The public was informed in 2016 that the kidnapping and murder of Jacob Wetterling had been solved. On September 1, 2016, the FBI recovered the remains of Jacob Wetterling near Paynesville, Minnesota. On September 6, 2016, Danny Heinrich confessed to kidnapping and murdering Jacob Wetterling, as well as the abduction and assault of Jared Scheierl.

“I went on the John B. Wells show and talked about [Jacob Wetterling] and less than two weeks later everything was solved with Jacob Wetterling. They had a perp – a body – a confession – everything. Of course, they didn’t charge the dude with Jacob Wetterling’s murder. So it was very convenient,” Shurter said.

“I called Jacob Wetterling Foundation years and years and year ago and in the process of telling them what I know about my dad I said ‘let me guess he was abducted in a big blue pick up truck’. And the woman on the phone basically got really quiet then asked me how I would know that detail because it was never released to the public. But of course it was my dad – I knew it was my dad,” Shurter said.

Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s office threatens journalist using voice changer to disguise caller’s voice

Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s office telephoned investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth today using a voice changer to disguise the voice of the caller.

The caller said “stop it”.

Holmseth previously received a hang-up call from the same number, which is from the Florida governor’s Citizen’s Services division.

The telephone calls from Scott’s office come in the wake of Holmseth receiving a telephone call from the Trump Organization.

Holmseth has published:

• Rick Scott possesses audio recordings of government employee and judicial system operatives in Florida discussing secret photographs of child rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The pornography passed through the hands of a Florida DCF child protection worker who is caught on tape, during a telephone call from her home, saying she could not show the photos to her supervisor. The FBI is still searching for HaLeigh.

• Rick Scott’s Inspector General, Melinda Miguel, frequented a pill-mill in Tallahassee, Florida where she obtained prescription medication by fraud. Others close to Scott, including Attorney Heather Ross, also visited the pill-mill and committed fraud. Scott’s FDLE then tried to frame the doctor that exposed the drug trafficking scheme and forced the doctor’s child into hiding to escape a kidnapping plot.

• Members of Scott’s administration, including Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, met with ‘black operators’ that bragged about water-boarding people and torturing people with power drills. They were the same people involved in the drug trafficking and child pornography operation.

Holmseth has received numerous death threats from telephone numbers and emails out of the State of Florida, which were reported to the police departments in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Holmseth has been targeted by organized crime that created multiple videos demanding he remove all of his websites or else bad things will happen to him and his children.

Misty Croslin donation website may hold clues to HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping

The identity of the person(s) that recently erected a website to accept donations for Misty Croslin may hold clues to the 2009 kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Misty Croslin is presently serving a 25 year sentence for drug trafficking and has been called the “key” to HaLeigh’s disappearance by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

The website, which is located at www.justiceformisty.com was erected for the express purpose of providing a Pay Pal feature where the public is encouraged to donate money to help pay for Misty Croslin’s new attorney.

Misty now has an attorney! Misty Croslin has hired an experienced criminal law attorney to represent her in her legal battle to reduce her sentence. As is customary, her attorney fees, $17,500, were paid up front by a friend of the family, and Misty’s mother and father, Hank and Lisa Croslin, have approved this website as a way to repay those funds through donations from her friends and supporters.

The website is peppered with irregularities.

The website does not name Misty Croslin’s new attorney. It does not name the “friend of the family” that paid her retainer, nor does it provide any information regarding the identity of the person(s) actually receiving the donations.

Cursory background checks on the website trace it to North Carolina under what appears to be a non-existent zip code.

CLUE TO UNSOLVED KIDNAPPING

After being set up and published, the ‘Justice for Misty’ site was promoted on a website called www.radionewz.net – a cyber-harassment website based on an off-shore server and used to threaten and sexually harass individuals online – including children.

The Radionewz Blog is operated by multiple users including a convicted felon, Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida. Olsen is presently on probation facing significant prison time.

The Radionewz Blog is also operated by Levi H. Page, Tennessee. In 2010, Page erected an online professional media bio claiming to be a 34 year-old criminal investigator covering child kidnappings. In 2015 an investigation by the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota revealed Page was only 20 years old in 2010 and had no education or credentials of any kind.

 

Page has spent his entire adult life interjecting himself into child kidnapping cases.

Page has repeatedly telephoned and contacted investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth and threatened him to shut up and warned him to stop saying the missing child HaLeigh Cummings is alive.

In a 2010 interview with the Minneapolis FBI, Special Agent A. J. Eilermann told Timothy Holmseth there are people that want everybody to stop looking for HaLeigh.

William ‘Cobra’ Staubs told Timothy Charles Holmseth during interviews that the extended family of HaLeigh Cummings has been “sneaking babies back and forth” for years.

HaLeigh Cummings and Lonzie Barton are cousins.

Staubs said he couldn’t give HaLeigh back to her mother, Crystal Sheffield, because she was a drug addict.

Staubs is the same person that was captured on tape talking to Florida DCF social worker Bonnie Warner about a disc she received in a parking lot that contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh that featured close-ups of her vagina. Warner admits to receiving the disc, which she says she could not show to her supervisor.

Radionewz.net author named in federal lawsuit

According to a source from South Florida, the lawsuit filed last week in federal court by Timothy Charles Holmseth against various public officials actually contains the entire name of the anonymous publisher that operates http://www.radionewz.net.

The x-rated cyber-stalk site was erected shortly after HaLeigh Cummings’ mother, Crystal Sheffield, closed down the ‘HaLeigh Bug Center’ in Satsuma, Florida, and cleaned legal house in 2009.

The anonymous publisher takes to the Web via the Radionewz blog regularly to desperately insist the ‘missing and endangered’ child HaLeigh Cummings is dead and viciously attacks anybody that says she’s alive.

“It’s obvious who it is,” said the South Florida insider.

The South Florida insider says the federal lawsuit explains who was hiding HaLeigh; and says it’s the same person that operates Radionewz. According to the source, the anonymous publisher will go to prison if HaLeigh Cummings is located.

The South Florida insider says documents will be released soon and that attorneys involved are rarin’ to go.

Minnesota Guardian Ad Litem program dealt devastating blow amidst claims of institutional kidnapping

Mental health claims against author found by expert to be completely untrue

Sanford Medical Center psychologist says she believes journalist’s claims about police corruption targeting him

After a guardian ad litem unilaterally diagnosed an  investigative journalist as ‘paranoid’ and convinced a Court the man’s young child  was in ‘sufficient danger’ under his care; recommending supervised visits; a seasoned  psychologist and renowned expert in the field of child protection reported to  the Minnesota District Court that no mental health issues are present and no safety  concerns exist.

The State sponsored lie against Author Timothy Charles  Holmseth was shot down by Dr. Madaline Barnes PhD. 

It was the third successful psychological evaluation/parental  capacity examination of Holmseth in five years. As an investigative author, Holmseth  has been continuously labeled as ‘crazy’ by a small group of individuals  involved in criminal activity, which he uncovered during a journalism project  regarding a missing child.

The most recent attack on Holmseth was a last ditch effort  by Rhonda Callahan, mother of Holmseth’s child, and Matthew Petrovich, guardian  ad litem, to drudge something up to use in the Family Court where the two have  been making false ‘best interest of the child’ claims to secure a venue against  Holmseth.

They met their Waterloo.

The facts and sheer volume of evidence in the case is now so  powerful, that the actions against Holmseth cannot be passed off as innocent  oversights or subjective differing in opinions – this was intentional and  planned and illegal.

Holmseth asserts to the Court in a Motion and Affidavit  filed yesterday, he is the victim of an organized scheme between like-minded  individuals that included Petrovich, Callahan, and East Grand Forks City  Attorney Ronald Galstad.

Because the latest psychological evaluation found no mental  health issues whatsoever Holmseth’s accusers will now be forced to deal with  facts, instead of slanderous innuendo.

Holmseth possesses a wealth of information regarding the  before-mentioned individuals and their associates, which could potentially be career-ending  – thus the attack on Holmseth’s credibility via mental bogus health claims (and  an attack on his hard-drive which Ronald Galstad and the EGFPD seized;  illegally searched; and then ruined so it wouldn’t work).

In September, 2013 Callahan filed a Motion in the Family  Court claiming Holmseth, the father of their young son, is “delusional.” She  supported her claims with exhibits that consisted of articles she printed off  Holmseth’s website. The articles featured and exposed illegal activities of  several public officials in the Ninth Minnesota Judicial District and  elsewhere.

Callahan did not point out anything specifically in the  articles Holmseth published. She did not claim any of the content was false,  per say. She simply submitted it as ‘defacto’ evidence that Holmseth is  delusional and requested he be required to see his son under supervision. The  submission of the articles as ‘evidence’ was an in-direct message to Holmseth  from the people Holmseth he was exposing – ‘we’re going to take you son if you  don’t shut up!’

The disturbing practice is called ‘institutional kidnapping’  and is a violation of federal law.

On September 30, 2013 Petrovich backed up Callahan’s claims  about Holmseth’s mental health, stating in a written report, “My great concern  is that the degree of paranoia that Mr. Holmseth views everything in his life  will have a very detrimental effect on [the child].”

Petrovich supported his (un-licensed) claim that Holmseth is  ‘paranoid’ by telling the Court that Holmseth filed a great many complaints. He  specifically lamented that Holmseth had filed a complaint against “Ronald  Galstad.”

Petrovich was so determined to convince the Judge she needed  to alter Holmseth’s parenting-time, and require he see a mental health  evaluator, that he ridiculed Holmseth in open court by saying he had filed a  complaint against everybody except “Kevin Bacon”.

Petrovich’s position to the Court was comprised of an  interesting set of themes that invariably orbited around Holmseth’s ‘computer’  ‘complaints’ ‘mental health’ and ‘website’.

Holmseth says rogue elements of the State are trying to shut  down his tell-all whistleblower site.

Holmseth has steadfastly asserted Petrovich is using his  position as Guardian Ad Litem in efforts to stop Holmseth from making document  requests from law enforcement in Polk    County, Minnesota.  Through the process, Holmseth has successfully located key information that demonstrates  local officials have violated a myriad of state and federal laws.  

The Court found that no “direct” evidence was given to  support the claims against Holmseth. However, the Court found that credible  evidence was given in the form of testimony by Callahan and Petrovich to  warrant a concern of “sufficient danger” and therefore granted the request made  for supervised visits pending an evaluation.

They both put their professional reputations; and the  professional reputations of everyone they associate with on the line to get  what they wanted.

But the sum and substance of the findings of Dr. Madaline  Barnes PhD have effectively reduced the entire bogus case they concocted  against Holmseth to little more than pure fiction.

“Mr. Holmseth was very cooperative during the interview, and  very honest and open about his interactions with his son and his activities. He  was very adamant about denying having given his son any additional information  about adult issues that are inappropriate for a [young child], insisted his  ex-wife was either distorting or fabricating her accusations,” Barnes  said. 

Barnes addressed specific topics, cited specific evidence, including  evidence connected to the HaLeigh Cummings case, and repeatedly stated Holmseth  is not “delusional” or “psychotic.”

In one instance, it appears Barnes is questioning why she  was asked to evaluate Holmseth again. “The records of his supervised visits  reflect that he continues to have the same positive relationship with his son  that I observed previously, and showed no inappropriate interactions [in the  log generated by the facilitator] during those visits,” she said.

To effectively address all of the professed claims made by  Callahan and Petrovich about Holmseth, the Judge directed [Dr. Barnes] have  access to his website, writings, and the book he authored about the missing  child HaLeigh Ann-Maries Cummings.

No condemnation of Holmseth’s writing, reporting, or  publishing was found whatsoever.

In fact…

In an interesting moment of candor during the examination,  Barnes told Holmseth she basically believed what he was saying about the  police.

Barnes recommended Holmseth resume parenting-time with his  son.

This is a developing story.

Federal lawsuit imminent

The author of the only book about the missing child HaLeigh Cummings has consulted with an attorney and a lawsuit is being drafted.

Timothy Charles Holmseth’s rights and federal protections have been systematically violated since 2009.

Defendants in the case will be named in the future.
