When Myles Hotzler, a Brainerd native, was featured in the Grand Forks Herald after being selected to intern with Congressman Rick Nolan, D- Minn., the young man was excited about a possible future in politics.

However – it appears the young man may have only walked away from the Washington D.C. scene to become a Web troll.

Hotzler has been trolling news stories published at www.writeintoaction.com  that feature articles and media concerning government corruption and sex crimes against children.

On May 13, 2017 Hotlzer inexplicably targeted a story entitled ‘Tennessee man and Indiana PI among group running corporate kidnapping scheme – – – Law enforcement officers implicated in at least two states’.

The kidnapping piece, which exposes the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, and the Polk County Attorney, is comprised of facts, records, documents, and recordings gathered over several years – some that were taken into custody by the FBI.

Hotzler spent the late hours of May 14, 2017 labeling 14 consecutive stories by Timothy Charles Holmseth as ‘fake news’.

Hotzler interned for Congressman Nolan in 2014.

However…

There is no evidence Hotzler’s actions are connected to Congressman Nolan, who, although posing for a photograph with Hotzler, did not provide any statement to the Herald about the young man.

North Dakota involvement in child sex assault case omitted from news reports

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on April 11, 2017, 9:08 P.M. CST

Something is wrong in the George Robert Lyons child sex assault case.

Yes…

The case of the man that announced his engagement to a North Dakota state prosecutor after he was charged with 1st degree sexual assault of a child, has taken yet another wild turn.

Court files of an extradition hearing held for George Robert Lyons disappeared from the North Dakota state court website after Write Into Action began investigating extensive anomalies in the strange case – and focused on that specific hearing.

Write Into Action contacted a North Dakota judge and Chief Prosecutor about the issue and the files were subsequently re-published on the website.

“If you search the public website now, the extradition should appear.  Thank you for the inquiry,” said Alison Fiala, Deputy Clerk of Court, Grand Forks County.

Write Into Action asked why the record was removed in the first place. “The IT department had to complete some configuration upgrades,” Fiala said.

But now…

The file is gone again.

The explanation citing ‘configuration upgrades’ seems odd because the ONLY record that comes up missing from the Register of Actions for George Lyons was the January 4, 2016 extradition hearing.

Obtaining court records regarding the Lyons case has been strangely cumbersome for Write Into Action from the beginning.

Lyons is charged with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault of a child in Minnesota.

Write Into Action initially started asking questions about the January 4, 2016 ‘Extradition” hearing in North Dakota for George Lyons, because the Minnesota website featured no records of the rape case at all, and the East Grand Forks Police Department said no police records could be released because it’s an ongoing investigation.

An extradition hearing is a process of the court required when transferring a person that is in custody, to another jurisdiction.

NORTH DAKOTA LEFT OUT OF ORIGINAL REPORTING

George Lyons was actually arrested in North Dakota – but that fact was never reported by local news – they simply skipped over that part.

Initial reporting of the Lyons case by Valley News Live and the Grand Forks Herald cited “court records” and a “criminal complaint” as sources.

Therefore – both local news agencies possessed the records and were well-informed; but neither news agency told the public what actually occurred.

They completely left out North Dakota from their stories; and an ENIRE DAY is missing.

Observe…

The Grand Forks Herald reported Lyons was arrested by the EGFPD on January 6, 2016 and incarcerated in Polk County, Minnesota.

Wrong.

According to Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones, Grand Forks County Corrections released George Lyons to Polk County, Minnesota authorities on January 5, 2016.

George Lyons was arrested in North Dakota at some date and time prior to the January 4, 2016 extradition hearing.

The Herald and Valley News literally skipped over the fact that Lyons was arrested and incarcerated in North Dakota. They then published articles reporting Lyons was arrested by the EGFPD on January 6, 2016.

Time may show that was not an innocent mistake.

Evidence shows law enforcement in Polk County, Minnesota are tangled up with child sex traffickers and pornographers involved in the Caylee Anthony murder and HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping. If you want to see what the hell is really going on READ THIS

In Re: Missing Court Record / George Robert Lyons

March 28, 2017

Assistant Chief Judge
The Honorable Tamara L. Yon
816 Marin Ave, Suite 210
Crookston, MN 56716

Honorable Yon,

I am contacting you in regards to an issue I perceive to be serious that involves a court file that appears to have entirely vanished from the State website.

There is no court file number for the case against George Robert Lyons. He was charged with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault charges against a minor in January, 2016. The case was widely reported upon in the Grand Forks Herald and Valley News. Media reports make reference to court documents and court records. Yet, now there is no record at all.

I have contacted Polk County Court Administrator Kathy Narlock twice regarding this matter and she will not respond.

This is a public safety issue.

I am requesting the Court rectify this matter in every single way.

Respectfully,
Timothy Charles Holmseth

Court records on child rape case completely disappear

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on February 24, 2017, 7:43 P.M.. CST

Yesterday, Write Into Action exclusively reported that all court records have vanished from the Register of Actions regarding a 2016 child rape case filed in Polk County, Minnesota against George Robert Lyons.

Today, further investigation reveals Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones appears to be involved in some very strange and suspicious behavior (as usual).

Evidence shows something grossly illegal appears to be taking place within the Polk County, Minnesota and Grand Forks County, North Dakota judicial systems – at the court administration level.

I’ll show you.

The bizarre and suspicious nature surrounding the George Lyons sexual assault case was first noticed and reported upon by Valley News Live on January 16, 2016.

The Valley News report filed by Neil Carlson called out the fact that sexual misconduct runs in the Lyons family and George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons, is serving a life sentence.

Carlson also reported that George Lyons, after bonding out of jail, announced on Facebook that he would be marrying an assistant state prosecutor in the spring of 2016.

Grand Forks, ND (Valley News Live) We have uncovered new, strange and unsettling information regarding a story we first brought you yesterday.
Thirty-five year old George Lyons of Grand Forks has been charged with having sex with a 13-year old girl in East Grand Forks. And it’s an alleged crime, that apparently runs in the family.
George Lyons is a free man today after posting 15-thousand-dollars cash bail. He was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile relative in East Grand Forks.
Meanwhile, East Grand Forks Police say Lyons was also under investigation in Grand Forks County for a similar incident. Assistant States Attorney, Jason McCarthy says he can’t comment on ongoing investigations. But, George Lyons brother, Matthew Lyons was sentenced to life in prison here in 2014, for the continuous sexual abuse of a child.
The relationship between all these factors gets even stranger. George Lyons had listed on facebook that he was engaged to marry an Assistant Prosecutor here in Grand Forks this Spring. She has not returned inquires to confirm or deny that relationship, as George Lyons gets ready for his criminal trial, and his brother Matthew continues to serve his life sentence in prison.
If he’s convicted, George Lyons could be sentenced to as much as 30 years in prison for the charges in Polk County.

Well…

George Lyons still claims he’s engaged to a Grand Forks States Attorney AND his rape case files all vanished.

So, here’s the fact-pattern.

George Robert Lyons, Grand Forks, was charged in January, 2016 with first degree sexual misconduct against a young minor, which was widely reported.

On Thursday, January 7, 2016 the Grand Forks Herald referred to “court documents” and a “criminal complaint” pertaining to criminal sexual conduct charges filed against George Lyons in Polk County, Minnesota District Court.

But now…

There is no record of the “criminal complaint” and “court documents” referred to by the Herald.

Note: Write Into Action reached out to Kathy Narlock, Polk County Court Administrator, for an explanation as to why the entire case vanished from the website, but received no response as of the time of this publishing.

So George Lyons was charged in January, 2016.

Move ahead to February, 2017.

This week, George Lyons told an employer and several others in Grand Forks (including me) that he is engaged to Carmelle Mattison, the prosecuting attorney on the Delvin Shaw murder trial.

The Shaw murder trial is presently underway in Grand Forks.

Delvin Shaw was convicted in June, 2014 for the murder of Jose Lopez. However, the North Dakota Supreme Court subsequently ruled the Grand Forks District Court “misapplied the law and abused its discretion in admitting evidence against 32-year-old Delvin Lamont Shaw, who was found guilty by a jury last year for the June 24, 2014, murder of Jose Luis “Joe” Lopez.

Okay…

So…

There is no longer any court record that George Lyons was charged with repeatedly raping a child; and he’s running around declaring a romantic relationship with States Attorney Mattison.

Interestingly, North Dakota court records show George Lyons has a criminal history that includes Felony Theft and Facilitation of the Delivery of Methamphetamine.

Pay close to attention to the details reported by the Herald.

A Grand Forks man is facing criminal sexual conduct charges after East Grand Forks police arrested him Wednesday for engaging in sexual acts with a minor.

George Robert Lyons, 35, was charged in Polk County District Court in Crookston with first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, both felonies.

The charges stem from claims he had oral sex and inappropriately touched a person under 16 years of age with whom Lyons had a “significant relationship,” according to court documents. The incident occurred Jan. 20, 2014, at an East Grand Forks residence, according to a criminal complaint.
– Grand Forks Herald / Thursday, January 7, 2016

It’s very clear that everything that occurred in the Court occurred in Polk County, Minnesota.

There is NO RECORD whatsoever of that Polk County, Minnesota court case in the Register of Actions for the State of Minnesota courts.

Now…

Enter the ever-embattled Grand Forks, North Dakota States Attorney David Jones.

Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones

Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones

According to the Grand Forks County, North Dakota Register of Actions, on January 4, 2016, Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones filed for extradition of George Robert Lyons from Polk County, Minnesota.

Here’s the problem with that.

That’s two days before George Lyons was reported to be arrested.

The North Dakota Register of Actions show Jones filed for “Extradition” and the hearing was held by ITV.

“Extradition” is the ONLY entry in the North Dakota system regarding George Lyons in that annual time window.

And the North Dakota ‘Extradition’ case is now CLOSED.

And there you have it.

The rape of a child disappears from the record in TWO STATES!
