Transnational crime syndicate linked to police and public officials in Polk County Minnesota – BCA crime lab documents key evidence

An organized transnational crime syndicate that traffics children across national land borders and overseas on international flights has been linked to Polk County, Minnesota.

Key evidence comes from Drew Evans, superintendant, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) – the agency that operates the State’s forensic crime lab.

The crime syndicate involves Ronald Galstad, the attorney for the City of East Grand Forks and Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, an officer for the East Grand Forks Police who is also the commander of the Minnesota Pine to Prairie Task Force.

EARLY DAYS

The fact something was amiss initially became visible in 2013 when the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) flatly rejected a claim by East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad that the BCA was assisting the police with an operation to search the computer of a  journalist and FBI witness from East Grand Forks named Timothy Holmseth.

Galstad is an attorney with Galstad Jensen and McCann and contracts with the City of EGF to prosecute crimes alleged by the local police.

Galstad falsely claimed an association with the BCA during a court hearing on January 4, 2013 at the courthouse in Polk County. Galstad told Assistant Chief District Judge Tamara Yon he and the police were working with the BCA regarding  Holmseth’s computer which had been seized by the Pine to Prairie Task Force on December 14, 2012.

Holmseth was/is a local journalist that had conducted hours of interviews with key figures in a national profile kidnapping case involving  a missing five year-old from Florida named HaLeigh Cummings who vanished in 2009. Holmseth was interviewed by the Minneapolis FBI on several occasions and deemed a credible witness.

However – emails from 2009 show Lt. Rodney Hajicek, the ranking officer at the EGFPD, was secretly communicating with a CNN journalist named Art Harris regarding Holmseth. Emails from Hajicek’s private Gmail account show the two men were discussing how Holmseth could be “stopped” after they learned the FBI in Florida was using information Holmseth obtained and turned over to the feds.

Holmseth had been told, during telephonic interview, the minute details of an international child sex trafficking and baby sales operation that was staging out of Broward County, Florida. He was also told that a lawyer from Florida possessed child rape porn of HaLeigh Cummings.

Records show Galstad and the EGFPD obtained a search and seizure warrant from Minnesota District Judge Jeff Remick for Holmseth’s computer – but the warrant made no mention of the child porn. Rather, it was drafted to make Holmseth appear to be a drug dealer.

On January 4, 2013, Galstad told Judge Yon the police were coordinating with the BCA to have a forensic search done of the computer which already been in police custody for several weeks.

“I’ve just been notified that the BCA, before they’ll do a forensic search of that computer, wants either an Order of this court, or a search warrant that says they can – – we got the original search warrant, but for whatever reason the BCA wants something that says that they can actually search that hard-drive. So I am going to be either, one, asking – – or requesting an additional warrant for forensic search of that computer hard-drive or the Court can make that Order as they see fit, but I’m going to be doing that,” court transcripts reveal.

Galstad was lying to the Judge.

And the proof he was lying comes from the superintendent of the BCA.

Drew Evans, superintendent, BCA, said the BCA played no role in the operation and knew nothing about it. “Mr. Holmseth – we were not asked to conduct a forensic examination of your computer,” Evans said in a 2013 email.

However, the Pine to Prairie Task Force commander, Sgt. Aeisso Schrage, had attached MDPS/BCA stickers to evidence seized from Holmseth.

Jill Oliveira, the public information officer for the MNDPS/BCA said, “The BCA had no role in the investigation you describe and did not attach any tags to evidence in that case”.

 

 

Galstad never carried through on requesting a second warrant for the BCA as he claimed he was going to do.

But – there was significant activity surrounding the computer.

Records from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office show Sgt. Investigator Michael Norland was asked to search Holmseth’s computer. “I looked through the computer and did not find anything that would show illegal activity on the computer,” Norland said.

EGFPD Chief Michael Hedlund would eventually be asked for chain of custody records regarding Holmseth’s property. Hedlund admitted in a letter to Holmseth that no chain of custody documentation was kept.

Holmseth’s computer was ordered returned in April of 2013 but the police had rendered it inoperable – thus marooning all of Holmseth’s investigative files.

CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING – THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS

Evidence shows the police seized Holmseth’s computer because they were looking for the pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, which they believed had been sent to Holmseth. It was a gamble they lost that exposed their motive to cover-up an entire child sex trafficking operation.

The warrant signed by Judge Remick made no mention of child pornography, rather, created the appearance Holmseth was a drug dealer.

Information about the child porn was not included in the application for the warrant because Sgt. Schrage and Galstad did not want to reveal the identity of their source – because the source was the trafficker(s) that kidnapped, raped, and trafficked the little girl.

The conspirators were all connected to an Indiana corporation called Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc. Evidence shows members of the operation were in regular and secret back channel communications with Galstad and the EGFPD from 2009 through 2018.

MAKING A MURDERER

The plan was cynical and was intended to frame Holmseth for kidnapping, rape, production of child porn, and murder.

In 2011, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, telephoned the EGFPD  and falsely reported that Holmseth claimed to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in his home. Police, including Sgt. Schrage, went to Holmseth’s home to search for the child and then filed a report.

Sgt. Schrage and other EGFPD officers subsequently filed police reports based upon alleged anonymous calls to the police reporting a strong smell of marijuana coming from Holmseth’s apartment door, which generated police reports that made Holmseth appear to be involved with drugs.

During this same time window Holmseth was accused of allowing child sex abuse in his home. Records from Grand Forks County Social Services ultimately revealed that not only was there no abuse – Holmseth and his children received a 100% perfect score for no signs of abuse. The case was closed with the signatures of a nine person child protection team that includes CPS, psychologist, doctor, police, sheriff.

Building on the false police and CPS reports… in 2011, a person that had been identified by a legal assistant in Florida as possessing child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, petitioned a Broward County domestic violence  court for an Injunction For Protection Against Repeat Violence against Holmseth. ‘Repeat Violence’ is a Florida dating law that did not apply to Holmseth because he had no relationship with Petitioner and had not been to Florida.

However – Judge Michael Kaplan in Broward County, Florida granted the Order in Holmseth’s absence which made it illegal for Holmseth to publish information and select names regarding what he learned about the missing child and an international trafficking operation.

Wayanne Kruger, a child victims advocate that traveled from Arizona to assist the mother of HaLeigh Cummings, told Holmseth during recorded interviews she was working with the Florida law office that allegedly possessed the child porn.

Kruger, who was the client and protégé of Attorney Gloria Allred, provided Holmseth names, dates, methods, and tactics of a vast child trafficking and baby sales operation that moved children through the U.S. Embassy in New York and across the border into Mexican and Central America.

The operation involved operatives that dressed as clergy and identified themselves and CIA and FBI.

Kruger has been featured in People magazine, Washington Times, and other publications for her relationship with Allred and Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Kruger told Holmseth HaLeigh Cummings had been raped and was “hemorrhaging”.

HOLMSETH ARRESTED IN 2018

In 2017, Holmseth located back-up files of his interviews with all the members of trafficking operation including an attorney from Florida, Kruger, and Church.

In July, 2017 Holmseth submitted the damning audio evidence of child sex trafficking he recovered, in support of a Motion To Vacate he filed with the Minnesota court in Polk County. Judge Yon classified the audio as “significant evidence” from Holmseth’s “investigations” and ruled in his favor.

 

On February 19, 2018 the police in East Grand Forks arrested Holmseth for violating the Florida court order after Holmseth allegedly published the court records on the Web using You Tube.

Galstad is the prosecutor.

The person named as possessing child porn of HaLeigh Cummings is the ‘victim’.

Holmseth is presently represented by public defender Gretchen Handy, Handy Law Group.

Holmseth is also presently the plaintiff in a federal lawsuit he filed through his trial attorney Steven S. Biss in Virginia.

Polk County, Minnesota child kidnapping cover-up reaches highest levels of United States government

Is the primary mission of the entire judicial community in Polk County, Minnesota to perpetually protect itself from federal prosecution after decades of criminal corruption and rights violations?

It appears the Minnesota county may actually be that far gone.

Black Operations by members of Polk County law enforcement and task force agents are surfacing, and reveal the State of Minnesota and its official seal are being used to advance federal crimes against children.

One horror story (out of the many) out of Polk County involves a child that was reported missing from her Florida home in February, 2009 and has never been found. The little girl, HaLeigh Cummings, 5, was reported missing on February 10, 2009 and her whereabouts is being sought by the FBI.

Evidence shows the police in East Grand Forks and others across the judicial community including Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad,  are up to their eyeballs in covering up the kidnapping, which involves child rape pornography that was created of the little kindergartner.

Evidence implicating police and attorneys in Polk County, Minnesota are so abundant it’s difficult to find a starting line for a discussion. We’ll start with a false police report that was made about the whereabouts of the missing little girl.

On July 26, 2011 the police in East Grand Forks received a call from am “Investigator” from “Indiana” using the name “Tina Church” who claimed “Timothy Holmseth” just told her he had the missing child named “HaLeigh Cummings” in his home.

Of course – the police report was false.

But…

Rest assured…the 2011 false police report against me came as no shock whatsoever to the EGFPD.

The onslaught of attacks upon me had begun two years prior in 2009 when the EGFPD received a barrage of police reports from out-of-state actors that were angry about my journalism regarding the missing child.

Is it possible the ‘crack detectives’ at the EGFPD and Polk County Sheriff’s Office didn’t realize the people calling in the complaints were the very people that had kidnapped the little girl?

No…nobody could be that damn stupid.

As you are going to see, Polk County law enforcement already knew that the people calling the police were the kidnappers – and the police were actively helping to cover it up. You will also see this involves perverts from inside the Deep State Shadow Government that use rogue FBI and CIA to kidnap and traffic children.

Let’s begin by taking a closer look at the July, 2011 call to the EGFPD by Tina Church about me having HaLeigh Cummings.

The police possess a report and audio statements that reveals:

1. The caller that made the false police report was NOT Tina Church
2. The caller was NOT an investigator
3. The caller was NOT from Indiana
4. The caller was NOT alone on the telephone because there was more than one person on the line

Try to imagine what would have happened if someone had made a false police report against a local Minnesota journalist – reporting the journalist had just claimed to have Dru Sjodin or Jacob Wetterling in his home.

Can you imagine the media firestorm?

What is so different about HaLeigh Cummings?

I’ll tell you.

HaLeigh was kidnapped by Deep State operative running an organized pedophile network that involves pervs in the Minnesota (and North Dakota) judicial community.

I’m going to show you something else the EGFPD now knows for sure about that false police report.

It has now been revealed the caller that falsley claimed to be Tina Church is a self-professed psychic from Florida that has an extensive history of nefarious involvement with missing person and murder cases. The new information the police possess is nothing short of astonishing because it leads to FBI and CIA being involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

In 2016, Tina Church, president, Specialized Investigative Consultants, Mishawaka, Indiana, telephoned me and said the call to the police was actually made by a woman from Florida who claims to be a psychic.

Church also says she has a recording of the call that she can play to the police.

The name of the ‘psychic’ from Florida is being redacted but can be obtained from Michael Hedlund, chief of police, EGFPD or Captain John Greenwood, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. .

On May 17, 2017 I delivered audios of Tina Church to the East Grand Forks Police Department and filed a formal police report. Here is some of what the police heard in the audios. Remember – this fake report involves a missing person actively being sought by the FBI.

“I have a tape that confirms it was not me who made that report against you with the police. It was [REDACTED] acting as me with Levi Page,” Church said.

“[REDACTED] told me herself a long time ago that she was bi-polar and at one time she had a heavy drinking problem,” Church said.

“[REDACTED] thinks she’s a psychic. She’s not. She’s a very troubled person. She lived in Indiana in South Bend. I met her about 20 years ago. She interjects herself into every case of a missing person or a murder that you can possibly think of,” Church said.

“The older people at the South Bend Police Department would know who she is,” Church said.

You will note Tina Church said she’s known [REDACTED] for 20 years. That’s right – Tina Church and [REDACTED] knew each other for a long time – and it was no accident [REDACTED] made that telephone call to the police with Levi Page and identified herself as Tina Church.

I’ll show you why.

Let’s take a look at what [REDACTED] said in her LinkedIn business bio profile.

“I am available for private readings by appointment only. I have worked on missing persons cases and murders. A 20 year old case I have worked was finally solved one month ago with the arrest of the man I told them killed the female 20 years ago. I have worked on this case along with prosecutors office, police and private investigators. The reason it took so long to make an arrest is because the police had tunnel vision for someone else,” she said.

Now, let’s take a look at how Levi Page identified himself in his online bio.

BlogTalkRadio blog – Featured Host: Criminal Investigator Levi Page – Levi, 34, says his eponymous show wouldn’t be what it is today without criminal profiler Pat Brown —also a BlogTalkRadio host—who helps get inside the mind of many of the criminals highlighted on his show. Former CNN reporter Art Harris, now freelance journalist, also assists in providing updates and details on cases.

In July, 2015 the EGFPD inadvertantly discovered Levi Page, who stated in his bio he was 34 years-old, was actually only 25.

[REDACTED] and Levi Page are charlatans that created bogus credentials to explain their involvement in missing children cases.

[REDACTED] and Levi Page were both associates of Specialized investigative Consultants, Inc. when they called the East Grand Forks Police about the missing child. They were operatives that regularly executed illegal actions and then ‘reported’ to Church. That was their regular job and function.

Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek (a.k.a. Jerry Sandusky Jr.) and Chief Michael Hedlund don’t want this to be known because it will all lead back to the EGFPD and Polk County Attorney’s involvement in the kidnapping cover-up.

This is a very serious federal issue that goes to the highest levels of the United States government including the FBI and CIA.

I’ll show you why I mention those agencies.

[REDACTED] telephoned me years ago and claimed she knew what happened to HaLeigh Cummings.  She told me she had a ‘psychic vision’ of HaLeigh being raped and murdered in a van and then thrown out the window into a ditch.

Of course – [REDACTED] was simply spreading disinformation to advance the agenda of Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc., which I am going to show you.

[REDACTED] told me she had a meeting with Peggy Cone, lead detective, HaLeigh Task Force, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, after HaLeigh vanished. She said she told Cone of her psychic visions. Of course, the average person following that national profile kidnapping on television would have fallen of their damned chair if they found out the lead detective was utilizing valuable investigative time by sitting around with a self-professed local psychic.

Det. Cone was let go from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (because she was a dirty cop just like Hajicek at the EGFPD) because her communications and activities with the group became too big of a problem to overcome.

I learned during interviews that [REDACTED] was part of a group that was planting evidence and publishing false information about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping shortly after it happened.

I interviewed Donald Knop, a legal assistant at a Florida law office that was involved in the HaLeigh Cummings case. Knop said his boss directed him to go for a ride with [REDACTED]. During their ride down rural roads [REDACTED] told Knop she was getting ‘visions’ that HaLeigh was thrown in a ditch near San Mateo, Florida. As you are going to see, they were very convenient visions that streamlined with a plan by the larger group to conduct a fake search at a staged crime scene to find evidence that created the appearance HaLeigh was dead.

Now…watch me put my money where my mouth is.

I authored a 20-page report for the FBI in 2009, which detailed a fake search conducted at San Mateo, Florida where planted evidence was found that included a ‘bloody glove’ and items that personally belonged to HaLeigh.

Do you think my information was solid?

You better believe it.

Minneapolis FBI special agent A.J. Eilerman, as well as Major Gary Bowling, who was the Director or Law Enforcement at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office when the child vanished, both told me they knew the search was staged and the evidence was planted.

Agent Eilerman told me the reason the people planted the evidence was because they wanted everyone to “stop looking for her”. Major Bowling told me the police knew they had “sprinkled” evidence around.

Essentially, the fake private search at San Mateo was conducted, based upon a fake ‘tip’ the Florida law office received from a fake ‘psychic’.

But it gets much worse.

THE UNDERCOVER PEDOPHILE FOR THE FBI

John Regan (the undercover pedophile) went to beaches and photographed children under the name ‘onenoreast’. I am showing two out of scores of screenshots I made of his website. John Regan is dressed as a pastor in the photo to the far right. Also in the picture is his son, Jeremiah Regan. Jeremiah Regan is holding the hand of Crystal Sheffield, the mother of HaLeigh Cummings. Also in the photo is Author Wayanne Kruger. Kruger said John Regan is a serial child rapist. She said the pedophile operation sells children through the U.S. Embassy to purchasers in Belgium. She said John Regan is an instrumental part of the scheme using his role as a pastor.

The fake search was overseen by John Regan, Hastings, Florida, Regan regularly dressed as a pastor and said he was an undercover FBI agent (he also said he was CIA).

Regan told people he was an ‘undercover pedophile’ for the FBI. He said he went undercover as a pervert to catch other perverts.

I reported ALL OF THAT to the FBI in June and July of 2009.

Now watch what happened to me for doing it.

Immediately after I began assisting the FBI, Lt. Rod Hajicek, EGFPD, who was already communicating with the aforementioned Florida law office, began secretly communicating with former CNN journalist Art Harris via his (Hajicek’s) private Gmail account where they discussed concerns the FBI in Florida was acting on my leads.

The East Grand Forks police took an interest in interfering with an FBI investigation.

Hajicek secretly solicited assistance from the Polk County Attorney’s office regarding the Timothy Holmseth problem. Hajicek gave the County Attorney the 20-page report I authored for the FBI and asked if there was anything they could do to stop me.

The secret records never came up in a public records request to the East Grand Forks Police; but were produced by Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth.

Donald Knop told me the Florida law office had child rape photos of HaLeigh Cummings and he personally handed them to his boss – an attorney.

The law enforcement community in Polk County, Minnesota is hopelessly compromised and cannot be trusted in the administration of justice.

Child pornography crime reported to Polk County Sheriff

Polk County Sheriff Barb Erdman and East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund have received extensive and detailed information about child pornography, as well as the alleged sexual assault of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

HaLeigh Cummings was five years-old when she reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home on February 10, 2009.

The report was made to Erdman and Hedlund today by Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, after the Missing and Endangered Persons division of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement contacted him and advised him to make the report. The FDLE sexual predator unit contacted Holmseth after he provided evidence from the Florida Bar Association that supported existing evidence regarding the pornography.

Today was the first time Holmseth officially reported the pornography crime directly to Erdman and Hedlund, because both are defendants in a Deprivation of Rights lawsuit filed by Holmseth against the City of East Grand Forks and several others. The lawsuit alleges Erdman and Hedlund violated Holmseth’s constitutional rights amidst their involvement in a scheme to cover-up crimes Holmseth uncovered as an investigative journalist.

Holmseth reported to Erdman and Hedlund, irrefutable evidence that HaLeigh Cummings was sexually assaulted and photographs were taken of her private parts. Holmseth further reported he was told that HaLeigh had been raped and might have died because she was “hemorrhaging” from the sexual assault.

The evidence of the federal child pornography crimes was acquired while Holmseth was performing journalistic interviews in Polk County, Minnesota. There also exists evidence of a subsequent conspiracy by select police officers and public officials to destroy the evidence on Holmseth’s hard-drive.

The naked photographs of the five year-old child appeared out of nowhere at least one month after HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing. However, the photographs, which were in the possession of licensed legal professionals in Florida, were never given to law enforcement. The naked photographs were copied and distributed through an underground network.

The person(s) that are alleged to have commissioned, handled, distributed, and presently possess the pornographic images, are on file as being in regular contact with officers of the East Grand Forks Police Department and others in Minnesota.

Holmseth obtained the critical information while conducting interviews with key figures in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, and Caylee Anthony murder cases.

Records with the EGFPD show Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek telephoned Holmseth in June of 2009 and told him he was receiving complaints from several individuals in Florida about Holmseth. The caller(s) wanted Hajicek to contact Holmseth and use his police powers to lean on him so he would stop publishing content about the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping and photographs.

Holmseth is now directing Erdman, Hedlund, and federal investigators to the police reports filed by Hajicek in 2009, and suggesting they compare the names of the individual(s) that were calling the police on Holmseth, to the names of the individuals involved in commissioning, handling, distributing, and possessing the child pornography.

Holmseth was not able to present the evidence until very recently, because the EGFPD, and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, obtained a search and seizure warrant for his computer and hard-drive in December of 2012. When the hard-drive was returned by EGFPD officer Aeisso Schrage in April of 2013, the hard-drive had been disabled; wires had been pulled out; and plastic clips snapped.

“The person(s) that damaged my hard-drive may have been Aeisso Schrage, and/or Rodney Hajicek, and/or Ronald Galstad, and /or PCSO Sgt. Michael Norland, and/or somebody else. Whoever damaged the hard-drive appears to have been attempting to conceal evidence that involved child pornography and child rape,” Holmseth reported today.

In the fall of 2014 Holmseth located back-up files he possessed and began the process of finding evidence he possessed regarding the child rape pornography.

The evidence has also been given to Richard T. Thornton, special agent in charge, Minneapolis FBI, as well as Donovan W. Frank, the judge hearing HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL.

Holmseth has requested the Court allow him to amend his original Complaint to add the child pornography evidence.

Holmseth alleges that select police officers and public officials in Minnesota, conspired with the very individuals in Florida that commissioned, handled, and distributed the child rape pornography, to violate his constitutional rights, while simultaneously attempting to destroy the evidence he possessed.

In February of 2015 Holmseth received telephone calls from a Florida telephone number by a man that told him he was going to kill him and his house was being watched. The telephone calls were reported as they happened to the EGFPD in Minnesota and GFPD in North Dakota.

Judge Frank has referred Holmseth to the federal Pro Se project for an attorney.

Federal Judge Donavan Frank has been provided evidence of child rape pornography that police attempted to destroy on journalist’s hard-drive

Rape porn is of missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings

Judge Donovan Frank has been provided evidence that child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings exists and is still in distribution.

The evidence, submitted to Judge Frank by Timothy Charles Holmseth, includes recent correspondences with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Richard T. Thornton, Minneapolis FBI.

The evidence shows that in 2009, members of the Florida legal community were secretly circulating child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings, through a network that included a Florida DCF social worker named Bonnie Warner.

The evidence exposes an elaborate network of law enforcement officials that use their positions to abduct children in Florida.

The evidence indicates HaLeigh Cummings was sexually assaulted on a date after she was reported missing, and pictures were then taken of the child’s assaulted private parts to support a change of custody case against her father, Ronald Cummings.

The evidence shows members of the East Grand Forks Police Department and Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Force were in contact with several players from Florida, and conspired against Holmseth, because Holmseth, a journalist, had captured all the players on tape discussing the operation and pornography.

The operation involved a man named John Regan that dressed up like a pastor and told people he was undercover with the FBI and CIA. He told several witnesses he was an “undercover pervert” and “undercover pedophile” that goes undercover as a pedophile to catch other pedophiles.

Holmseth’s original Complaint details how Minnesota law enforcement and select attorneys conspired to seize and destroy his computer hard-drive, and according to Attorney Michael LaCoursiere, had a plan to put Holmseth in prison so he could not tell what happened to HaLeigh.

“Defendants Schrage, Hajicek, Galstad, and possibly others, have all been in communications with members of a child sex trafficking underground,” Holmseth stated in his filing to the federal court today.

Holmseth, plaintiff, HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL submitted the evidence as part of a request that Judge Frank allow him to amend his original complaint to include the pornography evidence.

Alethea M. Huyser, Minnesota Attorney General’s office, the attorney for Attorney Michael LaCoursiere, has filed an opposition to Holmseth’s request to add the child rape pornography evidence to the lawsuit.

“Plaintiff has never identified any additional facts or allegations involving State Defendant,” Huyser argued.

Holmseth’s submission to the Court today addresses Huyser’s objection, and provides irrefutable evidence that naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings were taken, and surfaced over a month after she was reported missing.

The evidence proves who commissioned and handled the photographs; and that evidence links those persons to the EGFPD, Minnesota Pine to Prairie Gang and Drug Task Force, and EGF City Attorney.

Wayanne Kruger, the author and advocate that represented Crystal Sheffield in 2009, told Holmseth she feared HaLeigh Cummings may have bled to death because she had been raped and was “hemorrhaging”.

Holmseth attempted to report the truth about the missing child to the EGFPD, Polk County Sheriff Barb Erdman, and Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth, but was repeatedly ignored and subsequently arrested.

In July of 2014 Holmseth filed a Deprivation of Rights lawsuit in United States District Court to expose the organized criminal operation, which included a non-stop assault on his constitutional rights.

The East Grand Forks City Council has continued to use taxpayer money to fund the defense of the police officers and officials involved in the pedophilia operation.

Federal court action involves missing child HaLeigh Cummings

Timothy Charles Holmseth is preparing a civil rights lawsuit against the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

The lawsuit is related to the disappearance of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Timothy Holmseth is presently the Plaintiff in Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al. – U.S. District of Minnesota (DMN) – – – Case Number: 0:14-cv-02970-DWF-LIB.

The lawsuit presently filed in Minnesota is a 42-U.S.C.-1983 civil rights (Deprivation of Rights / Color of Law) action that also involves matters of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Defendants in the case against Putnam County officials will be named at the time of the filing. How Timothy Holmseth’s civil rights have been violated will be set forth in the statement of facts.

In the summer of 2009 Teresa Neves, the paternal grandmother of HaLeigh Cummings contacted me through her family advocate, Rebecca Thomas, West Palm Beach, Florida.

Neves wanted me to know that a photograph of her granddaughter, which was scrolling on a website called http://www.haleighbug.com, where donations were being solicited, was a Photoshopped fake.

The picture showed HaLeigh’s mother holding her lovingly, but it was a composite created by somebody using high tech editing software.

I contacted the web developer that published the picture and he assured me that it was not his company that created the fake photo. To prove it, he emailed me the photos that had been sent to him, and I began tracing backward to see where the photo originated.

He had received the photos from an email account registered to Donna Wagoner, an employee of Xentel, Inc. I contacted Wagoner using the email address I was provided, and asked her about the photos. She became very upset.

Wagoner was moonlighting on a team that was working for HaLeigh Cummings’ mother, Crystal Sheffield.

Wagoner called the East Grand Forks Police Department and talked to Lt. Rodney Hajicek. The report filed by Hajicek declares the report is unfounded – it was not a criminal complaint – it was a civil matter.

But then Hajicek does something else.

He telephones me and lets me know that Donna Wagoner doesn’t want me to write anything about her. Hajicek is using the authority entrusted to him as a police officer, and taxpayer dollars, to make courtesy calls on behalf of Xentel, Inc.

But – it’s going to get better folks – way better.

Hajicek also came into communication with the missing child’s media consultant, Art Harris. He had long since been fired by CNN and was running a sleazy Web blog.

Harris had been calling my friends, relatives, and former employers ever since I had interviewed Crystal Sheffield’s media team and learned the truth about the missing child.

Police records show Harris telephoned the East Grand Forks Exponent about me, and whatever he said, it concerned them enough to call the police.

Several years later, when I attempted to obtain the pile of email communications exchanged between Hajicek and Harris, I was advised by Police Chief Michael Hedlund the records had been destroyed. I subsequently contacted Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth and requested a copy of the emails, which he promptly provided.

The emails reveal that Harris and Wagoner and others that had been calling the police on me, were all working on the same team.

But – there is something even more important.

The emails (the EGFPD tried to keep from me) reveal that Harris was furious the FBI visited Xentel, Inc. to question his good friend (Donna Wagoner). He was furious, because the FBI had acted on information they had received from me.

Harris wanted Hajicek and/or Widseth to have me arrested.

Now let’s look examples of what Xentel, Inc. represents.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. XENTEL, INC.

The Missouri Attorney General’s Office sued this company in August of 2003 for violating Missouri consumer protection laws by using manipulative, high-pressure techniques to solicit donations and by making repeated solicitation calls to Missourians on the state No Call List. In May of 2004 the Missouri Attorney General’s Office obtained a court order against Xentel requiring them to pay $75,000 to the state and to implement and maintain procedures to ensure future compliance with state consumer protection and telemarketing laws. On February 4, 2008, the Missouri Attorney General’s Office obtained another court order requiring Xentel to adopt very stringent policies to ensure compliance with the law, as well as payment of $80,0000.

STATE OF COLORADO VS. XENTEL, INC.

Through the unlawful practices of their business, vocation, or occupation, Defendants have deceived, misled, and financially injured consumers in Colorado. Specifically, Defendants have solicited money from Coloradans through the use of illegal and unregistered solicitation campaigns and have repeatedly violated the Colorado Charitable Solicitations Act and other consumer protection statutes. Therefore, the Colorado Attorney General believes these legal proceedings are in the public interest and are necessary to safeguard citizens from Defendants’ charitable fraud and unlawful business activities.

STATE OF IOWA VS XENTEL, INC.

Professional Fundraiser “Xentel” Ordered Not to Make Deceptive Calls in Iowa
“Iowans should see an end to this operation’s deceptive telemarketing for the Iowa Professional Fire Fighters Association and others,” Miller said.
DES MOINES. Attorney General Tom Miller announced today that an Iowa District Court judge has entered a consent judgment and order against Xentel, Inc., requiring the Ft. Lauderdale-based company to stop abusive and misleading practices in its professional fundraising calls and solicitations to Iowans.

Xentel makes tens of thousands of telemarketing calls each year into Iowa on behalf of the “Iowa Professional Fire Fighters Association.”

“Xentel is prohibited from implying their telemarketers are fire fighters or misrepresenting that money will be used locally,” Miller said. “There are many restrictions to prevent deception.”

The consent judgment also provides that local law enforcement or fire departments that experience citizen complaints or other problems with Xentel’s fundraising can ask the company to terminate fundraising in that community, and Xentel must honor the request.

Records in the files of the East Grand Forks Police Department show Hajicek remained in contact and communications with these out of state charlatans and fraudsters.

In 2011, Lt. Rod Hajicek, Sgt. Detective Chris Olson, and City Attorney Ronald Galstad had become of the mind they needed to charge me, arrest me, and put me in jail.

The before-mentioned officials played a significant role in a scheme to circumvent the Minnesota Courts (the Minnesota Courts [e.g. Greg Widseth] would not touch a journalist that was not breaking the law) and have me subjected to ‘domestic violence laws’ in a court on the other side of the country, assuring a win by default.

Then – they arrested me – put me in jail – seized my hard-drive and destroyed it.

In 2012, Maria Burgun, Broward County, Florida, met with the Southern District FBI in Florida and shared knowledge and information she had about the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings.

Burgun told the FBI that the person that assissted Wagoner in Photoshopping the the picture of HaLeigh Cummings for a donations scam, admitted it to her.
