Write Into Action is examining documents that include Prima Facie evidence State of Indiana is actively and willfully covering up the horrific sex abuse of a child.
Brent Swallers, the child’s father, told Write into Action during an interview that former Indiana Governor Mike Pence is involved in the cover up, which involved Swallers being arrested and incarcerated by federal law enforcement to shut him up until the 2016 election was complete.

PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE
Evidence reveals that on May 25, 2016, Bethany R. Nine-Lawson, staff attorney, Indiana Department of Child Services stated in an email, “I have confirmed with the case manager that Abigail made no disclosure regarding who sexually abused her and DCS has no indication beyond your allegations it was Mr. Skaggs.”
However – official reports from child protection interviews with the child victim show the child DID identify who abused her. In fact – horrific and digusting abuse is reported by the child.
Notes from the interview include:
“He will poop on her stomach and that’s disgusting,” the report states.
“Grandpa Lee stuck trash in her hooha the same time he pooped and peed on her fourteen time,”
The child identified her vagina as her “hooha”.

Write Into Action has learned Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc, Mishawaka, Indiana telephoned Sherry Beall, the host of the radio program A Right to Know.
Church was reportedly babbling on about a lawyer – as usual.
Beall interviewed Holmseth recently regarding Holmseth’s formal letter to U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The letter addressed evidence of serious issues regarding VP Mike Pence (former Indiana Governor) and Florida AG Pam Bondi.
Holmseth sent the letter following a favorable court ruling in Minnesota regarding evidence Holmseth gave the court regarding CIA/FBI baby sales.
Tina Church is named extensively in Holmseth’s court papers and exhibits.
Tina Church is a charlatan private investigator that did the following (but not limited to) recorded acts:
Told me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) she telephoned Honorable Tamara Yon, the Assistant Chief Judge of the 9th Minnesota Judicial District, and talked to the judge about my case (which was a lie).
Told me she telephoned Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and discussed me.
Told me she telephoned East Grand Forks City Attorney and warned Attorney Ronald Galstad that if the City of EGF did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institution she was going to have her high powered attorney from Chicago sue the City of EGF.
Claims she was impersonated on a formal police report she made to the EGFPD in 2011 when she claimed I had a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings in my home.

In a letter to U.S. Attorney General Jeff Session, FBI witness Timothy Charles Holmseth warns Sessions that VP Mike Pence and Florida AG Pam Bondi pose serious risks to the Trump Presidency per their nefarious connections to child sex trafficking and organized crime.

Holmseth sent the letter after a Minnesota District Court VACATED a prior ruling against Holmseth, after receiving evidence of CIA/FBI child sex trafficking and baby sales that Holmseth submitted to the court. The evidence had been effectively destroyed by Minnesota law enforcement but was ressurected after back-ups were found.
On December 26, 2017, the California based program ‘A Right to Know’ interviewed Timothy Holmseth who detailed the CIA/FBI trafficking operation he uncovered, and asked Timothy to read aloud his warning letter to AG Sessions.
The Minnesota District Court recently VACATED a prior ruling after receiving evidence of CIA/FBI child sex trafficking and baby sales.
Holmseth possessed evidence that connects AG Bondi to child traffickers, as well as disturbing evidence of a trafficking hub in Indiana.
Holmseth’s evidence leads to an organized crime and child trafficking apparatus connected convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The Indiana private investigator that called a Petitioner of an active court case and ominously claimed she spoke Ex Parte to the judge has made startling new revelations.
Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana says she has been visited by police and spoke to a detective.
Church has since admitted she did not really call Honorable Tamara Yon who is the Assistant Chief Judge of the 9th Minnesota District.
But – saying she did might not have been a good idea.
“You didn’t have to turn me in; I had them out here myself,” Church said. Church said she was visited by Sgt. Eric Petersen of the Mishawaka Police Department. She also said she was contacted by Lt. Detective Michael Cleveland.
However…
Church also appears to suggest the Mishawka Police Department is not investigating her – rather, she suggests they are investigating me.
Church said Sgt. Petersen came to her home about a “week and a half ago” and talked to her and made screenshots from her computer.
“A report has been filed with the Mishawaka City Police Department and its on file … and I’m giving you the detectives name – Sgt. Eric Petersen is the Sergeant who came to my home and took the report – the whole my being involved in kidnapping and sex trafficking of children – that was exactly what was handed over to him – he saw it himself – he was appalled – the man has known me for years”
“He took it over to the Detective Bureau – they’re scouring over everything – and then there going to take it to the Prosecuting Attorney,” Church said.
Church said the police are “pretty pissed off” because they’ve known her for years and they are not happy with the “vile” things I write about her.
When I asked Church what exactly the police are investigating she replied they are “investigating your activities”.
Church and her company are the central focus of a Motion to Vacate that I filed in the 9th Minnesota District family court in Polk County, Minnesota.
On July 24, 2017 I submitted astonishing new evidence that shows how Church and her agents targeted my family and children because I assisted the FBI in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation. The Affidavit is a blueprint to Church’s extensive criminal operation and alleges Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. is a front for a child trafficking operation.
Church telephoned me last night after midnight and made many starling admissions including one about missing children.
“I help people from all over the country. People with missing children. People with missing family members. Cold case murders. I do it all for free,” Church said.
That is NOT what Church previously and repeatedly stated to me over a period of years. Church has always steadfastly denied working missing child cases – insisting she only works post conviction death penalty cases.
Church flatly disputes using her operatives to make contact with Chelsea Croslin, the sister-in-law of Misty Croslin, who law enforcement has always called the “key” to solving the HaLeigh Cummings case – calling Chelsea Croslin a liar.
It is now clear Chelsea Croslin was telling the truth the whole time.
And…
It appears there is much amiss.
Church telephoned me last night after reading an article I wrote on August 19, 2017 which stated her company was no longer appearing on the State of Indiana license search website.
“Let me give you my PI number that will help you. You want to call the Indiana professional licensing agency – would that help you? Would you like my number? My licensing number? Okay it’s PI20700124,” Church said.
I ran the license number through the Indiana licensing website today and nothing appeared. I contacted the State of Indiana regarding Church’s license but received no reply as of this publishing.
But there may be a bombshell.
Church also proactively mentioned something she has never mentioned before when steadfastly denying she had anything to do with the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation or missing children.
TEXAS EQUUSEARCH
“You’ve had me involved in that case (HaLeigh Cummings) and the only thing that I ever did was talk to Chelsea Croslin about an outstanding warrant. End of story. I never – no – never had anything to do with that case. Tim Miller with Texas Equusearch – did he? Yes. Is he a good friend of mine? Yes. Tim and I have been very good friends for many years and I have done a lot of work with Tim with Texas Equusearch – I don’t do just criminal cases – I’ve worked a lot of missing children and solved cold case murders,” Church said.
That is the exact opposite of Church’s former position.
Texas Equusearch (TES) was contacted by Florida law enforcement on February 11, 2009 to aid in the search for the missing little girl HaLeigh Cummings.
In September, 2010 Donna Brock, who worked for TES, pled guilty to drug trafficking after being busted selling oxycodone pills along with Misty Croslin, to an undercover officer at a truck stop.
At her sentencing hearing where she received 15 years, Brock told the Florida judge how she had searched for other missing children and said she was trying to gain Misty Croslin’s trust to learn about Haleigh’s disappearance.
Brock’s activities in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation fit the exact pattern of criminal mischief described in my Affidavit to the Court.
On January 23, 2010 the Orlando Sentinel reported:
Donna Brock was a volunteer member of Texas EquuSearch and part of initial searches for Haleigh. Eventually she befriended Misty Croslin.
That relationship and trips they took together were initially meant to help investigators and searchers draw out Croslin and get her to tell them where the child was, said Tim Miller, Texas EquuSearch’s founder and director.
The search group paid Brock about $3,000 to entertain Croslin and get her to open up, Miller said this week.
Paying someone to be an informant is not illegal. It is not clear whether Putnam County investigators were aware of Brock’s role with the search group.
Miller paid Brock several thousand dollars during a few months to take Croslin places and to entertain her with the hope the young woman would provide a better explanation of what happened the night Haleigh went missing, he said.
I have reason to believe Church and her group is involved in other well-known cases including Dylan Redwine and Kyron Horman.

PI calls demanding “evidence” – babbles nervously about FBI

Did a pathological and criminal liar with a PI license who arrogantly claimed during a recorded call that she telephoned a Minnesota judge to discuss a case – get spanked by the judicial system?
It appears so.
Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana previously called me and said she telephoned Minnesota Judge Tamara Yon and talked to her about a Motion I (Timothy Holmseth) filed.
On Friday, August 18, 2017 – Church called me and took it back and admitted she never talked to Honorable Yon.
Of notable interest – I was not able to locate Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. on the State of Indiana online license search today.
During Church’s call Friday she demanded I provide her with “proof” that her corporation is involved in child trafficking and interstate crimes. She said she wanted the proof so she could take it and turn herself in to the FBI for investigation.
In July, 2011, Church called the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota and told officers that I claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. In 2016, Church called me and said she did not make that false police report. She said was impersonated by a Florida woman and a man from Tennessee named Levi Page.
Church claims her son is a “Lt. Colonel in the United State Air Force” and can walk across the street to the Department of Justice and view sensitive evidence.

Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana that called a Minnesota police department and falsely reported that a local journalist had just told her he had a kidnapped child in his home has now made a new claim.
She says she telephoned Minnesota District Judge Tamara Yon and spoke with her about me (Timothy Charles Holmseth).
Church has telephoned me several times in the past few days and told me she has been telephoning prosecutors in Minnesota including Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad.
Church said she put Galstad on notice that the City of EGF shall either detain me and involuntarily commit me into a mental institution or her lawyers from “Chicago” will file a lawsuit against the City.
Church filed a false report to the East Grand Forks Police Department in 2011 regarding the whereabouts of a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings. In 2016, Church telephoned me and told me she was impersonated on the police report by a woman from Florida (along with a man from Dover, Tennessee named Levi Page). She said she had a recording of the false police report being made.
Statements, recordings, and police records show Church and her group were in extensive and secret communications with law enforcement amidst a plan to frame me for kidnapping, rape, child porn production, and/or murder of HaLeigh Cummings.
Evidence strongly suggests that Church has recordings of corrupt Minnesota police and government officials and is blackmailing police and prosecutors in effort to have me kidnapped off the street and placed in a psychiatric ward.
President Donald Trump’s telephone numbers have been repeatedly used by a person identifying themselves as “The Deep State” to threaten Timothy Charles Holmseth, a Minnesota journalist that uncovered information about a child sex and porn trafficking operation.
And…
An officer of the United States military has been repeatedly implicated in that domestic child trafficking operation. The un-named officer was a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force in 2011.
While the Lt. Colonel’s name is not available; he is identifiable.
Tina Church, the president of an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., has ominously warned several people that her son is a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Washington D.C. and it’s not wise to “mess” with her.

Equally as compelling are the names given to Holmseth to never mention which include Florida Congressman Marco Rubio, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, as well as Tina Church.

Church’s constant mention of her son is extremely disturbing because the U.S. military plays no role in domestic investigations, which is Church’s present situation.
According to Church, her corporation has been under investigation by State of Indiana and State of Florida for her activities involving the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
The story is disturbing.
Chelsea Croslin, a witness in the Florida missing child case, said Church proactively contacted her in 2010-2011 through an associate of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. and offered to help her find her missing niece, HaLeigh Cummings.
She told me she worked on the JonBenet Ramsey case, Croslin said.
Croslin asked her to be her PI.
Church then became deeply involved with Croslin’s family, which involved Church telling them that the FBI believed they found HaLeigh Cummings in Kentucky as result of a child porn raid at the home of Danny Druck.
Oddly – the Croslin’s told Holmseth about Church, HaLeigh, and the FBI child porn raid BEFORE the porn raid happened. How Church knew in advance is not known.
HaLeigh wasn’t there.
Croslin said she had a serious falling out with Church after learning Church was simply harvesting information from her, and then giving it to others in her organization’s network.
Croslin received several messages from Church of her answering machine warning her that she was “messing with the big dogs” now.
In 2011, Church telephoned William Staubs, a Florida bail bondsman and private investigator, and arrogantly warned him that if he crossed her, he would have to deal with her son who is a “Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force.”
The mysterious air force colonel that everybody needed to worry about came up often.
And – Church’s suspicious involvement in the unsolved child kidnapping case only increased.
On July 26, 2011, Church telephoned the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and “Timothy Holmseth” claimed he had the kidnapped child HaLeigh Cummings in his home.
Police were dispatched to Holmseth’s home to clear the call regarding the missing child.
Five years passed.
In February, 2016, Holmseth published an article about the missing child case based upon an interview with Wayanne Kruger.
Kruger was the national profile victim’s advocate that represented Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother. Kruger provided information to Holmseth that appeared to place the missing child with Church’s group in 2009.
It apparently struck a nerve.
In October, 2016, Church telephoned Holmseth and abruptly claimed she did not make the July, 2011 police report to the Minnesota police department. She said she had been impersonated by a Florida woman connected to her company.
However, Church is lying because she repeatedly boasted about making the police report during online radio programs she orchestrated with her corporation’s operative, Levi Page.
Holmseth asked Church if she had been filmed with HaLeigh Cummings shortly after the child vanished in 2009; and suggested the FBI had the video. Church suggested she has full access to government files and information. She said her son could just “walk across the street to the DOJ” and see if they had such a video.
During telephone calls with Holmseth in 2016, Church became furious with Holmseth and said “you don’t know who my son is and I’m not going to tell you”. Holmseth replied, “Am I supposed to be scared”. Church ominously giggled and said her son had been offered a job by the FBI but he turned it down because he would take a dramatic cut in pay.
