PEDOGATE BOMBSHELL! Minnesota Court Files – – – East Grand Forks prosecutor offered legal opinion on court evidence regarding child pornography and sex trafficking to Judge, County Attorney, Sheriff, Police Chief and other officials

Something HUGE has happened in Polk County, Minnesota.

Court records and documents from a pending criminal prosecution against a Minnesota journalist who is accused of violating a Florida restraining order for publishing court records, reveals an attorney from Polk County believes he has significant knowledge regarding the veracity of specific evidence pertaining to an (alleged) international child sex trafficking operation.

The revelation has international implications.

Attorney Ronald Galstad, a private lawyer that contracts to prosecute for the City of EGF, is prosecuting investigative journalist and author Timothy Charles Holmseth for allegedly publishing court files and audio evidence recently accepted into evidence in the Polk County Court by Honorable Tamara Yon.

Galstad charges that on February 18, 2018 Holmseth violated a Minnesota restraining order statute, based upon an existing ‘Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence’ (Florida dating law) that was issued against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida in 2011 by the domestic violence division – in protection of a person Holmseth never met – nor he (Holmseth) having been to Florida.

Records from the Discovery files reveal Galstad has a written opinion regarding Holmseth – which he gave to nearly every leading official in Polk County, Minnesota.

Contained in the Discovery packet of State of Minnesota vs. Timothy Charles Holmseth, is an email sent by Galstad to former CIA intelligence officer Robert David Steele.

Steele, a former spy and military intelligence officer once nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, is the general counsel facilitating the International Tribunal for Natural Justice which is conducting a massive investigation into pedophilia with the assistance of former NSA intelligence leader William Binney, Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and others.

Holmseth is scheduled to testify in front of the Commission.

Records show on March 8, 2018 Steele composed a letter which was sent to Galstad via certified mail. Steele advised Galstad that Holmseth was a registered witness for the Commission and there was significant concern regarding Holmseth’s safety.

Galstad replied to Steele on March 12 by email and copied the following officials:

• Greg Widseth, Polk County Attorney
• Barb Erdman, Polk County Sheriff

Galstad said in his email:

“On another note you indicate Mr. Holmseth is scheduled to testify in London. I would only check the veracity of his claims. I cannot speak to the claims made against the authorities in Florida, but will let you know the claims against me have absolutely no basis in fact. Mr. Holmseth has a tendency to exaggerate and jump to baseless conclusions. I only say this out of respect for your cause directed at human trafficking and child abuse. I implore that you proceed with caution because Mr. Holmseth’s testimony could do more harm than good,” Galstad said.

In July of 2017 Holmseth submitted evidence to the 9th Judicial District Court in support of a MOTION TO VACATE prior orders, which was GRANTED by Honorable Yon on December 13, 2017.

Holmseth submitted the evidence because the East Grand Forks Police Department and the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, with the assistance of Galstad, seized his computer in 2012 and destroyed the hard drive to get rid of the evidence, which Holmseth was finally able to resurrect in 2017.

The introduction to Holmseth’s MOTION said:

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child * * * * *  U. Holmseth; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.

Honorable Yon’s Order said:

“Mr. Holmseth has presented a significant amount of evidence regarding his investigations. Both parties and this Court acknowledge and agree that any order in this case which may prohibit or restrict Mr. Holmseth from conducting said investigations are VACATED.”

Threats reported to Minnesota and Florida courts

There has been a dramatic upsurge in threats against me since I announced my court filing on July 24, 2017.

On August 10, 2017, I published a press release ‘Kidnapping and child rape porn cover-up center stage in Minnesota District Court – Affidavit is a blueprint to a child sex trafficking ring operating in U.S. and abroad’.

Today I was threatened in writing by Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida.

Thomas Olsen is a convicted felon on probation for larceny which included stealing a motor vehicle, money, and a gun.

Thomas Olsen was mentioned in my court filing to the Minnesota Court.

Today, I submitted an Affidavit to the Minnesota Court regarding Thomas Olsen which included the name of an attorney, and business colleague, that bailed him out of jail when got arrested.

The Affidavit contains exhibits and information that illuminate an extortion scheme Thomas Olsen ran on Santa Rosa County after he was arrested, which included a threat he published and disseminated regarding law enforcement corruption in Santa Rosa County, Florida that he was going to expose through a lawsuit.

Extortion and blackmail is a common tactic used within the cult of career criminals where everybody has something on everybody else – including compromising information about rogue police, correctional officers, and judicial officers.

The extortion and blackmail of government officials by Thomas Olsen closely resembles threats recently made by Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, to Ronald Galstad, Galstad Jensen and McCann (the private attorney that contracts for the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota).

Galstad and the City of EGF are compromised.

Church said she recently telephoned Galstad and put the City of East Grand Forks on “notice” that either the City involuntarily commits me (Timothy Holmseth) into a mental institution or her attorney from “Chicago” is going to sue the City of EGF.

That would be called ‘kidnapping’ but in the cult of career criminals it is regular talking point.

Church also claims to be talking in private with police officers at the East Grand Forks Police Department and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Church claims she gave the East Grand Forks Police investigative information about me pertaining to a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings. However, the EGFPD categorically states they have no “record” of the conversations that Church says took place.

That’s because the conversation were not official and were done in the course of a criminal conspiracy by government employees in a personal capacity to cover up a kidnapping and production of rape porn of a five year old girl.

I submitted a copy of the Affidavit to Thomas Olsen’s probation officer.

Minnesota judiciary and police connected to “CIA Finders”?

Is the State of Minnesota’s judiciary and Guardian Ad Litem program aiding, abetting, and assisting the international CIA child trafficking operation known as “The Finders’?

It’s time to ask.

Evidence contained in a 214 page filing submitted to the 9th Minnesota District Court shows law enforcement and judicial officers in the State are assisting in a child sex trafficking operation that resembles a CIA operation exposed in 1987 know as ‘The Finders’. The Finders was a child abduction and international sex trafficking operation that was the‘Pedogate’ of the eighties.

On February 7, 1987 Washington Post reported, “Authorities investigating the alleged abuse of six children found with two men in a Tallahassee, Fla., park discovered materials yesterday in the Washington area that they say points to a 1960s-style commune called the Finders, described in a court document as a “cult” that allegedly conducted “brainwashing” and used children “in rituals.””

On July 24, 2017 Timothy Charles Holmseth filed documents with the Minnesota court that show police and prosecutors in Polk County, Minnesota criminally conspired in secret with a private organization called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. against him, because he was assisting the Minneapolis and Florida FBI during an investigation into a child kidnapping that involved kiddy rape porn.

Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. claims close contacts to the U.S. military through her son who she said was a “Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force”.

Holmseth’s Affidavit details very specific information he received from Wayanne Kruger, the victim’s advocate for Crystal Sheffield whose five year-old daughter, HaLeigh Cummings, mysteriously vanished in 2009. Kruger provided Holmseth the names and operating methods of an infant sales operation run in part through Florida DCF that sold babies internationally. The group used a man that dressed as a pastor and identified himself as “CIA” and “FBI”.

Tina Church secretly interjected her operatives into the HaLeigh Cummings case by covertly contacting law enforcement’s witnesses and claiming they could locate HaLeigh and help get law enforcement’s “key” to the case, Misty Croslin, out of prison.

Since learning of the Motion filed by Holmseth, Church claims she has spoken in private with Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad, and Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon.

Church said she has put Ronald Galstad, Galstad Jensen and McCann, the private attorney that contracts for the City of East Grand Forks on notice that if he does not involuntarily commit me (Timothy Holmseth) into a mental institution that her attorney from Chicago is going to sue East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Church told Holmseth the judge has the authority to lock him up in a psyche ward.

Privately communicating with a judge is almost always considered illegal Ex Parte communication.

William Staubs, Case Closed Inc., who was a primary focus of the FBI during Holmseth’s interviews in 2010 and an associate of Tina Church, told Holmseth he would telephone judges at home in Florida.

Levi Page, Tennessee, an agent and associate of Tina Church has also repeatedly telephoned Holmseth and parroted Church’s threats about locking Holmseth up against his will in a psyche ward.

On August 5, 2017, Page telephoned Holmseth regarding the murder of Dylan Redwine, whose father Mark Redwine, presently faces murder charges in Colorado. During the call, Page made the untrue and utterly bizarre accusation that Holmseth told somebody that he (Page) planted evidence in the Dylan Redwine murder investigation. “I am going to make sure that you’re in jail or that you’re put on a psychiatric hold and you probably have another psyche eval coming up. Have a great day psycho. Have an excellent day psycho. Bye,” Page said.

Page’s incessant involvement in missing person cases appears to reveal he is a bit player in larger operation. In 2010, Levi Page published a bio for his new radio program about missing children where he stated he was a 34 year-old “Criminal Investigator”. In 2015, a police report made against Page for publishing sex stories about Holmseth’s minor children revealed he was only 20 years-old in 2010 and had no professional background of any kind.

In 2011, Tina Church telephoned the police in East Grand Forks and said “Tim Holmseth” claimed to have a kidnapped child in his home. Church later claimed the false police report was made by a woman from Florida who impersonated Church along with Levi Page on a third telephone line.
