Mainstream news reports during the Casey Anthony murder trial never once alluded to a group that all knew what really happened to Caylee Anthony.

The official story was Casey Anthony murdered her daughter and did it all by herself.

That’s simply not true – it was fake news.

And…

Many members of law enforcement, Florida States Attorneys, private lawyers, Florida DCF, as well as Nancy Grace, knew the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings on February 10, 2009, 75 miles north of Orlando, was directly connected to Caylee Anthony’s skeletal remains being found on December 11, 2008.

HaLeigh’s kidnapping was staged to create reasonable doubt in the Caylee Anthony murder investigation.

I have the proof on tape.

On September 1, 2017 I submitted a NOTICE OF REMOVAL for FEDERAL QUESTION to the U.S. District Court – District of Northern Florida – which I filed in response to a bogus ‘cyber stalking claim’ made against me in Santa Rosa County, Florida.

It contains information that is the beginning of telling America the real truth about what happened to Caylee Anthony.

My court filing sets forth Federal Question arguments based upon federal statutes regarding child pornography, child exploitation laws, blackmail and extortion, witness tampering, kidnapping, murder, and the First Amendment.

Every statement I made to the federal court is under penalty of arrest if there is any perjury by me (and that’s not going to happen, folks).

Ironically, the fact I use the word “REDACTED” is actually one element of the Federal Question being raised.

60. REDACTED is conspiring against HOLMSETH’S rights because in 2011, REDACTED’S private investigator, WILLIAM STAUBS, through his attorney Doug Roberts, advised REDACTED that he purged his (STAUB’S) computer and file system of all files that REDACTED was seeking from STAUBS via a subpoena; and that he sent the files to HOLMSETH.

63. The un-solicited audio files HOLMSETH received have placed HOLMSETH in danger because the content of the files implicates multiple persons in criminal activity. The content is also very embarrassing to many.

47. The U.S. Court has Federal Question Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1331 because REDACTED’S Petition to the Florida State Court includes a direct reference to, and relies upon the credibility of, a domestic violence protection order obtained by REDACTED against HOLMSETH in the Divorce Division (DVCE) of the Broward County, Florida courts, which HOLMSETH maintains and asserts was fraudulently obtained by REDACTED in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights.

ATTORNEY: I said you know what? He’s probably working for that Dominic Casey guy. Because Dominic Casey has been trying to get Bill (Staubs) arrested. So he can get him thrown out of town and thrown off the case – since day one. So he can go off in his glory and solved this case. I even talked to Dominic Casey about it who’s saying Bill’s going to jail – Bill’s doing this – Bill’s going to jail. And I said, you know, tried to get Dominic Casey to leave Bill alone. And he won’t – he won’t – Dominic Casey wants Bill in jail.

PAULA ANDREWS (Fiancé’ of William Staubs): I thought he was in the Caylee case or doesn’t he supposedly have something to do with Casey Anthony?

ATTORNEY: No, no he’s in the HaLeigh case now. And he’s got CI’s (Confidential Informants) that he claims he’s busted Bill tampering with evidence – that he’s told the police about it – that he’s busted Bill taking down Snodgrass. I had to get – so then I’m thinking to myself this fucking dick Jeremiah is one of Dominic Casey’s CI’s. That he’s got – that he’s trying to get all of us in trouble.

Staubs told me Jeremiah Regan was on the telephone with Dominic Casey when Staubs located a ‘bloody sheet’ which the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office took into custody. Jeremiah Regan told law enforcement that Staubs planted the evidence.

Staubs told me he was being accused of ‘Conspiracy to Create Reasonable Doubt’ in the Casey Anthony case.

HE WAS…

Staubs told news reporters he was working for Rev. Richard Grund who is the father of Casey Anthony’s former fiancé’ Jesse Grund.

Richard Grund told me there was a conspiracy against his family by the Anthony’s that involved Casey Anthony attempting to extract seminal fluid and pubic hair from Jesse Grund in a shower so it could be planted on Caylee’s dead body.

You – the American public can determine why Richard Grund thought CSI was going to find Grund semen on Caylee’s body.

The National Enquirer reported Cindy Anthony expressed concern that Richard Grund may have killed Caylee as part of his weird rituals.

It appears that may be the case.

Wayanne Kruger, Crystal Sheffield’s advocate, and associate of Richard Grund, told me she feared Richard Grund may have killed the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in another one of his “frickin excorcisms”.

Dominic Casey’s report to law enforcement that Staubs was planting evidence was true.

Staubs was trying to make it look like HaLeigh Cummings had been abducted and murdered by a roving child killer who also killed Caylee Anthony.

On July 13, 2009, I authored a 22-page report to the FBI that detailed exactly the same thing PI Casey reported to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office about evidence planting.

I also spoke directly with Major Gary Bowling, the director of law enforcement at the Putnam Sheriff’s Office and Bowling admitted law enforcement knew about the evidence planting by Staubs and others.

The attorney told Paula Andrews, “I’m trying to protect Bill’s ass – talking to State attorneys – talking to four fucking cops – saved his ass from going to jail,” the attorney said.

The corrupt activities of law enforcement involved in concealing the secrets of the Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases were interstate, and involved the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, as well as the County Attorney in Polk County, Minnesota where I reside.

Secret emails from East Grand Fork Police detective Lt. Rodney Hajicek’s private Gmail account have revealed Hajicek was conspiring with Nancy Grace’s journalist Art Harris to have me arrested after learning the FBI in Florida was following evidence they received from me.

On July 10, 2009, Hajicek exchanged emails with CNN Harris via Hajicek’s private Gmail account, as the two men discussed how they could possibly have the Polk County Attorney’s office arrest me.

“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

The secret emails that never showed up in public records requests I made to EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund, included my 22-page report to the FBI that detailed the activities of the fake search and planted evidence, and provided the name of a man, John Regan, who dressed as a pastor and told searchers he was an undercover pedophile for the FBI and CIA.

Now observe – Harris was actually working for the attorney.

The attorney told Paula Andrews, “I’m trying to say everything right on the news but I hear one thing to say from Art (Harris) and another thing to say from Bill – I confirm everything with Art which is what I am supposed to say-do – Art sends me bullet points of things I’m allowed to say and not allowed to say and that’s exactly what I fucking say and then when him and  Bill don’t get their messages straight of what they want me to say then I’m blamed every time for saying too much or not enough”.

It was all fake news.

There is a reason why that insanity happened.

Donald Trump and his family are Targeted Individuals of the Deep State Shadow Government.

And so is my family.

Eight years ago, conducting interviews as a journalist, I stumbled upon the truth and actual identities of a group that strategically kidnapped a five year-old girl from Florida named HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings and created child rape pornography of her.

One of the hundreds of false stories pumped out by Deep State crime networks such as CNN was that Donald Trump had once paid a prostitute to urinate on him.

The Deep State and their Fake News syndicate believed their concocted stories and edited audio-video were going to be the magic bullet to destroy the President.

Kathy Griffin’s Deep State sponsored attempt to inflict trauma-based mind control on the Trump family and American public has created the awareness needed to confront this form of organized crime.

The illegal activities and domestic terrorism of the once mysterious and enigmatic Shadow Government, which could paralyze nearly any prey it targeted, has now become observable and measureable.

The ‘mystery principle’ and ‘plausible denial factors’ that once existed to protect the slimy criminal actors carrying out Shadow Government operations is fading.

The proverbial Deep State operation can now be pointed out with precision by a Targeted Individual, to the degree a court could recognize, assess, and act upon the data to protect the victim.

At present, essentially every state has existing laws such as restraining and protection orders that are in place to protect victims of various types of harassment and stalking.

But the criminal exploitation of modern day technological and judicial parlor tricks demands states across the nation enact laws to protect their citizens with a new classification.

The following criteria would establish the legal classification.

In a VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME following an IDENTIFIABLE SIGNIFICANT EVENT or BIAZZRE OCCURRENCE in the life of the Targeted Individual (TI), the TI abruptly experiences a flurry of changes to his/her normal life that are entirely inconsistent and incompatible with his/her documented past history.

Any court that is provided evidence that at least three of the following criteria have been met would be required to apply the status to the Petitioner.

In a VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME following an IDENTIFIABLE SIGNIFICANT EVENT or BIAZZRE OCCURRENCE:

• The TI abruptly became of interest to law enforcement; courts; and/or social services; regarding concerns about his/her MENTAL HEALTH

• The TI abruptly became of interest to law enforcement; courts; and/or social services; regarding concerns about his/her SEXUAL BEHAVIOR

• The TI abruptly became the target of online harassment by persons known or unknown, that possessed and published information, albeit true or false, that negatively altered the public perception of the TI

• The TI abruptly became the target of online harassment by UNKONWN person(s) that only identify themselves as ANONYNOUS

• The TI’s CHILDREN became the focus of complete strangers, known or unknown, that profess a desire to protect the TI’s children

• The TI received repeated communications that were ominous and unsettling

• Family, friends, associates, past and/or present employer(s) of the TI received communications regarding the TI that are ominous and unsettling

Fargo Friendly Fire Cover Up: What was in the bag, Mr. Burdick?

Is Cass County States Attorney Birch Burdick actively conspiring with the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation to conceal the truth about who really shot and killed Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer?

On March 26, 2016 WDAY interviewed Burdick and reported he reviewed all the evidence in the Moszer shooting case.

“Cass County State’s Attorney Birch Burdick reviewed everything documented from the night of the stand-off,” WDAY reported.

Well, that’s good.

That means Burdick and Write Into Action are on the same page because we’re looking at the same documents (except Burdick’s are not redacted).

So, let’s take a look.

Burdick reviewed a BCI report that said:

Detective Mark Voigtschild was in the FPD crime scene bus and provided evidence collection equipment to NDBCI agents. Detective Mark Voigtschild’s report is listed as Attachment #19 (please see the attached CD Attachment #1, Fargo PD Reports, for details).

Okay…

The BCI agent reviewed Attachment #19, which was involved Detective Mark Voigtschild.

So…

Let’s take a look at Attachment #19.

On 02/10/16, at approximately 2130 hours (9:30 P.M.), I, Detective Voigtschild, responded to the staging area behind First Lutheran. 

I was in the CSI bus and had provided a bag to a BCI agent for evidence collection. I never saw the collection of the item nor did I see the item which was collected.

Yesterday, I reported my journalistic investigation into the Moszer/Schumacher shooting will reveal who really shot Officer Moszer and will be released once it’s completed for publication.

But here are a few things to think about regarding the aforementioned documents.

9:11 P.M. – Officer Jason Moszer is shot 
9:23 P.M. – “Officer down” is broadcast 
9:26 P.M. – Officer Moszer is delivered to the Sanford Emergency Room 
9:30 P.M. – Detective Voigtschild handed a mysterious evidence bag to a BCI agent

Voigtschild does not say ‘WHO’ gave him the evidence bag 
Voigtschild does not say ‘WHAT’ was in the evidence bag
Voigtschild does not say ‘WHERE’ he obtained the evidence bag
Voigtschild does not say ‘WHEN’ he obtained the evidence bag
Voigtschild does not say ‘WHY’ he obtained the evidence bag
Voigtschild does not say ‘HOW’ he obtained the evidence bag

But – it was handed to a BCI agent four minutes after Officer Moszer’s mortally wounded body was removed from the alley.

Mr. Burdick – please do the right thing and tell the public what happened so I don’t have to do it.

Fargo police shooting – friendly fire cover-up

Truth to be released to public

The American public has been lied to about who fired the shot that killed Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer.

Officer Jason Moszer was shot and killed in the line of duty on February 10, 2016 after responding to a Fargo, North Dakota residence where a domestic incident had intensified, firearms became involved and a stand-off ensued.

Officer Moszer responded to 308 9th Avenue North along with other local police officers from agencies including the Red River Valley SWAT Team, Cass County Sheriff’s Department and North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The WDAY-TV news clip that I am going to show you, will demonstrate that Forum Communications in conjunction with ABC, broadcast that Marcus Schumacher – the man that stood off against police in his home – is the person that shot and killed Officer Jason Moszer.

The clip is relatively short – following the clip I will tell you what’s really going on.

While you observed the WDAY news presenter, at the introduction of the segment, categorically state Marcus Schumacher shot and killed Officer Jason Moszer, you will note that Cass County State’s Attorney Birch Burdick, who sat down with WDAY for a very formal interview regarding the case, never stated, on behalf of the State, that Marcus Schumacher shot and killed Officer Jason Moszer.

That’s because he didn’t.

However – Attorney Burdick cryptically telegraphed the truth about what happened when he said, “Schumacher was putting a lot of people at risk. He fired a lot”.

Based upon tips from the public, Write Into Action has initiated an independent journalistic investigation into the Moszer/Schumacher shooting, which includes the entire investigation file of the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Write Into Action reached out to Attorney Burdick and asked the State Prosecutor if he stood by the statement made by WDAY and himself during their coordinated news story.

It was important Attorney Burdick be asked the question because the WDAY news story accused Marcus Schumacher of murder.

Attorney Burdick responded to say that he felt my questions were primarily directed to the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

I advised Attorney Burdick that I am aware all final decisions in criminal cases are made by the State’s Attorney, and that according to BCI Special Agent Michael Ness, the BCI processes the scene and conducts interviews but provides no opinion regarding the facts and has no influence over prosecutorial decisions.

Attorney Burdick, now, will not state whether or not he stands by the assertion that Marcus Schumacher.

That’s because Marcus Schumacher did not commit murder.

The news story reported that all the details of the night had not yet been released.

That’s right.

And that’s going to change.

Investigative analyst Barry Soetoro may have uncovered the very reason every major news network is attempting to delegitimize the election of President Donald Trump.

Soetoro has uncovered astonishing evidence that reveals a known Hollywood actor played both the role of a ‘grieving parent’ and ‘FBI sniper’ at the scene of the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting.

And – everyone knows it – including Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Soetoro’s amazing ‘catch’ may be the ‘ace in the hole’ held by President Trump over his rivals amidst the ongoing battle with what he calls “fake news”.

DAVID WHEELER – FILM ACTOR

“David Wheeler played two roles in the Newtown treason. First, Wheeler played a SWAT team member on TV the day of the fake Sandy Hook shooting. Then, Wheeler switched costumes to portray the grieving father of a fake dead child killed at that fake shooting,” Soetoro said.

“I found the needle in the haystack,” Soetoro said.

Soetoro was able to identify David Wheeler, the purported parent of Benjamin Wheeler, a child (allegedly) killed at Sandy Hook Elementary, was dressed as a sniper that was flanked by FBI agents in news coverage broadcast by every network.

In Soetoro’s You Tube video production Newtown NUKE! Sandy Hook FAKE FBI On TV (Smoking Gun PROOF), NEW Footage he shows news teams captured David Wheeler impersonating a sniper.

Wheeler is seen in several photos and videos captured by news crews, walking with a sniper rifle, which he is amateurishly holding by the ammunition clip as the barrel sways about and points at people around him.

Wheeler’s uniform looks to be army surplus and bears no official identification showing his agency, which could cause him to be shot in a real active shooter situation because he looks like a crazy guy – not a real agent with ID. News footage of Wheeler shows him preoccupied with hiding his face from the camera crews. “He’s an actor that needs to play a separate role in a couple of days,” Soetoro said.

David Wheelers’ wife, Francine Wheeler, is also an actress and starred in the animated porn “Mutant Aliens”.

But Francine Wheeler’s acting career is the least of what incriminates the federal government of the past Administration.

“Who was Francine Wheeler’s boss – well, she assisted Maureen White, the DNC national finance chair, who was also the finance chair for the Hillary for President Campaign”.

Soetoro’s video show David Wheeler’s personal interactions and associates go all the way to the White House. Former President Barack Obama transported the Wheeler couple and other ‘Newtown families’ on Air Force One to locations where they would lobby about gun-control.

“The news is pretending these lobbyists are real,” Soetoro said.

“NBC published footage of a known actor – a known actor impersonating a phony FBI SWAT team member,” Soetoro said.

“The media is broadcasting fake events using known actors,” Wheeler said.

“Bill O’Reilly is, during the O’Reilly factor, showing you known actors dressed up in costumes – in shabby costumes – pretending to be SWAT officers,” Soetoro said.

Soetoro’s discovery supports the evidence that shows the event was actually a drill conducted by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that involved the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

One of the most interesting aspects of the shooting pointed out by Soetoro is the fact that the FBI officially reports there were no murders in Newtown in 2012.

“This hoax is disgusting and its treason,” Soetoro said.

KVLY accused of publishing fake news by family of police shooting victim

BCI Investigator: “You’ve got to realize they’re all owned by the same people”

“It appears a lawsuit may already be brewing, following the shooting of a man by a UND Police Officer in Grand Forks last weekend”

That was the lead line of a story published by Neil Carlson of KVLY following the shooting of David James Elliott – the unarmed man shot by a rookie University of North Dakota police officer in front of Grand Forks, North Dakota hospital emergency room in 2015.

But Jennifer Elliott – Carlson’s source – said it was not true.

Carlson, a reporter with KVLY (Valley News Live) allegedly published the fake news story after Jennifer Elliott refused to grant him an interview.

Interviews conducted by agents of the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) with Jennifer Elliott (David Elliott’s wife at the time of the shooting), and her mother, Margaret Dolan, reveal the two family members were greatly affected and distraught by the false reporting of KVLY.

According to Jennifer Elliott and Dolan, Carlson hounded Jennifer Elliott for an interview; promising her the station could use methods to disguise her identity but she declined.

Jennifer Elliott said KVLY then simply fooled their viewers into believing they had interviewed her by stating they had talked to her. Jennifer Elliott said when she heard the news station publish a teaser that they had talked; she was terrified at what they might have made up about the non-existent interview.

Jennifer Elliott said Carlson had other people contact her through Facebook to give her his cell phone number.

Dolan also said she knows the Grand Forks Herald, another publication in North Dakota, can’t be trusted but noted she has just gotten used to it.

“You’ve got to realize they’re all owned by the same people,” said BCI agent Michael Ness.

In a related story from August, 2016, Write Into Action exposed WDAZ, another North Dakota news station, after producers collaborated with presenters to fool their viewers about the same police shooting by hiding time-stamps of police-cam video so the public could not put together that the times of the body-cams did not match the dash-cams.

Write Into Action recently published a video showing BCI agents tried to provide the police shooter with a cover story after his body-cam was found hidden under his squad car.

Write Into Action contacted Neil Carlson earlier today for his side of the story but he did not respond.

The Office of North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem was contacted for comment but stated state law does not require them to comment.
