Statement of Timothy Charles Holmseth regarding the Wayanne Kruger CIA baby sales/child rape interviews

As many of you know, I recently published a series of recorded interviews I conducted with renowned victims advocate/author Wayanne Kruger.

Wayanne Kruger is the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred and officially represented Crystal Sheffield, the mother of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, shortly after the child vanished in 2009.

During my interviews with Wayanne she named multiple persons involved in an international baby sales operation being run by an attorney, the attorney’s felon husband, and others including a fake pastor named John Regan who said he worked for the CIA and FBI.

The attorney, who I also interviewed, told me she was a member of the HaLeigh Task Force. She said she was an investigator and coordinating leads with Captain Dominic Piscitello and Detective Peggy Cone at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Does that make your hair stand up? An attorney that is selling stolen babies is on the inside of a kidnapping investigation with the police.

Wayanne told me John Regan said he was a CIA agent that once went undercover for the FBI as a “pedophile” to catch other pedophiles. She said John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, prevented her from going to the police regarding something she wanted to tell law enforcement about HaLeigh. She said John Regan told her the FBI already had HaLeigh wanted to keep it quiet.

I reported information about the aforementioned attorney and Fake Pastor/CIA/FBI agent to Florida law enforcement and the FBI almost immediately after learning it in 2009.

And the FBI knew my information was good.

Secret emails that never showed up in public records request, from the private Gmail account of a corrupt East Grand Forks police officer named Lt. Rodney Hajicek, have revealed the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota FACTUALLY KNEW that in July of 2009 the FBI in Florida was actively using information from me in their search for the missing child.

But the East Grand Forks Police Department hid the emails and information!

The reason EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund at the EGFPD hid the Hajicek emails and a 56-page FBI report I authored was to buy time while they tried to fabricate and trump up cases against me using criminal, civil, and family courts in several states within a network that is often referred to as the ‘Shadow Government’.

Some of the cases involved developing completely fabricated stories about my children.

In 2011, a Broward County Judge in Florida named Michael G. Kaplan granted a domestic violence protection order against me. It was petitioned by the aforementioned attorney that I reported to the FBI, and who Wayanne Kruger said was kidnapping and selling babies on the international black market.

EGFPD police records show that specific attorney had been calling and talking to Hajicek.

I had never met that attorney in my life but simply interviewed her and her law staff. During those interviews I found out she possessed child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings that had never been turned over to law enforcement.

Here it what Shadow Government Judge Michael G. Kaplan ordered in 2011: THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.

If I had possessed the hidden Hajicek email(s) it would have PREVENTED the police and shadow government operatives in the judicial system from developing their multiple bogus domestic violence protection order schemes against me, because the fact the FBI was using my information sent my credibility through the roof.

I published the Wayanne Kruger interviews now, in 2017, because it took me that long to find the individual clips where Wayanne told me about the trafficking operations and children that had been raped and filmed.

I once provided a copy to my defense attorney Michael LaCoursiere. When I requested he give me back the disc I once gave him he would not give it back – it disappeared.

The reason it took so long to find the Wayanne Kruger interviews was because in 2012 the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force stormed my home-office wearing bullet-proof vests with a Warrant and seized my computer – destroying the hard-drive before giving it back – having found nothing illegal whatsoever on it.

I had cataloged my HaLeigh Cummings/Caylee Anthony case files on the hard-drive using a system of key words I developed. However, the back-ups I had secured on a separate hard-drive were not cataloged, and I was not even able to view the back-up hard-drive because the police snapped clips and broke things inside my computer tower, as well. I was finally able to open the hard-drive years later when my parents gave me their old computer tower (which opened the hard-drive).

I have also published clips from other interviews I conducted including interviews with Major Gary Bowling, (former Director of Law Enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office), Richard J. Grund (Casey Anthony case witness), William E. Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra), Donald Knop (legal assistant/law office), Judy Lucia (dog handler on search team), Jeremiah Regan (son of John Regan) and many others.

I have also received a trove of files that expose countless felonies by many and reveal the truth about the Casey Anthony/Caylee Anthony case (believe me folks, the world was duped).

Combined with my hard-copy book that I published in 2011, I have named and directly quoted countless players and figures in HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony child cases.

I’ve NEVER been sued.

If I read articles here correctly the attorney in Florida is the main focus with defending friends sucked in. If any or all of the information is true one can see why. This information has come from a woman named Wayanne Kruger. If she told Mr. Holmseth a whopper of a story why isn’t she the focus of all this hyper legal activity? Not a person who tells her story. This I do not understand. Other people have contributed yet I have seen no denials commented here by anyone. If all contributing people are liars why not require public retractions? One assumes if public retractions were made this would stop. There would be nothing to say. It raises the question as to why those retractions are not asked to be made public There is a reason.

With Mr. Holmseth silenced the material remains in existence. This will not end well. Someone with a curiosity can easily pick this information up and publish it. No doubt conspiracists have already copied changing to their own format.

Dear Federal Court,

I am requesting permission from the U.S. Court to re-open HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – in a limited scope.

If I am not able to obtain immediate relief from the U.S. Court I am at risk of suffering irreparable damage to my entire life.

I am presently the target of an active and imminent assault upon my First Amendment rights by multiple members of a interstate group that are retaliating against me for filing a Motion to Vacate in the 9th Minnesota District Court Family Court which is set for hearing on September 13, 2017 in Polk County, Minnesota (Court File Number 60-FA-13-468).

I am under siege by several members of a group who were named in the Affidavit of the Minnesota action.

I filed the Motion to Vacate because I obtained new evidence that was not available at the time of trial. The evidence proves members of a group operated by Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, and REDACTED REDACTED Law Office P.A., Fort Lauderdale, Florida, conspired with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department to violate my rights.

I acquired emails from the personal/private Gmail account of Lt. Rodney Hajicek that show in 2009 he began secretly conspiring against my rights with REDACTED REDACTED and her agents, after the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI began acting upon information they received from me regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Lt. Hajicek hid a 22-page FBI report that was emailed to him by REDACTED REDACTED’s agents. The FBI report was authored by me. The FBI report contained the names and activities of a group that had contacted my publication. The group members told me about their illegal activities in the search for HaLeigh Cummings. The FBI report included the names of REDACTED REDACTED, her media consultant Art Harris, and others. One private email from Harris to Hajicek dated July, 2011 said the FBI in Florida was using information from Timothy Holmseth and said, “He’s got to be stopped”

I also obtained new information that proves a police report made to the East Grand Forks Police in July, 2011 by Tina Church, who told police I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment, was a planned operation by the group that involved planning in advance with somebody at the East Grand Forks Police Department.

The whole thing was a set-up.

I’ll explain how I know that using new evidence.

In October, 2016, Tina Church abruptly telephoned me after many years of no contact and told me (call recorded) she did not make the police report in 2011. She claimed she was impersonated by a woman from Interlachen, Florida named REDACTED along with a man from Dover, Tennessee named Levi Page (call recorded).

Tina Church also told me in 2016 that although she did not make the July, 2011 police report, the East Grand Forks Police had telephoned her on occasion and they discussed me, and what she called my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings. There are no records of those conversations between Tina Church and the EGFPD. Tina Church said REDACTED talked to the EGFPD and there are no records of that either.

In May, 2017 I went to the EGFPD and filed a police report. I gave the officer a CD with the phone calls from Tina Church wherein she claims she was impersonated on the false police report.

This week I obtained the records regarding my May, 2017 report to the EGFPD and it shows the EGFPD did not take one step beyond receiving the report from me. The officer did not note in his narrative anything about the calls or even that I gave him a CD. That is greatly alarming if for no other reason – it involves information about a kidnapped missing child.

In August, 2017, after I filed my Motion to Vacate, Tina Church telephoned me and asked me for the name of the judge on the Minnesota case. I told her it was Tamara Yon. She called me back a few hours later and told me she “called” and talked to Judge Tamara Yon. Tina Church said the judge “wasn’t too impressed” with my court filing. Tina Church kept telling me she was trying to give me the opportunity to withdraw my court filings.

In August, 2017, Tina Church told me she had been recently calling the EGFPD, Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galsatd. She said she put the “City of East Grand Forks” on “notice” that if the City did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institute she was going to have her attorney from “Chicago” sue the City of EGF.

Tina Church told me she has advised everybody that I named in my Minnesota case to file restraining orders against me.

Tina Church is blackmailing the City of East Grand Forks because she has officers on tape and she can prove they conspired with her, REDACTED REDACTED, and others against me in private.

After I filed my Motion to Vacate in Minnesota, a publishing agent and law client of REDACTED REDACTED named William Murtaugh published an article that announced Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida, who too is a law client of REDACTED REDACTED, had petitioned a Florida court for a “stalking” order against me and showed screenshots.

REDACTED REDACTED is using her friends, and law clients, to file bogus court actions and publish articles that say Timothy Holmseth needs to be investigated for the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton Florida, and REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED, Fort Lauderdale, Florida are conspiring against my rights in a ‘restraining order’ scheme, which utilizes Florida state courts, to subvert my First and Second Amendment rights.

Thomas Olsen is a convicted felon from Milton, Florida. Thomas Olsen is a personal friend of REDACTED REDACTED (she bailed him out of jail when he stole money, a car, and a gun) in Santa Rosa County, Florida. REDACTED REDACTED is also Thomas Olsen’s lawyer. REDACTED REDACTED is a licensed divorce attorney in Florida (no criminal law license).

REDACTED REDACTED and Thomas Olsen are BOTH named in my Affidavit supporting my Motion to Vacate (Court File Number 60-FA-13-468) that I filed on September 24, 2017 in the 9th Minnesota District Family Court, which is set for hearing on September 13, 2017.

The Motion I filed in the Minnesota court details facts that show how REDACTED REDACTED, a civil divorce attorney, (fraudulently) obtained a domestic violence protection order against me in a Broward County Divorce Court (DVCE) in 2011, despite my never having met her in person (much less being married to her).

The Order for Protection against Domestic Violence ordered by the Florida Divorce Judge in 2011 required me to retroactively remove everything from the Web that I ever wrote about REDACTED REDACTED – and ordered that I never write about her again.

My recent Motion is filed in the Minnesota ‘Family’ Division because in 2009, after I interviewed REDACTED REDACTED and her staff about her involvement in a kidnapping investigation that involved REDACTED REDACTED possessing child rape pornography of the missing child, she and her agents began contacting my three year-old son’s mother, REDACTED, and encouraging her to file motions against me in Minnesota Family Court. It was an improper/illegal way to gain Venue against me and my publication in a court – through a ‘Best Interest of the Child’ scheme.

I was not able to attend the Florida protection order hearing in 2011 because I was warned by REDACTED REDACTED’s private investigator, William Staubs, that I would be murdered my “mob boys” if I showed up. I reported the death threat to East Grand Forks Police Department Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek who took no action whatsoever.

The EGFPD has willfully and deliberately withheld evidence from me that I would have used at the time of trial(s).

I would not be in this position if it were not for the misconduct and illegal actions committed in an individual capacity against me by Rodney Hajicek at the EGFPD.

Each new out-of-state protection/harassment order against me is being used to piggy-back new ones by new petitioners and are going to be continuously filed until I appear to be a criminal.

The EGFPD refuses to investigate any crimes against me which include threatening telephone calls from people using telephone numbers of Former President Bill (and Hillary) Clinton (Clinton Global), President Donald Trump (Trump Organization, Mar-A-Lago Resort, Doral Resort), and many others, as well as voice changer messages that threaten my grandchild is going to be taken.

There is Federal Question concerning multiple areas of this illegal scheme against me that involves persons in several states.

I humbly request the U.S. Court allow me to obtain relief.

Florida Sheriff Jeff Hardy named in Minnesota court Motion regarding HaLeigh Cummings filed three days before Hardy was arrested

Could it be the HaLeigh Cummings case is coming back to haunt former Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy?

Hardy was the sheriff in Putnam County, Florida when HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing in 2009. He did not run for re-election last year and was replaced by Gator DeLoach.

On Monday, July 28, 2017 Hardy was arrested in Florida on suspicion of DUI.

Interesting…

It appears Hardy has lost his favorable status with the good ole boys in Florida.

Hardy may have more troubles than just the Florida DUI.

On July 24, 2017, I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) filed a 214 page Motion to Vacate, Affidavit/Statement, and Exhibits with the 9th Minnesota District Court in Polk County, Minnesota.

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child REDACTED; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.  

One exhibit supporting the Motion was an email I sent to former Sheriff Jeff Hardy, Minneapolis FBI Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, and former Putnam County Director of Law Enforcement Gary Bowling in July, 2011.

And now…

The true facts surrounding the entire case appear to show a criminal conspiracy has existed between Florida law enforcement, Minnesota law enforcement, and a private corporation from Indiana called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. to frame me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) for the kidnapping, rape, child porn production, and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Here’s the fact-pattern.

The July, 2011 email to Hardy details a bizarre event that involved an Indiana private investigator, Tina Church, who called the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and reported that I “Timothy Holmseth” had just told her I had “HaLeigh Cummings” in my home.

Here’s how that went down.

On July 26, 2011 Tina Church had telephoned me with a very strange little person named Levi Page on a conference line, and the two began acting as if they were law enforcement investigators. The two were brow-beating me about the fact I took the position the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was alive.

“Well, if you say she’s alive, where is she? You seem to be having a lot of information about this little girl. So maybe people need to be looking at you that maybe you have HaLeigh Cummings,” Church said.

Only a few minutes later, Church casually said to Page, “Well, we just need to let the authorities know that Timothy Holmseth knows where that little girl is at.”

Page promptly replied to Church that he was going to call Dominic Piscitello, Chief of Investigations, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. “I’ll call Dominic Piscitello and let him know what Timothy said and if it’s false he can be charged with Obstruction of Justice and Impeding and Investigation,” Page said.

I had not said anything whatsoever about having HaLeigh Cummings.

Very compelling evidence now suggests Church and Page were actually acting as agents of law enforcement – something both State of Florida and State of Minnesota are now on the hook for.

The email Exhibit reads:

“Suddenly (as if it were planned in advance) at the end of the call, both Page and Church suddenly started claiming that I had just told them I know the whereabouts of the missing child, HaLeigh Cummings. They both quickly agreed they should both call law enforcement and file a report that Timothy Holmseth said he knows where HaLeigh Cummings is located. It was a strange set-up of sorts. Page said he was going to call Captain Dominic Piscitello at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office,” Holmseth told Hardy.

“Before I was able to send this email somebody had telephoned the East Grand Forks Police Department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings. Officer’s #73 and #75 came to my apartment and asked if I had the little girl. I showed the officers this email that was still on my computer screen because I was composing it when they came,” Holmseth told Hardy.

The police report filed with the EGFPD names Tina Church as the caller and identifies her as an “Investigator from Indiana” which means she called in an official capacity.

It’s also clear Sheriff Hardy received my email complaint about Church and Page because I received a profanity laced scream-shout call from Page

In 2016, Church telephoned me and said she did not make the false police report. She said she was impersonated by a Florida woman with Levi Page on a third line. She said she has a tape recording of the false police report being made by the Florida woman.

The crime has been reported to both the EGFPD (Minnesota) and Mishawaka Police Department (Indiana) but no actions appear to have been taken. The EGFPD was given recordings of Church’s claims that she did not make the false police report but no action has been taken.

There’s a reason.

The law enforcement agencies are being blackmailed.

Church says she talked to the EGFPD on many occasions when they ‘called her’ to discuss me and my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings.

That’s right.

And…

Facts show the EGFPD was involved in a conspiracy to frame me that had been in place since 2009.

Exhibits supporting my Motion prove that in July, 2099, EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek used his private Gmail account to conspire with Nancy Grace’s fake journalist Art Harris, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, to shut down my publication and have me arrested.

The Hajicek emails show they were worried because the FBI received a 22-page report I authored and had begun following leads I gave them regarding photographs of HaLeigh in Florida. “He’s got to be stopped,” Harris said to Hajicek in a secret email.

Hajicek and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth hid the records so I would not know about them and could not use them in my defense as I was dragged in and out of court for years.

After learning I filed a Motion to the court, Tina Church telephoned me and said she called and talked to the judge – Honorable Tamara Yon.

Church said she was giving me an “opportunity” to withdraw my court filing.

Tina Church, a private investigator from Indiana that called a Minnesota police department and falsely reported that a local journalist had just told her he had a kidnapped child in his home has now made a new claim.

She says she telephoned Minnesota District Judge Tamara Yon and spoke with her about me (Timothy Charles Holmseth).

Church has telephoned me several times in the past few days and told me she has been telephoning prosecutors in Minnesota including Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad.

Church said she put Galstad on notice that the City of EGF shall either detain me and involuntarily commit me into a mental institution or her lawyers from “Chicago” will file a lawsuit against the City.

Church filed a false report to the East Grand Forks Police Department in 2011 regarding the whereabouts of a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings. In 2016, Church telephoned me and told me she was impersonated on the police report by a woman from Florida (along with a man from Dover, Tennessee named Levi Page). She said she had a recording of the false police report being made.

Statements, recordings, and police records show Church and her group were in extensive and secret communications with law enforcement amidst a plan to frame me for kidnapping, rape, child porn production, and/or murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Evidence strongly suggests that Church has recordings of corrupt Minnesota police and government officials and is blackmailing police and prosecutors in effort to have me kidnapped off the street and placed in a psychiatric ward.

Tina Church, the embattled PI from Indiana that filed a false police report to a Minnesota police department regarding the whereabouts of a kidnapped child has now made a very shocking claim.

Church telephoned me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) tonight and said she has been in communication with East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad about me.

Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc, said she has advised the City of East Grand Forks that her high-power attorney from “Chicago” is going to file a lawsuit against the City of EGF if I am not arrested and placed in a mental institution.

Church’s statement was recorded.

Church blatantly boasted committing an act of interstate criminal extortion, which also violates 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights.

In an earlier telephone call today, Church told me she was going to call the judge that oversees a court filing I made last week.

“You bit off a little bit more than you can chew this time buddy,” Church said.

Church said, in her second call of the night, that she contacted the court and said the judge does not like me.

Church claims she works for the federal courts; says she has a very powerful son who is a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Air Force; claims she talks to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Fork City Attorney Ronald Galstad; claims she provides investigative information to the East Grand Forks Police Department off the record; and told a HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping witness that she worked the “JonBenet Ramsey” case.

Church statements tonight support the fact pattern set forth in my court motion.

It appears Church has tape recorded Polk County judicial officials and police officers during off-the-record conspiratorial conversations, and is blackmailing and extorting government officials.

Church’s bizarre statements about me being institutionalized against my will are consistent with telephonic threats I have received by persons that call with voice changers using telephone numbers of President Donald Trump, Clinton Global, CNN, and others. The callers tell ne I will placed in an institution to “live a life of hell”.

It is consistnet with an I-Petition posted online which is headlined “East Grand Forks, Minnesota: Please involuntarily commit Timothy Holmseth to a mental institution!” which is signed by Church and others named in my court motion.

Documents prove Attorney Widseth and Lt. Rodney Hajicek criminally conspired with Church’s group to willfully interfere with an FBI investigation into the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, which includes rape pornography of the little girl that the EGFPD, Minnesota Pine to Praire Gang and Drug Task Force, and Polk County Sheriff’s Office kept from the FBI.

CNN journalist for Nancy Grace filmed naked photos of raped missing child

Art Harris, former CNN journalist and correspondent to Nancy Grace, filmed naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings, a missing child that was raped.

William Staubs, Case Closed Inc., said he and others saw Harris put the photos up an easel in his motel room and film them.

And…

Secret emails from the Gmail account of the ranking detective at the East Grand Forks Police Department in Polk County, Minnesota, reveal the Minnesota police did not want the kidnappers and pornographers to get caught.

Records show the East Grand Forks Police secretly conspired with Harris to suppress the publication of a local investigative journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth (me), because the FBI in Florida was acting on information from Holmseth that was leading to the porn.

On July 10, 2009 Lt. Rodney Hajicek exchanged emails with CNN Harris via Hajicek’s private Gmail account, as the two men discussed how they could possibly have the Polk County Attorney’s office arrest Holmseth.

“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

But it wasn’t absurd.

CHILD RAPE PORNOGRAPHY – EXISTENCE

Donald Knop, who was a legal assistant for a Florida law office during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation in 2009, told Holmseth about the photographs, which he said were handed to him by the attorney that employed him.

Holmseth was also told about soft porn photo shoots of the little girl by other witnesses, as well. The following is a limited excerpt from discussions Holmseth had about the photos.

(HOLMSETH) Does it have anything to do with the photos of HaLeigh’s vagina that you have?

(KNOP) I don’t know. I don’t know that REDACTED knows I have that. But I’ve just, through working in corporate America, I’ve learned, I keep copies of everything that I’m asked to copy, that way when its alleged that I did something or didn’t do it, and more times than not, when it comes later, hey we didn’t get those copies can you sent it again, I have a copy to just fire off right off hand and I don’t have to go through the whole food chain to get them again you know.

THE CHILD PORN WAS PLACED ON A CD

Knop said he was told by his employer to place the photos on a CD. He said he was told to give the CD to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner.

But…

Knop gave the CD to DCF Warner after business hours in a gas station parking lot, and the pictures were never turned over to Warner’s supervisor or law enforcement.

The following is an excerpt from a three-way conversation between William Staubs, Case Closed Inc. Knop, and Holmseth.

(HOLMSETH) – Don – Don – where were you at when you handed that disc to Bonnie Warner?

(KNOP) – I was in a gas station parking lot. I wanted to say it was the BP. Yeah, it was that BP you know Bill, that’s across from where the red house was.

(WILLIAM STAUBS) – Yeah, yeah

(KNOP) – Because she was ending her day and I was getting into town late so we just met

(WILLIAM STAUBS) – Okay

(HOLMSETH) – You just met by accident or was it arranged?

(KNOP) – No we arranged to meet because she was expecting it and that’s when I was told there was some deadline they were having some meeting they had some final decision – I arranged to meet with her and it turned out it wasn’t that day it was the next day in the morning and then it turns out who knows if that damn thing even happened.

There was no meeting.

And…

THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE FOR THE FBI AND CIA

Evidence shows the child pornography of HaLeigh was produced by a career child molester named John Regan, an alleged human sex trafficker for the FBI and CIA, and was being passed around in an underground.

John Regan – The “Undercover Pedophile for the FBI”

William Staubs was the private investigator hired by the Florida law office that worked for the missing child’s mother’s legal team.

Staubs talked to Donald Knop about where the photos originated. The following is an excerpt from the telephone call recorded by Holmseth.

WILLIAM STAUBS: “Here’s the excuse – here’s what she told me happened with the photographs. She got all the photographs from Wayanne (Kruger) and, from, she put Wayanne’s name in there and you (Donald Knop), you got them from Wayanne, who got them Marie (Griffis), and all this tangled Web of shit. Then she told me she got them from Marie.”

However…

Knop told Holmseth he saw a man named Jeremiah Regan arrive at a motel room with the photos. Jeremiah Regan is the son of John Regan, Hastings, Florida. John Regan dressed as a pastor and told searchers during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation that he was an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.

During a fake search for HaLeigh Cummings in rural San Mateo, Florida on March 22, 2009, John Regan told Judy Lucia, Interlachen, Florida, that he was an FBI agent.

Knop and Wayanne Kruger told Holmseth that John Regan claimed he was a CIA agent.

Rev. Richard Grund, a case witness in the Casey Anthony murder case, told Holmseth that John Regan boasted that he impersonated a police officer at the Jacksonville airport by flashing his “chaplains’ badge”.

Holmseth was interviewed by the FBI in 2010. Holmseth asked FBI special agent A.J. Eilerman why they would have planted evidence at San Mateo. Eilerman replied, “So people will stop looking for her.”

Records obtained by Holmseth reveal John Regan is a convicted pedophile.

DCF SOCIAL WORKR ADMITS SHE RECEIVED THE PHTOSO AND NEVER GAVE THEM TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OR HER SUPERVISOR

Staubs telephoned DCF Warner at her home, after hours, and she readily discussed the HaLeigh Cummings case. The following is an excerpt from that conversation, which was recorded by Holmseth.

(WARNER) Oh my gosh I do have those I haven’t even seen them.

(STAUBS) Well good God almighty then that’s why they trying to rope you off in this and here’s why – they allegedly Photoshopped these dammed pictures and sent them to you so that you would give them to your boss man and have an unfavorable ruling against Ronald.

(WARNER) No – the pictures…

(STAUBS) Well this is on a CD honey…

(WARNER) It’s on a CD but those were the pictures they couldn’t send to my supervisor and they ended up sending them to another PI Kevin Coleman and – and he brought the stuff in and it was late in the game and they didn’t even – I don’t think they even saw them.

(STAUBS) Well that’s cool but somebody met you on the side of the road at a gas station

SCUMBAG CNN JOURNALIST PHOTOGRAPHED THE RAPE PORN

“Now, Art took them, pinned them, I don’t know if these were little five by eight glossies, or if these were on a sheet that were already printed out on paper, photocopy paper, or how these photographs looked, but he had an easel I guess set up in his room and he set that easel up down in one of them rooms down at the hotel. She was very emphatic with her details so anytime somebody get empathic about something stupid like this I’m thinking okay there setting it up. So he puts all these pictures on his easel and he takes his cameras which is the exact same camera that I have and he films each one of them. He films all of them okay? Then he’s got them locked into his camera and he sends them to get done or whatever and then he also took some still copies with him – some copies of those copies – but he already had them locked in his camera that were pinned on the easel – then they got all their pictures back.”

Polk County, Minnesota child kidnapping cover-up reaches highest levels of United States government

Is the primary mission of the entire judicial community in Polk County, Minnesota to perpetually protect itself from federal prosecution after decades of criminal corruption and rights violations?

It appears the Minnesota county may actually be that far gone.

Black Operations by members of Polk County law enforcement and task force agents are surfacing, and reveal the State of Minnesota and its official seal are being used to advance federal crimes against children.

One horror story (out of the many) out of Polk County involves a child that was reported missing from her Florida home in February, 2009 and has never been found. The little girl, HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was reported missing on February 10, 2009 and her whereabouts is being sought by the FBI.

Evidence shows the police in East Grand Forks and others across the judicial community including Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad,  are up to their eyeballs in covering up the kidnapping, which involves child rape pornography that was created of the little kindergartner.

Evidence implicating police and attorneys in Polk County, Minnesota are so abundant it’s difficult to find a starting line for a discussion. We’ll start with a false police report that was made about the whereabouts of the missing little girl.

On July 26, 2011 the police in East Grand Forks received a call from am “Investigator” from “Indiana” using the name “Tina Church” who claimed “Timothy Holmseth” just told her he had the missing child named “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home.

Of course – the police report was false.

But…

Rest assured…the 2011 false police report against me came as no shock whatsoever to the EGFPD.

The onslaught of attacks upon me had begun two years prior in 2009 when the EGFPD received a barrage of police reports from out-of-state actors that were angry about my journalism regarding the missing child.

Is it possible the ‘crack detectives’ at the EGFPD and Polk County Sheriff’s Office didn’t realize the people calling in the complaints were the very people that had kidnapped the little girl?

No…nobody could be that damn stupid.

As you are going to see, Polk County law enforcement already knew that the people calling the police were the kidnappers – and the police were actively helping to cover it up. You will also see this involves perverts from inside the Deep State Shadow Government that use rogue FBI and CIA to kidnap and traffic children.

Let’s begin by taking a closer look at the July, 2011 call to the EGFPD by Tina Church about me having HaLeigh Cummings.

The police possess a report and audio statements that reveals:

1. The caller that made the false police report was NOT Tina Church
2. The caller was NOT an investigator
3. The caller was NOT from Indiana
4. The caller was NOT alone on the telephone because there was more than one person on the line

Try to imagine what would have happened if someone had made a false police report against a local Minnesota journalist – reporting the journalist had just claimed to have Dru Sjodin or Jacob Wetterling in his home.

Can you imagine the media firestorm?

What is so different about HaLeigh Cummings?

I’ll tell you.

HaLeigh was kidnapped by Deep State operative running an organized pedophile network that involves pervs in the Minnesota (and North Dakota) judicial community.

I’m going to show you something else the EGFPD now knows for sure about that false police report.

It has now been revealed the caller that falsley claimed to be Tina Church is a self-professed psychic from Florida that has an extensive history of nefarious involvement with missing person and murder cases. The new information the police possess is nothing short of astonishing because it leads to FBI and CIA being involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

In 2016, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Mishawaka, Indiana, telephoned me and said the call to the police was actually made by a woman from Florida who claims to be a psychic.

Church also says she has a recording of the call that she can play to the police.

The name of the ‘psychic’ from Florida is being redacted but can be obtained from Michael Hedlund, chief of police, EGFPD or Captain John Greenwood, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. .

On May 17, 2017 I delivered audios of Tina Church to the East Grand Forks Police Department and filed a formal police report. Here is some of what the police heard in the audios. Remember – this fake report involves a missing person actively being sought by the FBI.

“I have a tape that confirms it was not me who made that report against you with the police. It was [REDACTED] acting as me with Levi Page,” Church said.

“[REDACTED] told me herself a long time ago that she was bi-polar and at one time she had a heavy drinking problem,” Church said.

“[REDACTED] thinks she’s a psychic. She’s not. She’s a very troubled person. She lived in Indiana in South Bend. I met her about 20 years ago. She interjects herself into every case of a missing person or a murder that you can possibly think of,” Church said.

“The older people at the South Bend Police Department would know who she is,” Church said.

You will note Tina Church said she’s known [REDACTED] for 20 years. That’s right – Tina Church and [REDACTED] knew each other for a long time – and it was no accident [REDACTED] made that telephone call to the police with Levi Page and identified herself as Tina Church.

I’ll show you why.

Let’s take a look at what [REDACTED] said in her LinkedIn business bio profile.

“I am available for private readings by appointment only. I have worked on missing persons cases and murders. A 20 year old case I have worked was finally solved one month ago with the arrest of the man I told them killed the female 20 years ago. I have worked on this case along with prosecutors office, police and private investigators. The reason it took so long to make an arrest is because the police had tunnel vision for someone else,” she said.

Now, let’s take a look at how Levi Page identified himself in his online bio.

BlogTalkRadio blog – Featured Host: Criminal Investigator Levi Page – Levi, 34, says his eponymous show wouldn’t be what it is today without criminal profiler Pat Brown —also a BlogTalkRadio host—who helps get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show. Former CNN reporter Art Harris, now freelance journalist, also assists in providing updates and details on cases.

In July, 2015 the EGFPD inadvertantly discovered Levi Page, who stated in his bio he was 34 years-old, was actually only 25.

[REDACTED] and Levi Page are charlatans that created bogus credentials to explain their involvement in missing children cases.

[REDACTED] and Levi Page were both associates of Specialized investigative Consultants, Inc. when they called the East Grand Forks Police about the missing child. They were operatives that regularly executed illegal actions and then ‘reported’ to Church. That was their regular job and function.

Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek (a.k.a. Jerry Sandusky Jr.) and Chief Michael Hedlund don’t want this to be known because it will all lead back to the EGFPD and Polk County Attorney’s involvement in the kidnapping cover-up.

This is a very serious federal issue that goes to the highest levels of the United States government including the FBI and CIA.

I’ll show you why I mention those agencies.

[REDACTED] telephoned me years ago and claimed she knew what happened to HaLeigh Cummings.  She told me she had a ‘psychic vision’ of HaLeigh being raped and murdered in a van and then thrown out the window into a ditch.

Of course – [REDACTED] was simply spreading disinformation to advance the agenda of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., which I am going to show you.

[REDACTED] told me she had a meeting with Peggy Cone, lead detective, HaLeigh Task Force, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, after HaLeigh vanished. She said she told Cone of her psychic visions. Of course, the average person following that national profile kidnapping on television would have fallen of their damned chair if they found out the lead detective was utilizing valuable investigative time by sitting around with a self-professed local psychic.

Det. Cone was let go from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (because she was a dirty cop just like Hajicek at the EGFPD) because her communications and activities with the group became too big of a problem to overcome.

I learned during interviews that [REDACTED] was part of a group that was planting evidence and publishing false information about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping shortly after it happened.

I interviewed Donald Knop, a legal assistant at a Florida law office that was involved in the HaLeigh Cummings case. Knop said his boss directed him to go for a ride with [REDACTED]. During their ride down rural roads [REDACTED] told Knop she was getting ‘visions’ that HaLeigh was thrown in a ditch near San Mateo, Florida. As you are going to see, they were very convenient visions that streamlined with a plan by the larger group to conduct a fake search at a staged crime scene to find evidence that created the appearance HaLeigh was dead.

Now…watch me put my money where my mouth is.

I authored a 20-page report for the FBI in 2009, which detailed a fake search conducted at San Mateo, Florida where planted evidence was found that included a ‘bloody glove’ and items that personally belonged to HaLeigh.

Do you think my information was solid?

You better believe it.

Minneapolis FBI special agent A.J. Eilerman, as well as Major Gary Bowling, who was the Director or Law Enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office when the child vanished, both told me they knew the search was staged and the evidence was planted.

Agent Eilerman told me the reason the people planted the evidence was because they wanted everyone to “stop looking for her”. Major Bowling told me the police knew they had “sprinkled” evidence around.

Essentially, the fake private search at San Mateo was conducted, based upon a fake ‘tip’ the Florida law office received from a fake ‘psychic’.

But it gets much worse.

THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE FOR THE FBI

John Regan (the undercover pedophile) went to beaches and photographed children under the name ‘onenoreast’. I am showing two out of scores of screenshots I made of his website. John Regan is dressed as a pastor in the photo to the far right. Also in the picture is his son, Jeremiah Regan. Jeremiah Regan is holding the hand of Crystal Sheffield, the mother of HaLeigh Cummings. Also in the photo is Author Wayanne Kruger. Kruger said John Regan is a serial child rapist. She said the pedophile operation sells children through the U.S. Embassy to purchasers in Belgium. She said John Regan is an instrumental part of the scheme using his role as a pastor.

The fake search was overseen by John Regan, Hastings, Florida, Regan regularly dressed as a pastor and said he was an undercover FBI agent (he also said he was CIA).

Regan told people he was an ‘undercover pedophile’ for the FBI. He said he went undercover as a pervert to catch other perverts.

I reported ALL OF THAT to the FBI in June and July of 2009.

Now watch what happened to me for doing it.

Immediately after I began assisting the FBI, Lt. Rod Hajicek, EGFPD, who was already communicating with the aforementioned Florida law office, began secretly communicating with former CNN journalist Art Harris via his (Hajicek’s) private Gmail account where they discussed concerns the FBI in Florida was acting on my leads.

The East Grand Forks police took an interest in interfering with an FBI investigation.

Hajicek secretly solicited assistance from the Polk County Attorney’s office regarding the Timothy Holmseth problem. Hajicek gave the County Attorney the 20-page report I authored for the FBI and asked if there was anything they could do to stop me.

The secret records never came up in a public records request to the East Grand Forks Police; but were produced by Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Donald Knop told me the Florida law office had child rape photos of HaLeigh Cummings and he personally handed them to his boss – an attorney.

The law enforcement community in Polk County, Minnesota is hopelessly compromised and cannot be trusted in the administration of justice.

Minnesota police department receives powerful evidence regarding missing child from Florida

Indiana Attorney General and State of Florida reportedly involved in investigation

An Indiana private investigator that says she was impersonated during a police report to the East Grand Forks police says the Indiana Attorney General, Indiana Licensing Board, and Florida Licensing Board is involved.

The bogus police report was regarding a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings who is presently being sought by the FBI.

The East Grand Forks Police Department has now received evidence that multiple members of an Indiana corporation conspired to file the false police report to the EGFPD.

And – the devil is in the details.

On July 26, 2011 somebody called the EGFPD, identified herself as an “investigator” from “Indiana” named “Tina Church” and claimed “Timothy Holmseth” had just told her he had a missing child named “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home.

It was a planned lie to send police to Holmseth’s home and generate a record.

The evidence turned over today is recordings of Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana. Church on the telephone stating she did not make the police report on July 26, 2011 attributed to her.

But she says she knows who did and says she has a tape of the call being made. Church states she was impersonated by a woman from Florida named [REDACTED PER COURT ORDER] who made the call along with Levi Page, Tennessee – both associates of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.

Page is already in the records of the EGFPD after the Department briefly looked into his involvement with publishing sexual stories about Holmseth’s children, along with threatening videos that warned Holmseth he must remove all of his websites or face dire consequences. Some of the threatening calls were placed by telephone numbers from the “Trump Organization” “Clinton Global” “Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi” “New Jersey Governor Christ Christie” and others.

The callers spoke into a voice changer and said he was “The Deep State”.

Statements by Church reveal there was a covert operation to build up a story that Timothy Holmseth was a pedophile that had :life-sized posters” of the missing child in his home.

There is a plethora of evidence to support Church’s claims about private calls with police where she said Holmseth’s “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings was discussed. .

Timothy Holmseth originally attempted to provide the new audio evidence to EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund, due to assertions by Church that she communicated with officers of Hedlund’s police department about Holmseth on other occasions, which made the issue a matter of Internal Affairs.

Hedlund instructed Holmseth to come to the Department and file a report, which Holmseth did today.

Holmseth also previously contacted Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and asked to meet with him to turn the evidence over but Widseth did not reply.

There is a reason.

There is very disturbing evidence that the EGFPD and Polk County Attorney conspired with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. to silence Holmseth after he (Holmseth) began assisting the FBI in 2009 regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping. .

56 pages of documents that included private emails between EGFPD Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek (on his personal Gmail account) and former CNN journalist Art Harris contained a 20 page report Holmseth provided the FBI. The 56 pages did not turn up in a records request to the EGFPD but were turned over by the Polk County Attorney.

56 pages of secret emails and FBI records were secretly daisy-chained from a CNN journalist involved in a child kidnapping and child porn case, to Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. The secret documents and private emails reveal Polk County and East Grand Forks law enforcement possessed a 20 page FBI report and privately discussed that Timothy Charles Holmseth needed to be “stopped” because the Florida FBI was acting on information from him that was leading to photographs of HaLeigh Cummings. The FBI document NAMED and INCRIMINATED the VERY PEOPLE that the Minnesota police and County Attorney were secretly helping

In one email, Harris advises Hajicek the FBI in Florida is acting on Holmseth’s information and tells Hajicek he needs to be “stopped”.

Hajicek noted in a suspicious police report that he hand-delivered the 56 pages to Widseth to see if there was anything that could be done about Timothy Holmseth’s “obsession” with the missing child.

Holmseth was formally interviewed by the FBI in 2010.

Holmseth obtained evidence that child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings was created and in the secret possession of a Florida attorney associated with Specialized investigative Consultants, Inc.

Holmseth also obtained evidence that strongly suggests HaLeigh Cummings was transported across state line by Tina Church and her group.

Holmseth directly alleges that select officers at the EGFPD illegally conspired with the child traffickers at Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc to conceal the whereabouts and welfare status of the kidnapped child.

Holmseth has also reported this information to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Florida; Mishawaka Indiana Police Department; Nashville Metro Police; Dover Tennessee Police Department.
