Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana has been reported to the Mishawka police for making a false police report against a Minnesota author regarding the whereabouts of a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.
Timothy Charles Holmseth (Write Into Action) turned over evidence to the Mishawaka Police Department, today. Police Chief Kenneth Witkowski, Jr., said the information has been assigned to his detective bureau.
The report contains recordings of Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, stating she was impersonated by a Florida woman on a police report made to the East Grand Forks, Minnesota police on July 26, 2011.
Holmseth told police in part:
On July 26, 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawka, Indiana called the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota and told the police I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. Police responded to clear the call and a police report was generated. SEE ATTACHED REPORT
On October 4, 2016, Tina Church telephoned me and said she did NOT make the July 26, 2011 call to the police (I recorded Church’s call(s)) and can give them to your investigator).
Church told me the false police report was made by a woman named [REDACTED] (Florida) and Levi Page (Tennessee). Church told me she has arecordingof the false police report being made by [REDACTED[ (and Page).
Holmseth has a plethora of evidence that shows Specialized Investigative Consultants is child trafficking operation and can prove the identity of many of the members.
“I have discovered enough evidence tosoundlyconclude Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc is a ‘front’ for a child sex trafficking and child porn operation. The group works through Church’s corporation to transport missing children across state lines, interfere with investigations, file false police reports, and engage in blackmail and extortion,” Holmseth told Mishawka police.
Holmseth provided the following You Tube for review by detectives.
Chief detective interfered with FBI investigation of missing child HaLeigh Cummings
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on April 7, 2017, 12:44 P.M. CST
Write Into Action has obtained astonishing facts regarding the child rape case against George Robert Lyons – the accused child rapist that claims to be engaged to Grand Forks Assistant State Prosecutor Jodi Bass.
According to the formal Complaint, extremely disturbing allegations began to be made by children against George Robert Lyons as early as 2012. Records show the Honorable Dennis Murphy issued an Order For Protection against George Lyons and found he had in fact sexually abused a child!
Yet – no decision to arrest Lyons was ever made until December 23, 2015.
It just went on an on!
The December 23, 2015, Complaint recounts George Lyons literally terrorizing his young victims and giving one victim the options of giving him a “hand-job” “blow job” or to “sit on it”.
Law enforcement had reports of children reporting peep holes in the walls; being drugged; and woken up in the middle of the night to put on a bikini.
There is NO WAY Polk County authorities did not know this was happening because George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons, was sentenced to life in prison in North Dakota for the same things.
Lt. Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the East Grand Forks Police Department, has a history of assisting in cover-ups involving kidnappings, child rape, and child porn.
In 2009, Hajicek attempted to collude with a CNN reporter (child sex trafficker) Art Harris who was being paid to assist kidnapping suspects in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping in Florida. Hajicek communicated with child porn producers via his private email in an effort to have me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) arrested while I was assisting the Minneapolis FBI in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping (I captured the kidnappers and child porn producers on tape talking about rape photos of the little girl).
Hajicek solicited assistance from Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and sent him emails from Harris after cutting his own side of the conversation out with a scissors. Hajicek was told by Harris the Jacksonville FBI was acting upon leads received by me and were moving in on the kidnapping group.
East Grand Forks City Attorney is also a major pervert protector and provided assistance.
MISSING RECORDS ON NORTH DAKOTA STATE WEBSITE
Write Into Action previously reported that records disappeared from the State of North Dakota’s website. I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) was contacted by the Grand Forks Criminal Court Clerk at the request of Judge Lolita G Hartl Romanick regarding that matter. We are in-between telephone calls and I will provide an update at a later time. The records are still unavailable on the States website.
REPORTING ON ARREST DATE OF GEORGE LYONS
On January 5, 2016, George Robert Lyons from was transferred out of the custody of the Grand Forks County Correctional facility, into the custody of Polk County authorities.
Records show he was arrested on a Warrant issued by Polk County in Minnesota signed by a judge on December 23, 2015.
Lt. Derik Zimmel, Grand Forks Police Department, said the GFPD did not execute the Warrant on George Lyons and believes it may been executed by the Grand Forks Sheriff’s Office.
“Mr. Lyons was released to Polk County authorities on January 5, 2016,” said Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones.
The date of January 5, 2016 conflicts with the reporting of the Grand Forks Herald which said, “George Robert Lyons, 35, was arrested Jan. 6 and charged with first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, both felonies”.
EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek (a.k.a. Jerry Sandusky Jr.)
Hillary Clinton named as member of Temple of Set cult
The Satanic pedophile child sex trafficking operation that targeted me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) after I recorded their operatives sent me a video yesterday.
The video is what appears to be a snuff film (murder of a little girl) that is tied to a chair and forced to wear a pig snout.
“So tell me my little piggy – do you like it when a stranger is on top of you,” the man asks the child.
The sender suggested to me the child could be murdered Colorado child “Jessica Ridgeway” which is not possible because the date of the video precedes the Ridgeway abduction and murder.
The sender has relentlessly contacted me and may be connected to Winston C. Mathis, Mathis Law Firm, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Mathis contacted me in an attempted set up after I wrote anarticleregarding Clinton Global.
In 2010 I was told by a participant that the child sex trafficking operation in Florida involves CIA and FBI operatives that “report to Washington D.C.”.
According to a source the Satanic group doing this is called the “Temple of Set cult”
“John Podesta [is] part of the Temple of Set cult … so is Hillary… and Bob Enyart,” the informant said.
BCI records show official version clashes with eyewitness account
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on October 27, 2016, 7:48 A.M. CST
Law enforcement and government officials in drug and crime infested North Dakota face yet another police shooting scandal – this time in Pembina County.
On June 5, 2016 Pembina County Deputy Brad Bowman shot Clifford Edward Monteith III on a rural highway near Neche, North Dakota.
Clifford Edward Monteith III
Media reports at the time described a scene that involved Monteith, the passenger of a vehicle, abruptly exiting the vehicle and physically attacking the deputy and chasing him with a knife before stealing his keys so the deputy could not pursue him.
BCI interviews show those characterizations of the event were largely false.
No media reports ever mentioned Monteith and his girlfriend had traveled from Grand Forks to Neche to look for “the Neche house” and the Grand Forks County Narcotics Task Force immediately became involved after the shooting.
Court records showed the case against Monteith was closed on October 17, 2016 after a plea deal was reached.
The settlement was widely reported.
Man accused of brutally attacking deputy pleads guilty
October 18, 2016
PEMBINA, N.D. (AP) – A Grand Forks man accused of attacking a deputy sheriff in Pembina County before being shot has pleaded guilty under a deal with prosecutors.
Authorities say 27-year-old Clifford Monteith III pinned Deputy Brad Bowman to the ground during a June 6 traffic stop in Neche, beat and choked him, and tried to grab the officer’s gun. Monteith then allegedly chased Bowman with a knife when Bowman broke free, and the officer shot him.
Monteith initially faced nine charges including attempted murder. Prosecutors dropped that charge, and Monteith on Monday pleaded guilty to five charges including assault.
The plea deal calls for him to serve 15 years in prison.
However – court records show that on October 18, 2016 an Arrest Warrant was served upon Monteith (who was already in custody) for felony Aggravated Assault and Terrorizing.
The prosecution for the State of North Dakota is Haley Wamstad, Grand Forks County State’s Attorney‘s Office.
Is there a reason law enforcement in Grand Forks wants to keep Monteith jacked up on more felony charges?
Let’s take a look at what was going on behind the facade put up by law enforcement’s media arm, Forum Communications. .
On October 16, 2016 Write Into Action submitted a records request to the North Dakota Attorney General for the BCI investigative records of the Bowman/Monteith shooting.
The North Dakota Attorney General’s office replied on October 17.
“I am responding to your request for records involving Clifford Edward Monteith III and Deputy Brad Bowman. No records will be provided because the requested records are exempt pursuant to N.D.C.C. Section 44-04-18.7,” said Liz Brocker, public information officer, ND AG.
On October 19 Write Into Action re-submitted the records request for the BCI files on the Bowman/Monteith shooting.
October 19, 2016
Liz,
I am re-issuing my request for records regarding Clifford Edward Monteith III. The reason I am re-issuing it is because Clifford Monteith has been sentenced (see Grand Forks Herald link below).
On October 20 Write Into Action contacted Brocker about the records again.
October 20, 2016
Liz,
I am holding a story that includes information about the shooting of Clifford Monteith.
Per below, I re-issued my public records request regarding the Monteith case yesterday. I re-issued it based upon the fact the case is closed.
I plan to hold the story through this morning to give your office fair opportunity to respond.
Thanks,
Tim
Brocker responded on October 20. “We will be happy to provide a cost and time estimate, shortly,” she said.
Write Into Action has since received the files.
So why did the Grand Forks County States Attorney’s Office take an interest in charging Monteith with more felonies after he had reached a plea deal that sent him to prison for 15 years?
The bizarre circumstances surrounding the Bowman/Monteith shooting may actually rival the shooting of David James Elliott, an unarmed man shot in a hospital parking lot by a University of North Dakota police officer in neighboring Grand Forks County in 2015.
Both the Bowman/Monteith and Braaten/Elliott shootings appear to be violent interactions between police and drug traffickers that are part of the same criminal enterprise; after something has gone wrong.
THE OFFICIAL STORY OF THE CLIFFORD MONTEITH SHOOTING IS CONTRADICTED BY AN EYEWITNESS
According to Deputy Bradley Bowman, on Sunday, June 5, 2016, shortly after midnight, he observed an SUV on Highway 18 driving slowly.
Bowman said he pulled up to the SUV, which had stopped alongside the road. The SUV was driven by Rebecca Rausch, Grand Forks. Clifford Edward Monteith III, Rauch’s boyfriend, was a passenger in the vehicle.
The following is a summary of Deputy Bowman’s account of events:
Bowman radioed dispatch at 12:18 A.M. but received no response.
Bowman approached the vehicle and asked Rausch if she was lost. He asked her to exit the vehicle. He talked to her. He asked Rausch how she got a black eye. Rauch told him somebody other than Monteith did it. She said she and Monteith were looking for the “Neche House”.
Bowman told Rausch to get back in the vehicle.
Bowman then asked Monteith to exit the vehicle, which he did. Monteith did not want to tell Bowman his name. Monteith attacked Bowman. Monteith pulled a knife. Bowman deployed a tazer. The tazer failed. The two men fought. The two men ended up in Bowman’s squad car (Monteith on the driver’s side).
Bowman shot Monteith three times in self defense. Bowman radioed “shots fired” at 12:23 A.M.
Monteith exited Bowman’s squad car; got into the SUV driven by Rausch; and they fled.
Bowman radioed dispatch that the maroon SUV was southbound on Highway 18 at 12:24 A.M.
But – not so fast.
An eyewitness account by Sara Letexier, a passing motorist that spoke directly with Bowman during the event, blows gaping holes in the official story because of what she saw and heard when she pulled up to the scene.
Letexierspoke with the media (WDAZ-TV)and was interviewed by theBCI(the BCI interview with Letexier is astonishingly short for an eyewitness to an attempted murder of a police officer).
The first discrepancy is the timeline.
Sara Letexier stated she came upon the scene at approximately 12:35 a.m. Sara Letexier stated she saw a person on the roadway and a deputy. The deputy told Sara Letexier she should find a different way home because he was attacked.
– BCI / Special Agent Kraft / Sara Letexier Interview
So – according to Letexier, there is a person lying on the road and the attack is over. As you will see; this does not fit the official version at all.
Bowman radioed “shots fired” at12:23 A.M.(12 minutes earlier than Letexier recalls arriving). He radioed that the SUV was southbound on Highway 18 at12:24 A.M.
That means that Bowman shot Monteith; and within a minute or so Monteith fled the scene in a vehicle.
No time to lay around the road while Letexier is talking to Bowman.
Letexier saw a “sedan” at the scene.
Sara Letexier stated she saw a sedan in front of the deputy’s patrol vehicle, but could not describe it.
– BCI / Special Agent Kraft / Sara Letexier Interview
Letexier heard gun shots.
Sara Letexier stated she later heard a gunshot. S/A Kraft was told by Sheriff Terry Meidinger a report of fireworks was reported in the downtown area of Neche, North Dakota.
– BCI / Special Agent Kraft / Sara Letexier Interview
“I heard the gunshots as well and that was kind of scary,” Letexier said.
Here’s what you have:
Letexier pulled up to the scene
Letexier saw a man lying on the road
Letexier saw a vehicle (other than the squad car)
Letexier talked to Deputy Bowman
Bowman told Letexier he had been attacked
Letexier heard gunshots (It’s not clear by the records if Letexier heard the gun shots while she was at the scene, or after she exited. The BCI report indicates it was after she left the scene).
THE MAN LYING IN THE ROAD
“I just kind of rolled up in the middle of it. I could see the man in the road, he was crumpled,” Letexier told WDAZ.
Letexier told WDAZ she talked to Bowman. “He seemed like he was out of breath, he said I’ve been attacked,” Letextier said.
Letexier says there was a personlying on the roadandthe attack is over.
That is entirely inconsistent with dispatch logs that show Bowman called in “shots fired” and then radioed the shooting victim had fled the scene within about a minute.
STRANGE AND MUTUAL OMMISSION
In their interviews with BCI, neither Bowman nor Rausch describe a time when Monteith is laying in the road while Bowman talks to a passing motorist.
In fact – no BCI summary makes any mention of Bowman or Rausch ever mentioning that a motorist pulled up and talked to Bowman.
Here are their accounts, and as you will see, neither Bowman nor Rausch’s account has Monteith lying in the road.
CLIFFORD MONTEITH III told Deputy BRAD BOWMAN he could not feel his arm after the shots were fired. Deputy BRAD BOWMAN stated Rebecca Rausch was also yelling, “You shot him!” CLIFFORD MONTEITH III exited Deputy BRAD BOWMAN’s patrol vehicle and entered Rebecca Rausch’s vehicle and they drove away.
– BCI / Special Agent Kraft / Deputy Brad Bowman Interview
Rebecca Rausch stated that CLIFFORD MONTEITH III exited PCSO squad car #4504 and entered her vehicle, sitting in the front passenger seat. CLIFFORD MONTEITH III said, “Let’s go,” and at first (1st) told her to go to the hospital, but then instructed her to take him to their residence located at 2129 17th Street Northeast in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
– BCI / Special Agent Ness / Rebecca Rausch Interview
Write Into Action has reason to believe the Bowman/Monteith shooting and Braaten/ Elliott shooting are related to a drug trafficking operation that involves members of law enforcement and military personnel.
The criminal enterprise involves members of the Grand Forks County Narcotics Task Force, Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force, Grand Forks Sheriff’s Office, Grand Forks Police Department, University of North Dakota Police Department, Polk County Sheriff’s Office (Minnesota), and East Grand Forks Police Department.

STATEMENT OF FACTS
PETITIONER believes the facts and circumstances that surround this civil action potentially affect the very safety and well being of the national public and national security.
PETITIONER has been notified by the Grand Forks Police Department that said agency intends to destroy police body-cam and dash-cam public records regarding the pursuit and shooting of David James Elliott (hereby referred to as the Elliott Event) that occurred on February 27-28, 2015 in the State of North Dakota.
PETITIONER seeks for the Federal Court to halt any and all destruction of files pertaining to the Elliott Event.
PETITIONER has standing requests for public records from multiple agencies.
PETITIONER is being improperly denied public records by DEFENDANT CITY OF GRAND FORKS/GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT (hereby referred to as GFPD).
PETITIONER is seeking the fulfillment of his Public Records requests from all agencies.
All the aforementioned Parties were involved in the Elliott Event and accumulated records regarding the pursuit and shooting.
PETITIONER has been regularly requesting public records from involved agencies regarding the Elliott Event. PETITIONER has paid many applicable fees for said public records.
PETITIONER has received police-cam evidence from the GFPD that has clearly been altered using a video editor to prevent PETITIONER, and the public, from knowing the true facts and circumstances surrounding the pursuit and police shooting of David James Elliott.
PETITIONER has published a short video that serves as Prima Facie evidence that criminal alterations of police-cams have occurred. PETITIONER is enclosing a CD with this Petition that features the video showing how the body-cams have been altered.
DEFENDANT GFPD via Police Chief Mark Nelson, set forth a “Special Order” on June 26, 2016 to change the retention dates on police-cam evidence in the GFPD’s custody after PETITIONER discovered cam evidence and had been altered to hide criminal and nefarious acts.
PETITONER asserts the “Special Order” was made in bad faith and was done in the act of a Criminal Conspiracy.

PETITIONER has been threatened by anonymous persons using voice changing software over the telephone and Web and warned to remove all of his websites or suffer serious consequences. PETITIONER’S children and grandchild have also been threatened.
PETITIONER has obtained evidence that shows RESPONDENT(S) are involved in the commission of state and federal crimes including Conspiracy and Attempted Murder.
RESPONDENT GFPD is planning to destroy evidence for the express purpose that it shows RESPONDENT(s) attempted to murder an unarmed man, David James Elliott; and for the purpose of destroying evidence to avoid prosecution.
PETITIONER argues the following supports an Injunction:
Irreparable Harm: If RESPONDENT destroys the files in question, they will never again be retrievable through RESPONDENT’S Keeper of Records.
Clear Legal Right: PETITIONER has a clear legal right to the files, which are public record.
Consideration of Public Interest: There exists a clear public safety issue connected to this case and the files.
Legal Challenge: The stated basis for RESPONDENT’S decision to destroy the files is subject to legal challenge.
CONCLUSION
PETITIONER respectfully requests the United States District Court issue an Injunction forbidding the destruction of GFPD IR#201501332 and/or any police-cam evidence until further order of the Court.
The Order further forbids the destruction of any related files held by the University of North Dakota Police Department, Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Office, Grand Forks County States Attorney’s office, North Dakota Highway Patrol, Altru Health Systems, and Grand Forks County PSAP.
You, Mr. Nelson, sat alongside Grand Forks County Sheriff Bob Rost and University of North Dakota Police Chief Eric Plummer during a televised joint press conference several days after the shooting and announced the shooting occurred around 12:45 A.M.
That fact alone proves that YOU KNOW the shooting did NOT happen at 12:35 or 12:36 A.M. as shown in the tampered with Body-Cam files.

Mark Nelson
Chief of Police
Grand Forks Police Department
Grand Forks, North Dakota
58201
Chief Nelson,
I am filing this Complaint against your Keeper of Records in regards to open records request I made to the Grand Forks Police Department regarding the pursuit and shooting of David James Elliott, which occurred on February 27-28, 2015.
I am confident you are familiar with this on-going issue because I have notified Grand Forks City Administrator Todd Feland, Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones, Grand Forks City Council, North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, University of North Dakota President Mark Kennedy (and Ed Schafer), Altru Health Systems, and others.
The City of Grand Forks is also aware I have motioned the United States District Court for an Emergency Injunction against your Department’s professed plans to completely destroy the aforementioned files based upon a ‘Special Order’ you created on June 26, 2016 at the height of my journalistic investigation and review of public records.
You also provided an on-camera sit-down interview to the Grand Forks Herald recently to discuss “body-cams”.
I have produced and published a You Tube video that provides an audio/visual guide to the basics of this Complaint, which you can view at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=To6NCQ9npr8
I think were on the same page.
TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE
I have evidence the Grand Forks Police Department violated the law, breached the public trust, and defrauded my publication.
According to North Dakota Code 12.1-11-05 Tampering with public records, it is a felony for a public servant to “Knowingly makes a false entry in or false alteration of a government record.”
I have received Body-Cam evidence from your Department that has clearly been tampered with to create an optical illusion and trick the public into believing the shooting of David James Elliott occurred at a time that it did not.
The illegal alterations may have been motivated in part by an attempt to conceal a ‘first failed attempt’ by a police officer to shoot David Elliott, which makes every single action taken to alter these public records part of a serious conspiracy crime.
In short, the time stamps on multiple Body-Cams I purchased do not even remotely coordinate to the events being observed in corresponding officer squad car Dash-Cams.
The Body-Cam video shows the shooting happening at 12:35 A.M. (and 12:36 A.M.); Dash-Cam shows the shooting happening at 12:47 A.M.
AVI file 623117GI (BODY CAM)
This video file begins with a very quick flash of video image that shows David James Elliott sitting atop the Columbia Road Bridge in his vehicle at 12:27 A.M., February 28, 2015.
After the quick flash showing David Elliott at 12:27 A.M., 623117GI is then REDACTED and is completely black. After two minutes and forty nine seconds (2:49) of redaction, audio returns but no image can be seen because it appears the police officer has placed his coat over the camera lens. It remains that way until 7:50 on the file procession in my media player when gun shots can be heard at time-stamp 12:35 A.M.
When seven minutes and fifty seconds are added to the clock time of 12:27 A.M., the shooting appears to occur at around 12:35 A.M.
That orchestrated timing is evidence of the very careful and methodical work put into altering these files to create a false reality in the mind of the public about this shooting.
AVI file G23117GK (BODY CAM)
In AVI file G23117GK the same method of editing is used as was in AVI file 623117GI.
At the beginning of the file there is a quick flash that shows police and a deputy’s car sitting behind David Elliott’s vehicle atop the Columbia Road Bridge at 12:27 A.M.
After the quick flash, the file is immediately REDACTED and remains that way for about four minutes and ten seconds (4:10). Body-Cam footage then appears of an officer in his car. The gun-shots can be heard when the time-stamp says 12:36 A.M.
Notably, the shooting does not even happen at the same minute marker on the two Body-Cams – probably because faking cam evidence and time-stamps is difficult to line up.
THE BODY-CAMS DON’T MATCH EACH OTHER OR MATCH SQUAD CAR DASH-CAMS
Dash-Cam video from the squad car of GFPD Chris Brown shows David Elliott rolling along on flat tires in front of Altru hospital’s Emergency Room and shots can be heard at 12:47 A.M.
Dash-Cam video from the squad car of GFPD Dan Harvala also reveals the shooting occurred at 12:47 A.M.
Obviously, that time does not match the shooting times on the Body-Cams – not even close.
Notably, the Harvala squad car Dash-Cam video that is trained onto the shooting scene in the distance has been converted from color to black and white, which obscures the details.
AVI file G76117LY (BODY CAM)
AVI file G76117LY is the Body-Cam of GFPD Sgt. Mark Ellingson. It begins at 12:39 A.M. The shooting has already happened.
But – as I have already pointed out – the Dash-Cam shows the shooting took place at 12:47 A.M.
It appears ALL of the Body-Cam files I received have been tampered with and altered.
TRUE TIME OF THE SHOOTING
The true time of the David James Elliott shooting is most likely 12:47 A.M. when the shooting can be heard over Dan Harvala’s Body-Cam microphone as his Dash-Cam reads 12:47:22 A.M.
According to squad car Dash-Cam, David Elliott is sitting atop the Columbia Road Bridge in his vehicle long after 12:35 A.M. – so he was NOT shot at that time.
Dash-Cam shows squad cars following David Elliott slowly down the Columbia Road Bridge and into the Altru parking lot where he is shot at 12:47 A.M.
OFFICIAL TIME OF THE SHOOTING
Strangely, after three days, and access to all the camera evidence, you and your law enforcement colleagues couldn’t/wouldn’t even tell the public the exact time of the shooting. Instead, you provided an approximate time for the shooting, which was two and a half minutes off, when you can actually hear the gunshots begin at 12:47:22.
ATTEMPTED MURDER
I have evidence that UND Police Officer Jerad Braaten attempted to shoot David James Elliott while they were atop the ColumbIa Road Bridge but Braaten’s gun jammed. It is a matter of ND BCI records that a cartridge from Braaten’s firearm was found on the bridge.
It is also a matter of ND BCI investigative records that Braaten’s Body-Cam was found by investigators underneath his squad car after the shooting where he attempted to hide it; his Dash-Cam disappeared completely; not available at all.
UNDPD records show Braaten was disciplined in writing by Eric Plummer for his actions involving camera evidence.
You, Mr. Nelson, subsequent to all of this, hired Jerad Braaten onto your Department to the exception of other candidates.
NORTH DAKOTA STATE LAW
North Dakota state law guarantees me the right to un-edited/un-altered public records.

Dash-cam video from a Grand Forks Police Department (GFPD) vehicle proves the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is covering up a murder plot.
Video of the David James Elliott pursuit, published by WDAZ, shows law enforcement is collectively lying about the events that occurred on February 27, 2015.
BCI investigators and dash-cam video place Grand Forks Sheriff’s Deputy Any Schneider at I-29 near Thompson, North Dakota at the moment the pursuit is called off at approximately 11:08 P.M.
However, the BCI also tries to place Schneider at the Grand Force Air Force Base, eating dinner at 11:00 P.M.
The secret was exposed after a Write Into Action investigation using the very short segments of video that was released to the public; released only after Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) made a written request for the video from the GFPD.
Write Into Action compared the video timeline to the events timeline in the BCI investigative records.
GFSO Deputy Andy Schneider
At 11:07:57 P.M. in the officer cam video, the WDAZ reporter says, “the chase is called off near Thompson”.
At the same time (11:07:57 P.M.) in the published video, an officer can be heard saying over the police radio, “Since your terminating you don’t want me to deploy…”
The officer heard referring to ‘deploying’ is Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Deputy Andy Schneider. He is referring to his plan to deploy spike-strips on I-29 South, one mile north of Thompson, against David Elliott.
Here is how we know that.
This is what Schneider told BCI investigators during the BCI investigation into the shooting of David Elliott in the Altru Hospital parking lot that occurred at the end of the hours long pursuit.
Schneider told BCI investigators he believed the pursuit occurred between 10:45 – 11:00 P.M.
Schneider told BCI investigators he was West of Thompson, North Dakota and heading to the Grand Forks Air Force base to have dinner when he learned of the pursuit.
Schneider told BCI investigators he positioned his vehicle at a crossover one mile north of the Thompson, North Dakota exit.
Schneider told BCI investigators he deployed his spike-strips.
Schneider told BCI investigators GFPD Sgt. Mark Ellingson terminated the pursuit.
The BCI investigator reports Schneider did not have his emergency lights activated and walked into the ditch to avoid getting run into by David Elliott.
The aforementioned proves beyond all doubt Deputy Schneider was at the scene.
SCHNEIDER’S PRESENCE AT PURSUIT NOT MENTIONED IN GFSOAFFIDAVIT TO COURT
The Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Office attempted to conceal Schneider’s whereabouts and activities by omitting his presence near Thompson, North Dakota in an Affidavit filed with the court.
Now watch this.
In the very same report that the BCI investigators relays 1-5 above, he says, “Grand Forks Sheriff’s Department Deputy Nate Moen and Grand Forks Sheriff’s Department Sergeant Andy Schneider went to the Grand Forks Air Force Base in Grand Forks, North Dakota, at approximately 11:00 p.m., to have dinner.”
DID YOU CATCH THAT, FOLKS?
We know from the video that Schneider was at I-29 at 11:07:57 P.M. putting out spike strips.

Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s office telephoned investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth today using a voice changer to disguise the voice of the caller.
The caller said “stop it”.
Fla. Gov. Rick Scott
Holmseth previously received a hang-up call from the same number, which is from the Florida governor’s Citizen’s Services division.
The telephone calls from Scott’s office come in the wake of Holmseth receiving a telephone call from the Trump Organization.
Holmseth has published:
Rick Scott possesses audio recordings of government employee and judicial system operatives in Florida discussing secret photographs of child rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The pornography passed through the hands of a Florida DCF child protection worker who is caught on tape, during a telephone call from her home, saying she could not show the photos to her supervisor. The FBI is still searching for HaLeigh.
Rick Scott’s Inspector General, Melinda Miguel, frequented a pill-mill in Tallahassee, Florida where she obtained prescription medication by fraud. Others close to Scott, including Attorney Heather Ross, also visited the pill-mill and committed fraud. Scott’s FDLE then tried to frame the doctor that exposed the drug trafficking scheme and forced the doctor’s child into hiding to escape a kidnapping plot.
Members of Scott’s administration, including Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, met with ‘black operators’ that bragged about water-boarding people and torturing people with power drills. They were the same people involved in the drug trafficking and child pornography operation.
Holmseth has received numerous death threats from telephone numbers and emails out of the State of Florida, which were reported to the police departments in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Holmseth has been targeted by organized crime that created multiple videos demanding he remove all of his websites or else bad things will happen to him and his children.

Multiple court actions filed in North Carolina against individuals in several states resulted in a threatening telephone call to the Petitioner – the person claimed to be connected to the ‘federal government’.
Deric Lostutter, once featured in Rolling Stone magazine, captured the bombshell evidence after issuing subpoenas, signed by a judge, for telephone records of persons he believes are threatening his family and mocking the death of his baby girl.

Lostutter has been working with state prospectors in multiple cases.
Two of the individuals subject to the subpoenas are believed to be Thomas Norman Olsen, Florida, and Alexandria Goddard, Ohio. Both Olsen and Goddard openly boast and brag on their Twitter accounts that law enforcement will never find them to serve the court papers.
“I have issued well over 10 subpoenas in his case to various companies, a criminal summons for [Thomas Norman Olsen] to come to court, as well as an ex-parte’ restraining order demanding that the site be taken offline,” Lostutter said.
After Lostutter issued the subpoenas for telephone records, he was telephoned by a person frantically demanding the identities of everyone served. During the call, which Lostutter recorded, the person openly admitted to not filing a ‘Notice of Appearance’ or being the ‘Attorney of Record’ on the case(s).
The person had no authority to make court document of information demands of Lostutter.
The bizarre telephone call quickly escalated into assertions that Lostutter was the subject of ‘investigations’ and warned that the ‘federal government’ wants Lostutter to stay off the computer.
Lostutter was then warned that if he did not ‘voluntarily’ produce the information to the frantic person, he would be reported to the ‘Sheriff’ and ‘federal government’.
The ominous references to police and feds hit a bizarre fevered pitch when the person suggested all the files regarding Lostutter’s case had disappeared from the courthouse.
“I am sure that [REDACTED] knows that fabricating legal proceedings is a crime, but nevertheless [REDACTED] proceeded to tell me that my files had been confiscated by the federal authorities, possibly F.B.I., from Forsyth County Courthouse or by the Sheriff’s office, and were no longer at the courthouse,” Lostutter said.
Lostutter states he is filing reports to authorities including the BAR Association.
Thomas Olsen was reported by Timothy Charles Holmseth to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and FBI for his involvement with videos published on You Tube demanding Holmseth remove all his websites or suffer severe consequences.
The videos and publications sexually threatened Holmseth’s children and spoke of his grandchild being taken – in the Lostutter matter, the stalkers mocked the death of the Lostutter couple’s baby girl.
Imagery and statements on Twitter accounts associated with the matters in dictate the people threatening the children worship Satan.
Just as in the case of Lostter, Holmseth has received threats that included warning he was under ‘multiple private investigations’ in Florida by someone that was talking to “Officer Hajicek” at the East Grand Forks Police Department, Minnesota.
Holmseth, an investigative journalist, was interviewed by the FBI in 2010 after receiving information from Teresa Neves, the grandmother of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings involving photographs. He also obtained information about a man named John Regan who claimed to be a pastor and “undercover pedophile” working for the FBI – Regan said the FBI had HaLeigh but was hiding her.
In the Holmseth matter, members of the syndicate contacted his employer in Grand Forks, North Dakota and attempted to have him terminated after he refused to succumb to the extortion demand for him to remove all his publications from the Web.
Both Olsen and Goddard are named in the Amicus Brief filed to the Florida Court this week regarding the post conviction motion filed by Misty Croslin – the girl believed to have information about the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings and the child pornography created of her.
Records contained in the files of the East Grand Forks Police Department, Minnesota, Grand Forks Police Department, North Dakota, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota, and the United States District Court – Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al, connect all these cases to only a few people.
Names and players in 1991 abuse case surface in police shooting of unarmed man in front of emergency room in 2015
by Timothy Charles Holmseth on February 26, 2016 at 12:19 P.M.
Jon Osowski, Grafton, North Dakota, was beaten so savagely in the East Grand Forks Police Department that his soul left his body.
Osowski has permanent physical scars on his neck and back from the torture that involved multiple officers and included his head being smashed into the wall and floor, chest suppression and suffocation, eye gauging, kicking, punching, and being drug around by his hair – all while handcuffed.
The case is now being examined for violations of Jon Osowski’s constitutional rights.
The disturbing events surrounding the Osowski case sparked a journalistic investigation in the 90’s by Neil Carlson, Channel 11, which featured interviews with a host of other abuse victims in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
“It was about two days later the back window was shot out of my car when we were on Columbia Road and I thought maybe these guys were going come after me again, so I was scared,” Osowski told Write Into Action.
Documents obtained by Write Into Action reveal a police officer that witnessed the event and sought to obtain medical help for Oswoski, captured Rodney Hajicek, now the ranking officer at the EGFPD, stating he witnessed the event, but noting he would lie to state and federal investigators if asked about what he witnessed.
The blatant indifference to honesty, integrity, the law, and human life by Hajicek appears symbolic of everyone involved.
Documents reveal one officer asked if an ambulance had been called for Osowski and was told, “Don’t fucking worry about it.”
Jon Osowski recalled the experience.
“I blacked out and just remember feeling myself – total silence – I thought I was dead for sure. And I did see a bright light and a – it was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen,” Jon Osowski said.
Jon Osowski’s fiance’ and girlfriend of 15 years, Jody, said Jon is troubled by the event. “Jon said himself that he felt his body – or if you want to put it ‘his soul’ leaving his body and he seen a bright light and the tunnel – and just – all he said was he didn’t want to die so his soul went back into his body,” she said.
Disturbing events on the other side of the Red River in Grand Forks, North Dakota, appear to show a connection between officers involved in the East Grand Forks abuse cases, and an officer involved shooting in 2015.
In February, 2015, David James Elliott was targeted and hunted for hours before being shot three times in the head in the Altru Hospital parking lot.
Jon Osowski said he believes East Grand Forks, Minnesota is a very dangerous place to live or visit.
Write Into Action is beginning an investigation.
Return for updates.
Note: Jon Osowski told Write Into Action that EGFPD officer Jim Grabanski visisted him in his jail cell and told him he could file a complaint but asked Osowski not to tell anyone he told him that. James Edward Grabanski was found dead in his home on February 24, 2016.
