Indiana PI that falsely claimed Ex Parte communication with Minnesota judge has been contacted by detectives regarding child trafficking allegations – Texas Equusearch involved?

The Indiana private investigator that called a Petitioner of an active court case and ominously claimed she spoke Ex Parte to the judge has made startling new revelations.

Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana says she has been visited by police and spoke to a detective.

Church has since admitted she did not really call Honorable Tamara Yon who is the Assistant Chief Judge of the 9th Minnesota District.

But – saying she did might not have been a good idea.

“You didn’t have to turn me in; I had them out here myself,” Church said. Church said she was visited by Sgt. Eric Petersen of the Mishawaka Police Department. She also said she was contacted by Lt. Detective Michael Cleveland.

However…

Church also appears to suggest the Mishawka Police Department is not investigating her – rather, she suggests they are investigating me.

Church said Sgt. Petersen came to her home about a “week and a half ago” and talked to her and made screenshots from her computer.

“A report has been filed with the Mishawaka City Police Department and its on file … and I’m giving you the detectives name – Sgt. Eric Petersen is the Sergeant who came to my home and took the report – the whole my being involved in kidnapping and sex trafficking of children – that was exactly what was handed over to him – he saw it himself – he was appalled – the man has known me for years”

“He took it over to the Detective Bureau – they’re scouring over everything – and then there going to take it to the Prosecuting Attorney,” Church said.

Church said the police are “pretty pissed off” because they’ve known her for years and they are not happy with the “vile” things I write about her.

When I asked Church what exactly the police are investigating she replied they are “investigating your activities”.

Church and her company are the central focus of a Motion to Vacate that I filed in the 9th Minnesota District family court in Polk County, Minnesota.

On July 24, 2017 I submitted astonishing new evidence that shows how Church and her agents targeted my family and children because I assisted the FBI in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation. The Affidavit is a blueprint to Church’s extensive criminal operation and alleges Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. is a front for a child trafficking operation.

Church telephoned me last night after midnight and made many starling admissions including one about missing children.

“I help people from all over the country. People with missing children. People with missing family members. Cold case murders. I do it all for free,” Church said.

That is NOT what Church previously and repeatedly stated to me over a period of years. Church has always steadfastly denied working missing child cases – insisting she only works post conviction death penalty cases.

Church flatly disputes using her operatives to make contact with Chelsea Croslin, the sister-in-law of Misty Croslin, who law enforcement has always called the “key” to solving the HaLeigh Cummings case – calling Chelsea Croslin a liar.

It is now clear Chelsea Croslin was telling the truth the whole time.

And…

It appears there is much amiss.

Church telephoned me last night after reading an article I wrote on August 19, 2017 which stated her company was no longer appearing on the State of Indiana license search website.

“Let me give you my PI number that will help you. You want to call the Indiana professional licensing agency – would that help you? Would you like my number? My licensing number? Okay it’s PI20700124,” Church said.

I ran the license number through the Indiana licensing website today and nothing appeared. I contacted the State of Indiana regarding Church’s license but received no reply as of this publishing.

But there may be a bombshell.

Church also proactively mentioned something she has never mentioned before when steadfastly denying she had anything to do with the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation or missing children.

TEXAS EQUUSEARCH

“You’ve had me involved in that case (HaLeigh Cummings) and the only thing that I ever did was talk to Chelsea Croslin about an outstanding warrant. End of story. I never – no – never had anything to do with that case. Tim Miller with Texas Equusearch – did he? Yes. Is he a good friend of mine? Yes. Tim and I have been very good friends for many years and I have done a lot of work with Tim with Texas Equusearch – I don’t do just criminal cases – I’ve worked a lot of missing children and solved cold case murders,” Church said.

That is the exact opposite of Church’s former position.

Texas Equusearch (TES) was contacted by Florida law enforcement on February 11, 2009 to aid in the search for the missing little girl HaLeigh Cummings.

In September, 2010 Donna Brock, who worked for TES, pled guilty to drug trafficking after being busted selling oxycodone pills along with Misty Croslin, to an undercover officer at a truck stop.

At her sentencing hearing where she received 15 years, Brock told the Florida judge how she had searched for other missing children and said she was trying to gain Misty Croslin’s trust to learn about Haleigh’s disappearance.

Brock’s activities in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation fit the exact pattern of criminal mischief described in my Affidavit to the Court.

On January 23, 2010 the Orlando Sentinel reported:

Donna Brock was a volunteer member of Texas EquuSearch and part of initial searches for Haleigh. Eventually she befriended Misty Croslin.

That relationship and trips they took together were initially meant to help investigators and searchers draw out Croslin and get her to tell them where the child was, said Tim Miller, Texas EquuSearch’s founder and director.

The search group paid Brock about $3,000 to entertain Croslin and get her to open up, Miller said this week.

Paying someone to be an informant is not illegal. It is not clear whether Putnam County investigators were aware of Brock’s role with the search group.

Miller paid Brock several thousand dollars during a few months to take Croslin places and to entertain her with the hope the young woman would provide a better explanation of what happened the night Haleigh went missing, he said.

I have reason to believe Church and her group is involved in other well-known cases including Dylan Redwine and Kyron Horman.

Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. has contacted me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) for the second time since I filed my court Motion to the Minnesota District Court, as well as a complaint to the Inspector General of the Air Force, last week.

Levi Page, agent, Specialized Investigative Consultants, telephoned me yesterday.

Page is a psychologically disturbed person whose entire identity is an explosion of red flags.

In 2010, Page published an online professional bio that that said he was a 34 year-old “criminal investigator” that was going to be covering high profile cases on the Web about missing and murdered children including Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings, and Kyron Horman.

In 2015, a complaint to the police about Page threatening me and publishing sexual content about my children triggered a background check, which revealed he was only 20 years-old (with no professional background at all) in 2010 when he said he was 34.

There’s a reason Page is un-naturally obsessed with little kids.

Time ferreted out the fact that Page’s online presence was an operation of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana. The operation is connected to the U.S. Military, CNN, court officers, corrupt government officials, CPS, FBI, CIA, and other rogue police sprinkled around the United States.

The group involves itself with missing children cases that often end when the child is found dead and mutilated such as the cases of Dylan Redwine and Jessica Ridgeway in Colorado.

The operation targets families, witnesses, and anybody that poses a threat.

And…

They did exactly that in July, 2011, when operatives conspired with officers of the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force against me. The plan involved a false police report that I had a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings in my home.

The objective of the operation was to create a document that made it appear the child had been in my home at some point, because members of the EGFPD and Pine to Prairie Task Force knew I had been told by an eyewitness, who was an employee of a Florida law firm, that child rape pornography had been created of HaLeigh.

The Minnesota police factually know who kidnapped and raped HaLeigh. But the plan was to make it look as if I had kidnapped, raped, filmed, and murdered HaLeigh.

That’s how operations by this group work.

But it didn’t turn out to well.

Tina Church now says she was impersonated by a woman from Florida on the aforementioned police report and says Levi Page was involved.

However, when Page called me yesterday, he suggested that Tina Church is lying when she says that in July, 2011 he sat silent on another telephone line, while yet another agent of the corporation filed the false police report.

According to Tina Church, the woman impersonated her.

The caller, who is listed as “Tina Church”, said “Timothy Holmseth” had just told her he had a kidnapped child named “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home – causing officers to be dispatched.

The significance of the false police report event is profound because my Affidavit and Statement of Facts to the Minnesota court details the tactics of a shadow government operation that is involved in kidnappings and murders across the country.

The Motion, Affidavit, and Exhibits will be provided to Mark Redwine and his attorney.

The Redwine and Jacob Wetterlings cases are not solved and over with by a long shot.

PRESS RELEASE: New evidence could lead to missing Florida girl HaLeigh Cummings

On May 17, 2017, very powerful evidence was reported to the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota regarding an unsolved child kidnapping in Florida.

And it keeps coming.

Multiple law enforcement agencies are involved in investigations including the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, Florida Department of Licensing, Mishawaka Police Department (Indiana), East Grand Forks Police Department (Minnesota).

Evidence strongly suggests an Indiana corporation is nefariously involved in the kidnapping and interstate transportation of HaLeigh Cummings. The Florida kindergartener was five years-old when she reported missing from her bed on February 10, 2009.

The key to finding HaLeigh Cummings appears to be a shadowy group of charlatans running a trafficking operation in a scheme that involves a licensed private investigation firm called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, along with The Other Victim’s Advocacy, which is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3).

Members of the group can be linked to many kidnappings and murders across the United States including the cases of HaLeigh Cummings, Trenton Duckett, Dylan Redwine, Kyron Horman, and Caylee Anthony.

In 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., telephoned the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, claiming a local author, Timothy Charles Holmseth, had just claimed to have the missing child in his home. Police were dispatched to clear the call.

Timothy Holmseth is an award-winning news reporter and wrote a book about interviews he conducted regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping after being interviewed by the FBI in 2010. Holmseth and his family have been targeted with death threats and non-stop harrassment and intimidation since 2009.

Following the police report in 2011, Tina Church’s name came up again in February, 2016.

In February, 2016, Timothy Holmseth learned bombshell information about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping from the missing child’s mother’s former advocate Wayanne Kruger, and reported it in an article entitled – – – ‘HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI’

Bingo.

In October, 2016, Tina Church telephoned Timothy Holmseth, nervous, and told him she did not make the false police report. She said she was impersonated by a Florida woman, who claimed to be a psychic, and who claimed to hold ownership in Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

Church then asked Holmseth to remove the HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI article.

But – Church had already admitted to making the police report on several occasion including on a Web radio program broadcast by her own group members.

Recordings of Tina Church, which are now in the custody of law enforcement, reveal a very disturbed person that appears to be an extremely dangerous sociopath who lies continually, and viciously threatens nearly everybody she comes into contact with. Tina Church warned Timothy Holmseth that he ‘doesn’t know who he was messing with’ and advised Holmseth that her son is higher than the FBI.

The story is becoming increasingly bizarre because documents and evidence exists to show that many members of Tina Church’s group have been in private communications with multiple law enforcement agencies across the United States, including the East Grand Forks Police Department (Minnesota) and Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (Florida).

There also exists proof that members of the group actually identified themselves as agents of state and federal law enforcement officers while ‘interrogating’ and intimidating people.

Tina Church reportedly contacted Chelsea Croslin, a witness in the HaLeigh Cumming kidnapping case, and claimed she had been involved in some capacity with the JonBenet Ramsey case.

Chief Hedlund,

In May, 2017 I filed a police report to the East Grand Forks Police Department with Officer R. Douglas. My report was in regards to a prior police report made to your Department by a person from out of state who alleged I once claimed to have a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

You are familiar with the aforementioned report because you walked into the police station and looked into my eyes when I was making the police report.

HaLeigh Cummings was five years-old when she was reported missing from her bed in Satsuma, Florida on February 10, 2009 and her whereabouts are still sought by the FBI.

There is a police report on record at the EGFPD that says on July 26, 2011, Tina Church, Mishawaka, Indiana, made a police report against me. Tina Church is the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

I have new evidence regarding the aforementioned crime I reported regarding the false police report made about the whereabouts of a missing child.

When I spoke with Officer Douglas, I reported that Tina Church, a licensed private investigator from Mishawaka, Indiana, telephoned me and told me she was impersonated on a July 26, 2011 police report to the EGFPD, wherein the caller stated I claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

I advised Officer Douglas that Tina Church told me she was impersonated by REDACTED REDACTED, Interlachen, Florida. Church further advised that Levi Page, Dover, Tennessee was on the call to the police as well. Church referred to the police report as “false” and said she has a recording of the false police report. I provided the officer a CD with three audio clips that proved what I was saying was true.

I have now located yet more recordings.

I have located a recording of a Web radio program held by Levi Page in May, 2011 wherein he brought on Tina Church and REDACTED REDACTED as guests. Tina Church states on the broadcast that she spoke with the East Grand Forks Police about me. That precedes the July 26, 2011 police report. 

I spoke with Wendy in records at your Department and she said there is no record of any other communications between Tina Church and the EGFPD other than the July 26, 2011 call. That means either Tina Church is lying, or officers from your Department were secretly discussing me with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

Regardless, other evidence I will discuss further on in this letter, shows that Lt. Rodney Hajicek was in fact secretly discussing me with operatives of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. and placed me under secret investigation for my journalism on the HaLeigh Cummings case.

I recently found a recorded telephone call placed to me by Tina Church and Levi Page. In this call, which appears to be dated August, 2011, Tina Church brings up the July 26, 2011 police report and ADMITS she MADE the police report. Additionally – Levi Page CONFIRMS, during the call, that Tina Church made the police report.

That means – recording I possess, show, in chronological order, that Tina Church has given multiple versions of a story about the false police report made to you police department regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

You are certainly familiar with Levi Page because on July 15, 2016 I filed a report to the EGFPD that Levi Page was publishing fictional sexual stories about my children, as well as ominous videos warning me to remove all my websites or face horrible consequences including the kidnapping of my unborn grandchild.

When Officer Douglas spoke with me in May, 2017, he asked me how I ever came into contact with Tina Church in the first place. I told Officer Douglas I was contacted by a woman from Florida named Chelsea Croslin.

Chelsea Croslin is the sister-in-law of Misty Croslin. Misty Croslin has been called “They Key” to the HaLeigh Cumming case by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. Misty is the alleged ‘babysitter’ that was supposedly with HaLeigh the night she was kidnapped. Misty is presently in prison in Florida for drug crimes.

Here is what I learned from Chelsea Croslin.

• Chelsea Croslin told me she was living in Massachusetts, when she was proactively contacted by REDACTED REDACTED, Florida. She said REDACTED REDACTED contacted her and offered to help her find her missing niece, HaLeigh Cummings. Chelsea Croslin accepted the offer for help.

• Chelsea Croslin told me REDACTED REDACTED advised her she would be receiving a call from Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana.

• Chelsea Croslin told me Tina Church called her and claimed to work many big cases including the “JonBenet Ramsey” case.

• Chelsea Croslin told me Tina Church conducted an interview with her to form a family profile etc.

• Chelsea Croslin said she believed Tina Church was her private investigator.

• Chelsea Croslin, her father-in-law, Hank Croslin, Florida, and Charles Lee, Florida, all told me Tina Church told them the FBI had found HaLeigh Cummings during a child porn raid in Louisville, Kentucky. I received calls from Florida news stations regarding that matter. Tina Church then told the Croslin family that HaLeigh’s DNA was found in the home of Danny Druck during a child porn bust.

• • Facts show Tina Church somehow knew in advance that the home of Danny Druck was going to be raided by the  FBI for child porn

• Chelsea Croslin told me she had a heated dispute with Tina Church after she found out Tina Church had been lying about being her private investigator, and said Tina Church was a “poser” that was harvesting information from her and giving it all to Levi Page.

• • Recordings left on Chelsea Croslin’s answering machine by Tina Church reveal Tina Church reminded Chelsea Croslin that if she wanted Tina Church’s help she was supposed to “shut the fuck up”

• Tina Church told me in the August, 2011 call that she once facilitated a three-way call with Chelsea Croslin and “law enforcement” officials in another State in advance of Chelsea Croslin wearing a “wire” into a Florida state prison to secretly record Misty Croslin.

• Tina Church said she (Tina Church) was once investigated by law enforcement in Texas, as well as the Mishawaka Police Department in Indiana, regarding her involvement in a scheme to smuggle cell phones into a Texas prison that involved an inmate that threatened to murder a Congressman.

On October 8, 2016 I received an ominous call from the telephone number of President Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago resort in Florida. The caller spoke using voice-changing software and threatened me. The caller listed names of people I was “forbidden” to talk about which included Tina Church and Levi Page. CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

You, and your police department, began criminally conspiring with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.  to violate my rights and cover up the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, beginning in approximately, June, 2009.

Despite the many public records requests I made to your Department, you never turned over the 56 pages of secret email communications exchanged between Lt. Rodney Hajicek (using his personal Gmail account) and Art Harris, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

The secret 56 pages included 22 pages of documents I prepared and delivered to the FBI regarding a staged crime scene and planted evidence by a self-proclaimed FBI/CIA agent named John Regan, Hastings, Florida.

John Regan dressed as a pastor and told witnesses he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI. He said the FBI “already had HaLeigh”. I obtained a background check on John Regan that revealed he is a convicted sex offender.

Minneapolis FBI Special Agent A.J. Eilerman and Major Gary Bowling, director of law enforcement, Putnam Count Sheriff’s Office, both told me I was correct about the staged crime scene. Agent Eilerman told me the people that did it wanted people to “stop looking” for HaLeigh.

Wayanne Kruger told me John Regan poses as a pastor, and works with a group, who using medical dossiers, traffics infants and small children through the United States Embassy, on flights, to be delivered to purchasers in Belgium.

In June of 2009, I had already identified the FBI/CIA operatives (or impersonators) that kidnapped HaLeigh Cummings and created child rape pornography of her.

At that very time, your police department began to secretly and ambitiously assist those very kidnappers, while collectively plotting to shut down my publication, terrorize my family, stop the sale of my book, destroy my reputation, and have me arrested.

The terrorizing and threats continues to this day.

It is my opinion that at this point, Mr. Hedlund, you are personally involved and invested in covering up crimes against children and rights violations, and you are not protected by immunity.

The Steven Avery Syndrome continues to emerge in the wake of ‘Making a Murderer’.

Retired FBI agent Pete Klismet, Criminal Profiling Associates LLC., has become the focus of suspicion regarding his presence in multiple criminal investigations.

There are now questions regarding any evidence found in existing criminal investigations that Klismet was brought into after the case became cold.

Klismet recently insulted the Denver FBI regarding their investigations into the Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs, as well as activist radical pastor Bob Enyart and his (Enyart’s) associate Kimberly Kay Bowman.

Klismet’s grandiose claims and strange behavior, while continuously interjecting himself into active criminal cases, is beginning to cast a probative light upon the former FBI agent.

Klismet’s odd behavior reached a fevered pitch following the Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs.

In November, 2015, an FBI task force investigating plots against Planned Parenthood facilities contacted Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado. Kekoa was asked for inside information she had about on goings at Denver Bible Church where she and her husband, Curtis Kekoa, had been members until fleeing what they now call a “satanic cult”.

Three days after Danielle Kekoa was interviewed and told the FBI to “expect” something because Enyart had been outed and exposed; a gunman, Robert Lewis Dear, went to the Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs and killed three people including a police officer.

While most applaud the FBI for their investigative insight that led them to the Kekoa’s, which shows the Task Force is onto those behind murders and mass-shootings, Klismet emerged from nowhere to declare the Kekoa’s unstable and dangerous.

In December, 2015, Klismet slammed the Kekoa’s during an online Twitter exchange with a Web troll that was posting under the name ‘Justice for DYLAN Redwine’.

During the exchange, the Kekoa’s were labeled as “insane”.

The pattern of ad hominem attacks against the FBI’s witnesses may be a sign that Klismet is associated with Enyart.

Klismet’s use of his time to discredit FBI witnesses using online conversations with Web trolls is alarming because of the appearance and possibility he is communicating with something called a ‘sock puppet’; a device used by disinformation specialists to create the appearance they are talking to somebody else when in fact they are simply talking to themselves using multiple Twitter accounts and/or user names on message boards

“I’ve had my share of emails and contacts through my website from these morons. Truth is … I would be more concerned about these people doing a mass shooting than anyone else. Certified and committed whackleberries. (That’s a word us profilers use a lot),” Klismet said.

Klismet’s suggestion that he is worried the Kekoa’s could do a mass-shooting has many believing Klismet is at the least – a charlatan and fraud.

“The Kekoa’s have certainly demonstrated that thy are not dealing with a full deck. I sure hope they do not own any weapons. With this kind of crazy who knows what’s next. Whackleberries is the perfect named for the Kekoa’s,” replied ‘Justice for DYLAN Redwine’.

Klismet’s proactive psychological diagnosis of the Kekoa’s appears out of place and does not match the written letters of references regarding the Kekoa’s that were authored by members of the Denver Bible Church, including a reference from Enyart, before the parents of six exited the cult and went to authorities.

“Anyone following Dylan’s case has probably been spammed or stalked by the Kekoa’s. These sick twisted weirdoes believe the pastor is responsible for the death of Jon Benet, Jessica Ridgeway, and even Dylan, and now they are accusing him of all these crazy shootings happening all around our County,” said Justice for DYLAN Redwine’.

Klismet has received local media attention in Colorado regarding his relationship with the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office and the ongoing investigation into the murder of Dylan Redwine.

But there are issues.

Klismet’s back-story as a ‘criminal profiler’ along with his continued activity is causing suspicion regarding the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office’s association with him.

In July, 2015, Klismet appeared on Channel 7 Denver, to discuss his involvement in the ongoing criminal investigation of murdered child Dylan Redwine. The news piece was one of many heralding breaking new leads in the case.

“After five months of reviewing what he called “voluminous material, evidence and reports,” former FBI criminal profiler Pete Klismet said he determined there was someone the team needed to be focused on,” Channel & reported.

“I’ve been doing this 30 years – I’ve yet to get one wrong,” Klismet said.

Klismet has been called a “John Douglass wannabe” and there is virtually no footprint of the outstanding career and successes he claims.

In July, 2015, Klismet appeared on a Web radio program hosted by a man named Levi Page to discuss the Dylan Redwine case.

The association with Page also went bad for Klismet.

In July, 2015 the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota conducted an investigation into Page after his website appeared as the authoring site of sex-based threats against the children of an investigative journalist.

The EGFPD discovered Page had lied about his age in an online bio erected in 2010 where he was featured as a 34 year-old “criminal investigator” and shown posing with HLN’s Nancy Grace.

The EGFPD investigation revealed Page was only 25 years-old in 2015. “I contacted Austin Peay University and was able to obtain contact information for a Levi H Page DOB 07/19/1990,” reported Officer Corey Amundson, East Grand Forks Police Department.

In reality – in 2010 Page was not 34 years-old and had no college education, experience, or background.

“The Nashville, Tenn., native is also a regular on the CNN Headline News show Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, where he discusses cases like those of Haleigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony and Kyron Horman,” the bio says.

The evidence regarding Page was included in documents filed to the Minnesota court. In 2015 a Minnesota judge described Page as one of the “online trolls” harassing and threatening investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth’s family.

Page originally began threatening Holmseth after the February, 2009 disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings in Florida.

Page, along with Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultant Inc, Indiana, called Timothy Holmseth and told him HaLeigh Cummings was dead and he better “shut the fuck up” and stop saying HaLeigh is alive.

In 2011, Page and Church telephoned Holmseth again to harass him. Following the telephone call, Church called the EGFPD in her capacity as “investigator” and told police Holmseth had just claimed to have the HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

Recordings of the call prove Church was lying and made a false police report.

New information regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping; now in the hands of the FBI; casts an umbrella of suspicion over Page, Church, and now Klismet.

In a spectacular piece of new evidence, the FBI has a lead that HaLeigh Cummings was transported out of the State of Florida by Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

In July 2015, Klismet emailed Holmseth and said, “I have been working with the sheriff’s dep’t for quite some time, and have quite a bit of credibility with them.  Feel free to contact anyone in the county you wish, but as I said before, you might be messing with the wrong person.  I’d recommend you knock off this foolishness since you have no stake in or involvement in or credibility with anyone involved with this investigation.”

Serial killer taunts woman in e-mail; Seattle FBI alerted

Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, says she and her husband are being taunted and harassed online by a serial killer that has impersonated her husband in hundreds of e-mails.

Kekoa believes the person sending the emails is Robert Enyart, pastor, Denver Bible Church. Danielle Kekoa, and her husband Curtis Kekoa, are former members of the church and say they have since realized Enyart is a serial killer and the church is a cult.

The Kekoa’s have publically stated they believe Enyart’s DNA will match the anonymous DNA found at the scene of the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

Today, Danielle Kekoa submitted an email and chart she received from the anonymous sender to the Seattle FBI, because the sender boasted they were attempting to break a murder record set by infamous serial killer Gary Ridgway, who murdered victims primarily in the Seattle area.

“[This email and chart] was sent to me in June 2014 by a serial-killer here in Denver, Colorado named Robert Adolph Enyart FBI# 678532LA7, who is impersonating my husband by creating another fraudulent email address with his name.  This is only one of hundreds of emails that I have received by this individual over the past four years, but I was recently advised to forward this specific message to the Seattle division of the FBI so you can have it on file for the record,” Kekoa said.

“In the forwarded email below, Robert Adolph Enyart admits that my husband Curtis and I have discovered the truth about who he is and have exposed him as a “serial killer”.  He also boasts that he is trying to “break the record for the most victims”, which includes killing more people than the Green River Killer, Gary Ridgway of Seattle Washington,” Kekoa said.

The note written in the original e-mail to Danielle Kekoa read:

“Let’s look at the bright side of having been associated with Bob, honey. He may be a serial killer but he is OUR serial killer. Do you think he can break the record for the most victims? Go, Bob, Go! Don’t hate the player, hate the game!” the sender said.

Florida Department of Law Enforcement receives evidence in DCF child porn scandal

Forthcoming evidence to show Crimestoppers of Northeast Florida has been infiltrated by organized crime

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has received audio evidence that secret naked pictures of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings were passed through an underground network that include a social worker for the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

The evidence was submitted to FDLE attorney James Martin.

HaLeigh Cummings, who has been missing since February of 2009, is a relative of Lonzie Barton, a toddler that disappeared in Jacksonville on July 23, 2015.

Write Into Action will soon be releasing evidence that is going to show that Crimestoppers of Northeast Florida has been infiltrated by organized drug and human traffickers – naming names.

Evidence recently submitted to the FDLE exposes a criminal Satanic network and extortion team believed to be involved in the disappearances of many missing children including Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings, Trenton Duckett, Dylan Redwine, Kyron Horman, Ayla Reynolds, Lisa Irwin, and others.

Attorney Martin received much of the same information received by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi on September 2, 2015.

The evidence includes professionally produced videos targeted squarely at Timothy Holmseth, his children, his unborn grandchild, demanding he remove all his websites.

One video threat, submitted to AG Bondi, was sent to a woman/grandmother from Colonial Beach, Virginia for ‘supporting’ Timothy Holmseth. The Satanic cult regularly contacts the Virginia grandmother online and encourages her to committ suicide.

The FDLE knows the identity of the members of this cult, which includes licensed judicial officers and government officials.

There is evidence this group could be involved in the Lonzie Barton kidnapping affiar and witnesses are receiving the same treatment.

There is speculation that the recent dismissal of David Abramowitz, the regional managing director of DCF in Northeast Florida, has been the result of increasing exposure of the trafficking network and its members.

Holmseth is confronting the State of Florida for knowingly allowing organized crime to threaten, harass, intimidate, blackmail, and extort him for several years.

On August 28, 2015, Holmseth said to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi:

Judicial blackmail scheme against Santa Rosa County, Florida exposed

Extortion plot details turned over to FDLE attorney James Martin

An organized criminal judicial extortion operation that blackmails government officials and subverts the legal process has been identified and exposed in Florida.

The implications may be international.

Evidence detailing the elaborate scheme, and how it was apparently used to blackmail the States Attorneys Office in Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, has been turned over to Attorney James Martin at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

Evidence indicates the extortion scheme was used to blackmail States Attorney Jason English and/or other attorneys in the States Attorneys Office into accepting a ‘Deferred Prosecution’ deal for felony defendant Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, Milton, Florida.

Olsen was booked on February 4, 2015, and charged with three felonies including theft of a firearm. However, his serious situation soon changed into something that he joked about as he mocked the judicial system and vowed to continue his menacing behavior.

On March 26, 2015, Olsen boasted in a press release published on www.radionewz.net that an attorney, that was not legally representing him, had obtained a “special favor” from the prosecutor on his behalf called ‘Deferred Prosecution’.

However, a prior press release made by Olsen on February 22, 2015, tells a much different story about what was going on behind the scenes. It reveals he was deeply involved in an extortion scheme against officials in Santa Rosa County using threats of a lawsuit involving abuse of prisoners by correctional officers.

But – there is unique twist to the published threats of a lawsuit.

The reason the published threats of a lawsuit rises to the level of criminal extortion is because Olsen was threatening a lawsuit against Santa Rosa County on behalf of unknown and/or un-disclosed third parties – not himself.

Olsen himself had no Cause of Action – but was publishing that Santa Rosa County was going to be sued for abuse after his arraignment.

There was no lawsuit.

It was a blackmail scheme that involves a Web underground that specializes in extortion through online threats, intimidation, harrassment, stalking, and worse.

The ability to run the blackmail scheme involves a model for extortion that uses multiple Twitter accounts in conjunction with an anonymous website on an off-shore Web server.

The Twitter and website are the public information delivery system critical to the extortion scheme.

HOW THE BLACKMAIL SCHEME WORKS

The FIRST step is for the extortionists to publish threats online that would cause great fear to the intended target. The published threats may include true events or completely fabricated lies (in this instance the target was Santa Rosa County). The threats may warn of impending disaster or promised doom.

The SECOND step is to contact the target (this is sometimes done by an attorney) and casually mention what is appearing online; note the unsightliness of it all; and suggest perhaps something could be worked out to make it all go away.

Other times the target is contacted by anonymous emails or direct messages via Twitter. The target is provided links to videos or photos or other media that convey the threat.

The THIRD step is – if the extortionists succeed – is for the extortionists to get what they want. This might be having criminal charges dropped against a dangerous criminal, or an active criminal investigation halted. It might be the illegal removal of records from a public records database, or a website being taken down. It may result in murders going unsolved; evidence vanishing; missing children remaining missing; child pornography crimes not being investigated.

BLACKMAIL OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA

On February 22, 2015, Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, Milton, Florida publically announced on Twitter that a lawsuit was going to be filed against Santa Rosa County for prisoner abuse. He also implied that police in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties would be brought into the fray.

Olsen announced in a series of tweets:

“Yes, this is a scandal. Yes, I plan on taking all this public. And yes, I have hard evidence WITH dozens of witnesses to the brutality”. “Again, more information on all this will be released in my statement after my arraignment on Thursday”. “And the Correctional Officers at Santa Rosa County jail apparently have a huge history of misconduct and brutality, beating inmates”. “Let me tell you, when it comes to Police in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, they’re far from ethical. Known by anyone who lives here”. “I will explain the details of said lawsuit against SRC in the statement I plan on releasing after my arraignment on Thursday”.

The tweets were then re-published on a website located at www.radionewz.net.

Olsen’s announcement made it clear that Santa Rosa County was going to be sued with hard evidence and dozens of witnesses to support the claims.

However – Olsen never actually stated that HE was/is the victim.

That is because Olsen was/is NOT a victim.

That means Olsen had no legal Cause of Action upon which to file a lawsuit against Santa Rosa County.

Therefore, at the very most, Olsen was professing to KNOW about a lawsuit that was going to be filed against Santa Rosa County.

The aforementioned fact-pattern becomes a key element to proving it was a blackmail scheme, because Olsen claimed he KNEW bout a pending lawsuit.

However – there is NO known record of any such complaints or lawsuit ever being filed.

Therefore – just exactly where Olsen was getting his information is something he would now have to explain to law enforcement.

Olsen was represented by a criminal defense attorney on his felony charges, and that attorney is not known to have filed any lawsuit, or filed any formal complaint on behalf of Olsen regarding abuse or police misconduct of any kind.

Olsen made it clear that somebody had information about prisoner abuse and police misconduct that was scandalous and a lawsuit was forthcoming.

Therein lies clues to the criminal extortion and who is behind it.

Olsen began making announcements using the information delivery system to announce the involvement of another attorney – a civil attorney – known only to legally represent the website www.radionewz.net.

Olsen stated in a press release on March 26, 2015:

“This is an update on my case. One that I’m sure everyone will be happy with (except Murt of course).

Had a meeting with my lawyer this morning to get an update on what was going on. The prosecutor HAS accepted the deal put forth by my lawyer and the assistant prosecutor. This is the first time I will be able to go into full detail on what my deal entails. The prosecutor also stated that this WILL be settled before my next court date, which means no more court for me. Keep in mind, REDACTED was HUGE in securing me this deal. Call it a personal favor for her from the State Attorney for my circuit.

The deal is this. Deferred Prosecution. This is kind of like probation but not really. It’s extremely rare in my county that this sort of deal is offered or even considered. Basically if I keep my nose clean (no arrests, piss tests once a month, complete community service, etc…) then at the end of the time frame of the deferred prosecution (in this case it’s 1 year) ALL charges against me will be dismissed and my record will remain clean.

Pity, some thought that I was finally going to be put in jail or have something done to me by the legal system. Well, think again haters. I’m free and will remain free. And I’ll remain on the internet and remain out of jail to make sure I’m here to continue putting fuckers in check”.

The involvement of the third attorney in the plea bargain process – the civil attorney – is something that would need to be explained to the FDLE by the Office of States Attorney William Eddins.

And other questions arise.

Has there been abuse of prisoners by correctional officers or police in Florida’s First Circuit that has subjected the States Attorney office to blackmail and extortion?

Has the States Attorneys Office or any other law enforcement in Florida’s First Circuit engaged in misconduct or behavior that has exposed the county to blackmail and extortion at any given time?

How many cases have been affected by this blackmail operation?

Has this blackmail operation been used to suppress law enforcement in active missing child cases across the United States and abroad?

HaLeigh Cummings author poised to seek federal injunctive relief against State of Florida

Threats by satanic Web cult to kidnap author’s unborn grandchild creating emergency for blackmailed Florida states attorney

Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, has submitted a Notice of Intent to file for federal injunctive relief against the State of Florida.

The notice was submitted to William Eddins, the chief prosecuting attorney of Florida’s 1st Circuit.

Holmseth decided to begin the legal process after a satanic cult involved in serial kidnappings across the country published videos and threats to kidnap his unborn grandchild.

The satanic cult, which calls itself ‘ANONYMOUS’ in videos it uploads to You Tube, has issued demands that Holmseth remove all of his websites from the internet.

Holmseth captured key figures in the kidnapping ring on tape discussing a CD that contained naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The kidnapping ring included government officials that were agents of Florida DCF, law enforcement, states attorney offices, licensed law offices, and other government entities.

Evidence indicates the cult is kidnapping and murdering children across the United States. One recent case the cult is involved in is the murder of Dylan Redwine, Colorado.

Holmseth further believes his Constitutional rights are under attack by the State of Florida because be uncovered a criminal enterprise comprised of government officials exposed in a series of article he published regarding a government-targeted boy named Alec Thomas Hash.

In November of 2014, Holmseth published an article entitled “Source: FDLE agents falsely arrested Georgia doctor to protect criminal enterprise – Florida law enforcement and mercenary types running ‘black ops’ against witnesses and children”

In the article, Holmseth revealed he possessed evidence from a Tallahassee pill mill that showed employees from the following agencies illegally obtained pills at the facility:

The State of Florida possesses that evidence.

The State of Florida has an abundance of evidence and information that show government officials, law enforcement, government agents, and legal licensees, are entirely aware of the aforementioned state and federal crimes. 

The State of Florida has a legal and ethical obligation under all applicable rules, laws, and ethical standards, to investigate and prosecute the aforementioned crimes to the fullest extent of the law.

I am formally requesting the State of Florida take legal action against REDACTED, as well as any other co-conspirators that have committed violations of the law against me as described herein.

Facts, circumstances, and evidence clearly show that I am a perpetual crime victim; the State of Florida knows the crimes are occurring; and the State of Florida knows the identity of the perpetrators.
