Daily Mail is reporting that George and Cindy Anthony recently told Crime Watch Daily that their daughter Casey is mentally ill as reality series with O.J. Simpson may be in the works.

What the ‘mentally ill’ claims by the Anthony’s REALLY means is – they are very worried Casey is going to start talking about what really happened to Caylee – and they are trying to discredit her.

The beginning of the road to the truth about what really happened to Caylee Anthony is found in a security report dated February 8, 2009 by D&A Investigation Inc.

D&A Investigation was the agency operated by private investigator Dominic Casey who was retained by Casey Anthony’s lawyer, Jose Baez.

In a security report that was prepared in advance of the February 10, 2009 memorial for Caylee at the First Baptist Church in Orlando, the security detail were instructed to watch for certain individuals and deny them access to the memorial.

Among the names were Wayanne Kruger, Rev. Richard Grund, and William (Murt) Murtaugh.

William Murtaugh publically claimed he knew the identity of missing child Trenton Duckett’s kidnapper when wrote a letter to the person – a very disturbing event widely reported. Murtaugh subsequently purcahsed a creep van (old news truck) and became obsessed with Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings.

Murtaugh contacted me in 2013 and asked me to answer sexual questions about my children per an investigation he said was doing based upon information he said he obtained from a Florida lawyer.

Recorded statements obtained by an investigative author from Minnesota reveal the sheriff’s office in Putnam County, Florida investigating the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings are willfully deceiving the American public.

No less then six witnesses told Timothy Charles Holmseth that a man dressed as a pastor claimed he was CIA and FBI during the national profile search for HaLeigh Cummings.

HaLeigh Cummings, 5, mysteriously vanished 75 north of Orlando on the very same day a nationally televised memorial was being held for slain toddler Caylee Anthony.

Wayanne Kruger, an author and victims advocate who appeared on the news when she assisted HaLeigh’s mother after her daughter vanished, said she was stopped from going to the police regarding sex abuse of HaLeigh, by a man dressed as a pastor named John Regan. “I work for the CIA,” Kruger said, recalling what John Regan told her.

John Regan told Kruger the local police, sheriff’s, community leaders, and church members were operating a child sex ring in the area.

Kruger told Holmseth that Regan told her he worked “undercover” in the “underground” as a pedophile for the FBI; he told her the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet.

“He said reported Washington,” Kruger said.

Judy Lucia, a dog handler during a family search for HaLeigh said John Regan told her he was working undercover for the FBI. “He said to me I can’t tell you who I am because I’m working undercover for the FBI,” Lucia said, recalling her encounter with John Regan.

William Staubs, a private investigator working for a federal drug task force (HIDTA), while simultaneously working for the missing child’s mother and a law firm from South Florida, said John Regan was “undercover for real” and working for a “Task Force” with the Jacksonville FBI.

Rev. Richard Grund, a case witness in the Casey Anthony murder trial said John Regan boasted to him that he used a badge to impersonate Aviation Police at Jacksonville Airport.

Donald Knop, a legal assistant for a South Florida law firm connected to the case said John Regan told him he was a CIA agent.

Knop said he (Knop) personally witnessed the lawyer he worked for holding child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings.

Tracy Leonard, an Indiana private investigator provided Timothy Holmseth a background report on John Regan that revealed John Regan is a convicted sex offender.

Wayanne Kruger told me a man named John Regan from Hastings, Florida prevented her from talking to law enforcement about HaLeigh. Kruger said she had evidence HaLeigh had been molested. Wayanne said John Regan, who was accompanied by his son Jeremiah Regan, told her he was a CIA agent. Kruger said John Regan also told her he was a chaplain for the local police.

John Regan told Kruger he was working undercover as pedophile and reported to Washington D.C. John Regan told Kruger the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office was not going to solve the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping because officers, detectives, and community leaders (and church members) were running a child prostitution house in the area. Kruger said John Regan named officers including Sgt. Ricky Lyle, Capt. Dominic Piscitello, Detective John Merchant, and Major Gary Bowling as being involved in the child sex ring.

Judy Lucia told me John Regan told her he was working undercover for the FBI.

I obtained recorded statements from multiple others that also said John Regan claimed to be a member of state and federal law enforcement or U.S. Intelligence.

Mainstream news reports during the Casey Anthony murder trial never once alluded to a group that all knew what really happened to Caylee Anthony.

The official story was Casey Anthony murdered her daughter and did it all by herself.

That’s simply not true – it was fake news.

And…

Many members of law enforcement, Florida States Attorneys, private lawyers, Florida DCF, as well as Nancy Grace, knew the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings on February 10, 2009, 75 miles north of Orlando, was directly connected to Caylee Anthony’s skeletal remains being found on December 11, 2008.

HaLeigh’s kidnapping was staged to create reasonable doubt in the Caylee Anthony murder investigation.

I have the proof on tape.

On September 1, 2017 I submitted a NOTICE OF REMOVAL for FEDERAL QUESTION to the U.S. District Court – District of Northern Florida – which I filed in response to a bogus ‘cyber stalking claim’ made against me in Santa Rosa County, Florida.

It contains information that is the beginning of telling America the real truth about what happened to Caylee Anthony.

My court filing sets forth Federal Question arguments based upon federal statutes regarding child pornography, child exploitation laws, blackmail and extortion, witness tampering, kidnapping, murder, and the First Amendment.

Every statement I made to the federal court is under penalty of arrest if there is any perjury by me (and that’s not going to happen, folks).

Ironically, the fact I use the word “REDACTED” is actually one element of the Federal Question being raised.

60. REDACTED is conspiring against HOLMSETH’S rights because in 2011, REDACTED’S private investigator, WILLIAM STAUBS, through his attorney Doug Roberts, advised REDACTED that he purged his (STAUB’S) computer and file system of all files that REDACTED was seeking from STAUBS via a subpoena; and that he sent the files to HOLMSETH.

63. The un-solicited audio files HOLMSETH received have placed HOLMSETH in danger because the content of the files implicates multiple persons in criminal activity. The content is also very embarrassing to many.

47. The U.S. Court has Federal Question Jurisdiction under 28 U.S. Code § 1331 because REDACTED’S Petition to the Florida State Court includes a direct reference to, and relies upon the credibility of, a domestic violence protection order obtained by REDACTED against HOLMSETH in the Divorce Division (DVCE) of the Broward County, Florida courts, which HOLMSETH maintains and asserts was fraudulently obtained by REDACTED in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 241 – Conspiracy against rights.

ATTORNEY: I said you know what? He’s probably working for that Dominic Casey guy. Because Dominic Casey has been trying to get Bill (Staubs) arrested. So he can get him thrown out of town and thrown off the case – since day one. So he can go off in his glory and solved this case. I even talked to Dominic Casey about it who’s saying Bill’s going to jail – Bill’s doing this – Bill’s going to jail. And I said, you know, tried to get Dominic Casey to leave Bill alone. And he won’t – he won’t – Dominic Casey wants Bill in jail.

PAULA ANDREWS (Fiancé’ of William Staubs): I thought he was in the Caylee case or doesn’t he supposedly have something to do with Casey Anthony?

ATTORNEY: No, no he’s in the HaLeigh case now. And he’s got CI’s (Confidential Informants) that he claims he’s busted Bill tampering with evidence – that he’s told the police about it – that he’s busted Bill taking down Snodgrass. I had to get – so then I’m thinking to myself this fucking dick Jeremiah is one of Dominic Casey’s CI’s. That he’s got – that he’s trying to get all of us in trouble.

Staubs told me Jeremiah Regan was on the telephone with Dominic Casey when Staubs located a ‘bloody sheet’ which the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office took into custody. Jeremiah Regan told law enforcement that Staubs planted the evidence.

Staubs told me he was being accused of ‘Conspiracy to Create Reasonable Doubt’ in the Casey Anthony case.

HE WAS…

Staubs told news reporters he was working for Rev. Richard Grund who is the father of Casey Anthony’s former fiancé’ Jesse Grund.

Richard Grund told me there was a conspiracy against his family by the Anthony’s that involved Casey Anthony attempting to extract seminal fluid and pubic hair from Jesse Grund in a shower so it could be planted on Caylee’s dead body.

You – the American public can determine why Richard Grund thought CSI was going to find Grund semen on Caylee’s body.

The National Enquirer reported Cindy Anthony expressed concern that Richard Grund may have killed Caylee as part of his weird rituals.

It appears that may be the case.

Wayanne Kruger, Crystal Sheffield’s advocate, and associate of Richard Grund, told me she feared Richard Grund may have killed the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in another one of his “frickin excorcisms”.

Dominic Casey’s report to law enforcement that Staubs was planting evidence was true.

Staubs was trying to make it look like HaLeigh Cummings had been abducted and murdered by a roving child killer who also killed Caylee Anthony.

On July 13, 2009, I authored a 22-page report to the FBI that detailed exactly the same thing PI Casey reported to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office about evidence planting.

I also spoke directly with Major Gary Bowling, the director of law enforcement at the Putnam Sheriff’s Office and Bowling admitted law enforcement knew about the evidence planting by Staubs and others.

The attorney told Paula Andrews, “I’m trying to protect Bill’s ass – talking to State attorneys – talking to four fucking cops – saved his ass from going to jail,” the attorney said.

The corrupt activities of law enforcement involved in concealing the secrets of the Caylee Anthony and HaLeigh Cummings cases were interstate, and involved the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, as well as the County Attorney in Polk County, Minnesota where I reside.

Secret emails from East Grand Fork Police detective Lt. Rodney Hajicek’s private Gmail account have revealed Hajicek was conspiring with Nancy Grace’s journalist Art Harris to have me arrested after learning the FBI in Florida was following evidence they received from me.

On July 10, 2009, Hajicek exchanged emails with CNN Harris via Hajicek’s private Gmail account, as the two men discussed how they could possibly have the Polk County Attorney’s office arrest me.

“I’m in shock, but just heard the FBI actually paid a visit to the Web design firm in Florida that donated their time to the website for the missing child. Based on [Timothy Holmseth’s] absurd accusations he’s now almost gotten a 23 year employee fired for sending the child’s photo on her company email to the pro bono web firm,” Harris said.

The secret emails that never showed up in public records requests I made to EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund, included my 22-page report to the FBI that detailed the activities of the fake search and planted evidence, and provided the name of a man, John Regan, who dressed as a pastor and told searchers he was an undercover pedophile for the FBI and CIA.

Now observe – Harris was actually working for the attorney.

The attorney told Paula Andrews, “I’m trying to say everything right on the news but I hear one thing to say from Art (Harris) and another thing to say from Bill – I confirm everything with Art which is what I am supposed to say-do – Art sends me bullet points of things I’m allowed to say and not allowed to say and that’s exactly what I fucking say and then when him and  Bill don’t get their messages straight of what they want me to say then I’m blamed every time for saying too much or not enough”.

It was all fake news.

The entire Casey Anthony murder trial was a fake news sham to cover up something MUCH WORSE.

EGF Police Chief: Department “Absolutely not!” protecting pedophiles

Michael Hedlund addresses controversy over George Lyons and HaLeigh Cummings cases

There is a growing concern about the East Grand Forks Police Department’s handling of cases involving child victims.

The EGFPD has come under critical scrutiny after court records revealed that George Robert Lyons, an accused child rapist, was not charged with any crime whatsoever until nearly two years after a District Judge found he had sexually abused a child.

Records show abuse by Lyons was initially reported to school officials in September of 2012. On March 19, 2014 a District Judge issued an Order For Protection against Lyons and found he had sexually abused a child. However, it was not until December 23, 2015 that the EGFPD filed a formal complaint against Lyons.

I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) recently contacted EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund.

I have confirmed the following four facts:

1. Complaints against George Robert Lyons regarding his sexual abuse of children began in 2012?
2. Records show George Robert Lyons was raping children and creating child pornography.
3. Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek was involved in ‘go nowhere’ ‘investigations’.
4. On March 19, 2014, Honorable Dennis J. Murphy issued an order for protection against George Robert Lyons and found that he had “sexually abused” a minor.

Q: TIIMOTHY HOLMSETH: Why did the East Grand Forks Police Department wait until December 23, 2015, to file a complaint against George Robert Lyons?

A: CHIEF MICHAEL HEDLUND: As with any criminal investigation we conduct our investigation as thoroughly as possible and when we believe it is complete and/or we have enough information to pursue criminal charges we forward our information on to the County Attorney’s office for consideration. 

But a child rapist being on the loose for over three years is not explained away by Hedlund’s reply.

However – answers may exist upon close scrutiny, which reveals George Lyons was certainly known to the police. He was certainly known to Lt. Rodney Hajicek (a.k.a. Jerry Sandusky Jr.).

On August 9, 2013 George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons, was charged in North Dakota with ‘continuous sexual abuse of a child’. On March 27, 2014 Matthew Lyons was sentenced to life in prison due to the horrendous nature of his acts.

But there’s more.

George Lyons announced on Facebook he is engaged to be married to Grand Forks Assistant State Prosecutor Jodi Bass. The announcement is also featured on the Bed, Bath, and Beyond online wedding registry, which says they were scheduled to be married on May 15, 2016. Q: TIMOTHY HOLMSETH: Do you have any comment on George Robert Lyons’ claim to be engaged to be married to Grand Forks Assistant States Attorney Jodi Bass? 

A: CHIEF MICHAEL HEDLUND: No comment.  This has nothing to do with the East Grand Forks Police Department. 

There is more than just a little something amiss with the time it has taken to move against George Lyons.

But the irresponsible way the EGFPD treats cases involving children did not begin with George Lyons.

It began in earnest with a missing kidnapped five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund recently spoke to Write Into Action after being asked about the George Robert Lyons and HaLeigh Cummings cases.

When asked about the possibility of misconduct within his Department, Chief Hedlund firmly stated “Absolutely not.”

So let’s take a look at the facts.

THE GEORGE ROBERT LYONS CHILD RAPE CASE

George Robert Lyons presently faces 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault charges involving a minor child. He was arrested in Grand Forks County, North Dakota on a Warrant issued by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Minnesota on December 23, 2015.

The December 23, 2015 Statement of Probable Cause for State of Minnesota v. George Robert Lyons seems to incriminate the EGFPD leadership as much as it does George Lyons. It incriminates the EGFPD because a known child rapist was allowed to be free and continue to rape even after a judge had found it was occurring.

The fact pattern shows the EGFPD was clearly trying to avoid bringing any charges against George Lyons, which is demonstrated by the following facts taken from the Statement of Probable Cause.

TIMELINE OF DOCUMENTED SEXUAL ABUSE

On September 22, 2012 a minor child made a report to Pam Gruhot who worked at the East Grand Forks High School. The child reported she was worried about her little sister because George Lyons was “creeping around” and had poked “peep holes” in her bedroom wall. She said Lyons would open the door while the child was in the shower and then stand and watch her. He also made the child wake up in the middle of the night and put on a bikini for him.

On January 24, 2013 Megan Starr, a social worker at Polk County Social Services, interviewed the victim and was told the same story. At that time a “safety plan” was created that required George Lyons leave the residence and not be alone with the child.

On that same day, Lt. Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD interviewed George Lyons. Of course – Lyons denied everything.

So a year goes by…

In December of 2013 Social Worker Starr interviewed the child again and learned that George Lyons never did move out as required by the Safety Plan. She told Starr that when she got in trouble George Lyons gave her punishment options of a “blow job” “hand job” or she could “sit on it” which she believed meant to “sit on his dick”. The child also said George Lyons made her take pills late at night but she didn’t know what they were.

On January 20, 2014 the child went to the EGFPD and reported that George Lyons sexually assaulted her. Hajicek learned from the child’s mother that her son had a friend overnight and he (the friend) saw things and heard the sexual assault take place.

It’s interesting to observe that at this point, there is now a non-family member that has witnessed the crime, which very likely complicates any attempt by the EGFPD to suppress the story and cover it up.  

The child victim reported George Lyons came into her room in the middle of the night, which was a violation of an established Safety Plan. He had with him, her cell phone, and told her he found things on it for which she could get in trouble. He told her if she gave him a “blow job” he wouldn’t tell. The child capitulated. According to the visiting child that was staying overnight, he heard the little girl crying that she did not want to take off her shirt and he could hear her gagging.

Lt. Hajicek interviewed George Lyons who initially lied about going into the child’s room but then admitted it. He denied assaulting the child, however.

No criminal charges.

Now watch this.

According to the Statement of Probable Cause, “On March 19, 2014 the Honorable Dennis J. Murphy, Judge of District Court, issued an Order For Protection, found that George Robert Lyons sexually abused [The Minor Child] and awarded custody of [The Minor Child] to her father”.

Criminal charges will certainly be brought now, right? It’s been determined by a Judge that the abuse is occurring.

Nope.

Over a year later…evidence of another victim.

On June 24, 2015 Lt. Hajicek interviewed another person that had been a child victim of George Lyons. The victim reported that when she was in ninth grade George Lyons came in to her room. He lifted up her shirt – put a pillow over her face – and took pictures of her. She also reported that he “fingered her” and attempted to have sexual intercourse with her.

George Lyons’ act of taking naked pictures of the little girl is in violation of federal child pornography laws.

On December 23, 2015 criminal charges were finally filed against George Lyons.

• September 22, 2012 – First accusations of sex abuse made to a school official against George Lyons
• August 9, 2013 – George Lyons’ brother, Matthew Lyons is charged in Grand Forks County with ‘Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child’
• March 19, 2014 – District Judge find George Lyons sexually abused a minor child
• March 27, 2014 – Matthew Lyons sentenced to life in prison
• December 23, 2015 – Formal charge finally filed against George Lyons

The Lyons brothers were known ruthless pedophiles.

Yet, it took over three years for the EGFPD to file charges against George Lyons; it took nearly two years AFTER a Judge found the abuse was taking place.

And what is the first thing George Lyons does when he is released from jail? He announces he is engaged to be married to a Grand Forks County State Prosecutor.

He sent his message.

If I go down – you all go down.

THE HALEIGH ANN-MARIE CUMMINGS KIDNAPPING AND CHILD PORN COVER UP – A DISTURBING PATTERN AT THE EGFPD

     

The conduct of the EGFPD in the George Robert Lyons case is part of a pattern that began to be documented in 2009.

In 2009, the EGFPD inexplicably involved itself with a local journalist’s (Timothy Charles Holmseth) reporting on a national profile child kidnapping case.

Police and court records show Lt. Rodney Hajicek and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad were associating with kidnappers and child porn producers, and have used significant EGF city funds to provide aid and support to an organized interstate pedophile syndicate.

First, I will provide a synopsis of what I learned about an international child sex trafficking operation – and then I will show you how the EGFPD conspired with organized pedophiles against me to try to cover it up.

INTERNATIONAL CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING OPERATION – BABY SALES

In April of 2009 I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) began receiving emails and telephone calls from multiple members of a ‘group’ that collectively interjected itself into the Amber Alert search for a missing kidnapped child from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings.

I recorded all of the calls.

I was initially contacted by Rev. Richard Grund who was a State’s witness in the Casey Anthony murder trial. He told me that someone planted pubic hair DNA on the body of Caylee Anthony, and hacked photo’s from his computer to implicate his family in Caylee Anthony’s murder. He told me Casey Anthony attempted to obtain semen from his son during a chance shower encounter so she could plant it on Caylee’s body.

Grund told me all of that before Caylee’s body was even found.

Grund wanted me to speak with a bounty hunter named William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra).

I spoke with ‘Cobra’ Staubs and he told me he had been sent in to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation by Rev. Grund. Staubs then began implicating a Florida attorney in a plot he claimed she hatched to frame a black man for the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

I was then contacted by an attorney who spoke nervously to me for hours.

The attorney emailed me and asked me if I would like some hot tips and leads she had regarding the kidnapping investigation. She said she was in direct contact with lead investigators Dominic Piscitello and Peggy Cone. She said she sat in on private law enforcement meetings. She began to copy me on internal law office emails to her client and staff, which included copies to Florida law firm Rothstein, Rosenfeldt, and Adler.

The attorney eventually told me she was in contact with Lt. Rodney Hajicek at the EGFPD and warned me that HaJicek was on her side.

I was contacted by Wayanne Kruger, the author and victim’s advocate that was featured on national television with the missing child’s mother. She told me about a pastor named John Regan who told her he was with the CIA.

Kruger told me Rev. Grund was doing “exorcisms” on little girls and she feared he might have killed HaLeigh Cummings.

Kruger told me John Regan and others including members of a law office were using DCF offices and blackmail to steal babies from teenage mothers (some were scared illegal immigrants) and then moving the infants through the U.S. Embassy for purchasers in Belgium.

Kruger, Staubs, and the attorney all said they were working closely with CNN reporter Art Harris. Harris was Nancy Grace’s reporter on the HaLeigh Cummings case and was strategically putting out fake news on Grace’s tabloid program.

I was told by multiple witnesses that John Regan identified himself during searches for the missing child HaLeigh Cummings as an “undercover pedophile” for the FBI.

CHILD PORN OF HALEIGH CUMMINGS

I was put on the phone with Donald Knop, an employee of a Florida law office. He told me about naked photographs he had been given (within his duties at the law office) of HaLeigh Cummings. He told me he was instructed by an attorney to give the photos to a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner. He said he gave Warner the photos in a gas station parking lot after hours.

I then sat silently on a third (conference call) line while Cobra Staubs talked to Warner about the photos. She stated she received them and never gave them to law enforcement.

Note: I cannot use specific names of certain persons that handled the child rape porn of the five year-old or I will be arrested by the EGFPD and/or Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

I have been illegally and unconstitutionally subjected to a “Domestic Violence Protection Order” that was placed on me (a Minnesota resident) in a Florida Divorce Court in Broward County, Florida by a person I never physically met in my life (but interviewed over the phone).

I was telephoned in advance of the Florida court hearing and told I would be murdered by members of the South Florida Mafia and thrown in a swamp if I showed up.

The unconstitutional Order required me to retroactively remove content I had already published regarding the child’s kidnapping. The Order was an attempt to stop distribution of a book I wrote on the case. The Order is diligently enforced by the EGFPD and Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Polk County authorities are conspiring with child sex traffickers.

I conducted over a hundred of hours of recorded interviews with the aforementioned and many, many others who were seemingly ringing my telephone night and day.

Each individual told me things about others in the group, which was making many members of the group paranoid and nervous. Many of the conversations were group members calling and trying to find out what other members told me.

Essentially – the group is a child abduction team that works with rogue state and federal law enforcement officers as well as Department of Children and Families (FDCF) to kidnap children for sale to the elite. The children and babies are used for sex, torture, and satanic blood rituals.

This Florida abduction team is directly associated with convicted $1.4 Billion Ponzi schemer, Attorney Scott W. Rothstein. Rothstein became the subject of a RICO investigation in Florida and eventually pled guilty.

Rothstein was nefariously involved with convicted pedophile and child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein who operates the notorious Pedophile Island (President Bill Clinton is in Epstein’s flight logs because Bill Clinton is a child rapist).

THE EAST GRAND FORKS POLICE DEPARTMENT

In 2009, Lt. Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, began receiving out-of-state telephone complaints from some of the paranoid members of the group.

Hajicek did not become suspicious of the group.

Instead…

Lt. Hajicek telephoned me (recorded by me) on the group’s behalf, and although he openly stated and recorded in his police incident report that I had committed no crime, he suggested that I not publish anything about certain members of the group.

Not only had I not committed any crime; I was quietly assisting the FBI – and HaJicek KNEW IT!

During that time-window, I had contacted Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum and the Minneapolis FBI regarding information I obtained about photographs of HaLeigh Cummings.

I would later be interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI at the federal courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The FBI asked for select recordings of my journalism interviews with individuals that were under investigation.

I would later learn, through a public records request to the Polk County Attorney’s Office, that Lt. Hajicek had been in secret email communication with CNN correspondent Art Harris.

Art Harris was Nancy Grace’s reporter for the HaLeigh Cummings investigation (but is actually no more than a pedophile and kidnapping operative that produced fake news for CNN and claims to do contract work for the FBI and DEA).

Hajicek had been communicating with Harris on his private email account and discussing Harris’ desire to have me arrested.

In one email, Harris is fuming mad, complaining to Hajicek that the FBI in Florida, acting on information and evidence from me; that they had just visited the office of a group member regarding photographs of HaLeigh Cummings.

Harris told Hajicek “He’s got to be stopped”.

Harris asked Hajicek if he had heard anything back (about having me arrested) from the County Attorney (Greg Widseth). Hajicek’s end of the email thread appears to have been removed by a scissors.

In early 2011, I published a book about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping. The book was printed by a printer in Grand Forks, North Dakota. It was comprised primarily of quotes taken from my recorded interviews. The book was featured on Florida television and widely reported on.

Major Gary Bowling, the director of law enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Florida requested a copy.

However – Lt. Hajicek and the EGFPD clearly wanted me to shut up and I’ll be arrested if I advertise my book online in Polk County, Minnesota.

EGFPD PLOT TO FRAME ME FOR RAPE AND MURDER

In the summer of 2011, officers with the EGFPD came to my home where I was with my two children. They said they received a police report (from Tina Church, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Indiana) that just minutes before, I had claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

I would later discover the EGFPD was assisting the group, to create the illusion, that I had possessed the child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, and at some point had the little missing girl in my home. I.E. – They were setting me up for kidnapping, rape, production of child pornography, and murder.

There is evidence Tina Church is involved in the interstate trafficking of HaLeigh Cummings.

I was told by Kruger that she witnessed and filmed a woman named ‘Christine Church’ at a prayer vigil for HaLeigh Cummings shortly after the child vanished. She said “Christine Church” traveled to the vigil from another state with a group of others.

In the fall of 2011, Lt. Hajicek and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad issued an arrest warrant for me, because I published a person’s photograph on my website in violation of a Domestic Violation Protection Order placed on me in a Florida Divorce Court by a person I had never met; at a hearing I could not attend under threat of death.

In 2012, the EGFPD and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, wearing bullet proof vests, raided my home office and seized my computer and storage disks.

Polk County Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland would later record in his Sheriff’s Report, as well testify in open court, that he had searched Timothy Holmseth’s hard-drive and found “no sign of illegal activity”.

The EGFPD destroyed my hard-drive before returning it by Order of the Court.

In 2016, Tina Church telephoned me and told me she had been impersonated by a Florida woman on the false police report made against me in 2011. She said Levi Page, who is yet another law enforcement impersonator and associate of Art Harris and Nancy Grace, was also on the telephone line when the false police report was made.

Tina Church told me that she had been contacted ‘off the record’ by the EGFPD during the time window of the false police report. She specifically states that the EGFPD telephoned her (not the other way around).

Evidence shows the EGFPD worked with Tina Church and others in an effort to create the false appearance that I was involved in the rape and murder of HaLeigh Cummings.

Neither the EGFPD nor the Polk County Attorney’s Office will investigate the new statements by Tina Church that she was impersonated, which could potentially lead to the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

Duplicate police reports obtained from the EGFPD reveal select portions of reports detailing activities of Lt. Hajicek have been literally removed the Report (although I possess the originals).

Records also show Lt. Hajicek destroyed files and audio recordings that were placed in evidence by his own officers.

Polk County, Minnesota needs to be investigated by the United States Department of Justice.

East Grand Forks police chief breaks seven year silence on missing child case

“She also claims that [ ______] told her that he has Jacob Wetterling in [his] apartment. What he actually said was “Jacob is alive and you wouldn’t believe who is in the apartment with me right now,” the Police Report said.

East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund has publically spoken the name of a missing child from Florida for the first time since his embattled Department became involved in the kidnapping case seven years ago.

“The disappearance of any child is tragic and this case is no less so,” Hedlund said.

“This case did not occur in East Grand Forks and thus it is not within our jurisdiction to actively investigate any possible crimes that may have been committed in this case.  At this time there is nothing to indicate that Miss Cummings has ever been in East Grand Forks nor do we have any information believing that anyone connected to this case is, or has been in East Grand Forks, and thus we do not have any investigations regarding this matter,” Hedlund said.

But there’s a problem.

Hedlund broke his silence only after he learned that in October, 2016, a private investigator from Indiana that filed a police report to the EGFPD in 2011 regarding the whereabouts of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, now claims she didn’t make the report and says she was impersonated by a Florida woman.

The bizarre statement and allegations of a false police report regarding the missing person is, in and of itself, a crime pertaining to HaLeigh Cummings.

On July 26, 2011, Tina Church, private investigator, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., telephoned the police in East Grand Forks to report that a local journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth, told her he had HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

During a telephone call to Holmseth on October 4, 2016, Church claimed she did not make the police report and insists she was impersonated. She also implied that she engaged in telephone conversations with EGFPD officers about Holmseth that were not recorded or documented.

Church telephoned Holmseth on October 4, 2016, angry about an article he published in February, 2016 entitled “HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI”.

The article reveals that in 2009, Tina Church may have been using the alias of “Christine Church” and was filmed by Wayanne Kruger in the company of the missing child’s mother and grandmother. Kruger told Holmseth that HaLeigh Cummings’ maternal grandmother, Marie Griffis, was highly anticipating the arrival of a group that was coming from out of state. Kruger said she was then introduced to “Christine Church”.

The following is an excerpt from the conversation.

CHURCH: As an investigative journalist as you claim to be shouldn’t you check out your facts, like, call me and say ‘Tina, have you ever been to Florida?’ HOLMSETH: You mean the Tina Church that called the police department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. I’m supposed to call you on the phone? You are the most un-credulous person I have probably ever talked to. CHURCH: That you had HaLeigh Cummings in your… [giggle] who in the hell ever told you that? HOLMSETH: The police report that I’m looking at right now that you filed with the East Grand Forks Police Department. CHURCH: Were they talking to me? HOLMSETH: You called them. CHURCH: I did or someone purporting to be me?

Holmseth contacted Hedlund on November 20, 2016 to arrange for a time to meet and turn over evidence of Tina Church’s multiple statements regarding the false police report.

Hedlund did not immediately respond.

Hedlund finally issued his statement two days later after Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth was briefed on the development and advised of Holmseth’s request to meet with police to turn over recordings of Tina Church.

The bizarre claim by the Indiana investigator is believed by many to be a huge development in the unsolved kidnapping.

However, the new revelations have placed a sharp focus on the EGFPD and Hedlund’s handling of the case since it began in 2009.

The EGFPD first became involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case in June, 2009 when Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek began logging out-of-state complaints being made against Holmseth.

Holmseth, a former award winning news reporter was conducting interviews about the Florida kidnapping.

Lt. Hajicek proactively telephoned Holmseth in June, 2009 and advised him to stop writing about certain people connected to the case.

At the same time Hajicek was pressuring Holmseth to drop his story; the FBI was acting on critical information they received from Holmseth regarding photographs of the missing child that were in the possession of the very same people Hajicek was trying to help.

The photographs the FBI was seeking were on a disc that contained rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The photographs, according to Donald Knop, an eyewitness employed by a South Florida law firm, featured close-up shots of the five year-old’s raped private parts.

Knop told Holmseth he was directed by a lawyer to make copies of the photos and turn them over to a Florida DCF social worker, after hours, in a gas station parking lot.

Holmseth captured the DCF social worker, Bonnie Warner, on recording, talking to a private investigator named William (Cobra) Staubs about the disc, during a telephone call on her home telephone at night. Warner admits to receiving the disc but said she could not show it to her supervisor.

Public records requests would later reveal Lt. Hajicek was using his private Google email account to communicate with the FBI’s sex trafficking suspects.

Hajicek’s emails and communications were purged from the EGFPD files, but later surfaced in a public records request to the Polk County Attorney’s Office. The private emails show Hajicek was conspiring with Nancy Grace’s tabloid reporter, Art Harris, against Holmseth. Hajicek’s side of the conversation was cut out of the email thread.

Duplicate copies of official police reports regarding the kidnapping case reveal Hajicek’s name, and select narratives regarding his communications with the FBI’s suspects, had been removed from reports – along with audio recordings of telephone calls recorded by EGFPD duty officers.

Hajicek’s secret communications with child pornographers and sex traffickers may explain why Hedlund turned a blind eye to the missing child case for seven years.

But the latest development regarding Tina Church’s claims of impersonation has created a tsunami of questions that many believe Hedlund will need to answer, because Tina Church is directly connected to Hajicek’s secret CNN contact, Art Harris.

And…

In addition to claims she was impersonated, Tina Church now also claims she had absolutely no connection to the HaLeigh Cummings case whatsoever.

Her claim is beyond absurd.

Harris interviewed Tina Church for an article and You Tube report he filed on May 24, 2011 entitled “HaLeigh Cummings Update”.

The article was intended to explain away Tina Church’s communications with HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case witnesses Hank and Chelsea Croslin and her (Tina Church’s) foreknowledge of a federal child porn raid in Kentucky before it ever happened.

On April 11, 2011 WDRB reported “Mystery surrounds FBI raid of Okolona home”.

Hank and Chelsea Croslin, the father and sister-in-law of Misty Croslin, the girl Florida law enforcement calls the “key” to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, both contacted Holmseth before the Kentucky pornography raid at the home of Danny Druck ever even made the news.

The Croslin’s said they were not supposed to tell anybody about it until it made the news. They said they learned about it from their “private investigator” 
that was helping them look for HaLeigh named “Tina Church”.

Hank and Chelsea Croslin both told Holmseth that “Tina Church” told them HaLeigh had been found alive in Kentucky.

Harris’ article was intended to water down Tina Church’s inexplicable foreknowledge of a raid on a child porn ring.

A private investigator Chelsea claimed was working for her, but who denied any professional ties told us she had reached out to out of state police on her behalf, and relayed that Cheshea was willing to participate in an undercover Misty prison sting for Haleigh information, if Florida investigators requested it, and outstanding arrest warrants for her in Virginiai were dropped. According to Tina Church, a private investigator who told us she’d volunteered briefly to help Chelsea get to the bottom of her legal troubles. said Chelsea never followed up. Fresh to the case, she told us she also offered to check rumors Haleigh had been spotted alive in Kentucky along with the credibility of purported photos of Haleigh strangers sent Misty in prison–that our FBI sources debunked and we exposed as a hoax. It was Chelsea who sounded what police and the FBI tell artharris.com exclusively were false alarms. She called from Florida to pitch The Bald Truth and other journalists the claim Haleigh was alive, held against her will in Kentucky, that photos sent to Misty in prison proved it. We found no one close to the case, even some family, who felt it looked like Haleigh. She did however manage to entice one disreputable blogger (who requests donations) into spinning another bogus tale, a Haleigh case groupie dismissed by law enforcement officials as a prevaricator and a nuisance and who profiler Pat Brown describes as an online “terrorist,” paranoid and obsessed like a growing number on the internet fringe drawn to missing child cases. In an on going dispute with the mother of his six year old son, local police in Minnesota report numerous complaints for harrassment and defamation, despite an affadavit he filed with a local judge in a custody dispute claiming none. – Art Harris / Nancy Grace’s Reporter / May 24, 2011

There was a good reason the FBI wanted to interview Holmseth.

Holmseth learned that a pastor named John Regan told searhers he was an FBI and CIA agent working as an “undercover pedophile”. Holmseth was told by Kruger that Regan told her the FBI already had HaLeigh in their possession but wanted to keep it quiet.

Holmseth turned over an entire recorded statement from Kruger describing an international baby sales operation that involved John Regan and multiple other figures in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case.

On November 19, 2016 Holmseth reported on Write Into Action bombshell information he learned from Kruger the day before.

1. Ronald Cummings, the father of missing child HaLeigh Cummings, took his daughter HaLeigh to a sex club where the doors were closed and nobody was allowed in our out until late morning.

2. Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, possessed photos of the little girl being held down (by someone’s hands), undressed, and screaming.

3. Nearly every member of the legal team working for HaLeigh’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, was involved and snorting cocaine.

Hedlund’s statement of compassion for all missing children now finds the police chief facing an unflattering analogy between his department’s handling of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation; when compared to other cases such as Jacob Wetterling.

How would any other police chief – from any other police department – have handled the exact same set of circumstances if the name of the missing child in the false police report had been ‘Jacob Wetterling’ or some other child?

CNN, HLN, and Nancy Grace implicated in child sex trade

CNN provided media cover for kidnapping operation

Bombshell claims from an Indiana private investigation firm regarding a police report made about the whereabouts of a Florida child kidnapped from her bed in 2009 reveal employees of CNN, HLN, and Nancy Grace have been connected to the child sex trade and child porn rings for years.

The PI’s astonishing claims also create serious questions about a police department in Minnesota and their relationship with the CNN child sex ring.

Tina Church, 62, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Mishawka, Indiana, telephoned Timothy Charles Holmseth (Write Into Action) in October, 2016 regarding an article he published entitled ‘HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc. reported to FBI’.

The article revealed Wayanne Kruger, the author and victim’s advocate that traveled to Florida to live with the missing child’s mother in 2009, believed she may have met Tina Church who was traveling with a group and going by the name “Christine Church” shortly after the kidnapping.

Tina Church’s name first publically surfaced in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation when case witnesses Hank Croslin and Chelsea Croslin telephoned Holmseth and said Tina Church told them HaLeigh had been located in Louisville, Kentucky as result of a child porn raid. What was most amazing about the Croslin’s account was they knew about the child porn raid (which they learned of from Tina Church) before it happened. Federal prosecutors said the evidence they seized from Danny Druck’s home contained more than 20,000 images of minors having sexual contact, including images of infants and toddlers.

For some reason, Tina Church believed HaLeigh Cummings was connected to Druck’s home and was able to talk about a child porn raid at that residence before it happened. .

The conversation between Holmseth and Tina Church on October 4, 2016 became contentious when Holmseth confronted her about a false police report she filed to the East Grand Forks Police Department in 2011 that records Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his Minnesota home.

CHURCH: As an investigative journalist as you claim to be shouldn’t you check out your facts, like, call me and say ‘Tina, have you ever been to Florida?’

HOLMSETH: You mean the Tina Church that called the police department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. I’m supposed to call you on the phone? You are the most un-credulous person I have probably ever talked to.

CHURCH: That you had HaLeigh Cummings in your… [giggle] who in the hell ever told you that?

HOLMSETH: The police report that I’m looking at right now that you filed with the East Grand Forks Police Department.

CHURCH: Were they talking to me?

HOLMSETH: You called them.

CHURCH: I did or someone purporting to be me?

Tina Church told Holmseth the name of the person she claimed impersonated her.

The trail to CNN through Tina Church begins with that false police report made in 2011.

On July 26, 2011 the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) received a report from “Tina Church” that the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, missing since February of 2009, might be at the home of a local journalist named Timothy Charles Holmseth.

“She also claims that Holmseth told her that he has HaLeigh Cummings in [his] apartment. What he actually said was “HaLeigh is alive and you wouldn’t believe who is in the apartment with me right now,” the Police Report said. – Officer Michael Anderson / EGFPD / July 26, 2011

EGF police dispatched officers to Holmseth’s home to investigate Tina Church’s claim but found him with only his two children.

Five years after making that police report – Tina Church now claims somebody impersonated her and vehemently insists she had no connection whatsoever to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation. However, audio message left on the answering machine of Chelsea Croslin reveal Tina Church called her very angry and threatened her – telling her she is ‘messing with the big dogs now’.

On October 20, 2016 Tina Church attempted to intimidate Holmseth.

CHURCH: Lood dude. You don’t know who my son is and I’m not going to tell you.

HOLMSETH: You’re always talking about your son.

CHURCH: Oh okay, alright.

HOLMSETH: The Department of Justice all this and that.

CHURCH: Oh no, no, not, no, no it’s a little better than that.

HOLMSETH: Am I supposed to be scared?

CHURCH: Uhhhh {laughing] let’s just say the FBI tried to recruit him and he turned them down.

HOLMSETH: Yeah that’s believable.

CHURCH: Huh

HOLMSETH: Sure

CHURCH: He would have taken a drastic cut in pay.

Tina Church omce telephoned Holmseth with a former death row inmate named Ernest Willis on the line in effort of scaring Holmseth.

On November 20, 2016 Holmseth contacted EGF Police Chief Michael Hedlund to request a meeting regarding Church’s claim about the police report.

“I would like to arrange for a time to file a formal police report and Complaint with the EGFPD regarding Tina Church’s statement about who made police reports to the EGFPD regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. I will submit as evidence a photo of the telephone receiver and audio of Tina Church giving two different stories about the police report – NEITHER matching the actual police report,” Holmseth said.

Evidence proves Church is lying about the police report, and is closely associated with CNN employees that are deeply embedded into a kidnapping operation. Police records show other CNN operatives made similar false police reports against Holmseth to the same police department.

Holmseth, an investigative journalist, has been the target of false police reports and death threats since 2009 because of information he acquired during recorded interviews he conducted with law enforcement’s suspects in the kidnapping. In 2009, Holmseth began assisting the FBI and was interviewed by agents in 2010. He provided agents information that could lead to photographs of the missing child including child rape pornography and close-ups of the little girls damaged private parts.

The photographs Holmseth learned about from eyewitnesses were the same type of photos found in Danny Druck child porn raid, which Tina Church knew about in advance.

Tina Church’s new claim of being impersonated in a phone call to police creates more evidence against her than she could possibly explain away.

Audio recordings of the 2011 telephone call Tina Church made to Holmseth, only minutes before she filed the false police report about the missing child, not only prove she was lying in her claim about Holmseth; but proves the false police report was planned in advance. Audio of the telephone call reveals Church and a CNN/HLN panelist named Levi Page, who was on a conference line, strategically planned to stage an event over the telephone to create a paper trail record against Holmseth.

Page is an extremely disturbed person.

In 2015, the EGFPD investigated a report filed by Holmseth that Page authored and published sexually explicit stories about Holmseth’s children – including a minor. The stories were accompanied by You Tube threat videos that warned Holmseth to remove all his websites from the internet or more stories would be published about his children.

The police investigation led to proof that in 2010, Page published a bio on the Web claiming to be a 34 year-old criminal investigator working missing children cases, when in fact, according to his college records at Austin Peay State University in Tennessee, he was only 20 years old when he created the bio and had no professional background whatsoever.

The 20 year-old nobody was eyeballs deep in child sex cases and working with CNN/HLN Nancy Grace, Jane Valez Mitchell, and Art Harris.

Levi, 34, says his eponymous show wouldn’t be what it is today without criminal profiler Pat Brown —also a BlogTalkRadio host—who helps get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show. Former CNN reporter Art Harris, now freelance journalist, also assists in providing updates and details on cases.

It can be reasonably speculated that Page believes he can “get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show” because he is in fact one of them.

Page telephoned Holmseth several times to threaten him and sounded like an escaped mental patient (listen to audios below). During the first audio Tina Church can be heard laughing at the end of the call saying “Levi just ripped his ass”.

Many question what a 62 year-old woman is doing being involved with obscene phone calls made by a 20 year-old law enforcement impersonator that is obsessed with sexually abused missing children.

Page’s bio said former CNN reporter Art Harris would be contributing reports to his show.

Church’s new claim that she was impersonated has placed a white hot spotlight on the files of the EGFPD and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. Records show there was an explosion of communications between law enforcement officers and agents of CNN immediately after Holmseth interviewed the kidnapping suspects in the spring of 2009.

Records show that in June, 2009, Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, EGFPD, began documenting out of state complaints made against Holmseth. Hajicek noted the complaints were civil in nature and no criminal charges were in order.

But that’s not what Hajicek was doing in private email.

Email communications between Hajicek and Harris were purged by Hajicek from the EGFPD police files. However, the emails later surfaced during a public records request by Holmseth from Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. Interestingly, Hajicek cut out his side of the conversation before sending the emails to Attorney Widseth. 

The email thread shows Harris and Hajicek had been writing each other and discussing how they might possibly have Holmseth arrested. Harris wrote Hajicek and was fuming that FBI agents had just visited the office of Donna Wagoner, Xentel, Inc., in Florida regarding photographs of the missing child.

Harris is directly connected to Tina Church.

On May 4, 2011 Harris published an article regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping that includes an interview with Tina Church.

“According to Tina Church, a private investigator who told us she’d volunteered briefly to help Chelsea get to the bottom of her legal troubles. said Chelsea never followed up. Fresh to the case, she told us she also offered to check rumors Haleigh had been spotted alive in Kentucky along with the credibility of purported photos of Haleigh strangers sent Misty in prison–that our FBI sources debunked and we exposed as a hoax. – CNN Journalist Art Harris / Nancy Grace Show reporter / May 4, 2011

Harris then attempts to discredit Holmseth.

“[Tina Church] did however manage to entice one disreputable blogger (who requests donations) into spinning another bogus tale, a Haleigh case groupie dismissed by law enforcement officials as a prevaricator and a nuisance and who profiler Pat Brown describes as an online “terrorist,” paranoid and obsessed like a growing number on the internet fringe drawn to missing child cases. Perhaps one of the most disturbing aspect of the CNN child sex ring comes in a statement from Kruger regarding photograph’s she saw of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and information about the five year-old being taken to a sex club by her parents.

1. Ronald Cummings, the father of missing child HaLeigh Cummings, took his daughter HaLeigh to a sex club where the doors were closed and nobody was allowed in our out until late morning.

2. Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, possessed photos of the little girl being held down (by someone’s hands), undressed, and screaming.

3. Nearly every member of the legal team working for HaLeigh’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, was involved and snorting cocaine.
