Petitioner terrorized by pedophile cult records riveting telephone call with shadow government operative

Multiple court actions filed in North Carolina against individuals in several states resulted in a threatening telephone call to the Petitioner – the person claimed to be connected to the ‘federal government’.

Deric Lostutter, once featured in Rolling Stone magazine, captured the bombshell evidence after issuing subpoenas, signed by a judge, for telephone records of persons he believes are threatening his family and mocking the death of his baby girl.

Lostutter has been working with state prospectors in multiple cases.

Two of the individuals subject to the subpoenas are believed to be Thomas Norman Olsen, Florida, and Alexandria Goddard, Ohio. Both Olsen and Goddard openly boast and brag on their Twitter accounts that law enforcement will never find them to serve the court papers.

“I have issued well over 10 subpoenas in his case to various companies, a criminal summons for [Thomas Norman Olsen] to come to court, as well as an ex-parte’ restraining order demanding that the site be taken offline,” Lostutter said.

After Lostutter issued the subpoenas for telephone records, he was telephoned by a person frantically demanding the identities of everyone served. During the call, which Lostutter recorded, the person openly admitted to not filing a ‘Notice of Appearance’ or being the ‘Attorney of Record’ on the case(s).

The person had no authority to make court document of information demands of Lostutter.

The bizarre telephone call quickly escalated into assertions that Lostutter was the subject of ‘investigations’ and warned that the ‘federal government’ wants Lostutter to stay off the computer.

Lostutter was then warned that if he did not ‘voluntarily’ produce the information to the frantic person, he would be reported to the ‘Sheriff’ and ‘federal government’.

The ominous references to police and feds hit a bizarre fevered pitch when the person suggested all the files regarding Lostutter’s case had disappeared from the courthouse.

“I am sure that [REDACTED] knows that fabricating legal proceedings is a crime, but nevertheless [REDACTED] proceeded to tell me that my files had been confiscated by the federal authorities, possibly F.B.I., from Forsyth County Courthouse or by the Sheriff’s office, and were no longer at the courthouse,” Lostutter said.

Lostutter states he is filing reports to authorities including the BAR Association.

Thomas Olsen was reported by Timothy Charles Holmseth to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and FBI for his involvement with videos published on You Tube demanding Holmseth remove all his websites or suffer severe consequences.

The videos and publications sexually threatened Holmseth’s children and spoke of his grandchild being taken – in the Lostutter matter, the stalkers mocked the death of the Lostutter couple’s baby girl.

Imagery and statements on Twitter accounts associated with the matters in dictate the people threatening the children worship Satan.

Just as in the case of Lostter, Holmseth has received threats that included warning he was under ‘multiple private investigations’ in Florida by someone that was talking to “Officer Hajicek” at the East Grand Forks Police Department, Minnesota.

Holmseth, an investigative journalist, was interviewed by the FBI in 2010 after receiving information from Teresa Neves, the grandmother of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings involving photographs. He also obtained information about a man named John Regan who claimed to be a pastor and “undercover pedophile” working for the FBI – Regan said the FBI had HaLeigh but was hiding her.

In the Holmseth matter, members of the syndicate contacted his employer in Grand Forks, North Dakota and attempted to have him terminated after he refused to succumb to the extortion demand for him to remove all his publications from the Web.

Both Olsen and Goddard are named in the Amicus Brief filed to the Florida Court this week regarding the post conviction motion filed by Misty Croslin – the girl believed to have information about the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings and the child pornography created of her.

Records contained in the files of the East Grand Forks Police Department, Minnesota, Grand Forks Police Department, North Dakota, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota, and the United States District Court – Holmseth v. An Amicus Brief regarding the Appeal filed by Misty Croslin was submitted to St. Johns County Clerk of Court Hunter S. Conrad today.

The Brief was submitted to Clerk Conrad by investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth.

The Brief details evidence that shows Misty Croslin was in fact the victim of entrapment, and under trauma based mind control due to rape and torture.

The Brief details evidence that interested non-party Timothy Charles Holmseth is being threatened with death and mutilation by the same individuals that conspired to entrap Misty Croslin.

STATEMENT OF INTEREST

Timothy Charles Holmseth is a journalist and publisher that conducted recorded interviews with multiple persons and agencies involved in the national profile kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Because of information, facts, media, surveillance evidence, and recorded interviews acquired during journalistic investigations, and the desire of persons seeking to avoid detection and prosecution, Timothy Holmseth and his small children became the target of death threats by a criminal enterprise determined to keep him silent.

The threats, intimidation, and harassment against Timothy Holmseth and his children became so extreme the matter needed to be addressed by the Minnesota District Court and a privately paid professional mediation service was assigned to Minnesota 9th Judicial District – Case Number 68-FA-06-146.

The Minnesota District Court set forth a family plan that Timothy Holmseth would be the parent to legally address the on-going threats against his minor child with law enforcement, while the child’s mother would keep and shield the child from daily exposure to the attacks.

These extended matters are also associated with HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – United State District Court – District of Minnesota – Civil Action No. 14-CV-2970 (DWF/LIB).

Evidence pertaining to threats and extended matters is also contained in the files of the East Grand Forks Police Department, Minnesota, as well as the Grand Forks Police Department, Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Timothy Holmseth is a perpetual target of a criminal enterprise seeking to violate his constitutional protections secured by the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 14th Amendments.

Many of the operations against Timothy Holmseth are being staged out of the state of Florida.

Timothy Holmseth possesses a trove of information regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, drug trafficking, and child pornography crimes that pertains directly to MISTY CROSLIN.

On March 4, 2016, Timothy Holmseth learned through a media report published in the Florida Times-Union that a hearing was scheduled for MISTY CROSLIN. Media reports contained a PDF file of MISTY’S CROSIN’s Motion to the Court, which Timothy Holmseth reviewed.

Because of time constraints, this ‘Amicus Brief’ is not being prepared to present poignant legal arguments and statutory citations, per say.

Rather, this is being prepared and submitted to the Florida Court as Prima Facie evidence that MISTY CROSLIN is being truthful in her assertions contained in her MOTION FOR POST CONVICTION RELIEF that COUNSEL WAS INEFFECTIVE FOR FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE AND PRESENT ENTRAPMENT A PLEA DEFENSE.

SUMMARY

Corrupt individuals in multiple agencies and/or groups actively participated, or were complicit in, the hoax kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

The same aforementioned individuals then became actively involved in the persecution and criminal prosecution of Misty Janette Croslin for purposes of protecting an extended criminal enterprise.

The criminal prosecution of MISTY CROSLIN was the express result of entrapment and trauma based mind control.

AFFIDAVIT OF TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH

My name is Timothy Charles Holmseth. I am 47 years old. My address is 320 17th Street N.W., Unit 17, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, 56721.

I am a former news reporter; now an independent journalist, songwriter, and author. I have an Associates Degree in Media Communications from Northland Community College, Thief River Falls, Minnesota.

I have been employed by newspapers of record in Minnesota and North Dakota and received first place awards from the North Dakota News Paper Association (NDNA) for writing and reporting. I have worked contractually with music companies as a songwriter. I have worked contractually with magazines as a feature content writer. I have been employed as a social worker in refugee relocation services.

In 2008, I received a first place award from the NDNA for Best News Series for a story that spanned nearly a year of coverage. My professional references include an officer of the Minnesota court, county attorney, elected officials, and hand-written letters of commendation from respected community leaders. I have served beside local leaders on community civic boards and was invited to be a featured guest speaker at a public event honoring veterans.

I have passed a federal background check performed through the United States Department of Commerce to work in a secure federal facility and move freely through secure areas. I was deemed “credible” by Special Agent A.J. Eilermann, Minneapolis FBI, during a kidnapping investigation by the Jacksonville FBI of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

I am a successful single parent and had sole physical custody of my daughter from the time she was approximately four years-old until adulthood. I raised her alone. She is now a mother and studies at the University of Minnesota. I also have a minor son and share legal custody with his mother. I am a proud grandfather.

In the spring of 2009 I began obtaining recorded statements from individuals involved in the national profile kidnapping case of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.  My interviews and acquisition of evidence continued for several years as involved individuals continued to proactively contact me.

MISTY CROSLIN’S MOTION FOR POST CONVICTION RELIEF: COUNSEL WAS INEFFECTIVE FOR FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE AND PRESENT ENTRAPMENT A PLEA DEFENSE.

In Count Four of Misty Croslin’s MOTION FOR POST CONVICTION RELIEF she alleges COUNSEL WAS INEFFECTIVE FOR FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE AND PRESENT ENTRAPMENT A PLEA DEFENSE.

I possess evidence that MISTY CROSLIN was a rape and torture victim. The victimization began when she was a minor child.

MISTY CROSLIN was under trauma based mind-control at all relevant times during:

1. The murder of John Doe at 202 Green Lane, Satsuma, Florida, shortly before the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings
2. The disposing of John Doe
3. The disappearance/kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings
4. The child pornography shoot of HaLeigh Cummings
5. Involvement with the trafficking of drugs in Florida

ENTRAPMENT

MISTY CROSLIN was in fact entrapped.

MISTY CROSLIN was entrapped by members of an organized criminal apparatus because of sensitive information she possessed that made her a liability to the entire organization.

MISTY CROSLIN, while still a minor (underage) teenage girl, became tangled up in the criminal activities of her adult boyfriend Ronald Cummings.

The illegal conspiracy to entrap MISTY CROSLIN began when she was a minor child and involved multiple members of a large scale drug trafficking, child sex trafficking, child pornography, and international baby-selling operation in Florida.

ATTORNEY ROBERT FIELDS

Following the arrest of MISTY CROSLIN for drug trafficking, I was contacted by her attorney Robert Fields. Attorney Fields told me he was aware MISTY CROSLIN was receiving death threats and in constant danger.

Attorney Fields said he was abundantly aware MISTY CROSLIN was being stalked, harassed, threatened, and beaten as she moved about in her life.

Attorney Fields told me he had been contacted by national profile figures (e.g. bounty hunter) that claimed they could offer MISTY CROSLIN protection if they could take physical custody of her and move her into another country.

During my conversations with Attorney Fields he became aware that I, too, was in danger.

SEXUAL ABUSE – TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL

MISTY CROSLIN was raped when she was a little girl beginning at the age of 7.

When MISTY CROSLIN was a teenager she met Ronald Cummings.

According to multiple case witnesses I interviewed, Ronald Cummings physically and sexually abused MISTY CROSLIN.  Acts of abuse, which were attributed to Ronald Cummings and/or his mother, Teresa Neves, involved, but are certainly not limited to, Ronald Cummings holding MISTY CROSLIN down on the ground and pounding on her belly with his closed fists because he believed she was pregnant. He was trying to kill the baby inside her.

Another example of abuse involved Ronald Cummings and his mother, Teresa Neves, locking a young girl in a closet. Ronald Cummings and Teresa Neves were drug traffickers.

According to author Wayanne Kruger, who officially served as HaLeigh’s mother’s (Crystal Sheffield) victim’s advocate, MISTY CROSLIN exhibited very pronounced signs of trauma-based mind control in the presence of Teresa Neves.

Wayanne Kruger told me she believed that in March, 2009, MISTY CROSLIN was about ready to tell her the true facts and circumstances surrounding the mysterious disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings during prayer in the Cummings trailer-home at 202 Green Lane. Kruger said Teresa Neves came into the room and MISTY CROSLIN’S demeanor abruptly switched from sobbing uncontrollably and convulsively shaking as she lay in Kruger’s lap; to rising up, wiping her tears, putting her hair back in a pony tail, and standing obediently and silently next to Teresa Neves.

LIABILITY WITNESS

Facts and circumstances show the minor child MISTY CROSLIN became a great liability to her overseers – the adult criminals in her life that abused her.

According to the product of my journalistic investigations:

1. Misty Croslin was present during a murder that occurred at 202 Green Lane, Satsuma, Florida.

2. HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was present and witnessed the murder at 202 Green Lane, Satsuma, Florida.

3. Misty Croslin was present during a child porn shoot of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings.

4. Misty Croslin knows the identity of a murderer(s), child pornographers(s), and drug traffickers.

THE HALEIGH CUMMINGS DISSAPEARANCE

The true facts and circumstances surrounding the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings show the five year-old disappeared at the direction and knowledge of her very own family who conspired to orchestrate a hoax ‘kidnapping’ to explain the child’s disappearance.

HaLeigh Cummings was a witness to a murder, as well as being used for child pornography.

Your Affiant believes the aforementioned murder victim may have been Chad Eugene Reynolds. Reynolds is a convicted sex offender that was last seen on February 1, 2009.

The mastermind behind the hoax kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings was William E. Staubs – a.k.a. ‘Cobra the Bounty Hunter’.

William Staubs is/was a member of a drug trafficking operation that involved Ronald Cummings.

MISTY CROSLIN is not responsible for the mysterious hoax disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings.

Misty Croslin’s intimate knowledge of the aforementioned crimes eventually required members of the criminal trafficking operations to entrap her so she could be criminally prosecuted and serve as the symbolic scapegoat for HaLeigh’s disappearance.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY – CHILD RAPE COVER-UP

I spoke with Donald Knop. He was an employee of REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED Office.  REDACTED REDACTED was Crystal Sheffield’s (HaLeigh’s mother) REDACTED until some time in the summer of 2009 when Crystal Sheffield fired REDACTED. I had several recorded conversations with Donald Knop regarding photographs he handled, copied, and observed while an employee for REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED Office.

Donald Knop told me he was given photographs of HaLeigh Cummings that featured HaLeigh naked. He told me the pictures contained close-ups of her vagina. On one occasion Mr. Knop made it clear that HaLeigh’s vagina appeared damaged by sexual assault.

Donald Knop said some of the pictures were given to him by Jeremiah Regan.

Donald Knop said the team working for REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED had been gathering ‘evidence’ for over a month to support a change of custody recommendation regarding HaLeigh’s little brother, Ronald Cummings Jr., by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Florida court records will show REDACTED REDACTED NEVER filed any motion on behalf of Crystal Sheffield regarding child custody or any other matter.

Karen Simmer, Galesburg, Illinois, reported to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Opa Locka Police Department, Florida DCF, America’s Most Wanted, FBI/U.S. D.O.J., U.S. Attorney’s Office, Attorney Greg Kimball, Florida BAR Association, that Attorney REDACTED REDACTED told her HaLeigh Cummings was “healthy, well fed, and growing”. Karen Simmer said Attorney REDACTED asked her to file false DCF reports against MISTY CROSLIN and Ronald Cummings. I possess Karen Simmer’s emails that she exchanged with Attorney REDACTED. I also possess Karen Simmer’s telephone records that show she was speaking with Attorney REDACTED on the telephone.

It is an indisputable fact that Attorney REDACTED, a lawyer from REDACTED, REDACTED, was actively communicating with Karen Simmer, a woman from Illinois, and asking her to contact the Florida Department of Children and Families regarding MISTY CROSLIN – a person Simmer had never met in her life.

As an investigative journalist I was able to determine was actually occurring.

REDACTED REDACTED was ‘MANUFACTURING’ an unofficial, underground child custody case, through underground connections within the Florida Department of Children and Families through a (corrupt) child protection social worker named Bonnie Warner.

The objective was to change the custody of Ronald Cummings Jr. and HaLeigh Cummings through a DCF decision. The secret proceedings were to include the consideration of ‘evidence’ that consisted of photos of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings’ raped vagina.

Evidence indicates HaLeigh Cummings was strategically raped while in the custody of her caregivers so her damaged vagina could be photographed. The sexual assault was to be attributed to HaLeigh’s father, Ronald Cummings.

The sick and disturbing criminal plot becomes even more disturbing in light of an article entitled ‘Haleigh Cummings’ Mom Wants Custody!’ The article was published by REDACTED REDACTED’s media consultant, Art Harris, on March 11, 2009, that reveals fame and fortune was being sought by REDACTED REDACTED.

The following is the lead to Harris’ article:

“In what could set a legal precedent for missing children, The Bald Truth has learned exclusively that the mother of five year old Haleigh Cummings aims to fight for legal custody of a daughter abducted a month ago from her father’s home while he was at work and his 17 year old girlfriend slept nearby,” Art Harris reported.

Donald Knop told me during a recorded interview that he personally handed the naked photos of HaLeigh to READACTED REDACTED. He said she looked at them and then told him to give the photos, along with other information they had gathered pertaining to MISTY CROSLIN, to a Florida DCF child protection social worker named Bonnie Warner.

Donald Knop told me REDACTED REDACTED had been meeting and/or communicating with Bonnie Warner “daily”.

Donald Knop told me that after REDACTED REDACTED handed him the naked photos of HaLeigh, he arranged to meet Bonnie Warner in gas station parking lot near San Mateo, Florida. They met after regular business hours and Mr. Knop gave Ms. Warner a CD that contained the secret naked photos and other information.

In 2009, William Staubs telephoned me and I activated a tape recorder. He then telephoned Bonnie Warner, the DCF social worker assigned to the Cummings family file. During that conversation Bonnie Warner acknowledges receiving the CD from Donald Knop. Bonnie Warner refers to the “pictures” as something that could not be shown to her supervisor. 

ORIGINAL PLOT TO FRAME MISTY CROSLIN

In 2009, I was told by William Staubs that REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED approached him and stated they should frame Misty Croslin, and a local black man, Gregory Lewis Page, for HaLeigh’s disappearance.

William Staubs told me Donald Knop witnessed the conversation. Donald Knop confirmed that to me. Mr. Staubs also told me he had recordings of REDACTED REDACTED saying these things.

I reported the aforementioned to the Office of the Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum shortly after the statements were made to me.

The Office of Florida Governor Rick Scott/AG Pam Bondi acknowledges being aware of my original communications to the Governor’s office in 2009.

LARGE SCALE DRUG TRAFFICKING OPERATION

MISTY CROSLIN, through her knowledge, became a liability to a criminal enterprise that was operating a drug trafficking ring in Florida.

The drug trafficking operation included government officials visiting First Impressions Weight Loss clinic in Tallahassee where they were obtaining controlled prescription medication without doctor’s orders, which is a felony in the state of Florida.

Following the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings, William Staubs told me he infiltrated and spied on First Impressions weight loss clinic.

Based upon known facts, documents, and information, I believe William Staubs was spying on First Impressions to gather evidence against government officials. The reason he was gathering such evidence was because he had been charged with felony false imprisonment by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and needed leverage to get the charges dropped.

I acquired and possess medical charts that revealed employees of the following Florida agencies went to First Impressions Weight Loss clinic and obtained drugs without an order from a doctor.

EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT – MINNESOTA

Members of the child sex trafficking operation contacted the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) and told the police I was in possession of child pornography.

Members of the operation believed I possessed the secret naked photos of HaLeigh (which they, themselves, created and distributed) because I was able to write about the photos, based upon descriptions given to me by Donald Knop.

One member of the child trafficking operation, Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Indiana, telephoned the EGFPD in 2011 and told them I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

The EGFPD and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force raided my home/office with guns and bullet-proof vests and seized my computer hard-drive, cameras, and all of my data storage devices.

The hard-drive was subsequently ordered returned by a Minnesota District Judge. Polk County Sheriff’s Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland reported, and testified in Court, that the hard-drive contained “no sign of illegal activity”.

The article does not state who MISTY CROSLIN’S attorney is or who is receiving the online donations.

However, MISTY CROSLIN’S present Motion to the Court says she is representing herself and makes no mention of a lawyer.

Florida pedophile cult cover-up and underground sex culture dooms presidential hopefuls

Florida Gov. Rick Scott and Senator Marco Rubio may both see their political aspirations evaporate as the American public continues to learn the horrific details of a pedophile cult and drug trafficking operation that is being covered up at the highest levels in their state.

Even an endorsement from either man could be damaging.

U.S. District Court records in Minnesota (Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al) shows the Scott Administration possesses indisputable documentation obtained during a journalistic investigation, that an elite pedophile cult inside Florida DCF took rape photos of a kidnapped kindergartener – including close-ups of her vagina.

Some of the audio evidence regarding the HaLeigh Cummings porn was obtained during telephone calls recorded by investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth with William E. Staubs, an informant that has personally met with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Staubs tricked members of the government trafficking network into talking about their sex operation while Holmseth was on a third line.

HaLeigh Cummings disappeared in 2009, is classified as ‘Missing and Endangered’ and her whereabouts is being sought by the FBI.

Scott’s Inspector General for the Florida DCF acknowledged receipt of the evidence, which was submitted to Scott and Florida AG Pam Bondi.

Documents received by Timothy Holmseth from the Officer of the Governor purport that an investigation was launched. However, it now appears they are attempting to hide the child porn and sex trafficking scandal.

And – Sen. Rubio is tangled up in the matter.

Dr. Mark T. Hash, a Georgia doctor and veteran of the armed forces, practicing in Florida, narrowly escaped a long prison term after an FDLE agent, Matt Sears, attempted to cover-up a government drug trafficking network being run through First Impressions weight loss clinic in Tallahassee.

In 2009, Sears fabricated a case against Dr. Hash after the doctor learned what was going on and planned to go to authorities.

After obtaining a lawyer and proving Sears manufactured the case, forcing prosecutors to drop the bogus felony charges, Dr. Hash filed a wrongful prosecution lawsuit against the FDLE. Dr. Hash’s son, Alec Hash, later filed a civil rights lawsuit against the Tallahassee Police Department.

Dr. Hash and his family then became the target of a government sponsored ‘black op’ aimed at kidnapping his youngest child, Alec Hash, using a well established criminal apparatus in the Leon County, Florida courts.

Dr. Hash said he turned to Sen. Rubio for help.

“He was worthless,” said Dr. Hash. “His office claimed they sent the information to the Department of Justice but I never heard another thing from him”.

Dr. Hash’s skepticism about Sen. Rubio’s true ambition appears to be accurate.

During a recent press event, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie endorsed GOP frontrunner Donald Trump while scolding Rubio. “One message to Senator Rubio…unlike the United States Senate, the President of the United States is not a no-show job, so you’re not qualified,” Christie said.

In a recent article published on the Wayne Madsen Report, photos reveal Sen. Rubio is a sexually compromised politician with a prior arrest in a park. Published photos show him male dancing on a stage and he was reportedly close with a man operating an online porn business.

“In 1987, Rubio’s brother-in-law, Orlando Cicilia, was busted by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for his role as a key figure in a cocaine smuggling ring in south Florida,” the Wayne Madsen Report said.

However – the small mystery surrounding Sen. Rubio and Gov. Scott’s indifference to the Hash and HaLeigh Cummings cases would not last.

The facility had been infiltrated by William Staubs and his then girlfriend, Paula Andrews.

The extensive records show the Tallahassee clinic was the ‘go-to’ spot for a very long list of government officials including senators, judges, police, and Gov. Scott’s very own Inspector General.

Write Into Action also obtained photos of Assistant States Attorney John Hutchins leaving the clinic with illegally obtained pharmaceuticals; at the exact same time he was prosecuting that very clinic.

Court records show a Leon County judge, Karen Givers, sits atop a family court kidnapping and extortion scheme that involves a network of pedophiles and satanic cult operatives working primarily in the legal system.

In a December 31, 2014 motion to the court, Attorney Steven Andrews, Gov. Scott’s long time nemesis who represents Alec Hash, said Givers was running a secret “star chamber”.

In 2013, Alec Hash cleverly escaped Gievers’ jurisdiction by traveling to Missouri and marrying his girlfriend – thus becoming emancipated. Desperate – Gievers immediately sprang into action by issuing a juvenile pick-up order for the newly wed and ordering Dr. Hash jailed until his son returned to Florida.

The Appeals Court quickly ordered Dr. Hash to be released from the illegal incarceration.

Only a short time later, Alec Hash’s photo was spread across the nation on a Missing Person poster erected by the FDLE and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

While the NCMEC later instructed the FDLE to remove the Missing Person poster because it was fraudulently guided, the events that led to Alec Hash’s name being placed in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database are very disturbing.

An operative of the underground and reputed friend of Judge Gievers, guardian ad litem Elizabeth Willis, telephoned the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and filed a false police report – telling Detective Joel Weaver that Alec Hash was a “runaway”.

It was a blatant lie.

In reality – Alec Hash was in Georgia, sitting in Attorney Fred Jones’ office, which Willis admitted she already knew.

Willis’ bizarre preoccupation with sex, kidnapping, torture, S&M, and pedophilia suddenly surfaced in a very disturbing email she authored as she and a Florida attorney, Michael Dolce, became desperate to gain physical custody of the married teen (and Plaintiff against the State).

“WHERE IS ALEC??? What is happening to him? is this lawyer a child abuser…is he a rapist? Does he like to diddle with little boys? Or big boys? Has he locked the child in a closet? Is Alec in chains? He told Michel that he is “safe”. What does THAT mean?” Willis said.

The Hash family case file contained absolutely no issues involving sex.

Witnesses in the Florida cases have received death threats and extortion demands to shut up.

The arrest of Steven Avery for the murder of Teresa Halbach effectively stifled the $36 Million lawsuit filed by Avery against Manitowoc County for wrongful imprisonment.

The murder case against Steven Avery was a ‘Shadow Government’ operation.

The use of Shadow Government operations as a tool to terminate lawsuits is a regular occurrence in the United States.

The same tactic was used against a respected Georgia physician practicing in the State of Florida involved in bringing two lawsuits against the State of Florida.

THE BIZARRE CASE OF ALEC THOMAS HASH

In the spring of 2013, the teenage son of Dr. Mark T. Hash, abruptly fled the state of Florida and disappeared from the radar of shadow government operatives that were attempting to kidnap him.

Alec Thomas Hash, now an adult, remains in hiding.

The bizarre story of Alec Hash’s hurried flight from the state of Florida began after shadow government operatives failed in an attempt to frame and imprison his father.

ORIGINAL ATTEMPT TO FRAME DR. MARK T. HASH

In November, 2009, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) announced Dr. Hash was being charged with writing prescriptions for controlled substances with no medical necessity, a third-degree felony.

Initial press statements by the FDLE stated Dr. Hash came under investigation for allegations that he was prescribing Phendimetrazine to patients he had not initially examined at First Impressions weight loss clinic in Tallahassee.

The FDLE claimed their investigation revealed that initial examinations of new patients were being performed by non-licensed individuals who also provided them with Phendimetrazine with little to no supervision by the physician.

The illegal distribution of pharmaceuticals at the pill-mill was in fact occurring.

However, Dr. Hash had no knowledge of the illegal activities because it was a scam being run by the clinic’s owners who were using secretaries to dispense pills.

The first oddity of the criminal charges against Dr. Hash was that the truly involved participants admitted to law enforcement they used his credentials to acquire medication without his knowledge.

Dr. Hash pled not guilty, and the charges were eventually dropped, after Dr. Hash and his attorney proved he had no knowledge of the patients that were illegally receiving drugs from non-medical personnel.

However, the actual identity of the patients illegally receiving drugs at the clinic tells the true story.

Write Into Action learned that the prosecution of Dr. Hash was a failed ‘Shadow Government’ attempt to conceal the clientele list of the weight loss clinic Dr. Hash supervised.

SHADOW GOVERNMENT WITNESS INTIMIDATION OPERATION

Following (former) FDLE agent Matt Sears’ failed attempt to frame Dr. Hash; the physician found himself and his children under full-scale attack by shadow government operatives.

The shadow government operation involved the non-stop harassment and terrorization of the Hash family by sheriff’s deputies, police, government employees, and associates of the Tallahassee Police Department (TPD).

Dr. Hash filed a lawsuit against the FDLE.

Additionally, a federal civil rights lawsuit was filed against the TPD by his minor son, Alec Hash.

SHADOW GOVERNMENT KIDNAPPING OPERATION

The shadow government deployed a plan to seize physical custody of Dr. Hash’s minor son, Alec. The child would essentially be held hostage by the government, which would assure compliance by Dr. Hash.

The acquisition of the witness (Alec Hash) was to be accomplished by orchestrating ‘change of physical custody proceedings’ using shadow government lawyers and a shadow government judge.

The plan enjoyed guaranteed success because the fraudulent court motions were to be heard in front of shadow government judge Karen Gievers in Leon County, Florida.

Dr. Hash had long since been awarded sole physical custody of both his boys after their mother, Reschin Moore, had been institutionalized for episodes of psychosis, which involved highly documented incidents of Moore pulling out loaded guns in front of their children.

Court and hospital records show Moore posed a very serious threat to their two children and all guns in the Hash home were required to be in a locked safe where Moore could not access them.

The custody status of the Hash children was accepted; not challenged.

Court records, social security reports, police reports, as well as medical and mental health records, all show that the therapists and specialists treating Alec Hash strongly recommended he (nor his brother) not be alone with their mother.

The Hash boys had been in Dr. Hash’s safe physical custody for some ten years where they excelled and thrived – Alec Hash became an Eagle Scout.

Custody filings were orchestrated through shadow government operatives, including TPD victim’s advocate Melanie Tudor. Tudor contacted Moore; Moore had legal standing to make filings in the Florida Family Court regarding Alec Hash.

Completely dismissing and ignoring previous rulings and findings of a court from a different State, Gievers quickly granted an Order forbidding all contact between Dr. Hash and his son, and arranged for Alec Hash to be delivered to a shadow government operative; Guardian Ad Litem Elizabeth Willis.

Scholars and victims of shadow government operations believe if Alec Hash would have been taken into the custody of Willis, he would have met the grim fate of others such as Steven Avery murder case witness/convict Brendan Dassey; Jessica Ridgeway murder case witness/patsy Austin Reed Sigg; or even possibly slain Colorado teen Dylan Redwine.

ALEC HASH ESCAPES FLORIDA

In 2013, Alec Hash developed a plan to escape the jurisdiction of the Florida Family Court by simply traveling to Missouri and legally marrying his teenage girlfriend, which he did.

Despite Alec Hash being legally married and emancipated, Gievers would issue a juvenile pick-up order for him after he moved out of the State, which essentially rendered him a fugitive.

Documents obtained by Write Into Action show Willis filed a false police report to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), claiming Alec Hash was ‘missing’ after he moved.

Willis was lying to the police.

Willis told multiple lies to the LCSO, which included false claims that she and a shadow government operative/lawyer, Michael Dolce, had attempted to telephone Alec Hash; claiming to the LCSO that Alec would not answer his phone.

Willis’ claim about telephone calls was proven false though a complete examination of Alec Hash’s AT&T telephone records that show no such telephone call was ever made.

Willis lied to law enforcement so Alec Hash’s name would be entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.

The true facts are extremely disturbing.

Willis had actually been advised that Alec Hash was alive, well, and observed by police in Georgia sitting in the office of his attorney, Fredrick Jones.

Alec Hash had cleverly escaped the jurisdiction of the Florida Family Court as a married man.

Obsessed with acquiring the physical person of Alec Hash, Giever’s subsequently set forth an illegal order for the arrest of Dr. Mark T. Hash.

Gievers ordered Dr. Hash be held in jail until Alec Hash returned to Florida, which is completely illegal in the United States.

Gievers’ illegal orders to have Dr. Hash arrested and imprisoned were overturned twice by the Appeals Court in Florida.

Nonetheless, the innocent doctor sat in jail until the Appeals Court ordered his release.

DANGEROUS SHADOW GOVERNMENT OPERATIVES

In a bizarre email to Dr. Hash’s attorney, David Chester, Willis later admitted to knowing Alec was with his lawyer, and then inexplicably projected sex and violence into the matter.

“WHERE IS ALEC??? What is happening to him? is this lawyer a child abuser…is he a rapist? Does he like to diddle with little boys? Or big boys? Has he locked the child in a closet? Is Alec in chains? He told Michel that he is “safe”. What does THAT mean?” Willis said.

Sex and/or child molestation had never been an issue in any matters involving Alec Hash, whatsoever. The projection of violent sex crimes and torture of a child gives rise to great concern about shadow government operatives Willis, Dolce, Gievers, and others.

The FDLE arranged to have Alec Thomas Hash’s name and image published on a Missing Person flyer by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Everything occurring to the stalked and hunted boy was happening with the knowledge of FDLE senior attorney James Martin.

The flyers were subsequently removed after the NCMEC, managed by the U.S. Department of Justice, ordered them removed because the true facts were not known at the time of the flyers publication.

THE “STAR CHAMBER”

Court documents filed by high profile Florida attorney Steven Andrews to the Appeals Court in Florida, on behalf of his client Alec Thomas Hash, show Andrews described the actions against Alec Hash and Dr. Hash as those of occurring in a “Star Chamber”.

Star Chamber is a synonym for Shadow Government.

The Star Chamber is a 1983 movie starring Michael Douglass and Hal Holbrook that features judges, cynically acting outside the legal structure, and conducting hearings that are not governed by rule of law.

The “star chamber” operated by Gievers and the shadow government through secret communications, some believed to be occurring on the ‘Dark Net’ closely resembles (FBI Planned Parenthood shooting conspiracy suspect) Rev. Bob Enyart’s plan to subvert justice and begin his own government.

HaLeigh Cummings child pornography ‘extortionist’ wanted by police on felony charges

Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida, is charged with felonies and wanted by police.

According to Florida Department of Corrections: The offender is in willful non-compliance with the following conditions of supervision and the Department is removing the offender from the PTI program effective this date: 10-19-2015; has moved couple of weeks ago from parents house and whereabouts are unknown – failed to report to officer for appt. date of 10-05-2015.

BACKGROUND

On August 17, 2015, Timothy Charles Holmseth emailed States Attorney Jason English in Santa Rosa County, Florida and reported Olsen.

“The purpose of this correspondence is not to provide you with every single piece of evidence I possess, as it would be extremely voluminous. Therefore, I will provide you with prima facie evidence that THOMAS NORMAN OLSEN is in violation of his probation,” Holmseth said.

“I have information that Mr. Olsen is the individual; or is directly involved with a group of individuals, that has published three videos targeting me and my children. The videos contain patently false allegations, and constitute sexual threats upon my children, including my [REDACTED]-old son; one video suggests that my un-born grandchild will be immediately taken (kidnapped) after he/she is born,” Holmseth said.

Holmseth explained to English why he is being targeted.

“I recently published audio interviews I obtained as an investigative journalist. In the audios, members of a child sex trafficking underground are captured discussing child pornography depicting the sexual abuse of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings. SEE/LISTEN ATTACHED AUDIO FILE,” Holmseth said.

Olsen had been previously charged with serious felonies that included theft of a firearm, but inexplicably placed in a Pretrial Intervention Program.

An investigation by Write Into Action discovered how Olsen was assisted by organized crime in Florida to blackmail the Santa Rosa County States Attorney Office into letting him off the hook.

On March 26, 2015, Olsen boasted on the Web “Pity, some thought that I was finally going to be put in jail or have something done to me by the legal system. Well, think again haters. I’m free and will remain free. And I’ll remain on the internet and remain out of jail to make sure I’m here to continue putting fuckers in check”.

Olsen specifically named a member of the Florida judicial community that assisted him in getting the special deal as a “favor” from the prosecutor.

The aforementioned member of the Florida judicial community has been reported to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and FBI for physically handling secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings after the child was reported missing.

Holmseth addressed that connection in his report to English.

“Apparently, Attorney English, my [REDACTED}-old son; my pregnant daughter; as well as myself; are among the “fuckers” that are being put in check by Mr. Olsen as result of your special little deal with [REDACTED].

“The reason my law abiding family is being “put in check” is because I acquired evidence that [REDACTED] possessed and distributed naked photographs that featured the vagina of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings. Witnesses I interviewed, including Wayanne Kruger, told me HaLeigh Cummings had been raped and was hemorrhaging.”

“The FBI is actively requesting information from the public on their website regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. I responded to that request with the child pornography evidence and information that I possessed. THOMAS NORMAN OLSEN, and his cohorts, then attacked my children, including a threat to kidnap my unborn grandchild after he/she is born, and the threats continue to this day.”

I should point out, that although [REDACTED} was [REDACTED] Crystal Sheffield (HaLeigh’s mother) [REDACTED] in 2009, [REDACTED] never actually [REDACTED] any custody action whatsoever in the Florida courts.

“Rather, everything [REDACTED] did regarding [REDACTED] so-called ‘custody’ [REDACTED] was done through underground rogue officials including a DCF social worker.”

“In fact, if you listen to the recording of William Staubs talking to Bonnie Warner (starting point 17:06 on audio) you will hear that [REDACTED] had a meeting with the “State Attorney” and people were getting “throwed under the bus”.

“Very strong arguments could be made that what happened in the HaLeigh Cummings underground rape pornography blackmail scheme was repeated here. “

HaLeigh Cummings is the cousin of the missing child Lonzie Barton.

Florida Attorney General submits missing child evidence to DCF Inspector General and FDLE

Possible connection to Lonzie Barton kidnapping reported

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi has sent evidence submitted to her office by Timothy Charles Holmseth, to the Florida Department of Children and Families – Office of the Inspector General and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

On September 21, 2015, Bondi’s office contacted Inspector General Keith Parks and the FDLE. “The Florida Attorney General’s Office received the attached correspondence from Timothy Holmseth in Minnesota, alleging that he has criminal information about a missing child/child abuse case,” said Becky Kring, deputy director, Office of Citizen Services.

On September 28, Bondi’s office contacted Timothy Holmseth.

“The issues you reported fall within the jurisdiction of Circuit Administration.  As a result, your correspondence was forwarded to Interim Northeast Regional Managing Director Patricia Medlock for review and response to this office by October 16, 2015,” said Anissa F. Pitti, Office of Inspector General.

Timothy Holmseth has submitted audio evidence to Florida law enforcement that captures a DCF social worker on tape discussing a CD she received in a gas station parking lot several months after missing child HaLeigh Cummings was reported vanished.

According to an employee of a South Florida law office, the CD contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings that the social worker, Bonnie Warner, openly admits on the tape, she could not show to her supervisor.

The evidence shows there was a secret operation occurring within an underground of government and law enforcement officials that involved pornographic photographs.

Other evidence submitted is a sworn affidavit from an Illinois resident that says she was contacted by the same law firm; given the contact information for a DCF worker named Annette Pitts, and then asked to file (fraudulent) DCF complaints against Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin. Timothy Holmseth possesses all the emails and AT&T records between the Illinois resident and the South Florida law office.

Timothy Holmseth has also provided transcriptions to Inspector Parks and FDLE Attorney James Martin of audio interviews he conducted in 2009 that might provide clues to law enforcement regarding the disappearance of Lonzie Barton in Jacksonville.

Holmseth conducted interviews with a member the same aforementioned law office that seemed suspicious, because the person nervously brought up DCF; HaLeigh Cummings’ mother and grandmother; the missing child Caylee Anthony; and a missing child organization operated by a person with the last name of “Barton”.

Santa Rosa County blackmail scheme linked to HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping

The criminal extortionists that targeted Santa Rosa County have been directly linked to the case of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

The information has been submitted to FDLE attorney James Martin.

On September 1, 2015, the extortionists sent a message to Timothy Charles Holmseth via Twitter containing a link to a webpage located at www.radionewz.net – the link notified Holmseth he was being sued by a man named Jeremiah Regan.

Jeremiah Regan is the out-of-town drifter that appeared out of nowhere to become the Administrator of a facility in Satsuma, Florida called the HaLeigh Bug Center where cash donations were accepted shortly after HaLeigh Cummings vanished – he also erected a website called www.haleighbug.com where cash donations were encouraged.

Regan later supplied a sworn affidavit to the Florida Bar Association regarding an official complaint filed by Crystal Sheffield, the mother of HaLeigh Cummings.

Today, Attorney Martin was provided audio evidence of Regan telling a young female witness in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation that he was working with law enforcement. In the audio, Regan tells the female he has been authorized by law enforcement to promise immunity to anybody that will sign a piece of paper saying Misty Croslin was not home the night HaLeigh disappeared.

Regan is not a law enforcement officer.

Criminal background records show Jeremiah Regan’s father, John Regan, is a convicted sex offender.

Judy Lucia, Interlachen, Florida, told Holmseth during interviews that John Regan told her during a ground search for HaLeigh that he was an undercover FBI agent. Donald Knop, Florida, told Holmseth that John Regan told him he was a CIA agent.

Wayanne Kruger, the advocate that traveled to Florida to represent HaLeigh’s mother, told Holmseth that John Regan dressed as a pastor. He told her he was a CIA agent and claimed the FBI already found HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being. She said John and Jeremiah Regan prevented her from going to the police with information she had about HaLeigh.

Attorney Martin has also received evidence that shows Jeremiah Regan was involved in the acquisition of photographs of HaLeigh Cummings that were placed on a CD. Some of the photos were secret naked pictures of HaLeigh that featured her private parts.

On August 31, 2015, Write Into Action featured a detailed analysis of a criminal extortion operation used to blackmail, threaten, and intimidate witnesses.

The group has threatened to take Timothy Holmseth’s unborn grandchild after he/she is born, and recently contacted his employer with false and defamatory statements.

The anonymous group publishing the messages demand Timothy Holmseth removes all of his websites from the Web or they will irreparably harm him and his children.

The FDLE and FBI know the identity of the attorney representing www.radionewz.net.

In Timothy Holmseth’s letter to Attorney Martin he stated in part:

JEREMIAH REGAN, REDACTED, AND THE MISSING CHILD HALEIGH CUMMINGS

Jeremiah Regan worked for REDACTED during the national profile Amber Alert and search for HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings in 2009.

1. I possess audio evidence from that time period that proves Jeremiah Regan either (1) impersonated an agent of law enforcement in Florida and/or (2) was used as an agent of law enforcement in Florida. Note: I am also attaching an MP3 of the audio
   2. I possess evidence that Jeremiah Regan was involved with secret naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings. The following transcription is from audio interviews I already turned over to law enforcement.

   (DONALD KNOP / REDACTED) – Yea, well I know Jeremiah (Regan) had gotten some pictures too.

   (STAUBS / PI – (REDACTED) – Yeah

   (KNOP) – Like, you know, that was before he became the official driver for REDACTED. So, riding around with what’s her name? And, ehh, shit, I’m sorry my minds all over the place –  riding around with Crystal – and they had to go get pictures from somewhere, or he was going to email, I don’t remember, I kind of turned my mind on to focusing on to…

   (HOLMSETH) I wonder if it has something to do with those photographs. What was the chain of possession on them? Who did you get them from? Of HaLeigh?

   (KNOP) It was either REDACTED or Marie (Griffis). I think it was literally we were all in the room together – Jerri Greene, me, maybe Jeremiah and, it was either Marie, or Crystal, they had to get them from somewhere. They got the pictures – they handed them to REDACTED – REDACTED looked at them – she handed them to me and she said get these on a disc for Peggy (Cone), eh, shit, Bonnie Warner.

   JOURNALIST NOTE: THE NAKED PHOTOS OF HALEIGH CUMMINGS THAT FEATURED HER SEXUALLY ASSAULTED VAGINA WERE KEPT IN A SECRET LOCATION UNTIL THE DISC THAT WAS BEING PREPARED FOR BONNIE WARNER WAS COMPLETELY READY. AT THE TIME, SOMEONE WENT AND RETRIEVED THE PHOTOS.

   Timothy Holmseth will be turning all the aformentioned information to Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank when he seeks federal relief for Constitutional right violations visited upon him and his family by the state of Florida.
