East Grand Forks police chief breaks seven year silence on missing child case

East Grand Forks Police Chief Michael Hedlund has publically spoken the name of a missing child from Florida for the first time since his embattled Department became involved in the kidnapping case seven years ago.

“The disappearance of any child is tragic and this case is no less so,” Hedlund said.

He continued.

“This case did not occur in East Grand Forks and thus it is not within our jurisdiction to actively investigate any possible crimes that may have been committed in this case.  At this time there is nothing to indicate that Miss Cummings has ever been in East Grand Forks nor do we have any information believing that anyone connected to this case is, or has been in East Grand Forks, and thus we do not have any investigations regarding this matter,” Hedlund said.

But there’s a problem.

Hedlund broke his silence only after he learned that in October, 2016, a private investigator from Indiana that filed a police report to the EGFPD in 2011 regarding the whereabouts of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings, now claims she didn’t make the report and says she was impersonated by a Florida woman.

The bizarre statement and allegations of a false police report regarding the missing person is, in and of itself, a crime pertaining to HaLeigh Cummings.

On July 26, 2011, Tina Church, private investigator, Specialized Investigative Consultants Inc., telephoned the police in East Grand Forks to report that a local journalist, Timothy Charles Holmseth, told her he had HaLeigh Cummings in his apartment.

During a telephone call to Holmseth on October 4, 2016, Church claimed she did not make the police report and insists she was impersonated. She also implied that she engaged in telephone conversations with EGFPD officers about Holmseth that were not recorded or documented.

Church telephoned Holmseth on October 4, 2016, angry about an article he published in February, 2016 entitled “HaLeigh Cummings Bombshell: ‘Specialized Investigative Consultants, Inc’ reported to FBI”.

The article reveals that in 2009, Tina Church may have been using the alias of “Christine Church” and was filmed by Wayanne Kruger in the company of the missing child’s mother and grandmother. Kruger told Holmseth that HaLeigh Cummings’ maternal grandmother, Marie Griffis, was highly anticipating the arrival of a group that was coming from out of state. Kruger said she was then introduced to “Christine Church”.

The following is an excerpt from the conversation.

CHURCH: As an investigative journalist as you claim to be shouldn’t you check out your facts, like, call me and say ‘Tina, have you ever been to Florida?’ HOLMSETH: You mean the Tina Church that called the police department and told them I had HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment. I’m supposed to call you on the phone? You are the most un-credulous person I have probably ever talked to. CHURCH: That you had HaLeigh Cummings in your… [giggle] who in the hell ever told you that? HOLMSETH: The police report that I’m looking at right now that you filed with the East Grand Forks Police Department. CHURCH: Were they talking to me? HOLMSETH: You called them. CHURCH: I did or someone purporting to be me?

Holmseth contacted Hedlund on November 20, 2016 to arrange for a time to meet and turn over evidence of Tina Church’s multiple statements regarding the false police report.

Hedlund did not immediately respond.

Hedlund finally issued his statement two days later after Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth was briefed on the development and advised of Holmseth’s request to meet with police to turn over recordings of Tina Church.

The bizarre claim by the Indiana investigator is believed by many to be a huge development in the unsolved kidnapping.

However, the new revelations have placed a sharp focus on the EGFPD and Hedlund’s handling of the case since it began in 2009.

The EGFPD first became involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case in June, 2009 when Lt. Detective Rodney Hajicek began logging out-of-state complaints being made against Holmseth.

Holmseth, a former award winning news reporter was conducting interviews about the Florida kidnapping.

Lt. Hajicek proactively telephoned Holmseth in June, 2009 and advised him to stop writing about certain people connected to the case.

At the same time Hajicek was pressuring Holmseth to drop his story; the FBI was acting on critical information they received from Holmseth regarding photographs of the missing child that were in the possession of the very same people Hajicek was trying to help.

The photographs the FBI was seeking were on a disc that contained rape pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The photographs, according to Donald Knop, an eyewitness employed by a South Florida law firm, featured close-up shots of the five year-old’s raped private parts.

Knop told Holmseth he was directed by a lawyer to make copies of the photos and turn them over to a Florida DCF social worker, after hours, in a gas station parking lot.

Holmseth captured the DCF social worker, Bonnie Warner, on recording, talking to a private investigator named William (Cobra) Staubs about the disc, during a telephone call on her home telephone at night. Warner admits to receiving the disc but said she could not show it to her supervisor.

Public records requests would later reveal Lt. Hajicek was using his private Google email account to communicate with the FBI’s sex trafficking suspects.

Hajicek’s emails and communications were purged from the EGFPD files, but later surfaced in a public records request to the Polk County Attorney’s Office. The private emails show Hajicek was conspiring with Nancy Grace’s tabloid reporter, Art Harris, against Holmseth. Hajicek’s side of the conversation was cut out of the email thread.

Duplicate copies of official police reports regarding the kidnapping case reveal Hajicek’s name, and select narratives regarding his communications with the FBI’s suspects, had been removed from reports – along with audio recordings of telephone calls recorded by EGFPD duty officers.

Hajicek’s secret communications with child pornographers and sex traffickers may explain why Hedlund turned a blind eye to the missing child case for seven years.

But the latest development regarding Tina Church’s claims of impersonation has created a tsunami of questions that many believe Hedlund will need to answer, because Tina Church is directly connected to Hajicek’s secret CNN contact, Art Harris.

And…

In addition to claims she was impersonated, Tina Church now also claims she had absolutely no connection to the HaLeigh Cummings case whatsoever.

Her claim is beyond absurd.

Harris interviewed Tina Church for an article and You Tube report he filed on May 24, 2011 entitled “HaLeigh Cummings Update”.

The article was intended to explain away Tina Church’s communications with HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case witnesses Hank and Chelsea Croslin and her (Tina Church’s) foreknowledge of a federal child porn raid in Kentucky before it ever happened.

On April 11, 2011 WDRB reported “Mystery surrounds FBI raid of Okolona home”.

Hank and Chelsea Croslin, the father and sister-in-law of Misty Croslin, the girl Florida law enforcement calls the “key” to the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping, both contacted Holmseth before the Kentucky pornography raid at the home of Danny Druck ever even made the news.

The Croslin’s said they were not supposed to tell anybody about it until it made the news. They said they learned about it from their “private investigator” 
that was helping them look for HaLeigh named “Tina Church”.

Hank and Chelsea Croslin both told Holmseth that “Tina Church” told them HaLeigh had been found alive in Kentucky.

Harris’ article was intended to water down Tina Church’s inexplicable foreknowledge of a raid on a child porn ring.

A private investigator Chelsea claimed was working for her, but who denied any professional ties told us she had reached out to out of state police on her behalf, and relayed that Cheshea was willing to participate in an undercover Misty prison sting for Haleigh information, if Florida investigators requested it, and outstanding arrest warrants for her in Virginiai were dropped. According to Tina Church, a private investigator who told us she’d volunteered briefly to help Chelsea get to the bottom of her legal troubles. said Chelsea never followed up. Fresh to the case, she told us she also offered to check rumors Haleigh had been spotted alive in Kentucky along with the credibility of purported photos of Haleigh strangers sent Misty in prison–that our FBI sources debunked and we exposed as a hoax. There was a good reason the FBI wanted to interview Holmseth.

Holmseth learned that a pastor named John Regan told searhers he was an FBI and CIA agent working as an “undercover pedophile”. Holmseth was told by Kruger that Regan told her the FBI already had HaLeigh in their possession but wanted to keep it quiet.

Holmseth turned over an entire recorded statement from Kruger describing an international baby sales operation that involved John Regan and multiple other figures in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case.

On November 19, 2016 Holmseth reported on Write Into Action bombshell information he learned from Kruger the day before.

1. Ronald Cummings, the father of missing child HaLeigh Cummings, took his daughter HaLeigh to a sex club where the doors were closed and nobody was allowed in our out until late morning.

Why did Hedlund’s Department attempt to stop the truth from coming out?

Hedlund’s statement of compassion for all missing children now finds the police chief facing an unflattering analogy between his department’s handling of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping investigation; when compared to other cases such as Jacob Wetterling.

Here’s the question.

How would any other police chief – from any other police department – have handled the exact same set of circumstances if the name of the missing child in the false police report had been ‘Jacob Wetterling’ or some other child?

I did not know my way there and back because John (Regan) had driven me in circles.  Misty (Croslin) was there once with Ronald and HaLeigh but demanded to leave after she saw the young kids,” Kruger said.

“[HaLeigh may be] used as a “cast away slave”. Like POWS. Chained up. Possible connection to Lonzie Barton kidnapping reported

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi has sent evidence submitted to her office by Timothy Charles Holmseth, to the Florida Department of Children and Families – Office of the Inspector General and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

On September 21, 2015, Bondi’s office contacted Inspector General Keith Parks and the FDLE. “The Florida Attorney General’s Office received the attached correspondence from Timothy Holmseth in Minnesota, alleging that he has criminal information about a missing child/child abuse case,” said Becky Kring, deputy director, Office of Citizen Services.

On September 28, Bondi’s office contacted Timothy Holmseth.

“The issues you reported fall within the jurisdiction of Circuit Administration.  As a result, your correspondence was forwarded to Interim Northeast Regional Managing Director Patricia Medlock for review and response to this office by October 16, 2015,” said Anissa F. Pitti, Office of Inspector General.

Timothy Holmseth has submitted audio evidence to Florida law enforcement that captures a DCF social worker on tape discussing a CD she received in a gas station parking lot several months after missing child HaLeigh Cummings was reported vanished.

According to an employee of a South Florida law office, the CD contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings that the social worker, Bonnie Warner, openly admits on the tape, she could not show to her supervisor.

The evidence shows there was a secret operation occurring within an underground of government and law enforcement officials that involved pornographic photographs.

Other evidence submitted is a sworn affidavit from an Illinois resident that says she was contacted by the same law firm; given the contact information for a DCF worker named Annette Pitts, and then asked to file (fraudulent) DCF complaints against Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin. Timothy Holmseth possesses all the emails and AT&T records between the Illinois resident and the South Florida law office.

Timothy Holmseth has also provided transcriptions to Inspector Parks and FDLE Attorney James Martin of audio interviews he conducted in 2009 that might provide clues to law enforcement regarding the disappearance of Lonzie Barton in Jacksonville.

Bombshell affidavit from 2009 exposes Florida DCF in HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping cover-up

An Affidavit from a witness in 2009 implicates the exact same figure(s) that are implicated in the HaLeigh Cummings DCF child porn scandal.

The Affiant, Karen Simmer, says she was asked to contact Florida DCF and lie in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case.

The Affidavit has been submitted to Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank by Timothy Charles Holmseth in support on a request Holmseth has made for a lawyer from the Federal Pro Se Project.

The Affidavit has also been sent to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and FDLE attorney James Martin.

AFFIDAVIT OF KAREN SIMMER

In May 2009, I emailed REDACTED in regards to comments being made about Misty hitting Ronald Junior at a medical clinic. I asked REDACTED what she or Crystal were going to do about it – if anything.

This is how REDACTED got my email address.

REDACTED contacted me again on June 1, 2009 in what REDACTED said was wanting to speak to me in regards to missing children. This turned out to be a lie.

REDACTED wanted to really talk to me about being on her team, because she said that once I got on a subject I wouldn’t let it go.

I called REDACTED and all she talked about was REDACTED bid for custody of Ronald Junior. REDACTED wanted me to call DCF and lie about Ron and Misty. REDACTED told me to tell DCF Annette Pitts that I was a resident of Florida and that I knew Ron and Misty personally and that I knew of Ron and Misty’s drug use and abuse of children. 

REDACTED sent me several emails of persons to contact at DCFS.

I did in fact call Annette Pitts and let her know that REDACTED was going on blog sites asking bloggers to call in false claims against Ron. I told Annette that REDACTED wanted me to lie and say I was a resident of Florida and that I personally knew Ron and Misty, and knew of them abusing drugs and abusing the children.

On June 3, 2009 at 1:15 P.M. I called REDACTED about making up t-shirts, bracelets, and fliers for HaLeigh Cummings. REDACTED said listen “HaLeigh isn’t in Satsuma and I’ll bet wherever she is she is healthy, well fed, and growing”.

I was speechless, sick to me stomach, and in shock.

I thought my God REDACTED knows where HaLeigh is. Why would REDACTED make a statement like that unless she has either seen HaLeigh or know[s] for a fact.

I hung up with REDACTED. My jaw still on the floor and thought oh no what do I do.

I called FDLE for missing children and spoke to a woman by the name of Debbie. I called DCF and spoke to Annette Pitts. I proceeded to call Greg Kimball, America’s Most Wanted, Satsuma Sheriff Dept., Florida BAR Association, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office, FBI, and the Opa Locka Police. Anyone I thought could help.

Also, on June 1, 2009 in my phone conversation with REDACTED, REDACTED told me of the relationship she had with Peggy Cone and the PCSD. REDACTED said her and Peggy were like sisters.

REDACTED proceeded to tell me how Peggy was giving her information about the case concerning HaLeigh Cummings.

Here are the things REDACTED said Peggy was giving her.

Pictures of what the trailer looked like the night HaLeigh went missing.

Copies of the DNA test that were taken from the hole in the wall with blood which turned out to be Ronald’s.

Peggy told REDACTED that there was a drug dealer that was under surveillance and showed REDACTED a video of such house under surveillance that showed Ron going in and out of said house.

REDACTED asked Peggy why they were not arresting Ron for drug activity, and Peggy said that when they charge someone with a crime, they want them charges to stick like molasses, so there wasn’t no way for them to get out them.

REDACTED said Peggy was giving her this info to use against Ron REDACTED for custody of Ronald Junior.

But court records show no actual ‘custody case’ was ever filed in a court of law by any attorney working for Crystal Sheffield.

The change of custody referred to by Art Harris was going to be achieved through secret communications and illegal channels within Florida law enforcement and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).

The illegal objective was to have the State of Florida take custody of HaLeigh Cummings from her father through an underground custody case that was being built against HaLeigh’s father, Ronald Cummings.

CHILD RAPE PORNOGRAPHY

While HaLeigh was in the illegal custody of strangers, she was raped, so photographs could be taken of her damaged private parts. The photos were held out at as something that happened while she was still with her father and presented as ‘evidence’ to support a DCF ruling in favor of Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother.

The naked photos of HaLeigh were given to Bonnie Warner, the DCF social worker assigned to the Cummings file. However, as you will you learn, the naked photos showing HaLeigh’s vagina were secret – not to be shown to Bonnie Warner’s supervisor or law enforcement. She was given the photos on a disc in a parking lot at gas station.

HaLeigh Cummings’ kidnapping was no stranger abduction. She was held in the illegal custody of non-custodial entities and hidden from law enforcement while the subject of an Amber Alert.

Contained herein, via the interviews below, is Prima Facie evidence that a group worked through CPS social worker Bonnie Warner, Florida DCF, in an illegal underground effort to obtain a favorable ruling from DCF in a child custody matter involving HaLeigh Cummings and her little brother, Ronald Cummings Jr.

This evidence shows the group gathered evidence to be provided to Bonnie Warner to support the assertion that HaLeigh Cummings had been physically and sexually abused in her father’s custody, which would then support a change of custody recommendation by the Florida DCF to the Family/Custody Court.

This evidence shows the group was given “months” to gather (manufacture/fabricate) the evidence.

The Minneapolis FBI field office interviewed me in 2010 regarding evidence I obtained regarding photoshopped pictures of HaLeigh. Those pictures were also contained on the ‘disc’ that will be discussed in the transcriptions below.

This evidence shows that during the “months” that group was given to deliver evidence to Florida DCF, HaLeigh Cummings was sexually assaulted and photographs were taken of her damaged vagina to support the underground custody case being made through the group’s corrupt agent on the inside of DCF, Bonnie Warner.

The naked photographs were distributed by the group and never entered into evidence with Florid DCF or law enforcement.

(STAUBS) I done seen the State’s Attorney (Chris Middleton) guy over there – somebody got called on the red carpet – he was madder than Cooder fucking Brown when he talked to me that state attorney – and then the police over there they madder than hell – and then all of sudden – what they mad about is this webcaster that put up this website – they used all these photoshopped pictures – and Jeremiah Regan – one em’s – I’ll say Jeremiah because I don’t know who it really was claimed they had met you at a gas station and gave you a CD with all these pictures on it.

(WARNER) Oh my gosh I do have those I haven’t even seen them.

(STAUBS) Well good God almighty then that’s why they trying to rope you off in this and here’s why – they allegedly photoshopped these dammed pictures and sent them to you so that you would give them to your boss man and have an unfavorable ruling against Ronald.

BONNIE WARNER STATES THE PICTURES WERE SOMETHING SHE COULD NOT GIVE TO HER SUPERVISOR

(WARNER) It’s on a CD but those were the pictures they couldn’t send to my supervisor and they ended up sending them to another PI Kevin Coleman and – and he brought the stuff in and it was late in the game and they didn’t even – I don’t think they even saw them.

(KNOP) Daily – via phone – whatever. I met Bonnie to give stuff that we had as far as pictures and clippings of Misty’s Facebook page, ehhh, My Space page and stuff, White Boy Greg’s My Space pages before they’d been yanked and stuff.

(HOLMSETH) Bonnie Warner talked daily to REDACTED?

(KNOP) Oh at least. And we had to – I had to meet her at some parking lot one night with all that shit I had compiled on a disc because it was important they were having some special hearing – and they didn’t have it that night – I had wasted basically a day and a half working on that shit to give it to her by a deadline that the meeting was apparently supposed to be the next week and all the heads of DCF were going to be there and it was so important and they were dragging their feet because it was such a big case and they wanted to make sure that they didn’t fuck up and then nothing even happened

(HOLMSETH) What were they talking about daily?

(KNOP) I don’t know – something to do with I found this or what about this or I don’t know but she mentioned her name daily.

(HOLMSETH) But did you see Bonnie daily?

(KNOP) I didn’t see her daily but I wasn’t one-hundred percent with REDACTED all the time.

(HOLMSETH) But you saw her sometimes

(KNOP) Yeah she would come to the HaLeigh Bug Center when all of us were there sometimes or like I said I met her in a parking lot store to get information or whatever else – I saw her at least five times – the first several times I saw her I didn’t know who she was

(KNOP) It was either REDACTED or Marie (Griffis). I think it was literally we were all in the room together – Jerri Greene, me, maybe Jeremiah and, it was either Marie, or Crystal, they had to get them from somewhere. They got the pictures – they handed them to REDACTED – REDACTED looked at them – she handed them to me and she said get these on a disc for Peggy (Cone), eh, shit, Bonnie Warner.

WHOEVER TOOK THE PHOTOS OF HALEIGH DELIBERATELY COVERED THEIR TRACKS

(HOLMSETH) I wonder how old she was? I wonder how – I wonder when they were taken in respects to when she disappeared?

(KNOP) I tried, eh, I tried to find that out then. And the camera they took the pictures with they never set the date on, so the date was wrong on all the pictures. I mean, so much as the fact that I mean I’m just hypothesizing – I don’t remember exactly – the picture said like 1996 at the bottom and the little girl wouldn’t have even been alive at that time something crazy. They were way off and I was like this is all fucked up. And the dates continued to be  messed up it wasn’t like when you re-set something and it goes zero zero zero zero zero one – then you re-set something it goes zero zero – it was like the days and months continue to roll on and they re-set again so it was like they replaced the battery in the camera and re-started it from the get-go.

(HOLMSETH) Did they – when they were talking or whatever did they say HaLeigh had been molested or they thought they had been?

(KNOP) They thought they had been in Ronald’s care.

Parent’s of Misty Croslin call for investigation of child rape pornography of HaLeigh Cummings

Write Into Evidence calling for federal investigation of State’s Attorney Investigator Chris Middleton and DCF social worker Bonnie Warner

Hank and Lisa Croslin, the parents of Misty Croslin, are requesting state and federal authorities launch an immediate investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding the child rape pornography taken of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings.

The Croslin’s are reaching out to the media because their daughter, Misty Croslin, has a court date scheduled for June 30 in Palatka, and the new evidence appears to exonerate their daughter, who was convicted of murdering HaLeigh in the public eye.

“They did all this crap to her because they thought she had something to do with HaLeigh,” Hank Croslin said.

Misty Croslin was only 18 years-old, and had no criminal record, when she was sentenced to 25 years in prison after she became tangled up in a drug sting that targeted her.

“That girl is not in prison because of drugs – she’s in prison because of HaLeigh,” said Harriet Sweat, a Croslin family friend that operates a Christian ministry in the Palatka area.

“If they got pictures of HaLeigh, come on now, how much more proof do you need,” Hank Croslin said.

Sweat said the Croslin family needs their daughter Misty at home where she can help her mother, Lisa Croslin, who is in line for a liver transplant.

Hank Croslin said his daughter has run into continuous road blocks as she has attempted to file appeals.

“She’s trying to take it back to court and get a reduced sentence. I really think the State’s Attorney had something to do with it – blocking them – and it’s made her miss her deadlines,” Hank Croslin said.

Hank Croslin contacted Write Into Action yesterday after learning about the child rape porn evidence recently submitted by investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth (this reporter) to the FBI, FDLE, East Grand Forks Police Department, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, and Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank (HOLMSETH V. CITY OF EAST GRAND FORKS ET AL – DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA).

Hank Croslin’s suspicion the State’s Attorney’s office may be meddling with Misty Croslin’s case is significant, because an investigator for the State’s Attorney’s office, Chris Middleton, came up during a recorded conversation between William (Cobra) Staubs and Florida DCF social worker Bonnie Warner, where a disc containing the child pornography of HaLeigh Cummings was discussed.

Staubs then discusses a secret underground apparatus within the legal community that is used to abduct children and cover it up.

(STAUBS) Well, what they doing is they know they was fucking setting this shit up, and now by God the State Attorney got throwed under the bus because apparently he had a meeting with REDACTED and they was talking about me, and my attorney finding out all kinds of shit – and then all of a sudden they got you ready to be thrown under the bus because they said oh no we met – we had –I forgot who they told me met you – gave you the thing (CD containing naked photos)– Bonnie Warner fully aware – did you get the thing I sent you last night? CHILD RAPE PORNOGRAPHY EVIDENCE

Evidence now in the hands of law enforcement contains statements by Donald Knop, a former employee of a South Florida law firm that said he was instructed to give a disc containing naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings to a Florida DCF worker named Bonnie Warner, during an exchange that took place in a gas station parking lot.

The exchange of the disc took place long after February 10, 2009 – the date HaLeigh was reported missing from her Satsuma home.

(HOLMSETH) Does it have anything to do with the photos of HaLeigh’s vagina that you have?

(KNOP) I don’t know. I don’t know that REDACTED knows I have that. But I’ve just, through working in corporate America, I’ve learned, I keep copies of everything that I’m asked to copy…

According to Warner, in a statement captured on tape during a telephone conference call between Staubs, Warner, and Holmseth, the photographs were not supposed to be shown to Warner’s supervisor at DCF.

(WARNER) It’s on a CD but those were the pictures they couldn’t send to my supervisor…

The photos were kept secret and never turned over to law enforcement or DCF officials.

Staubs also advised Warner that the disc contained pictures that had been Photoshopped to create the false appearance HaLeigh had posed lovingly with her mother, Crystal Sheffield.

(STAUBS) They photoshopped some of that shit with Crystal holding HaLeigh. Yeah, so it would make her look like she was mother of the fucking year. They trying to use the system – you know when people try to do that kind of stuff – I hope you got a supervisor that will sue the shit or get a warrant after their ass or whatever – they tried any bullshit – I swear to God Bonnie.

(WARNER) Yeah – it was late in the game and they had a bunch – I said well whatever you have just get it to me.

The photographs surfaced well over a month after HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing, indicating HaLeigh was alive after February 10, 2009.

The true facts and circumstances surrounding the porn shoot and apparent sexual assault of HaLeigh are extremely disturbing.

On March 11, 2009, Art Harris, a tabloid blogger that frequently appeared on the Nancy Grace Show, had been being paid $4,700 by Staubs to publish press releases for Crystal Sheffield’s legal team and then push the narrative on Nancy Grace.

Sworn affidavits filed with the Florida Bar Association show Art Harris was in fact working as a “media consultant” for Sheffield’s media team.

On March 11, 2009, Harris wrote: “In what could set a legal precedent for missing children, The Bald Truth has learned exclusively that the mother of five year old Haleigh Cummings aims to fight for legal custody of a daughter abducted a month ago from her father’s home while he was at work and his 17 year old girlfriend slept nearby.”

There was a plan to “set a legal precedent for missing children”.

Evidence now in the hands of law enforcement suggests HaLeigh Cummings may have been strategically raped, and then photos of her abused vagina were taken, and to be used in support of a change of custody action against the child’s father, Ronald Cummings, because the claim was the sexual assault took place while HaLeigh was under his care; or the result of his parental negligence.

In fact, the controlled setting scenario is not only a theory, but was told to Holmseth by Wayanne Kruger, Sheffield’s victim’s advocate.

In Holmseth’s e-book “In Re: HaLeigh Cummings (the unspeakable spoken)” it says:

Kruger told me William Staubs and Johnny Sheffield (HaLeigh’s maternal grandfather) were present at the trailer of Ronald Cummings. She said an argument was taking place between Johnny Sheffield and Ronald Cummings. She said HaLeigh was present. She said Johnny Sheffield wanted to take HaLeigh and keep custody of her.

Kruger said Johnny Sheffield loudly proclaimed to Staubs, ‘He’s letting people fuck my granddaughter!

Kruger told me that a photo session was conducted at the trailer of Ronald Cummings and pictures of HaLeigh Cummings were taken while she had no clothes on. Kruger said the event was arranged through HaLeigh’s paternal grandmother, Teresa Neves. I got the impression that Neves was being paid money for the naked pictures (child porn).

Kruger said Misty Croslin was present at the child porn shoot to help keep HaLeigh calm.

Kruger said the photo shoot was also attended by John and Jeremiah Regan. It was secretly recorded to obtain blackmail evidence against Teresa Neves and Ronald Cummings for their sexual exploitation of HaLeigh. Kruger said John Regan dresses up like a pastor and claims to be an undercover agent of the FBI – an “undercover pervert” that goes undercover as a pedophile to catch other pedophiles.

Staubs told Warner that solving this case could solve multiple other missing child cases.

New information regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings investigation

Mysterious ‘Miami drug dealer’ once implicated in the HaLeigh Cummings disappearance likely a real person – investigation crippled by Tallahassee pill-mill that supplied drugs to government officials

In March of 2009, William Staubs, the Broward County bail bondsman and private investigator that interjected himself into the HaLeigh Cummings missing child investigation, told First Coast News his efforts were being funded by a “drug dealer” in “Miami”.

The assertion seemed odd because HaLeigh disappeared from Putnam County, which is located on the other end of the state in Northern Florida.

Emerging information indicates William Staubs’ (a.k.a. ‘Cobra’) strange reference to a Miami-based drug dealer was true. The implications of drug connections associated with the missing child case explain how law enforcement had/has been rendered impotent and unable to arrest those responsible for HaLeigh’s disappearance.

Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) reports show law enforcement knew as early as April, 2009, that Staubs and his colleagues were hiding HaLeigh Cummings in Georgia.

The drug trafficking dynamic to the HaLeigh Cummings case became most pronounced in January of 2010, when the child’s father, Ronald Cummings, and his former teen wife, Misty Croslin, along with several others, were busted in a drug sting and subsequently sentenced to long prison terms.

FDLE agent Travis Smith testified that Misty Croslin, an illiterate teenage rape and abuse victim with no criminal record, who was seventeen years-old when HaLeigh vanished, was the “bigger fish” and deserved her 25 year prison sentence.

“[Misty Croslin has been] been moving an enormous amount of prescription pills in our community. Misty Croslin initiated all the drug transactions,” Smith said.

Smith and the FDLE would have known their testimony against Croslin was false.

New evidence regarding a statewide drug trafficking operation shows Smith’s testimony about Croslin betrays the FDLE. Evidence shows it is more likely that Croslin simply knew too much about the Palatka/Satsuma drug community, as well as the truth about who kidnapped HaLeigh Cummings, and needed to be controlled indefinitely.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS WEIGHT LOSS CLINIC
Staubs’s claims at the time (2009) to be associated with a drug dealer from Miami ultimately tied him to a drug operation spanning the length of the entire state of Florida, because at that time, he was deeply involved with First Impressions weight loss clinic, which was operating in Tallahassee; the clinic was supplying prescription drugs to government officials, judicial officers, and law enforcement agents.

Staubs’s connection to First Impressions afforded him access to a massive amount of knowledge regarding high level government officials, reaching all the way up to the Florida Governor’s office, that were fraudulently acquiring drugs at the Tallahassee pill-mill.

An investigation by Write Into Action shows Staubs staked out First Impressions weight loss clinic and snapped surveillance photographs of government officials coming and going with purchases.

Two of the judicial community employees photographed was Assistant State Attorney John Hutchins, and his wife, Angelique Knox.

ASA Hutchins was prosecuting Jane Watts, the owner of First Impressions, during the exact same time window he was entering the pill-mill (owned by Jane Watts) to obtain the pharmaceuticals.

Staubs’ possession of surveillance photographs and personal information of visitors to the weight loss clinic is the type of material that would subject the specific public officials and law enforcement officers to blackmail.

Staubs’s circumstances had placed him in exactly that predicament.

In May of 2009, Staubs was arrested by the PCSO on charges of felony false imprisonment after revoking the bond of a man named Daniel Snodgrass; throwing him violently to the ground while his private camera man filmed him for You Tube.

Before the violent incident on March 20, 2009 with Snodgrass, Staubs met with FDLE agent Travis Smith, Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy, Detective John Merchant, and State’s Attorney investigator Chris Middleton, and asserts he received their blessing.

Background information regarding the aforementioned individuals, particularly Smith, Hardy, and Merchant, now indicates Staubs had simply met with rogue members of the drug trafficking community that were law enforcement officers.

Staubs later said Detective Ken Taylor, PCSO, who was angry that Staubs was messing up his case against Snodgrass, went around the chain of command, side-stepping Captain Dominic Piscitello, and was able to secure felony charges against him (Staubs) by the State’s Attorney’s office.

In October of 2009, Staubs’ long time friend and PI client, Dr. Mark Hash, a physician at First Impressions weight loss clinic, was arrested on felony charges of dispensing pharmaceutical with no medical necessity.

The criminal charges filed against Dr. Hash were brought upon an arrest warrant signed by FDLE agent Matt Sears. The charges against Dr. Hash were subsequently dropped due to lack of evidence.

The evidence actually suggested Dr. Hash was the victim of identity theft, where low level employees at the clinic were acquiring prescription medication using his DEA license without his knowledge and then dispensing it to government officials.

Dr. Hash subsequently filed a lawsuit against the FDLE, and Agent Sears was transferred from the FDLE to the Department of Agriculture.

Evidence shows that although the charges against Dr. Hash had been dropped, the client list and surveillance photographs of government officials still posed a serious threat to everyone that obtained prescription drugs on Dr. Hash’s license by fraud, which included the Florida Governor’s chief inspector general.

Therefore – Dr. Hash posed a very serious threat to every single person and agency on the First Impressions client list.

As was the case with young Misty Croslin – the FDLE and Florida law enforcement quickly began targeting another innocent child to cover for their activities.

Court files and public records show the Tallahassee Police Department, along with members of the legal community, targeted Dr. Hash via his sixteen year-old son, Alec Thomas Hash, in a change of custody scheme, which was run through Leon County Family Court Judge Karen Gievers.

The Hash family was stalked relentlessly.

Photos captured at the front of Dr. Hash’s home show a squad car sitting ominously outside, and video captures former TPD Sgt. Mark Peavey, stalking their residence. Alec Hash says Peavey came to the door and threatened to kill the boy’s dog, adding that the boy’s dad (Dr. Mark Hash) will know what ‘we are talking about’.

Continued terror tactics by the TPD ultimately resulted in a second lawsuit, which was filed against the TPD on behalf of Alec Hash.

The change of custody scheme morphed into an all-out kidnapping plot in May of 2013, after Alec Hash slipped away to Missouri and got married; thus becoming an emancipated adult and not subject to Judge Gievers.

The emancipation gave Alec Hash the legal right to leave Florida, which he promptly did.

He was promptly pursued.

In 2013, the FDLE published a ‘Missing Person’ poster of Alec Thomas Hash, after he fled the state and refused to come back. The FDLE continued to publish the poster even after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children instructed the FDLE to remove the poster from publication because Alec Hash wasn’t missing.

On the same day the FDLE was told Alec Hash was not missing, somebody claiming to be a teenage girl named “Jackie Cannon” used Facebook to contact Alec Hash and attempted to lure him back into Florida (where a juvenile pick-up order signed by Judge Karen Gievers awaited him).

MIAMI BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT
In March of 2014, Alec Hash, still successfully eluding rogue law enforcement attempting to kidnap him, inexplicably came on the radar of the Miami Beach Police Department (MBPD).

On March 10, 2014, the MBPD ran a Driver and Vehicle Information Database (DAVID) search on Alec Hash.

Alec Hash has no connection to Miami.

David De La Espriella, captain, MBPD, was named on the DAVID search and contacted in advance of this story. No response by De La Espriella has been received.

Federal court action involves missing child HaLeigh Cummings

Timothy Charles Holmseth is preparing a civil rights lawsuit against the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

The lawsuit is related to the disappearance of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

Timothy Holmseth is presently the Plaintiff in Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al. – U.S. District of Minnesota (DMN) – – – Case Number: 0:14-cv-02970-DWF-LIB.

The lawsuit presently filed in Minnesota is a 42-U.S.C.-1983 civil rights (Deprivation of Rights / Color of Law) action that also involves matters of the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Defendants in the case against Putnam County officials will be named at the time of the filing. How Timothy Holmseth’s civil rights have been violated will be set forth in the statement of facts.
