PEDOGATE BOMBSHELL! Minnesota Court Files – – – East Grand Forks prosecutor offered legal opinion on court evidence regarding child pornography and sex trafficking to Judge, County Attorney, Sheriff, Police Chief and other officials

Something HUGE has happened in Polk County, Minnesota.

Court records and documents from a pending criminal prosecution against a Minnesota journalist who is accused of violating a Florida restraining order for publishing court records, reveals an attorney from Polk County believes he has significant knowledge regarding the veracity of specific evidence pertaining to an (alleged) international child sex trafficking operation.

The revelation has international implications.

Attorney Ronald Galstad, a private lawyer that contracts to prosecute for the City of EGF, is prosecuting investigative journalist and author Timothy Charles Holmseth for allegedly publishing court files and audio evidence recently accepted into evidence in the Polk County Court by Honorable Tamara Yon.

Galstad charges that on February 18, 2018 Holmseth violated a Minnesota restraining order statute, based upon an existing ‘Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence’ (Florida dating law) that was issued against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida in 2011 by the domestic violence division – in protection of a person Holmseth never met – nor he (Holmseth) having been to Florida.

Records from the Discovery files reveal Galstad has a written opinion regarding Holmseth – which he gave to nearly every leading official in Polk County, Minnesota.

Contained in the Discovery packet of State of Minnesota vs. Timothy Charles Holmseth, is an email sent by Galstad to former CIA intelligence officer Robert David Steele.

Steele, a former spy and military intelligence officer once nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, is the general counsel facilitating the International Tribunal for Natural Justice which is conducting a massive investigation into pedophilia with the assistance of former NSA intelligence leader William Binney, Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and others.

Holmseth is scheduled to testify in front of the Commission.

Records show on March 8, 2018 Steele composed a letter which was sent to Galstad via certified mail. Steele advised Galstad that Holmseth was a registered witness for the Commission and there was significant concern regarding Holmseth’s safety.

Galstad replied to Steele on March 12 by email and copied the following officials:

Galstad said in his email:

“On another note you indicate Mr. Holmseth is scheduled to testify in London. I would only check the veracity of his claims. I cannot speak to the claims made against the authorities in Florida, but will let you know the claims against me have absolutely no basis in fact. Mr. Holmseth has a tendency to exaggerate and jump to baseless conclusions. I only say this out of respect for your cause directed at human trafficking and child abuse. I implore that you proceed with caution because Mr. Holmseth’s testimony could do more harm than good,” Galstad said.

In July of 2017 Holmseth submitted evidence to the 9th Judicial District Court in support of a MOTION TO VACATE prior orders, which was GRANTED by Honorable Yon on December 13, 2017.

Holmseth submitted the evidence because the East Grand Forks Police Department and the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, with the assistance of Galstad, seized his computer in 2012 and destroyed the hard drive to get rid of the evidence, which Holmseth was finally able to resurrect in 2017.

The introduction to Holmseth’s MOTION said:

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child * * * * *  U. Holmseth; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.

Honorable Yon’s Order said:

“Mr. Holmseth has presented a significant amount of evidence regarding his investigations. Both parties and this Court acknowledge and agree that any order in this case which may prohibit or restrict Mr. Holmseth from conducting said investigations are VACATED.”

Attorney General Sessions,

I am contacting you regarding information that pertains to matters of National Security; public safety; and through its nature may reveal a threat to President Donald Trump.

This information should be of interest to your office in light of President Trump’s Executive Order filed under ‘National Security and Defense’ on February 9, 2017 – ‘Presidential Executive Order on Enforcing Federal Law with Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations and Preventing International Trafficking.’

The information I possess and present herein is in regards to (but not limited to) Vice President Michael Pence and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.

I’ll explain.

I began assisting the FBI in the summer of 2009 with information I obtained as a journalist regarding a child kidnapping that occurred in Florida. Records and secret emails that were hidden by corrupt police in Minnesota (but later surfaced) show the FBI was using my information in July, 2009. I was formally interviewed by Special Agent A.J. Eilermann, Minneapolis FBI in February, 2010.

I relayed information to the FBI regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings, 5, who was reported missing from her Florida home on February 10, 2009. I also possessed information regarding the murder of Caylee Marie Anthony (Casey Anthony trial) which was directly related to the Cummings case.

Following my FBI interviews in 2010, I continued to be contacted and receive documents from key figures in the aforementioned cases. The key figures were connected via emails, statements, and other evidence, to former Fort Lauderdale attorney Scott W. Rothstein who pled guilty to federal crimes after a RICO investigation revealed he ran the largest Ponzi scheme in the history of the state of Florida. The Ponzi scheme involved convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Jeffrey Epstein, of course, facilitated flights for elites to his notorious ‘Pedophile Island’.

The information I obtained also involved former Florida Governor Charlie Crist and a biofuel scheme regarding Alternative Biofuel Technologies (ABT) he was running with Attorney Scott Rothstein, Fort Lauderdale Attorney * * * * *  * * * * * , her convicted felon husband Michael * * * * * , and investors.

During recorded interviews, Wayanne Kruger, the protégé and professional associate of Attorney Gloria Allred, provided me very specific details of an international baby sales and child sex trafficking operation that was being operated by * * * * *  and Michael * * * * * , with the assistance of John Regan, a fake pastor that identified himself as FBI and CIA. The child trafficking operation involved Florida Department of Children and Families, and moved children in and out of the United State through U.S. Embassies using fake church dossiers and medical records.

Beginning in 2009, and throughout the years following, I reported information regarding evidence of transnational criminal organizations and child sex trafficking to the office of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, as well as the FBI under Robert S. Mueller III, and James B. Comey.

Eric Holder, James Comey, and Robert Mueller took absolutely no action regarding the information I provided.

Rather, the targeting of me and my family that began as soon as I assisted the FBI in 2009, intensified, to the degree of fraudulently obtained ‘domestic violence’ court orders being placed against me (on behalf of Florida attorney * * * * *  * * * * *  who I never personally met – only interviewed) and my publication through a Florida court to retroactively force-remove content and evidence I obtained and published about child sex trafficking. I have received threats of death, mutilation, sex assault, non-stop stalking and harassment, and threats to kidnap my grandchild.

Secret emails revealed the trafficking operation was receiving assistance from CNN journalist Art Harris who was conspiring through back door communications with law enforcement and operatives in multiple states.

On December 13, 2107 Minnesota Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon, 9th Minnesota District, GRANTED my MOTION TO VACATE, which I filed on July 24, 2017 under Court File Number 60-FA-13-468 after presenting the court with new evidence that was not available at the time of trial.

The timeline of events that led up to the 2017 ruling reveal a shadow government operation that targets witnesses and whistleblowers through a variety of means including corruption in the judicial community.

After my book about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case was released in 2011, the Minnesota Family Court was improperly utilized to terrorize me and my children via false claims regarding my young son in what was essentially a ‘best interest of the child’ extortion scheme intended to discredit me and coerce me into silence about information I obtained regarding child trafficking.

In 2013, the Minnesota court accepted and relied upon testimony from a shadow government operative employed by State of Minnesota, Guardian ad Litem Matthew Petrovich, who admitted he had been communicating with * * * * *  * * * * * . The court ordered me to not say the name “* * * * *  * * * * * ” or “HaLeigh Cummings” in the presence of my child. I was then required to see my son under supervision for approximately a year although no service provider, doctor, therapist, social worker, teacher, or any other licensed professional, ever documented a single concern about me, recorded, or even mentioned my son talking about “HaLeigh Cummings” or “* * * * *  * * * * * ”.

The basis for the supervision was, essentially, my investigative journalism was upsetting somebody (i.e. child traffickers), and those persons were not going to stop pursuing me until I stopped covering the story.

In 2017, I was able to expose the entire operation.

I’ll explain.

My 218 page MOTION TO VACATE and AFFIDAVIT with EXHIBITS was not filed until July 24, 2017 because evidence I acquired as a journalist regarding CIA/FBI international child trafficking, child pornography, and fake adoptions had been effectively destroyed by the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force after they violently raided my home-office wearing bullet proof vests whereupon they seized my computer and disabled the hard drive that contained evidence.

I was eventually able to resurrect the information regarding the CIA/FBI trafficking and fake adoptions using back-ups I located, and an old computer tower that my parents gave me (the police broke mine). I then spent hours and hours searching for the critical evidence because the back-ups were not catalogued.

The Introduction of my July 24, 2017 MOTION reads:

The 218 page MOTION and AFFIDAVIT with EXHIBITS that I filed on July 24, 2017 detailed the organized criminal activities of a child trafficking apparatus that identified itself to me as “The Deep State” during threatening voice changer calls warning I remove all of my websites from the Web. The callers would unabashedly use the telephone numbers of high profile government leaders and organizations including (but not limited to) Trump Organization, Mar-A-Lago Resort, Doral Resort, Clinton Global, Turner Enterprises, Republican National Committee, State of New Jersey, State of Florida, and most recently The White House. In one of the many voice-changer calls I was warned to never again publish the names “Pam Bondi” or “Marco Rubio”.

I submitted to the Minnesota court irrefutable exhibits that demonstrated an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. was actively conspiring with shadow government operatives in Minnesota, Florida, and the U.S. Air Force to violate my constitutional rights for the purpose of protecting members of transnational trafficking operations.

In an Order dated December 13, 2017 Honorable Yon stated:

“Mr. Holmseth has presented a significant amount of evidence regarding his investigations. Both parties and this Court acknowledge and agree that any order in this case which may prohibit or restrict Mr. Holmseth from conducting said investigations are VACATED.”

The sheer magnitude and nature of the incriminating evidence I possess regarding Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., is so utterly profound and disturbing it almost shocks the conscience.

It defies reality that former Indiana Governor Michael Pence could not have known what was occurring in his State of Indiana.

I filed a formal complaint against Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., to the State of Indiana and no action was taken. She then continued operations against my family.

I also reported Tina church to the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota, and Mishawaka Police Department in Indiana, after she claimed she was impersonated by another person on a false police report she made to the police claiming I had HaLeigh Cummings in my home.  No action was taken by either State.

The following are only a few facts:

• Wayanne Kruger suggested she had Tina Church on video with the family of missing child HaLeigh Cummings shortly after the child vanished

• Tina Church warned me that I have no idea who I am messing with

• Tina Church is a documented associate of Attorney * * * * *  * * * * *  (who Wayanne Kruger named as an international child trafficker for the CIA)

• Tina Church told me during a recorded call that her son is a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force who can walk across the street to the U.S. Department of Justice and obtain records any time he wants

• Tina Church told me during a recorded call that she works for federal judges

• Tina Church told a witness in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case that she was involved in the “JonBenet Ramsey” case

• Tina Church told me during a recorded call that she was in un-documented communications with the police in Minnesota regarding me – she said the police were calling her (calling her off the record) to discuss me and my “obsession’ with HaLeigh Cummings (which was shadow government code speak regarding the fact I had uncovered their child trafficking and kiddy porn operation)

• Tina Church warned me during a recorded call that she could have my children taken away from me

• Tina Church warned me during a recorded call that she telephoned and talked to Honorable Tamara Yon about my court case (which she later admitted in another telephone call that she did not do)

• Tina Church warned me during a recorded call that she telephoned Polk County (Minnesota) Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad. She said she warned Ronald Galstad that if the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota did not involuntarily commit Timothy Holmseth into a mental institution that she would sue the City using her high-powered attorney from Chicago

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi was a member of President Trump’s Transition Team.

William E. Staubs, Case Closed Inc., Florida, worked for Attorney * * * * *  * * * * *  and they were deeply involved in the cases of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and slain toddler Caylee Anthony. William Staubs is the close friend, business partner, law client, and PI for Attorney * * * * *  * * * * * .

I submitted audio recordings to the Minnesota court created during a formal meeting of * * * * *  * * * * * ’s law office, which captures William Staubs saying that they (* * * * *  * * * * * , William Staubs, and their team) found the body of Caylee Anthony (which was not the story presented by the State of Florida at the Casey Anthony murder trial).

I also submitted explosively outrageous audio that captured * * * * *  * * * * *  and William Staubs in the very act of conducting a shadow government judicial child abduction operation of a kidnapping witness that was being extorted in advance of a false written statement against an innocent person.

William Staubs told me he is an informant for Attorney General Pam Bondi and said he met with her to discuss * * * * *  * * * * *  and other matters that involved murder.

I have submitted countless complaints and exhibits to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Florida Department of Law Enforcement regarding all of the aforementioned crimes against children and no action has ever been taken.

I have set forth the facts regarding the CIA/FBI baby sales and child sex trafficking operation in statements made under oath to the United States District Court in both Florida and Minnesota.

Our government is actively harvesting children and babies for sale to wealthy elites for the purpose of sex, torture, cannibalism, and ritual sacrifice.

CONCLUSION

President Donald Trump would be well advised to proceed with an abundance of caution regarding any trust he might place in Michael Pence and/or Pam Bondi.

An abundance of evidence shows both Michael Pence and Pam Bondi are in willful and obnoxious defiance of President Trump’s Executive Order on February 9, 2017 – ‘Presidential Executive Order on Enforcing Federal Law with Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations and Preventing International Trafficking.’

UPDATE/CLARIFICATION: Federal rights violations case against City of East Grand Forks

Publisher’s Note:

Earlier today I published that Federal Judge Donovan Frank ordered Timothy Charles Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks Et Al. to proceed.

However – my statement was based upon a formal letter I received today from Honorable Frank wherein the judge referred the case to Federal Pro Se project. It read in part: “If you choose not to participate in the program, or a lawyer does not agree to represent you, your case will proceed and you will continue to proceed Pro Se; that is, on your own behalf.

That’s pretty cut and dry.

However…

As of today, I have not received a copy of the actual Order that accompanied the aforementioned. It has come to my attention that the Order actually ‘Denied’ the request, but noted the case was being referred for review by a lawyer who may guide me and/or choose to represent me.

I believe the Court sees the merit of the case and if it is re-filed by an attorney it would be accepted.

Minnesota Federal Judge Donovan Frank has allowed a rights violation complaint against the City of East Grand Forks to proceed.

TIMOTHY HOLMSETH V. CIY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL. alleges Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, East Grand Forks Police Department, conspired in secret with others to violate the Constitutional rights of Holmseth after Holmseth began assisting the FBI in a child kidnapping investigation.

Email from Hajicek’s personal Gmail account show he was conspiring against Holmseth on his private account and discussing the problem that was being created by the Florida FBI that was acting on information Holmseth obtained during journalistic interviews regarding photos of a kidnapped child.

Holmseth has evidence that a group created and distributed child rape pornography of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth contacted the federal court on August 17, 2017, and requested relief, after he (Holmseth) became the target of an organized campaign by an interstate group that announced they are going to continuously file for protective injunctions against Holmseth and his online publications.

On July 24, 2017, Holmseth filed a Motion to Vacate with the Minnesota State Family Court that contains irrefutable evidence that Hajicek secretly conspired with a group that possessed child rape pornography of the missing and endangered child HaLeigh Cummings.

Honorable Frank has referred Holmseth’s case to the Federal Pro Se project for an attorney.

Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana previously called me and said she telephoned Minnesota Judge Tamara Yon and talked to her about a Motion I (Timothy Holmseth) filed.

On Friday, August 18, 2017 – Church called me and took it back and admitted she never talked to Honorable Yon.

Of notable interest – I was not able to locate Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. on the State of Indiana online license search today.

During Church’s call Friday she demanded I provide her with “proof” that her corporation is involved in child trafficking and interstate crimes. She said she wanted the proof so she could take it and turn herself in to the FBI for investigation.

In July, 2011, Church called the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota and told officers that I claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. In 2016, Church called me and said she did not make that false police report. She said was impersonated by a Florida woman and a man from Tennessee named Levi Page.

Church claims her son is a “Lt. Colonel in the United State Air Force” and can walk across the street to the Department of Justice and view sensitive evidence.

Dear Federal Court,

I am requesting permission from the U.S. Court to re-open HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – in a limited scope.

If I am not able to obtain immediate relief from the U.S. Court I am at risk of suffering irreparable damage to my entire life.

I am presently the target of an active and imminent assault upon my First Amendment rights by multiple members of a interstate group that are retaliating against me for filing a Motion to Vacate in the 9th Minnesota District Court Family Court which is set for hearing on September 13, 2017 in Polk County, Minnesota (Court File Number 60-FA-13-468).

I am under siege by several members of a group who were named in the Affidavit of the Minnesota action.

I filed the Motion to Vacate because I obtained new evidence that was not available at the time of trial. The evidence proves members of a group operated by Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, and REDACTED REDACTED Law Office P.A., Fort Lauderdale, Florida, conspired with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department to violate my rights.

I acquired emails from the personal/private Gmail account of Lt. Rodney Hajicek that show in 2009 he began secretly conspiring against my rights with REDACTED REDACTED and her agents, after the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI began acting upon information they received from me regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Lt. Hajicek hid a 22-page FBI report that was emailed to him by REDACTED REDACTED’s agents. The FBI report was authored by me. The FBI report contained the names and activities of a group that had contacted my publication. The group members told me about their illegal activities in the search for HaLeigh Cummings. The FBI report included the names of REDACTED REDACTED, her media consultant Art Harris, and others. One private email from Harris to Hajicek dated July, 2011 said the FBI in Florida was using information from Timothy Holmseth and said, “He’s got to be stopped”

I also obtained new information that proves a police report made to the East Grand Forks Police in July, 2011 by Tina Church, who told police I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment, was a planned operation by the group that involved planning in advance with somebody at the East Grand Forks Police Department.

The whole thing was a set-up.

I’ll explain how I know that using new evidence.

In October, 2016, Tina Church abruptly telephoned me after many years of no contact and told me (call recorded) she did not make the police report in 2011. She claimed she was impersonated by a woman from Interlachen, Florida named REDACTED along with a man from Dover, Tennessee named Levi Page (call recorded).

Tina Church also told me in 2016 that although she did not make the July, 2011 police report, the East Grand Forks Police had telephoned her on occasion and they discussed me, and what she called my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings. There are no records of those conversations between Tina Church and the EGFPD. Tina Church said REDACTED talked to the EGFPD and there are no records of that either.

In May, 2017 I went to the EGFPD and filed a police report. I gave the officer a CD with the phone calls from Tina Church wherein she claims she was impersonated on the false police report.

This week I obtained the records regarding my May, 2017 report to the EGFPD and it shows the EGFPD did not take one step beyond receiving the report from me. The officer did not note in his narrative anything about the calls or even that I gave him a CD. That is greatly alarming if for no other reason – it involves information about a kidnapped missing child.

In August, 2017, after I filed my Motion to Vacate, Tina Church telephoned me and asked me for the name of the judge on the Minnesota case. I told her it was Tamara Yon. She called me back a few hours later and told me she “called” and talked to Judge Tamara Yon. Tina Church said the judge “wasn’t too impressed” with my court filing. Tina Church kept telling me she was trying to give me the opportunity to withdraw my court filings.

In August, 2017, Tina Church told me she had been recently calling the EGFPD, Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galsatd. She said she put the “City of East Grand Forks” on “notice” that if the City did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institute she was going to have her attorney from “Chicago” sue the City of EGF.

Tina Church told me she has advised everybody that I named in my Minnesota case to file restraining orders against me.

Tina Church is blackmailing the City of East Grand Forks because she has officers on tape and she can prove they conspired with her, REDACTED REDACTED, and others against me in private.

After I filed my Motion to Vacate in Minnesota, a publishing agent and law client of REDACTED REDACTED named William Murtaugh published an article that announced Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida, who too is a law client of REDACTED REDACTED, had petitioned a Florida court for a “stalking” order against me and showed screenshots.

REDACTED REDACTED is using her friends, and law clients, to file bogus court actions and publish articles that say Timothy Holmseth needs to be investigated for the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton Florida, and REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED, Fort Lauderdale, Florida are conspiring against my rights in a ‘restraining order’ scheme, which utilizes Florida state courts, to subvert my First and Second Amendment rights.

Thomas Olsen is a convicted felon from Milton, Florida. Thomas Olsen is a personal friend of REDACTED REDACTED (she bailed him out of jail when he stole money, a car, and a gun) in Santa Rosa County, Florida. REDACTED REDACTED is also Thomas Olsen’s lawyer. REDACTED REDACTED is a licensed divorce attorney in Florida (no criminal law license).

REDACTED REDACTED and Thomas Olsen are BOTH named in my Affidavit supporting my Motion to Vacate (Court File Number 60-FA-13-468) that I filed on September 24, 2017 in the 9th Minnesota District Family Court, which is set for hearing on September 13, 2017.

The Motion I filed in the Minnesota court details facts that show how REDACTED REDACTED, a civil divorce attorney, (fraudulently) obtained a domestic violence protection order against me in a Broward County Divorce Court (DVCE) in 2011, despite my never having met her in person (much less being married to her).

The Order for Protection against Domestic Violence ordered by the Florida Divorce Judge in 2011 required me to retroactively remove everything from the Web that I ever wrote about REDACTED REDACTED – and ordered that I never write about her again.

My recent Motion is filed in the Minnesota ‘Family’ Division because in 2009, after I interviewed REDACTED REDACTED and her staff about her involvement in a kidnapping investigation that involved REDACTED REDACTED possessing child rape pornography of the missing child, she and her agents began contacting my three year-old son’s mother, REDACTED, and encouraging her to file motions against me in Minnesota Family Court. It was an improper/illegal way to gain Venue against me and my publication in a court – through a ‘Best Interest of the Child’ scheme.

I was not able to attend the Florida protection order hearing in 2011 because I was warned by REDACTED REDACTED’s private investigator, William Staubs, that I would be murdered my “mob boys” if I showed up. I reported the death threat to East Grand Forks Police Department Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek who took no action whatsoever.

The EGFPD has willfully and deliberately withheld evidence from me that I would have used at the time of trial(s).

I would not be in this position if it were not for the misconduct and illegal actions committed in an individual capacity against me by Rodney Hajicek at the EGFPD.

Each new out-of-state protection/harassment order against me is being used to piggy-back new ones by new petitioners and are going to be continuously filed until I appear to be a criminal.

The EGFPD refuses to investigate any crimes against me which include threatening telephone calls from people using telephone numbers of Former President Bill (and Hillary) Clinton (Clinton Global), President Donald Trump (Trump Organization, Mar-A-Lago Resort, Doral Resort), and many others, as well as voice changer messages that threaten my grandchild is going to be taken.

There is Federal Question concerning multiple areas of this illegal scheme against me that involves persons in several states.

I humbly request the U.S. Court allow me to obtain relief.

Florida Sheriff Jeff Hardy named in Minnesota court Motion regarding HaLeigh Cummings filed three days before Hardy was arrested

Could it be the HaLeigh Cummings case is coming back to haunt former Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy?

Hardy was the sheriff in Putnam County, Florida when HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing in 2009. He did not run for re-election last year and was replaced by Gator DeLoach.

Interesting…

It appears Hardy has lost his favorable status with the good ole boys in Florida.

Hardy may have more troubles than just the Florida DUI.

On July 24, 2017, I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) filed a 214 page Motion to Vacate, Affidavit/Statement, and Exhibits with the 9th Minnesota District Court in Polk County, Minnesota.

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child REDACTED; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.  

One exhibit supporting the Motion was an email I sent to former Sheriff Jeff Hardy, Minneapolis FBI Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, and former Putnam County Director of Law Enforcement Gary Bowling in July, 2011.

And now…

The true facts surrounding the entire case appear to show a criminal conspiracy has existed between Florida law enforcement, Minnesota law enforcement, and a private corporation from Indiana called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. to frame me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) for the kidnapping, rape, child porn production, and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Here’s the fact-pattern.

The July, 2011 email to Hardy details a bizarre event that involved an Indiana private investigator, Tina Church, who called the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and reported that I “Timothy Holmseth” had just told her I had “HaLeigh Cummings” in my home.

Here’s how that went down.

On July 26, 2011 Tina Church had telephoned me with a very strange little person named Levi Page on a conference line, and the two began acting as if they were law enforcement investigators. The two were brow-beating me about the fact I took the position the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was alive.

“Well, if you say she’s alive, where is she? You seem to be having a lot of information about this little girl. So maybe people need to be looking at you that maybe you have HaLeigh Cummings,” Church said.

Only a few minutes later, Church casually said to Page, “Well, we just need to let the authorities know that Timothy Holmseth knows where that little girl is at.”

Page promptly replied to Church that he was going to call Dominic Piscitello, Chief of Investigations, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. “I’ll call Dominic Piscitello and let him know what Timothy said and if it’s false he can be charged with Obstruction of Justice and Impeding and Investigation,” Page said.

I had not said anything whatsoever about having HaLeigh Cummings.

Very compelling evidence now suggests Church and Page were actually acting as agents of law enforcement – something both State of Florida and State of Minnesota are now on the hook for.

The email Exhibit reads:

“Suddenly (as if it were planned in advance) at the end of the call, both Page and Church suddenly started claiming that I had just told them I know the whereabouts of the missing child, HaLeigh Cummings. They both quickly agreed they should both call law enforcement and file a report that Timothy Holmseth said he knows where HaLeigh Cummings is located. It was a strange set-up of sorts. Page said he was going to call Captain Dominic Piscitello at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office,” Holmseth told Hardy.

“Before I was able to send this email somebody had telephoned the East Grand Forks Police Department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings. Officer’s #73 and #75 came to my apartment and asked if I had the little girl. I showed the officers this email that was still on my computer screen because I was composing it when they came,” Holmseth told Hardy.

The police report filed with the EGFPD names Tina Church as the caller and identifies her as an “Investigator from Indiana” which means she called in an official capacity.

It’s also clear Sheriff Hardy received my email complaint about Church and Page because I received a profanity laced scream-shout call from Page

In 2016, Church telephoned me and said she did not make the false police report. She said she was impersonated by a Florida woman with Levi Page on a third line. She said she has a tape recording of the false police report being made by the Florida woman.

The crime has been reported to both the EGFPD (Minnesota) and Mishawaka Police Department (Indiana) but no actions appear to have been taken. The EGFPD was given recordings of Church’s claims that she did not make the false police report but no action has been taken.

There’s a reason.

The law enforcement agencies are being blackmailed.

Church says she talked to the EGFPD on many occasions when they ‘called her’ to discuss me and my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings.

That’s right.

And…

Facts show the EGFPD was involved in a conspiracy to frame me that had been in place since 2009.

Exhibits supporting my Motion prove that in July, 2099, EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek used his private Gmail account to conspire with Nancy Grace’s fake journalist Art Harris, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, to shut down my publication and have me arrested.

The Hajicek emails show they were worried because the FBI received a 22-page report I authored and had begun following leads I gave them regarding photographs of HaLeigh in Florida. “He’s got to be stopped,” Harris said to Hajicek in a secret email.

Hajicek and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth hid the records so I would not know about them and could not use them in my defense as I was dragged in and out of court for years.

After learning I filed a Motion to the court, Tina Church telephoned me and said she called and talked to the judge – Honorable Tamara Yon.

Church said she was giving me an “opportunity” to withdraw my court filing.

Jeremiah Regan lawyers up – former HaLeigh Bug Foundation administrator and son of the ‘undercover pedophile’ for the FBI and CIA issues a statement

Jeremiah Regan, the former employee of a Florida law firm has issued a statement regarding his alleged involvement in a national profile missing child case.

Regan’s statement is published in its entirety below.

Jeremiah Regan is the son of John Regan, formerly of Hastings, Florida. The father-son Regan duo appeared out of virtually nowhere to ‘search’ for HaLeigh Cummings – a child they did not know – who mysteriously vanished from her Satsuma, Florida home on February 10, 2009. Quickly thereafter Jeremiah Regan (who had no driver’s license) became a legal assistant who did ‘investigations’ for a law firm associated with the kidnapping case.

During the search for HaLeigh, John Regan dressed as a pastor and told many people he was an FBI and/or CIA agent. He told Author Wayanne Kruger he was an “undercover pervert” for the FBI and CIA. Kruger said John Regan told her the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted it kept quiet.

John Regan told Donald Knop, a legal assistant at a Florida law office that he was with the “CIA”. He told Judy Lucia, a dog handler at a search for HaLeigh that he was an “FBI agent”. There’s more witnesses but you get the point.

I obtained eyewitness testimony from Donald Knop that Jeremiah Regan, and an attorney, both physically handled child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings. Photographs had been brought to a motel room by Jeremiah Regan.

The child porn was placed on a CD and given to a Florida DCF CPS worker named Bonnie Warner in a gas station parking lot and was never given to law enforcement. In 2009, I turned over a trove of information to the FBI in a 22-page report about John Regan, the law office, and Nancy Grace’s fake CNN journalist Art Harris, which included emails with pictures of HaLeigh that the FBI began to use to try to locate the child.

Scumbag Art Harris and several others with the scum bag pedophile operation began secretly conspiring with scum bag East Grand Forks Police Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek via Hajicek’s private Gmail as they discussed how “Timothy Holmseth” was helping the FBI in Florida and needed to be “stopped”.

I was interviewed several times in 2010 at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota by Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, Minneapolis FBI, regarding information I acquired about HaLeigh.

 

Hajicek secretly conspired with scum bag Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth to hide the Harris/Hajicek emails, as well as the 22-page FBI report I authored, by hand delivering it to Widseth who kept it hidden from me until 2012. It never showed up in any of my records request to the police department because they were private communications on Hajicek private Gmail.

In the mean time, the Minnesota judicial community conspired with interstate and international factions to destroy my family and suppress my publication through fraudulently obtained domestic violence protection orders, including one obtained in a Florida divorce court by a person I never met.

I did not have the exonerating evidence because Polk County and City of EGF kept it hidden.

The East Grand Forks Police Department, Polk County Attorney’s Office, Polk County Sheriffs, Minnesota Public Defenders Office (Michael LaCoursiere), Minnesota Guardian Ad Litems program (Matthew Petrovich), Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force, and an entire group of child traffickers called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., conspired to assault me and my family through every conceivable way including threats of death, sexual assault, mutilation, and kidnapping (including a threat to kidnap my granddaughter).

On July 24, 2017 I filed a 214 page court document that includes a Motion to Vacate, Affidavit, and Exhibits that PROVES the before-motioned in SPADES.

In 2016 she abruptly claimed a woman from Florida and a man from Tennessee named Levi Page did it. She said the Florida woman impersonated her.

The pedophile operation I exposed, which appears to resemble the nefarious ‘CIA Finders’ did not appreciate me asserting my Constitutional rights and trying to stop their child death mill that appears to be connected to many cases across the United States including Caylee Anthony and Dylan Redwine.

I am presently seeking legal counsel regarding Church’s claim to have contacted Honorable Yon, as well as several prosecutors in Polk County, Minnesota whom she openly states she threatened. Church stated to me that she put Attorney Ronald Galstad, Galstad, Jensen, and McCann, (the attorney that contracts for the City of EGF) on notice that if her lawyer from Chicago is going to sue the City of East Grand Forks if I (Timothy Holmseth) am not involuntarily committed into a mental institution by the City of EGF.

Church’s agent, Levi Page, Dover, Tennessee, called me and told me that he was going to have me placed in a psyche ward.

Minnesota judiciary and police connected to “CIA Finders”?

Is the State of Minnesota’s judiciary and Guardian Ad Litem program aiding, abetting, and assisting the international CIA child trafficking operation known as “The Finders’?

It’s time to ask.

Evidence contained in a 214 page filing submitted to the 9th Minnesota District Court shows law enforcement and judicial officers in the State are assisting in a child sex trafficking operation that resembles a CIA operation exposed in 1987 know as ‘The Finders’. The Finders was a child abduction and international sex trafficking operation that was the‘Pedogate’ of the eighties.

On February 7, 1987 Washington Post reported, “Authorities investigating the alleged abuse of six children found with two men in a Tallahassee, Fla., park discovered materials yesterday in the Washington area that they say points to a 1960s-style commune called the Finders, described in a court document as a “cult” that allegedly conducted “brainwashing” and used children “in rituals.””

On July 24, 2017 Timothy Charles Holmseth filed documents with the Minnesota court that show police and prosecutors in Polk County, Minnesota criminally conspired in secret with a private organization called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. against him, because he was assisting the Minneapolis and Florida FBI during an investigation into a child kidnapping that involved kiddy rape porn.

Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. claims close contacts to the U.S. military through her son who she said was a “Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force”.

Holmseth’s Affidavit details very specific information he received from Wayanne Kruger, the victim’s advocate for Crystal Sheffield whose five year-old daughter, HaLeigh Cummings, mysteriously vanished in 2009. Kruger provided Holmseth the names and operating methods of an infant sales operation run in part through Florida DCF that sold babies internationally. The group used a man that dressed as a pastor and identified himself as “CIA” and “FBI”.

Tina Church secretly interjected her operatives into the HaLeigh Cummings case by covertly contacting law enforcement’s witnesses and claiming they could locate HaLeigh and help get law enforcement’s “key” to the case, Misty Croslin, out of prison.

Since learning of the Motion filed by Holmseth, Church claims she has spoken in private with Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad, and Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon.

Church said she has put Ronald Galstad, Galstad Jensen and McCann, the private attorney that contracts for the City of East Grand Forks on notice that if he does not involuntarily commit me (Timothy Holmseth) into a mental institution that her attorney from Chicago is going to sue East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Church told Holmseth the judge has the authority to lock him up in a psyche ward.

Privately communicating with a judge is almost always considered illegal Ex Parte communication.

William Staubs, Case Closed Inc., who was a primary focus of the FBI during Holmseth’s interviews in 2010 and an associate of Tina Church, told Holmseth he would telephone judges at home in Florida.

Levi Page, Tennessee, an agent and associate of Tina Church has also repeatedly telephoned Holmseth and parroted Church’s threats about locking Holmseth up against his will in a psyche ward.

On August 5, 2017, Page telephoned Holmseth regarding the murder of Dylan Redwine, whose father Mark Redwine, presently faces murder charges in Colorado. During the call, Page made the untrue and utterly bizarre accusation that Holmseth told somebody that he (Page) planted evidence in the Dylan Redwine murder investigation. “I am going to make sure that you’re in jail or that you’re put on a psychiatric hold and you probably have another psyche eval coming up. Have a great day psycho. Have an excellent day psycho. Bye,” Page said.

Page’s incessant involvement in missing person cases appears to reveal he is a bit player in larger operation. In 2010, Levi Page published a bio for his new radio program about missing children where he stated he was a 34 year-old “Criminal Investigator”. In 2015, a police report made against Page for publishing sex stories about Holmseth’s minor children revealed he was only 20 years-old in 2010 and had no professional background of any kind.

Washington prosecutor provided court documents that may exonerate Mark Redwine

I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) have provided the prosecutor overseeing the extradition of Mark Redwine, the Colorado father accused of murdering his son Dylan Redwine.

I submitted two PDF files to Attorney David S. McEachran, Whatcom County Prosecutor, today.

I contacted Attorney McEachran because I believe I have information that may exonerate Mark Redwine and implicate involved parties in Dylan Redwine’s disappearance and murder.

My letter stated in part:

I am contacting you regarding the case against accused murderer Mark Redwine because I believe I have information that may exonerate him. 

I am attaching my court motion, Affidavit, and Exhibits, which in my opinion, you would be ethically required to review, in the interest of justice, because Mark Redwine has been accused of murder and is being held in your jurisdiction.

I will also be providing a copy of this to Mark Redwine’s defense counsel when I can obtain his name.

To impress upon you the true gravity of what my court filings contain, I will tell you – after I filed my court papers on this matter, a mentioned person and licensed PI, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, telephoned me several times. Tina Church categorically told me she telephoned Minnesota 9th District Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon and talked to the judge Ex Parte about me. She said that even though she knew she was being recorded.

Tina Church has also told me she telephoned Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad. She told me she put Attorney Galstad on “notice” that if the City of East Grand Forks did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institution, her high powered lawyer from “Chicago” is going to file a lawsuit against the City of EGF.

Tina Church, the embattled PI from Indiana that filed a false police report to a Minnesota police department regarding the whereabouts of a kidnapped child has now made a very shocking claim.

Church telephoned me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) tonight and said she has been in communication with East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad about me.

Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc, said she has advised the City of East Grand Forks that her high-power attorney from “Chicago” is going to file a lawsuit against the City of EGF if I am not arrested and placed in a mental institution.

Church’s statement was recorded.

Church blatantly boasted committing an act of interstate criminal extortion, which also violates 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights.

In an earlier telephone call today, Church told me she was going to call the judge that oversees a court filing I made last week.

“You bit off a little bit more than you can chew this time buddy,” Church said.

Church said, in her second call of the night, that she contacted the court and said the judge does not like me.

Church claims she works for the federal courts; says she has a very powerful son who is a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Air Force; claims she talks to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Fork City Attorney Ronald Galstad; claims she provides investigative information to the East Grand Forks Police Department off the record; and told a HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping witness that she worked the “JonBenet Ramsey” case.

Church statements tonight support the fact pattern set forth in my court motion.

It appears Church has tape recorded Polk County judicial officials and police officers during off-the-record conspiratorial conversations, and is blackmailing and extorting government officials.

Church’s bizarre statements about me being institutionalized against my will are consistent with telephonic threats I have received by persons that call with voice changers using telephone numbers of President Donald Trump, Clinton Global, CNN, and others. The callers tell ne I will placed in an institution to “live a life of hell”.

It is consistnet with an I-Petition posted online which is headlined “East Grand Forks, Minnesota: Please involuntarily commit Timothy Holmseth to a mental institution!” which is signed by Church and others named in my court motion.

Documents prove Attorney Widseth and Lt. Rodney Hajicek criminally conspired with Church’s group to willfully interfere with an FBI investigation into the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, which includes rape pornography of the little girl that the EGFPD, Minnesota Pine to Praire Gang and Drug Task Force, and Polk County Sheriff’s Office kept from the FBI.
