BCI Investigator: “You’ve got to realize they’re all owned by the same people”

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on December 15, 2016, 6:05 P.M. CST

“It appears a lawsuit may already be brewing, following the shooting of a man by a UND Police Officer in Grand Forks last weekend”

kvly-fake-news-elliott-lawsuit-article

That was the lead line of a story published by Neil Carlson of KVLY following the shooting of David James Elliott – the unarmed man shot by a rookie University of North Dakota police officer in front of Grand Forks, North Dakota hospital emergency room in 2015.

But Jennifer Elliott – Carlson’s source – said it was not true.

Carlson, a reporter with KVLY (Valley News Live) allegedly published the fake news story after Jennifer Elliott refused to grant him an interview.

Interviews conducted by agents of the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) with Jennifer Elliott (David Elliott’s wife at the time of the shooting), and her mother, Margaret Dolan, reveal the two family members were greatly affected and distraught by the false reporting of KVLY.

According to Jennifer Elliott and Dolan, Carlson hounded Jennifer Elliott for an interview; promising her the station could use methods to disguise her identity but she declined.

Jennifer Elliott said KVLY then simply fooled their viewers into believing they had interviewed her by stating they had talked to her. Jennifer Elliott said when she heard the news station publish a teaser that they had talked; she was terrified at what they might have made up about the non-existent interview.

Jennifer Elliott said Carlson had other people contact her through Facebook to give her his cell phone number.

Dolan also said she knows the Grand Forks Herald, another publication in North Dakota, can’t be trusted but noted she has just gotten used to it.

“You’ve got to realize they’re all owned by the same people,” said BCI agent Michael Ness.

In a related story from August, 2016, Write Into Action exposed WDAZ, another North Dakota news station, after producers collaborated with presenters to fool their viewers about the same police shooting by hiding time-stamps of police-cam video so the public could not put together that the times of the body-cams did not match the dash-cams.

Write Into Action recently published a video showing BCI agents tried to provide the police shooter with a cover story after his body-cam was found hidden under his squad car.

Write Into Action contacted Neil Carlson earlier today for his side of the story but he did not respond.

The Office of North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem was contacted for comment but stated state law does not require them to comment.

Mr. Carlson,

I am independently conducting a journalistic investigation into the cover up of the true facts surrounding the pursuit and shooting of David James Elliott on February 28, 2015 in the Altru Hospital parking lot.

I am reviewing BCI interviews that include David Elliott’s wife Jennifer Elliott and her mother, [Margaret Dolan]. During the interview you are mentioned by name and KVLY is accused of publishing fake news.

Nolan and Elliott mentioned an article regarding assertions Jennifer Elliott had obtained a lawyer and was going to sue.

Nolan said, “They manipulate and lie, boy”.

Jennifer Elliott said, “The one day I came home and I just lay down on the couch for a little bit and I’m laying there and you know how they give out the news – the little blip – the advertisement coming up – and I think they said; it was KVLY; well we talked to Jennifer Elliott or something were going to give a update; I sat up off the couch said ‘did they just say…” I’ve never spoken with them. They were calling me wanting to interview – I just said no … I’ve never given them any information whatsoever”.

There was considerable commentary about you.

My research at this point indicates you have done very, very little (if any) investigating in this matter, which would naturally include obtaining police-cams and the 911 call from the pursuit and shooting.

I will likely be publishing content regarding KVLY; feel free to comment on any questions surrounding your journalistic integrity regarding this police shooting story.

I am investigating the far ranging issues of public safety created by this police shooting that involve Altru, University of North Dakota, UNDPD, GFPD, GFSO, NDHP, and other agencies.

Sincerely,
Timothy Charles Holmseth

Jim Grabanski was key media figure in 1986 unsolved murder

On February 20, 2016, Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) issued a legal advisement to North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, East Grand Forks Police Department, EGF City Council, Grand Forks Police Department, City of Grand Forks, and the North Dakota Highway Patrol regarding HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL.

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on February 28, 2016 at 9:30 P.M.

Retired EGF police officer Jim Grabanski was found dead in his home on February 24, 2016.

The cause and manner of Grabanski’s death was not stated in the very short obituary.

Mysterious Death

Grabanski was a key media figure regarding the unsolved 1986 murder of Daryl Sindermann. Sindermann, a youth from East Grand Forks, Minnesota was murdered at a beer party and the case was never solved.

In November, 2014, Grabanski was interviewed by KVLY during a two part story by reporter Neil Carlson regarding new information about the Sindermann murder. Grabanski told KVLY he was told who murdered Sindermann.

“Retired Officer, Jim Grabanski doesn’t plan to let this case remain unsolved,” Carlson reported.

In November, 2015, Write Into Action acquired records through a document request that named Sindermann’s alleged killers and showed law enforcement had covered the information up to protect certain people.

Grabanski was also a key figure in Write Into Action’s investigative series ‘Special Investigation: East Grand Forks – History of Darkness – Culture of Death’.

Grabanski was a witness to the savage police station beating of Jon Osowski at the East Grand Forks Police Department.

Write Into Action’s investigation into the Osowski beating has revealed Osowski saw a bright light and tunnel during the maniacal assault by (retired) Sgt. Curt Ellingson and other officers.

Osowski told Write Into Action “Jim Grabanski” visited him in his jail cell and told him he could file a complaint about what the police did to him. Grabanski asked Osowski to not tell anybody that he advised him.

On February 20, 2016, Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth) issued a legal advisement to North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, East Grand Forks Police Department, EGF City Council, Grand Forks Police Department, City of Grand Forks, and the North Dakota Highway Patrol regarding HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL.

Timothy Holmseth advised the aforementioned agencies of tentative federal legal action regarding the endless stream of death threats and extortion demands being made against Write Into Action to remove all websites from the internet.

Some of the threats made are against Timothy Holmseth’s children and grandchild – no known action has been taken by any law enforcement regarding the highly documented crimes.

Names and players in 1991 abuse case surface in police shooting of unarmed man in front of emergency room in 2015

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on February 26, 2016 at 12:19 P.M.

Jon Osowski, Grafton, North Dakota, was beaten so savagely in the East Grand Forks Police Department that his soul left his body.

Osowski has permanent physical scars on his neck and back from the torture that involved multiple officers and included his head being smashed into the wall and floor, chest suppression and suffocation, eye gauging, kicking, punching, and being drug around by his hair – all while handcuffed.

The case is now being examined for violations of Jon Osowski’s constitutional rights.

The disturbing events surrounding the Osowski case sparked a journalistic investigation in the 90’s by Neil Carlson, Channel 11, which featured interviews with a host of other abuse victims in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.

“It was about two days later the back window was shot out of my car when we were on Columbia Road and I thought maybe these guys were going come after me again, so I was scared,” Osowski told Write Into Action.

Documents obtained by Write Into Action reveal a police officer that witnessed the event and sought to obtain medical help for Oswoski, captured Rodney Hajicek, now the ranking officer at the EGFPD, stating he witnessed the event, but noting he would lie to state and federal investigators if asked about what he witnessed.

The blatant indifference to honesty, integrity, the law, and human life by Hajicek appears symbolic of everyone involved.

Documents reveal one officer asked if an ambulance had been called for Osowski and was told, “Don’t fucking worry about it.”

Jon Osowski recalled the experience.

“I blacked out and just remember feeling myself – total silence – I thought I was dead for sure. And I did see a bright light and a – it was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen,” Jon Osowski said.

Jon Osowski’s fiance’ and girlfriend of 15 years, Jody, said Jon is troubled by the event. “Jon said himself that he felt his body – or if you want to put it ‘his soul’ leaving his body and he seen a bright light and the tunnel – and just – all he said was he didn’t want to die so his soul went back into his body,” she said.

Disturbing events on the other side of the Red River in Grand Forks, North Dakota, appear to show a connection between officers involved in the East Grand Forks abuse cases, and an officer involved shooting in 2015.

In February, 2015, David James Elliott was targeted and hunted for hours before being shot three times in the head in the Altru Hospital parking lot.

Jon Osowski said he believes East Grand Forks, Minnesota is a very dangerous place to live or visit.

Write Into Action is beginning an investigation.

Return for updates.

Note: Jon Osowski told Write Into Action that EGFPD officer Jim Grabanski visisted him in his jail cell and told him he could file a complaint but asked Osowski not to tell anyone he told him that. James Edward Grabanski was found dead in his home on February 24, 2016.
