Details of blackmail scheme against government officials in Florida’s 1st Circuit to be revealed

The satanic cult that shadows kidnapping cases and tampers with witnesses in child abductions across the country has issued a written statement to investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer).

William K. Murtaugh, spokesman for the cult, submitted the statement yesterday, requesting Holmseth reveal the evidence he recently submitted to States Attorneys  Jason English and William Eddins, that implicates cult member Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, Milton, Florida, in an organized plot against Holmseth’s children.

“I firmly suggest that you either reveal whatever evidence you claim to have against Mr Olsen or retract the accusations against him,” Murtaugh said.

Murtaugh does not state why he is acting as an agent of Olsen.

Olsen is presently facing three felony charges in Florida’s 1st Circuit, including theft of a firearm. However, neither Olsen nor his attorney has contacted Holmseth.

Holmseth is in possession of evidence that shows Olsen was involved in a scheme to blackmail government officials after Olsen’s arrest. The evidence will be made public after it is assimilated and submitted to authorities.

Law enforcement is familiar with both Olsen and Murtaugh.

Evidence that has been turned over to the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) links both Olsen and Murtaugh to one single common person.

According to evidence and witnesses, that common person physically held and distributed secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

The aforementioned photos showed HaLeigh’s vagina in a sexually assaulted state and appeared to have been taken sometime after she was reported missing on February 10, 2009.
The photos were passed on a CD to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner in a gas station parking lot in 2009. Warner was captured on tape by Holmseth admitting she received the CD, while noting the pictures were something she could not show to her supervisor.

The identity of the person involved in the porn network is becoming a huge legal liability to the Office of the State Attorney – Florida’s 1st Circuit.

Here’s why.

In a March 26, 2015, press release on www.radionewz.net, Olsen publically named the person that allegedly held and passed along the naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings through an underground network – claiming the person had connections in the State’s Attorney’s Office.

Then – after receiving a special plea bargain in the Spring of 2015, Olsen unabashedly boasted how that person was able to secure him a special favor from the State’s Attorney’s Office and got him off the hook.

However, the ‘favor’ Olsen bragged about was quite likely the result of the aforementioned blackmail scheme and will be reported to authorities.

Note: The person that held and distributed the naked photographs is not being named pending a federal investigation and will be referred to as REDACTED.

The prosecutor HAS accepted the deal put forth by my lawyer and the assistant prosecutor. This is the first time I will be able to go into full detail on what my deal entails. Basically if I keep my nose clean (no arrests, piss tests once a month, complete community service, etc…) then at the end of the time frame of the deferred prosecution (in this case it’s 1 year) ALL charges against me will be dismissed and my record will remain clean. “Pity, some thought that I was finally going to be put in jail or have something done to me by the legal system. Well, think again haters. I’m free and will remain free. And I’ll remain on the internet and remain out of jail to make sure I’m here to continue putting fuckers in check,” Olsen said.

Olsen’s ability to publish a press release on www.radionewz.net further connects him to the online threats against Holmseth and his children, because the x-rated cyber-stalker website was used to re-publish the ‘ANONYMOUS’ You Tube videos Olsen allegedly produced.

The video threats included warnings to Holmseth that he had until a certain date to remove all of his websites, or sex stories would be fabricated and written about his children – including his minor son.

One of the videos warned Holmseth’s daughter that if she did not convince her dad to remove his websites, her unborn baby would be taken away from her as soon as he/she was born.

The interstate threat was a federal offense.

The videos have been reported to States Attorney Jason English.

Both States Attorneys Jason English and William Eddins have been provided detailed specific information that shows REDACTED’S legal professional relationship with www.radionewz.net and everyone logging onto it.

As law enforcement continues to search for the missing child Lonzie Barton in Jacksonville, the child’s relationship to HaLeigh Cummings and REDACTED’s group is becoming more and more pronounced.

Holmseth has evidence that missing children from Florida to Colorado to Maine cannot be located because judges, DCF agents, police officers, state’s attorneys, and other officials are being blackmailed by a satanic cult whose leader and members are already known to the FBI.

Sources close to the investigation say the kidnappings are not random but controlled acts of domestic terrorism.

Dylan Redwine murder: FBI profiler talk-show scandal exposing homicidal pedophile?

Law enforcement impersonator was obsessed with Kyron Horman, HaLeigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony as far back as 2010

Could a recent dust-up between a criminal profiler assisting law enforcement on the Dylan Redwine murder investigation, and an investigative journalist, provide FBI agents clues on multiple national profile cases?

New clues are already emerging regarding the missing child cases of HaLeigh Cummings, murdered toddler Caylee Anthony; and Kyron Horman.

The person of interest is Levi Page, Clarksville, Tennessee.

Page was recently contacted and questioned by the East Grand Forks Police Department after evidence showed he posted sexual content and threats about a Minnesota journalist’s minor children on a website.

Pete Klismet, the former FBI profiler brought onto the Dylan Redwine murder investigation by the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office, recently appeared on a Web radio talk show with Page.

Klismet’s appearance with Page seemed in  poor taste, and drew the ire of many because of Page’s creepy behavior and association with a sexual website called www.radionewz.net.

But there may be an up-side.

Page’s most recent attacks on Timothy Charles Holmseth (this writer), the journalist that advised Klismet not to appear on Page’s program, may be providing clues to forensic investigators on multiple missing child cases.

On July 16, the anonymous writer at www.radionewz.net believed to be Page, directly addressed Holmseth, and called his children by name. He then fabricated stories about sex regarding the children and warned there would be more if he did not stop talking about the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

“I can assure you that Haleigh’s family finds all the nasty, vulgar and pornographic things you write about Haleigh extremely offensive. You need to stop, but if you don’t, you have opened the door for others to talk about your children’s private parts and activities.” he wrote.

Investigators with the EGFPD learned the identity of the attorney for the website http://www.radionewz.net is located in Florida.

Holmseth reported the sexual content targeting his children to the EGFPD as cyber-stalking, criminal defamation, and witness intimidation in two federal cases.

Forensic investigators may be obtaining evidence regarding the true motivations of the anonymous publisher, which is actually, to cover serious sex crimes the publisher is involved in.

The true motivation behind the attacks on Holmseth is actually audio evidence Holmseth recently provided to law enforcement regarding child rape pornography created and distributed of HaLeigh Cummings.

On July 17, while cyber stalking Holmseth, the poster issued a thinly veiled legal statement regarding the veracity of the evidence Holmseth recently turned into the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

“He expresses concern about his children, while showing no concern whatsoever for Caylee Anthony and Haleigh Cummings. He writes pornographic lies about both of these unfortunate minor children all the time. Timothy Holmseth shows no respect for minor missing and/or dead children. He repeatedly defames their very memory,” the anonymous poster wrote.

Forensic investigators on the Dylan Redwine and Kyron Horman cases, and other cases, may have noticed the publisher is calling Holmseth’s information “lies”.

But that’s not possible.

Holmseth simply turned in evidence from journalistic interviews he conducted that are word for word from recorded interviews and not subject to his own interpretation.

The following is an example of what was provided to the FBI, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank by Holmseth.

They got the pictures – they handed them to REDACTED – REDACTED looked at them – she handed them to me and she said get these on a disc for Peggy (Cone), eh, shit, Bonnie Warner.

(HOLMSETH) Did a copy get to Bonnie Warner?

(KNOP) I delivered it to Bonnie in a parking lot of a gas station.

(HOLMSETH) I remember you saying that. And the photos actually show HaLeigh’s vagina?

(KNOP) Yeah. It showed her in her various, eh, various poses of, of eh, undress.

(HOLMSETH) What were they intended to reveal? I mean was it intended to reveal sexual abuse?

(KNOP) I think that, well, if I remember correctly, when they asked, they thought it did, and they wanted to have documentable proof. I only looked at the pictures in so much as they scanned without being blurry. As the father of a little girl I didn’t even want to be near them, so.

(HOLMSETH) Yeah, I know.

(KNOP) If I can explain how I looked at them to make sure they weren’t blurry but I didn’t really see them. I remember it was a naked girl and that was about all I cared to even – I mean I – uhhhhhhhh

(HOLMSETH) I wonder how old she was? I wonder how – I wonder when they were taken in respects to when she disappeared?

(KNOP) I tried, eh, I tried to find that out then. And the camera they took the pictures with they never set the date on, so the date was wrong on all the pictures. I mean, so much as the fact that I mean I’m just hypothesizing – I don’t remember exactly – the picture said like 1996 at the bottom and the little girl wouldn’t have even been alive at that time something crazy. They were way off and I was like this is all fucked up. And the dates continued to be  messed up it wasn’t like when you re-set something and it goes zero zero zero zero zero one – then you re-set something it goes zero zero – it was like the days and months continue to roll on and they re-set again so it was like they replaced the battery in the camera and re-started it from the get-go.

(HOLMSETH) Did they – whey they were talking or whatever did they say HaLeigh had been molested or they thought they had been?

(KNOP) They thought they had been in Ronald’s care.

But evidence exists that reveals Page was actually personally contacting case witnesses; intimidating people; and warning people to shut up.

Page telephoned Holmseth after Holmseth started obtaining evidence about HaLeigh Cummings’ true welfare status and the child rape pornography that had been created of her.

According to Susan Earman, Colonial Beach, Virginia, Page is terrorizing her because she is an Affiant in HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – U.S. DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA.

Earman unwittingly donated thousands of dollars to a fraud in the name of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. Western Union money transfers that are part of the court record show Earman transferred money to the same person involved in distributing the child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings.

In July, 2015, a video was published on You Tube to intimidate both Earman and Holmseth.

The narrator said:

“Levi is involved and actually tweeted a link to [the]Op YT video out from his so called professional account,” Earman said.
