Evidence that rape porn was created of a missing child is one step closer to being delivered to the FBI

Evidence showing child pornography was created of a missing and endangered child is floating around the judicial community in Polk County, Minnesota.

But nobody, from judges, to cops, to lawyers, wants to turn the evidence over to the appropriate authorities.

The evidence involves a fellow attorney.

And they don’t want the American public to know about it either.

On February 19, 2018 Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer) was arrested for (allegedly) publishing public court records and audio files that reveal child pornography was created of a missing and endangered five year-old child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

Today – some of the evidence was delivered to Attorney Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group, Grand Forks, North Dakota.

You are my attorney.

Ronald Galstad, Galstad Jensen & McCann, is the attorney that contracts for the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota to prosecute charges brought by the East Grand Forks Police Department.

Attorney Galstad is prosecuting me based on the allegation that I uploaded court files to the Web. Attorney Galstad alleges I violated an Injunction issued by a Broward County domestic violence court in 2011 that forbid publication regarding the Petitioner, an * * * from Florida named * * * * * *.

Discovery from the EGFPD shows the police officer refers to a folder uploaded to a GOOGLE DRIVE that contained sub folders and files. The mother folder is entitled MAGA MINNESOTA COURT CIA FBI CHILD SEX.

Inside the mother folder is a sub-folder called ‘Polk County Audio D. Knop Naked Photos of HaLeigh mp3’ where you will hear me speak to Donald Knop, an employed legal assistant of * * * * * * Law Office.

As you know, * * * * * * is the * * * * * in the Broward County Order and the person that called the police and demanded I be arrested.

In the aforementioned audio file (which I have attached), you will hear Donald Knop tell me he received naked photos of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings that featured her vagina. He told me the pictures of HaLeigh were being kept in some unknown location by a man named Jeremiah Regan. Knop told me his employer, * * *  * * * * * * held the naked photos of HaLeigh; handed them back; and then instructed him to put the photos of a CD.

I knew from previous conversations with Donald Knop that HaLeigh’s vagina was photographed in a damaged condition consistent with sexual assault. Knop said the photos were placed on a CD and passed to somebody in a gas station parking lot.

I know the photos were never given to law enforcement.

I am attaching a missing person poster published by the FBI wherein the FBI says, “If you have any information concerning this person please contact your local FBI office or the nearest American embassy or consulate”.

As you know, I am forbidden from calling the FBI because the Broward Court Order says “the respondent shall not make any direct or indirect reference about the petitioner on the internet or by use of electronic communication”.

According to an Ivy League attorney (whose name will soon be known) the Broward Court Order is “unconstitutional”.  “Tim, it’s so broad it would prohibit you from talking to me,” the attorney said.

Polk County, Minnesota named by international commission for actively protecting pedophilia at the government level

Inquiry into pedophilia also names Broward County, Florida and Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department

Polk County, Minnesota has been selected by the International Tribunal for Natural Justice (ITNJ) to represent the United States as a place where pedophilia is protected by the government.

Robert David Steele, a retired CIA intelligence officer who now serves as chief counsel for the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse, spoke this week with University of Minnesota professor Sarah Westall.

“I’d like to take some witnesses on the degree to which the FBI and the 18,000 jurisdictions across America, including the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, which has a pedophilia symbol on its badge; including perhaps Polk County in Minnesota and Broward County in Florida. An email dated March 12, 2018, between East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad and Steele, as well as a list of public officials including a Polk County District Judge, the Polk County Attorney, Polk County Sheriff, and East Grand Forks Police Chief reveals Steele has information of a cover-up of child sex trafficking a child pornography.

“A federal lawsuit is in gestation that will inevitably discover with great precision your telephone calls and emails,” Steele told Galstad.

The ITNJ recently convened in London, and will be taking more testimony this coming July in Washington D.C.

I need your legal advice ASAP regarding the court order from Broward County, Florida that is being enforced against me by the East Grand Forks Police Department and their contract lawyer Ronald Galstad, Galstad, Jensen, & McCann.

As you know I was arrested on February 19, 2018 by the EGFPD. One of the conditions of my release from jail was to comply with any domestic abuse or harassment order that may exist.

Below is the language of the Broward County court order from 2011 that is presently in place against me and my publication that was used to arrest me in the middle of the night after I published a You Tube video about the Parkland School shooting and corruption in Broward County, Florida.

Please note the section I highlighted with bold and underline.

THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION.THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.

Can you please guide me:

1. Can I use the name of the aforementioned Petitioner from Broward County when I talk to you on the telephone, considering the telephone is electronic communications?
2. Can I text the name of the aforementioned Petitioner from Broward County if I text you, considering texting is electronic communications?
3. Can I email the name of the aforementioned Petitioner from Broward County if I email you, considering emailing is electronic communications?
4. Can I transfer large files to you using Google Drive if the files contain the name of the aforementioned Petitioner?

On May 4, 2018 I sent a letter to Honorable Paul T. Benshoof, the Chief Judge of the Ninth Minnesota District regarding judicial officers that may not be reporting evidence of child porn and fake adoptions by a fellow attorney as required by Rules of Judicial Conduct. Lt. Rodney Hajicek at the EGFPD telephoned me once and told me I could be arrested if I used the aforementioned Petitioner’s name in an email. Is that true? I have him on tape saying it.

Please advise me regarding the Constitutionality of the aforementioned and how we should govern our communications.

If you believe I can legally communicate with you via ‘electronic communications’ regarding the aforementioned Petitioner from Broward County please provide me a brief (if not extended) explanation supporting your legal opinion.

I am contacting you in regards to the Executive Order issued by President Donald J. Trump on December 21, 2017 entitled Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.

The Order reads in part:

“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. I am asking you, Governor Dayton, please take the time to read this letter and listen to the audios I am providing you on the enclosed flash drive. It is a matter of public safety and national security.

I am a former award-winning news reporter, journalist, and author. I became an FBI witness in a child kidnapping in 2009 after I stumbled upon information from individuals that possessed child pornography of a missing little girl from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

I further obtained information about individuals that identified themselves as CIA and FBI that were stealing babies and children for sale to purchasers in other countries. The group trafficking the children involved an * * * from * * *, Florida named * * *   * * * .

I quickly reported what I learned and the FBI immediately acted upon my information in 2009. In February, 2010 I was formally interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI.

In 2011, police officers at the East Grand Forks Police Department conspired in secret with * * *  * * *  to silence me. They developed a plan that involved * * *  * * *  obtaining an ‘Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence’ in a Broward County domestic violence court, despite the fact I never met * * *  * * *  nor had I been to Florida. The Order was fraudulently obtained in my absence and subjected me to arrest if I published the information I obtained.

In the summer of 2012 I discovered hidden private emails that revealed an officer with the East Grand Forks Police (Lt. Rodney Hajicek) had been conspiring against me using private personal email accounts with the child traffickers. In December of 2012 the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force inexplicably raided my home-office; seized my computer; and destroyed the hard-drive.

In 2016, I recovered my marooned journalism files.

In 2017, I submitted select audios to the Minnesota Ninth District Court in support of a Motion to Vacate. In November, 2017 I provided the evidence to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad via Certified Mail.

Neither Galstad nor Widseth responded to my request to meet and confer, despite the evidence containing actual audio of * * *  * * *  using * * *  * * * license to take away a young mother’s baby using threats and coercion. The audio contained * * *  * * * ‘s * * *  assistant describing child porn * * *  * * *  possessed of HaLeigh Cummings. It also contained * * *  * * * ‘s colleague telling me that * * *  * * *  and * * * husband, * * *  * * *  (felon), steal babies and kids and sell them with the CIA.

On December 13, 2017 Honorable Tamara Yon Granted my motion and described the audios as “evidence”.

On February 19, 2018 I was arrested by the East Grand Forks police and charged with violating the fraudulent Broward County order for allegedly publishing the court records and audio (which are public records).

As you quite likely know, there is presently some 26,000 sealed federal indictments in the United States District Court. High ranking FBI officials such as Andrew McCabe and James Comey are under investigation.

I am asking the Office of the Minnesota Governor take an interest in this serious matter of public safety and national security.

Second Minnesota police department enters kidnapping scandal linked to Clinton Global

Journalist’s publishing court records regarding an organized kidnapping and child pornography operation are being targeted at their homes by Minnesota police.

On April 11, 2018 a police officer from Inver Grove Heights Police Department visited the home of Sarah Westall, a business professor at the University of Minnesota that operates a journalism business.

Professor Westall said she was visited by an ‘Officer Sloan’ who asked her to remove source/reference audios she published regarding a video report she produced and posted on You Tube.

Officer Sloan was visiting Professor Westall at the behest of a court officer from Broward County, Florida that called the police to complain about the audios being published.

Professor Westall’s story pertained to Timothy Charles Holmseth, a journalist from East Grand Forks, Minnesota that was interviewed by the FBI in 2009 regarding evidence he obtained from key figures in a national profile kidnapping in Florida – a situation that found Holmseth targeted with death threats and voice changer calls.

One of the threatening calls came from Clinton Global on Holmseth’s Caller ID.

Professor Westall told the police officer that everything she published was public data from court records and she was not obligated to remove it.

Professor Westall said Sloan admitted she had not broken any law.

History was literally repeating itself.

The Florida court officer that called the Inver Grove Heights Police on Professor Westall did the exact same thing in 2009 to Holmseth.

In 2009, Lt. Rodney Hajicek with the East Grand Forks Police Department telephoned Holmseth and suggested he stop publishing information about a Broward County, Florida court officer whom Holmseth interviewed regarding a national profile child kidnapping.

Hajicek made the ominous call to Holmseth as a favor to the court officer – admitting Holmseth had broken no law.

JEFFREY EPSTEIN

Holmseth’s communications with the court officer included Holmseth being copied on internal law office emails along with Rothstein, Rosenfeldt & Adler. The Florida law firm was headed by now infamous federal prisoner and Ponzi schemer Scott W. Rothstein who ran the largest Ponzi scheme in the history of Florida that involved victims of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein is infamous for his flight logs that show he flew elites such as Bill and Hillary Clinton to his private island known as ‘Pedophile Island’.

POLICE CONSPIRACY

In 2012, secret emails from the private Gmail account of Lt. Hajicek revealed that in 2009, Hajicek began conspiring against Holmseth with a CNN journalist named Art Harris after FBI agents in Florida began using information they received from Holmseth about a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.

In one email between Hajicek and Harris, Harris speaks of Holmseth to Hajicek and says, “He’s got to be stopped”.

BAR complaint records reveal Harris worked for the Florida court officer.

In 2009 during recorded interviews, a court officer from Broward County, Florida boasted to Holmseth she telephoned the Palatka Daily News and told the editor she wanted one of their news reporters “fucking fired”.

In 2017, Wikstrom Telephone Company, Karlstad, Minnesota contacted Holmseth and told him they could no longer host his website due to intimidating communications they were receiving.

HOLMSETH ARRESTED

On February 19, 2018 the EGFPD arrested Holmseth for allegedly publishing court records without redacting a certain name in violation of a court order from Broward County, Florida.

The court records Holmseth allegedly published included audio of eyewitnesses to child pornography, organized international child sex trafficking, and judicial kidnapping.

Beall interviewed Holmseth recently regarding Holmseth’s formal letter to U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The letter addressed evidence of serious issues regarding VP Mike Pence (former Indiana Governor) and Florida AG Pam Bondi.

Holmseth sent the letter following a favorable court ruling in Minnesota regarding evidence Holmseth gave the court regarding CIA/FBI baby sales.

Tina Church is named extensively in Holmseth’s court papers and exhibits.

Tina Church is a charlatan private investigator that did the following (but not limited to) recorded acts:

1. Told me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) she telephoned Honorable Tamara Yon, the Assistant Chief Judge of the 9th Minnesota Judicial District, and talked to the judge about my case (which was a lie).

2. Told me she telephoned Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and discussed me.

3. Told me she telephoned East Grand Forks City Attorney and warned Attorney Ronald Galstad that if the City of EGF did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institution she was going to have her high powered attorney from Chicago sue the City of EGF.

4.   Claims she was impersonated on a formal police report she made to the EGFPD in 2011 when she claimed I had a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings in my home.

I, Timothy Holmseth, am the Petitioner in a court hearing scheduled for December 13, 2017 at 9 A.M. at the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota.

I will be submitting audio recordings to the Minnesota District Court regarding the Casey Anthony case, HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, and evidence of an international adoption scam I uncovered during interviews with Florida legal community members, as well as Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred.

Unconstitutional ‘Prior Restraint’ used in Minnesota family court to cover-up international adoption scam discovered by journalist

The Minnesota 9th District Court will be provided evidence that international child sex traffickers received cover by the State of Minnesota through false allegations that a local journalist’s (Timothy Charles Holmseth) reporting on a Florida kidnapping case affected the best interest of his child.

No such evidence ever existed but the concept was pushed by Matthew Petrovich, a guardian ad litem that had ‘volunteered’ to be involved in the case free of charge (who later be found to have been in private contact with child traffickers).

Records show that only days after Timothy Holmseth (me) interviewed a shady group of players involved in the Florida kidnapping case of HaLeigh Cummings, Polk County Social Services and the East Grand Forks Police Department became inundated with bogus CPS complaints alleging Timothy Holmseth was ‘obsessed’ with HaLeigh Cummings.

Records show Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department began to conspire against Holmseth using his private Gmail account after an attorney’s media agent Art Harris, connected to CNN and Nancy Grace, contacted Hajicek and told him the FBI in Florida was acting on Holmseth’s leads regarding photos of the missing child. Harris told Hajicek, “He’s got to be stopped”.

The conspiracy to shut down Holmseth’ publication and have him arrested was to cover up information Holmseth discovered regarding an international adoption scam and pornography ring involving lawyers, law enforcement, social services, CIA, and FBI.

Contained with the photos shown here is a segment of an affidavit being prepared that will be accompanied by original un-edited audio of interviews Holmseth conducted.

Wayanne Kruger is the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred who was involved behind the scenes with the Casey Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases. Allred recently became the attorney for the family of Savanna Greywind who was found murdered by womb raiders her stole her baby.

The court hearing is scheduled for December 13, 2017 at 9 A.M. at the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, Minnesota.
