Water perfect of biblical proportions that can transform humanity has been discovered deep beneath the earth in Florida.
But people are not being allowed to drink it.
Joe Gilberti PE, president, Landtech Design Group Inc., Florida says he has located water 400 miles beneath the earth that is so perfect and unique it will literally affect all of mankind.
But…
According to Gilberti, who holds Deeds and Titles above some of the water, which he believes spans the entire earth, the endless supply of “blue gold” is being kept hidden from the world by an elite cabal of corrupt leaders under the umbrella of the Rothschild Family.
“This is not a spring. It’s access to oceans beneath the earth 400 miles down when we can only drill six miles deep,” Gilberti said.
The discovery has become surrounded by mysterious deaths, government kidnapping, judicial corruption, and possibly acts of terrorism.
Court records filed in the 12th Judicial Circuit of Sarasota County, Florida filed by the attorney of Landtech Design Group Inc. contain staggering details.
“This water mixture changes medicine – it’s endless and tied to oceans; therefore this is an EMERGENCY scenario being stalled by politics and money against innocent lives based on Level of Service for water supply available in a cancer rising world,” court documents said.
People are drinking dirty water and dying of cancer and they don’t have to, Gilberti said.

KIDNAPPED BY THE GOVERNMENT
Gilberti said he was kidnapped by U.S. Marshall’s and held incommunicado for 40 days while efforts were made in the courts to steal the land.
“U.S. Marshall’s surrounded our house. All these trucks and machine guns. Helicopters flying around,” he said.
“I’m kidnapped for 40 days nobody even knows where I’m at. I’m surrounded by Secret Service – picked up – my wife – nobody knows where I am at. U.S. Marshall’s took me over to Tampa jail but nobody knew where I was,” Gilberti said.
“Then my old man (father) shows up dead,” Gilberti said.
Gilberti explained how he was originally arrested on a trumped-up charge of ‘cyber stalking’ and received a bond of $500. But then – something changed – that reveals corruption at the highest levels.
Gilberti said officials were monitoring him to see if he realized what he had under his own land. He said his life changed when they knew he realized what he had.
“The bond was five hundred bucks for a year then suddenly when I realized what I had under the land – I knew I had the water – but I didn’t know about the meteor shit- and it has the cleanest water we’ve ever seen on the planet – nothing is even close,” he said.
He continued.

“Who raises a bond on a misdemeanor to three-hundred grand,” Gilberti said.
“It’s the Rothschild’s. They want this. They saved it for 40 years,” Gilberti said.
Gilberti said many government officials are involved
Gilberti said there is ominous information regarding key figures in this matter that suggests there may be connections to acts of terrorism against the United States including the Boston Bombing.
Gilberti named Florida Governor Rick Scott, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and former Florida State Representative Adam Putnam as involved parties.
“They don’t want nobody getting this water,” Gilberti said.

Suspicious activities of a Tennessee man are causing deep concerns regarding his involvement with missing children in the United States.
Levi Page, Dover, Tennessee, is at the center of very serious criminal activity regarding a missing five year-old girl from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings. The criminal activity very likely involves children all across the United States.
The emerging scandal brings officer(s) from a Florida sheriff’s office and a Minnesota police department into the fray and involves threats made against an FBI witness from telephone numbers of The Trump Organization, Clinton Global, Florida Governor Rick Scott, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, CNN, Republican National Committee, and others.
Levi Page interjected himself into the high profile investigation into the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings some eight years ago when he began appearing on Web radio programs as an ‘investigative reporter’.
Rapidly emerging facts regarding Page, and his association with a group headed by Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., Mishawaka, Indiana, are revealing Page is deeply involved in a trafficking operation.
The trafficking is facilitated through a scheme, headed by Church, which deceptively merges a corporation, with a non-profit, run by the same person (Church), and cloaks the activities of human trafficking and organized crime.
Tina Church, a licensed private investigator in State of Indiana, oversees the scheme that involves her PI firmSpecialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.She operates it alongside a parallel entity calledThe Other Victims Advocacy (TOVA)– a non-profit 501 (c) (3).
The two entities effectively form a crime syndicate that traffics children.
Here’s how it works.
Church toggles her activities between the non-profit organization (TOVA) and her licensed PI firm (Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.) to criminally interfere with law enforcement investigations.
The execution of the operation is not overly complicated.
HOW THE SCHEME WORKS
Tina Church presents herself (or has a colleague make an introduction for her) to a Targeted Individual as a licensed PI with Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.
Church’s PI license establishes trust and confidence in the Targeted Individual.
Targeted Individuals are often witnesses, persons of interest by law enforcement, suspects, journalists, reporters, etc. in ongoing criminal investigations and missing child cases.
Acting as a licensed PI, Church and her group infiltrate an unsuspecting person’s life (Targeted Individual) and gather private and sensitive information from the Targeted Individual, as well as their family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc.
The group then uses the private/sensitive information to terrorize, gang-stalk, harass, and threaten the Targeted Individual though criminal blackmail and extortion.
However – if confronted with Breach of Confidentiality – Church will maintain she was only acting as an ‘advocate’ or a ‘friend of a friend’ of the Targeted Individual and declares she owed no confidentiality to the person.
SPECIALIZED INVESTIGATIVE CONSULTANTS, INC – THE HALEIGH CUMMINGS KIDNAPPING CASE
Levi Page is an associate that works with Tina Church and many others within the organized crime scheme erected by Church.
In 2010, Pageannounced his new online radio programwhere he claimed to be a 34 year-old “criminal investigator” that would be reporting the inside story on missing child cases.
However, in reality, Page’s Web program was simply media (i.e. – fake news) published to advance the interests of the trafficking operation. The media apparatus was being put into place to disseminate propaganda and facilitate criminal blackmail and extortion under the guise of news and media.
“The Nashville, Tenn., native is also a regular on the CNN Headline News show Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, where he discusses cases like those of Haleigh Cummings, Caylee Anthony and Kyron Horman,” Page’s show bio said.
It continues.
“Levi, 34, says his eponymous show wouldn’t be what it is today without criminal profiler Pat Brown —also a BlogTalkRadio host—who helps get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show. Former CNN reporter Art Harris, now freelance journalist, also assists in providing updates and details on cases,” the bio said.

In July, 2015, I (Timothy Holmseth) reported Page to the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota after a track-back on a web posting revealed it was Levi Page publishing fictional sex stories about my minor children. The sick stories were accompanied with threats to remove all my websites – or more stories would be published.
The EGFPD police report reveals Page was lying about his age in his bio. “I contacted Austin Peay University and was able to obtain contact information for a Levi H Page DOB 07/19/1990,” reported Officer Corey Amundson, East Grand Forks Police Department.
Page was onlytwenty years oldwith no professional background or experience as a journalist when he suddenly appeared out of nowhere to discuss missing children with phony charlatans such as Art Harris, Pat Brown and others.
Page’s claim to be a “criminal investigator” stemmed from his association with Tina Church and Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc.
Page and Specialized Investigative Consultants had been gang-stalking me and my children for years after I was interviewed by the FBI and wrote a highly publicized hard-bound book on the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.
In 2011, Page telephoned me screaming and swearing that the missing child HaLeigh Cummings is “dead” and warned that I better stop reporting she is alive. “She was dead in 09’ and she still dead now stupid fucker,” he screamed.
Ironically – in his 2017 series about HaLeigh Cummings, Page is asking the public to call him and tell him what they think happened to the missing child.
During the profanity laced telephone calls, Page warned that I better not ever report him to the Sheriff again, adding that he hoped I would lose total custody of my children.
While the vile nature of Page’s call was certainly very disturbing – something very important was learned from it. The voice of his colleague and superior, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., was heard laughing on a third line during the call.
It’s very relevant.
On July 26, 2011, a woman using the name “Tina Church” made a report to the police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. The report states an “Investigator” from Indiana called to say “Timothy Holmseth” had claimed to her over the telephone he had “HaLeigh Cummings” in his apartment.
The false police report was a Specialized Investigative Consultants operation.
The truth was – Church and Page had strategically telephoned me that day to lay the ground work for the false police report. During the call, Church instructed Page to call the police on me and report that I claimed to have the missing child in my home (which I never, ever, ever said during the recorded call).
It was an illegal plan and reveals a tactic used by Specialized Investigative Consultants, which is to proactively contact Targeted Individuals an set them up for police.
Shortly into the call placed to me by Church and Page, Church began suggesting I must have HaLeigh Cummings in my possession because I maintain the childe is alive.
“Well, if you say she’s alive, where is she? You seem to be having a lot of information about this little girl. So maybe people need to be looking at you that maybe you have HaLeigh Cummings,” Church said.
Only a few minutes later, Church casually said to Page, “Well, we just need to let the authorities know that Timothy Holmseth knows where that little girl is at.”
Page promptly replied to Church that he was going to call Dominic Piscitello, Chief of Investigations, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. “I’ll call Dominic Piscitello and let him know what Timothy said and if it’s false he can be charged with Obstruction of Justice and Impeding and Investigation,” Page said.
Church and Page were presenting themselves as agents of law enforcement that were conducting an ‘investigation’.
Page took directives from Church and spoke as if he actually believed he was a member of law enforcement. Page even appears to believe I could be criminally charged based upon statements he would attribute to me – statements he would allege I made during a harassing phone call proactively initiated to me by him and Church.
The optics created by Church and Page are very bad for the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, because, Page already angrily acknowledged he was aware of the formal detailed complaint I filed to Sheriff Jeff Hardy in Putnam County, Florida.
There is considerable evidence that operatives of Specialized Investigative Consultants have been in considerable communication with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.
One promised call to law enforcement is known to have been made on July 26, 2011. It was made to the East Grand Forks Police Department in Minnesota, which resulted in officers being dispatched to my home/office to clear the call.
In 2016, Church telephoned me upset after I published aninterviewwith a woman named Wayanne Kruger. The interview created reasonable suspicion HaLeigh Cummings was transported across state lines in 2009 by Church and her group.
Kruger was the national profile victim’s advocate that assisted HaLeigh Cummings’ mother, Crystal Sheffield, in the days following her daughter’s disappearance.
Kruger told me about a woman named “Christine Church” that traveled with an out-of-state group to meet Sheffield and her mother, Marie Griffis. Kruger said Griffis arranged for the group to travel to the South and that it was very important they be on time for the meeting.
When Church telephoned me in 2016 she said she did NOT make the false report to the Minnesota police in 2011. She said a woman from Florida named [REDACTED] and Levi Page made the call. She said [REDACTED] used her name and further stated she (Church) possessed arecordingof the call.
Church said that although she did not make the false police report, she received a “follow up” telephone call from the East Grand Forks Police and discussed me with officer(s). She said they discussed my “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings.
As with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, the optics created by Church’s purported secret communications with the Minnesota police department, are very bad.
The East Grand Forks police have formally stated on two occasions they have no record whatsoever of a “follow-up” call to Tina Church, or any other conversations between Church and the EGFPD, other than the July 26, 2011 police report.
But it appears it may be the EGFPD that is lying.
In 2011, Church appeared on Page’s radio program and publically mentioned conversations she claimed she had with the EGFPD about me. There is no record of those conversations.
Church told me she was angry at [REDACTED] (the Florida woman that claimed to be Church during the false police report) because [REDACTED] claimed to hold ownership in Specialized Investigative Consultants.
It appears the State of Indiana is aware of this, and it could create serious legal issues for the State, because in 2011 I filed a detailed Complaint against Church detailing the scheme she was running.
Church said she had to sort out a mess at the Indiana Licensing Board over the issue of [REDACTED] claiming to hold ownership in her company. Church said [REDACTED} produced many of the corporations internal email passwords as evidence of her relationship with Church and part ownership of the company.
Facts and evidence show [REDACTED] and other operatives are all associated through Specialized investigative Consultants, and it is entirely possible operatives are under the impression they are co-owners.
Page’s Web bio published in 2010 stated he would be receiving updates from former CNN journalist Art Harris.
In 2010, Harris published an interview regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping that featured Tina Church.
And this is where disaster strikes the East Grand Forks Police Department and Polk County, Minnesota.
Records obtained from the Polk County Attorney’s Office in Minnesota reveal that in July, 2009, the ranking officer at the EGFPD had been secretly conspiring with Art Harris via his private email account (as opposed to his government police department email account).
56 pages of secret emails and FBI records were secretly daisy-chained from a CNN journalist involved in a child kidnapping and child porn case, to Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek, to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth. The secret documents and private emails reveal Polk County and East Grand Forks law enforcement possessed a 20 page FBI report and privately discussed that Timothy Charles Holmseth needed to be “stopped” because the Florida FBI was acting on information from him that was leading to photographs of HaLeigh Cummings. The FBI document NAMED and INCRIMINATED the VERY PEOPLE that the Minnesota police and County Attorney were secretly helping
56 pagesof emails and documents were hand-delivered to Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth by Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek. Hajicek asked Widseth if there was something that could be done about Holmseth’s “obsession” with HaLeigh Cummings.
Undocumented and/or secret communications between Lt. Hajicek and Art Harris, Tina Church, [REDACTED], Levi Page, strongly suggests officers at the EGFPD were secretly working with Specialized investigative Consultants.
The 56 pages of records that were hand-delivered to County Attorney Widseth by Lt. Hajicek contained a 20 page report I authored for the FBI regarding the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation.
I was formally interviewed by the FBI and had uncovered evidence ofchild rape porncreated of the five year-old.
I was helping the feds.
The mysterious 56 pages of records never turned up during a public records request from the EGFPD (but turned up in a request to the County Attorney).
The private emails reveal Harris told Hajicek the FBI in Florida had visited a Web design firm based upon information they received from me and declared, “He’s got to be stopped”.
The interstate conspiracy and scheme involves collusion between law enforcement officers in several states with a private corporation to protect kidnappers and child pornographers from prosecution and to violate the constitutional rights of a journalist.
I have filed a police report to the Mishawaka Police Department, which, according to the police chief, has been forwarded to the Detective Bureau. The MPD has been provided audio evidence of Tina Church stating she was impersonated on a police report. LISTEN TO YOU TUBE BELOW

Did the mass shooting in Orlando at the Pulse nightclub absolutely have to happen?
No.
It could have been prevented by the FBI because the shooter, Omar Mateen, was well known to the FBI and did security work for the Department of Homeland Security.
No response was received regarding the written request – but court action might have prevented the mass shooting in Orlando.
I’ll explain.
Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks Et Al is a federal Deprivation of Rights case originally filed in 2014 that involves Minnesota law enforcement’s collusion with organized crime in the Florida government underworld to cover-up a child porn ring and transnational child sex trafficking operations.
The court case is presently inactive – but can be brought back into court with the judge’s permission.
In my March 29, 2016 letter to the court, I was seeking federal relief against black operatives that are continuously threatening me and my children over the telephone.
The calls are coming in from telephones numbers of the Florida Governor’s Office, Florida Attorney General’s Office, Republican National Committee, Trump Organization, Tripp-Scott Law Firm, and other numbers linked to resorts owned by Donald Trump.

Governor Scott and Florida AG Pam Bondi possess audio interviews I captured of their State’s government officials, as well as porn traffickers, discussing secret naked photographs of a missing child named HaLeigh Cummings.
Scott and Bondi also possess recorded threats against my family.
I have been the target of a shadow government operation staging out of Florida for over six years, after I uncovered the identity of those involved in the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings and their creation of child rape pornography of the six year-old.

The mystery behind the Orlando nightclub shooter Omar Mateen’s ability to thrive while under the watch of the FBI, and while working for the Department of Homeland Security, can be demonstrated by a short message left on my answering machine Tuesday.
On June 21, 2016 I received a message on my answering machine from someone using electronic voice changing software. The voice said, “Do not ever mention the name Jeremiah Regan or you will regret it”.
Now – simply replace the name “Jeremiah Regan” with “Omar Mateen” and you will have the foundational information required to understand black operations in the State of Florida.
These pukes are a dime a dozen.
I will explain.
In 2009, the Minneapolis and Jacksonville FBI were actively investigating the mysterious disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings, a kindergartner that vanished 75 miles north of Orlando.
Jeremiah Regan was a creepy unemployed drifter that along with his creepy father, John Regan, a pastor impersonator, appeared out of nowhere to interject himself into the kidnapping investigation.
The Regan’s claimed to multiple people to be FBI and CIA agents.
In 2009, I provided information to the FBI, as well as (then) Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, regarding John Regan. The information I provided the FBI involved a Company called Xentel, and a disc that contained naked photographs of the little girl.
Criminal background records show John Regan is a convicted sex offender.
John Regan unabashedly told multiple individuals during the search for the missing child that he worked for the FBI, CIA, and Palatka Police Department in Putnam County, Florida. .
Wayanne Kruger, the author and victim’s advocate that assisted HaLeigh Cummings’ mother for television appearances told me John Regan claimed he was an “undercover pervert” for the FBI. She said he claimed to go undercover as a pedophile to catch other pedophiles.
Kruger said John Regan’s son, Jeremiah Regan, flew into Florida from New York and arrived at the Orlando airport in January of 2009; shortly after the body of Caylee Anthony had been discovered in Orlando.

HaLeigh Cummings then vanished on February 10, 2009.
Kruger said that in 2009 she sat in a car with John and Jeremiah Regan, directly in front of the Palatka Police Department. She said the Regan’s would not let her out of the car to go talk to the police.

Kruger said John Regan became nervous that she wanted to talk to the police regarding something she knew about HaLeigh, and suddenly told her the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet.
Donald Knop, an employee of a South Florida law firm involved in the HaLeigh Cummings case in 2009, said John Regan told him he was with the CIA.
Judy Lucia, a searcher and dog handler said that during a ground search for HaLeigh Cummings, John Regan told her he was an agent with the FBI and went on to ‘clear’ evidence, including a ‘bloody glove’ for removal from the scene.
Major Gary Bowling, the Director of Law Enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Florida told me in 2009 that law enforcement knew the evidence had been planted.
So why wasn’t anyone arrested?
They believed the evidence had been planted by a bail-bondsman from Weston, Florida named William Staubs, along with John and Jeremiah Regan, as they attempted to create the appearance the child had been murdered.
Police records show Staubs was investigated by the PCSO for tampering with evidence after contaminating a bloody sheet he magically found in the woods.
Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, Minneapolis FBI, told me during an interview he believed the reason they planted the evidence was to make people stop looking for the missing child.
Knop said William Staubs identified himself as a federal agent to random people he came into contact with.
Rev. Richard Grund, a case witness in the Casey Anthony murder trial, said John Regan told him he was with the Palatka Police Department and boasted he had a “chaplain’s badge”.
Grund said John Regan impersonated a federal agent at the Jacksonville Airport, which is a federal offense.

The office of the Governor of the State of Florida and other government officials are violating state and federal laws.
State of Florida is violating laws to deprive me of my constitutional right to Speech and Press, which are protected under the First Amendment.
The Court file contains videos published on You Tube warning me and my daughter to remove all my websites or suffer the consequences, which included mention of my unborn (at the time) grandchild being taken.
In addition to the years of threats, which include death threats, I am now receiving telephone calls from a person talking into a voice-changer who is warning me to remove all my websites from publication or very bad things will happen to me.
The threatening calls came from State of Florida.
The aforementioned telephone calls have been recorded and I have photos of the telephone receiver that show the telephone calls are coming Florida Governor Rick Scott’s office and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s office (and others).

The purposes of the calls are to force remove from publication, via extortion, public documents and information regarding secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.
Note: The Federal Bureau of Investigation is presently seeking information from the public about the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Web blogger admits knowledge of porn pictures of HaLeigh Cummings – Scott a blackmailed, national security liability?

Florida Governor Rick Scott’s knowledge of child rape pornography created of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings has taken a disturbing new turn.
An anonymous Web blogger that goes by the name “Radio” has openly professed direct and intimate knowledge of the pictures.
In the bizarre twist, the reputed pedophile Web blogger has attempted to push a narrative that although the photos exist, the child’s sexually assaulted vagina was only “Photoshopped” to appear that way.
On March 8, 2016, www.radionewz.net published a detailed analysis regarding his/her direct knowledge of the photographs.
“The pictures of subject – were taken by Haleigh’s maternal family before they took her to an ER to get a Dr. to say she had been sexually abused. The ER Dr. found no evidence of that and would not document such. These are the pictures Holmseth is trying to push as valid. They are not. The whole thing was a plan to get custody away from Ronald Cummings, which would have been a good thing, but photoshopped pictures were not the way to go and didn’t work. Holmseth is beating a dead horse and tarnishing the memory of Haleigh Cummings,” the Web blogger said.
The admission by the anonymous blogger clearly requires an investigation by the FBI.
According to Wayanne Kruger, the author and victim’s advocate that traveled from Arizona to Florida in 2009 to stay in the home of Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother, following the child’s kidnapping, said the little girl had been raped.
Kruger told Timothy Charles Holmseth during an interview that she feared HaLeigh could have died from “haemorrhaging” from the rape.
Kruger said she was working with a ‘pastor’ named John Regan who claimed he was a CIA agent. Kruger said Regan told her he was an “undercover pervert” and the FBI already had HaLeigh but wanted to keep it quiet for the time being.
Kruger said she telephoned Capt. Dominic Piscitello, the chief detective at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and tried to report John Regan and his son, Jeremiah Regan. She said Piscitello became belligerent and aggressive and suggested perhaps he arrest Kruger.
Kruger’s statements regarding the child porn pictures match the scenario Holmseth reported to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Holmseth detailed to Bondi that HaLeigh had been “strategically” raped; her vagina then photographed; in an attempt by Crystal Sheffield’s legal team to secure a change of child custody ruling through a recommendation from the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) without filing a Motion in the Florida court.
Kruger also told Holmseth that law enforcement’s primary person of focus in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, Misty Croslin, was present during a child porn shoot and was ‘the older girl used to keep the little girl calm’.
In yet another bizarre twist, the website www.radionewz.net published a promotional article requesting the public donate money to pay the fees of Croslin’s new attorney, Tonya D. Cromartie.
Cromartie abruptly appeared on the scene to represent Croslin, only after Croslin, personally filed a Post Conviction Motion from prison. Croslin argued in her Motion that her first attorney, Robert Fields, should have argued entrapment. Croslin received a bizarre and nearly unprecedented 25 year sentence for selling pills. It was the first time the 18 year-old Croslin had ever been in trouble with the law.
Why Cromartie is associating with an anonymous Web blogger that has knowledge of naked photos of a missing child being sought by the FBI is a question.

The pedophile Web blogger “Radio” published multiple videos and sex articles about Holmseth and his children and committed criminal extortion by demanding Holmseth remove all of his websites, or suffer more false sex stories that would be written.
In one video, which targeted Holmseth’s daughter, the anonymous publisher threatened to take her baby away from her as soon as it was born.
All of the videos were submitted to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Holmseth receives regular threatening phone calls from various telephone numbers including several from the Office of the Florida Governor by a person talking into a voice changer.
The situation became so dire to Holmseth’s family and children that a Minnesota District Judge in the Family Division set forth a course of action for dealing with the threats being visited upon the children.
The situation appears to be a crisis for Scott, who appears to be blackmailed in a child sex ring pornography scandal and would never be able to serve as Vice President of the United States due to national security issues.

Information about child pornography created of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings has been provided to Assistant States Attorney Christopher France, and Attorney Tonya D. Cromartie.
Cromartie is the attorney that appeared at the recent court hearing regarding a Post Conviction Motion filed by Misty Croslin.

Timothy Charles Holmseth provided both of the attorneys information he obtained during journalistic interviews because all of the members of the child porn ring – from the photographer to the distributors – were never arrested or charged.
Misty Croslin was the ‘older girl used to keep the little girl calm’ while naked photographs were taken. That – according to Wayanne Kruger – the victim’s advocates who traveled to Florida from Arizona in 2009 and stayed in the home of Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother.

In 2009 I began conducting interviews into the kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.
During my hundreds of hours of interviews and acquisition of media evidence, I learned of a child sex pornography ring that involved HaLeigh Cummings and a man named William E. Staubs.
I captured some of the members of the sex ring on the telephone talking about naked pictures of HaLeigh that they were passing around. The photos, which were described to me (I have never seen the photos, touched them, or possessed them in any way) by Donald Knop, showed close-ups of HaLeigh’s vagina that had been damaged by sexual assault.
The naked photographs pertain to Misty Croslin. I was told by Wayanne Kruger (HaLeigh’s mother’s advocate and immediate associate of William Staubs) that Misty was present when naked photos of HaLeigh were taken. I also have information that Misty Croslin witnessed a murder at 202 Green Lane, Satsuma, Florida (HaLeigh was present and witnessed it too).
I have information that Misty Croslin was entrapped by the bad actors involved in the aforementioned crimes, which includes William Staubs and members of law enforcement.
I have information that William Staubs is involved in a drug trafficking ring and is blackmailing government officials that illegally obtained drugs at a pill mill in Tallahassee. I know the names of all the government and law enforcement officials, which include Gov. Rick Scott’s very own Inspector General.
I have information and evidence that Ronald Cummings was involved in trafficking with William Staubs.
I spoke with Misty’s attorney, Robert Fields, for about a ½-hour regarding issues involving Misty and myself. The conversation with Mr. Fields was before Misty’s drug conviction.
Mr. Fields said he knew Misty was in danger. In fact, that is evidenced by the fact he told the court at the most recent hearing that he advised her to leave the country.
Mr. Fields told me he planned on filing multiple civil lawsuits against multiple parties including against Nancy Grace.
I believe the evidence clearly shows Mr. Fields knew Misty was in grave danger because of WHO she was involved with (i.e. – drug/sex/child porn traffickers) and did not defend her properly.
I believe when Mr. Field’s said Misty (an 18 year old girl with no criminal record) was lucky to get only 25 years in prison, instead of 50 years, it was because he knew of the forces guiding the adverse actions around her.
Some hellish third world countries don’t even throw away children for 25-50 years.
I have a personal interest in this case because my life is being threatened and I am constantly contacted by persons unknown from Florida. I have an abundant amount of evidence that the people threatening me are the same people involved in entrapping Misty Croslin.
I have been warned that if I don’t remove all my websites very bad things will happen to me. In one instance, a video threat published on You Tube warned my unborn grandchild would be taken.
Many of the threats are documented with the East Grand Forks Police Department, Minnesota, and Grand Forks Police Department, North Dakota. The threats involve the authoring of false sex narratives about my children; with threats to publish more lies if I don’t shut up.
Many of the threats are published on a website located at www.radionewz.net. The website is linked to players in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping through the identity of the website’s attorney (a name I will give you over the phone only). Notably – shortly before Misty’s most recent hearing, the website began promoting a crowd-funding feature to help pay the fees of Misty’s new lawyer (Tonya D. Cromartie).
I am a perpetual victim of organized crime staging operations out of Florida and I believe my rights are being violated on several levels. You can listen to many of the threats and some of the edited videos, which I have published on my website.
