Edward Boyle, Davie, Florida, telephoned Timothy Holmseth this week and told him that his sister, Maria Burgun, says Holmseth’s accounting of what happened to the missing child HaLeigh Cummings is completely accurate.
Holmseth says he was told HaLeigh was alive and being passed around to keep her hidden from authorities.
“My sister said you got the whole thing right. Wayanne Kruger, Cobra, all of them…you got it all right,” Boyle said, describing a recent conversation with his sister.
Maria Burgun is a millionaire from Plantation, Florida and met with the FBI in 2012 after her life was threatened.
Burgun told federal authorities she believes money she loaned out was misused to fund individuals operating a scam involving the staged abduction of HaLeigh Cummings.
Receipts obtained via subpoenas filed by Maria Burgun, and her husband John Burgun, amidst ongoing lawsuit activity in Broward County, Florida reveal the incriminating financial trail that leads right through the HaLeigh Cummings case.
Holmseth’s assembly of the information he received during interviews he conducted on the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, shows the perpetrators that staged HaLeigh’s abduction, attempted to orchestrate the mysterious disappearance in a way it would implicate a seventeen year-old girl named Misty Croslin.

On July 5, 2011 Casey Anthony was found not-guilty of first degree murder. Chief Judge Belvin Perry later told Today he experienced feelings of “surprise “shock” and “disbelief” at reading the verdict.
Interviews of jurors later revealed they could not reach a first degree murder verdict based upon the circumstantial evidence put before them. Evidence is now emerging that demonstrates they were correct in their instincts.
The truth has been hidden in plain sight and links three major criminal investigations in the state of Florida – Casey Anthony – Scott Rothstein – HaLeigh Cummings.
On February 10, 2009 a little girl named HaLeigh Cummings vanished from Satsuma, Florida – 75 miles north of Orlando. She vanished the same day as a nationally televised memorial for slain toddler Caylee Anthony.
Coincidences were common.
The exact same day Casey Anthony was indicted for first degree murder, a biofuel company was created by a Fort Lauderdale attorney named Richard P. Greene; an investment of Scott W. Rothstein.
The biofuel company was called Advanced Biofuel Technologies Inc. (ABT) and was used to finance operatives on the ground in Northern Florida and disrupt the efforts of law enforcement in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.
In March of 2009, a boisterous bounty hunter that called himself ‘Cobra’ obnoxiously interjected himself into the search for HaLeigh Cummings. He told news reporters he had been sent into the case by a “man of God” named Rev. Richard Grund, Windermere, Florida. Staubs, a licensed private investigator, said Rev. Grund was his “client”.
And yet another coincidence.
Rev. Grund was on the Prosecutions list as a potential witness in the Casey Anthony murder trial. His son, Jesse Grund, was once engaged to be married to Casey Anthony.
Rev. Grund confirmed that he sent Staubs to Northern Florida. What was never clear, until perhaps now, is just exactly why Rev. Grund felt he needed to retain a private investigator to become involved in a kidnapping that did not concern him whatsoever.
Or did it?
Did State prosecutors in the Anthony case ever ask Rev. Grund why he and ‘Cobra the Bounty Hunter’ suddenly got into the missing child business – right at the height of the Casey Anthony case?
Why does it matter?
Here’s why.
Staubs, Rev. Grund, and a group of others that were working for Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, were being financed by a man named John Burgn, Plantation, Florida.

Here’s why.
John Burgun was the primary officer/director on the Articles of Incorporation for the biofuel company Rothstein, Greene, and one other ***person set up the day Casey Anthony was indicted.
On October 14, 2008, the same day Casey Anthony was indicted by a Grand Jury for first degree murder; a shady disbarred Fort Lauderdale lawyer named Richard P. Greene created and registered a biofuel company called Alternative Biofuel Technologies Inc. (ABT).
The company was later seized by the feds during the RICO prosecution of Scott W. Rothstein – yes indeed – ABT was an investment of Rothstein.
John Burgun became the primary officer of ABT on January 29, 2009. Only a few days later, on February 10, 2009 HaLeigh Cummings vanished.
Why does it matter?
Here’s why.
As part of the transaction that made John Burgun the primary officer of ABT, he and his wife, Maria Burgun, borrowed a very significant amount of money to a person they ***knew. Several more loans followed. However, nothing went well, and when it came time to pay the loan back as agreed the Burgun’s were forced to file a civil lawsuit.
But as you will see – this was no ordinary loan.
In 2012, Maria Burgun met with the FBI to discuss information she said she had about the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings. Burgun provided FBI agents the name(s) of those she believes are responsible for HaLeigh’s disappearance.
Maria Burgun told the FBI she believed the money she borrowed to a ***person was used to fund the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping. She said the large sum of money was supposed to finance a biofuel company called ABT; but the money was spent on the kidnapping instead. The Burgun’s say their money was used to pay for gas, food, lodging, rent, electricity, junk food, car rentals, cell phone bills, medicine, booze, and cigarettes.
Maria Burgun’s statements to the FBI place ‘Burgun’ money in the hands of a group that interjected itself into the act of ‘investigating’ the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
However – Major Gary Bowling at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) expressed frustration with the group that was meddling in the case and possibly planting evidence.
The Burgun’s say that when they borrowed the money to the ***person, they had no idea about the HaLeigh Cummings matter and did not figure that out until later.
However…
Many researchers are confused regarding this strange loan. Although it was in fact borrowed to a ***person with a written contract to secure it; it appears John Burgun received something in return; he received the title of primary officer/director of ABT. It is also odd that Burgun could dictate what the loan was to be used for; a fact that makes it seem more like an investment.
Mainstream media covering the case at the time HaLeigh Cummings vanished interviewed many of the major participants. William Staubs, (Cobra the Bounty Hunter) told reporters he was working for Rev. Grund and was going to locate HaLeigh within a specific number of days. He was seen running around day and night with camera men, meddling, and was eventually arrested for a serious felony by the PCSO.
When a reporter with First Coast News asked Staubs how he was paying his bills he said he was being financed by a drug dealer. When asked to explain, Staubs said that ‘drug dealers’ wanted to make sure everybody knew they don’t kidnap kids.
Okay…
That means…
Rev. Grund retained a pro-bono private investigator to travel to Satsuma, Florida to defend the good reputation of drug dealers everywhere.
At this point, Staubs clearly has no good reason to be involved, and could not even give a good explanation about how he was paying his bills.
However…
During recorded interviews, Staubs told Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist/author (this writer), that a man named “John Burgun” was paying for everything.
Staubs also told Holmseth the entire case would eventually lead to a ‘biofuel company” and the “biggest Billy-bad-ass attorney” in Florida – a lawyer he said was named “Rothstein”.
Holmseth later confirmed the involvement of Rothstein when he received an email from an attorney named Pedro E. Dijols, Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, and Adler. Dijols acknowledged he was representing a ***person involved in the case.
Just a cursory look at the Articles of Incorporation for ABT is very compelling.
On October 14, 2008 ABT was created and registered to Richard P. Greene, a disbarred and disgraced lawyer with a terrible reputation that includes pleading guilty to securities exchange fraud.
There was also one ***officer/director listed on the Articles of Incorporation at that time.
The fact that the biofuel company was created and supported by two corrupt Fort Lauderdale attorneys (Greene and Rothstein) on the same day Casey Anthony was indicted for murder cannot be ignored.
An interesting change was then made in the company. On January 29, 2009 the primary ***officer/director of ABT was removed, and replaced with John Burgun.
During this time-window, the Burgun’s borrowed out a very large amount of cash in a strange loan that was secured by a written contract and ‘filming’ of the money. The Burgun’s do not own or operate a lending institution so this was a private matter.
Exactly what information and calculations the Burgun’s used during their Cost-Benefit-Analysis regarding the large loan is not known. Because they later sued for amounts in the hundreds of thousands of dollars – this was definitely a personal financial risk for the Burguns.
Apparently it was acceptable.
Only a few days after John Burgun became the primary officer of ABT – HaLeigh Cummings disappeared.
Ignoring the fact that the two little girls had names that rhymed (Caylee and HaLeigh) – there were many dynamics that made this kidnapping suspicious. For instance, HaLeigh Cummings disappeared the exact same day as a nationally televised memorial that was held for Caylee Anthony.
Shortly after HaLeigh vanished, Burgun’s money began moving around in the hands of individuals that were causing major headaches for the Sheriff’s Office in Putnam County.
The group being paid with Burgun’s money was on the ground in Northern Florida; frustrating law enforcements efforts, planting evidence, tampering with witnesses, and creating ‘suspects’ that would then be trotted out in the media.
There are too many links to ignore.
For instance…
Staubs regularly appeared as guest on a weekly Web program to discuss the HaLeigh Cummings case. He repeatedly told the public that the “similarities” between the Cummings case and the Anthony case were amazing. He often suggested that Misty Croslin was the new Casey Anthony.
Remember – Staubs is working for Rev. Grund when he is saying all these things.
Even before the bombshell revelations made by Maria Burgun to the FBI in 2012 – Holmseth already had information that suggested Caylee Anthony may have died at the hands of somebody other than her mother.
The State of Florida never proved what actually occurred to cause the death of Caylee Anthony; that is why Casey Anthony was found not guilty.
The jury’s verdict was wise.
Now…
One need only look at the HaLeigh Cummings disappearance, and assess its similarities and connections the Caylee Anthony disappearance (and subsequent homicide) to be enlightened.
Remember…
Casey Anthony originally told law enforcement that her daughter was kidnapped.
That is the same story Misty Croslin gave about HaLeigh Cummings, folks. Misty Croslin never changed her story despite massive pressure put on her by law enforcemnt.
Casey Anthony behaved the same way when being questioned by law enforcement. It is very possible Casey Anthony was simply sticking to the story she was told to give (just like Croslin).
Evidence shows Caylee may have died during a botched, staged kidnapping that was intended to be what is known as a ‘rescue mission’.
The catalyst character is Rev. Grund.
The evidence cannot be ignored.
On February 10, 2009 a small memorial was also held at J. Blanchard Park in Orlando for individuals that could not attend the televised memorial for Caylee Anthony. The smaller memorial was arranged by Rev. Grund (online pastor and real life demon warrior), William Staubs (Cobra the Bounty Hunter), and Wayanne Kruger (sex-victim’s advocate).
Wayanne Kruger is a well-known child sex victim’s advocate and author. She was once featured on the ABC television news magazine 20/20, as well as by People. In Kruger’s book about child sex predators, she discusses a rescue mission where she helped hide a child on an Indian reservation.
Kruger is well known for performing illegal changes of custody through planned abductions to protect child sex abuse victims.
Hello…Hello…Hello…
Emails obtained by Holmseth show Staubs, Kruger, and Rev. Grund were coordinating with each other and in extensive communications. In one email, Grund actually asks Kruger where she is going to “hide” them.
It is here you might began to ponder the idea that Grund, Kruger, and Staubs were instrumental in the disappearance (and subsequent death) of Caylee Anthony.
Consider the facts.
Rev. Grund’s son, Jesse Grund, had once been engaged to be married to Casey Anthony.
Rev. Grund and Kruger were both known to George and Cindy Anthony and had been placed on a ‘do not enter’ list for the televised memorial.
It is rather interesting HaLeigh Cummings vanished the same day a nationally televised memorial was to air.
While Rev. Grund appeared to be on very bad terms with George and Cindy Anthony, he expressed softer feelings for Casey and Caylee. Grund expressed that he loved Caylee like a grandfather loves his grand daughter. He said that when he knew Casey she was not the demon-possessed girl she is now (he believes Casey’s body is indwelt by a demon god named Baal).
Staubs too, continuously described Casey Anthony as demon possessed. He was so desperate to assign this label to her that he said her ears stuck out like an elf and referenced some ancient demon he claimed she resembled. Staubs launched the same type of character assassination campaign against Misty Croslin; the primary person of interest in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.
Staubs and Grund said that both Caylee and Casey had been molested by George Anthony and his son, Lee Anthony. Grund insisted to Holmseth that Caylee was actually Lee’s child from incest (hence her name Ca-Lee).
So – would Rev. Grund have been compelled to arrange a ‘rescue mission’ that included the assistance and complacency of Casey Anthony?
If that is what happened – Casey Anthony did not committ murder.
Consider the facts and evidence.
Although Kruger was at J. Blanchard Park on February 10, 2009, she quietly exited Florida, and re-emerged in March of 2009 to be the victim’s advocate for HaLeigh Cummings’ mother, Crystal Sheffield.
Rev. Grund told Holmseth that George and Cindy Anthony had a special team that was targeting him and his family. He said they hacked his computer and stole photographs from him. He called the team the “A Team”. He stated on several occasions the Anthony’s were attempting to obtain DNA from his son, Jesse Grund, to be used in a frame-up.
Rev. Grund repeatedly, and proactively, said specific things to Holmseth that made Rev. Grund a ‘suspect’.
Holmseth sensed Rev. Grund seemed paranoid, because Rev. Grund continuously suggested somebody was trying to place Jesse Grund’s hair on Caylee’s body. He said Casey Anthony tried to obtain pubic hair from Jesse Grund’s shower, and attempted to have him “touch” the trunk of her car (that trunk that would later smell of a dead body).
It is Rev. Grund himself that keeps making his son, or possibly, himself, a ‘suspect’. It is Rev. Grund himself that kept talking about Grund DNA being found at any potential crime scene.
During an interview with Staubs and another investigator in the Anthony case, James Hoover, the latter confirmed to Holmseth that Jesse Grund had once been followed by operatives to Atlanta for the purpose of covertly obtaining his DNA.
Rev. Grund was positive somebody was trying to frame his son, and multiple witnesses supported the basics of what he was saying.
But then – Kruger said something that shed an entirely new light on Grund.
During an interview, Kruger suddenly blurted out to Holmseth that she hoped Grund did not kill HaLeigh Cummings in ‘one of his frickin exorcisms’.
That is a very powerful statement.
The statement troubled Holmseth because the National Enquirer had published a story that suggested Caylee Anthony may have died in a religious ritual performed by Grund.
Kruger told Holmseth that Rev. Grund did not believe HaLeigh Cummings is completely human because she has Turner’s syndrome, which affects her reproductive system.
What in the world?
This type of assessment of a child is off the charts. Why was Rev. Grund discussing HaLeigh Cummings in this way? Why was he discussing her at all? Moreover – did he discuss Caylee Anthony the same way? Did he believe these little girls needed a demon to be extracted from them?
Did Caylee Anthony die during a ritual?
Caylee Anthony died in the summer of 2008. If the child had been the subject of a ‘rescue mission’ due to sex abuse by her uncle and grandfather, and subsequently killed (possibly accidentally) during an exorcism or ritual, Kruger would have reason to believe the same thing happened to HaLeigh Cummings after she was ‘rescued’.
Holmseth often felt Kruger was trying to cryptically tell him what happened to Caylee.
Grund told Holmseth he once worshipped Satan but is now a Christian. He told Holmseth he once had a direct encounter with a “fallen Watcher” (i.e. a fallen angel – referred to as the Nephilim in the book of Genesis: Chapter 6).
Rev. Grund is obsessed with religion and the occult. He is an online teacher and has students.
Rev. Grund told Holmseth that Casey Anthony was no longer the “Casey” he once knew. He said her body was now indwelt by a demon god named “Baal” (the ancient demon god Baal demanded the lives of children).
As one digests these realities it is important to remember that Rev. Grund interjected himself into the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case, and his operatives received money from John Burgun and a Scott Rothstein investment.
Rev. Grund said the home of George and Cindy Anthony was filled with pure evil. He said that when he visited their home once with his wife, the demons in the house began to make things fall off the shelves.
The cynical suggestion that Rev. Grund was responsible for Caylee’s death was asserted by Cindy Anthony, Attorney Jose Baez, Wayanne Kruger, and the National Enquirer.
Staubs told Holmseth, that while he was searching for the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, he was being followed by a private investigator named Dominic Casey that worked for George and Cindy Anthony. Holmseth asked Staubs why Investigator Casey was following him; a question Staubs avoided many times. After Holmseth persisted, Staubs, clearly irritated, said Investigator Casey was following him because Staubs was working for Rev. Grund.
Thousand upon thousands of dollars, generated by a Scott Rothstein investment, were channeled to a team that traveled to Northern Florida and interjected themselves into the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.
Now – to state the obvious.
The team was not a team, per say – it was a human trafficking outfit. Kruger explained the details about houses across the United States that Staubs was involved with. She also named all the people involved in an illegal baby-selling scheme that involved forged documents to move babies through the United States embassy.
If nothing else – the latest revelations show that the American system of justice really does still work. The jury on the Casey Anthony case did not succumb to public pressure or blindly follow the story-line presented by the State of Florida.
Much less the despicable Nancy Grace.
The wisdom and courage of the Casey Anthony jury is to be commended.

Author ‘blows whistle’ to Minnesota Attorney General

An author from East Grand Forks has filed a detailed grievance to the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General that shows he has been institutionally terrorized for several years by authorities operating in 9th Minnesota Judicial District.
The campaign against Timothy Charles Holmseth began after the former newspaper reporter un-covered evidence that the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) was improperly assisting a legally embattled Florida company that has been sued by Attorney Generals in Iowa, Missouri, Colorado, and Ohio for defrauding citizens.
Holmseth stumbled onto a mountain of information during a journalism project regarding a missing child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings. Holmseth discovered Xentel, Inc., Fort Lauderdale, Florida was involved in creating a fake photograph of the missing child and using it in an online charity fraud scheme – Holmseth subsequently received a telephone call from EGFPD Lt. Detective Rod Hajicek and was told not to “harass” Xentel.
The FBI in Florida visited Xentel, Inc. based upon Holmseth’s tip, and acquired valuable information about the individuals involved in the kidnapping. Holmseth was subsequently interviewed for several hours by the Minneapolis FBI and asked for copies of journalistic interviews he conducted. In 2012 a Florida millionaire, Maria Burgun, went to the FBI and told them who created the photo – she confirmed Holmseth had been correct.
Holmseth began receiving anonymous calls from individuals warning him child abuse charges were going to be made against him if he didn’t shut his mouth about the missing child. The callers claimed to have special connections, and told Holmseth that Child Protective Services and State’s Attorney’s would be coming after him if he didn’t do what he was told.
Holmseth was taunted by anonymous individuals that claimed a special relationship with “Lt. Hajicek.”
Holmseth is able to prove local police withheld, altered, and destroyed public records to cover-up their illegal activities. In December of 2012 EGFPD officers violently entered Holmseth’s home-office and seized his computer hard-drive; and then ruined it before returning it to him.
Holmseth’s complaint involves information that shows his Constitutional rights under the First Amendment have been grossly violated. A guardian ad litem, employed by the State of Minnesota, has repeatedly advised Holmseth he is monitoring the content of his website http://www.writeintoaction.com and will consider it when making recommendations to the Court regarding Holmseth’s child.
Holmseth’s filings are public record at the Polk County Justice Center.
Public safety at risk as Radionewz messages sex traffickers

The anonymous owner of the x-rated website Radionewz.net has publicly responded to the growing concern that he/she may be involved in the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.
“Let me say for these loons to use a missing and possibly dead child to play games on the internet is beyond civil. It’s beyond sane. It’s deplorable and I condemn it in the strongest of ways. This child is not a joke. Her family wants her back,” he/she said.
Few were impressed.
Most that visit Radionewz do so simply to monitor what is being written about them and/or their families. Most are disgusted and sickened by the creepy focus on rape, sex, masturbation, sex toys, etc. At best the website is a creative outlet for the dark fantasies of a very sick person; but most agree it is a criminal enterprise.
Radionewz became the focus of critical scrutiny in the past few weeks after researchers began to realize the website had, what amounted to, a hit-list, and was deliberately targeting HaLeigh Cummings case witness for online bullying, ridicule, threats, and cyber stalking.
The website has proven itself far more than a menace, and regularly singles out entire families for anonymous harassment, which includes telephone calls, emails, and personal contact by agent.
Concerns about public safety reached a fevered pitch recently when the Administrator sent out a warning/alert to individuals she/he blatantly stated were in a sex-trafficking ring. The action appeared to be in violation of United States Code.
William Murtaugh, a blog operator from Florida was the primary target of the sex trafficking accusation. Amidst the clear attack on his character, Murtaugh responded with an interesting hypothesis, which he published.
“What would be the best way to divert attention away from your role in the kidnapping of Haleigh Cummings?” Murtaugh asked, rhetorically.
He then provided an answer.
“The answer might be to operate a popular blog and use the content of that blog to divert attention away from you towards someone else. In this case that diversion would be toward anyone who might be getting close to the truth,” he said.
Somebody that has gotten close to the truth is Edward Boyle.
The biofuels engineer from South Florida became a central figure in the Radionewz story after his sister, Maria Burgun, was attacked on the website. Boyle smoked out an anonymous player, and subsequently obtained an incriminating audio message, which was left on his answering machine. He said he gave the phone message to his sister’s lawyer.

Maria Burgun is a highly respected and eloquent Florida business woman that became a key figure in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation after she met with the FBI and disclosed some very valuable information. She is represented by Tripp-Scott Law Firm, Fort Lauderdale, and said to have more useful information about HaLeigh’s disappearance than Misty Croslin.

However, low profile individuals that have never done anything to upset HaLeigh’s abductor, or interstate carrier, have also fallen prey to the cyber-stalker that runs Radionewz.
Harriet Sweat operates a Christian ministry in the Palatka area. She says she seeks to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world; often ministering to prisoners and drug addicts. She is described by those who know her as being very Christ-like – absolutely loving and completely selfless.
In the course of Sweat’s ministry she became friends with Hank and Lisa Croslin, parents, Misty Croslin. Most recognize Misty Croslin as the young babysitter that law enforcement called the “key” to the HaLeigh Cummings mystery.

“Ms. Harriet has helped us out a lot,” Hank Croslin said, discussing the extensive role Sweat played in his newly found sobriety and walk with the Lord. Hank Croslin mentioned Sweat reverently throughout the entire interview.
Hank Croslin described “Ms. Harriet” as the “best friend they ever had.”
In November of 2012 a headline at Radionewz read, “Harriet Lewis Sweat’s bible thumping shit.” Even a non-confrontational Christian woman who gives her own time and money to the poor is not safe from the monster running Radionewz.
An author at Radionewz using the name ‘Executioner’ knew who Sweat was because of her relationship with Hank and Lisa Croslin.
Executioner was extremely angry Sweat had spoken to me (Timothy Holmseth) and was punishing her online. “Maybe you are ignorant Mrs. Sweat of the true nature of Mr. Holmseth. But were you aware that he obsesses over the vagina of Haleigh Cummings?” Executioner said.
Sweat said she knows who is writing the content about her. Ironically – Boyle’s position is much the same. He said he already “knows” who it is and “it is only a matter of time now.”
The rabid statements by Executioner against me, regarding little HaLeigh, were based upon an article I wrote after interviewing Crystal Sheffield’s victim’s advocate, Wayanne Kruger.
There doesn’t seem to be any obvious reason why Executioner would be so angry at me for revealing the facts and details provided to me by Kruger. The dark rant Executioner embarked upon indicates he/she does not want that story to come out.
There is no explanation – unless – unless one considers the sex-trafficking alerts Radionewz sent out on the Web.
Kruger told me a man named John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan, went to the home of Ronald Cummings shortly before HaLeigh vanished. They took naked pictures of the five year-old with the permission of her grandmother, Teresa Neves; Misty Croslin was present. John Regan was wired and recorded the illegal transaction.
Kruger said HaLeigh was being “pimped out.”
The photo shoot was described as a blackmail scheme so HaLeigh could be taken later from her father without a fight. Kruger said she believed HaLeigh was taken in a rescue mission, but it was hijacked by some really bad people.
Donald Knop, Team Sheffield, told me he possessed copies of the photos that depicted the five year-old’s damaged private parts. Knop has seen the pictures with his own two eyes. He said the photos are very hard to look at and disturb him. If the FBI or Putnam County Sheriff’s Office asks Knop if he has ever possessed the photos he will tell them yes.
Kruger said John Regan dresses up as a pastor, impersonates law enforcement including FBI and CIA – tells people he is an undercover pedophile – and is involved in child sex trafficking and baby brokering. She said John Regan told her he could take her to the “intake house” where they process the kids.
Kruger told me a Florida Bondman named William Staubs – a.k.a. Cobra – was once traveling with John Regan to a trafficking safe house they operate in a different state when he was pulled over by police. She said there will be a public record of the traffic stop.
Kruger’s story about Staubs and John Regan is interesting, because Staubs told me John Regan told him he was working “undercover” for the FBI.
One researcher explained how the process of elimination can be used to determine the owner of the website. One simply needs to make a list of the names on the HaLeigh hit-list, and then determine the single common enemy that hates them all.”
“It aint going to be long now,” Boyle said.
Boyle mentioned the IRS and Florida Department of Revenue but did not elaborate.

Could the identity of an x-rated website’s anonymous owner, and the person that kidnapped HaLeigh Cummings be one in the same?
A growing number of independent researchers believe an explosive reality lies behind the true identity of a person that owns and operates a website called www.radionewz.net.
The increasing suspicions of the public abruptly changed from ‘possibility’ to likely ‘reality’ after Edward Boyle, a biofuels engineer from Hollywood, Florida began openly discussing the facts behind an online feud that erupted in the comment section of the website.
The relatively brief feud in early April of 2013 was not your ordinary discussion – not by a long shot.
Boyle said he originally went to the website after learning a photograph of his sister, Maria Burgun, had been published with insults and vile sexual commentary.
What astonished researchers was not only did Boyle know the person that attacked his sister on the website – he clearly knew the person very well and the relationship was tumultuous if not hateful.

And then – as the old saying goes – the devil is in the details.
Boyle’s sister, Maria Burgun, is a millionaire from Plantation that operates a very successful business with her husband, John Burgun.
The sleazy outhouse Radionewz.net is the last place you would typically expect to find an eloquent and refined woman such as Maria Burgun being slimed. But she is not your average South Florida socialite.

She is a witness in the federal investigation of matters involving the disappearance of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.
In 2012, Maria Burgun began interacting with law enforcement after an anonymous caller attempted to extort a very large amount of money from her – suggesting she might be taken on a trip to the Hoover Dam if she did not cooperate. She received the bizarre call while out for supper with her family and immediately called the Plantation Police Department.
The police record is there for all to see.
For reasons mostly known to Maria Burgun and the feds – the facts surrounding the extortion attempt ultimately resulted in her sitting down with the FBI to discuss the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings.
Edward Boyle was also contacted by the police regarding the extortion attempt. He told police he too had received a threatening telephone call. He said the caller told him it would take “a thousand stitches” to put his face back together if he didn’t come up with the money.
A short time later, the yard-man at Boyle’s plant was non-fatally shot from behind in the dark. The Broward County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) investigated the attempted homicide but no arrests were made. The FBI also visited Boyle at his plant.
It’s all there in the police records for the public to see.
Boyle believed he knew who was behind the shooting and recalled telling the FBI agent the guilty parties were involved with that “little girl.” He was referring to HaLeigh Cummings. He said the special agent responded, “We’re aware of it.”
The connection between Boyle’s biofuels plant and his sister’s developing relationship with the FBI regarding HaLeigh Cummings takes on a very significant meaning as one begins to read the hostile exchange that took place on Radionewz.net in April.
The reader will immediately notice Boyle personally knows, and has likely done business with the anonymous person he is exchanging jabs with. The animosity appears to involve the biofuels business.
The conversation begins with what appears to be a taunt by Boyle at the individual that published his sister’s photo.
“Hey Maria – remember, they’re jealous. Always have been. This has made you strong. They don’t know what their up against. LMFAO. You were right. You told me so. Soon the whole gang, even daddy, will know what they have gotten themselves into. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha. What a good laugh we will have. Although I feel bad for their kids. Almost there. Around the corner to victory.” Boyle wrote using his real name.
Boyle’s mention of sorrow for the children indicates he personally knows the person he is taunting. His statement “always have been” indicates they have known each other for some time.
Sixteen minutes later a response is posted by a person using the name “Anonymous.” The speed at which the responding poster noticed they were being taunted by Boyle cannot be ignored. At sixteen minutes, the person would have had to be monitoring the website and perhaps receiving e-mail notifications when comments are made on the Radionewz Blog.
The responder is not happy.
“Fucking loser….how’s your plant Ed? Oh shit…you don’t know cause you’re not allowed on the property, are ya bud? How’s it feel to get kicked the fuck out of your own business, huh, you fat piece of shit? Go smoke some more dope and pop some pills with your stripper kid, fat ass. How’s your Wife’s job at Target, you unemployed pill popper? You are a L-O-S-E-R. Get lost, fat fuck,” Anonymous said.
Two minutes later a poster logged on as ‘Chicago Mob’ and wrote: “Edward Boyle got evicted from his own business.”
At this point, you now have a supposed third party, within a mere two minutes of the first response, joining in on the subject of Boyle’s biofuels plant.
It is clear the poster(s) talking to Boyle profess to know details about his life, and are aware of the fact he is involved in a contract dispute regarding his business.
Three minutes later a poster using the name Sal Ramos logs on and writes: “Who were the four guys looking for you outside your plant, one with a gun??? Thanks to me….”
This poster, Sal Ramos, constitutes party number four – joining in four minutes after party three and talking about Boyle.
The comment by Sal Ramos involving men stalking someone with a gun is eerily reminiscent of the attempted homicide in 2012 investigated by the BCSO. The writer appears to be openly admitting, and even bragging, they sent hit-men to Boyle’s plant (this is something that should be looked into by law enforcement considering the attempted homicide at the same address).
One minute later Sal Ramos says, “The guys from Bost[on] still think your shady….just sayin…”
It is obvious a conversation between Boyle and only one other person is taking place; the other party is simply logging in under various names.
Two minutes later a poster logs in as SAL and says, “$30,000 from Mike — $67,000 from Craig — $80,000 from the Boston loan sharks??? That’s $177,000 since November Fat A$$. Get a job loser. Your pill habits up to 15-20 a day now buddy. No wonder.”
The poster Sal Ramos professes to know details of Boyle’s finances to the tune of $177,000.
Boyle explained during interviews “Craig” is a man named Craig Goldstein. He said he has done some business with Goldstein.
Sixteen minutes later Boyle responds. “Meeting them tomorrow. Thanks NE and CG. We’ll see things happen for a reason Mikey. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.”
Nine minutes later Boyle continues to talk to the person he has begun calling “Mikey.” He says, “Waiting for your lawsuit there Mikey ol’ boy. Soon enough buddy. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.”
The familiarity between the posters is clear. For instance, Boyle says, “…you’re done soon and so is daddy.”
At one point Boyle refers to “Thompson and the wife.” Boyle stated during interviews Thompson is a man named Brian Thompson.
Four minutes later Boyle provides a detail regarding what he believes are the activities of Mikey. He says, “How’s the pumping going. Not too good. Ha.”
“Ol sis has your number. No escape now,” Boyle taunts.
The contentious debate fizzles and then continues bright and early the next morning. “The Boston loan sharks as you call them, CG will be happy doing business while you’re up duct taping together what’s left,” Boyle says.
As the heated argument on Radionewz.net died out, the activity and emotion did not. In fact, the most explosive event to take place was about to occur.
Boyle received a voice message on his answering machine.
According to Boyle, he turned a copy of the recording over to Douglas H. Reynolds, attorney, Tripp-Scott Law Firm, Fort Lauderdale. Reynolds is the attorney that represents John and Maria Burgun in their legal matters.
Boyle said Attorney Reynolds was excited to obtain a copy of the recording. Boyle also said Reynolds recognized the voice on the recording. Boyle said Reynold’s knows who the person is.
When Boyle’s comments were published in previous articles, Attorney Reynolds contacted me and stated Boyle’s assertions were “not correct” and “inaccurate” but did not elaborate.
Reynold’s was asked specifically, but would not confirm or deny receiving the answering machine message.
Boyle was contacted again and he maintained his statements were true. He said Reynolds had not contacted him to protest his statements to the media. Boyle said he believed Reynolds was protecting himself and going through the “motions.”
Boyle said the recording he gave Reynolds will prove the identity of the person that posted his sister’s photograph on Radionewz.net.
Researchers are now concerned.
Why?
Because.
A careful study of the Radionewz Blog over the past several years has revealed it contains a list of witnesses in the HaLeigh Cummings disappearance. A list of specific individuals – permanently slated for regular character assassination, defamation, and harassment on the website.
The website is a new-age gun – used to silence witnesses.
The names of the people being taken out comprise a hit-list that is focused strictly on HaLeigh Cummings case witnesses and designed to completely ruin their reputations.
Every witness is deemed mentally unstable.
Why does the publisher do that?
Who is the owner of the website?
Why does the owner of Radionewz.net want to silence witnesses in a missing child case?
Boyle hopes the answering machine message will break the case wide open.
