Polk County Sheriff Barb Erdman is involved in a conspiracy to frame an innocent investigative journalist for rape and murder of a missing child.
The accusation against Erdman was made today in a letter to Honorable Donovan W. Frank; the judge hearing HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORK ET AL.
Erdman is a defendant in the Deprivation of Rights lawsuit that was filed by Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer) in July, 2014.
It is the latest in a shocking turn of events, after evidence of child rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was turned into the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement by Holmseth.
In the letter to Judge Frank, Holmseth sets forth the basic timeline and facts of the plot, which shows members of the Minnesota law enforcement community plotted to frame him for the rape and perceived murder of HaLeigh Cummings.
The plot by police was blown wide open when the child rape pornography evidence suddenly surfaced.
Holmseth originally uncovered the evidence during an independent journalistic investigation of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, and Caylee Anthony Murder cases, which he began in 2009.
Holmseth recently provided state and federal law enforcement proof that pornography was made of HaLeigh Cummings; the pornography showed the five year-old’s damaged vagina; and the damage likely happened after she was kidnapped on February 10, 2009.
The evidence provided to the FBI shows the actual names of the individuals that were distributing the pornography through a secret underground network in Florida.
The individual(s) in the pornography ring were in extensively documented communications with the EGFPD, EGF City Attorney, Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, and Minnesota Guardian Ad Litem program.
The objective of all the players was to have Holmseth arrested and put in prison.
The blueprint of the scheme, which Holmseth presented to Honorable Frank, was to use Minnesota law enforcement to systematically build a paper trail that would lead to Holmseth, and create the appearance he once had HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment; raped her and took pictures of it.
The first phase of the scheme included unprecedented child protection reports made against Holmseth to Polk County Social Services, only weeks after he conducted his first interviews regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping. The unfounded CPS reports asserted Holmseth was “obsessed” with a missing child from Florida and was mentally unstable.
Unfounded CPS reports against Holmseth incrementally increased over time, until the reports contained accusations of child abuse and suggestions he was a pedophile. One report was that he slept with a loaded gun near his child, which resulted in CPS and police coming to his home.
Simultaneously, the Web began to fill up with articles, stories, and radio programs that Holmseth is a psychopath and pedophile, despite these things not being true.
The groundwork was being put down.
In 2011, Aeisso Schrage, the local commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, came to Holmseth’s apartment to search for the missing child, based upon an out of state report he received that the missing child might be there.
This ‘search’ for HaLeigh Cummings was part of an elaborate plot to frame Holmseth.
The out of state report to the EGFPD that HaLeigh Cummings might be in Holmseth’s apartment, was made by the very same individuals that were hosting, and appearing on, Web radio programs where Holmseth was openly called a psychopath and predator.
Holmseth reported harassment and threatening phone calls to the EGFPD, but absolutely no action was ever taken by the EGFPD to investigate. In fact, the EGFPD and Polk County Sheriff’s Office allowed Holmseth to be terrorized on a regular basis.
On one occasion, Holmseth was deliberately hit by a car and diagnosed with Contusion of Thigh at Altru Hospital. The driver admitted to police she did it, and told a Minnesota Guardian ad Litem she ‘moved him out of the way with her car’. Neither the EGFPD nor the Polk County Sheriff’s Office pressed any charges of any kind.
Holmseth was assaulted, harassed, defamed, stalked, and threatened on a regular basis with no protection from law enforcement.
Holmseth pleaded with Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, Sheriff Erdmann, and EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund to protect him and his family and he was completely ignored.
The objective was to slowly manufacture circumstances and fabricate evidence around Holmseth so the American public would believe he was guilty when the final phase of the scheme was executed.
The final phase was to suppose to be a national breaking news story that the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force had stumbled upon child rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings on the computer of a mentally unstable Minnesota author/journalist that had been obsessed with the case.
However, the paper trail that was supposed to lead to Holmseth now implicates the police.
Police incident reports at the EGFPD show they continuously came to Holmseth’s apartment, based upon unfounded reports made by unknown callers that claimed there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from his residence.
Holmseth does not use alcohol or drugs of any kind and has been a recovering alcoholic for 20 years.
The paper trail was strategically and systematically developed by the police, so it could eventually be used to justify the Task Force requesting a search and seizure warrant for his computer hard-drive; on the pre-text he was involved in drugs.
But the real reason to obtain Holmseth’s computer was it contained his entire journalistic work product, and the police believed Holmseth had the child rape pornography images on his hard-drive.
The conspirators believed Holmseth had the images, because he was able to describe the pictures and write stories about the pornography shoot – something the sex traffickers wanted him to stop writing about. However – he never possessed the photos. They had simply been described to him by players that handled the photos.
On December 14, 2012, the Task Force seized Holmseth’s computer, hard drive, discs, cameras, video cameras, storage drives, and other items, but found absolutely nothing illegal.
After nothing illegal was found on the hard-drive and it was ordered returned by the Court, it was rendered inoperable by the police, and the interior of the computer was deliberately damaged in various places so it wouldn’t work anymore.
Holmseth asserts to the U.S. Court that the police were attempting to destroy the audio interviews that now implicate the child sex traffickers.
In June, 2015, Holmseth located some of the audio interviews he’d conducted with members of the Florida legal community in 2009 regarding the child rape pornography.
The FBI and FDLE now has it.
The plot by EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad, Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, Officer Aeisso Schrage, and others has been exposed.
The evidence exposes the child sex ring, and links directly to law enforcement officers and public officials in Minnesota.
Polk County Sheriff Barb Erdman and EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund are both hiding underneath their desks.
