Kidnapping and child rape porn cover-up center stage in Minnesota District Court

Affidavit is a blueprint to a child sex trafficking ring operating in U.S. and abroad

Minnesota law enforcement has actively assisted individuals involved in a child kidnapping that involved rape porn production of a five year-old from Florida.

The horrendous details of a colossal cover-up of crimes against children that include the sale of infants and children through the U.S. Embassy to purchasers in Belgium are contained in a 214-page Motion, Statement, and Exhibits filed with the Minnesota District Court by Timothy Charles Holmseth.

The Motion is set for a hearing on September 13, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Polk County Courthouse in Crookston, Minnesota.

District Judge Tamara Yon is hearing the Motion to Vacate filed by Holmseth in the Family Court Division pertaining to prior orders of the court that improperly linked Holmseth’s publication to the best interest of his minor son.

The filing contains brand new evidence that proves Holmseth and his family have been victims of an illegal scheme, spanning eights years, by organized crime, to silence him, and his publication, regarding critical information he acquired about a kidnapped child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings who was raped and filmed.

Holmseth began assisting the FBI in 2009 and was interviewed several times at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Evidence shows Rodney Hajicek, a police detective in East Grand Forks, Minnesota secretly received a 22-page report from a conspirator, that Holmseth authored for the FBI, regarding a group involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping – – – the email said Holmseth had to be “stopped” – Hajicek then hid them both.

Hajicek secretly communicated with conspirators via his private Gmail account so the emails would not show up in formal requests for police records.

Holmseth’s 22-page report to the FBI, which is an exhibit in the court filing, included critical information about the very people Hajicek was privately communicating with, and their role in the missing child case. It also included information about their involvement with a man named John Regan who dressed as a pastor and told searcher for the missing child that he was an undercover pedophile for the FBI (and CIA).

Emails and records show Hajicek conspired with multiple players in several states to shut Holmseth up and have him arrested while simultaneously hiding, manipulating, and destroying records.

Holmseth’s evidence shows how the Minnesota Family Court Division was improperly and diabolically used to gain Venue against Holmseth in 2011 after his book about the kidnapping was broadcast on television.

The Family Court was used to gain Venue because Holmseth was not committing any crimes.

Holmseth has obtained BOMBSHELL evidence that shows the East Grand Forks Police Department and Polk County Attorney’s Office conspired with a private corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. to hide critical records from the court that showed Holmseth was assisting the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI with their search for HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth obtained a recorded statement from Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, that reveals she and a group of operatives was SECRETLY working with law enforcement in both Minnesota and Florida, and on one occasion, maliciously had police sent to Holmseth’s home to search for the kidnapped child.

The introduction of Holmseth’s Statement reads:

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child REDACTED; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.  

Holmseth and his children have received non-stop threats for years with no protection whatsoever from the police.

Holmseth receives threats from a group that calls itself “The Deep State” when they telephone using President Donald Trump and Bill and Hillary Clinton’s telephone numbers (among others).

Efforts to shut Holmseth up continue and Tina Church recently telephoned Holmseth and claimed she had spoke with Honorable Yon on the telephone about his court filing. She said Judge Yon was not very impressed with his court filing. Church said she called to give Holmseth an “opportunity” to withdraw it.

Holmseth recently published explosive information about the cover-up in the Jacob Wetterling case and was threatened he might ‘lose his head’ if he continues.

Holmseth will be submitting the Minnesota court filing for review by the defense attorney of accused murderer Mark Redwine who has been charged with murdering his son Dylan Redwine. Holmseth believes the group is connected to the Redwine case.

Minnesota judiciary and police connected to “CIA Finders”?

Is the State of Minnesota’s judiciary and Guardian Ad Litem program aiding, abetting, and assisting the international CIA child trafficking operation known as “The Finders’?

It’s time to ask.

Evidence contained in a 214 page filing submitted to the 9th Minnesota District Court shows law enforcement and judicial officers in the State are assisting in a child sex trafficking operation that resembles a CIA operation exposed in 1987 know as ‘The Finders’. The Finders was a child abduction and international sex trafficking operation that was the‘Pedogate’ of the eighties.

On February 7, 1987 Washington Post reported, “Authorities investigating the alleged abuse of six children found with two men in a Tallahassee, Fla., park discovered materials yesterday in the Washington area that they say points to a 1960s-style commune called the Finders, described in a court document as a “cult” that allegedly conducted “brainwashing” and used children “in rituals.””

On July 24, 2017 Timothy Charles Holmseth filed documents with the Minnesota court that show police and prosecutors in Polk County, Minnesota criminally conspired in secret with a private organization called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. against him, because he was assisting the Minneapolis and Florida FBI during an investigation into a child kidnapping that involved kiddy rape porn.

Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. claims close contacts to the U.S. military through her son who she said was a “Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force”.

Holmseth’s Affidavit details very specific information he received from Wayanne Kruger, the victim’s advocate for Crystal Sheffield whose five year-old daughter, HaLeigh Cummings, mysteriously vanished in 2009. Kruger provided Holmseth the names and operating methods of an infant sales operation run in part through Florida DCF that sold babies internationally. The group used a man that dressed as a pastor and identified himself as “CIA” and “FBI”.

Tina Church secretly interjected her operatives into the HaLeigh Cummings case by covertly contacting law enforcement’s witnesses and claiming they could locate HaLeigh and help get law enforcement’s “key” to the case, Misty Croslin, out of prison.

Since learning of the Motion filed by Holmseth, Church claims she has spoken in private with Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad, and Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon.

Church said she has put Ronald Galstad, Galstad Jensen and McCann, the private attorney that contracts for the City of East Grand Forks on notice that if he does not involuntarily commit me (Timothy Holmseth) into a mental institution that her attorney from Chicago is going to sue East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Church told Holmseth the judge has the authority to lock him up in a psyche ward.

Privately communicating with a judge is almost always considered illegal Ex Parte communication.

William Staubs, Case Closed Inc., who was a primary focus of the FBI during Holmseth’s interviews in 2010 and an associate of Tina Church, told Holmseth he would telephone judges at home in Florida.

Levi Page, Tennessee, an agent and associate of Tina Church has also repeatedly telephoned Holmseth and parroted Church’s threats about locking Holmseth up against his will in a psyche ward.

On August 5, 2017, Page telephoned Holmseth regarding the murder of Dylan Redwine, whose father Mark Redwine, presently faces murder charges in Colorado. During the call, Page made the untrue and utterly bizarre accusation that Holmseth told somebody that he (Page) planted evidence in the Dylan Redwine murder investigation. “I am going to make sure that you’re in jail or that you’re put on a psychiatric hold and you probably have another psyche eval coming up. Have a great day psycho. Have an excellent day psycho. Bye,” Page said.

Page’s incessant involvement in missing person cases appears to reveal he is a bit player in larger operation. In 2010, Levi Page published a bio for his new radio program about missing children where he stated he was a 34 year-old “Criminal Investigator”. In 2015, a police report made against Page for publishing sex stories about Holmseth’s minor children revealed he was only 20 years-old in 2010 and had no professional background of any kind.

In 2011, Tina Church telephoned the police in East Grand Forks and said “Tim Holmseth” claimed to have a kidnapped child in his home. Church later claimed the false police report was made by a woman from Florida who impersonated Church along with Levi Page on a third telephone line.

Washington prosecutor provided court documents that may exonerate Mark Redwine

I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) have provided the prosecutor overseeing the extradition of Mark Redwine, the Colorado father accused of murdering his son Dylan Redwine.

I submitted two PDF files to Attorney David S. McEachran, Whatcom County Prosecutor, today.

I contacted Attorney McEachran because I believe I have information that may exonerate Mark Redwine and implicate involved parties in Dylan Redwine’s disappearance and murder.

My letter stated in part:

I am contacting you regarding the case against accused murderer Mark Redwine because I believe I have information that may exonerate him. 

I am attaching my court motion, Affidavit, and Exhibits, which in my opinion, you would be ethically required to review, in the interest of justice, because Mark Redwine has been accused of murder and is being held in your jurisdiction.

I will also be providing a copy of this to Mark Redwine’s defense counsel when I can obtain his name.

To impress upon you the true gravity of what my court filings contain, I will tell you – after I filed my court papers on this matter, a mentioned person and licensed PI, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, telephoned me several times. Tina Church categorically told me she telephoned Minnesota 9th District Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon and talked to the judge Ex Parte about me. She said that even though she knew she was being recorded.

Tina Church has also told me she telephoned Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad. She told me she put Attorney Galstad on “notice” that if the City of East Grand Forks did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institution, her high powered lawyer from “Chicago” is going to file a lawsuit against the City of EGF.

Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. has contacted me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) for the second time since I filed my court Motion to the Minnesota District Court, as well as a complaint to the Inspector General of the Air Force, last week.

Levi Page, agent, Specialized Investigative Consultants, telephoned me yesterday.

Page is a psychologically disturbed person whose entire identity is an explosion of red flags.

In 2010, Page published an online professional bio that that said he was a 34 year-old “criminal investigator” that was going to be covering high profile cases on the Web about missing and murdered children including Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings, and Kyron Horman.

In 2015, a complaint to the police about Page threatening me and publishing sexual content about my children triggered a background check, which revealed he was only 20 years-old (with no professional background at all) in 2010 when he said he was 34.

There’s a reason Page is un-naturally obsessed with little kids.

Time ferreted out the fact that Page’s online presence was an operation of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana. The operation is connected to the U.S. Military, CNN, court officers, corrupt government officials, CPS, FBI, CIA, and other rogue police sprinkled around the United States.

The group involves itself with missing children cases that often end when the child is found dead and mutilated such as the cases of Dylan Redwine and Jessica Ridgeway in Colorado.

The operation targets families, witnesses, and anybody that poses a threat.

And…

They did exactly that in July, 2011, when operatives conspired with officers of the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force against me. The plan involved a false police report that I had a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings in my home.

The objective of the operation was to create a document that made it appear the child had been in my home at some point, because members of the EGFPD and Pine to Prairie Task Force knew I had been told by an eyewitness, who was an employee of a Florida law firm, that child rape pornography had been created of HaLeigh.

The Minnesota police factually know who kidnapped and raped HaLeigh. But the plan was to make it look as if I had kidnapped, raped, filmed, and murdered HaLeigh.

That’s how operations by this group work.

But it didn’t turn out to well.

Tina Church now says she was impersonated by a woman from Florida on the aforementioned police report and says Levi Page was involved.

However, when Page called me yesterday, he suggested that Tina Church is lying when she says that in July, 2011 he sat silent on another telephone line, while yet another agent of the corporation filed the false police report.

According to Tina Church, the woman impersonated her.

The caller, who is listed as “Tina Church”, said “Timothy Holmseth” had just told her he had a kidnapped child named “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home – causing officers to be dispatched.

The significance of the false police report event is profound because my Affidavit and Statement of Facts to the Minnesota court details the tactics of a shadow government operation that is involved in kidnappings and murders across the country.

The Motion, Affidavit, and Exhibits will be provided to Mark Redwine and his attorney.

The Redwine and Jacob Wetterlings cases are not solved and over with by a long shot.

Former FBI profiler contaminates Mark Redwine prosecution – Minnesota court motion contains blueprint of shadow government cult operation against children

Pete Klismet, the former FBI ‘profiler’ hired by La Plata County, Colorado to assist in the Dylan Redwine murder investigation is associated with a nefarious group that is cynically involved with child kidnappings across the United States.

The group specifically involves itself with ‘kidnappings’, ‘children’ and ‘custody’ of children by agents and individuals that claim to work for the FBI and CIA and receive support from the U.S. Military. The organization, which is essentially a blackmail and extortion operation, is the subject of a present court action in Minnesota, as well as a complaint to the Inspector General at the Pentagon for the U.S. Air Force.

On July 24, 2017, a 218 page filing including a Motion, Affidavit, and Exhibits, was filed in the 9th Minnesota District Court, and contains details of an elaborate criminal operation that conspired against the family of a Minnesota journalist and author (Timothy Charles Holmseth) who assisted the FBI in a kidnapping and child porn investigation in 2009-2010.

Klismet and several others are named.

Klismet’s connection to La Plata County may be the proverbial ‘kiss of death’ for the prosecution against Mark Redwine – and for good reason.

The very detailed Affidavit and Statement of Timothy Charles Holmseth provides perspective for the many oddities associated with the Dylan Redwine case such as the ‘compromising photographs’ that have been used to intimidate and blackmail Mark Redwine.

The statement also provides perspective for the involvement of a woman named Kimberly Kay Bowman in the Dylan Redwine case. Bowman has been widely reported in the news for her un-wanted and creepy involvement in many missing child cases in Colorado (Bowman was a strong area of interest to the Denver FBI during interviews with Danielle Kekoa regarding Rev. Bob Enyart, Planned Parenthood attacks, and the JonBenet Ramsey murder – Bowman was associated with Enyart and befriended the Kekoa’s to snoop through their house).

Klismet has been in real bad company.

He recently told Channel 7 in Denver there is “no doubt” Mark Redwine murdered his son Dylan. FOX 31 reported Klismet said, “I came to an inescapable conclusion. It had to be Mark,” Klismet said.

Klismet is not a good front man for the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office and creates some question whether mainstream news outlets have even vetted him.

In July, 2015, Klismet appeared on a Web program hosted by a man named Levi Page to discuss the Dylan Redwine case. If Klismet were truly a ‘profiler’ he would have known to stay 1,000 miles away from Page.

Holmseth contacted Klismet before his appearance and tried to steer him away.

Levi Page has used his radio program to issue press releases for the person(s) shown to the FDLE and FBI as creating, possessing, and distributing child rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

The aforementioned evidence shows the pornography was created after the child was reported missing on February 10, 2009.

The proof of the child pornography, and the ring distributing it, was captured by me during recorded audio interviews.

You are an investigator – perhaps you might want to listen to the audios I sent you and ponder why Mr. Page was saying the things he was saying.”

Klismet became angry at Holmseth and defended Page.

Page is an agent of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana; a corporation named in the Minnesota court action.

Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. is shown to be a criminal operation that threatens witnesses, publishes propaganda in missing children cases, and strategically deploys operatives to tamper with law enforcement investigations.

Tina Church, the president of Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. told Chelsea Croslin, a witness in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation, that she worked the “JonBenet Ramsey” case and warned Croslin “I told you to keep your fucking mouth shut” and refers to her special group as the “big dogs”.

Church is presently attempting to avoid prosecution in Minnesota and Indiana for filing a false police report to the East Grand Forks Police in Minnesota regarding the whereabouts of the missing child, HaLeigh Cummings. Church is listed as the caller in the official police report from 2011. However, in 2016, Church abruptly claimed “Levi Page” conspired with a Florida woman to impersonate her (Church) on the call to police.

Web pages that traced back to Page featured x-rated content and threats about Holmseth’s children and warned Holmseth to remove his websites.

Church, Klismet, Page and several others have been named in the Motion filed to the Minnesota District Court this week.

Big problems ahead for Colorado prosecutors?

Prosecutors in the Mark Redwine case may find Klismet a liability of epic proportions and a severe hindrance to the integrity of their prosecution.

Klismet is named in a court motion that was filed yesterday to the Minnesota District Court by Timothy Charles Holmseth, a journalist and author who assisted the FBI in the national profile kidnapping case of HaLeigh Cummings. 

An abundance of evidence shows Klismet is not really an ‘unbiased profiler’ but is rather, an operative brought in to push a narrative and possibly, plant evidence.

Holmseth has communicated with Klismet in the past regarding Klismet’s appearance on a talk show hosted by Levi Page, who has been directly implicated by Tina Church, Mishawaka, Indiana, as a participant in a strategically placed false police report in Minnesota regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Timothy Holmseth believes Klismet, himself, is more of a key to what happened to Dylan, than any evidence collected in the case by detectives.

Holmseth’s Affidavit includes details of secret private emails between EGFPD Lieutenant Rodney Hajicek, kidnappers, and Polk County Greg Widseth, wherein they plotted to arrest Holmseth after Holmseth gave the FBI evidence of a man that dressed as a pastor and told searchers he was a “CIA agent” and “undercover pedophile” for the “FBI”.

Holmseth has been threatened regarding his coverage of child cases including JonBenet Ramsey, Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings, Dylan Redwine, and others.

Holmseth recently received a threat to have his head cut off after publishing an article entitled ‘Pedophiles Gone Wild’ that spoke of the recent cover up of the Jacob Wetterling kidnapping.

In September, 2016, Holmseth provided Donald J. Trump’ attorney with an alleged confession authored by a psychotic pedophile that claimed to be the murderer of JonBenet Ramsey.

Eight years of threats against a Minnesota journalist and his children by a group that calls itself the “Deep State” “The Firm” and “Anonymous” using the telephone numbers of President Donald Trump and Bill and Hillary Clinton will be in front of a Minnesota judge.

Timothy Charles Holmseth, East Grand Forks, Minnesota filed the Motion to the 9th Minnesota Judicial District court today through the U.S. Mail.

The filing is 218 pages and includes a copy of an updated complaint Holmseth recently filed to the Inspector General of the U.S. Pentagon for the U.S. Air Force regarding a Lt. Colonel that has been implicated.

Retired FBI agent Pete Klismet involved in Planned Parenthood shooting?

Write Into Action calling for former FBI agent to be investigated by FBI and DHS for domestic terrorism

Was former FBI agent Pete Klismet following Robert Lewis Dear the day Dear traveled to the Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs where he killed three people – wounding nine.

Suspicion is tightening on Klismet and his potential involvement in very serious crimes.

Some believe Klismet may be impersonating an FBI agent despite being retired.

Relatively unknown in the field of criminal profiling, Klismet has repeatedly interjected himself into several national profile murder cases in Colorado.

Klismet recently told KRDO, Channel 13, Colorado Springs, that Planned Parenthood shooter Robert Lewis Dear is showing signs of paranoid schizophrenia, despite Klismet having never met or interviewed him.

Or has he?

The question now being raised is – is the paranoia actually on the part of Klismet?

There’s reason to believe Klismet is worried about Dear speaking out about his life and events leading up to the shooting.

Following the mass shooting, Dear told CBS news that FBI agents followed him from Hartsel to the Colorado Springs clinic, and that the agents even warned people inside the Planned Parenthood clinic that he was coming.

Dear’s utter contempt for who believed to be ‘FBI agents’ was very clear when he described their actions as he approached the Planned Parenthood facility.

“When I got there, of course, those guys knew I was armed, knew everything about me. They slither off like snakes and they get the local cops to do their dirty work, so that’s why the shootout was there,” Dear told KCNC.

Dear said the FBI had been harassing him year after year. He said they broke into his trailer in rural Colorado and cut holes in his clothes.

Were the people following Dear actually FBI agents? Or did he just think they were?

Stalking, harassing, tormenting, and illegally entering a person’s residence to cut holes in a man’s clothes is completely illegal and forbidden by both state and federal law.

Klismet’s continued interjection into the Planned Parenthood shooting and attempts to discredit Dear have raised the question – was Klismet one of the people following Dear?

Klismet’s behavior can no longer be ignored.

In 2015, Klismet suddenly became involved in the Dylan Redwine murder investigation. He said he was brought in by the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office (LCSA) to assist.

Why?

The obvious question is – why didn’t the LCSA bring in a known criminal profiler from the real FBI?

Klismet told news reporters “I’ve been doing this for 30 years, and I have yet to get one wrong.” He told news stations in July, 2015, that he identified a person of interest.

One month later in August, 2015, the LCSA announced Dylan’s manner of death was “homicide” and named his father, Mark Redwine, as a person of interest.

It was also reported new evidence had been found near where Dylan’s remains were located.

And – Klismet had been there.

The true body of evidence in the Dylan Redwine case is not pointing at Mark Redwine – it’s pointing at the LCSA, Klismet, and Redwine’s mother, Elaina Hall.

But the suspicion about Klismet does not end there.

Evidence exists that essentially proves Klismet is a complete fraud.

On July 9, 2015, a Web radio host named Levi Page announced Klismet would be appearing on his program. The announcement appeared on a cyber-harassment website called www.radionewz.net. The site is situated on an off-shore Web server and not subject to U.S. jurisdiction for subpoenas.

No respectable retired FBI agent would ever associate with an x-rated website that shows cartoons of animals raping each other.

Either Klismet got one wrong as a profiler – or he is actually closely associated with Page and the website, behind the scenes.

Here is an example of Klismet’s ability to ‘profile’.

In July, 2015, Levi Page was investigated by the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota regarding threats, intimidation, and sexual commentary targeted against children that was published on www.radionewz.net.

The police investigation discovered that in 2010, Levi Page lied about his age in a professional Web bio where he claimed to be a 34 year-old “criminal investigator” covering child kidnappings. It was discovered Page was only 20 years old in 2010 and had no background or credentials.

The entire false bio is now being assessed as an actual blueprint for a media apparatus that provides witness intimidation for a child sex-trafficking and pornography operation responsible for multiple torture deaths of kidnapped children.

Write Into Action is calling for Pete Klismet to be interviewed by the real FBI and Department of Homeland Security for engaging in acts of domestic terrorism.

Evidence in the investigation into the murder of Dylan Redwine is creating very serious questions about the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office (LCSA).

The LCSA is working with a former FBI agent associated with a media group that intimidates witnesses using pornography videos?

The former fed working with the LCSA is Pete Klismet.

In 2015, the LCSA began working with the former FBI profiler on the Dylan Redwine murder case.

Klismet told news reporters “I’ve been doing this for 30 years, and I have yet to get one wrong.” He told news stations in July, 2015, that he identified a person of interest.

However, two reasonable people could not disagree that Klismet poses a serious credibility problem to the LCSA.

Holmseth also provided Klismet with audio recordings of Levi Page during telephone calls initiated by Page. The recordings featured Page warning Holmseth he better “shut the fuck up” and stop saying another missing child, HaLeigh Cummings, is alive.

Klismet wasn’t fazed.

In the most bizarre of statements, Klismet replied to Holmseth, “Not interested in anything to do with that and it doesn’t influence me in any way about any thing.”

Evidence is beginning to show the Dylan Redwine murder investigation is an ongoing media stunt put on to mislead the public.

Planned Parenthood gunman says he was being followed by FBI the day he opened fire

Denver FBI contacted informant three days before shooting to avoid another “Dr. Tiller” incident

The man that killed three people and wounded nine at the Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado Springs told KCNC-TV he was being followed by the FBI on November 27, 2015.

Robert Lewis Dear said 10 FBI agents were following him and contacted the facility and warned them he was coming.

“When I got there, of course, those guys knew I was armed, knew everything about me. They slither off like snakes and they get the local cops to do their dirty work, so that’s why the shootout was there,” Dear told KCNC.

“When I busted in that door on the side, all the people were gone,” he said. “So they had been tipped off by the FBI or somebody. All the employees, everybody had gotten out the back,” he said.

Dear said the FBI had been harassing him year after year. He said they broke into his trailer in rural Colorado and cut holes in his clothes.

Dear said the shooting was not planned, but he feared the FBI was going to get him so he chose the Planned Parenthood facility to make his “last stand”.

Denver FBI spokeswoman Deborah Sherman declined to comment, citing a gag order in case.

PRIOR KNOWLEDGE BY FBI

Exclusive information obtained by Write Into Action indicates the Denver FBI was aware that something was going to occur.

On November 24, only three days before the shooting in Colorado Springs, Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI, interviewed Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado.

Write Into Action had been running a expositive series since September, 2015, featuring Danielle Kekoa and her husband, Curtis Kekoa.

The Kekoa’s are former pro-life abortion activists that worked on Operation Rescue when they were members of Denver Bible Church, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Milka said she had received Kekoa’s contact information from Planned Parenthood. “They provided your name and number,” Milka said.

“We need to find somebody – well, I was wondering if you would be willing to talk to me about some of the stuff that you observed while you were a member of the Denver Bible Church,” Milka said.

Danielle Kekoa told Milka that Rev. Bob Enyart, the pastor of Denver Bible Church, is a “serial killer” and “shot caller” running a “satanic cult” while impersonating a pro-life Christian abortion activist.

Milka appeared to be concerned about violence occurring at an abortion facility. “If there’s any move to harm people, like you said, we don’t want another Dr. Tiller on our hands,” Milka said.

Danielle Kekoa told Milka “you can expect it because Bob Enyart has been found out.”

Three days after the interview, Dear opened fire at Planned Parenthood.

Danielle Kekoa told Milka that Enyart is involved in kidnappings and murders on a mass scale, including the murders of JonBenet Ramsey, Jessica Ridgeway, and Dylan Redwine.

The FBI has a copy of a written Manifesto authored by Enyart declaring his own ‘Shadow Government’ and there is strong evidence Enyart’s ‘shadow government’ is connected to organized crime responsible for kidnapping and murders in Florida.

RETALIATION and THE STATE OF FLORIDA

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa have suffered extreme online retaliation after cooperating with the FBI regarding Enyart and his possible connection to Dear.

The Kekoa’s, as well as Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer), have been sexually assaulted online by operatives believed to be publishing content for Enyart on a website located at www.radionewz.net.

Evidence submitted to Judge Tamara Yon, Minnesota State Court, included police reports from a police investigation of Levi Page, Tennessee, and demonstrated threats against Holmseth’s children and un-born grandchild had been published by Page and others.

The website has been used to stalk and threaten both the Kekoa’s and Holmseth for years – always placing a cynical focus on the children of their targets. In one video published against Holmseth, the voice warned Holmseth if he did not remove all of his websites, his grandchild would be taken as soon as it was born.

On January 12, 2016, the website published an article entitled “Dani Kekoa Is Pregnant With Bob Enyart’s Baby? Whut? Lucky #7?” (the reference to ‘lucky number 7’ was regarding Kekoa’s children – they have six children).

Other articles and comments describe vile sexual relations and orgies of all kinds.

One article features a photo of slain Colorado teen Dylan Redwine’s father, Mark Redwine, with feces filled underwear in his mouth. The article contains a comment saying Danielle Kekoa is pregnant with Mark Redwine’s baby.

James Martin, senior attorney, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, possesses information about the identity of the website’s publishers.

Evidence, which will be presented to a federal court by Holmseth, shows Martin, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, and the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Inspector General possess audio evidence obtained by Holmseth that exposes a child kidnapping and pornography ring in Florida that distributed secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings after she was kidnapped.

The trafficking ring involves law enforcement officers, attorneys, and social workers.

Holmseth was recently threatened with arrest by William Wheeler, an investigator with the Santa Rosa County States Attorney’s Office in Florida. Wheeler warned Holmseth not to provide any more information to the Santa Rosa County State’s Attorney or face arrest.

Holmseth possesses evidence (medical charts) of Florida government officials from nearly every government agency (Judges, Attorneys, politicians, police, etc.), including the Florida Inspector General, obtaining prescription medication by fraud at a Tallahassee pill-mill.

Florida Governor Rick Scott has first-hand knowledge of the evidence.

Holmseth will assert in federal court the State of Florida is allowing organized crime to stage operations within its borders to intimidate and threaten him and his family.

HaLeigh Cummings author poised to seek federal injunctive relief against State of Florida

Threats by satanic Web cult to kidnap author’s unborn grandchild creating emergency for blackmailed Florida states attorney

Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, has submitted a Notice of Intent to file for federal injunctive relief against the State of Florida.

The notice was submitted to William Eddins, the chief prosecuting attorney of Florida’s 1st Circuit.

Holmseth decided to begin the legal process after a satanic cult involved in serial kidnappings across the country published videos and threats to kidnap his unborn grandchild.

The satanic cult, which calls itself ‘ANONYMOUS’ in videos it uploads to You Tube, has issued demands that Holmseth remove all of his websites from the internet.

Holmseth captured key figures in the kidnapping ring on tape discussing a CD that contained naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The kidnapping ring included government officials that were agents of Florida DCF, law enforcement, states attorney offices, licensed law offices, and other government entities.

Evidence indicates the cult is kidnapping and murdering children across the United States. One recent case the cult is involved in is the murder of Dylan Redwine, Colorado.

Holmseth further believes his Constitutional rights are under attack by the State of Florida because be uncovered a criminal enterprise comprised of government officials exposed in a series of article he published regarding a government-targeted boy named Alec Thomas Hash.

In November of 2014, Holmseth published an article entitled “Source: FDLE agents falsely arrested Georgia doctor to protect criminal enterprise – Florida law enforcement and mercenary types running ‘black ops’ against witnesses and children”

In the article, Holmseth revealed he possessed evidence from a Tallahassee pill mill that showed employees from the following agencies illegally obtained pills at the facility:

The Office of the States Attorney, 1st Florida Judicial Circuit (hereby referred to as State of Florida), has an abundance of evidence that shows investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth legally obtained evidence that child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was created,  and subsequently distributed, by REDACTED, REDACTED, Florida.

The State of Florida possesses that evidence.

The State of Florida has an abundance of evidence and information that show government officials, law enforcement, government agents, and legal licensees, are entirely aware of the aforementioned state and federal crimes. 

The State of Florida has a legal and ethical obligation under all applicable rules, laws, and ethical standards, to investigate and prosecute the aforementioned crimes to the fullest extent of the law.

I am formally requesting the State of Florida take legal action against REDACTED, as well as any other co-conspirators that have committed violations of the law against me as described herein.

FEDERAL RELIEF

Facts, circumstances, and evidence clearly show that I am a perpetual crime victim; the State of Florida knows the crimes are occurring; and the State of Florida knows the identity of the perpetrators.

Facts, circumstances, and evidence indicate this involves interstate racketeering and conspiracy crimes and I am a racketeering (RICO) victim.
