An email from Drew Evans, the superintendent of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) appears to show a prosecuting attorney in Polk County, Minnesota deliberately committed perjury to hide evidence of child pornography of a missing child.

The case surrounds a court ordered search and seizure warrant obtained for the computer hard-drive of former award winning news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth, which was carried out on December 14, 2012 by the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force and East Grand Forks Police Department.
Holmseth, 50, East Grand Forks, was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI in 2010 and featured on television after he stumbled upon evidence that an organized group had kidnapped a five year-old girl from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings and created child pornography of the child.
Evidence shows Holmseth’s discoveries upset people at vey high levels of the government and on December 14, 2014 he was raided by armed officers wearing bullet proof vests.
The search warrant was fabricated to make Holmseth look like a drug dealer so the police could get a hold of his computer.
Court transcripts show that on January 4, 2013 Ronald Galstad, the city attorney for East Grand Forks, Minnesota told Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon the prosecution was working with the Minnesota BCA to conduct a forensic search of Holmseth’s hard-drive.
“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that,” Attorney Galstad told the court according to transcripts.
Galstad was lying.
According to Superintendent Drew Evans at the BCA the Minnesota crime lab had no knowledge whatsoever that a raid was being conducted on Holmseth and the BCA had never been asked to perform a forensic search.
There is no escaping the fact the police were impersonating a BCA investigation because much of Holmseth’s property was covered with BCA evidence stickers.
Holmseth communicated by email with Superintendent Drew Evans and Jill Oliveira, the public information officer. “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case,” Oliveira said. “We were not requested to conduct a forensic examination of your computer,” Evans said.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office records show Sgt. Michael Norland was asked to search Holmseth’s computer in April, 2013. “I looked through the computer and did not find anything that would show illegal activity on the computer,” Norland said.
Holmseth eventually learned the police had been told by operatives of an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc to look for the child porn of HaLeigh Cummings on Holmseth’s computer – erroneously believing he been sent copies.
EGFPD records show Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, called in a false police report about Holmseth on July 26, 2011. Church told police Holmseth had just told her he had “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home.
Records and the fact pattern show Specialized Investigative Consultants, EGFPD, the Pine to Prairie task force, and Galstad were developing a frame up of Holmseth that would rival the case of Steven Avery in the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’.
Holmseth was coerced into withdrawing his BAR complaint against Galstad before his property was returned by court order on April 26, 2013. When returned the hard-drive had been rendered inoperable by the police, which marooned Holmseth’s investigative files for years.
In 2017, Holmseth recovered his audio interviews that revealed the details of an international child sex trafficking operation by individuals that said they were with the FBI and CIA. Holmseth submitted the files to the Polk County Court and on December 13, 2017 Judge Tamara Yon granted Holmseth’s Motion to Vacate and described the audio as “significant evidence”.
Holmseth was arrested by the EGFPD in February of 2018 for alleging publishing the court files which, according to Galstad, violates a restraining order issued against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida by a person he never met.
Attorney Steven S. Biss, a trial attorney that represents Holmseth in a multi-million dollar federal defamation lawsuit filed in Virginia said the Broward Court had no personal jurisdiction over Holmseth, a Minnesota resident, and the order violates the First Amendment.
Holmseth’s 33 page complaint with exhibits was filed today to Attorney Kip Fontaine and Minnesota Chief Public Defender Kristine Kolar.
Holmseth asserts his public defender, Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group, is violating Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct by not reporting Galstad to the proper authorities.

An organized transnational crime syndicate that traffics children across national land borders and overseas on international flights has been linked to Polk County, Minnesota.
Key evidence comes from Drew Evans, superintendant, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) – the agency that operates the State’s forensic crime lab.

The crime syndicate involves Ronald Galstad, the attorney for the City of East Grand Forks and Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, an officer for the East Grand Forks Police who is also the commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force.
EARLY DAYS
The fact something was amiss initially became visible in 2013 when the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) flatly rejected a claim by East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad that the BCA was assisting the police with an operation to search the computer of a journalist and FBI witness from East Grand Forks named Timothy Holmseth.

Galstad is an attorney with Galstad Jensen and McCann and contracts with the City of EGF to prosecute crimes alleged by the local police.
Galstad falsely claimed an association with the BCA during a court hearing on January 4, 2013 at the courthouse in Polk County. Galstad told Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon he and the police were working with the BCA regarding Holmseth’s computer which had been seized by the Pine to Prairie Task Force on December 14, 2012.
Holmseth was/is a local journalist that had conducted hours of interviews with key figures in a national profile kidnapping case involving a missing five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings who vanished in 2009. Holmseth was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI on several occasions and deemed a credible witness.
However – emails from 2009 show Lt. Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD, was secretly communicating with a CNN journalist named Art Harris regarding Holmseth. Emails from Hajicek’s private Gmail account show the two men were discussing how Holmseth could be “stopped” after they learned the FBI in Florida was using information Holmseth obtained and turned over to the feds.
Holmseth had been told, during telephonic interview, the minute details of an international child sex trafficking and baby sales operation that was staging out of Broward County, Florida. He was also told that a lawyer from Florida possessed child rape porn of HaLeigh Cummings.
Records show Galstad and the EGFPD obtained a search and seizure warrant from Minnesota District Judge Jeff Remick for Holmseth’s computer – but the warrant made no mention of the child porn. Rather, it was drafted to make Holmseth appear to be a drug dealer.
On January 4, 2013, Galstad told Judge Yon the police were coordinating with the BCA to have a forensic search done of the computer which already been in police custody for several weeks.
“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that,” court transcripts reveal.
Galstad was lying to the Judge.
And the proof he was lying comes from the superintendent of the BCA.
Drew Evans, superintendent, BCA, said the BCA played no role in the operation and knew nothing about it. “Mr. Holmseth – we were not asked to conduct a forensic examination of your computer,” Evans said in a 2013 email.
However, the Pine to Prairie Task Force commander, Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, had attached MDPS/BCA stickers to evidence seized from Holmseth.
Jill Oliveira, the public information officer for the MNDPS/BCA said, “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case”.
Galstad never carried through on requesting a second warrant for the BCA as he claimed he was going to do.
But – there was significant activity surrounding the computer.
Records from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office show Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland was asked to search Holmseth’s computer. “I looked through the computer and did not find anything that would show illegal activity on the computer,” Norland said.
EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund would eventually be asked for chain of custody records regarding Holmseth’s property. Hedlund admitted in a letter to Holmseth that no chain of custody documentation was kept.
Holmseth’s computer was ordered returned in April of 2013 but the police had rendered it inoperable – thus marooning all of Holmseth’s investigative files.
CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING – THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS
Evidence shows the police seized Holmseth’s computer because they were looking for the pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, which they believed had been sent to Holmseth. It was a gamble they lost that exposed their motive to cover-up an entire child sex trafficking operation.
The warrant signed by Judge Remick made no mention of child pornography, rather, created the appearance Holmseth was a drug dealer.
Information about the child porn was not included in the application for the warrant because Sgt. Schrage and Galstad did not want to reveal the identity of their source – because the source was the trafficker(s) that kidnapped, raped, and trafficked the little girl.
The conspirators were all connected to an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. Evidence shows members of the operation were in regular and secret back channel communications with Galstad and the EGFPD from 2009 through 2018.
MAKING A MURDERER
The plan was cynical and was intended to frame Holmseth for kidnapping, rape, production of child porn, and murder.
In 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, telephoned the EGFPD and falsely reported that Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his home. Police, including Sgt. Schrage, went to Holmseth’s home to search for the child and then filed a report.
Sgt. Schrage and other EGFPD officers subsequently filed police reports based upon alleged anonymous calls to the police reporting a strong smell of marijuana coming from Holmseth’s apartment door, which generated police reports that made Holmseth appear to be involved with drugs.
During this same time window Holmseth was accused of allowing child sex abuse in his home. Records from Grand Forks County Social Services ultimately revealed that not only was there no abuse – Holmseth and his children received a 100% perfect score for no signs of abuse. The case was closed with the signatures of a nine person child protection team that includes CPS, psychologist, doctor, police, sheriff.
Building on the false police and CPS reports… in 2011, a person that had been identified by a legal assistant in Florida as possessing child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, petitioned a Broward County domestic violence court for an Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence against Holmseth. ‘Repeat Violence’ is a Florida dating law that did not apply to Holmseth because he had no relationship with Petitioner and had not been to Florida.
However – Judge Michael Kaplan in Broward County, Florida granted the Order in Holmseth’s absence which made it illegal for Holmseth to publish information and select names regarding what he learned about the missing child and an international trafficking operation.
Wayanne Kruger, a child victims advocate that traveled from Arizona to assist the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, told Holmseth during recorded interviews she was working with the Florida law office that allegedly possessed the child porn.
Kruger, who was the client and protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, provided Holmseth names, dates, methods, and tactics of a vast child trafficking and baby sales operation that moved children through the U.S. Embassy in New York and across the border into Mexican and Central America.

The operation involved operatives that dressed as clergy and identified themselves and CIA and FBI.
Kruger has been featured in People magazine, Washington Times, and other publications for her relationship with Allred and Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Kruger told Holmseth HaLeigh Cummings had been raped and was “hemorrhaging”.
HOLMSETH ARRESTED IN 2018
In 2017, Holmseth located back-up files of his interviews with all the members of trafficking operation including an attorney from Florida, Kruger, and Church.
In July, 2017 Holmseth submitted the damning audio evidence of child sex trafficking he recovered, in support of a Motion To Vacate he filed with the Minnesota court in Polk County. Judge Yon classified the audio as “significant evidence” from Holmseth’s “investigations” and ruled in his favor.
On February 19, 2018 the police in East Grand Forks arrested Holmseth for violating the Florida court order after Holmseth allegedly published the court records on the Web using You Tube.
Galstad is the prosecutor.
The person named as possessing child porn of HaLeigh Cummings is the ‘victim’.
Holmseth is presently represented by public defender Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group.
Holmseth is also presently the plaintiff in a federal lawsuit he filed through his trial attorney Steven S. Biss in Virginia.

ART HARRIS and NANCY GRACE
In 2009, Nancy Grace regularly aired former CNN journalists Art Harris, introducing him as an “Emmy Award” winning journalist that was on location in Florida covering the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
In the 90’s Harris was a member of an entire CNN team that won an Emmy for their coverage during the first Gulf War. However, Harris was thrown out of Iraq on his ear by the military after comprising the lives of U.S. Soldiers on the battlefield.
Harris is a paid operative of the ‘Shadow Government’.
During his coverage of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, Harris was a media blogger and troll being paid thousands of dollars by Crystal Sheffield’s (HaLeigh’s mother) legal team to publish false narratives about the kidnapping.
According to William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra), the South Florida bail bondsman and private investigator working for Sheffield’s team, Harris was paid nearly five-thousand dollars in cash when he arrived in Satsuma.
In 2009, I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) reported information to the Jacksonville FBI regarding a ‘pastor’ named John Regan. I learned during interviews that Regan told several people during the search for HaLeigh Cummings that he was an “undercover pedophile” working for the FBI to catch other pedophiles.
Harris was working alongside John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, which is evidenced in mainstream news reports at that time that show Harris and Jeremiah Regan being interviewed about the missing child case.
Wayanne Kruger, Sheffield’s victim’s advocate and media spokesperson, told me that John Regan told her the “FBI” already had HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being. She said when she tried to get out of the car to go tell the police, John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, would not let her out.
Kruger said Staubs later threatened her with a gun and Jeremiah Regan attempted to murder her with poison in a motel room.
Shortly after I contacted the FBI about the HaLeigh Cummings case, federal agents in Florida visited suspects they believed to be involved with manipulating photographs of the missing child.
Immediately after FBI agents began questioning suspects based upon my tips, Art Harris contacted the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) in Minnesota and began pressuring the police to arrest me.
Harris developed a significant relationship with Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD.
Email correspondences obtained from the Polk County Attorney’s Office reveal Hajicek was attempting to assist Harris in his bid to have me charged with a crime; asking Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth if there was anything I could be charged with.

There was great reason for Harris to be nervous about the FBI’s interest in the photographs and evidence I turned in.
The photographs the FBI was investigating were contained on a CD that had been given to a Florida DCF child protection social worker, Bonnie Warner. I captured Warner on tape discussing the CD with Staubs; she stated she received it but could not show it to her supervisor (Warner is part of a child sex trafficking ring).
As I continued to journalistically investigate the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, I acquired evidence that the CD given to Warner also contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings. The photos, which may have been taken after HaLeigh was reported, missing, depicted the child’s vagina that had been damaged by sexual assault.
Three years later the Shadow Government was still obsessed with me.
In 2012, the EGFPD and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force obtained a Search Warrant for my home-office. Agents conducted an armed raid wearing bullet proof vests and seized my computer, cameras, and data storage devices.
Police records show the Task Force had been in regular communications with Art Harris’ shadow government operatives and believed they were going to find copies of the naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings (which I never possessed) on my computer.
The police were eventually ordered by Judge Tamara Yon to return the seized property; an investigator with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office testified he searched the hard-drive and found ‘no sign of criminal activity’.
The EGFPD never contacted the FBI about the child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, which they knew existed. HLN and Grace have also never reported on the child pornography of the missing little girl.
The objective of the EGFPD was to assist Nancy Grace’s fake ‘reporter’ in a plot to frame me for the rape and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.
The stage for the ‘rape and murder’ frame-up had been set in advance by shadow government operatives Levi Page and Tina Church.
Page sometimes appeared on HLN’s program ‘Issues – with Jane Valez Mitchell’ but is now unemployable because his cover has been blown (Page is reportedly under investigation by the FBI regarding the Dylan Redwine murder case in Colorado).
Page and Church telephoned me on July 26, 2011and asked me bizarre sex-based question about a colleague of Harris.
Following the telephone call, Church called the EGFPD and falsely reported that I had just claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.
The overall objective of the EGFPD and HLN’’s operatives Harris and Page was to find the naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings on my hard-drive, and then connect it to the police incident report that made it appear I once claimed to have HaLeigh in my apartment.
If I had ever possessed those photographs, I would have been charged with possession of child pornography, rape, and murder.
The American public would have believed the HaLeigh Cummings mystery had been solved (just like the murder of Teresa Halbach).
The EGFPD and Task Force ruined my hard-drive before returning it as they attempted to destroy the media you are viewing and listening to in this article.
Nancy Grace is a fraud that only pretends to be concerned about missing children because they achieve ratings.

The arrest of Steven Avery for the murder of Teresa Halbach effectively stifled the $36 Million lawsuit filed by Avery against Manitowoc County for wrongful imprisonment.
The murder case against Steven Avery was a ‘Shadow Government’ operation.
The use of Shadow Government operations as a tool to terminate lawsuits is a regular occurrence in the United States.
The same tactic was used against a respected Georgia physician practicing in the State of Florida involved in bringing two lawsuits against the State of Florida.
THE BIZARRE CASE OF ALEC THOMAS HASH
In the spring of 2013, the teenage son of Dr. Mark T. Hash, abruptly fled the state of Florida and disappeared from the radar of shadow government operatives that were attempting to kidnap him.
Alec Thomas Hash, now an adult, remains in hiding.
The bizarre story of Alec Hash’s hurried flight from the state of Florida began after shadow government operatives failed in an attempt to frame and imprison his father.
ORIGINAL ATTEMPT TO FRAME DR. MARK T. HASH
In November, 2009, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) announced Dr. Hash was being charged with writing prescriptions for controlled substances with no medical necessity, a third-degree felony.
Initial press statements by the FDLE stated Dr. Hash came under investigation for allegations that he was prescribing Phendimetrazine to patients he had not initially examined at First Impressions weight loss clinic in Tallahassee.
The FDLE claimed their investigation revealed that initial examinations of new patients were being performed by non-licensed individuals who also provided them with Phendimetrazine with little to no supervision by the physician.
The illegal distribution of pharmaceuticals at the pill-mill was in fact occurring.
However, Dr. Hash had no knowledge of the illegal activities because it was a scam being run by the clinic’s owners who were using secretaries to dispense pills.
The first oddity of the criminal charges against Dr. Hash was that the truly involved participants admitted to law enforcement they used his credentials to acquire medication without his knowledge.
Dr. Hash pled not guilty, and the charges were eventually dropped, after Dr. Hash and his attorney proved he had no knowledge of the patients that were illegally receiving drugs from non-medical personnel.
However, the actual identity of the patients illegally receiving drugs at the clinic tells the true story.
Write Into Action learned that the prosecution of Dr. Hash was a failed ‘Shadow Government’ attempt to conceal the clientele list of the weight loss clinic Dr. Hash supervised.

SHADOW GOVERNMENT WITNESS INTIMIDATION OPERATION
Following (former) FDLE agent Matt Sears’ failed attempt to frame Dr. Hash; the physician found himself and his children under full-scale attack by shadow government operatives.
The shadow government operation involved the non-stop harassment and terrorization of the Hash family by sheriff’s deputies, police, government employees, and associates of the Tallahassee Police Department (TPD).
Dr. Hash filed a lawsuit against the FDLE.
Additionally, a federal civil rights lawsuit was filed against the TPD by his minor son, Alec Hash.
SHADOW GOVERNMENT KIDNAPPING OPERATION
The shadow government deployed a plan to seize physical custody of Dr. Hash’s minor son, Alec. The child would essentially be held hostage by the government, which would assure compliance by Dr. Hash.
The acquisition of the witness (Alec Hash) was to be accomplished by orchestrating ‘change of physical custody proceedings’ using shadow government lawyers and a shadow government judge.
The plan enjoyed guaranteed success because the fraudulent court motions were to be heard in front of shadow government judge Karen Gievers in Leon County, Florida.
Dr. Hash had long since been awarded sole physical custody of both his boys after their mother, Reschin Moore, had been institutionalized for episodes of psychosis, which involved highly documented incidents of Moore pulling out loaded guns in front of their children.
Court and hospital records show Moore posed a very serious threat to their two children and all guns in the Hash home were required to be in a locked safe where Moore could not access them.
The custody status of the Hash children was accepted; not challenged.
Court records, social security reports, police reports, as well as medical and mental health records, all show that the therapists and specialists treating Alec Hash strongly recommended he (nor his brother) not be alone with their mother.
The Hash boys had been in Dr. Hash’s safe physical custody for some ten years where they excelled and thrived – Alec Hash became an Eagle Scout.

Custody filings were orchestrated through shadow government operatives, including TPD victim’s advocate Melanie Tudor. Tudor contacted Moore; Moore had legal standing to make filings in the Florida Family Court regarding Alec Hash.
Completely dismissing and ignoring previous rulings and findings of a court from a different State, Gievers quickly granted an Order forbidding all contact between Dr. Hash and his son, and arranged for Alec Hash to be delivered to a shadow government operative; Guardian Ad Litem Elizabeth Willis.
Scholars and victims of shadow government operations believe if Alec Hash would have been taken into the custody of Willis, he would have met the grim fate of others such as Steven Avery murder case witness/convict Brendan Dassey; Jessica Ridgeway murder case witness/patsy Austin Reed Sigg; or even possibly slain Colorado teen Dylan Redwine.
ALEC HASH ESCAPES FLORIDA
In 2013, Alec Hash developed a plan to escape the jurisdiction of the Florida Family Court by simply traveling to Missouri and legally marrying his teenage girlfriend, which he did.
Despite Alec Hash being legally married and emancipated, Gievers would issue a juvenile pick-up order for him after he moved out of the State, which essentially rendered him a fugitive.
Documents obtained by Write Into Action show Willis filed a false police report to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), claiming Alec Hash was ‘missing’ after he moved.
Willis was lying to the police.
Willis told multiple lies to the LCSO, which included false claims that she and a shadow government operative/lawyer, Michael Dolce, had attempted to telephone Alec Hash; claiming to the LCSO that Alec would not answer his phone.
Willis’ claim about telephone calls was proven false though a complete examination of Alec Hash’s AT&T telephone records that show no such telephone call was ever made.
Willis lied to law enforcement so Alec Hash’s name would be entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.
The true facts are extremely disturbing.
Willis had actually been advised that Alec Hash was alive, well, and observed by police in Georgia sitting in the office of his attorney, Fredrick Jones.
Alec Hash had cleverly escaped the jurisdiction of the Florida Family Court as a married man.
Obsessed with acquiring the physical person of Alec Hash, Giever’s subsequently set forth an illegal order for the arrest of Dr. Mark T. Hash.
Gievers ordered Dr. Hash be held in jail until Alec Hash returned to Florida, which is completely illegal in the United States.
Gievers’ illegal orders to have Dr. Hash arrested and imprisoned were overturned twice by the Appeals Court in Florida.
Nonetheless, the innocent doctor sat in jail until the Appeals Court ordered his release.
DANGEROUS SHADOW GOVERNMENT OPERATIVES
In a bizarre email to Dr. Hash’s attorney, David Chester, Willis later admitted to knowing Alec was with his lawyer, and then inexplicably projected sex and violence into the matter.
“WHERE IS ALEC??? What is happening to him? is this lawyer a child abuser…is he a rapist? Does he like to diddle with little boys? Or big boys? Has he locked the child in a closet? Is Alec in chains? He told Michel that he is “safe”. What does THAT mean?” Willis said.
Sex and/or child molestation had never been an issue in any matters involving Alec Hash, whatsoever. The projection of violent sex crimes and torture of a child gives rise to great concern about shadow government operatives Willis, Dolce, Gievers, and others.
The FDLE arranged to have Alec Thomas Hash’s name and image published on a Missing Person flyer by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Everything occurring to the stalked and hunted boy was happening with the knowledge of FDLE senior attorney James Martin.
The flyers were subsequently removed after the NCMEC, managed by the U.S. Department of Justice, ordered them removed because the true facts were not known at the time of the flyers publication.
THE “STAR CHAMBER”
Court documents filed by high profile Florida attorney Steven Andrews to the Appeals Court in Florida, on behalf of his client Alec Thomas Hash, show Andrews described the actions against Alec Hash and Dr. Hash as those of occurring in a “Star Chamber”.
Star Chamber is a synonym for Shadow Government.
The Star Chamber is a 1983 movie starring Michael Douglass and Hal Holbrook that features judges, cynically acting outside the legal structure, and conducting hearings that are not governed by rule of law.
The “star chamber” operated by Gievers and the shadow government through secret communications, some believed to be occurring on the ‘Dark Net’ closely resembles (FBI Planned Parenthood shooting conspiracy suspect) Rev. Bob Enyart’s plan to subvert justice and begin his own government.

The phenomenal success of the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’ has exploded inside the ears of everyday Americans like the proverbial ‘shot heard round world’.
It’s on.
‘Good’ and ‘Evil’ have gone to war against each other in the United States of America.
One might have logically expected the existence of a secret Web server containing Top Secret documents involving national security, which was hidden by Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to enrage the public – but it wasn’t.
It was a very simple man that worked at an Auto Salvage yard in Wisconsin.
The satanic craft of elaborate wide-spread deception by evil agents of the ‘Shadow Government’ has been exposed by a single ten-hour documentary featuring the plight of Steven Avery.
The compelling documentary, which chronicles Avery’s life and experiences in the American judicial system, has shocked the national conscience.
For the first time, the American public has been able to sit down and casually absorb important information that is not being thrown out in short deceptive sound-bites, which invariably become overwhelming and unmanageable.
Through the series, the public has finally looked right into the eyes of shadow government operatives and realized evil can look just like the next door neighbor.

SHADOW GOVERNMENT AND FALSE CONFESSIONS
The prosecution of Steven Avery for the murder of Teresa Halbach was a shadow government operation.
The government’s case appeared on the surface to be legitimate, primarily because law enforcement had obtained a ‘confession’ from Avery’s teenage nephew, Brendan Dassey.
But the ‘confession’ was simply a satanic parlor trick by a host of demonic magicians.
Dassey’s so-called confession was part of the shadow government’s strategic frame-up of Avery.
“[Brendan Dassey] confessed to raping Halbach, slitting her throat with his uncle, who then shot her in the head, and later helping burn her body, details only the killer would know. In the video of his interrogation, Dassey looks at his feet and picks at his fingernails after his confession. He asks when he can go back to school,” the Chicago Tribune said.
“The detectives had fed facts to the mentally challenged Dassey, who has a low IQ and was unaware of the impact of his actions, said Steven Drizin, co-founder of Northwestern University’s Center for Wrongful Convictions of Youth, which has appealed Dassey’s case in federal court in Wisconsin,” the Tribune explained.
“Drizin said the interrogation tactics used by detectives violated core principles of the Reid technique, a widely used interrogation method developed in 1947 by former Chicago police Officer John Reid,” the Tribune said.
The secret society of satanic shadow government operatives often extract a false confession from a vulnerable person – an objective that is easily accomplished using any one of a multitude of methods. False confessions can be obtained through mind-game interrogation techniques, coercion, and blackmail.
The two key components required to obtain a false confession are relatively primitive and simple; pure evil, and its natural byproduct, calculated deception.
Once extracted, the false confession is given to the media where it’s used as soft mind-control to effectively quell existing public suspicion that invariably exists whenever a shadow government operation has taken place.
Shadow government operations usually appear very suspicious at first glance due to facts and circumstances that make the crime appear odd, perplexing, unrealistic, and surreal from the onset.
The ‘confession’ gives the public and jury a back-door and way out from their conscience, which is nagging at them that something is very wrong.
To understand the false confession of Brendan Dassey, scholars of the Steven Avery murder case need to examine the confession of another school-aged kid that became tangled up in a shadow government operation – Austin Reed Sigg.
Austin Reed Sigg, 17, Westminster, Colorado, confessed to the murder and dismemberment of Jessica Ridgeway, 10.
Jessica was abducted off the street on her way to school. The little girl’s dismembered remains were later found in two different locations – some in an open field – and some in Sigg’s home (sound familiar?).
But to understand the Sigg confession in the Ridgeway murder, the scholar first needs to examine the JonBenet Ramsey murder case – because the JonBenet Ramsey murder and Jessica Ridgeway murder were both shadow government operations conducted by the same operatives.
JONBENET RAMSEY MURDER CASE
In 1996, the JonBenet Ramsey murder case swept the headlines and became an international media event – just like the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’.
There is a reason for that.
In both the Ramsey and Avery cases, it was instantly recognizable to the public that things were not ‘adding up’ and something seemed amiss with the entire situation.
There’s a reason for that, too.
The unsolved murder of JonBenet Ramsey in 1996 was a shadow government operation.
Rev. Bob Enyart
In 2015, the FBI began investigating Rev. Bob Enyart, Arvada, Colorado.
Enyart is a pro-life radical activist pastor radio-talk-show host that authored a Manifesto where he declares the erection of his own “parallel government” as he maintains a website called www.shadowgov.com
Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, are former members of Enyart’s church and claim it is actually a satanic cult. In 2015, Danielle Kekoa was contacted by the FBI regarding Enyart’s Denver Bible Church. The FBI received Danielle Kekoa’s information from Planned Parenthood.
Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI, describes Enyart as a “shot-caller” and is part of a unit investigating his group for possible connections to planned attacks on Planned Parenthood facilities.
After the murder of JonBenet Ramsey in 1996, Enyart became obsessed with the case, publishing an elaborate accounting of JonBenet’s murder and cover-up, which he says was accomplished by John and Patsy Ramsey. The detailed analysis of the murder and cover-up is published on Enyart’s website www.shadowgov.com
Danielle Kekoa told the FBI task force that Enyart is a “serial killer” involved in the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, Jessica Ridgeway, and Dylan Redwine among others.
JonBenet Ramsey murder and the ‘Shadow Government’
For whatever unknown reasons, motivation, and/or actions of persons that led up to JonBenet’s murder – it is very clear the child’s parents, John and Patsy Ramsey, found themselves in a position they did not want to be in.
Granted – the curious actions and behaviors of John and Patsy Ramsey appeared suspicious from the get-go.
Patsy Ramsey said she woke-up to find the infamous ransom note at the bottom of the stairway in their home, while she was still dressed in the same clothes she wore the day before. She then proceeded to call 911 where she appears to speak to a third person that is not supposed to be present. Several hours later, John Ramsey finds their daughter’s lifeless, tortured, sexually assaulted body bound and gagged in their basement.
The basic facts make it appear the Ramsey’s did something to cause their daughter’s death, and then attempted to point investigators in a different direction by writing a ransom note.
But shadow government scripts don’t always fool the curious public. In the Ramsey case, there was strange and suspicious behavior by everyone, including by law enforcement.
While it is entirely common for police investigators to strongly suspect the parents in a case where a child is murdered in the home – the record shows the actions, behaviors, and decision-making of the Boulder Police Department (BPD) defied all logic – so much to the degree it can not be passed off as incompetence. The BPD conducted an investigation that would not even receive a passing grade of D-.
It was a complete failure.
It appeared from the very beginning that the BPD brass was actually doing everything they could possibly do to NOT do things correctly.
The BPD allowed the crime scene to be trampled and contaminated; only one detective was assigned to manage the entire crime scene for hours (while she repeatedly asked for assistance); and the FBI was not brought into the investigation in any meaningful way.
Simultaneously, the BPD bent over backwards in efforts to ‘convict’ the child’s parents in the media.
It appeared the BPD had as much to hide as the Ramsey’s.
Scholars of the Steven Avery case will benefit by studying the JonBenet Ramsey murder case.
Once a student of the Avery case realizes the utterly bizarre set of circumstances present in the Avery case, mimic the bizarre nature of the Ramsey case, it will soon become clear that in both cases the entire judicial process, laws, procedures, common sense, and the U.S. Constitution, were being deliberately subverted.
However, one distinguishing fact that sets the Ramsey case apart from the Avery case is that the murdered child’s parents were very wealthy; they were not sucked into a police interrogation room; and were able to obtain the very best lawyers.
Because of the wealth and social stature of John and Pasty Ramsey, the case exploded into the national headlines immediately, and law enforcement was not able to bully, coerce, or force a confession out of either parent – or JonBenet’s brother.
The public would eventually learn DNA not linked to anyone in the Ramsey family was found at the crime scene. In fact, there was DNA linked to an unknown male, a pubic hair, as well as unidentified DNA under the little girl’s fingernails.
The Kekoa’s say the unknown male that left DNA evidence at the JonBenet Ramsey murder scene was Rev. Bob Enyart.
The Ramsey case goes unsolved.
However, Steven Avery was convicted of murder based upon what appears to be obviously planted evidence and a confession by his nephew, Brendan Dassey.
Avery/Ramsey murder scholars will benefit by comparing the Brendan Dassey confession in the Teresa Halbach murder, to the Austin Sigg confession in the Jessica Ridgeway murder.

THE TRUE STORY BEHIND THE JESSICA RIDGEWAY MURDER

Jessica Ridgeway, 10, was kidnapped on October 5, 2012 while on her way to school in Westminster, Colorado.
Eight hours passed before Jessica was reported missing, because, due to her work schedule, the little girl’s mother was asleep when she received a call from the school that Jessica had not showed up that day.
What the American public has never been told is that during the hours Jessica Ridgeway may have still been alive and held captive, a married couple from Northglenn, Colorado were desperately trying to save the child’s life.
On the same day Jessica was abducted, at 11:31 A.M., Curtis Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado telephoned the Boulder Police Department (BPD) to report information he had about the JonBenet Ramsey murder – he left a message – his call was recorded. “I’m calling you because I believe I have some information regarding a couple of individuals who might have been involved in the JonBenet Ramsey homicide,” Curtis Kekoa said.
The two individuals that Curtis Kekoa reported to BPD on the same day Jessica Ridgeway was abducted were Robert Adolph Enyart and Kenneth Tyler Scott.
At the time Curtis Kekoa telephoned the BPD about JonBenet Ramsey, nobody yet knew Jessica Ridgeway was missing because her mother did not receive the school’s message until 4 P.M.
Danielle Kekoa told Write Into Action what happened next.
“Later that evening as we are watching the 9 o’clock news we hear the Amber Alert about missing Jessica Ridgeway from Westminster, CO that went out at 9:20 P.M. We figured Bob (Enyart) was connected right away but waited until first thing the next morning to call the Amber Alert hotline to tell them our suspicions,” Danielle Kekoa said.
“Meanwhile we are blasting all over social media that Bob Enyart knows what happened to Jessica and Westminster PD should talk to him. Next thing we know the large brown paper bag’ is dropped off in Superior, Colorado,” Danielle Kekoa said.

News reports detail the finding of a brown paper bag containing Jessica’s backpack on October 7, 2012.
“I can tell you that tonight police and federal investigators are actively pursuing several leads in this case and I can confirm to you is a report from a neighbor that there was a suspicious van in Jessica’s neighborhood Friday morning,” reported Dan Champion, 7 News.
“No doubt the discovery of her backpack behind me marks a major turning point in this investigation. The backpack was found inside a “large brown paper bag,” News 7 reported.
On October 8, 2012, Danielle Kekoa telephoned the Westminster Police Department (WPD) and spoke with a detective. She explained to police the significance of the “brown paper bag” and its connection to a reverse ransom note the Kekoa’s sent to Enyart one month earlier on September 7, 2012.
“The key piece that stood out to us last night was the large brown paper bag that [Jessica Ridgeway’s] backpack was found in. Now this individual, Robert Adolph Enyart is a convicted child abuser and he has been attacking us since last year trying to take our six children away and we have been exposing him all year long and we had recently discovered that he’s possibly connected with an unsolved murder in Boulder from 1996 and we actually called Boulder on Friday to set up an appointment and we’ve been giving him coded communications that we know its him, and part of that communication was a ransom note telling him to leave us alone and turn himself in and to deliver all the evidence in a large brown paper bag,” Danielle Kekoa said.
“There’s possible reason to believe this man Kenneth Tyler Scott is also involved,” Danielle Kekoa added.
Danielle Kekoa elaborated on the brown paper bag.
“In 1996 JonBenet Ramsey was murdered, correct? There’s a ransom note that was left and in that ransom note was distinct language that defines how Enyart writes and the type of person he is. The instructions to the Ramsey’s were to bring a brown paper bag with the money,” Danielle Kekoa explained.
She continued.
“Well we figured out that Enyart – we have a large amount of circumstantial evidence that places Enyart at the scene of the (JonBenet Ramsey murder) crime on Christmas day that year. And so we have been in coded communication online – so we sent him a reverse ransom note telling him to leave us alone – we have his court documents – we have everything – and if you don’t leave us alone we’re going to go public and tell everybody, and what you need to do is turn yourself in to the authorities and bring a handwritten confession note in a large brown paper bag to the authorities,” Danielle Kekoa said.
Danielle Kekoa told the detectives that the large brown paper bag was a message to her and husband from Enyart.
“We believe [Jessica] is still alive and in captivity right now. I believe she is kidnapped – not anywhere close to where you guys are looking,” Danielle Kekoa told Detective Russ Johnson.
“I sent [Bob Enyart] and email and the cops at the same time saying the cops need to question Bob Enyart and within hours the backpack was dropped off mysteriously,” Danielle Kekoa said.
Danielle Kekoa also provided police locations of where Jessica might be hidden. She explained that this is all a “game” to Enyart and it is “fun” to him.
According to Kekoa, Enyart has been harassing and tormenting her and husband with email accounts he creates under false names. In June, 2014, the Kekoa’s received an email that had been set up under Curtis Kekoa’s name. The Kekoa’s believe it was authored by Enyart.
“Let’s look at the bright side of having been associated with Bob, honey. He may be a serial killer but he is OUR serial killer. Do you think he can break the record for the most victims? Go, Bob, Go! Don’t hate the player, hate the game!” the sender said.
Danielle Kekoa provided an impressive amount of evidence to Detective Johnson regarding Enyart’s satanic network and the elaborate scheme behind the kidnapping and murder operation.
“Look into the background and verify the authentic ownership of whoever is running the Facebook page, because these people are notorious for creating disinformation sites and seemingly credible websites in order to collect information in order to censor the truth,” Danielle Kekoa said.
“The reason why this is so alarming is because I posted the same information about Bob Enyart on this site, and within an hour, I was banned and forbidden from leaving any more comments,” Danielle Kekoa told the detective.
“I also noticed that the time-stamp of when the page was created was literally one minute after you Tweeted the alert. It was almost if it was ready to go to be the one – the monopoly on the information,” Danielle Kekoa explained.
“If somebody’s really looking for information I don’t understand the point of banning someone. This is what they do – they create websites – they have dozens of them that I know of that look authentic and then they put out a tremendous amount of disinformation – they collect information – they follow IP addresses, and then they can track people and if you get to close to information you are silenced or you’re banned or your – worse,” Danielle Kekoa said.
Jessica Ridgeway’s remains found
On October 10, 2012, partial remains of Jessica Ridgway were found in open area in Arvada, Colorado. Enyart resides in Arvada.
On October 15, 2012, Danielle Kekoa called Bob Enyart’s radio show but producers refused to put her on air. She then left a message saying, “The FBI is coming. Hope you’re running.”
Curtis and Danielle Kekoa believe law enforcement fatally neglected the information they provided and it might have cost Jessica Ridgeway her life.
“Four days [after Danielle Kekoa warned Bob Enyart the FBI was coming], on October 19, 2012 the police get a tip leading them to Austin Reed Sigg and take his DNA which doesn’t match,” Danielle Kekoa said.

Write Into Action’s analysis into the Austin Sigg ‘confession’ concludes there is tremendous doubt that Sigg committed the crime alone. There is also doubt that Sigg is the actual person that murdered Jessica.
The FBI profile of the person that kidnapped and murdered Jessica Ridgeway was that of an adult that was an experienced killer.
The profile did not describe Austin Sigg in any fashion.
However, by the time everything was over, law enforcement had abandoned the FBI’s profile of the killer, and claimed the State lab made a mistake when it determined the DNA of Austin Sigg did not match the DNA found associated with the crime.
“On October 23, 2012, Austin Sigg’s mommy turns him into the police after he allegedly confesses to Jessica’s murder, and magically his DNA matches, and the ‘experienced killer’ who kidnapped, murdered & dismembered Jessica that the FBI profiled, turns out to be a 17-year-old boy—the token patsy and John Mark Karr remake,” Danielle Kekoa said.
Danielle Kekoa’s reference to “John Mark Karr” is regarding the bizarre man that in 2006 made international headlines after he confessed to the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. Law enforcement subsequently concluded Karr was lying. According to the Kekoa’s, Karr’s false confession was a planned deception guided by Enyart.
Danielle Kekoa’s said she has suspicions of Austin Sigg’s parents due to their background and strange behavior. As a mother of six children, she was incensed and suspicious of the way Mindy Sigg appeared to be anxious to turn her son in to police.
Indeed – the actions of Mindy Sigg raise serious red flags.
On December 1, 2013, the Denver Post reported:
A friend of Mindy Sigg, Austin’s mother, later recalled conversations the women had before Jessica was kidnapped. Mindy Sigg joked about her son’s interest in body decomposition and said she had helped Sigg practice restraining someone with zip ties, said Chief Deputy District Attorney Hal Sargent.
What mother jokes about human decomposition – and what mother participates in a game that involves her son practicing the binding of another person with zip-ties by being the victim, Danielle Kekoa said.
On October 23, 2012, Mindy Sigg, Austin Sigg’s mother, telephoned Westminster Police to inform police that her son had confessed to kidnapping and murdering Jessica Ridgeway.
The dispatcher asked Mindy Sigg to put Austin Sigg on the telephone.
DISPATCH: Can you tell me what is going on right now or how you’re feeling. Or how did this come about.
AUSTIN SIGG: I don’t exactly get why you’re asking these questions. I murdered Jessica Ridgeway.
DISPATCH: O.K.
AUSTIN SIGG: I have proof that I did it. There is no question. You just have to send a squad car down here and I will answer all the questions you want to ask, or anyone wants to ask. As soon as, you’ve got to get down here.
DISPATCH: What part of the house are her remains in?
AUSTIN SIGG: In the crawl space.
Austin Sigg advised the dispatcher “I have proof that I did it”. He sounded as if he was building a case against himself to prove himself guilty.
There may be a reason Austin Sigg believed he would have to ‘prove’ he did it. The reason is because all the DNA evidence gathered by law enforcement testified that he did NOT do it.
Additionally, he did not match the profile of the killer nor did he drive a “suspicious van” such as was reported by a neighbor.
Likewise, it is inexplicable Austin Sigg would dispose of only part of Jessica’s body in an open field; while keeping other pieces of the body in a crawl space of his mother’s home.
The arrest warrant
The following is from the Arrest Warrant by Detective Michael Lynch, police officer, Westminster Police Department.
On October 10, 2012, your affiant was advised by investigators from the Westminster Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that a full DNA profile from an unknown subject had been developed from evidence collected from Jessica’s backpack. The profile had been entered into the combined DNA index system (CODIS). CODIS is a system developed and maintained by the FBI into which crime laboratories can enter DNA evidence for comparison, including evidence collected in cases in which there is no identified suspect. A match was made to a DNA profile already entered into CODIS in a different case.
On May 28, 2012, at about 1315 on trails of Ketner Reservoir a 22 year-old female jogger was attacked by a male suspect. The female was grabbed from behind by a male subject who attempted to cover her mouth with a rag soaked in an unknown substance and drag her into the underbrush near the trail. The female was able to fight or scare off her attacker, and then she called the police. The female described her attacker as white male, 20-25 years of age, approximately 5’ 7” to 5’ 9” tall with an “average” build and brown hair.
The attacker was not located after an area search and remained unidentified. During the course of his investigation into that case, Detective Michael Lynch collected the shirt the victim was wearing at the time of the attack, and submitted it to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation laboratory for analysis. From an examination of the shirt, CBI analyst were able to develop a full DNA profile from an unknown subject. The DNA profile was submitted to CODIS and later returned a match to the DNA profile from Jessica Ridgeway’s backpack.
The affidavit goes on to say that on October 10, 2012, human remains determined to be Jessica Ridgeway were located in an open space in Arvada. It was noted that a wooden cross was found inserted into the child’s vagina.
The DNA of several hundred people was gathered by law enforcement for testing at the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Among the persons asked to give a DNA sample was Austin Sigg.
The affidavit reports, “The DNA of Austin Sigg did not match the DNA profile developed from Jessica Ridgeway’s water bottle or the DNA profile developed from [the woman attacked at the reservoir] shirt.”
It did NOT match.
Framing a religious zealot
“Austin Sigg stated he placed a cross in Jessica’s Ridgeway in effort to cause investigators to consider a religious zealot as being responsible for the murder. Later in the interview Austin clarified that he actually placed the cross in the vagina of Ridgeway. The information concerning the location where Austin inserted the cross was never disseminated to the media or the public and had been held in confidence as an investigative key,” the affidavit said.
Austin Sigg told police he inserted the wooden cross into the child’s vagina so investigators would “consider a religious zealot”.
Rev. Bob Enyart is an ultra radical pro-life anti-abortion activist ‘pastor’ with his own radio-show and website called www.shadowgov.com. He authored a treasonous Manifesto about starting his own shadow government because his “ministry” was under attack.
Brian Rohrbough is a Columbine shooting parent; founding president of American Right to Life; former candidate on United States presidential ticket; former member of Denver Bible Church; and close business associate of Enyart.
“[Bob Enyart] is perhaps the most dishonest and deceptive man I have ever met in my life. He is a blatant liar and his whole thing is to try to get people into following and worshipping him,” Rohrbough said.
“You’re not dealing with a Christian entity. He’s an evil guy,” Rohrbough said.
Indeed – Enyart is at the very least a religious zealot.
Austin Sigg made a statement to police that conveniently covered for any evidence that might be found pointing to a religious zealot (Bob Enyart).
“Austin stated that he placed the “Sawzall” in a large drawer in a bottom right hand cabinet of the garage. He moved the other bags containing the head, arms, and legs of Ridgeway to a crawl space under the house,” the affidavit said.
Glimpses of the truth?
On November 19, 2013, the Denver Post reported on testimony from court hearings regarding Austin Sigg and the Jessica Ridgeway murder.
“He described the nearly two hours Sigg kept Jessica in his bedroom, where he made her watch a movie while he cut her hair and laid out clothes for her to change into. When he tried to strangle Jessica with zip ties, the plastic cut into his hands and he later told police that he didn’t “have enough leverage,” Sargent said.
Does the aforementioned scenario describing the alleged actions of Austin Sigg depict a teenage boy that is bent on murdering a little girl? Or, does it describe a boy that abducted a little girl and is changing her identity by cutting her hair and changing her clothes?
If Austin Sigg was changing Jessica’s identity; why was he was doing it?
Did Austin Sigg procure Jessica Ridgeway for another person whom he then turned her over to?
“The government changed the evidence and entire narrative to fit Austin’s mysterious ‘confession’,” Curtis Kekoa said.
Unanswered questions
The story and media coverage of Jessica Ridgeway’s murder and the confession of Austin Sigg abruptly stops after Sigg pled guilty.
No discovery of evidence is available and the story just ends, which leaves many unanswered questions.
Did law enforcement verify Austin Sigg’s story?
Was the room where Austin Sigg allegedly dismembered Jessica ever investigated with luminal to determine if the room was splattered/saturated with blood? There is no possible way it could not have been.
Was Austin Sigg’s vehicle tested for blood and/or DNA linking Jessica to the vehicle?
What was rate/stage of decomposition of Jessica’s Ridgeway’s body found in the Arvada field? Did it match the date/time of death presented by Austin Sigg (Sigg claimed he killed her on October 5, 2012).
Did law enforcement ask for DNA from Robert Adolph Enyart and/or Kenneth Tyler Scott? Enyart resides in Arvada where part of Jessica’s body was found. Law enforcement went door to door taking DNA samples from regular innocent citizens that were not even remotely considered suspects. Did they do the same to Robert Enyart and Kenneth Scott? If not – WHY?
Did the jogger that provided law enforcement with a description of the male that attempted to abduct her while jogging, positively identify Austin Sigg as the man she looked at during her attempted abduction?

My name is Timothy Charles Holmseth.
I am only one of thousands across the United States that was almost “Steven Avery”.
I survived a plot by a ‘Shadow Government’ that attempted to frame me for rape and murder of a missing child named HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.
I would later learn the operatives that attempted to frame me were associated with a man from Colorado named Rev. Bob Enyart.
Enyart is described as a “shot caller” of organized criminal activities by Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.
Enyart authored a written Manifesto describing the “Shadow Government” he erected, which he plans to use to subvert the laws of the United States.
Enyart’s is alleged by former church members to be a satanic cult leader that is responsible for murders and elaborate frame-ups all over the world.
Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, defectors of Enyart’s cult claim he murdered JonBenet Ramsey in 1996.
Enyart’s fake church is presently under investigation by the FBI for his possible involvement in the Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs in November of 2015.
In December, 2015, my publication was contacted and told Enyart was involved in framing a man named Steven Avery, Wisconsin.
After watching the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’ I realized I was observing what appeared to be a textbook ‘Shadow Government’ operation.
Therefore – I am writing this in support of a new trial for Steven Avery.

FRAMING AN INNOCENT MAN
MY BACKGROUND
At 47, I am an award-winning (former) newspaper reporter and media specialist. I have been awarded first place awards for my reporting and writing by the North Dakota Newspaper Association.
I have been interviewed by the FBI and deemed a credible witness. I have passed a federal background check and received clearance from the Department of Commerce to enter secure areas of a locked federal facility.
I was awarded sole-physical custody of my daughter when she was five years-old and raised her, alone, to adulthood. She now studies at the University of Minnesota and has made me a very proud grandfather. I also share legal custody of my minor son.
THE MISSING CHILD HALEIGH CUMMINGS
HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home on February 10, 2009.
In the spring of 2009, I began conducting recorded interviews with key figures in HaLeigh’s mysterious disappearance.
I have interviewed, or obtained information, including documents, recordings, and media from approximately 100 different individuals including law enforcement officers, lawyers, family members, witnesses, and others regarding the Cummings case.
In the spring of 2009, I interviewed William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra), a Florida bail-bondsman with a private investigator’s license for the first time.
I subsequently interviewed his entire team of associates.
Staubs claimed to be working (at any given time) for at least five different entities on the Cummings case.
I also know that Staubs has worked for the federal government and been paid as an informant.
During the course of the national profile search for HaLeigh Cummings, Staubs was arrested for felony false imprisonment of a man. I later learned Staubs was trying to frame the man for HaLeigh’s disappearance.
I possess faxed items from a South Florida law office sent to Staubs regarding the targted man, which shows who all was behind the attempted frame-up.
At that time in 2009, Staubs told Jessica Clark, a news reporter for First Coast News that he had been sent into the HaLeigh Cummings case by Rev. Richard Grund (Casey Anthony murder trial witness) and said he was being paid by a “drug dealer from Miami”.
Staubs told me HaLeigh’s kidnapping was a “family thing” and she was alive.
Staubs directly named a licensed member of the Florida legal community, who he said solicited his assistance to frame two people for the murder of HaLeigh Cummings; a black man named Gregory Lewis Page, and (a white girl) Misty Jeanette Croslin.
Croslin is the teenage girl that law enforcement says was with HaLeigh the night she was kidnapped. Staubs said he was asked to frame Croslin and Page for the murder of HaLeigh Cummings.
But, HaLeigh Cummings wasn’t dead, and I would soon learn that she was not in good hands.
During my initial interviews, I captured Staubs on audio talking to a Florida DCF child protection social worker, Bonnie Warner, who he called at her home after business hours. Staubs talked to Warner about a CD she received that contained photographs of HaLeigh that had been Photoshopped.
During the conversation between Warner and Staubs, Warner admits to receiving the CD and says it is the CD she couldn’t show to her supervisor.
Why is a Florida DCF social worker receiving a CD she can’t show to her supervisor, I wondered?
In time I would learn why.
The (recorded) conversation between Staubs and Warner was extremely concerning because it involved another participant in what I would soon realize was a child sex-trafficking ring. The other participant discussed was Chris Middleton, an investigator for the State’s Attorney’s office.
Staubs would also go on to tell me that Capt. Dominic Piscitello, PCSO, was his inside man at the Sheriff’s Office. He also told me about law enforcement officers and agencies in South Florida he was assisting with what he called “black ops”.
Staubs further boasted a deep relationship with Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy and said Hardy was going to write a letter on his behalf to get the felony charges against him dropped.
Pay very close attention to the facts Staubs is connected to federal and state law enforcement (and don’t doubt it because I have it on tape).
What I did not know at the time; but learned as I continued to conduct recorded interviews with Donald Knop, an employee of a South Florida law office, was that he (Knop) was the one that handed the CD to Warner per instructions from his employer.
I also learned this…
The CD contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh that featured the five year-old child’s sexually assaulted private parts.
Yes – she’d been raped.
HaLeigh had been raped, but Warner (a child protection social worker) couldn’t show the photos to her DCF supervisor.
I also learned Knop gave Warner the CD in a gas station parking lot after DCF hours. It was secret and was never entered into evidence with DCF or law enforcement.
As the picture emerged – I realized HaLeigh Cummings had mysteriously vanished; Staubs and others (some were police and FDLE) were discussing how to frame innocent people; and, they possessed naked photos of the little girl after she had been raped.
But there’s more.
I learned from Crystal Sheffield’s (HaLeigh’s mother) high profile victim’s advocate and author, Wayanne Kruger, a man named John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, told her the “FBI” already had HaLeigh in their possession, but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being.
John and Jeremiah Regan were in regular contact with Staubs, Grund, and Crystal Sheffield’s entire legal team.
They all knew HaLeigh was alive and child porn of her was being circulated.
Kruger told me she wanted to tell the police about HaLeigh being alive, but, she said, the Regan’s wouldn’t let her out of the car. She said she was subsequently intimidated by Staubs with a gun, and then poisoned by Staubs and Jeremiah Regan in a motel room, which almost killed her.
The poisoning and gun incident was reported to the police when it happened. They showed up and talked to Kruger. She was drugged and had suffered a mild heart-attack.
No arrests were made.
Kruger also said that John Regan told her law enforcement officers, public officials, and community leaders throughout Palatka, and Putnam County, Florida, were running a child sex trafficking operation. She told me John Regan drove her to one of the houses used to keep the children as they were trafficked through the hub.
Kruger told me John Regan was a pastor, and that he said he was an “undercover pedophile” that goes undercover for the FBI to catch other pedophiles.
I was also told by a local resident that John Regan impersonated an FBI agent during a fake family search for HaLeigh, where multiple items were found; the items created the appearance HaLeigh had been murdered.
I asked Special Agent A. J. Eilermann, Minneapolis FBI, during my FBI interview, why they would have planted that fake evidence. Eilermann said, “So people will stop looking for her”.
I was told by multiple witnesses that John Regan claimed to be a “FBI agent” “CIA agent” and “Chaplain” for the police department with his own “badge” that he was brandishing.
According to Rev. Richard Grund, John Regan impersonated law enforcement and brandished a badge to Airport Security in an international airport (federal offense).
During a recorded conversation with Major Gary Bowling, Director of Law Enforcement, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Bowling told me the Sheriff’s Office knew the items of (fake) evidence found by Staubs, Regan, and the others were planted.
I contacted the Florida Attorney General, FBI, FDLE, Polk County Sheriff’s Office (Minnesota) East Grand Forks Police Department (Minnesota), Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and several other agencies.
Here’s what happened.
I came under full attack by what I have since learned is best described by Bob Enyart – ‘Shadow Government’.
The attacks continue to this day.
The attacks involve death threats, extortion, harassment, institutional harassment (i.e. – false police reports, false CPS complaints, gang-stalking, etc.)
Despite the attacks, I continued to record interviews and obtain evidence regarding HaLeigh’s disappearance.
In 2011, the ‘Shadow Government’ developed a plan to frame me for the rape and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.
Spoiler Alert – they erroneously believed I possessed the secret naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings. They believed I possessed the photos because I was able to describe the pictures in expositive articles as I continued to expose the kidnappers and traffickers.
Believing I possessed those photos – here’s how they tried to frame me.
I was telephoned by a deranged psychopath law enforcement impersonator named Levi Page, and an equally-as-demented woman, Tina Church, who proceeded to ask me bizarre sexual questions about a person I had never met.
However, I, enjoying a legal contract with the person being referenced by Page and Church, had journalistically interviewed the person. During those interviews I captured incriminating statements on audio; the person would later be alleged to have handled the secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings.
So, why was Page and Church asking me the sexually charged questions?
Because, there was a plan underway to fraudulently obtain a domestic violence protection order against me in a Florida divorce court using Florida dating (relationship) law, which would order I retroactively remove information I had obtained and published about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, from my website.
Forcing a reporter and publisher to retroactively remove content is clearly a violation of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
The court filing was ultimately made by a person I had never personally met in my entire life.
Page and Church attempted to solicit statements from me (hoping I would respond to sex based questions) that could be weaved into a protection order petition (I refused to answer their sick questions so they obtained nothing).
Immediately after we got off the telephone, Church telephoned the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) and falsely stated that I had just told her on the telephone I had HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. EGFPD officers were dispatched to my home to clear the call and make sure the missing child was not with me.
The false police report by Church (strategically) generated a police incident report, which was part of the overall plan to frame me for rape and murder.
Here’s how they tried to do it.
Following the visit by the EGFPD, a corrupt EGFPD officer, Aeisso Schrage, began a steady campaign against me that involved randomly knocking on my door and asking me if I was smoking pot (I do not use drugs or alcohol – sober 20 years today – January 10, 2016).
Schrage is the Commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force. He was knocking on my door to ask me about ‘drugs’ so he could generate police incident reports that made it look like I was a ‘drug dealer’.
Schrage was setting up future corrupt acts.
As you will see, the police incident reports would later be used to obtain a Search Warrant so the EGFPD could seize my hard-drive.
The before-mentioned domestic violence protection order was granted against me (a Minnesota resident that had never been to Florida) by a Florida judge. I did not travel to Florida for the court hearing because I had been telephoned (recorded) and emailed in advance, and warned I would be murdered by the Mob if came to Florida for the hearing.
I reported the death threats (recorded) to Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, who took no action whatsoever and generated no report to memorialize it.
That’s strange, eh? No report kept by Lt. Hajicek.
Well, no, not so much – keep reading.
On December 14, 2013, the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force raided my home-office with guns wearing bullet proof vests. The Task Force had a Search Warrant signed by a Minnesota judge that had been requested by Schrage and ordered the seizure of my computer, hard-drive, storage devices, and other items.
The police took my computer and property to an undisclosed location (the EGFPD kept absolutely no evidence log of the whereabouts of my property for three months) and searched the hell out of it.
Why?
Because, they were hoping they would find the naked pictures of HaLeigh Cummings on my hard-drive, which would be possession of child pornography.
Why did they think I had those pictures?
Because, THE PEOPLE THAT TOOK THE NAKED PICTURES AND RAPED HALEIGH CUMMINGS CALLED THE EGFPD AND TOLD THEM TO LOOK ON MY COMPUTER.
Yes, the EGFPD was assisting child sex traffickers and baby-rapers; against a Christian journalist-single-father that was trying to help the FBI locate a five year-old that was being raped.
Those are facts and the EGFPD cannot dispute them.
I subsequently filed a Motion to the Minnesota Court because Schrage and the EGFPD deliberately destroyed my hard-drive before giving it back.
During the court hearing before Judge Tamara Yon, Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, testified on the stand he had searched my hard-drive but found ‘no sign of criminal activity’.
Now – think about it, folks.
If the police would have found copies of the naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings on my computer; in addition to the police incident report that recorded I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment; it would have appeared I raped and murdered the child and disposed of her body.
I am an intelligent seasoned journalist that scores high in legal aptitude – and they just about got me.
Don’t even think twice that Steven Avery couldn’t have been set up by ‘Shadow Government’ operatives.
The names Steven Avery and Teresa Halbach have both made international news since the release of the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’.
Write Into Action was recently contacted and told both Avery and Halbach are both victims of an illegal ‘Shadow Government’ that is presently under investigation by the FBI.

The Shadow Government is an illegal domestic terror group built and presently operating on a written Manifesto authored by radio talk-show host Rev. Bob Enyart, Arvada, Colorado.
Enyart has been described as a “shot caller” of organized criminal activities by Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.
An FBI task force is presently investigating individuals connected to Enyart, the fanatical pro-life abortion activist that heads up a group of followers out of his Denver Bible Church.
Enyart’s group, which has been described as a satanic cult by defectors, became the focus of an FBI probe in 2015 as federal authorities tried to prevent hostile targeting of Planned Parenthood. He is believed to be behind the shooting at Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs in November carried out by Robert Lewis Dear.
Former members of Enyart’s group interviewed by the FBI claim he is a defecto “serial killer” posing as a Christian. Informants say he is involved in the murders of JonBenet Ramsey, Jessica Ridgeway, Dylan Redwine, and countless others.
Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado was recently interviewed by the FBI regarding Denver Bible Church. Kekoa said Enyart’s parallel government collaborates with members of law enforcement and the judicial community to murder by strategy; frame innocent people for the crimes; plant evidence; and coerce confessions.
The FBI possesses a full copy of Enyart’s treasonous Manifesto that describes the organization’s activities.
“Through ShadowGov.com we are building a parallel government. This government is operating on the Internet. Initially we are training and appointing only judges. NEXT we will appoint mayors, governors and ambassadors. We are looking to God to help us create a fully functional government on the web. Our judges will decide real-life criminal and civil cases drawn from the existing court system. We will put their verdicts and sentences on the net for all to see,” Enyart said.
“The bad guys, just like the communist revolutionaries, have a tactical advantage because they fight with no rules. To overcome their upper hand without sinking to their level, we must be ready to outmaneuver and overwhelm them. With a functioning government in cyberspace, already in place, we will be able to outmaneuver them. With trained judges in America’s top 100 cities and in every county in the country (one of our first goals), we will overwhelm the opposition. Be prepared,” Enyart said.
