East Grand Forks police chief breaks seven year silence on missing child case

East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund has publically spoken the name of a missing child from Florida for the first time since his embattled Department became involved in the kidnapping case seven years ago.

“The disappearance of any child is tragic and this case is no less so,” Hedlund said.

He continued.

“This case did not occur in East Grand Forks and thus it is not within our jurisdiction to actively investigate any possible crimes that may have been committed in this case.  At this time there is nothing to indicate that Miss Cummings has ever been in East Grand Forks nor do we have any information believing that anyone connected to this case is, or has been in East Grand Forks, and thus we do not have any investigations regarding this matter,” Hedlund said.

But there’s a problem.

Hedlund broke his silence only after he learned that in October, 2016, a private investigator from Indiana that filed a police report to the EGFPD in 2011 regarding the whereabouts of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, now claims she didn’t make the report and says she was impersonated by a Florida woman.

The bizarre statement and allegations of a false police report regarding the missing person is, in and of itself, a crime pertaining to HaLeigh Cummings.

On July 26, 2011, Tina Church, private investigator, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., telephoned the police in East Grand Forks to report that a local journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth, told her he had HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

During a telephone call to Holmseth on October 4, 2016, Church claimed she did not make the police report and insists she was impersonated. She also implied that she engaged in telephone conversations with EGFPD officers about Holmseth that were not recorded or documented.

Church telephoned Holmseth on October 4, 2016, angry about an article he published in February, 2016 entitled “HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI”.

The article reveals that in 2009, Tina Church may have been using the alias of “Christine Church” and was filmed by Wayanne Kruger in the company of the missing child’s mother and grandmother. Kruger told Holmseth that HaLeigh Cummings’ maternal grandmother, Marie Griffis, was highly anticipating the arrival of a group that was coming from out of state. Kruger said she was then introduced to “Christine Church”.

The following is an excerpt from the conversation.

CHURCH: As an investigative journalist as you claim to be shouldn’t you check out your facts, like, call me and say ‘Tina, have you ever been to Florida?’ HOLMSETH: You mean the Tina Church that called the police department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. I’m supposed to call you on the phone? You are the most un-credulous person I have probably ever talked to. CHURCH: That you had HaLeigh Cummings in your… [giggle] who in the hell ever told you that? HOLMSETH: The police report that I’m looking at right now that you filed with the East Grand Forks Police Department. CHURCH: Were they talking to me? HOLMSETH: You called them. CHURCH: I did or someone purporting to be me?

Holmseth contacted Hedlund on November 20, 2016 to arrange for a time to meet and turn over evidence of Tina Church’s multiple statements regarding the false police report.

Hedlund did not immediately respond.

Hedlund finally issued his statement two days later after Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth was briefed on the development and advised of Holmseth’s request to meet with police to turn over recordings of Tina Church.

The bizarre claim by the Indiana investigator is believed by many to be a huge development in the unsolved kidnapping.

However, the new revelations have placed a sharp focus on the EGFPD and Hedlund’s handling of the case since it began in 2009.

The EGFPD first became involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case in June, 2009 when Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek began logging out-of-state complaints being made against Holmseth.

Holmseth, a former award winning news reporter was conducting interviews about the Florida kidnapping.

Lt. Hajicek proactively telephoned Holmseth in June, 2009 and advised him to stop writing about certain people connected to the case.

At the same time Hajicek was pressuring Holmseth to drop his story; the FBI was acting on critical information they received from Holmseth regarding photographs of the missing child that were in the possession of the very same people Hajicek was trying to help.

The photographs the FBI was seeking were on a disc that contained rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The photographs, according to Donald Knop, an eyewitness employed by a South Florida law firm, featured close-up shots of the five year-old’s raped private parts.

Knop told Holmseth he was directed by a lawyer to make copies of the photos and turn them over to a Florida DCF social worker, after hours, in a gas station parking lot.

Holmseth captured the DCF social worker, Bonnie Warner, on recording, talking to a private investigator named William (Cobra) Staubs about the disc, during a telephone call on her home telephone at night. Warner admits to receiving the disc but said she could not show it to her supervisor.

Public records requests would later reveal Lt. Hajicek was using his private Google email account to communicate with the FBI’s sex trafficking suspects.

Hajicek’s emails and communications were purged from the EGFPD files, but later surfaced in a public records request to the Polk County Attorney’s Office. The private emails show Hajicek was conspiring with Nancy Grace’s tabloid reporter, Art Harris, against Holmseth. Hajicek’s side of the conversation was cut out of the email thread.

Duplicate copies of official police reports regarding the kidnapping case reveal Hajicek’s name, and select narratives regarding his communications with the FBI’s suspects, had been removed from reports – along with audio recordings of telephone calls recorded by EGFPD duty officers.

Hajicek’s secret communications with child pornographers and sex traffickers may explain why Hedlund turned a blind eye to the missing child case for seven years.

But the latest development regarding Tina Church’s claims of impersonation has created a tsunami of questions that many believe Hedlund will need to answer, because Tina Church is directly connected to Hajicek’s secret CNN contact, Art Harris.

And…

In addition to claims she was impersonated, Tina Church now also claims she had absolutely no connection to the HaLeigh Cummings case whatsoever.

Her claim is beyond absurd.

Harris interviewed Tina Church for an article and You Tube report he filed on May 24, 2011 entitled “HaLeigh Cummings Update”.

The article was intended to explain away Tina Church’s communications with HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case witnesses Hank and Chelsea Croslin and her (Tina Church’s) foreknowledge of a federal child porn raid in Kentucky before it ever happened.

On April 11, 2011 WDRB reported “Mystery surrounds FBI raid of Okolona home”.

Hank and Chelsea Croslin, the father and sister-in-law of Misty Croslin, the girl Florida law enforcement calls the “key” to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, both contacted Holmseth before the Kentucky pornography raid at the home of Danny Druck ever even made the news.

The Croslin’s said they were not supposed to tell anybody about it until it made the news. They said they learned about it from their “private investigator” 
that was helping them look for HaLeigh named “Tina Church”.

Hank and Chelsea Croslin both told Holmseth that “Tina Church” told them HaLeigh had been found alive in Kentucky.

Harris’ article was intended to water down Tina Church’s inexplicable foreknowledge of a raid on a child porn ring.

A private investigator Chelsea claimed was working for her, but who denied any professional ties told us she had reached out to out of state police on her behalf, and relayed that Cheshea was willing to participate in an undercover Misty prison sting for Haleigh information, if Florida investigators requested it, and outstanding arrest warrants for her in Virginiai were dropped. According to Tina Church, a private investigator who told us she’d volunteered briefly to help Chelsea get to the bottom of her legal troubles. said Chelsea never followed up. Fresh to the case, she told us she also offered to check rumors Haleigh had been spotted alive in Kentucky along with the credibility of purported photos of Haleigh strangers sent Misty in prison–that our FBI sources debunked and we exposed as a hoax. There was a good reason the FBI wanted to interview Holmseth.

Holmseth learned that a pastor named John Regan told searhers he was an FBI and CIA agent working as an “undercover pedophile”. Holmseth was told by Kruger that Regan told her the FBI already had HaLeigh in their possession but wanted to keep it quiet.

Holmseth turned over an entire recorded statement from Kruger describing an international baby sales operation that involved John Regan and multiple other figures in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case.

On November 19, 2016 Holmseth reported on Write Into Action bombshell information he learned from Kruger the day before.

1. Ronald Cummings, the father of missing child HaLeigh Cummings, took his daughter HaLeigh to a sex club where the doors were closed and nobody was allowed in our out until late morning.

2. Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, possessed photos of the little girl being held down (by someone’s hands), undressed, and screaming.

3. Nearly every member of the legal team working for HaLeigh’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, was involved and snorting cocaine.

4. John Regan, the fake pastor that identified himself as FBI and CIA to multiple witnesses took Wayanne Kruger to a sex only club where there were children and drugs.

5. Rev. Richard Grund, the admitted Satanist that was interviewed by Orange County Sheriff’s Office regarding the murder of Caylee Anthony was involved

Why did Hedlund’s Department attempt to stop the truth from coming out?

Hedlund’s statement of compassion for all missing children now finds the police chief facing an unflattering analogy between his department’s handling of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation; when compared to other cases such as Jacob Wetterling.

Here’s the question.

How would any other police chief – from any other police department – have handled the exact same set of circumstances if the name of the missing child in the false police report had been ‘Jacob Wetterling’ or some other child?

This is what it would have looked like.

Trump’s comments were made in the immediate wake of a Florida shooting massacre where forty-nine people were murdered by Omar Mateen, an Islamic terrorist that entered a gay nightclub in Orlando and opened fire.

“You know, people can’t believe it. People cannot, they cannot believe that President Obama is acting the way he acts and can’t even mention the words ‘radical Islamic terrorism.’ There’s something going on. It’s inconceivable. There’s something going on,” Trump told Fox.

On Monday, the Washington Post lamented Trump’s cynical comments and suggested he had improperly implied there is something suspicious about President Obama because Trump repeatedly said “there’s something going on”.

So – who’s right?

Is the Washington Post right?

Or is Donald Trump right?

The question has become whether or not America’s government agencies and law enforcement are executing their assigned mission statements as directed by the U.S. Constitution.

Or, has the government been infiltrated?

If it’s been infiltrated there’s “something going on?”

In 2009, the Florida FBI was searching for a kidnapped six year-old girl named HaLeigh Cummings, when they requested the Minneapolis FBI interview an investigative reporter from Minnesota (Timothy Charles Holmseth) that captured international child sex traffickers on tape discussing their operations.

The traffickers were literally caught on tape discussing secret photos that had been taken of the kindergartner’s sexually assaulted private parts. One of the government officials caught on tape was a Florida DCF social worker admitting she had the photos on a CD (but never turned them over to the police).

Fox News reports Mateen was employed by a security company that is a federal contractor for the Department of Homeland Security and State departments.

Mateen’s father publically supports the Taliban and says gay people should be killed.

All of that activity was in the state of Florida.

The convicted pedophile, John Regan, Hastings, Florida, told the missing child’s mother’s legal staff he worked as an “undercover pedophile” and reported to “Washington”.

Timothy Holmseth and his children have been relentlessly threatened and defamed for six years with no reprieve.

Broward County Sun-Sentinel exposes career criminal bounty hunter

Trail of ‘Cobra’ leads to kiddy porn and Gov. Rick Scott’s Administration

The ‘bounty hunter’ involved with a CD containing secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings has been exposed by the Broward County Sun- Sentinel.

The February 28, 2016 story entitled“The bounty hunter, the drug dealer, and the downfall of a Broward Sheriff’s sergeant” is only the beginning of revelations.

William Staubs, a.k.a. Cobra’s trail leads back to organized crime and Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s administration.

The Sun-Sentinel story reveals how a Broward County Sheriff’s sergeant, Matthew Baldwin, was fired for activity he engaged in involving William Staubs – a.k.a. Cobra.

“Sheriff’s office investigators found Baldwin routinely misused a DMV database by running license-plate tags and looking up personal information and photos for the bounty hunter who in turn sold the information to a “violent” drug dealer,” the Sun-Sentinel reported.

“The bounty hunter, William Staubs, known as Cobra, has an arrest history. The drug dealer, Jaime A. Cruz, is currently serving seven years’ probation for a 2011 cocaine trafficking conviction,” the Sun-Sentinel reported.

However – Staubs’ improper involvement with law enforcement and government agencies to advance a criminal enterprise has been occurring for decades. His trail leads to federal agents, FDLE agents, judges, states attorneys, and DCF agents involved in child trafficking.

Timothy Charles Holmseth, owner, Write Into Action, was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 after Holmseth reported information to the feds about photographs involving the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The FBI asked Holmseth for some of his audio interviews with Staubs and others that had interjected themselves into the child kidnapping case.

In 2009, Staubs and a group traveled from Broward County to Putnam County, Florida where they were impersonating FBI agents; planting evidence; and attempting to frame multiple innocent persons for the missing child’s abduction.

Staubs told Holmseth that Captain Dominic Piscitello was his inside man at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Staubs was arrested in 2009 for felony false imprisonment of a man his ‘team’ attempted to frame on camera through an operation that involved disgraced former CNN journalist Art Harris and Nancy Grace.

During a journalistic investigation, Holmseth captured evidence proving Staubs’ group possessed secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth was told by Donald Knop, a staff employee of a South Florida law firm, he was given copies of naked photographs of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings, which he has told to place on a CD along with other pictures and data and give to a DCF social worker.

However – the exchange of the CD was not offcial DCF business.

Holmseth captured Staubs talking to Florida DCF child protection worker, Bonnie Warner about the CD, which she said she received after hours in a parking lot from Knop.

Warner said the pictures ‘could not be shown to her supervisor’. Warner was talking to Staubs about the case after hours on her home telephone.

Write Into Action’s investigation uncovered troves of evidence that Staubs is a mercenary career criminal involved in drug trafficking, child sex trafficking, and kiddy porn.

On one occasion Staubs put Holmseth on the telephone with a man he called “Sammy the Bull” that talked about spreading out plastic on the floor and torturing a 17 year-old girl named Misty Croslin with power drills to make her admit where she really was the night HaLeigh Cummings disappeared.

Staubs told Holmseth he attended KKK meetings and sometimes telephones judges at home.

Holmseth and his children have been threatened with kidnapping, mutilation, and death. He has received countless threatening telephone calls and videos have been anonymously published on You Tube warning him to remove all of his websites or suffer severe consequences.

The audio regarding the HaLeigh Cummings pornography and threats were all sent to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Official records from the Office of Gov. Rick Scott show the information was passed to the Inspector General but nothing was done.

The Scott Administration is attempting to cover-up the DCF child porn sex trafficking scandal.

Staubs told Holmseth during a recorded call that he personally met with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Holmseth believes Gov. Scott and AG Bondi are being blackmailed by Staubs and Scott will never be the VP pick to Donald Trump because Scott poses a national security risk.

Fla. Gov. Rick Scott child rape porn cover-up takes disturbing turn

Web blogger admits knowledge of porn pictures of HaLeigh Cummings – Scott a blackmailed, national security liability?

Florida Governor Rick Scott’s knowledge of child rape pornography created of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings has taken a disturbing new turn.

An anonymous Web blogger that goes by the name “Radio” has openly professed direct and intimate knowledge of the pictures.

In the bizarre twist, the reputed pedophile Web blogger has attempted to push a narrative that although the photos exist, the child’s sexually assaulted vagina was only “Photoshopped” to appear that way.

On March 8, 2016, www.radionewz.net published a detailed analysis regarding his/her direct knowledge of the photographs.

“The pictures of subject – were taken by Haleigh’s maternal family before they took her to an ER to get a Dr. to say she had been sexually abused. The ER Dr. found no evidence of that and would not document such. These are the pictures Holmseth is trying to push as valid. They are not. The whole thing was a plan to get custody away from Ronald Cummings, which would have been a good thing, but photoshopped pictures were not the way to go and didn’t work. Holmseth is beating a dead horse and tarnishing the memory of Haleigh Cummings,” the Web blogger said.

The admission by the anonymous blogger clearly requires an investigation by the FBI.

According to Wayanne Kruger, the author and victim’s advocate that traveled from Arizona to Florida in 2009 to stay in the home of Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, following the child’s kidnapping, said the little girl had been raped.

Kruger told Timothy Charles Holmseth during an interview that she feared HaLeigh could have died from “haemorrhaging” from the rape.

Kruger said she was working with a ‘pastor’ named John Regan who claimed he was a CIA agent. Kruger said Regan told her he was an “undercover pervert” and the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being.

Kruger said she telephoned Capt. Dominic Piscitello, the chief detective at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and tried to report John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan. She said Piscitello became belligerent and aggressive and suggested perhaps he arrest Kruger.

Kruger’s statements regarding the child porn pictures match the scenario Holmseth reported to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Holmseth detailed to Bondi that HaLeigh had been “strategically” raped; her vagina then photographed; in an attempt by Crystal Sheffield’s legal team to secure a change of child custody ruling through a recommendation from the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) without filing a Motion in the Florida court.

Kruger also told Holmseth that law enforcement’s primary person of focus in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, Misty Croslin, was present during a child porn shoot and was ‘the older girl used to keep the little girl calm’.

In yet another bizarre twist, the website www.radionewz.net published a promotional article requesting the public donate money to pay the fees of Croslin’s new attorney, Tonya D. Cromartie.

Cromartie abruptly appeared on the scene to represent Croslin, only after Croslin, personally filed a Post Conviction Motion from prison. Croslin argued in her Motion that her first attorney, Robert Fields, should have argued entrapment. Croslin received a bizarre and nearly unprecedented 25 year sentence for selling pills. It was the first time the 18 year-old Croslin had ever been in trouble with the law.

Why Cromartie is associating with an anonymous Web blogger that has knowledge of naked photos of a missing child being sought by the FBI is a question.

The pedophile Web blogger “Radio” published multiple videos and sex articles about Holmseth and his children and committed criminal extortion by demanding Holmseth remove all of his websites, or suffer more false sex stories that would be written.

In one video, which targeted Holmseth’s daughter, the anonymous publisher threatened to take her baby away from her as soon as it was born.

All of the videos were submitted to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Holmseth receives regular threatening phone calls from various telephone numbers including several from the Office of the Florida Governor by a person talking into a voice changer.

The situation became so dire to Holmseth’s family and children that a Minnesota District Judge in the Family Division set forth a course of action for dealing with the threats being visited upon the children.

The situation appears to be a crisis for Scott, who appears to be blackmailed in a child sex ring pornography scandal and would never be able to serve as Vice President of the United States due to national security issues.

Holmseth has been contacted by the Trump Organization.

Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s office threatens journalist using voice changer to disguise caller’s voice

Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s office telephoned investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth today using a voice changer to disguise the voice of the caller.

The caller said “stop it”.

Holmseth previously received a hang-up call from the same number, which is from the Florida governor’s Citizen’s Services division.

The telephone calls from Scott’s office come in the wake of Holmseth receiving a telephone call from the Trump Organization.

Holmseth has published:

• Rick Scott possesses audio recordings of government employee and judicial system operatives in Florida discussing secret photographs of child rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The pornography passed through the hands of a Florida DCF child protection worker who is caught on tape, during a telephone call from her home, saying she could not show the photos to her supervisor. The FBI is still searching for HaLeigh.

• Rick Scott’s Inspector General, Melinda Miguel, frequented a pill-mill in Tallahassee, Florida where she obtained prescription medication by fraud. Others close to Scott, including Attorney Heather Ross, also visited the pill-mill and committed fraud. Scott’s FDLE then tried to frame the doctor that exposed the drug trafficking scheme and forced the doctor’s child into hiding to escape a kidnapping plot.

• Members of Scott’s administration, including Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, met with ‘black operators’ that bragged about water-boarding people and torturing people with power drills. They were the same people involved in the drug trafficking and child pornography operation.

Holmseth has received numerous death threats from telephone numbers and emails out of the State of Florida, which were reported to the police departments in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Holmseth has been targeted by organized crime that created multiple videos demanding he remove all of his websites or else bad things will happen to him and his children.

Donald Trump spoke to supporters and gave shout-outs following his big win in Florida on Super Tuesday.

However, Trump did not mention Fla. Gov. Rick Scott.

During his victory speech Trump, as always, spoke lovingly of his daughter Ivanka and glowed she would soon be giving birth to her baby.

Evidence exists that Trump may be privately repulsed by Rick Scott.

Documents prove the following:

• Rick Scott possesses audio recordings of government employee and judicial system operatives in Florida discussing secret photographs of child rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The pornography passed through the hands of a Florida DCF child protection worker who is caught on tape, during a telephone call from her home, saying she could not show the photos to her supervisor. The FBI is still searching for HaLeigh.

• Rick Scott’s Inspector General, Melinda Miguel, frequented a pill-mill in Tallahassee, Florida where she obtained prescription medication by fraud. Others close to Scott, including Attorney Heather Ross, also visited the pill-mill and committed fraud. Scott’s FDLE then tried to frame the doctor that exposed the drug trafficking scheme and forced the doctor’s child into hiding to escape a kidnapping plot. .

• Members of Scott’s administration, including Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, met with ‘black operators’ that bragged about water-boarding people and torturing people with power drills. They were the same people involved in the drug trafficking and child pornography operation.

During his victory speech, Trump mentioned many high profile endorsements he’s received including those from New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.

Trump offered best wishes and a speedy recovery to Sarah Palin’s husband, Todd Palin, following a recent snowmobile accident.

Trump’s focus on the beautiful things of life such as family and children could be an indicator of what he thinks of Scott and his creepy secrets.

An endorsement from Scott would be a terrible black cloud on any candidate he mentions because of who and what Scott really is.

Florida pedophile cult cover-up and underground sex culture dooms presidential hopefuls

Florida Gov. Rick Scott and Senator Marco Rubio may both see their political aspirations evaporate as the American public continues to learn the horrific details of a pedophile cult and drug trafficking operation that is being covered up at the highest levels in their state.

Even an endorsement from either man could be damaging.

U.S. District Court records in Minnesota (Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al) shows the Scott Administration possesses indisputable documentation obtained during a journalistic investigation, that an elite pedophile cult inside Florida DCF took rape photos of a kidnapped kindergartener – including close-ups of her vagina.

Some of the audio evidence regarding the HaLeigh Cummings porn was obtained during telephone calls recorded by investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth with William E. Staubs, an informant that has personally met with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Staubs tricked members of the government trafficking network into talking about their sex operation while Holmseth was on a third line.

HaLeigh Cummings disappeared in 2009, is classified as ‘Missing and Endangered’ and her whereabouts is being sought by the FBI.

Scott’s Inspector General for the Florida DCF acknowledged receipt of the evidence, which was submitted to Scott and Florida AG Pam Bondi.

Documents received by Timothy Holmseth from the Officer of the Governor purport that an investigation was launched. However, it now appears they are attempting to hide the child porn and sex trafficking scandal.

And – Sen. Rubio is tangled up in the matter.

Dr. Mark T. Hash, a Georgia doctor and veteran of the armed forces, practicing in Florida, narrowly escaped a long prison term after an FDLE agent, Matt Sears, attempted to cover-up a government drug trafficking network being run through First Impressions weight loss clinic in Tallahassee.

In 2009, Sears fabricated a case against Dr. Hash after the doctor learned what was going on and planned to go to authorities.

After obtaining a lawyer and proving Sears manufactured the case, forcing prosecutors to drop the bogus felony charges, Dr. Hash filed a wrongful prosecution lawsuit against the FDLE. Dr. Hash’s son, Alec Hash, later filed a civil rights lawsuit against the Tallahassee Police Department.

Dr. Hash and his family then became the target of a government sponsored ‘black op’ aimed at kidnapping his youngest child, Alec Hash, using a well established criminal apparatus in the Leon County, Florida courts.

Dr. Hash said he turned to Sen. Rubio for help.

“He was worthless,” said Dr. Hash. “His office claimed they sent the information to the Department of Justice but I never heard another thing from him”.

Dr. Hash’s skepticism about Sen. Rubio’s true ambition appears to be accurate.

During a recent press event, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie endorsed GOP frontrunner Donald Trump while scolding Rubio. “One message to Senator Rubio…unlike the United States Senate, the President of the United States is not a no-show job, so you’re not qualified,” Christie said.

In a recent article published on the Wayne Madsen Report, photos reveal Sen. Rubio is a sexually compromised politician with a prior arrest in a park. Published photos show him male dancing on a stage and he was reportedly close with a man operating an online porn business.

“In 1987, Rubio’s brother-in-law, Orlando Cicilia, was busted by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for his role as a key figure in a cocaine smuggling ring in south Florida,” the Wayne Madsen Report said.

However – the small mystery surrounding Sen. Rubio and Gov. Scott’s indifference to the Hash and HaLeigh Cummings cases would not last.

Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) obtained medical charts from the clinic in Tallahassee where Dr. Hash’s medical credentials had been used without his knowledge or permission.

The facility had been infiltrated by William Staubs and his then girlfriend, Paula Andrews.

The extensive records show the Tallahassee clinic was the ‘go-to’ spot for a very long list of government officials including senators, judges, police, and Gov. Scott’s very own Inspector General.

Write Into Action also obtained photos of Assistant States Attorney John Hutchins leaving the clinic with illegally obtained pharmaceuticals; at the exact same time he was prosecuting that very clinic.

Court records show a Leon County judge, Karen Givers, sits atop a family court kidnapping and extortion scheme that involves a network of pedophiles and satanic cult operatives working primarily in the legal system.

In a December 31, 2014 motion to the court, Attorney Steven Andrews, Gov. Scott’s long time nemesis who represents Alec Hash, said Givers was running a secret “star chamber”.

In 2013, Alec Hash cleverly escaped Gievers’ jurisdiction by traveling to Missouri and marrying his girlfriend – thus becoming emancipated. Desperate – Gievers immediately sprang into action by issuing a juvenile pick-up order for the newly wed and ordering Dr. Hash jailed until his son returned to Florida.

The Appeals Court quickly ordered Dr. Hash to be released from the illegal incarceration.

Only a short time later, Alec Hash’s photo was spread across the nation on a Missing Person poster erected by the FDLE and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

While the NCMEC later instructed the FDLE to remove the Missing Person poster because it was fraudulently guided, the events that led to Alec Hash’s name being placed in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database are very disturbing.

An operative of the underground and reputed friend of Judge Gievers, guardian ad litem Elizabeth Willis, telephoned the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and filed a false police report – telling Detective Joel Weaver that Alec Hash was a “runaway”.

It was a blatant lie.

In reality – Alec Hash was in Georgia, sitting in Attorney Fred Jones’ office, which Willis admitted she already knew.

Willis’ bizarre preoccupation with sex, kidnapping, torture, S&M, and pedophilia suddenly surfaced in a very disturbing email she authored as she and a Florida attorney, Michael Dolce, became desperate to gain physical custody of the married teen (and Plaintiff against the State).

“WHERE IS ALEC??? What is happening to him? is this lawyer a child abuser…is he a rapist? Does he like to diddle with little boys? Or big boys? Has he locked the child in a closet? Is Alec in chains? He told Michel that he is “safe”. What does THAT mean?” Willis said.

The Hash family case file contained absolutely no issues involving sex.

Witnesses in the Florida cases have received death threats and extortion demands to shut up.

One video, produced in Florida, included a kidnapping threat against Timothy Holmseth’s grandchild.

Donald Trump is very unlikely to choose Florida Governor Rick Scott as his VP running mate.

Scott is the focus of a pending federal lawsuit against the State of Florida that involves the Scott Administration covering up organized kidnappings and a child pornography sex trafficking ring.

The federal lawsuit, which was originally filed as HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA, is being expanded, based upon new evidence that links the Scott Administration, Florida Department of Children and Families, FDLE, and other agencies to extortion, blackmail, and child sex trafficking.

Donald Trump, the front runner for the GOP, would never survive the horrendous details of the scandal.

The Scott Administration and AG possesses audio recordings of a Florida DCF child protection worker discussing a child sex trafficking operation. The DCF agent is heard admitting she received a CD that contained secret naked photos of a raped missing child, HaLeigh Cummings.

According to one of the sex traffickers, William Staubs, he was an agent of Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and personally met with her.

Planned Parenthood gunman says he was being followed by FBI the day he opened fire

Denver FBI contacted informant three days before shooting to avoid another “Dr. Tiller” incident

The man that killed three people and wounded nine at the Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado Springs told KCNC-TV he was being followed by the FBI on November 27, 2015.

Robert Lewis Dear said 10 FBI agents were following him and contacted the facility and warned them he was coming.

“When I got there, of course, those guys knew I was armed, knew everything about me. They slither off like snakes and they get the local cops to do their dirty work, so that’s why the shootout was there,” Dear told KCNC.

“When I busted in that door on the side, all the people were gone,” he said. “So they had been tipped off by the FBI or somebody. All the employees, everybody had gotten out the back,” he said.

Dear said the FBI had been harassing him year after year. He said they broke into his trailer in rural Colorado and cut holes in his clothes.

Dear said the shooting was not planned, but he feared the FBI was going to get him so he chose the Planned Parenthood facility to make his “last stand”.

Denver FBI spokeswoman Deborah Sherman declined to comment, citing a gag order in case.

PRIOR KNOWLEDGE BY FBI

Exclusive information obtained by Write Into Action indicates the Denver FBI was aware that something was going to occur.

On November 24, only three days before the shooting in Colorado Springs, Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI, interviewed Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado.

Write Into Action had been running a expositive series since September, 2015, featuring Danielle Kekoa and her husband, Curtis Kekoa.

The Kekoa’s are former pro-life abortion activists that worked on Operation Rescue when they were members of Denver Bible Church, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Milka said she had received Kekoa’s contact information from Planned Parenthood. “They provided your name and number,” Milka said.

“We need to find somebody – well, I was wondering if you would be willing to talk to me about some of the stuff that you observed while you were a member of the Denver Bible Church,” Milka said.

Danielle Kekoa told Milka that Rev. Bob Enyart, the pastor of Denver Bible Church, is a “serial killer” and “shot caller” running a “satanic cult” while impersonating a pro-life Christian abortion activist.

Milka appeared to be concerned about violence occurring at an abortion facility. “If there’s any move to harm people, like you said, we don’t want another Dr. Tiller on our hands,” Milka said.

Danielle Kekoa told Milka “you can expect it because Bob Enyart has been found out.”

Three days after the interview, Dear opened fire at Planned Parenthood.

Danielle Kekoa told Milka that Enyart is involved in kidnappings and murders on a mass scale, including the murders of JonBenet Ramsey, Jessica Ridgeway, and Dylan Redwine.

The FBI has a copy of a written Manifesto authored by Enyart declaring his own ‘Shadow Government’ and there is strong evidence Enyart’s ‘shadow government’ is connected to organized crime responsible for kidnapping and murders in Florida.

RETALIATION and THE STATE OF FLORIDA

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa have suffered extreme online retaliation after cooperating with the FBI regarding Enyart and his possible connection to Dear.

The Kekoa’s, as well as Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer), have been sexually assaulted online by operatives believed to be publishing content for Enyart on a website located at www.radionewz.net.

Evidence submitted to Judge Tamara Yon, Minnesota State Court, included police reports from a police investigation of Levi Page, Tennessee, and demonstrated threats against Holmseth’s children and un-born grandchild had been published by Page and others.

The website has been used to stalk and threaten both the Kekoa’s and Holmseth for years – always placing a cynical focus on the children of their targets. In one video published against Holmseth, the voice warned Holmseth if he did not remove all of his websites, his grandchild would be taken as soon as it was born.

On January 12, 2016, the website published an article entitled “Dani Kekoa Is Pregnant With Bob Enyart’s Baby? Whut? Lucky #7?” (the reference to ‘lucky number 7’ was regarding Kekoa’s children – they have six children).

Other articles and comments describe vile sexual relations and orgies of all kinds.

One article features a photo of slain Colorado teen Dylan Redwine’s father, Mark Redwine, with feces filled underwear in his mouth. The article contains a comment saying Danielle Kekoa is pregnant with Mark Redwine’s baby.

James Martin, senior attorney, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, possesses information about the identity of the website’s publishers.

Evidence, which will be presented to a federal court by Holmseth, shows Martin, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, and the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Inspector General possess audio evidence obtained by Holmseth that exposes a child kidnapping and pornography ring in Florida that distributed secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings after she was kidnapped.

The trafficking ring involves law enforcement officers, attorneys, and social workers.

Holmseth was recently threatened with arrest by William Wheeler, an investigator with the Santa Rosa County States Attorney’s Office in Florida. Wheeler warned Holmseth not to provide any more information to the Santa Rosa County State’s Attorney or face arrest.

Holmseth possesses evidence (medical charts) of Florida government officials from nearly every government agency (Judges, Attorneys, politicians, police, etc.), including the Florida Inspector General, obtaining prescription medication by fraud at a Tallahassee pill-mill.

Florida Governor Rick Scott has first-hand knowledge of the evidence.

Holmseth will assert in federal court the State of Florida is allowing organized crime to stage operations within its borders to intimidate and threaten him and his family.
