Transnational crime syndicate linked to police and public officials in Polk County Minnesota – BCA crime lab documents key evidence

An organized transnational crime syndicate that traffics children across national land borders and overseas on international flights has been linked to Polk County, Minnesota.

Key evidence comes from Drew Evans, superintendant, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) – the agency that operates the State’s forensic crime lab.

The crime syndicate involves Ronald Galstad, the attorney for the City of East Grand Forks and Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, an officer for the East Grand Forks Police who is also the commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force.

EARLY DAYS

The fact something was amiss initially became visible in 2013 when the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) flatly rejected a claim by East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad that the BCA was assisting the police with an operation to search the computer of a  journalist and FBI witness from East Grand Forks named Timothy Holmseth.

Galstad is an attorney with Galstad Jensen and McCann and contracts with the City of EGF to prosecute crimes alleged by the local police.

Galstad falsely claimed an association with the BCA during a court hearing on January 4, 2013 at the courthouse in Polk County. Galstad told Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon he and the police were working with the BCA regarding  Holmseth’s computer which had been seized by the Pine to Prairie Task Force on December 14, 2012.

Holmseth was/is a local journalist that had conducted hours of interviews with key figures in a national profile kidnapping case involving  a missing five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings who vanished in 2009. Holmseth was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI on several occasions and deemed a credible witness.

However – emails from 2009 show Lt. Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD, was secretly communicating with a CNN journalist named Art Harris regarding Holmseth. Emails from Hajicek’s private Gmail account show the two men were discussing how Holmseth could be “stopped” after they learned the FBI in Florida was using information Holmseth obtained and turned over to the feds.

Holmseth had been told, during telephonic interview, the minute details of an international child sex trafficking and baby sales operation that was staging out of Broward County, Florida. He was also told that a lawyer from Florida possessed child rape porn of HaLeigh Cummings.

Records show Galstad and the EGFPD obtained a search and seizure warrant from Minnesota District Judge Jeff Remick for Holmseth’s computer – but the warrant made no mention of the child porn. Rather, it was drafted to make Holmseth appear to be a drug dealer.

On January 4, 2013, Galstad told Judge Yon the police were coordinating with the BCA to have a forensic search done of the computer which already been in police custody for several weeks.

“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that,” court transcripts reveal.

Galstad was lying to the Judge.

And the proof he was lying comes from the superintendent of the BCA.

Drew Evans, superintendent, BCA, said the BCA played no role in the operation and knew nothing about it. “Mr. Holmseth – we were not asked to conduct a forensic examination of your computer,” Evans said in a 2013 email.

However, the Pine to Prairie Task Force commander, Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, had attached MDPS/BCA stickers to evidence seized from Holmseth.

Jill Oliveira, the public information officer for the MNDPS/BCA said, “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case”.

 

 

Galstad never carried through on requesting a second warrant for the BCA as he claimed he was going to do.

But – there was significant activity surrounding the computer.

Records from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office show Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland was asked to search Holmseth’s computer. “I looked through the computer and did not find anything that would show illegal activity on the computer,” Norland said.

EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund would eventually be asked for chain of custody records regarding Holmseth’s property. Hedlund admitted in a letter to Holmseth that no chain of custody documentation was kept.

Holmseth’s computer was ordered returned in April of 2013 but the police had rendered it inoperable – thus marooning all of Holmseth’s investigative files.

CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING – THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS

Evidence shows the police seized Holmseth’s computer because they were looking for the pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, which they believed had been sent to Holmseth. It was a gamble they lost that exposed their motive to cover-up an entire child sex trafficking operation.

The warrant signed by Judge Remick made no mention of child pornography, rather, created the appearance Holmseth was a drug dealer.

Information about the child porn was not included in the application for the warrant because Sgt. Schrage and Galstad did not want to reveal the identity of their source – because the source was the trafficker(s) that kidnapped, raped, and trafficked the little girl.

The conspirators were all connected to an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. Evidence shows members of the operation were in regular and secret back channel communications with Galstad and the EGFPD from 2009 through 2018.

MAKING A MURDERER

The plan was cynical and was intended to frame Holmseth for kidnapping, rape, production of child porn, and murder.

In 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, telephoned the EGFPD  and falsely reported that Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his home. Police, including Sgt. Schrage, went to Holmseth’s home to search for the child and then filed a report.

Sgt. Schrage and other EGFPD officers subsequently filed police reports based upon alleged anonymous calls to the police reporting a strong smell of marijuana coming from Holmseth’s apartment door, which generated police reports that made Holmseth appear to be involved with drugs.

During this same time window Holmseth was accused of allowing child sex abuse in his home. Records from Grand Forks County Social Services ultimately revealed that not only was there no abuse – Holmseth and his children received a 100% perfect score for no signs of abuse. The case was closed with the signatures of a nine person child protection team that includes CPS, psychologist, doctor, police, sheriff.

Building on the false police and CPS reports… in 2011, a person that had been identified by a legal assistant in Florida as possessing child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, petitioned a Broward County domestic violence  court for an Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence against Holmseth. ‘Repeat Violence’ is a Florida dating law that did not apply to Holmseth because he had no relationship with Petitioner and had not been to Florida.

However – Judge Michael Kaplan in Broward County, Florida granted the Order in Holmseth’s absence which made it illegal for Holmseth to publish information and select names regarding what he learned about the missing child and an international trafficking operation.

Wayanne Kruger, a child victims advocate that traveled from Arizona to assist the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, told Holmseth during recorded interviews she was working with the Florida law office that allegedly possessed the child porn.

Kruger, who was the client and protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, provided Holmseth names, dates, methods, and tactics of a vast child trafficking and baby sales operation that moved children through the U.S. Embassy in New York and across the border into Mexican and Central America.

The operation involved operatives that dressed as clergy and identified themselves and CIA and FBI.

Kruger has been featured in People magazine, Washington Times, and other publications for her relationship with Allred and Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Kruger told Holmseth HaLeigh Cummings had been raped and was “hemorrhaging”.

HOLMSETH ARRESTED IN 2018

In 2017, Holmseth located back-up files of his interviews with all the members of trafficking operation including an attorney from Florida, Kruger, and Church.

In July, 2017 Holmseth submitted the damning audio evidence of child sex trafficking he recovered, in support of a Motion To Vacate he filed with the Minnesota court in Polk County. Judge Yon classified the audio as “significant evidence” from Holmseth’s “investigations” and ruled in his favor.

 

On February 19, 2018 the police in East Grand Forks arrested Holmseth for violating the Florida court order after Holmseth allegedly published the court records on the Web using You Tube.

Galstad is the prosecutor.

The person named as possessing child porn of HaLeigh Cummings is the ‘victim’.

Holmseth is presently represented by public defender Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group.

Holmseth is also presently the plaintiff in a federal lawsuit he filed through his trial attorney Steven S. Biss in Virginia.

I am contacting you in regards to the Executive Order issued by President Donald J. Trump on December 21, 2017 entitled Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.

The Order reads in part:

“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. I am asking you, Governor Dayton, please take the time to read this letter and listen to the audios I am providing you on the enclosed flash drive. It is a matter of public safety and national security.

I am a former award-winning news reporter, journalist, and author. I became an FBI witness in a child kidnapping in 2009 after I stumbled upon information from individuals that possessed child pornography of a missing little girl from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

I further obtained information about individuals that identified themselves as CIA and FBI that were stealing babies and children for sale to purchasers in other countries. The group trafficking the children involved an * * * from * * *, Florida named * * *   * * * .

I quickly reported what I learned and the FBI immediately acted upon my information in 2009. In February, 2010 I was formally interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI.

In 2011, police officers at the East Grand Forks Police Department conspired in secret with * * *  * * *  to silence me. They developed a plan that involved * * *  * * *  obtaining an ‘Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence’ in a Broward County domestic violence court, despite the fact I never met * * *  * * *  nor had I been to Florida. The Order was fraudulently obtained in my absence and subjected me to arrest if I published the information I obtained.

In the summer of 2012 I discovered hidden private emails that revealed an officer with the East Grand Forks Police (Lt. Rodney Hajicek) had been conspiring against me using private personal email accounts with the child traffickers. In December of 2012 the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force inexplicably raided my home-office; seized my computer; and destroyed the hard-drive.

In 2016, I recovered my marooned journalism files.

In 2017, I submitted select audios to the Minnesota Ninth District Court in support of a Motion to Vacate. In November, 2017 I provided the evidence to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad via Certified Mail.

Neither Galstad nor Widseth responded to my request to meet and confer, despite the evidence containing actual audio of * * *  * * *  using * * *  * * * license to take away a young mother’s baby using threats and coercion. The audio contained * * *  * * * ‘s * * *  assistant describing child porn * * *  * * *  possessed of HaLeigh Cummings. It also contained * * *  * * * ‘s colleague telling me that * * *  * * *  and * * * husband, * * *  * * *  (felon), steal babies and kids and sell them with the CIA.

On December 13, 2017 Honorable Tamara Yon Granted my motion and described the audios as “evidence”.

On February 19, 2018 I was arrested by the East Grand Forks police and charged with violating the fraudulent Broward County order for allegedly publishing the court records and audio (which are public records).

As you quite likely know, there is presently some 26,000 sealed federal indictments in the United States District Court. High ranking FBI officials such as Andrew McCabe and James Comey are under investigation.

I am asking the Office of the Minnesota Governor take an interest in this serious matter of public safety and national security.

Something HUGE has happened in Polk County, Minnesota.

Court records and documents from a pending criminal prosecution against a Minnesota journalist who is accused of violating a Florida restraining order for publishing court records, reveals an attorney from Polk County believes he has significant knowledge regarding the veracity of specific evidence pertaining to an (alleged) international child sex trafficking operation.

The revelation has international implications.

Attorney Ronald Galstad, a private lawyer that contracts to prosecute for the City of EGF, is prosecuting investigative journalist and author Timothy Charles Holmseth for allegedly publishing court files and audio evidence recently accepted into evidence in the Polk County Court by Honorable Tamara Yon.

Galstad charges that on February 18, 2018 Holmseth violated a Minnesota restraining order statute, based upon an existing ‘Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence’ (Florida dating law) that was issued against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida in 2011 by the domestic violence division – in protection of a person Holmseth never met – nor he (Holmseth) having been to Florida.

Records from the Discovery files reveal Galstad has a written opinion regarding Holmseth – which he gave to nearly every leading official in Polk County, Minnesota.

Contained in the Discovery packet of State of Minnesota vs. Timothy Charles Holmseth, is an email sent by Galstad to former CIA intelligence officer Robert David Steele.

Steele, a former spy and military intelligence officer once nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, is the general counsel facilitating the International Tribunal for Natural Justice which is conducting a massive investigation into pedophilia with the assistance of former NSA intelligence leader William Binney, Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and others.

Holmseth is scheduled to testify in front of the Commission.

Records show on March 8, 2018 Steele composed a letter which was sent to Galstad via certified mail. Steele advised Galstad that Holmseth was a registered witness for the Commission and there was significant concern regarding Holmseth’s safety.

Galstad replied to Steele on March 12 by email and copied the following officials:

Galstad said in his email:

“On another note you indicate Mr. Holmseth is scheduled to testify in London. I would only check the veracity of his claims. I cannot speak to the claims made against the authorities in Florida, but will let you know the claims against me have absolutely no basis in fact. Mr. Holmseth has a tendency to exaggerate and jump to baseless conclusions. I only say this out of respect for your cause directed at human trafficking and child abuse. I implore that you proceed with caution because Mr. Holmseth’s testimony could do more harm than good,” Galstad said.

In July of 2017 Holmseth submitted evidence to the 9th Judicial District Court in support of a MOTION TO VACATE prior orders, which was GRANTED by Honorable Yon on December 13, 2017.

Holmseth submitted the evidence because the East Grand Forks Police Department and the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, with the assistance of Galstad, seized his computer in 2012 and destroyed the hard drive to get rid of the evidence, which Holmseth was finally able to resurrect in 2017.

The introduction to Holmseth’s MOTION said:

PETITIONER brings this MOTION TO VACATE because NEW EVIDENCE that was not available at the time of trial shows adverse parties within Minnesota law enforcement and the larger interstate judicial community, criminally and civilly conspired with agents of a private corporation that received support from the U.S. Military to strategically create life-threatening conflict in the life of Parties’ minor child * * * * *  U. Holmseth; conflict that would be used to justify court actions against Plaintiff’s constitutional rights for the illegal purpose of protecting a criminal enterprise of child sex trafficking and child pornography.

Honorable Yon’s Order said:

“Mr. Holmseth has presented a significant amount of evidence regarding his investigations. Both parties and this Court acknowledge and agree that any order in this case which may prohibit or restrict Mr. Holmseth from conducting said investigations are VACATED.”

On February 19, 2018 the East Grand Forks Police arrested Timothy Holmseth for allegedly publishing a You Tube video that offered a link to a Google Drive that contained court documents and audio files.

EGFPD Officer Benjamin Deckert states in his report, “I went to Holmseth’s You Tube video. During the video a male states that his name is “Timothy Charles Holmseth” and the video was posted on a channel called Timothy Holmseth. The link in the description led to a shared Google Drive folder.” Deckert went on to say the Google Drive contained “court documents”.

Deckert said the court files contained a person’s name, which Holmseth is forbidden to publish per a court order issued in 2011 by a Broward County, Florida judge in the domestic violence division (DVCE) regarding a person Holmseth never met (Holmseth has never been to Florida).

The folder contained an Affidavit describing audios on a CD entered into evidence with the Polk County Court, which was positively recognized as “evidence” and resulted in a favorable ruling for Holmseth by Honorable Tamara Yon in December, 2017.

The audio includes an eyewitness account of Donald Knop, an employee of a Florida law office that held naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings that featured the five year-old’s vagina in an assaulted state. Knop names everyone that he remembers holding the photos which ended up on a secret CD.

Holmseth is being prosecuted by Ronald Galstad, a private attorney that contracts with the City of EGF to prosecute people in district court.

Holmseth is an author and journalist being prosecuted for allegedly PUBLISHING something – he has never been investigated or charged with a violent crime.

Holmseth is filing a formal BAR complaint for misconduct against Galstad to the Office of Minnesota Lawyer Professional Responsibility.

The situation has been brought to the attention of Attorney Kip Fontaine, supervisor, Minnesota Public Defenders Office, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Holmseth is witness scheduled to testify before the International Tribunal for Natural Justice’s inquiry into pedophilia and has retained an attorney that is preparing a federal lawsuit.

Holmseth asserts that exhibitive evidence and audio discs he filed in support of a Motion to the 9th Minnesota District Court in 2017, which are now public record, resulted in a favorable ruling by Honorable Tamara Yon.

Holmseth says the evidence proves beyond any doubt Galstad is in violation of BAR rules including:

• RULE 8.3: REPORTING PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT (a) A lawyer who knows that another lawyer has committed a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct that raises a substantial question as to that lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects, shall inform the appropriate professional authority.

• RULE 8.4: MISCONDUCT It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to: (a) violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another; (b) commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects; (c) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation; (d) engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice; (e) state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official or to achieve results by means that violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law; (f) knowingly assist a judge or judicial officer in conduct that is a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct or other law;

East Grand Forks, Minnesota resident to testify before international commission’s inquiry of human trafficking and child sex abuse in London

Timothy Charles Holmseth has been confirmed as a witness to testify before the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse in London in April, 2018.

Holmseth’s selection and confirmation as a witness has been approved by Presiding Judge Sir John Walsh of Brannagh.

Holmseth was introduced to the Commission by Robert David Steele, Chief Enabling Officer of Earth Intelligence Network.
