Colorado police department withholding police audio interview regarding JonBenet Ramsey murder

The police department in Northglenn, Colorado has been caught deliberately trying to hide audio of a formal police interview that contains information regarding several murdered children in Colorado.

On October 3, 2016 the city of Northglenn, Colorado (partially) filled a records request submitted by Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth). The public records received by Write Into Action is missing known records; including a formal recorded police interview conducted by NGPD Sgt. Mike DiGiovanni with Curtis Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado.

The interview contains stunning amounts of information about murdered children in Colorado. The information was so viable and valuable the Denver FBI would seek the Kekoa’s out for the information three years later.

Curtis Kekoa’s wife, Danielle Kekoa, was interviewed by Denver FBI in 2015 regarding information the Kekoa’s had about a domestic terror group based out of Denver Bible Church. The church group is led by Rev. Bob Enyart, who Danielle Kekoa described to the FBI as a satanic cult leader and serial killer.

The FBI contacted Danielle Kekoa at the behest of Planned Parenthood in November, 2015, as the feds unsuccessfully attempted to stop an upcoming attack. The attack occurred in Colorado Springs three days after the interview when Robert Lewis Dear shot and killed three people at a Planned Parenthood facility – including a police officer.

The Record’s Clerk at NGPD did not include the document Timothy Holmseth provided as an attachment to his request, which contained the list of names he was asking to be queried. Rather, the Records Clerk only included the cover sheet.

Holmseth addressed the public records issue with Northglenn’s city manager James Hayes, today.

Manager Hayes, Today I received an envelope containing public records I requested from Northglenn Police Department. The records included the NGPD cover sheet I filled out for requesting the records. On the cover sheet where it says ‘Name To Be Attached’ I wrote the words “See Attached”.   However, nowhere within the records you provided was the item I attached to show you what names to query for my request. That attachment is attached as a PDF file to this email for your review. It is a matter of law that you include any attachment that you based your query upon, in the file. You must have received the attachment because you provided me records containing some of the requested/queried names contained in it. This is concerning because the nature of the records that you did send me indicate you queried Curtis and Danielle Kekoa (something you could not have known without the attachment). I only received printed out police reports and calls for service logs. I received absolutely no notes, logs, ledgers, emails, faxes, body cams, voicemails, PSAP records and/or “any other document”. The attachment you worked from contained a request for all those items. According to Colorado Open records Act: (7) “Writings” means and includes all books, papers, maps, photographs, cards, tapes, recordings, or other documentary materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics. “Writings” includes digitally stored data, including without limitation electronic mail messages, but does not include computer software. The information NGPD is attempting to hide is utterly staggering and involves information the FBI would later request from Danielle Kekoa.

Write Into Action’s independent investigation has discovered several Colorado police departments appear to be taking very deliberate and strategic internal actions to cover-up for the group that is murdering these children.

In July of 2013The Denver Post reported a Colorado woman disturbed the family of slain child Dylan Redwine.

A Denver-area woman, Kimberly Kay Bowman, disturbed the Redwine family and friends with a Dylan Redwine page she was administering. Bowman had been associated with unsanctioned fundraising in another Colorado child disappearance, and Dylan’s family didn’t want that to happen in his case. Prior to her Facebook involvement with the Redwine case, Bowman had been ordered by attorneys to stop collecting online funds for Jessica Ridgeway, a 10-year-old Westminster girl who was abducted and killed on her way to school last summer. – Denver Post / July 8, 2013

The Curtis Kekoa police interview that is missing from Timothy Holmseth’s public records request shows Curtis Kekoa provided information about Bowman to multiple Colorado police departments.

For instance – contained in the vanished public record is Curtis Kekoa informing Sgt. DiGiovanni about “Kim and Scott Bowman” who the Kekoa’s personally knew from Enyart’s cult.

 “Missing Jessica Ridgeway from Westminster Colorado – that Facebook page was started sixty seconds after the police released information the first time about Jessica Ridgeway,” Curtis Kekoa told Sgt. DiGiovanni.

Curtis Kekoa told Sgt. DiGiovanni web pages are set up for missing children and used to harvest information about witnesses so they can be threatened, defamed, and discredited; as well as a tool to control the public narrative.

Curtis Kekoa told Sgt. DiGiovanni that Danielle Kekoa went onto Kimberly Bowman’s webpage regarding Jessica Ridgeway and made a post that implicated Bob Enyart in the little girl’s disappearance. Danielle Kekoa’s post was immediately removed and she was blocked from the page.

“What they do is kidnap children and then they exploit them,” Curtis Kekoa reported.

Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI, asked Danielle Kekoa questions about Kimberly Bowman. Danielle Kekoa explained to Milka how Bowman, who the Kekoa’s believed to be a friend, came to their home as an agent of Enyart and looked for things that could be distorted and reported to Child Protective Services in advance of a full-scale campaign launched against the Kekoa’s by the cult.

Evidence shows extremely disturbing conduct by City of Northglenn and the NGPD against the Kekoa family that can only be described as creepy creepy creepy cult-like activities that involves police officers.

On Friday, September 16, 2016, NGPD arrested Curtis Kekoa when he arrived at the police station to pick-up records for an upcoming documentary.

The bravery of a Colorado father may ultimately expose the “small foreign faction” and “group of individuals” involved in the murder of JonBenet Ramsey.

Write Into Action has exclusively obtained evidence revealing the “small foreign faction” that claimed responsibility for the murder of JonBenet Ramsey in 1996 may be linked to the Northglenn Colorado Police Department (NGPD).

On Friday, September 16, 2016, the Northglenn Police Department abruptly arrested Curtis Kekoa, a documentary producer from Northglenn, Colorado. Officers placed handcuffs on Kekoa when he arrived at the police station to obtain a sweeping trove of public records he ordered.

According to a source, Kekoa knew something was amiss when he arrived at the facility and the clerk balked at providing the already prepared records – proceeding to make telephone calls – Kekoa stood his ground.

The spectacular emerging details of Kekoa’s arrest, which was filmed by the owner of the nationally acclaimed website Cop Block, may be the monumental breakthrough needed in the decades old investigation into the torture murder of the six year-old girl from Boulder.

In the summer of 2016, Curtis Kekoa and his wife, Danielle Kekoa, produced and published a riveting documentary called “Expect it” that included segments of Danielle Kekoa’s interviews with the Denver FBI.

Some speculate the recent aggressive actions taken against Curtis Kekoa are an attempt to have the explosive documentary removed from the Web.

Danielle Kekoa was contacted by the Denver FBI in 2015 regarding information the Kekoa’s had about Robert Adolph Enyart, a Colorado pastor, radio shock-jock, and abortion fanatic that leads a small group of individuals at a facility he calls Denver Bible Church.

Danielle Kekoa told the Denver FBI her former pastor, Bob Enyart, is secretly operating a satanic cult that is an organized criminal enterprise comprised of mind control victims and sadistic pedophiles that are committing unspeakable atrocities including kidnapping, murder, and human baby sacrifice.

The FBI task force was directed to the Kekoa’s by Planned Parenthood and reviewed scores of Web pages published by the Kekoa’s before making contact. The Web pages reveal what the Kekoa’s learned about missing and murdered children believed to be connected to Enyart’s cult.

The NGPD arrest warrant, which was drafted, but never executed until after Curtis Kekoa requested all public records containing targeted names and key-words, was for alleged violations of a Protection Order obtained by Robert Enyart against both Kekoa’s in a state court – claiming he was in dire fear of them.

NGPD did not execute the arrest warrant dated November 3, 2015, until nearly a year later, on September 16, 2016. Curtis Kekoa immediately bonded out on the misdemeanor charge.

The timing of the arrest warrants secret creation runs almost parallel with the time the FBI made contact with the Kekoa’s.

The NGPD Police Report is comprised of a four page inflammatory narrative by a police officer that is so off-subject, it goes into a bizarre narrative about the Kekoa’s once telling members of Denver Bible Church its okay to smoke marijuana; noting Enyart disapproved of marijuana.

The officer, NGPD J. Burke, then appears to attribute the marijuana dispute between Enyart and the Kekoa’s’ at Denver Bible Church, as the Kekoa’s motive to accuse Enyart of being a serial killer.

The police report provides un-needed history between Enyart and the Kekoa’s, but no evidence of a violation of the Order. The police report states Enyart claims the Kekoa’s are making “death threats” against him, although there is no supplemental reports or criminal complaints to law enforcement by Enyart that any such threats ever occurred.

NGPD interference with Curtis Kekoa’s acquisition of records and documents is revealing how the Protection Order obtained by Enyart was merely a sham intended to intimidate and silence his former church members about knowledge they had of the satanic cult when they fled.

And the truth is extremely disturbing.

Troves of police reports and official records show it was actually the Kekoa’s and their six children that were being threatened, stalked, and brutally terrorized on a relatively regular basis while NGPD stood strangely idle and allowed it to happen.

The information is so disturbing the FBI’s civil rights and public corruption division’s interest in the matter is easily understood.

For example – in August of 2013, the Kekoa’s reported a death threat to NGPD they received online that pertained to the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

The threat said:

FUCK YOU ASSHOLE. I WILL PUT MY DICK IN YOUR MOUTH AND WATCH YOU EAT MY JUICES! YOU’RE GONNA DIE GETTING RAPED AND DECAPITATED BY ME. I WILL RAPE YOUR DEAD BODY. THEY WILL FIND YOU WITH NO HEAD, NO LEGS, NO ARMS, JUST A MUTILATED TORSO FOUND IN THE LAKE. DIE YOU SON OF A BITCH DIE. 

The Kekoa’s believe the threat was made by Enyart’s radio co-host Doug McBurney.

“We told him the FBI is coming for his DNA – Doug also raped and murdered JonBenet Ramsey with Bob Enyart in Boulder, CO on Christmas day 1996 and their “Small Foreign Faction” ShadowGov assassins are also responsible for the rape and murder and dismemberment of Jessica Ridgeway from Westminster,” Danielle Kekoa said.

No investigation by NGPD took place regarding the origin of such threats that were made regularly against the Kekoa’s.

The FBI investigation of Enyart and the probe of Northglenn also make logical sense in light of the original Ramsey ransom note found in the Boulder, Colorado home of John and Patsy Ramsey.

Mr. Ramsey, Listen carefully! We are a group of individuals that represent a small foreign faction. We xx respect your business but not the country that it serves. At this time we have your daughter in our posession. She is safe and unharmed and if you want her to see 1997, you must follow our instructions to the letter.

The note professed a connection between the kidnappers and law enforcement.

You can try to deceive us but be warned that we are familiar with Law enforcement countermeasures and tactics.

The author of the threat against the Kekoa’s appeared to share a sadistic obsession with the Ramsey ransom note author – both spoke of cutting off a person’s head.

Any deviation of my instructions will result in the immediate execution of your daughter. You will also be denied her remains for proper burial. The two gentlemen watching over your daughter do not particularly like you so I advise you not to provoke them. Speaking to anyone about your situation, such as Police, F.B.I., etc., will result in your daughter being beheaded.

Official documents obtained by Write Into Action show a hidden relationship existed between Robert Enyart and NGPD; and private meetings between NGPD officers and Enyart took place in 2015.

Write Into Action is also researching evidence that NGPD conspired with the Kekoa’s neighbor, Karin Mortensen, to orchestrate false police reports to Northglenn police so police could harass and terrorize their family. Northglenn police regularly accosted the Kekoa’s at home based upon complaints by Mortensen.

Police records show Mortensen was arrested for False Reporting in 2005.

Will survivors of a satanic cult lead the FBI to the serial killer that murdered JonBenet Ramsey and other children?

The ritualistic nature of satanic government corruption is emerging through video stings set up by the Colorado couple that has told the FBI their former pastor murdered JonBenet Ramsey.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado have produced and released video evidence, with a timeline, that chronicles the severe consequences that befell their family of eight after exiting Denver Bible Church, which they describe as a dangerous cult.

The video production provides a chilling glimpse into the satanic “Shadow Government” created by Rev. Bob Enyart, Denver Bible Church.

The Kekoa’s, who are former members of Denver Bible Church, told the FBI in a recent interview that Enyart is responsible for the 1996 murder of JonBenet Ramsey and many other children. The Kekoa’s produced a video entitled “When History Repeats, will you notice?” that illuminates the murder of several Colorado children.

“What they have is a shadow government. They are – he has instituted his own parallel government to execute judgment on those he deems to be evil according to God’s law,” Danielle Kekoa said, during a recent interview with the FBI.

“We’ve been getting death threats ever since we exited Denver Bible Church in 2011,” Danielle Kekoa told the FBI.

The Kekoa’s say Enyart is a satanic serial killer that has cloaked his criminal activities by successfully posing as a Christian pro-life activist in the volatile and highly polarized American anti-abortion movement.

The mini-documentary and layout of information shows actual footage of officers with the Northglenn Police Department and community services division, as well as Adams County Sheriff’s deputies, ritualistically stalking and intimidating the Kekoa family and violating their rights.

In a Kekoa video, a Northglenn Police Department officer is captured telling Curtis Kekoa that although she was dressed in a police uniform; she wasn’t really a police officer at that moment.

BLACKMAIL AND EXTORTION BY DENVER BIBLE CHURCH AGAINST ITS MEMBERS

Danielle Kekoa explained to the FBI the blackmail and extortion tactics used at Denver Bible Church to control it’s members.

“Do you think they use these means to get information on all their members,” said Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.

“Oh absolutely! And what you can do if you really want to find out the truth is ask Brian Rohrbough,” Danielle Kekoa said.

Rohrbough is the father of Columbine school shooting victim Daniel Rohrbough. Brian Rohrbough is the founding president of American Right to Life, and was on the ballot with presidential candidate Alan Keyes. Brian Rohrbough is a former member of Denver Bible Church and was a business associate of Enyart for a decade.

“[Bob Enyart] is perhaps the most dishonest and deceptive man I have ever met in my life. He is a blatant liar and his whole thing is to try to get people into following and worshipping him,” Rohrbough said.

In a recent video the Kekoa’s connect Enyart’s cult to the bizarre Kimberly Kay Bowman.

“Who you really need to focus on within Denver Bible Church, beside the pastor obviously, is Kimberly Kay Bowman,” Danielle Kekoa said during an FBI interview.

“Kimberly Kay Bowman was the one behind the find Jessica Ridgway page and she confessed to a conspiracy against my family with Denver Bible Church in February of 2012,” Danielle Kekoa said.

“I think it’s really important that you stated Ms. Bowman sought you out online; do you remember what time frame that was,” said Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.

Kekoa’s assertions and the FBI’s interest in Bowman are supported by mainstream news articles.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD SHOOTING IN COLORADO SPRINGS

Denver FBI agent Kimberly Milka told Danielle Kekoa the FBI received her contact information from Planned Parenthood. Milka agreed with Danielle Kekoa’s description of Enyart being a “shot-caller”.

During the interview Milka told Danielle Kekoa that federal authorities wanted to avoid another “Dr. Tiller” incident (murder of an abortion doctor). Danielle Kekoa advised Milka to “expect” something to happen because Enyart has been exposed and his modus operandi is to act out violently.

Three days after Danielle Kekoa’s interviewed with the FBI and her warning, Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs was attacked by a gunman, Robert Lewis Dear.

INTERNATIONAL SATANIC CULT

Satanic cult leader behind American Right to Life

FBI Denver is asking questions about Denver Bible Church (DBC).

The reasons and implications for federal authorities to have an interest in DBC could be far reaching.

Evidence shows American Right to Life (ARTL) (formerly Colorado Right to Life) is a fraudulent front providing cover for homicidal, anti-government, and unconstitutional activities being staged out of DBC by Rev. Bob Enyart.

Evidence shows an FBI investigation and intervention is required for purposes of potentially solving unsolved murders and kidnappings; preventing future murders and kidnappings; as well as disrupting possible plans to subvert national security.

Rapidly emerging evidence, which includes statements from a former candidate on the U.S. presidency ticket, reveals shocking evidence that supports claims by former DBC members of extortion, blackmail, and mind-control.

Witnesses, documents, and records suggest Enyart, who is also a radio talk-show host and anti-abortion activist, is doing little more than posing as a pro-life pastor while executing an on-going underground criminal operation in what he calls his ‘shadow government’.

Former DBC members say Enyart is a sadistic serial killer that murdered JonBenet Ramsey in 1996, as well as being involved in many other crimes.

Write Into Action reported on November 16, 2015, that Enyart’ church was under the scrutiny of Denver FBI. This fact was established after a special agent contacted Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado, regarding any information she may have about DBC.

Danielle Kekoa and her husband, Curtis Kekoa, are former members of DBC, which they describe as a dangerous “cult”. The Kekoa’s publically state their former pastor, Rev. Bob Enyart, is a “serial killer” that masquerades as a Christian pro-life activist.

According to the Kekoa’s, Enyart’s professed Christian belief systems are a complete sham that he wildly projects out as a smoke screen to keep his true self from being revealed.

Multiple witnesses have stated Enyart is running a cult and engages in extortion and blackmail of church members. One control method described is the gathering of private information about members and their families by Enyart during private marital counseling. After Enyart possesses intimate information, he uses it to blackmail them. If members defy him or he feels threatened he will use other mind-controlled members of the church to file false CPS reports against the targeted member.

The Kekoa’s believe Enyart murdered six-year old JonBenet Ramsey in 1996, as well as being diabolically involved in many other murders and crimes.

On November 18, 2015, Write Into Action filed an update revealing the American ‘pro-life’ movement had been infiltrated by Luciferian’s posing as Christians that claim to be against abortion. The assertion was supported by audio of founding American Right to Life (ARTL) president Brian Rohrbough, who described Enyart as “evil” and the most dishonest and deceptive man he’d ever known.

Rohrbough’s condemnation of Enyart in 2012 is very significant.

In 2008, America’s Independent Party nominated Rohrbough to its first-ever presidential ticket. He was the running mate of Alan Keyes, Maryland. Brian and Lisa Rohrbough are the parents of Columbine school shooting victim Daniel Rohrbough.

Brian Rohrbough and Enyart once co-signed a scathing letter, which they sent to Dr. James Dobson, Focus on the Family, after a Supreme Court ruling.

During recorded conversations with Danielle Kekoa in 2012, Lisa Rohrbough compared Enyart to the infamous cult leader of People’s Temple, Rev. Jim Jones, who orchestrated the mass-murder suicide of 918 of members (including 300 children) in 1978.

While both Brian and Lisa Rohrbough’s beliefs and feelings about Enyart and DBC are abundantly clear; there is also an abundance of evidence that Brian Rohrbough is still associated with Enyart. Rohrbough’s failure to completely divorce himself from Enyart publically may be extortion related.

On November 22, 2015, Write Into Action reported that Enyart authored and published a detailed synopsis of the JonBenet Ramsey murder that includes a bizarre scenario of how Enyart claims DNA evidence was gathered by John Ramsey to be planted at the scene and placed under JonBenet’s fingernails.

Upon close examination of Enyart’s published timeline and version of the JonBenet Ramsey murder, it is evident Enyart subtly suggested JonBenet may have been in the physical company of the person that killed her, only a few days before she was murdered.

UPDATE

Write Into Action has discovered an indisputable connection between Brian Rohrbough, Bob Enyart, Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, and Denver Bible Church, which is all presently published on the American Right to Life (ARTL) website.

The aforementioned dynamic is problematic because the Rohrbough’s and Kekoa’s are both on record describing Enyart, a so-called ‘pastor’ as being “evil”.

The ARTL website and entire mission is focused on saving the lives of unborn babies, cites biblical scripture, and proclaims Christian values (which are not evil).

All existing evidence indicates Enyart is running an extortion scheme that is effective enough to silence principled people such as the Rohrbough’s.

OPERATION RESCUE – SHEETS OF SHAME

The Rohrbough’s, Kekoa’s and Enyart are all connected on the ARTL website through its heralding of a colossal anti-abortion protest sign project called ‘Sheets of Shame’ that was conducted in 2008.

The huge protest sign was created in the DBC gymnasium to be erected on a mountain in Golden, Colorado, in effort to break the Guinness’s Book of World’s Record.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa say they are still haunted by their involvement in the project because they came to realize they were part of a massive façade being created by a serial killer to cloak his true self (i.e. – nobody would ever believe Enyart would murder little kids if his whole life’s work is to save the unborn).

The ARTL website features a ‘Who We Are’ page that features Brian Rohrbough as the founding president of ARTL and calls out several of his works and accomplishments.

It appears Rohrbough and Enyart are still colleagues despite Rohrbough saying, “[Bob Enyart] is perhaps the most dishonest and deceptive man I have ever met in my life. He is a blatant liar and his whole thing is to try to get people into worshipping him.”

The ARTL website features a link to ‘ARTL Unfurls World Largest Protest Sign’.

The ‘protest sign’ webpage provides press release information from 2008 regarding the attempt to break the Guinness Book of World’s Records for the largest protest sign.

The P/R Web press release features a statement from Rohrbough, which plays off his connection to the Columbine school massacre.

“Columbine dad Brian Rohrbough, whose son Daniel was murdered at that high school massacre, as the president of the non-527 group American Right To Life, has said: “When we tell kids that unborn children can be killed if their parents don’t want them, we rob them of the knowledge of the God-given right to life and we destroy their moral foundation. Abortion is wrong because it’s a baby; it’s always wrong to intentionally kill an innocent baby.”

Rohrbough’s slain son is being used to protect Enyart’s image, which is evidenced by Rohrbough’s sentiments of Enyart in 2012. “He is perhaps the most dishonest and deceptive man I have ever met in my life. He is a blatant liar and his whole thing is to try to get people into worshipping him,” Brian Rohrbough said.

The photograph below is published on the ARTL website to show the massive sign that was erected on a mountain as a pro-life gesture against the DNC during what was called Operation Rescue. The pattern (see below) provided to Write Into Action by the Kekoa’s demonstrates the depth of involvement the Kekoa’s had in the project, and their position in DBC before they abruptly fled.

“Yes, we helped with the DNC sheets of shame project. It was a huge event—at least a three month long project.  The entire church gym was turned into a sweatshop with sewing machines everywhere and cult members working round the clock sewing the sheets into each shape,” Danielle Kekoa said.

“Curtis [Kekoa] actually did the bulk of the work by going up in the middle of the night at 1:30am the night before to layout all the marking points for each letter for the 666 feet wide sign on a mountain,” Danielle Kekoa continued.

“Overall, there were dozens of cult members from all over the country and from Operation Rescue and elsewhere who helped finalize it. Most all the photos seen online were taken from our camera as well,” Danielle Kekoa said.

EXTORTION MODEL

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa have been relentlessly and institutionally stalked by CPS, police, government entities, and weird strangers knocking on their door since their departure from DBC and speaking out about JonBenet Ramsey. They have received death threats and ominous emails from a person they believe to be Enyart – boasting he will break the world’s record as a serial killer.

Officers with the City of Northglenn, and the Northglenn Police Department (NGPD), were caught on video attempting to open the door on the Kekoa’s home without a Warrant; a NGPD officer told Curtis Kekoa she was not a police officer despite being in a police uniform while she told him that.  READ ARTICLE

Despite the Kekoa’s alerting law enforcement to Enyart, including reports to the Boulder Police Department, as well as letters to John Ramsey and his team of lawyers, there has been an ominous 20 year silence from absolutely everyone regarding the man who authored ‘THE CLUE THAT BREAKS THE CASE‘.

Nobody will utter the name Bob Enyart.

“He wants to control everything you (Danielle and Curtis Kekoa) say and do because he’s afraid of something that you’re going to say,” Brian Rohrbough said.

Video captures officer attempt to enter home without a warrant – second officer lies to homeowner about being a cop

The name JonBenet Ramsey is still haunting the state of Colorado.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, have publically stated for years they believe their former pastor, Bob Enyart, Denver Bible Church, murdered the child in 1996.

The Kekoa’s bold statements include accusations against law enforcement have gotten the attention of authorities – but not the kind of attention one might think regarding an unsolved murder.

The Kekoa’s state they believe the unidentified DNA found at the scene of the JonBenet Ramsey murder-scene will match Enyart or one of his associates; beliefs they say that are derived from information they learned while they were members of his church, which they say they later learned is a satanic cult.

The Kekoa’s themselves were visited by police and asked to provide DNA samples during law enforcement’s investigation into the murder of Jessica Ridgeway. The Kekoa’s say that while law enforcement asked people that were clearly not suspects in any way, they refuse to ask Enyart or his associates for DNA in either the Ridgeway or Ramsey murder cases.

Records show that after going public about Enyart, the Kekoa’s life became a quagmire of visits from the police and child protective services, while simultaneously, violent death threats against their family went ignored and un-investigated.

The Kekoa’s maintain there has been a concerted effort to shut them up about what they know regarding Enyart and his criminal associates, which include Arapahoe County Deputy Gordon Carroll.

The Kekoa’s life has been a dizzying kaleidoscope of police and social service investigations that have always rendered unfounded results; while state and federal law enforcement in Colorado has overtly ignored evidence regarding international public safety, such as actual e-mails sent to the Kekoa’s from a person boasting to be a “serial killer” that is going to break the world record. The Kekoa’s say the emails are sent by Enyart.

But things changed in August of 2015.

Powerful new evidence now exists to support the Kekoa’s claims they are the target of a rogue police operation intended to silence and intimidate them.

It is staggering.

The Kekoa’s say they have received serious death threats, including threats to be “garroted” (the way JonBenet Ramsey was murdered), without any interest being taken by law enforcement.

Despite ignoring the severity of the threats made against the Kekoa family, records show Colorado law enforcement responds to nearly any social service complaint or call to police about the Kekoa’s; no matter how frivolous.

NORTHGLENN POLICE DEPARTMENT – CAPTURED ON TAPE

On August 19, 2015, the Northglenn Police Department received a report that a “pool noodle” (foam rubber pool toy) from the Kekoa’s back-yard (the Kekoa’s have six children) had gotten into the neighbor’s yard.

The City of Northglenn police and community services department responded with a task force against the already traumatized and embattled family under the pretense they were there to help ‘mediate’ the ‘situation’.

The Kekoa’s were ready with fixed and mobile cameras.

On August 20, 2015, the Kekoa’s captured video and audio evidence of Northglenn Police and City officials engaging in clear misconduct, violations of criminal statute, as well as possible violations of their constitutional rights.

Footage captured in the private video-sting set up by the Kekoa’s shows Stephanie Pelster, a neighborhood services officer supervisor, walk up and attempt to open the Kekoa’s house door.

Pelster attempted to open the door before even knocking.

Stephanie Pelster, City of Northglenn, community services officer, is captured on surveillance video attempting to open the door of Curtis and Danielle Kekoa. Pelster is not a police officer; has no warrant; and does not identify herself. Pelster then proceeds to pound on the door some 30 times.

Finding the door locked, Pelster then proceeded to pound on it some 30 times without indentifying herself.

Pelster is a neighborhood service officer, which is not a police officer.

Three community service officers and one NGPD officer converged on the Kekoa home despite them having committed absolutely no violation of any kind. The Kekoa’s then abruptly exited their home and began demanding business cards from every officer present.

“You’re banging on our door like your SWAT,” Curtis Kekoa said to Pelster.

“THE UNIFORM DOESN’T MEAN ANYTHING RIGHT NOW”

Camera angles captured by Curtis Kekoa then show Michelle Soustek, Northglenn Police Department (NGPD), who was present at the scene, telling Curtis Kekoa she is not a police officer when he asked her about her police badge and emblems.

“No, again, I’m just here; I’m just part of the mediation team; the uniform doesn’t mean anything right now,” Soustek said.

“It kind of does because it says police right on it,” Curtis Kekoa said.

Michelle Soustek, Northglenn Police Department, hands Curtis Kekoa a business card identifying herself as a community service officer, which is not a police department position. Soustek is wearing a NGPD uniform and tells Curtis Kekoa “the uniform doesn’t mean nything right now”.

Soustek replies and is heard to say what sounds like, “I have to wear it in the morning”.

Curtis Kekoa asked Soustek for her card and was given a business card that states she is Community Service Officer #438 with the NGPD.

However, according to the City of Northglenn’s police website, Soustek is listed by the NGPD as Animal Control Officer #8807.

The numbers Soustek is using don’t match and the titles are completely different.

The fact is, Soustek – a police officer – was part of a task force that attempted to illegally enter the home of a private citizen without a warrant or probable cause of any kind.

DO YOU ACKNOWLEDGE GOVERNMENT?

Pelster then begins to question Danielle Kekoa about her politics and belief system.

“What do you guys stand for? I mean are you like, umm, do you acknowledge government and stuff like that,” Pelster asked.

YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL

After forcing the Kekoa’s out of their home and into a discussion with law enforcement they did not want to have, Danielle Kekoa mentioned their online campaign to expose Bob Enyart and the satanic cult they say is responsible for the murders of JonBenet Ramsey, Dylan Redwine, Jessica Ridgeway, and others.

Pelster, then told Danielle Kekoa,” You need to be careful”.

The ominous presence created by the four officers was called out by Curtis Kekoa when he asked Carlson about his utility belt and badge that looked like that of a “bounty hunter” as opposed to a friendly neighborhood mediator.

The observation was very relevant to Curtis and Danielle Kekoa and the safety of their family because they have been visited by unknown individuals dressed in uniforms.

Three community service officers and one NGPD officer converged on the home of Curtis and Danielle Kekoa. The Kekoa’s had committed no violation of any statute, rule, or code. The task force had no warrant attempted to enter the Kekoa’s home. The Kekoa’s were forced out of their home after an officer pounded on their door some 30 times. The Kekoa’s were forced to talk about their politcal views and belief systems. The Kekoa’s were forced to talk about information the police already have in their records. The Kekoa’s were asked if they recognize government. When the NGPD officer was asked about being a police officer, she claimed she wasn’t a police officer at that moment and her uniform didn’t mean anything.

LITTERNING

Danielle Kekoa tried to contact Pelster following the incident but Pelster would not return her calls. She finally made contact with Carlson by telephone many days after the incident.

“We didn’t even commit a code violation and then you come at us and force us out of our home and force us into a confrontation when we’re trying to avoid this. And what the problem is, we have people calling you guys with false allegations and frivolous concerns and you guys respond right away; yet we get death threats and I can’t get anybody from Northglenn to follow up on who is threatening to kill us and now you want to force us out of our home, and these people that have been threatening to kill us Tom, they impersonate police officers,” Danielle Kekoa said.

“If there is a call that is, you know, as far as, any type of a violation, which you know, somebody throwing something over somebody else’s fence could technically be littering,” Carlson said.

JonBenet Ramsey DNA allegations causing strange reactions by Colorado police

Allegations by a Colorado couple that their former pastor is the source of the unidentified DNA found on JonBenet Ramsey has resulted in anonymous online reports being made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

However – the anonymous reports are child protection reports against the accusers being forwarded to social services by police – with no mention or investigative interest being shown by law enforcement regarding the JonBenet DNA allegations.

On September 23, 2015 Write Into Action published “Colorado couple claim police intimidation in JonBenet Ramsey murder – – – Danielle and Curtis Kekoa release video”.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Northglenn, Colorado alleges law enforcement has strategically harassed their family for years in efforts to have their children seized by Child Protective Services (CPS).

“They’re trying to kidnap our kids to shut us up,” said Danielle Kekoa.

The CPS reports have been deemed ‘unfounded’.

The Kekoa’s say they became perpetual targets after leaving Denver Bible Church and publicly alleging its pastor, Bob Enyart, murdered JonBenet Ramsey.

The Kekoa’s say it’s Enyart’s DNA that was found on JonBenet.

Write Into Action has learned that a Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) detective became involved in a child welfare report against the Kekoa’s.

“Detective Mark Enomoto of the Colorado Springs police department showed up on our latest social services report (March 2015) as a mandatory reporter reporting our family on behalf of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). We’ve never met Det. Enomoto and have never heard of him before he showed up on our report,” said Curtis Kekoa.

“We don’t know who he is or why he and the NCMEC would attack us and EXPLOIT our children,” Curtis Kekoa said.

Curtis Kekoa said his family resides in Northglenn and says Detective Enomoto clearly went around the Northglenn Police Department, which deviates from proper channels and procedure.

“[Police have come to our residence] around a dozen [times], including multiple social services attacks with police assistance and other police showing up unannounced”.

The Kekoa’s believe there was also a member of law enforcement involved in Jon Benet’s murder that is a member of Enyart’s congregation.

The Kekoa’s said they escaped Enyart’s “satanic cult” and publicly declare he is a “serial killer”.

Enyart is no stranger to the JonBenet Ramsey murder and very publicly and proactively immersed himself into the subject.
