police officer could be the person that obtained the two fingers for public placement at the campground.

BACKGROUND

On May 26, 2016 a family staying at the campground in East Grand Forks contacted the police after finding two human fingers sitting on a picnic table.

The identity of the fingers’ human origin became a mystery that would need to be solved by the Minnesota BCA crime lab using DNA.

In June, 2016, Write Into Action initiated an independent journalistic investigation into the case involving the two fingers at the campground. The investigation would run parallel to Write Into Action’s existing investigation into a police shooting of an unarmed man in Grand Forks where the victim had two fingers blown off.

On August 25, 2016 the East Grand Forks Police Department issued a news release stating the fingers found in the campground matched a 23 year-old male that suffered great bodily injury in a fireworks accident that occurred in Grand Forks, North Dakota on April 30, 2016.

The remaining mystery surrounding the fingers was the question of how the human body parts made their way to the picnic table across the Red River at a campground.

Write Into Action is now reporting the two fingers found at the campground are in fact connected to the police shooting case.

The connection is Grand Forks Police officer Jerad Braaten.

On February 28, 2015, UND police officer Jerad Braaten emptied his clip into David James Elliott in the parking lot of Altru Hospital.

Elliott was holding his cell phone to his ear at the time of the shooting because he was talking to an officer over 911. Elliott knew he was going to be shot and arranged via 911 to personally meet GFPD officer Matthew Bullinger in front of the Altru Emergency Room. Before Bullinger could reach the scene, Braaten approached Elliott with his gun drawn, forcing Elliott to attempt to flee on four flat tires. Two of Elliott’s fingers were blown off because Braaten unloaded into Elliott’s head.

Write Into Action obtained Braaten’s body-cam from the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Although it captured no useful video because Braaten deliberately situated it wrong on his shirt, the audio captured Braaten and a female UND police intern cynically plotting against Elliott.

Braaten was reprimanded in writing by UND Police Chief Eric Plummer for actions he took regarding his police cams (his dash cam disappeared and his body-cam was found hidden underneath his squad car).

Within a year, Braaten was inexplicably hired onto the Grand Forks Police Department by Chief Mark Nelson.

In June, 2016, during Write Into Action’s investigation into the police shooting, Nelson issued a ‘Special Order’ that changed the GFPD’s retention dates for police-cam evidence of the shooting so it could all be destroyed.

Write Into Action is now reporting Jerad Braaten was at the scene of the April 30, 2016 fireworks accident.

Police records show Braaten filed a police report at the scene.

Braaten had access to the fingers that disappeared until they surfaced on May 26, 2016 in a campground.

Babies sentenced to hellish deaths by FBI coward James Comey

Comey’s cowardice has resulted in hell on earth for children that to this very day are used by Satanists and Luciferians at places such as Jeffery Epstein’s notorious pervert paradise pedophile island.

Records prove the Jacksonville FBI (and Minneapolis FBI) possesses the very names of operatives in an international satanic child sex trafficking operation that procures babies for the elite.

Comey’s bureau knew as far back as 2009 that the Florida branch of the kidnapping operation was linked to convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein through Scott W. Rothstein.

Rothstein is the former Fort Lauderdale attorney that pled guilty in January of 2010 to running a $1.4 Billion Ponzi scheme that involved bribing elected officials, judges, and law enforcement.

Rothstein’s RICO operation included a scheme he pulled on a group of investors that used real civil cases accusing billionaire money-manager Jeffrey Epstein of having sex with underage girls.

The FBI knew about Epstein and Rothstein through their kidnapping investigation of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings who was kidnapped from her Florida home in February of 2009.

In the summer of 2009, the FBI received a tip from a Minnesota journalist that a group claiming to be with the FBI and CIA had embedded their operatives into the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation.

In 2010, shortly after the Rothstein guilty plea, the Jacksonville FBI requested the Minneapolis FBI interview investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

Holmseth captured the operatives on tape discussing child rape pornography they created of the missing child. He was also copied on direct emails sent from child sex traffickers to their attorney at Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, and Adler.

Holmseth also obtained audio of wired operatives tampering with witnesses and identifying themselves as agents of law enforcement.

Holmseth provided the FBI with an audio recording of a trafficking operative giving the names of other operatives; some working in child protective services; while describing the entire blueprint of how the babies are acquired and then moved through the United States Embassy.

The operative told Holmseth the group was involved in voodoo.

One trafficker told Holmseth he (the trafficker) had a demon inside of him and Holmseth taped him chanting, singing, and speaking in tongues while talking to others in the group.

Retired EGFPD officer dead

Jim Grabanski was key media figure in 1986 unsolved murder

Retired EGF police officer Jim Grabanski was found dead in his home on February 24, 2016.

The cause and manner of Grabanski’s death was not stated in the very short obituary.

Grabanski was a key media figure regarding the unsolved 1986 murder of Daryl Sindermann. Sindermann, a youth from East Grand Forks, Minnesota was murdered at a beer party and the case was never solved.

In November, 2014, Grabanski was interviewed by KVLY during a two part story by reporter Neil Carlson regarding new information about the Sindermann murder. Grabanski told KVLY he was told who murdered Sindermann.

“Retired Officer, Jim Grabanski doesn’t plan to let this case remain unsolved,” Carlson reported.

In November, 2015, Write Into Action acquired records through a document request that named Sindermann’s alleged killers and showed law enforcement had covered the information up to protect certain people.

Grabanski was also a key figure in Write Into Action’s investigative series ‘Special Investigation: East Grand Forks – History of Darkness – Culture of Death’.

Grabanski was a witness to the savage police station beating of Jon Osowski at the East Grand Forks Police Department.

Write Into Action’s investigation into the Osowski beating has revealed Osowski saw a bright light and tunnel during the maniacal assault by (retired) Sgt. Curt Ellingson and other officers.

Osowski told Write Into Action “Jim Grabanski” visited him in his jail cell and told him he could file a complaint about what the police did to him. Grabanski asked Osowski to not tell anybody that he advised him.
