Attached is the federal complaint filed by my (other) attorney Steven S. Biss in Virginia, along with Attachment A, which is the 22 page FBI report I authored for the FBI in July, 2009 regarding key figures involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation.

I delivered a hard copy of the aforementioned to Attorney Ronald Galstad, as well as the East Grand Forks Police Department this morning.

This communication is in regards to my criminal case as well as HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL.

The attached FBI report is the document that mobilized the Florida FBI to search for photos (child porn) of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in 2009. It’s the FBI report that I told you about and explained how the East Grand Forks Police Department possessed a copy of it in 2009 – but never gave it to me when I made public records requests.

Why did they hide it from me? They were conspiring against me. I’ll show you…

Emails show Lt. Rod Hajicek was secretly talking to CNN Art Harris in private and discussing how I could be “stopped”. After hiding that FBI report and the fact I was helping the FBI, the EGFPD and Galstad then plotted with * * * * * * * * * * to fraudulently obtain a domestic violence protection order against me in Florida which they would then enforce in Minnesota. The protection order required I remove everything about * * * * * * * * * * from the Web and never discuss her again via “electronic communications”. I would have used that report in my defense of the bogus ‘Repeat Violence’ claims in Florida if it had been given to me. That is the order the EGFPD used to arrest me.

Attorney Biss told me the Florida court order was a gross violation of the First Amendment and should have never been enforced – he said he believes a Minnesota judge will eventually rule accordingly.

President Trump issued an Executive Order regarding human trafficking that is being diligently carried out by Attorney General Sessions. I wonder what the DOJ is going to think about this overt attempt by public officials to cover up child pornography and the sex trafficking operation that I uncovered?

I am contacting you in regards to the Executive Order issued by President Donald J. Trump on December 21, 2017 entitled Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.

The Order reads in part:

“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

I am asking you, Governor Dayton, please take the time to read this letter and listen to the audios I am providing you on the enclosed flash drive. It is a matter of public safety and national security.

I am a former award-winning news reporter, journalist, and author. I became an FBI witness in a child kidnapping in 2009 after I stumbled upon information from individuals that possessed child pornography of a missing little girl from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

I further obtained information about individuals that identified themselves as CIA and FBI that were stealing babies and children for sale to purchasers in other countries. The group trafficking the children involved an * * * from * * *, Florida named * * *   * * * .

I quickly reported what I learned and the FBI immediately acted upon my information in 2009. In February, 2010 I was formally interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI.

In 2011, police officers at the East Grand Forks Police Department conspired in secret with * * *  * * *  to silence me. They developed a plan that involved * * *  * * *  obtaining an ‘Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence’ in a Broward County domestic violence court, despite the fact I never met * * *  * * *  nor had I been to Florida. The Order was fraudulently obtained in my absence and subjected me to arrest if I published the information I obtained.

In the summer of 2012 I discovered hidden private emails that revealed an officer with the East Grand Forks Police (Lt. Rodney Hajicek) had been conspiring against me using private personal email accounts with the child traffickers. In December of 2012 the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force inexplicably raided my home-office; seized my computer; and destroyed the hard-drive.

In 2016, I recovered my marooned journalism files.

In 2017, I submitted select audios to the Minnesota Ninth District Court in support of a Motion to Vacate. In November, 2017 I provided the evidence to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad via Certified Mail.

Neither Galstad nor Widseth responded to my request to meet and confer, despite the evidence containing actual audio of * * *  * * *  using * * *  * * * license to take away a young mother’s baby using threats and coercion. The audio contained * * *  * * * ‘s * * *  assistant describing child porn * * *  * * *  possessed of HaLeigh Cummings. It also contained * * *  * * * ‘s colleague telling me that * * *  * * *  and * * * husband, * * *  * * *  (felon), steal babies and kids and sell them with the CIA.

On December 13, 2017 Honorable Tamara Yon Granted my motion and described the audios as “evidence”.

On February 19, 2018 I was arrested by the East Grand Forks police and charged with violating the fraudulent Broward County order for allegedly publishing the court records and audio (which are public records).

As you quite likely know, there is presently some 26,000 sealed federal indictments in the United States District Court. High ranking FBI officials such as Andrew McCabe and James Comey are under investigation.

I am asking the Office of the Minnesota Governor take an interest in this serious matter of public safety and national security.

Minnesota author WANTED in Florida

Timothy Charles Holmseth published names of CIA/FBI operatives that are kidnapping and selling children through the U.S. Embassy

The Minnesota investigative journalist and author that learned extensive details of a CIA/FBI child sex trafficking operation during interviews with Gloria Allred’s protégé Wayanne Kruger is now WANTED in Florida.

According to the Broward County Clerk of Court a judge issued a Writ of Bodily Attachment for Timothy Holmseth on August 24, 2017. Details behind the issuance are not known because the document is sealed.

A Writ of Bodily Attachment, much like an arrest warrant, is an order by the court commanding a sheriff or other official to physically bring before the court a person who is guilty of contempt of court.

The Writ apparently pertains to a (fraudulently obtained) Domestic Violence Protection Order, which was filed against Timothy Holmseth in the Divorce division (DVCE) of the Broward County, Florida courts in 2011 by an attorney he interviewed regarding the national profile kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth never personally met the Petitioner, nor had he ever been charged or arrested for any crime against the Petitioner. The Order contained directives that Holmseth ‘retroactively’ remove legally published content from his website.

THE RESPONDENT SHALL NOT MAKE ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT REFERENCE ABOUT THE PETITIONER ON THE INTERNET OR BY USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION. THE RESPONDENT SHALL REMOVE ALL BOOKS, WRITINGS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND/OR MATERIALS CURRENTLY PUBLISHED ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PETITIONER FORTWITH.

The Writ was issued approximately one month after Timothy Holmseth filed a MOTION TO VACATE in the 9th Minnesota Judicial District which details the names, players, and methods of an organized criminal enterprise operating in the United States with support from law enforcement and the U.S. Military.

The hearing is scheduled for December 13, 2017 at the courthouse in Crookston, Minnesota.

Holmseth has proof that Minnesota law enforcement and the judicial community conspired against Holmseth while plans were made to obtain bogus court orders against him.

Emails and documents show that in 2009, law enforcement and judicial officers in Polk County, Minnesota conspired with the Petitioner in the Broward case to hide critical records that showed Holmseth was actively assisting the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI with information regarding the kidnapped child HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth has provided the Minnesota court secret emails exchanged between Nancy Grace’s journalist Art Harris, and EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek, on Hajicek’s private Gmail account, from July of 2009, revealing the two were plotting against Holmseth because the FBI was acting on Holmseth’s leads.

The East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force used an alleged violation of the Broward Order to raid Holmseth’s home/office with guns and bullet proof vests. Agents seized Holmseth’s computer and destroyed his hard-drive before returning it.

In 2017, using backups, Holmseth successfully located files the police had willfully destroyed. The files were recordings of Wayanne Kruger, the protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, detailing a CIA/FBI child pornography, sex trafficking and baby sales operation.

Operative have telephoned Holmseth using the telephone numbers of President Donald Trump and Clinton Global using voice changers to threaten Holmseth and his children; including a threat to kidnap his grand daughter.

Holmseth has never-before heard recordings regarding including audio he received in the mail from a federal agent, including:

Threats reported to Minnesota and Florida courts

There has been a dramatic upsurge in threats against me since I announced my court filing on July 24, 2017.

On August 10, 2017, I published a press release ‘Kidnapping and child rape porn cover-up center stage in Minnesota District Court – Affidavit is a blueprint to a child sex trafficking ring operating in U.S. and abroad’.

Today I was threatened in writing by Thomas Norman Olsen, Milton, Florida.

Thomas Olsen is a convicted felon on probation for larceny which included stealing a motor vehicle, money, and a gun.

Thomas Olsen was mentioned in my court filing to the Minnesota Court.

Today, I submitted an Affidavit to the Minnesota Court regarding Thomas Olsen which included the name of an attorney, and business colleague, that bailed him out of jail when got arrested.

The Affidavit contains exhibits and information that illuminate an extortion scheme Thomas Olsen ran on Santa Rosa County after he was arrested, which included a threat he published and disseminated regarding law enforcement corruption in Santa Rosa County, Florida that he was going to expose through a lawsuit.

Extortion and blackmail is a common tactic used within the cult of career criminals where everybody has something on everybody else – including compromising information about rogue police, correctional officers, and judicial officers.

The extortion and blackmail of government officials by Thomas Olsen closely resembles threats recently made by Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, to Ronald Galstad, Galstad Jensen and McCann (the private attorney that contracts for the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota).

Galstad and the City of EGF are compromised.

Church said she recently telephoned Galstad and put the City of East Grand Forks on “notice” that either the City involuntarily commits me (Timothy Holmseth) into a mental institution or her attorney from “Chicago” is going to sue the City of EGF.

That would be called ‘kidnapping’ but in the cult of career criminals it is regular talking point.

Church also claims to be talking in private with police officers at the East Grand Forks Police Department and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Church claims she gave the East Grand Forks Police investigative information about me pertaining to a kidnapped child named HaLeigh Cummings. However, the EGFPD categorically states they have no “record” of the conversations that Church says took place.

That’s because the conversation were not official and were done in the course of a criminal conspiracy by government employees in a personal capacity to cover up a kidnapping and production of rape porn of a five year old girl.

I submitted a copy of the Affidavit to Thomas Olsen’s probation officer.

Florida Sheriff Jeff Hardy named in Minnesota court Motion regarding HaLeigh Cummings filed three days before Hardy was arrested

Could it be the HaLeigh Cummings case is coming back to haunt former Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy?

Hardy was the sheriff in Putnam County, Florida when HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing in 2009. He did not run for re-election last year and was replaced by Gator DeLoach.

On Monday, July 28, 2017 Hardy was arrested in Florida on suspicion of DUI.

Interesting…

It appears Hardy has lost his favorable status with the good ole boys in Florida.

Hardy may have more troubles than just the Florida DUI.

On July 24, 2017, I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) filed a 214 page Motion to Vacate, Affidavit/Statement, and Exhibits with the 9th Minnesota District Court in Polk County, Minnesota.

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child REDACTED; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.  

One exhibit supporting the Motion was an email I sent to former Sheriff Jeff Hardy, Minneapolis FBI Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, and former Putnam County Director of Law Enforcement Gary Bowling in July, 2011.

And now…

The true facts surrounding the entire case appear to show a criminal conspiracy has existed between Florida law enforcement, Minnesota law enforcement, and a private corporation from Indiana called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. to frame me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) for the kidnapping, rape, child porn production, and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Here’s the fact-pattern.

The July, 2011 email to Hardy details a bizarre event that involved an Indiana private investigator, Tina Church, who called the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota and reported that I “Timothy Holmseth” had just told her I had “HaLeigh Cummings” in my home.

Here’s how that went down.

On July 26, 2011 Tina Church had telephoned me with a very strange little person named Levi Page on a conference line, and the two began acting as if they were law enforcement investigators. The two were brow-beating me about the fact I took the position the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was alive.

“Well, if you say she’s alive, where is she? You seem to be having a lot of information about this little girl. So maybe people need to be looking at you that maybe you have HaLeigh Cummings,” Church said.

Only a few minutes later, Church casually said to Page, “Well, we just need to let the authorities know that Timothy Holmseth knows where that little girl is at.”

Page promptly replied to Church that he was going to call Dominic Piscitello, Chief of Investigations, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. “I’ll call Dominic Piscitello and let him know what Timothy said and if it’s false he can be charged with Obstruction of Justice and Impeding and Investigation,” Page said.

I had not said anything whatsoever about having HaLeigh Cummings.

Very compelling evidence now suggests Church and Page were actually acting as agents of law enforcement – something both State of Florida and State of Minnesota are now on the hook for.

The email Exhibit reads:

“Suddenly (as if it were planned in advance) at the end of the call, both Page and Church suddenly started claiming that I had just told them I know the whereabouts of the missing child, HaLeigh Cummings. They both quickly agreed they should both call law enforcement and file a report that Timothy Holmseth said he knows where HaLeigh Cummings is located. It was a strange set-up of sorts. Page said he was going to call Captain Dominic Piscitello at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office,” Holmseth told Hardy.

“Before I was able to send this email somebody had telephoned the East Grand Forks Police Department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings. Officer’s #73 and #75 came to my apartment and asked if I had the little girl. I showed the officers this email that was still on my computer screen because I was composing it when they came,” Holmseth told Hardy.

The police report filed with the EGFPD names Tina Church as the caller and identifies her as an “Investigator from Indiana” which means she called in an official capacity.

It’s also clear Sheriff Hardy received my email complaint about Church and Page because I received a profanity laced scream-shout call from Page

In 2016, Church telephoned me and said she did not make the false police report. She said she was impersonated by a Florida woman with Levi Page on a third line. She said she has a tape recording of the false police report being made by the Florida woman.

The crime has been reported to both the EGFPD (Minnesota) and Mishawaka Police Department (Indiana) but no actions appear to have been taken. The EGFPD was given recordings of Church’s claims that she did not make the false police report but no action has been taken.

There’s a reason.

The law enforcement agencies are being blackmailed.

Church says she talked to the EGFPD on many occasions when they ‘called her’ to discuss me and my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings.

That’s right.

And…

Facts show the EGFPD was involved in a conspiracy to frame me that had been in place since 2009.

Exhibits supporting my Motion prove that in July, 2099, EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek used his private Gmail account to conspire with Nancy Grace’s fake journalist Art Harris, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, to shut down my publication and have me arrested.

The Hajicek emails show they were worried because the FBI received a 22-page report I authored and had begun following leads I gave them regarding photographs of HaLeigh in Florida. “He’s got to be stopped,” Harris said to Hajicek in a secret email.

Hajicek and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth hid the records so I would not know about them and could not use them in my defense as I was dragged in and out of court for years.

After learning I filed a Motion to the court, Tina Church telephoned me and said she called and talked to the judge – Honorable Tamara Yon.

Church said she was giving me an “opportunity” to withdraw my court filing.

Jeremiah Regan lawyers up – former HaLeigh Bug Foundation administrator and son of the ‘undercover pedophile’ for the FBI and CIA issues a statement

Jeremiah Regan, the former employee of a Florida law firm has issued a statement regarding his alleged involvement in a national profile missing child case.

Regan’s statement is published in its entirety below.

Jeremiah Regan is the son of John Regan, formerly of Hastings, Florida. The father-son Regan duo appeared out of virtually nowhere to ‘search’ for HaLeigh Cummings – a child they did not know – who mysteriously vanished from her Satsuma, Florida home on February 10, 2009. Quickly thereafter Jeremiah Regan (who had no driver’s license) became a legal assistant who did ‘investigations’ for a law firm associated with the kidnapping case.

During the search for HaLeigh, John Regan dressed as a pastor and told many people he was an FBI and/or CIA agent. He told Author Wayanne Kruger he was an “undercover pervert” for the FBI and CIA. Kruger said John Regan told her the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted it kept quiet.

John Regan told Donald Knop, a legal assistant at a Florida law office that he was with the “CIA”. He told Judy Lucia, a dog handler at a search for HaLeigh that he was an “FBI agent”. There’s more witnesses but you get the point.

I obtained eyewitness testimony from Donald Knop that Jeremiah Regan, and an attorney, both physically handled child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings. Photographs had been brought to a motel room by Jeremiah Regan.

The child porn was placed on a CD and given to a Florida DCF CPS worker named Bonnie Warner in a gas station parking lot and was never given to law enforcement. In 2009, I turned over a trove of information to the FBI in a 22-page report about John Regan, the law office, and Nancy Grace’s fake CNN journalist Art Harris, which included emails with pictures of HaLeigh that the FBI began to use to try to locate the child.

Scumbag Art Harris and several others with the scum bag pedophile operation began secretly conspiring with scum bag East Grand Forks Police Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek via Hajicek’s private Gmail as they discussed how “Timothy Holmseth” was helping the FBI in Florida and needed to be “stopped”.

I was interviewed several times in 2010 at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota by Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, Minneapolis FBI, regarding information I acquired about HaLeigh.

 

Hajicek secretly conspired with scum bag Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth to hide the Harris/Hajicek emails, as well as the 22-page FBI report I authored, by hand delivering it to Widseth who kept it hidden from me until 2012. It never showed up in any of my records request to the police department because they were private communications on Hajicek private Gmail.

In the mean time, the Minnesota judicial community conspired with interstate and international factions to destroy my family and suppress my publication through fraudulently obtained domestic violence protection orders, including one obtained in a Florida divorce court by a person I never met.

I did not have the exonerating evidence because Polk County and City of EGF kept it hidden.

The East Grand Forks Police Department, Polk County Attorney’s Office, Polk County Sheriffs, Minnesota Public Defenders Office (Michael LaCoursiere), Minnesota Guardian Ad Litems program (Matthew Petrovich), Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force, and an entire group of child traffickers called Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., conspired to assault me and my family through every conceivable way including threats of death, sexual assault, mutilation, and kidnapping (including a threat to kidnap my granddaughter).

On July 24, 2017 I filed a 214 page court document that includes a Motion to Vacate, Affidavit, and Exhibits that PROVES the before-motioned in SPADES.

 

In 2011, as part of their plan, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana called the East Grand Forks Police and told them I claimed to have HaLeigh Cummings in my home. In 2016 she abruptly claimed a woman from Florida and a man from Tennessee named Levi Page did it. She said the Florida woman impersonated her.

The pedophile operation I exposed, which appears to resemble the nefarious ‘CIA Finders’ did not appreciate me asserting my Constitutional rights and trying to stop their child death mill that appears to be connected to many cases across the United States including Caylee Anthony and Dylan Redwine.

Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana telephoned me and said she had called Minnesota District Judge Tamara Yon and spoke with her about a Motion to Vacate.

I am presently seeking legal counsel regarding Church’s claim to have contacted Honorable Yon, as well as several prosecutors in Polk County, Minnesota whom she openly states she threatened. Church stated to me that she put Attorney Ronald Galstad, Galstad, Jensen, and McCann, (the attorney that contracts for the City of EGF) on notice that if her lawyer from Chicago is going to sue the City of East Grand Forks if I (Timothy Holmseth) am not involuntarily committed into a mental institution by the City of EGF.

Church’s agent, Levi Page, Dover, Tennessee, called me and told me that he was going to have me placed in a psyche ward.

Washington prosecutor provided court documents that may exonerate Mark Redwine

I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) have provided the prosecutor overseeing the extradition of Mark Redwine, the Colorado father accused of murdering his son Dylan Redwine.

I submitted two PDF files to Attorney David S. McEachran, Whatcom County Prosecutor, today.

I contacted Attorney McEachran because I believe I have information that may exonerate Mark Redwine and implicate involved parties in Dylan Redwine’s disappearance and murder.

My letter stated in part:

I am contacting you regarding the case against accused murderer Mark Redwine because I believe I have information that may exonerate him. 

I am attaching my court motion, Affidavit, and Exhibits, which in my opinion, you would be ethically required to review, in the interest of justice, because Mark Redwine has been accused of murder and is being held in your jurisdiction.

I will also be providing a copy of this to Mark Redwine’s defense counsel when I can obtain his name.

To impress upon you the true gravity of what my court filings contain, I will tell you – after I filed my court papers on this matter, a mentioned person and licensed PI, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, telephoned me several times. Tina Church categorically told me she telephoned Minnesota 9th District Assistant Chief Judge Tamara Yon and talked to the judge Ex Parte about me. She said that even though she knew she was being recorded.

Tina Church has also told me she telephoned Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad. She told me she put Attorney Galstad on “notice” that if the City of East Grand Forks did not involuntarily commit me into a mental institution, her high powered lawyer from “Chicago” is going to file a lawsuit against the City of EGF.

Indiana PI once again implicates Minnesota prosecutors in kidnapping and child porn trafficking cover-up

The Indiana PI whose agency is at the center of a court action filed this week in the Minnesota District Court regarding her corporation’s cynical and illegal activities regarding a kidnapping – has once again issued ominous warnings.

Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., telephoned Timothy Charles Holmseth Tuesday night – one day after Holmseth filed a court motion that details a Deep State plot against his family and children, which included a copy of a complaint Holmseth filed to the Inspector General of the U.S. Air Force at the Pentagon.

Church told Holmseth the police were coming to his home because she obtained a Restraining Order against him.

Interestingly, Church did not say she called the police department, but rather, said she had spoken with Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad.

No police have attempted to make contact with Holmseth.

Church has a history of illegally conspiring with law enforcement to protect a criminal trafficking enterprise and boasts she has support from her son who is a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force.

Holmseth’s court motion states:

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child REDACTED; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.  

In July, 2011, Church telephoned the East Grand Forks Police Department and falsely claimed “Timothy Holmseth” told her he had the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his home.

Then… in October, 2016, Church abruptly telephoned Holmseth and claimed she was impersonated on the false police report by a woman from Florida who was once part of her corporation.

While Church claims she was impersonated on the 2011 police report, she also claims she was in communication with the police, but added the police proactively called her to talk about Holmseth’s ‘obsession’ with the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

State of Minnesota, Polk County, and City of East Grand Forks have all failed to initiate any legal action regarding the crimes that operatives have openly admitted were committed against Holmseth.

Church and her group are linked to the interstate transportation of HaLeigh Cummings and her secret communications with law enforcement meet every legal element of civil and criminal conspiracy to cover up a child sex trafficking operation.

Timothy Holmseth assisted the FBI in 2009 and 2010 after interviewing a group that kidnapped and created child pornography of a five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

Holmseth’s Affidavit includes details of secret private emails between EGFPD Lieutenant Rodney Hajicek, kidnappers, and Polk County Greg Widseth, wherein they plotted to arrest Holmseth after Holmseth gave the FBI evidence of a man that dressed as a pastor and told searchers he was a “CIA agent” and “undercover pedophile” for the “FBI”.

Holmseth has been threatened regarding his coverage of child cases including JonBenet Ramsey, Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings, Dylan Redwine, and others.

Holmseth recently received a threat to have his head cut off after publishing an article entitled ‘Pedophiles Gone Wild’ that spoke of the recent cover up of the Jacob Wetterling kidnapping.

In September, 2016, Holmseth provided Donald J. Trump’ attorney with an alleged confession authored by a psychotic pedophile that claimed to be the murderer of JonBenet Ramsey.

Holmseth has received continuous threats against himself and his children by a group that calls itself the “Deep State” “The Firm” and “Anonymous” using the telephone numbers of President Donald Trump and Bill and Hillary Clinton and are now in front of a Minnesota judge.
