HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping: Virginia woman files report to Putnam County Sheriff’s Office

Detectives in Florida investigating the unsolved kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings received a substantial lead today.

Susan Earman, Virginia, told Write Into Action she telephoned the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and directly provided officials with detailed information about several individuals connected to the case.

“I also told her about a licensed PI in Indiana discovering she was impersonated and a false police report filed in connection to the case,” Earman said.

In November, Write Into Action reported that Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Mishawaka, Indiana, said she was impersonated during a police report filed to the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota regarding the missing child.

The report to the police in Minnesota was a false claim that the missing child was in an apartment in East Grand Forks.

Church telephoned Write Into Action and said the police report was made by a former HLN pundit named Levi Page and a woman from Florida. “I have a tape that confirms it was not me that made that report against you to the police. It was [REDACTED] acting as me, with Levi Page,” Church said.

“Levi Page of TN and Lisa Floyd Morash were also mentioned,” Earman said, regarding her report to the Sheriff’s Office today.

Lisa Floyd Morash was featured by the Gainesville Sun in 2010 in a story entitled “Children connected to home for unwed mothers struggle to find birth parents”.

The Sun article discussed Floyd-Morash’s involvement with “a black market baby legacy created by Col. Robert Ryan, who ran the home and sold them as infants”.

Earman originally became involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case when a member of the Florida legal community connected to the kidnapping conned her into wiring thousands of dollars through Western Union under the false pretense it was going to search for the missing child.

Earman also contacted the FBI.

“I told [law enforcement] that anyone who believed the FBI – NCMEC over these people have been targeted for 7+ years,” Earman said.

As GOP frontrunner Donald Trump announces an endorsement by Dr. Ben Carson, Fla. Gov. Rick Scott’s aspirations to be tapped as Trump’s VP collapse.

The Scott Administration is unraveling amidst an attempt to cover-up a kidnapping that exposes a government child sex and drug trafficking ring that involves the KKK.

This week, a Florida court heard a post-conviction motion filed by Misty Janette Croslin appealing her 25 year sentence on grounds her attorney, Robert Fields, did not present entrapment as a defense.

Evidence shows Fields knew Croslin was facing entrapment.

The primary players involved William E. Staubs, a bounty hunter involved in multiple trafficking operations in Florida.

Staubs told investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth during a recorded call that he attended a KKK meeting, and personally met with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi at her office.

Email, audio recordings, a letter to the Florida Attorney General in 2009, and a published article from 2009, are now exposing a high level plot to frame Croslin and black man, Gregory Lewis Page, for the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings.

The published article reporting the plot to the American public was ‘force removed’ off the Web in 2011 by an un-constitutional, fraudulently obtained, domestic violence protection order that was heard against Timothy Charles Holmseth in a Florida divorce court – filed by a person he never met. The Florida Court ordered Holmseth to retroactively remove already legally published content.

The content was exposing the truth.

Holmseth, East Grand Forks, MN, was threatened with murder if he showed up for the hearing in Broward County, Florida. The death threats were immediately reported to Lt. Rodney Hajicek, East Grand Forks Police Department.

The evidence is the latest to surface that shows the Scott Administration has been covering up all the facts about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, even after receiving audio of Staubs and child sex traffickers discussing child rape pornography of the five year-old that passed through an agent in the Florida DCF underground.

On September 21, 2015, Inspector General Keith Parks and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement received an email from Florida AG Bondi’s deputy director, Becky Kring.

Holmseth is now receiving hang-up telephone calls from Rick Scott’s office.

Evidence in HaLeigh Cummings investigation suggests plans to frame a black man 

Florida [REDACTED] and Putnam County Sheriff’s Department ominously linked

On June 19, 2009, Daniel Smith Lookadoo, 41, Palatka, was arrested on drug charges and his bond was set at $25,000. The Florida Times-Union said the formal charge is sale of cocaine.

Lookadoo is the uncle of Gregory Lewis Page (a.k.a. White Boy Greg), 28, Palatka, who was interviewed by police in February in regards to the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings. Page had spent the days preceding the child’s disappearance with Misty Croslin, the last person to see the child.

Lookadoo’s girlfriend, Tonya Rigdon, Palatka, said she is concerned about the situation her boyfriend is in. She said law enforcement officials take Lookadoo out of his cell everyday to question him about matters regarding HaLeigh Cummings. She said it is impossible he knows anything at all.

Rigdon is an admitted (recovering) drug addict and admits she has done time in prison.
Rigdon said removing a prisoner from their cell to spend time with the police can place the prisoner’s life in danger because other inmates begin to believe that person is an informant – even if they are not. She said it is done by law enforcement intentionally to solicit statements.

Rigdon said she was with Lookadoo on the night HaLeigh Cummings disappeared. She said the two of them were checked into a motel in Palatka. “We was honeymooning,” she said.

Rigdon said she is concerned that although Lookadoo told the police where he was and who he was with on the night the little girl disappeared, it took them weeks and weeks to come and interview her. She said that worries her, because she was able to easily tell them where he was at, and they stalled in asking.

Rigdon said Putnam County Sheriff’s Department (PCSD) detectives are identifying themselves to Lookadoo as federal agents. “They are introducing themselves to [Daniel Lookadoo] as the feds,” she said, adding that she knows who they are and knows they are PCSD officers. She said the situation is strange and the PCSD officers dress in shirts and ties to look like federal agents. “Everybody’s role playing,” she said.

Lynn Lookadoo, the mother of Gregory Page, said she is very concerned about the situation. She said she is aware of what appears to be a plan to frame her son, Greg Page, in the disappearance of HaLeigh Cumming. She said she read an email sent on March 30, 2009, from the email account of [REDACTED], [REDACTED] for Crystal Sheffield, the child’s biological mother.

The email dated March 30, 2009, sent out to [REDACTED] associates, said (printed as written), “OK guys – Enough of this bullshit personal crap. I’m heading to a deposition. I want the shit to stop – Haleigh is still missing. We either need to find her, or bring the bad guys to the police to face the capital murder charge they deserve. So PULL UP YOUR PANTS, BRUSH YOURSELF OFF…IT’S GONNA BE A BUMPY RIDE. I wanna see Misty being led out of her trailer by police in cuffs on national news by the end of the week. THAT’S OUR GOAL. Let’s get this cocky crack dealer off the streets (see below)!”

Below the text in the body of the email [REDACTED] pasted three photographs of Gregory Page. The photos make Page look like a gangster who is sitting and counting drug money. Rigdon said that is not true. “That was his business,” she said, explaining that he had a store called “All About You” that did screen-printing and the like. She said the business still operates to this day.

“He was trying to act cocky,” Lynn Lookadoo, said. “Like kids do.”
“They don’t even have a body and {REDACTED] is saying find the murderer,” Rigdon said.

Later on March 30, [REDACTED] appeared on the Jane Valez Mitchell show and said REDACTED] had spoken with Page. She said he was under investigation.
A video clip was then played of [REDACTED], Crystal Sheffield: “And I asked [Ronald Cummings Jr.] about it. And I was like, what about the black — the person dressed in black. He said it was a black man dressed in black and he had squeaky shoes, and the couch was bouncing. And that’s just what he told me. And I’m not lying and I have no reason to lie.”

Sheffield’s first version had been that her small son had spoke of a man dressed in black; in this interview she added “black man.”

Lynn Lookadoo said her son Greg had nothing to do with HaLeigh’s disappearance and said she is very concerned about [REDACTED] true character as a person. She said [REDACTED] had come to her house and sat with her and talked – she said [REDACTED] was very charming, friendly, and cordial. “I fixed [REDACTED] a hot meal,” Lookadoo said. “She broke bread at my table, and then she said that about my son (behind our backs).”

Putnam County Sheriff’s Department

Questions of timing have also come into play regarding the arrest and questioning of Daniel Lookadoo.

A week after Lookadoo was arrested, a comprehensive search of property belonging to Marie Griffis, the mother of Crystal Sheffield, was conducted in Baker County, Florida. The search utilized resources from four Florida counties. Heavy machinery, cadaver dogs, divers, and over 40 investigators were involved.

Law enforcement stated publicly they didn’t even expect to find anything.
This statement by law enforcement is troubling to many because of the time, money, and resources that were expend to execute the search many months after the disappearance of the child.

Sheffield knew in advance the search was going to take place.
Following the search, [REDACTED] told the media the Sheffield side of the family requested the search because they wanted all doubt removed about their possible involvement in the child’s disappearance. According to [REDACTED], the police did what they were told.

[REDACTED] stated many times to the media that she was part of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Departments investigative team.

Lt. Johnny Greenwood, PCSD, says that [REDACTED] is not part of their team.

Authorities Alerted

Timothy Charles Holmseth, owner, Write Into Action, had already received information that [REDACTED] solicited assistance from William “COBRA’ Staubs in [REDACTED] plan to place Page somewhere he was not, on the night of the disappearance.

[REDACTED], Donald Knop, also verified such a discussion took place.

Staubs said he told [REDACTED], “No.”

Holmseth filed a formal complaint on June 1, 2009, to the Attorney General of the State of Florida. Holmseth reported he knew of [REDACTED] plan.

U.S. Secret Service report by Minnesota journalist details assassination threats against President Obama

Bounty Hunter arrested during HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation claims he prevented assassination

The bounty hunter arrested during the national profile search for missing child HaLeigh Cummings says he told the law enforcement officials in Florida that were investigating the child’s kidnapping, he was affiliated with the U.S. Secret Service, FBI, CIA, DEA, and the U.S. Marshall’s service.

During an interview with investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth, William Staubs, who also goes by ‘Cobra’ claimed to have prevented a presidential assassination.

“Did you know I saved Obama’s life? I saved Obama and I saved Bush, both,” Staubs said.

Staubs did not give the name of the man that made the threats but discussed the details.

Holmseth sent a letter to the U.S. Secret Service today describing the bizarre story Staubs told him.

Holmseth has been receiving death threats and warnings by telephone and Web to remove his publication’s website http://www.writeintoaction.com or suffer the consequences.

Holmseth knows the identity of some of the individuals making the threats and knows they are immediate associates of Staubs.

THE ASSASSINATION STORY

“He goes yeah that fucking nigger gets into office we’ll kill that son-of-a-bitch – I already know how to get him. And Bush – my momma – my momma’s going to kill Bush, believe that,” Staubs said, recalling what the man said.

“So fuck a call goes out to a U.S. Secret Service and they come there and they interview him a little bit then they fucking leave. Say okay fuck they got it under control. Then later on that night they hit this apartment that he’s rented – this hotel – and find guns, and blue lights and police radios and all kinds of fucking shit and he’s like yeah I got a boat stationed off Key West, Florida laden with guns, ” Staubs said.

Staubs said the man made the threats during a “class” he (Staubs) was teaching.

“They bring me in every once in a while to teach technique, handcuffing, liability, and what you can do and what you can’t do – that type of thing. There was a gentleman in my class – this was right before the HaLeigh case and all this shit broke loose,” Staubs said.

Staubs did not say who brought him in to teach the class nor did he say where the classes took place.

Staubs did say he attended a Ku Klux Klan meeting.

“Paul Addie is the U.S. Secret Service guy that comes in and thanks everybody – Cobra thanks for the heads up. And they rush this guy away and they lock his ass up for 18 months until Obama is elected president and they continue to hold him the federal prison someplace – they never convicted him of anything,” Staubs said.

Staubs said he met up with the man years later and spoke with him, which might seem odd considering Staubs suggested he was instrumental in the man’s arrest.

HALEIGH CUMMINGS KIDNAPPING INVESTIGATION

In 2009, Staubs was arrested for felony false imprisonment after using his bail-bondsman license to arrest a man under the guise the man was responsible for the murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Staubs paid a former CNN journalist, Art Harris, to film the arrest and publish it on You Tube as disinformation and propaganda.

Staubs discussed his arrest by law enforcement with Holmseth.

“I went to each one of them and told them hey man I’m just trying to help and if there’s something I can do because I can get into other places that you guys can’t get into. I don’t need warrants, I don’t need probable cause, I don’t need a whole lot of things. There are things I can do that you can’t do. I’m GQ public and I know what to do with it, ya’ know and I gave them a laundry list of names, DEA, U.S. Marshall Service, FBI, CIA, fucking U.S. Secret Service, I mean a shit pot load of names of people they could contact say yeah Cobra’s the fucking real deal,” Staubs said.

THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE “FBI” AGENT

Staubs was working with a man named John Regan during the HaLeigh Cummings investigation who told multiple individuals he was an FBI agent working undercover as a pedophile.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY of HALEIGH CUMMINGS

Holmseth captured of Staubs and others on the telephone disusing a child sex trafficking network, He submitted the audio to the FBI, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and the United States Court.

The recordings including a Florida DCF social worker discussing a CD that contained secret naked pictures of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings after she had been sexually assaulted. The photos were secret and never turned over to law enforcement.

The photos were described to Holmseth by an employee of a South Florida law office that possessed and distributed the original copies.

WHITE HOUSE PETITION

The group threatening, defaming, and extorting Holmseth launched a Petition on the White House’s website that said, “We petition the Obama Administration to: Stop people like Timothy Charles Holmseth from scamming/ profiteering off of murdered children such as Haleigh Cummmings [sic]”.

THE STEVEN AVERY CASE

Holmseth was contacted in December, 2015, and told the group accosting him killed a woman named Teresa Halbach and framed a man named Steven Avery for the crime.

In Re: Threats Against Presidents / Ongoing Criminal Enterprise

U.S. Secret Service,

I am contacting your agency because the information I possess involves statements made in regards to assassinating President of the United States, Barack Obama. The statements also involved assassinating former President Bush.

The statements were made to me by William Eugene Staubs, Weston, Florida. He is also known as “Cobra”.  He made the statements in 2011 during journalism interviews I conducted with him regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

I possess evidence William Staubs and his associates are operating a domestic terror group and pose a potential threat to the President and/or national security of the United States and/or the safety of the public including small children.

BACKGROUND

I first communicated with William Staubs in 2009. He contacted me. I then interviewed him regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.  I learned during my journalism interviews that he is directly involved in the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

I was interviewed by Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, Minneapolis FBI in 2010 after I began to report information regarding photos of the missing child (later linked to pornography of the little five year-old girl).

William Staubs was working with a man from Hastings, Florida named John Regan. John Regan told many people he was an FBI agent; CIA agent; and chaplain for the local police.

John Regan told Wayanne Kruger, Avondale, Arizona he was working as an “undercover pervert”. He said he was undercover as a “pedophile” to catch other pedophiles.

I captured William Staubs talking to a group that were distributing child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The group was comprised of law enforcement officers including State’s Attorney’s Investigator Chris Middleton, an [REDACTED] named [REDACTED], as well as a Florida DCF social worker named Bonny Warner.

Those recordings and information have been turned over to the FBI, Florida Attorney General, Florida Inspector General, Florida Department of Children and Families, and Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

William Staubs told me his inside man at the Putnam County Sheriffs Office is Captain Dominic Piscitello. He also said he was closely connected to Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy.

PRESENT CONCERN

I am contacting you today regarding William Staubs because the Organized Crime apparatus he is affiliated with continues to threaten me because of information I possess and publish.

I am the victim of documented death threats, extortion, and warnings to take down my websites or face the consequences, which includes the kidnapping of my grandchild.

On several occasions William Staubs told me an attorney from [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and her husband, [REDACTED], may send a “hit-man” to kill me. He has also made comments directly to me about “kidnapping” me.

Staubs told me he went to a Ku Klux Klan meeting to discuss the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings with members. He told me he knows the names of corrupt law enforcement officers at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Florida.

IMPERSONATING FEDERAL AGENTS

I have evidence William Staubs and John Regan impersonate federal agents on a regular basis.

William Staubs is protecting the criminal enterprise by claiming affiliation with federal law enforcement agencies.

“I went to each one of them and told them hey man I’m just trying to help and if there’s something I can do because I can get into other places that you guys can’t get into. I don’t need warrants, I don’t need probable cause, I don’t need a whole lot of things. There are things I can do that you can’t do. I’m GQ public and I know what to do with it, ya’ know and I gave them a laundry list of names, DEA, U.S. Marshall Service, FBI, CIA, fucking U.S. Secret Service, I mean a shit pot load of names of people they could contact say yeah Cobra’s the fucking real deal,” Staubs said.

Then later on that night they hit this apartment that he’s rented – this hotel – and find guns, and blue lights and police radios and all kinds of fucking shit and he’s like yeah I got a boat stationed off Key West, Florida laden with guns, ” Staubs said.

But the real deli was he wouldn’t stop talking about “killing that nigger – that nigger aint going to be president no,” Staubs said.

William Staubs said he then met up with the man again years later. He said the man was “hiding out down in The Keys. He said he was assisting the man with something.

HaLeigh Cummings author poised to seek federal injunctive relief against State of Florida

Threats by satanic Web cult to kidnap author’s unborn grandchild creating emergency for blackmailed Florida states attorney

Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, has submitted a Notice of Intent to file for federal injunctive relief against the State of Florida.

The notice was submitted to William Eddins, the chief prosecuting attorney of Florida’s 1st Circuit.

Holmseth decided to begin the legal process after a satanic cult involved in serial kidnappings across the country published videos and threats to kidnap his unborn grandchild.

The satanic cult, which calls itself ‘ANONYMOUS’ in videos it uploads to You Tube, has issued demands that Holmseth remove all of his websites from the internet.

Holmseth captured key figures in the kidnapping ring on tape discussing a CD that contained naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The kidnapping ring included government officials that were agents of Florida DCF, law enforcement, states attorney offices, licensed law offices, and other government entities.

Evidence indicates the cult is kidnapping and murdering children across the United States. One recent case the cult is involved in is the murder of Dylan Redwine, Colorado.

Holmseth further believes his Constitutional rights are under attack by the State of Florida because be uncovered a criminal enterprise comprised of government officials exposed in a series of article he published regarding a government-targeted boy named Alec Thomas Hash.

In November of 2014, Holmseth published an article entitled “Source: FDLE agents falsely arrested Georgia doctor to protect criminal enterprise – Florida law enforcement and mercenary types running ‘black ops’ against witnesses and children”

In the article, Holmseth revealed he possessed evidence from a Tallahassee pill mill that showed employees from the following agencies illegally obtained pills at the facility:

The Office of the States Attorney, 1st Florida Judicial Circuit (hereby referred to as State of Florida), has an abundance of evidence that shows investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth legally obtained evidence that child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was created,  and subsequently distributed, by REDACTED, REDACTED, Florida.

The State of Florida possesses that evidence.

The State of Florida has an abundance of evidence and information that show government officials, law enforcement, government agents, and legal licensees, are entirely aware of the aforementioned state and federal crimes.

Plaintiff in civil rights lawsuit to file against Putnam County, Florida officials

Federal court action involves missing child HaLeigh Cummings

Timothy Charles Holmseth is preparing a civil rights lawsuit against the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

The lawsuit is related to the disappearance of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Timothy Holmseth is presently the Plaintiff in Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al. – U.S. District of Minnesota (DMN) – – – Case Number: 0:14-cv-02970-DWF-LIB.

The lawsuit presently filed in Minnesota is a 42-U.S.C.-1983 civil rights (Deprivation of Rights / Color of Law) action that also involves matters of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Defendants in the case against Putnam County officials will be named at the time of the filing. How Timothy Holmseth’s civil rights have been violated will be set forth in the statement of facts.

Jaycee Dugard type tragedy feared in Minnesota

Timothy Charles Holmseth, author/journalist, has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court, Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The 109 page filing (including exhibits) details five years of violations by Minnesota government officials under 42 U.S.C. 1983.

Defendants named in the lawsuit include the sheriff of Polk County, Minnesota, Barb Erdman, East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) Police Chief Michael Hedlund, and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad.

The lawsuit shows local authorities deliberately concealed information about a child kidnapping from the FBI. Many fear the end result is going to be a replay of the Jaycee Dugard tragedy.

Among several causes of action, the Complaint addresses email communications between Nancy Grace’s ‘HaLeigh Cummings’ case reporter, Art Harris, and the EGFPD. In 2009, Harris was appearing on the Nancy Grace Show, ‘Issues’ with Jane Valez Mitchell, and Mike Galanos, as he ‘reported’ the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping; while simultaneously, working for the missing child’s mother and calling law enforcement and news agencies in Minnesota and identifying himself as a “CNN reporter” and soliciting the arrest of a Minnesota journalist that was assisting the FBI.

Emails exchanged between Art Harris and Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, show Harris alerted Hajicek to the fact the Jacksonville FBI was acting on leads they received from Holmseth; and based upon that; Harris was soliciting the EGFPD to arrest Holmseth. “He’s got to be stopped,” Harris said in his email.

Lt. Hajicek subsequently reached out to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth in effort to see if some kind of charge could be brought against Holmseth (presumably, for the crime of assisting the FBI in a kidnapping investigation).

Police incident reports show Lt. Hajicek sought to assist Art Harris, while entirely neglecting to alert the FBI that Harris and several others working with Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, were calling the EGFPD non-stop and soliciting Holmseth’s arrest because Holmseth was helping the FBI.

The illegal efforts of the EGFPD never ceased.

In 2012, the EGFPD and their City Attorney staged a bogus ‘Gang and Drug Task Force’ raid on Holmseth’s home-office to seize custody of his computer and hard-drive. EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad told Minnesota Judge Tamara Yon during a court hearing that he (Galstad) was communicating with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) regarding a prospective ‘forensic search’ of Holmseth’s hard-drive. The assistant superintendent of the Minnesota BCA, Drew Evans, subsequently disavowed Galstad in writing – stating the agency had nothing to do with Galstad – the EGFPD – or their raid – had no agents working on the ‘gang and drug task force’ and did not authorize anyone to attaché their BCA stickers to Holmseth’s journalism equipment. The police then disabled the hard-drive before returning it.

The ‘task force’ raid was an illegal search and seizure.

The EGFPD and Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) were forced to admit in Minnesota State District Court before Judge Yon that a Polk County detective searched the hard-drive with a program that leaves no trace. They kept no ‘record of examination’ and no ‘chain of evidence’ documentation to show where Holmseth’s hard-drive was located for over four months. The search warrant used to seize the hard-drive did not authorize a search – only retention of the property.

Ironically – Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland, PCSO, testified he found no sign of illegal activity on Holmseth’s hard-drive.

Police incident reports, submitted to the U.S. District Court as exhibits in support of Holmseth’s lawsuit, show that in 2009, Art Harris called the EGFPD and told the local news reporter he was with “CNN”. Harris had so un-nerved the local reporter that she called the police and asked for a police officer. The police subsequently redacted the reporter’s name from the report because she was scared.

The police reports and activities that began in 2009, stretch out for years to follow, and reveal the EGFPD had developed a significant relationship with out-of-state individuals involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation.

The Minnesota connection to the HaLeigh Cummings/Caylee Anthony child cases was suppressed by Polk County authorities, until April of 2014, when an audit revealed government officials in East Grand Forks had been stealing upwards of a million dollars through various flood relief loan scams, which were being run through corrupt city officials in what is being called the ‘Boardwalk Enterprises’ scheme.

Holmseth had been told HaLeigh Cummings was alive and being passed around to keep her hidden.

Wayanne Kruger, Crystal Sheffield’s official victims advocate, told Holmseth that a fake pastor named John Regan claimed he was an undercover pedophile for the FBI. Kruger said Regan told her the “FBI” had HaLeigh Cummings but were keeping it a secret.

Kruger told Holmseth that John Regan is a serial child rapist and an operative in a child sex trafficking operation that involves every type of human trafficking; including selling infants through the United States Embassy.

The conduct of the EGFPD and Polk County Sheriff’s Office has many fearing law enforcement’s behavior may now result in the next ‘Jaycee Dugard’ tragedy.
